Yeah, I was thinking about it because over the weekend, I'm not watching the Olympics because gross like it's, I don't know, I don't even want to see people exert that much energy ever for any reason. But I've been reading the headlines because you know,'m a human being with headlines I can read yeah and One of them was dog meat soup at the Olympics and I was like oh

Yeah, well I When you said that I thought they had line was like a dog Met a bowl of soup like dog meat soup Like I saw I was like, oh cute. It's like good human interest story. The first seven episodes are really slow, but then it gets good for the last 10 minutes of the last episode I'm so sick of hearing that I'm watching all the time just stick with it I'm not stick stick with it. I was just talking to the carben still. And I'm like, it's so beautiful to look at. I mean, it's really well done, except for, you know, the riding and keeping you interested in, you know, the acting and stuff like that. But I keep trying to watch it because my friends on Facebook are like that.

It's like so basic. Like, are you watching the new Netflix show? I am! Like, of course you are. You all, we all are the same, you know? Yeah, it's a just give it a like a, like episode 10, it got really bad. I'm like, episode 10, that's the end.

I don't have time to stick with it. Okay, I do not have time. The only thing I have time to stick with are these Bravo shows, because they do invariably usually get sort of good. Well, I mean, Vanderbilt rules is good out of the game, but like I feel like the Bravo shows, even when you stick with it,

they're more entertaining than a lot of the streaming shows are. You know, the two shows. Even when these shows suck, they're good. I mean, last season of OC, everybody's like, worst season ever. I mean, I was the OC, everybody was like, we're season ever. I mean, I was a season that brought us like fat shanning and the bike and Peggy, no ball in house. And like, to me, it's still good, you know, but these shows I'm like,

come on already. But that's like every modern drama, like you have to wait until the last hour before they finally get it together. Because at least with these with these bravo shows. Yeah. So the orange County, I think yeah, the orange County season, uh, altered carbon talk about. We watch housewives. Okay. Do you think we're strangers to this phenomenon? But like it, at least the orange County was a disappointing season and it did not have the spark in it that previous seasons had, but it's still very watchable. And there still were hilarious scenes, you know,

quiet, the quiet woman, when the medium came and Shannon and Peggy were fighting at the dinner table, there were ice and ice and there were still like very funny things that happened that were entertaining. Whereas some of these shows, they're so serious. That's the thing, these shows that the very least are not serious, these shows are just like frothy fun. So even when they're not totally great,

they're still immensely watchable as opposed to some of these very serious shows where there's a pregnant pause. And then all of a sudden the episode ends at a moment you don't expect and an indie song comes on as the credits play. And you're like, whoa, that caught me off guard. That's profound.

But you know, it's like no, no, no. Yeah, they do have certain things in common. Like, you know, on all these dramas, no, no. Yeah, they do have certain things in common. Like, you know, on all these dramas, they have these really long openings with all the symbolism. And you're like, well, that's pretty, but I don't get it. But then towards the end, you're like, oh my God, I get it so much more now. And that's how housewives opening star two,

because you're like, oh, those are stupid, but cute lines, I guess. And then by the end of the season, you're like, that's what she meant the whole time. It was a clue Anyway, altered carbon is just people who are like my brain is in a little chip and it can switch into different bodies And they're called sleeves and I'm like they're acting like it's such a deep thing I'm like do you guys watch housewives because those bitches have all gone through at least 20 sleeves of fees like this is nothing They stop acting like you invented a sleeve

Yeah, and what a profound science fiction concept like oh, I'm in someone else's body I'm experiencing something else. Have you ever seen the matrix? Have you have you? All of me? Philip K. I love every Lisa Vanderpump bubbling line but this one it just doesn't make any sense she's like every Lisa Vanderpump bubbling line, but this one, it just doesn't make any sense. She's like, queen of diamonds always has an asa, but her sleeves. Well, if she has an asa, her sleeves, something that beats her, you know what I mean? Like the ace beats the queen of diamonds. When she says she always has an ace up her sleeve,

No pun intended to our sleeve references that we apparently are having at the top of this show. Sleeves! Kyle's brain stays the same, but her sleeves get crazier and crazier. Throwing me to the wolves and I come back as a wolf, it's a sleeve! You see? I'm up here, I'm up here cold, but that's not us. I just transported my body into Nisberg and I broke just in the, oh god, it hurts. It's embarrassing, I was nice, and I sank the Titanic. It's embarrassing, I wish people wouldn't ask me about it, okay?

