Starting point is 00:00:00 And welcome to watch our crapins, a podcast about all that crap on Bravo that we just love to talk about. I've been Mandelker and joining me today is the wonderful and excitable Mr. Ronny Karam. Hi, Ronnie. How's it going? Well, hello. How are you doing, baby? Doing just great. It's Tuesday and it's below deck day.
Starting point is 00:00:44 Below deck med day. Hey, remember the fish report? Guess what? if you want to relive the glory of the fish report or you're like what the hell is the fish report it's on our youtube yes watch what crap is it does have a youtube you know we promote so many things at all times but we often forget our sweet little youtube and um there's just a playlist of all the fish reports from the past uh blow deck down under so it's just it's just nothing but fish report just pure fish and commentary if you ever want to see two gay men reading fish for filth
Starting point is 00:01:19 Check out the fish report on YouTube. Because that's what we do. And we get into it. Okay. So go check that out. And then if you would like to not be underwater, but above water and even above deck with some below deck people and some podcast people, you go join Ronnie and Hannah and Daisy because they're going to be on a little boat sailing around the Bay Area, the Bay Area and back down. they will be up there this Sunday. So go join Ronnie and Hannah and Daisy for that great event.
Starting point is 00:01:56 The tickets are on Hannah and Daisy's Instagrams. And then if you're still... Oh, sorry to interrupt you, but there's also another one that just was announced that I'm going to do with Hannah and Austin from Southern charm. That's going to be in New York on September 14th, the Monday. Okay? We're going to go around New York and have dinner together with Austin. And so...
Starting point is 00:02:18 So you can get tickets for that. Just go to Hannah Ferrier's Instagram, link in bio. That's fabulous. It's going to be fun. That will be a very, very fun time. All of them. I mean, it's a good lineup that you guys are doing.
Starting point is 00:02:33 And then this Sunday, I will be, if you are landlocked here in Los Angeles, I'll be talking with Martin Sorgi, winner of the Great American Baking Show. And he has a new cookbook out called Great Bakes. So I'll be in conversation with him. So join us for those. fine, fine events. And by the way, thank you to our dear friends, Evan and Danny at page 6 radio. They had me on this morning, very early in the morning, just to talk Bravo, which is my way of
Starting point is 00:02:59 saying, I've been talking about Bravo since before dawn today. Yeah, thanks for the invite. Well, I basically, I basically ambushed them. I was like, are you guys here? And they're like, come to our show. We're doing it from 5 to 7 a.m. And I was like, well, no. That's a good one tonight.
Starting point is 00:03:18 be asked on. Oh, you go have a good time. Well, that's fun. I love those guys. Are they different in L.A.? Is that a different vibe? No, they are, they are truly themselves on from coast to coast. But it was super fun. So thanks for having me. And with all that being said, speaking of coast to coast, let's talk about that De Bruvenant coast. Okay. Because there's a boat that's parked on outside of it. And it's got people on it. Led by Captain Sandy. you know yeah below deck Mediterranean season 11 episode 11 Iful power because guess what Ben's favorite is back it's a max uh doing push-ups doing pull-ups doing back flip doing sit stand you know what sit-stand is because you don't do gymnastics like max uh yes uh max is back
Starting point is 00:04:12 Guess he's back. Max is back. Max is back. Max is back. Max is back. Max is back. Max is back. He's like,
Starting point is 00:04:23 I work. You see you. Last year, I'm barfade. It was like my best performance of my career. I saved the tender. I survived Jellyfish attack.
Starting point is 00:04:33 No, no. You Deli fish defended itself against Max attack. That's what happened. The jellyfish did what all of us want to do when they're confronted by you, which is to squirt you in the face with poison.
Starting point is 00:04:46 Okay? Yeah. So, God bless you, jellyfish. And stop with the jellyfish slander on this show. Yeah. Yeah, please. You started it. You started it.
Starting point is 00:04:58 You touched the jellyfish, then you touch your eyeball. That's your own stupidity. Okay. You, we survived your stupidity, not you survived the jellyfish attack. So he's just proud of himself. And then he goes on the boat. Got me. Okay.
Starting point is 00:05:12 All right, Max. Okay. All right. Well, can't wait to see how you almost wrecked the boat this year because you know it's coming. Yeah, seriously. So he does as after a lev provider, I work to get my yacht master. I got a higher certification of teaching. But when I have a call from Captain Sandy, I put my armor and I jetpack myself directly to her to a decision.
