oh Out in front of Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway now. Heather, where are we headed? We are headed to the ABC Commissary to get a special holiday treat. There is a Bundt cake at the commissary that we a special holiday treat. There is a Bundt cake at the commissary that we're chasing down today and also soaking up the holiday tunes. All right we're gonna take a left here head down towards the commissary let's go. I think they're okay. I kind of want a hot pretzel Alright We are sitting outside in the alley at ABC Commissary.

And we have our holiday treat. We ordered the holiday Bundt cake. I think it's Minnie Mouse, right? And, guys, wow. So we saw that that is a really loud trash can. We saw that our pals at Toying Plans had rated this 10 out of 10. This is an actual cake with some apple filling inside, cinnamon frosting on top, little chocolate bow and chocolate ears.

All right, and so we're going to consume far too many calories and then rejoin you because here in the alley, they're playing some renditions of, you know how they have the kind of like walking jazz music here in the alleyway? They're doing some holiday renditions out here too. I might try to capture some of it. Alright, back in a minute. Some of my favorite things, right?

Yeah, a little rendition here. So picture this. You are sitting in the alley next to ABC Commissary under a red umbrella. Palm trees to your right. Chinese theater to your left. People wandering by. Stomach slightly distended from a bunk cake that was delicious but now feels like a boat anchor. These are the holiday things.

Some of my favorite things. By the way, shout out to cast member Evan, who stopped by, even noticed our microphone, which was off by the way. We go out of our way not to talk, like when cast members are around not to record them. Just try to be

conscious of what we record here. But anyway, Evan stopped by. Amazing young guy. Talked to us about Disney. Talked to us about life in the local area. Some cool stuff that he follows on YouTube

so far as Disney creators and just had a great conversation, man. If you listened, thank you. Kind of made our day. So we are off next to gather some ambience, I think, from Echo Lake, just a little. And then we're going to head down Sunset Boulevard to see what they're playing there for the holidays, if they're playing stuff for the holidays. Poke into a few shops. Let's go. We just had a wonderful five-minute conversation about these parks, and I had forgotten to click the record button. You know what? That's called what happens when you record live in the parks.

You know, though we make this look easy, and we don't. We probably make it look incompetent. It's difficult to take a mic out here and sometimes make it all happen and make it sound coherent. So, the discussion was this, and I'll be quick. Don't you love it? The discussion is, for those of us of a certain age, this park in particular just dials up the nostalgia for us at Christmastime

because the decor here, the music here, is like going to our grandparents' home. So these songs would have been played on the record player at my grandparents' home during the holidays, and we'd be decorating the tree, and they would have cookies baking and the decor that we see here looks just exactly like what my grandparents would put up in their home on the outside of their home and this is one of the first places that we come for the holidays

because it just really seems comforting to us we just just love it. We're headed down towards the Hollywood Tower Hotel store. Love this music. Yes, there is. And I'm glad for it this year. I'm ready for holiday season. I'm over the heat here in Florida. If you are in colder climates, I envy you. But we're finally just now getting to the point where it's not miserable. And I am glad for a little bit of cool, a little bit of decor, a little bit of holiday cheer.