I'm the most basic kind of lettuce ever invented. I don't good but fuck. I'm not mad, I just think it's weird. Like, why would you, why would you go, like, I don't get my fuck. I just, I'm not mad. So my first note on today's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is I hope this can top the last episode in petty dissonals because the last episode was one of my all-time favorites just with all the whining and crying and petty bullshit going on.

That's why I love this show. So this one they open they're like, it's poor beach, poor beach, poor beach. They're like, let's even, let's just use a poor filter. Like they didn't even try to make it look old glamorous, which by the way, Dana point or wherever they are is not poor, but it's the way Teddy talks about it. They're like, make it look like, you know, like Baltimore at its worst. Yeah, it's like done. Yeah, it's just a row house on the water. Yeah, yeah, like done. Yeah, it's just a row house on the water. Yeah, I've got the Camille.

And she's kind of stumbling around the beach going like, wow, wow, wow, sand. And it's like a, some water. I just was watching some blue planet too. And, you know, 25% of the oceans critters are actually right here in Dan point. That's what it does She walks around with her mouth half open, you know those lips things like where she's trying to look hot What are lips looking like this like a half-open darling? She's walking around like that

I love when she's like look. It's me Camille X model dancer rocking on a beach looking hot But not even realizing that oh street fall. She's always like st over something. And then David Ann bros like the wild cameo grandma can be found trotzing along these beaches are here in Dana point she's doing the mating dance but little does she realize her chance in this ocean has passed. It was like a call back to season two, I believe, when there was frolic in the Bacarus spa and Taylor, what's her face, did like a cartwheel and showed us all her hoo-ha and landed on the bed.

So, yeah, so there was like a Wedge situation and a thong and, you know, boobies and they were just having fun and it actually looked really fun. I was like, it's fun to see these ladies just letting loose, you know? Andies and they were just having fun and actually looked really fun. I'm terribly sorry, but I was, I had to say PK, you took my room and Kyle's like, um, it was Erica's room and since she didn't stay over, I took her to, yes, but I said I wanted it and you didn't give it to me and I'm terribly sorry, Kyle, but I thought that was absolutely rude of you. Kyle and Kyle. Kyle.

Kyle's like, oh, let's fight about it. Let's make a huge big deal about it. Okay, Erica went to the hotel and I said I get the room and she said I don't remember that. She's like, it was internal. Okay, I said it internally. And then Vanderpumpkus. She goes, Erica said she was having stomach cramps but I'm a woman and I've dealt with stomach cramps a long time

I couldn't quite understand why she needed a hotel like what kind of weird mystery are you hosting right now you would even care yeah exactly so basically um you would even care. Yeah exactly. So basically, um, so then I understand periods. I'm English. It's like, what does that have to do with anything? Why are you because I know good grammar. Next up, a semicolon excuse to leave. So Erica walks in and she's like good morning. She's a gall serious and like she's not like she doesn't walk in like Hey, good morning. I got a cover plan. I saw a certain double tree. That's two jeans for the price of one and get it I'm sorry. I wasn't around my glam squad. I couldn't make the gay puns. It's something about one in there

I guess. But instead she's like Morning like super cold. What's your question? And everyone's just standing in the kitchen staring at her. Like, oh my god, it's about to be a period of fight. Now, what they never say flat out, but they hint at is that Erica was saying she was sick, but she really went to party with

her friends, right? that seems to be what they're saying because they're like um then she called her assistant assistant and I don't I don't think that she went out to party with her friends to be honest I don't I didn't get that I think they were just kind of like why did you like use like I think that if if I I my way of reading into it was you said you're gonna stay over and you're always like yeah I'm cool I'll these bitches always need all this pampering just give me a twin bed that's fine and then like as soon as the cameras are off the assistant comes over and like scoops you out to go to a hotel I think that's probably why they were like huh

like can you like not exist without your glam squad for like one night so I feel like that's probably what the vibe was like because I know that's how I would have been shady about it So either way, so Erica's in there and so it's quiet so Kyle breaks the ice and she's like, oh my god, Erica Like you missed so much fun last night. We had such a fun time and Erica's fab like really cold So I'm gonna tell her she doesn't want. So that's how you really feel. Erica, she doesn't want to be, you know why you guys feel like Erica doesn't want to be around you