Starting point is 00:05:32 Yeah, yeah, Captain Sandy, I cannot let her down. I was like, oh. You actually can in many different ways. So you left yacht. master school to come here. Is that what he said? No, I think he got the yacht. He did get a higher certification.
Starting point is 00:05:49 I know, I think he did. Certification of teaching. He got a higher certification and then the bat signal went out. And he, he came, he came a calling. The hug signal. My hugs are waiting for you. Guess what? Guess what you need?
Starting point is 00:06:08 You need to nap hard. We need you. Max. Yachtmaster. Sir. Brandzino signal. The brandzino. I had brandzino this week just because of this show.
Starting point is 00:06:19 Just because of it. How was it? Sandy. It was on the menu. It was great. And I ordered it because it was one of the rare times that you get brandzino that is deboned and folated. Yep. Because that one's a rough one.
Starting point is 00:06:31 There's a lot of bones in a brand zeno. Okay. Made that mistake a few times. Yes. It was really good. Okay. A yacht master certificate is globally recognized credential, proving you can safely skipper.
Starting point is 00:06:42 a sailing or power yacht. Safely Skipper. Skipper. The safely skipper. It's issued by the Royal Yachting Association. I'm Royal. Wow. Royal Yachting Association,
Starting point is 00:06:59 which is administered by the King and Queen of Yacht Land. So, Max says hi to Sandy, and she's like, You know, we got four charters left and we're going to smash it. Okay, can you go find Joe? He's like, oh, Joe's here. Yeah, well, we have Nathan, too, but his back is out.
Starting point is 00:07:21 So Joe is going to be acting bosun slash president of undermining Nathan club. So, uh, yeah, go find him. You know, I think having Max back on board for Joe's first charter is acting bosen. It's great for morale. Great. But I need Asia to stay on the deck because we're just going to torture Asia now. Fuck Asia. Am I right?
Starting point is 00:07:45 I just need to get through this charter and we'll be fine. Everybody's going to be just fine. If I hear that fucking Morocco one more time, I'm going to kill some. Asia's just like, it's in Morocco. It's hilarious. Shh, shh, shh, shh. So Max and Joe hug. And Joe's like, I ended up loving Max in the last season.
Starting point is 00:08:11 He's a bit wild. But I know how to deal with Max because, you know, I'm a very qualified boson. I know how to deal with people. And he's going to be an asset to the team. And it's going to help me prove myself as bossan. Like, okay. So we see footage of Max being crazy as usual. And we saw last year, Nathan was like, Max, I forgot to do that again.
Starting point is 00:08:34 I'm going to have a fit. But then we see Max also being crazy with Joe. And Joe's like, I see you, Max. And then Max is like happy, I guess. I didn't really see too much of a difference. I see you. It was like the scene in Crocodile Dundee when like Paul Hogan does this thing
Starting point is 00:08:50 to like that giant ox or whatever. He's like, and the ox was like, and then just like settles down. You know, a real current reference. Yeah. All he needs is the I love the
Starting point is 00:09:04 Kawask story though. You don't get an ox reference very much. Can we get Linda Kowalski to come on to this boat? Whatever happens? happened to Linda Kowalski. She was the female lead of Crocodile Dundee.
Starting point is 00:09:18 That was her name, Linda Kowalsi? I know, why does she sound like a hardballed detective? I'm sorry, it's Kozlowski. Linda Kozlowski. I don't know what she's up to these days, but God bless. I can't believe that was her. I'm picturing a totally different actress. She's retired.
Starting point is 00:09:38 I just looked her up. Her final. Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles. in 2001, it said, notes, final film role on a Wikipedia. I didn't even know there was a crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles. Oh, yeah. That was the, that was the follow-up. He comes to L.A.
Starting point is 00:09:53 But that was the third. There was Crocodile Dundee, too. But I didn't know that there was a three. Oh, oh, yeah, two was in the big city, right? Or was one, wasn't it about him coming to the big city? Or two was something like that. Like, number two had like, I think drug dealers or maybe that's number one. I think number two is, all I remember is.
Starting point is 00:10:12 that number one ended with him being in the subway and was crowded. He like climbed on like the crowd of people in the subway. And I'm like, you're stepping out people's heads. That's inappropriate. Crocodile Dundee. Oh, we don't think of stuff like that in the app back. Step on my head. It's as good as a, good as a tree storm.
