That's right. Come on in. It's boobies time. Boobies time. Ha ha ha ha ha. Welcome back again, travelers. This is your old friend here, Rick, on the West Coast. Stepping into Disney California Adventure for, I don't know, we'll see what the day brings us.

As you may be able to tell from the musical intro, it's Halloween time here. And we're going to just explore and see what we can hear here in the Halloween time of DCA. Really long at the sweet shop Oh no I take that back It's for Goofy There's a real dance floor. Nothing quite puts me in the mood like that wander down Buena Vista Street and all that great classic 20s and 30s music.

I think we're going to make a right here at Carthay Circle and head on into the Redwoods. Welcome past Smokejumpers here. With all the trees in this part of the park, the sounds of the birds are really great. I hope you can hear that. No animatronic birds back here. They're the real deal. Soaring around the world here up on the right. Humphrey's service supplies on the left.

Love all the Smokey the Bear merch in there. Passing a family that clearly just got off Grizzly. They're soaked. Stitch Halloween buckets. Stitch Vampire Halloween buckets. Great little line here to see Pluto at the plane as I make that left towards Grizzly Peak.

Taking a little stop here at the turn towards Grizzly Peak. Looking to see if I can find any of those famous Disneyland cats. But it looks like they are all backstage at the moment. Hear that rushing water at Grizzly Peak. Not many people want to ride it this early in the morning. This particular raft only has two people in it. Up here on the right is the back door entrance to the Grand California Hotel. Great opportunity when you get to stay here is you get to enter directly into the park from that hotel.

I love that they brought Big Al here to Grizzly Peak. That's you. That's me. Oh, it's Big Al. Clearly that passerby was feeling it too. It's been so long since we've had the country beers here it's nice to see them making a little bit of a comeback for those non-californians out there one of the things i really love about the uh gift shop here at the exit of grizzly river run

this is called russian river and that's r as in rushing water, but we actually do have a Russian River, as in the country, up in Northern California, where all the redwoods are. Makes it come a little bit more real here. Love the smell of the bromine in the morning should we wander through Redwood Creek? I think we might want to wander through Redwood Creek let's see if she's open oh it's closed

not open yet probably closed because they do the Halloween Villains Trail back there right now for the Oogie Boogie Bash. It was absolutely blazing hot here in Southern California last week. We had a high last weekend of 113 here in Anaheim. It is glorious right now. Probably about 69 degrees. Mixed clouds and sun. Just stunning.

Glad to see it has finally arrived. We're making that bend past here, right past the Painted Ladies at the Embarcadero and Little Mermaid. Let's just continue. Let's circle this place. I'll make a bend here off to the right, right in front of the Little Mermaid attraction, which appears to be closed right now. Let's head on back towards the Garden Plaza.

Plaza Garden. All the Oogie Boogie Bash merch right here at the little pop-up shop. I have to say the merch this year is really exceptional. It's like they're doing their annual repair work on World of Color. All the fountains are exposed in the bay. ¶¶ Thank you. Got the California Zephyr here on the left, the Golden Zephyr. For those of you that don't know, this ride shuts down on windy nights or windy days because it can start to develop some vibrations and the cables that are being used to hold up those cars were special ordered one of a kind pieces from the former Yugoslavia if I remember correctly

and so you can't replace them. So they have to really be careful with that particular attraction. Corndog Castle over here on the right. Shocking how long that line is for this early in the morning. Here, just after 9 o'clock. Goofy Sky School Hoppin' as always How long's that wait right now?

It says only 25 minutes But boy, that looks a lot longer than that Let's wander back into the Plaza de la Familia For Coco It's hard to beat this music linearly. Terima kasih telah menonton The food's really exceptional back here. And I love the seasonal offerings that we get. Every new overlay that the park gets. As we exit the plaza, you can probably hear Incredicoaster rolling over my head. As we head back onto Pixar Pier. Look at everything. Over here on the right here, we have the emotional whirlwind. We're inside out.

You might hear bing bong. I'm just gonna read. I'm just gonna read. Speed is me. Speed is me. I mean, ha ha ha. I'm a water bottle. I'm a water bottle. How did I cut? I'm just gonna read. Kampung Kampung We've got us under the tracks once again. We've got the... Well, I still call it the Sunwheel.

But we've got the Pixar Power around here over on the left. Gift shops on the right. Little known fact here, the Pixar Promenade stage that's set up over here and used often for Boogie Boogie Bash. It was originally supposed to be an entrance to a ride. There are some rumors that maybe that's where Coco's going to go. Thank you. So I have to know, for those of you that do ride the Pixar Pile Around, are you a stationary car or a swinging car kind of person? I cannot handle that swinging car kind of person. I cannot handle that swinging car. The roars of Incredicoaster sure add a special level of kinetic energy out here on the pier.

