Hello, travelers. Welcome back to walk about the world. And we are at the Transportation and Ticket Center, about to get on the ferry. I'm here with Pete. Hey, how do you? Hey. Ha, I see what you did there. Nice. We are about to get on the ferry over to the Magic Kingdom on a chilly Florida evening. I rarely go to the Magic Kingdom. I agree. Rarely.

Rarely. It's just such a pain to get there. I know. It's like, I know, it's, it's the Disney World. It is what you think of, when you think of Disney World, it is the Magic Kingdom. But for locals, it's just hard to get to. Yeah, it's just a pain in the bud. So, rarely do I come over here, but I felt since it was open late tonight, I would head on over, see what we can hear. And, uh, no plan. It's just like a typical, good old fashion walk about the world, walk about, walk about. the world yeah exactly no plan we're making it up as we go so

we're about to cast off headed upstairs on the ferry and we'll see you over at the Magic Kingdom when you will tell one line off the marinate

seven seasons which took home those three years to excavate we knew as that my long floor and the stairs remain clear while the boat is in motion Once again, welcome aboard.

Go ashore. Please gather all your personal belongings. Take small children by the hand and watch your staff as you disembark. Heading through the right-hand side tunnel this time.

We have arrived. I think there's a parade happening in front of us. Looky there. escaping off of Main Street because of the parade traffic. So we just took a right at Tony's. You know, that place right there. You know, the place with the Biscettys. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

And the yummy garlic bread. Oh, yeah. So the back, what do you call this? The, I don't know, overflow. Yeah, the alternate exit entrance. behind Main Street, USA. The crowd control area. So we took that way over and we'll come out in between Main Street and Tomorrowland.

Where the noodles used to be sold. Remember the noodle restaurant? I do. Tomorrowland Terrace, right? Yes. And I totally forgot that Starlight runs the opposite way. That's right. Because it would be finishing here, but it's starting here. so where you think you're like oh it's great oh we're on the other way so all good so i don't know

if it just started or not to be honest i forget the order i've only seen it once a lot of people exiting the park currently i like that even though this is technically a backstage area they theme it so there's there's signs back here that are themed to main street u.say luckies librarian boarding stables coaches and cabriole What's a cabriolette? No idea. I thought it was a car. No? I don't know, but they're at reasonable rates.

That's for sure. Particular attention paid to boarding. It has something to do with horses, I'm sure. Yes. From pure artisan water, Blue Ribbon, established 1901, Blue Ribbon Ice Company. Our wagon will deliver. Established 19.

Turn of the century Uber Eats, but for ice. delivered by horsing carriage but you're right though it's great that it's themed but you're not seeing anything that you shouldn't see which is awesome the magic is still alive so we're taking a right

through Tomorrowland Terrace parade is still going on to the left of us castle all lit up in blue and purple search lights beaning so the one thing they do use the Tomorrow Land Terrace for now

It's the dessert fireworks parties, dining Magic Kingdom fireworks dessert parties. Everybody's getting ready for that, checking in. It smells delicious. Gross and think of the smell delicious? Maybe I guess it can, right? You can't smell it. It sounds like it smells delicious. How's that?

Yes. Now we've arrived at the icon of the 2010s, the purple wall. Remember those days with the... with the wall pictures, the hashtag purple wall. Wow. Carousal progress. It's kind of noisy. I'm gonna, there's too much coming from the parade and Tomorrowland,

so I'm gonna pause here for a minute until the noise is completely in Tomorrowland. So that way you can enjoy without all the noise pollution. It's got walls around. Sometime this year, right? summertime, perhaps? I have no idea. Is there any signs that say?

It just says to infinity and beyond. The lunching pad, an astro-orbiter, straight ahead of us. Aha, here's a sign. Operation suspended. Star Command Code Section 2-3A, C-Slas-D, 9V. Ha, like a 9-bolt battery? I get it.

Crystolic fusion power cells depleted. Initiate immediate recharge protocols. All launches postponed, until resource acquisition units return. Please proceed to adjacent mission zones. That's a fancy sign, Pete. I get it. They're all batteries.

Yeah, those are batteries. I'll take a picture of that sign on the wall. I think there's only one thing that we are destined to do since we're right here. What is that? Meet Buzz Light here? Try again. It definitely can't be the Stitch Dance Party, right? Dear God, no.

Let's hop on the people mover, you guys. The little changes at Magic Kingdom that kind of get you. Like, there's no more turnstiles. And look, the line for Astrolder is longer than the line for the people mover. That's wild. There was no line for Peoplemover. They're all at the parade. At the top of the speed ramp, about to get on. So I'm going to let you enjoy.

New progress in inspired Epcot and a lot of the visionary ideas throughout Walt Disney World. Look, there's even that tiny people over. I wonder if that means there's a tiny o'rack. Now, it's Star Traders, home to the greatest goods in the galaxy. Except action stars. Those are the most. Approaching Tomorrowland Speedway and Trond Light Cycle Run. I love a good circuit.