Starting point is 00:10:30 Well, guess, oh, one thing I love that they're doing, by the way, to anyone who's like, that is incorrect. Crocodile Dundee trivia. We're gay people. And I feel like gay people shouldn't have to know crocodile Dundee trivia. That's it. I don't think anyone would have to know it. That's not a fact.
Starting point is 00:10:48 This is a fact. It's not a knife. Oh, yeah, I do remember that. That's not a knife. This is a knife. He pulls out his giant machete thing. Bowie knife or whatever. What a life.
Starting point is 00:11:02 Straight people. Yeah. I just remember leaving that and thinking, God, straight people, huh? Well, my dad's a real wuss. I've ever seen him step on anybody's head. to get somewhere. Yeah, man, not bad.
Starting point is 00:11:16 Yeah, seriously. I know. Paul Hogan. God bless. So one thing I love that they're doing on this show is constantly triggering Nathan on purpose. Because they just keep texting him like, hey, just want you to know. Everything on deck is amazing without you. We've got everything covered.
Starting point is 00:11:34 Didn't even know you were gone. And Sandy sends him one of those texts right now. She's like, hey, Nathan, an update. We have Max on board now. I'm going to find someone the additional for Charter 2 for Charter 7 as well. So rest up. We'll be covered. We don't really need you.
Starting point is 00:11:50 Everything's going fine without you. Yeah. Enjoy doing nothing over there. We're sure enjoying you doing nothing over here. Wow. Haven't crashed the boat since you left. So that's a positive. Just want to say, I hope you're resting up your back because guess who's carrying the boat now?
Starting point is 00:12:11 Joe, so don't worry about it. Okay, sleep well. Maybe painful doing what you're doing, but just remember you're spending your time the one way that Norma is completely unable to with the man. And that's on your back. So enjoy that. Listen, if you, I know, I know you're bored there here in Croatia, just doing nothing at home. but I have it under good authority that if you turn to channel 234 on your on your TV, there is an Elaine Boozler special that's airing right now. So get ready for some laughs.
Starting point is 00:12:48 Ha ha. Guess what? Women drink milk out of cups. Men drink it. Men's cups for milk is a carton. Isn't that crazy? You never see lipstick on a milk carton. Elaine Boosler is something else.
Starting point is 00:13:03 Gosh. Can I say something? I think Elaine Boosler must have been on my. mind because today's her birthday and it's also Madeline Stowe's birthday and if we had known all these years that Madeline Stowe and Elaine Boosler shared her birthday, I don't even know. Like I think our, we would, crappins wouldn't have lasted this long because our brains would have exploded many years ago. I know.
Starting point is 00:13:24 That's a pretty big birthday. I can imagine somewhere Madeline Stowe is somewhere with one eye kind of Botox closed and the other one twitching while a vein pops out of her forehead learning that she's the same birthday is Elaine Boosla. Like, really? Elaine Boosla. I have a vision. I have a vision
Starting point is 00:13:47 of Madeline's Doe walking up to Elaine Boosler slapping her. And then going, Happy birthday. It's my day. So Nathan texts back. Thanks for the update.
Starting point is 00:14:04 Glad he's back. Back is on the mend, hopefully. At least I'm doing better than Madeline's. Stowe learning that she's got the same birthday as Elaine Boozler. So Kaylee and Jen are discussing, rearranging the schedules for the charter, and Jen's actually being nice to Kaylee, which is weird.
Starting point is 00:14:25 Well, that's because she has someone new to undermine, which is a cat, which is that she, after spending episodes, bemoaning the fact that there was another woman in her love triangle, with Luke. She's now going to go after the guy that Cat has been literally crying to her about. But we'll get to that momentarily. But yes, they're being nice. Actually, it's right now. It is right now.
Starting point is 00:14:50 And Cat and Coop are flirty and everything. And I guess maybe it's not right now. But they're just like talking and they're still being like silly and like hiding, hiding their toward relationship. Yeah. Yeah, the secret relationship plan is just like. keeping it hidden. It's so sexy. And now he wants to like hide chocolate bars in his cabin. And he wants that for him and Joe. But I know about the secret. This is crazy. It's a terrible, terrible idea. So then of course the producer asks Coop, what's the vibe like?
Starting point is 00:15:30 But he doesn't know that they know because he's not smart. And he's like, oh, we're good. We're gone. Yeah. So then we go to the pantry where Joy and Kaylee are discussing the charter. And Joy is like, okay, you have to tell them we are having a meeting with the charter. Not as soon as they arrive, but at one point, say the chef would like to have a sit down. Do you have it? Do you have this?