We've got Toy Story Mania here up on our right. It looks like our Mr. Potato Head is actually working today. Potato, four, five potato, six potato, you're gonna score. Seven potato, eight potato, nine potato, ten. Feed a hot potato. Is this an audience or a jig? Let me hear some applause. Come on. Thank you, thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. The lift this high the Woody Muggles.

Come on. The new food shacks here, the Senior Bozo's Churros, Poultry Palace over on the left. Churros are already open open but poultry is not. We got the great little carousel here on the third, but I have even helped. I've made dreams of growing more, he just can't help himself. With his pillow-picking show, I search for new planes. And I've seen his coming from the number-rolling range. I'm a free-for-all, I'm a free-for-all. I'm a free-for-all, I'm a free-for-all.

We're going to swing back over the pier itself. Kampung Kampung love love love the launch for Incredicoaster, nothing quite like it oh look at this the work crew's going out to do their world of pillar work I don't know if I've ever actually seen that barge out on the water before. After all that energy of Pixar Pier

it seems so quiet and mild as we come down here towards the lighthouse in front of Little Mermaid and of course because San Fransokyo is almost entirely about the food it's very quiet over there right now. But I still think it's worth a walk through because even when there's no crowd, there's still music.

Well, I was really sad to see the old wharf area pacific wharf go away i have to say the theming of this new space is really quite nice and we have to do this still somehow reminds me of home this is where we get our fill of J-pop. Terima kasih telah menonton I got a note for any Disney creatives that are listening to us. You have a piece of art over the restrooms here in San Francisco. It's their version of the Golden Gate Bridge with the SFS logo dead center behind, somewhat reminiscent of kanji, seagulls floating off to the side, waves crashing under the bridge. And please, please, please, make this a shirt. I must have it. Hiro is out. No Baymax yet.

And we turn out of San Francisco and into that great southwest of Radiator Springs. As I head under the rock Irish here and into Radiator Springs You get that Classic 50's rock The Flows Cafe Kick up

The bridge is flying by. Boy, does it look like there's a long line for Radiator Springs this morning. The racer's line is using the overflow space as well. Talk about a kinetic soundscape. There's just not much that can top it. Truly, this is the perfect land in terms of theming, both musically and physically. Teeniest, tiniest bone of contention, I do really feel that when it was the Tower of Terror, rather than the Guardians of the Galaxy, that

tower fit the theming better. Just like Fillmore said, every third blink of the yellow light is slower. I love the cars themed for Halloween time. The whole land. Carburetor caps of spiders. Cozy Cone. All spooked out. Lightning McQueen wearing a costume. Pretty great stuff. Yes. Yes. If you know your soundscapes here at DCA, then you know we're going to be hearing some hooting and hollering coming up here in just a moment with Mr. Tomator. I don't know if I caught this before

but we have radiator grills as tombstones right here at the entrance during Halloween time great little touch of theming. Look at that graveyard jam. Long term parking. I love it.

You can probably hear the flow of the rivers of Grizzly River Run on the back side of the mountain, the back side of water. And we're going to make it right into Avengers Campus. Thank you. I can't believe it. I'll tell you, you've probably heard me complain about this before, but there's very little shade in Avengers Campus. But on a day like today, this is the time to visit, man. It is beautiful. Just enough overcast to keep it cool. See that excitement swell with that Avengers theme? Web Slinger's over here on my left-hand side.

That line doesn't look terrible. Let's see what the sign says. Well, I take that back. Queue is at 50 minutes. Oh, we've got a... show, so I'm gonna be quiet I don't know what's going on. Move, set, and hold. Six of all five assets are erased. We need to find some more tasks.

There are so many people just standing around watching Black Widow and Black Panther fight with Taskmaster. It's good stuff. Again, great energy today. 45 minute line for the Guardians. We got Ms. Marvel out front with Ant-Man and the Wasp. I really loved Rogers the Musical.

I wish they would bring it back. But it doesn't sound like that's on the cards. Of course, I'm bringing this up as I'm passing the Hyperion here on the right. Still using Captain America music. I mean, come on, just give us Rogers back already. I'm not here to complain, but you know, sometimes you just gotta a little bit. Oh, our red trolley, almost to its end days. not much longer for it sadly I mean I get it you're going to be building new

attractions where the barn is what are you going to do but I love that red car I really don't want to see it go look at that I said I wasn't going to do. I love that red car. I really don't want to see it go. Look at that. I said I wasn't going to complain anymore. I'm sorry. You know, we love change. We know parks need change, but sometimes change is hard. Animation Studios here on the left

coming down Hollywood Boulevard Mickey's Filling Magic on the right I wish we had our Muppets back I did it again, sorry you know my Florida friends, you just don't know how lucky you are. To be able to see Kermit whenever you want.

And of course, Sweetums. I mean, come on, Sweetums. Really, right? Hollywood Land gift shops here on the right hand side Disney Junior stuff here on the left another red car coming my way this one's the 717 one of the cars is the birthday of Disneyland.