And these are two of the best tracks of the cosmos. for a bit of late, speedy competition. It's been a pleasure to have you a war. And even though we're concluding, this is always my favorite part. Because now is the time, now is the best time, to go out and explore tomorrow today.

See you in the future. Get off the people mover, and you can tell the parade is over because the people found the people mover, and now there is a line, so we got there just in time. Let's keep strolling around tomorrow land. for a bit.

cooling station? Cool ship. Cool ship, yeah. Is now the astrophys featuring Coca-Cola No longer has the Stitch-style Flight of the Navigator

allegedly former Flight of the Navigator ship atop it And now it's more of like a Retro Futurist It kind of looks like the Like at LAX Honestly I was going to go

Cross brand here and say that it looks like Men and Black from Universal Studios That's that 50s 1960s retrofuturism. What's on the menu? Cherry Cola Chiro. Interesting. They also have frozen slushies and popcorn.

The current operating hours. From park open to park close. It's kind of awesome. How often do these things open when the park opens and stay open to the park closed? It's a churro rolled in cherry sugar, drizzled with Coca-Cola cherry icing, and topped with cherry popping candies. Do we need to try a cherry colichiro, Pete? I know.

I feel like this is the punniest part of Tomorrowland, with anti-gravities and, of course, the merchant of Venus. It's the part that I appreciate. I always like to see these bushes as well. I feel like they've never changed in the, like, million of years that I've been going to Magic Kingdom, they're always like that. Those Tomorrowland topiary trees are iconic for sure.

Tomorrowland Speedway to our right, as you can hear. We are going to pop in pay a visit to our old pal sunny eclipse. When you talk about smells at Magic Kingdom, is one of them that you just love or hate is the old, The old smell of the Speedway. Happily, ever after. Presented by Pandora Jewel. Thank you. Well, we'll see where we are in ten minutes. We're currently headed toward Storybook Circus. Mind train is directly to our left. Popcorn carts to the right. So we're going to make our way over to Adventureland, I think, and see what happens from there. And then if we catch some of wishes, or, oh, whoop, I wish. That was good. That was good. You know, that happily ever after a thing. Yeah, that's it. I mean, the lady just told me what it was, but.

I still, I miss wishes. Yes, the power. Anyway, we might catch someone happily ever after. So, let's head over that way. The show formerly knows which is this. Is ending happily ever after. Where are we, Pete? We're at Wall Sawyer Island.

Oh, sad, so sad. Just follow those walls. We'll get to where we're going. It looks like we can see over the walls that they're running Big Thunder. We're testing it. They sure are. Other than that, this side of the park is pretty unimpressive right now. We're walking through Frontier Land.

Country Bear, musical jamboree to our left. A bunch of walls to our right. Yeah, in the distance you see the Big Thunder train running. They're testing it. Do we have an opening date for that when it's reopening? I don't think it is. Spring. Soonish.

Big Thunder will be back soonish. Depends on when your spring starts. Tiana's Bayou Adventure straight ahead. Blowing purple. This Bayou Adventure, weight is right now, but the fireworks just ended. It is probably 60 degrees. right now and it's what time to think? Almost 920?

30 minutes. 20 minutes. You being the water ride guy. I would totally go on it. Music's still not done, Pete. Round two. The reprise. All right.

We're coming into Adventureland via the Pirates Plaza. We're going to go in to see what we can find in the gift shop. Pete's checking out the pins. What'd you find? A gator. Probably Lewis, I assume. Or TikTok, one or that too. Thank you, much.

Smell that? It's pirate water, Pete. Pyrrower-watering. Smells delicious. These look like the mugs. Red skull mug. Got some fun new merch over here. Beacon barrel merch.

and barrel shirt. Of course the pirate mug that Pete is in line purchasing right now. Got some Roosevelt shirts over here. The Tiki Room. Teaky Birds. Jungle Crews' little golden book. And of course your usual pirate swords and hats. And hook cans.

There's a Jack Sparrow Mickey Mouse. And a... Pluto with the keys in his mouth. That's cute. Well, Pete, you got what you came for. I did. I did. And I'm very happy with the price. Disney, I feel like could have...

It could have been a lot more. Let's put it that way. And it wasn't. And look at all the people waiting to get into Beacon Barrel. Look at all the people. Still. Have you been? I have not yet been.

There's a lot of birds waiting to go on. For instance... The boys in the back are called macaws. Because of their claws? No, because they're macaws. And I find better print is a jolly tooth can, and two can sound better than a lot to can't. This is an elegant bird.

It likes to be seen and it loves to be heard. Most little birdies will fly away, but the dinky room birds are here every day. In the dicky, dicky, dicky, dicky room in the diggy, diggy, ditty, ditty, ditty, of the birds sing, and the flowers croon. Make your tiki, tiki, tiki, tiki, dicky room.