Starting point is 00:15:57 Can you do this? And Joy is like, I just want to talk to the guests because last charter was very successful. We have some time off. and you know why I talk to Luke, so I feel very strong and everything should go well, of course. But unfortunately, these guests have requested a lot of things, and we know it's not going to go out. The thing that's tricky is that I think that the chefs fall into this trap all the time,
Starting point is 00:16:21 which is that they think when there's a bunch of picky eaters, that you should, like, sit and talk with them and find out what they all want to eat. But then what happens is that they all, they don't approach it for like, oh, what's something that we could all eat together? What would be a good course for us, like a good menu for the table? They just all shed out random different things. Like I want animal crackers. I want shrimp.
Starting point is 00:16:44 I want fruit rollups. And then you have to provide for everything. Like you open the floodgates a little bit too much and then you get screwed. Yeah. And it's interesting because Joy is doing a lot of the things that we suggest when we see chefs fall into these traps. Like don't give them a ton of options. Just tell them what it is. And then that's it.
Starting point is 00:17:03 because the second you come up and you're like, would you like, would you like something? Then they're all like, yeah, I want a shrimp. I want a pizza. I want a hamburger. I want this. I want that. So don't.
Starting point is 00:17:13 It's like she tries, she really tries every method in this. But these guests are just going to be pains in the ass no matter what because they're just that kind of people. Like I'm kind of like that in my family. I don't eat meat. My sisters don't eat gluten. You know,
Starting point is 00:17:29 we all have kind of a thing. I don't think we're this bad about it. Because this one's really bad. This one's like vegan, gluten-free. I mean, it's all over the place, this one. One girl doesn't like avocado, but then you have to serve vegan. So this one's really all over, but they have no problem just ordering 20 different things and then wondering why it doesn't all come out at the same time.
Starting point is 00:17:53 Yeah, someone needs to explain stuff to them. Well, also, it just seems like all they want is shrimp. And so, like, just put it on your preference sheet. Like, I just, just give me shrimp. Just feed me shrimp all day long, you know. I know, it's a weird thing. If it was, if you were saying avocado, Joy would have won this charter because she really was just like, I will serve avocado now. And then you'll have an avocado appetizer, you will have avocado.
Starting point is 00:18:19 There was a lot of avocado. Main dessert avocado would there. Avocado Sunday. Like, could we maybe have a little less avocado? It's a lot of avocado. Yeah. It's time for a commercial. It's time for a crap and's commercial
Starting point is 00:18:35 I feel like if you're a yacht chef You just have to be prepared for these sort of charters Like you just have to have a game plan That's just like ready to go in back pocket You know Maybe there could have been like a She did but like Nothing but avocado
Starting point is 00:18:53 Avocado was the game plan They just They just were very specific About what they wanted at all times So Joy is just gonna try to be graceful and elegant. So on the bridge, Sanion Joe. This was also a rough one. I'm sorry
Starting point is 00:19:10 to interrupt you, but nothing will get us going on below deck other than food. Like food, food gets us going the most. The food, the other thing that's annoying about these guests is that they're nice. So it makes it really rough to do, to even talk about it because I get so infuriated with the ordering part that I want to yell at them. But then they're actually such nice people.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Yeah. I like them to be, when they're divas, I like them to be assholes. So you can just be like, that asshole! How dare, eat your fucking avocado. But they're actually pretty nice. They're nice. And it kills me. They're very nice, but they just keep on asking and asking for stuff.
Starting point is 00:19:55 So now Sandy and Joe are talking and Joe is showing a printout of like a schedule. And the entire time, all I was thinking was you just used up a lot of green ink. I don't know. I think there's something about having, when you own a color printer and you see that much ink, like big boxes of green, just green. I don't know if you have this. I don't think you don't have a printer, right? Or do you?
Starting point is 00:20:19 No, I refuse. There's something, and I know color printer people in the audience will feel this, but when you see, like, a big square of just like full on green, like a color, you're like, damn, just went right through you that color. you're going to you're going to that's going to cost you 75 dollars soon you know like that's because ink is so expensive unnecessarily so i feel like now i don't know how much it cost to make ink but i have to imagine that it probably could be as cheap as like 15 dollars a thing and i don't care i don't care someone from the ink industry can push back on me but i'm going to tell you right now it should be
Starting point is 00:20:53 fifteen dollars it should not be 75 so i saw that i saw that schedule that he prints it out i was like you just use a fuck ton of ink sir on this stupid schedule and you could have just used like a pattern, like a gray scale pattern. Well, he's one of those who just, he gets a new thing and he's so excited that he just uses different colors of ink for everything. Do you remember those pens back when we were kids that have the different colors in them? So you push down a little rectangular thing and then you have a different color. And the first time you get those, everything is like every line is a different color.
