Take the Monorail to Magic Kingdom and walk down a busy Main Street to the Hub for a cavalcade! Then hop over to Epcot for a brief walk around World Celebration. Next you’ll jump over to Hollywood Studios and take in the sounds of Hollywood Blvd, Echo Lake, and circle back to the Chinese Theater plaza. And finally, over to Animal Kingdom to soak up the peaceful sounds of the kora.   As always, use good listening devices as we always record in 4 channel surround sound. Well, welcome back, travelers, to another edition of Walk About the World. I am your host today, Pete, aka Neverland Local, and today we're going to do something kind of fun. And we are going to Park half. at the entrance to Main Street USA, gateway to the six themed lands of a magic kingdom. Smoking is not permitted at Magic Kingdom, except in the designated area outside of our entrance. If you are accident, please hold onto the hand grip and stand clear of the doors

until the monorail stops completely and the doors open. For those of you remaining on board, our next stop will be Disney's Contemporary Resort, with continuing service to the Transportation and Ticket Center and Disney's Polynesian Resort. If you're traveling to any other Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, buses and watercraft depart from this station. If you are traveling to Epcot, please remain on board. You'll need to change monorail just two stops away at the Transportation and Ticket Center. Well, we have made it to Magic Kingdom, and if you can tell by the music, we are at the train station. A train station here at Main Street USA is probably one of the best places to start out your day, or maybe to end the day, by just seeing Town Square.

Whether it's the Emporium, or City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, the Town Center Theater, Confectionary, or just the Butte herself, Cinderella Castle. It truly, truly is a magical, magical, magical sight. It is a cold morning here in Central Florida. About 40 degrees. Lots of knit hats, hand warmers,

gloves, a couple scarves. Haven't seen, oh, there it is, a couple people with shorts on, braving the cold. But yeah, let's go take a walk around Main Street USA and the hub and see what we can hear. Alright, let's go. All right, so besides being super cold here today for us Floridians, there is not a cloud in the sky. Very sunny.

That sun is warm. And we are on Main Street, USA. Crowded, crowded, but still magical. Walking right down the middle of Main Street, USA. I know you're singing along. Trying not to break ankles in the trolley train tracks. Lots of photo pass taking photos and everybody on the left side of the street because that's where the sun is at. It is a hustling, bustling crowd here on Main Street USA. You can honestly just hear the happiness in people's voices as they're talking and taking photos. Well, except that kid.

Sorry kid, it's early. But everyone other than that kid is having a great time here on Main Street, USA. E aí, você vai ver o que eu vou mostrar. Eu vou mostrar para vocês. Passa a treta aqui. We made it to the hub. So we are near the hub grass now. Still very crowded. People taking all their photos in front of the castle. And in front of Walt and the partner statue. Blustery winds here at the Magic Kingdom. Standing directly in front of the partner statue.

Now it does sound like a band is coming down Main Street, and let's see what we can hear. Who doesn't love a good marching band anyway? Honestly, I think I was mistaken. Not a marching band. We're traveling to the transportation and ticket center. For those of you standing, please hold onto the handrails throughout our journey. Please stay clear and do not lean on the doors.

For the comfort of others, no smoking in the doors. For the comfort of others, no smoking, please. Thank you. Well, welcome back, travelers. And by the magic of, well, magic, we are now at Epcot, standing in front of Spaceship Earth

with Goofy to my right, literally, and the monorail overhead to my left. The flags of the lands of Epcot blowing in the wind. 50 degrees. And the line for Spaceship Earth is currently at 25 minutes, which, if you come to this park and know, you can kind of gauge how busy the park is based on Spaceship Earth. 25 minutes is a long wait for the big ball. Currently in the wind tunnel of Spaceship Earth underneath and on the other side. Sunny on this side. Heading towards the Moana attraction

with the brand-new trees and light poles and the walls are down. I'm going to go to the next one. Currently walking into World Celebration, or the parts of World Celebration that are open. The Walt statue to my left, Spaceship Earth behind me, along with World Showcase forward and World Nature to the side. It is so much better now that all these walls are down. So many places to sit and hang out and enjoy Epcot. And if you haven't been yet, I implore you to come by and check out this new area. I'm sure you'll be very impressed with the way that it looks during the day

and even more impressed with the way it looks in the evening with the LED lights on the ground and the poles and the plants and flowers. It is truly magical. Thank you. Well, welcome back, travelers. We are at another park. And if you can guess by the music, we are at Hollywood Studios on Hollywood Boulevard. Hollywood Boulevard not too packed right now. Sunset looks bustling. Gonna hang a left herestone Street and Echo Park.

Can I interest anyone in a Peavey's Polar Pipeline? A lot of birds in this tree. Passing by. Bui, oh, Bui. It's good food, backside dungaree. Pretzel dog anyone? I will. Pretty cold over here by the Hyperion Theatre I wonder why I smell funnel cakes.

That can only mean one thing. I'm hungry. And we're approaching Epic Eats. We got the Vacla Express in front of us and Vacation Fun to the right. Did you guys write? Yeah. You know it's a busy day when it's 35 minutes to meet Olaf. In my opinion, you should just let it go.

Yeah, I'll be here all week. Well, not here, but you know what I mean. Anyway, moving on. Star Tour's 25 minutes. Not terrible, but... It's a busy day, so it's to be expected. Busy busy here. It was 28 degrees out. Beastline Taphouse line is out the door, to be expected.

It is Sunday Funday. Passing one of my favorite restaurants, Sci-Fi. Delicious milkshakes. ABC Commissary. Home of delicious steak fries. Definitely try it out sometime. Delicious. sometime delicious. I don is popcorn. It smells great. The sun is shining. It is beautiful today. Overall, I feel like it's a pretty busy day at the studios.

MGM Studios for us old-timers, but definitely a good time. There's Daisy Duck. Wave to Daisy. Hey, Daisy. Daisy. There's a brown derby like three. Thank you. If you didn't know where I'm at right now, well, I'm having a wild time here at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Just walking through the oasis, headed to Discovery Island. I'm going to go to the next one. That one is pretty. Riverside Depot on our right and Island Mercantile on our left headed to the Tree of Life The tree of life. I don't know about you, I hope I have a couple of white boots. Well, I don't know about you, but when I come to Animal Kingdom, I usually head left.

And not to go to Pandora, but to head towards the Flamingo Pool, towards the otters, to enjoy paths Celeste traveled. Very busy day here today at the park. um Passing the Otter Grotto on my right. Coming up to one of the busiest places at Animal Kingdom, Creature Comforts, with Everest to our right. Let's take a spin through Harambe and see what we can hear. Thank you. It's a very busy day here at Animal Kingdom. Kilimanjaro Safari Wait is currently 100 minutes. Oh, you guys know what that is right that's one of our friends at a pod right here Thank you.