Starting point is 00:21:30 Well, I remember one time I got one, because normally there's like, like three. There's three. It's like it's like black, red, and green or something. Maybe it's like a blue option. But I remember one time I got my hands on one that had like 20 different colors. Oh yeah, I had the full rainbow ones. Remember that it was like a, it was like a bullet. It was like a, it was like a shell that you put into a cannon and you like slot one thing down. Oh, that was the best. You had so much power. You feel so powerful. Yeah. It's like, okay. You can use any color. To do list. wake up
Starting point is 00:22:04 to do this pick a shower in pink go to school in blue sad face in orange here is a
Starting point is 00:22:13 scribble in green and a cloud in pink so Aisha Kaley discussed the charter in the pantry and Aisha's
Starting point is 00:22:25 asking Kaylee how she's feeling with everything and she's like I'm fine I just want them to have an amazing time
Starting point is 00:22:33 fine, just don't over thinking, it's gonna be great. So Kaylee is amazed that she's Chief Stu. She's like, it's something I never even dreamed of happening to me on this charter, but I've done it. And then she promptly breaks a glass. Hashtag liability in my lip. Then Jen and Cooper being silly, because he's like, he's like doing. He's like folding something and as every with every fold. She's like, oh, yeah, fold that thing.
Starting point is 00:23:08 Do it. Yeah, turns me on. Ha, ha. And Kat walks in like, what's going on? She's like, oh my God. It's funny. It's hilarious. And Jen says, now that coop is fully single and him and cat are completely done.
Starting point is 00:23:21 I've been so in my head with this Kelly acting cheese stew bullshit. I don't know. Maybe I need a little bit of a distraction. I was like, you're going to go after the guy that your friend was just sobbing about. Like, I'm sorry, ma'am. You are, you are now being really bad. She sucks. Jen sucks.
Starting point is 00:23:44 He's not ready for her to do that. No, it's not cool. And, of course, Coop is like, who, who, who, who, who. It's like, yeah, I love when men work. Ha ha, ha, ha, just me, flirting. Yeah, good old Jen. So then Max and Joe are.
Starting point is 00:24:03 talking about Nathan and the lead deck hand position and Max is like, so Nathan's here, have his relation with him. And Joe's like, oh, no, Nathan's Nathan, Nathan, you know what I mean? Cool, go, go, go, go, power trip, power trip. And Max said, oh, yes, I get it. Like the lead deck hand position last year, I feel like I've been betrayed. And Joe, of course, that's like music to Joe's ears to hear that Max felt betrayed by Nathan. Well, in favor of Joe, because last year, it was, He really wanted to be late in lead decan, as so did Joe. And then Nathan made Joe lead decant because they were friends. And Max got all offended.
Starting point is 00:24:41 It's like, how cool, you? I deserve this. I pet jellyfish. Hmm. Yeah. So Max is like, I've been so much disappointed on the lead deckhand position on Lachère to the Albert politics. And the opportunity went under my nose this season.
Starting point is 00:24:55 I'm not expecting anything. Okay. But if we can be me, be me, I take it. Uh, it's already been assigned. But maybe. I don't know. Maybe if... Well, no.
Starting point is 00:25:05 It's only a sign... But now that Joe is lead decant, or now that he's Bozhen, he can aside a lead decant. Yeah, but Nathan's coming back next week, so... Oh, yeah, I was hoping Nathan was like, done, done. Is he coming back? He's coming back next week. I was on the previews.
Starting point is 00:25:25 Sorry. They show Joe's face. Joe's smiling. He's like, I'm boulson. She's like, and Sandy goes, and Nathan's coming back next week. week and you see Joe's face go, oh. That's great. I just thought, I mean, I saw that, but I thought it was going to work out in my favor
Starting point is 00:25:42 because I'm just a positive person with a positive attitude. And that's my visualization. I know. So 16 minutes until Charter, Nathan is calling Joe, but Joe declines the call. And he's like, I can talk to himself after the Charter. Ha, ha, ha. Wait, I don't want to talk to him before I institute my brilliant plan of chaining all the toys together in a big square in the water.
Starting point is 00:26:06 He's been wanting to do it since I was a little dad. By the way, this is shitty. He should answer the call. Nathan's his superior. Like, Joe is such an underminer. Like, I'm going back and forth because Joe has historically sucked and has, and he's, he's really toxic. He's, this is, this is so bad.
Starting point is 00:26:29 Like, he is, like, the person in the movies who, like, gets a shot and then, like, poisons the well. and then takes over. Like, this guy is a cutthroat corporate doucheback, which is why we watch these shows, because we can sort of see, like, our various workplaces, et cetera, like play out, you know,
Starting point is 00:26:44 or social situations play out on reality TV. So he is one of those people. He also seems to be a better boast than Nathan. So I don't know what to do with this situation because Nathan is an asshole. So Nathan's an asshole. Joe's an underminer. I don't know what to do.
Starting point is 00:26:59 But, like, I think that Joe should have answered that phone call. And I thought, like, I was like, This guy's a fucking piece of work. Yeah. It's hard to stand up for Nathan because he's been making me crazy all season. So guess what? I won't do it.
Starting point is 00:27:11 I don't like hard things. Well, I don't like doing hard things. I don't know. I guess I can't really phrase that to where it doesn't sound terribly nasty. So, uh, cat and Jen's cabin. The hardest thing is talking about how you don't like hard things, it turns out. Huh. To really.
Starting point is 00:27:28 Let's keep that thing out of my face. For Christ's sake. Aim it. Aim it over there. So, uh, that's not. true though but you know i don't want to get disgusting so then we go to cat and jens cabin and uh cats cats like what do you think of max like i'm gonna be celibate until i go traveling so sorry max not getting into this and cats like so you're not interested in like anyone else in the boat she's like um
Starting point is 00:27:56 maybe cooper she's fuck off it's like i mean you're not going down that road again right no but i have to be It's not like I have a secret romance with him where we meet up in a certain locker at certain parts of the night and no one can see us. And it's definitely not a thing happening. Okay. Yeah, I wasn't just crying on your shoulder about him last night. Who does that? I know. The next day.
Starting point is 00:28:26 Like, you guys are done, right? I'll get my chance. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I would ruin that guy's life. He's just a kid. had been his life it's me Jen
Starting point is 00:28:36 wait till I pull out my power bang braids I want those braids back so badly I feel like we'll never get them again so like I wish those braids were like a look she was going for it was just like it was part of like that Game of Thrones
Starting point is 00:28:51 thing it's like she was in costume there were custom braids so Kat is like if you're going to be Game of Thrones you need to be like Circe or Danny you don't need to be one of the people in the fucking pub North townspeople who were just begging for rice or whatever. She was like that crazy lady up north of the wall who was like John Snow.
Starting point is 00:29:15 She was so annoying that one. Oh, she wishes. I love that lady, the redhead. She's like, oh, listen here, John Snow. You were not coming between me and the other wildlings. Oh, geez. Enough. Enough with the wildlings.
Starting point is 00:29:30 So. They're the McBs of Game of Thrones. So they are. They are going to save this farm, no matter what we do. We're going to sell miniature whitewalkers. Little tiny, we're going to breed them. A souvenir shop. Wildling souvenirs that got like sell apple butter.
Starting point is 00:29:55 So, Wildling tallow. Wildling tallow. Yeah. Cat is like, I don't even know how to deal with this. Like, she has no idea that we're actually still seeing each other. So on the other hand, like another love triangle, what are you doing, Jen? I'm like, she doesn't have to even know that you're still seeing each other.
Starting point is 00:30:14 This is just like bad girl code. When Kat has listened to you, bitch and moan about Kaylee and Luke and everyone else all season long, and then this is how you repay her. Yeah, but also you have to remember that probably in Jen's mind, we just had that scene of Jen going off about Aisha and Kaylee, or Kaylee specifically, and her saying, you need to change your attitude, Jen. I'm serious. Like, you need an attitude adjustment.
Starting point is 00:30:41 Or this is not going to end well for you. And Jen didn't look incredibly pissed off, but Jen does not like being told no. And she does not like, you know, she doesn't like a boss. So she might have a little bit of that in her where she's like, oh, really? then I'm going to take your guy. Shaw. So on the deck, on the dock slash deck, talk deck, talk, doc, talk, doc.
Starting point is 00:31:11 Guess arrive and they say hi. They come in. Hello. Kaylee gives them the tour. Bunny is the primary. And this is Bunny's e-com group. In case you couldn't tell from all the talk of economics that this group had, this is their economic group.
Starting point is 00:31:32 She's an economist, if you may remember, and this is her economic group, and they're here. And the big lesson is from Kaylee, at least, that she tries to connect with these people is, you know, you know what I like about money?
Starting point is 00:31:43 Is that money gives you choices. So, there you go. Yeah. Well, Benny says that she teaches people how to redistribute their wealth. No, thanks. I can do that for you.
Starting point is 00:31:55 I do that every single day. I go to the store. I was going to say, Chipotle, Home Goods, Starbucks. Yeah, exactly. Streaming services. Yeah, now that, yeah, that's just. That's usually something that people are complaining that the government is doing.
Starting point is 00:32:15 They're like, oh, no, they're going to come in and redistribute the wealth. Which, I know. God forbid, you know. So Kaley says, oh, I know that economics is a bit in money. And I'm going to be really honest with you that that's where it ends for me. Like, okay. That's, that's fine. We were not, uh, expect to see you on CNBC anytime soon.
Starting point is 00:32:38 So it's okay. Yeah. So, uh, there's gluten free bread snacks and everyone's complaining that the bread is very hard. Um, because gluten free people really have a plethora of options now. I mean, gluten free stuff has gotten really good. It used to be gluten free stuff was. just shit and hard and gross but it's really good now so good for them being like this is the not good gluten-free but they actually have options they have options to they don't just have to
Starting point is 00:33:12 accept anything that comes their way they can actually have yeah because 10 even they could have five years ago i feel like well at least 10 years ago if you said you were gluten-free they were like okay well here's a big pen enjoy chewing that's all you got here we're gonna cut out the circle from a shoebox and just you know, to put this in your mouth and we'll, yeah. I have to say, I think that gluten free crackers led the gluten free cracker technology is amazing. Like in fact, I think that most gluten free crackers
Starting point is 00:33:40 are almost better than gluten crackers. How about that? Ammon, what's that? What's that? What's that? Gluten free pretzels, delicious. Those rice crackers, those little rice crack, they have a nice little crackle crack a little,
Starting point is 00:33:54 what's that, what's that Mills one that we all like? And by we all, I've just decided that we both General? Because I've, Haley. Haley, you know those Haley Mills crackers? Donna. Oh, Donna Mills crackers.
Starting point is 00:34:11 You know. Gluten, the mills. Free Mills crackers. It's the simple Mills. Simple mills. You can't really have a very good conversation with those crackers. hers, but they, it's very simple bills. Her one syllable crackers.
Starting point is 00:34:34 Commercials. Here comes one right now. So, Sandy is preparing to leave the dock and, you know, Joe's, Joe's coming up. It almost feels like this texture is developing into my own. It's not really Nathan's emo to organize it. It's mine. The way I tell them, look, watch them all move when I say, move, they moved.
Starting point is 00:34:59 I'm the king of the world. I'm taking over. I'm the bosson of life. Calm down. For Christ's sake, you're just telling people to grab a rope. Literally, the guest just got on board, and already Joe is like, look at what I've shaped with my team. I feel like we're bonded for life.
Starting point is 00:35:20 You've been at the rains. Like, you haven't been at the rains long enough to be in the race yet. Like, you've just walked from the paddock to the gate. Like, what are you talking about? Even the squeegees are telling me, thanks, boss, thanks. They're not, when I carry them, they're called squeegees, not squeegees, because that's the last one. So now we're en route to Marculetti, Croatia. And Joy has her meeting with the guests about the food.
Starting point is 00:35:53 Oish. So, okay, we have a couple of diet restrictions. So I want to make sure we are on the same track for dinner. Japanese and I was thinking glazed veggies with veggie tempera and one of them's like gluten-free tempora better be gluten-free because we're gluten-free. She's like, yes, of course. There's a bunch of people with different preferences and they all think they are the principal and I'm doing a four-course menu and the list is going on non-non-non-non and I'm realizing I'm digging myself into a deep hole. Yeah, because they really are. Can we have this?
Starting point is 00:36:25 Okay, so you're going to have that, can we have crispy rice? Can we have shrimp? Can we have this? Can we have that? Can we have that? Can we have that? It's like, oh. I feel like the, it's hard. I think on a menu, everyone thinks they can just get anything at all because it's like a wealthy person's space. But like if I have a dietary restrictions and there's like a menu that's being presented to me, I feel like it's like, okay, everyone's going to be served a like lobster on like a Burblanc, let's say. It's like, oh, I can't do dairy. So it's like, could I have like lobster? or like maybe a salsa verde or something like that. But I feel like these people are like, I don't do dairy. Can I get a cheeseburger instead? It's like gets like, like you should be like it's about modifications. It's not about a whole new concept just for you, right? Yes.
Starting point is 00:37:15 Yeah, but a lot of guests on these boats are like, well, it's a, it's a super yacht, whether your preference is, and then they just go too crazy, you know? Like that lady who had the love charter, wasn't it the last charter? and he was like, yeah, I don't like this kind of bell pepper and I don't like that. Okay. Yes.
Starting point is 00:37:35 You know, you're going, you're going a little farther, lady. Yeah. So Sandy and Acha are talking in the wheelhouse and she's like, hey, you're a badass up there, Asia. She's like, yeah, well, thank you. Now that I've had some time on deck,
Starting point is 00:37:50 I'm like, it would have been so cruel to work my way up that way. You still could do it. No, I have my ring. I don't want to. I mean, what if a diamond falls out? Did you ever have a Bachelorette party by the way for your wedding, Sandy? No, we just had a pin the tail on the Norma party. It was super fun.
Starting point is 00:38:12 I just gathered all my gals together and we just poked Norma with pins. That sounds like actually quite a fun time. We were pinning the tail on Norma's tail. That's really fun. You know, I think she liked it. It's the first time she's a little. been pricked in a while. You know what I'm saying. The only prick at that whole party.
Starting point is 00:38:34 Yeah, it was a good time. Then we just watched Gigi Fernandez hit tennis balls at someone's head. She's a champion, you know. Joy and Kaylee are discussing the guests, their vibe. And everyone's like, oh, my God, sounds like a fun group. And Troy's like, oh, yes, everybody is good for you, epilady. stupid smiley idiot so uh joy yeah joy's just muttering to herself the stuff that she has to do and luke is still
Starting point is 00:39:05 texting he's like thinking about you i miss you i hope chart is going well shut up jeez you're so cheesy and awful just get out of there did they know this guy a flight out of town it sounds like he's just sitting in a hotel room somewhere texting because i feel like when they go out of town they're not this uh like cheesely attached still. I know. I hope he's in a hotel room because that way we know those sheets are getting cleaned. So then we go to the swim platform and they're putting out the toys and Sandy's like, wow. Oh, I love how fast you got everything out. That's great. Whoa. And in a square. And then they're setting up stuff. Joe's like, I've been wanting to do this square. I chained them all together. I've done it like that.
Starting point is 00:39:52 What do you think about it? And it does look very nice and tidy in, you know. To his credit. And she's like, that's how I wanted it from the very beginning. So that's great. Someone finally listened to me. Why was it so hard to do a square formation with these floats? That's my question. He said that he did it by using the, I forget what he calls them, the hooks.
Starting point is 00:40:15 Like I guess there's like some kind of hooks that you're supposed to hook them altogether. And I guess Nathan didn't like doing that. And Joe finally did it. And Sandy's seeing what it's like on the jaw side of the tracks. Yeah. It's going to get real dicey next week when Nathan doesn't want to do the square because that square made a huge impression. The square. It changed everything. Square floats. So the guests, they want cheeseburgers and shrimp. The thing is the guests are like, Joy is in the middle of preparing this like multi-course meal and the guests are hungry. decide that they're hungry now.
Starting point is 00:40:57 They want cheeseburgers and shrimp. And Joy does not like this because, I mean, it's going to mess up her prep. It messes up everything and it's distracting. So she's like, fuck this. Yeah. So then Jen and Joy and Kaylee are talking about their food requests. And Jen's like, fucking how, Joy. They asked if they could do a cheeseburger and some shrimp.
Starting point is 00:41:19 And she's like, no. She goes and Kelly's like, didn't you have a chat with him to avoid this? She's like, if I have to make it all. meal now it's going to affect my prep, blah, blah, blah. This is not a food marathon here, okay? So she goes up to them, and she's like, oh, I heard that you requested cheeseburger and shrimp skewer. Do you think it's possible?
Starting point is 00:41:41 Maybe cookies? I have gluten-free vegan cookies, and I'm doing a four-course menu for tonight, so I need to do a little bit of prep. So, no. She tells them in the nicest way, no. And they're like, how did we go from cheeseburgers to? cookies they're not feeling that that's very annoying um it's it's it's well it's annoying for joy it's annoying for the guests quite frankly if they're feeling something i mean you think that they