because she doesn't. And you know why Erica pretend she's better than you because she thinks she is. Like Erica's not mysterious in that way. She's like, I like your bitches. Yeah, that's it. Well, yeah, yeah, but it's like,

you know that when there's like a good vibe and then someone comes into a room and they're acting all curt like that and it like kills the vibe because you're like, oh, something's up. I'm going to act a certain way because I kind of feel like believe it or not, I actually feel like Erica was introducing the awkward vibe to the women, not the women, not the other way around. And then we, and so then we see that there was a discussion about this last night and how Teddy was saying like, I don't know a girlfriend who would say yeah

I'm gonna stay with you and then like so I got my she has to stay with my sister in a hotel Mm-hmm like who would do that? Yeah, I'm Teddy. Hi, I'm Teddy. Hi, I'm Teddy. I'm Teddy. I'm like we know darling, which your little cottage beach has Cuts its cut's its poor people twin bed But that being said I mean Teddy you were the one who was like, oh, there's no hotel if you want to stay at it too. So like, whatever, I don't care.

So like, you kind of like, I actually, I actually agree with what you're saying. It is weird. It was sort of weird because I really didn't really explain why she was like, I'm leaving. And so it's like, that's weird. But that being said, she did, what Teddy did offer that up as an option so she kind of can't be mad at it.

Yeah, the whole thing's really weird. Like everybody seems mad and Erica seems mad. She doesn't even know what's up yet. So Jerry's like, well I thought the first topic of conversation would be, I can leave him because it was the number one conversation. They're not before. And then still the night before and everyone's like

who cares, you know and Erica left who cares and she's like nobody wants to talk about it See what you think of Erica leaving. It's like it's weird. I guess I tell you it's like yeah, it's weird It was like a nice like Yeah, let's make a huge deal. So this hot trainer comes over and he's immediately like, oh my god, someone's gonna hurt me here. He has that like, oh geez, like the kugas are looser, it's only one of me. Do I get paid for like doing all nine of you or how many of her here? Yeah. So they're like working out, but and Doreet are not going to work out because

Erica still is having lady issues and Doreet is just who knows what. So they are sitting in the kitchen and as our listeners pointed out as we did not point out a tiled counter a tiled counter that does not make you one of the people it just means you have bad taste Teddy bad come on, fix that counter. So then, so Doreet's like, well, you know, last season, last season in the life of Doreet, I got so much grief for talking to everyone but Erika, and I just can't do that again. So I've decided I'm gonna just address it straight up.

I'm gonna be totally honest and transparent, and it'll be just so great, because she's basically saying like I need to tell Erica that this stuff was being talked about so that way I don't get in trouble. But I'm like it doesn't work but there's a big difference between last season and this season. Last season you were talking shit about Erica and you would see something and you're making cracking jokes behind your back and you kept on doing it and it was smarmy and gross and guess what it got back to her and you kept on bringing up over and over and over again

and it became a thing. In this case, if two other people are saying something about Erica, it's up to them to have the conversation with Erica. It's not up to you, you know? Yeah, last year was Doreet being an asshole and getting called on it. And this year it's getting someone else called

on being an asshole. But it's like total Doreet thinking, which is cracking me up because basically de-ret's like, I'm gonna turn on someone big now. Because I've got a fight to keep me job. Who should it be? Kyle, a van to pump. I don't care which, but she's nervous, you know?

Like she looks really, really nervous. And she's dang quiet, staying quiet. And she's looking around with her big coke eyes. And she's like, tell. Oh, there's a child with her big coke eyes, and she's like, TOW! Oh, there's a towel! That problem's with cow! Maybe she'd be, oh my goodness, what am I doing? And Erica's just watching her like, oh, Jesus Christ, are you gonna share with the class?

Whatever. Yeah, so she's like, well, I'd rather wait till the girls are done flopping their boobies around like digits in front of the the young trainer but I'm sitting with ya and we've taken a corner together in a three million dollar corner list so I want to be super honest with you when you left a couple of the girls were super mad yeah she was like I actually said I think she just decided last second you know to go I was I thought it was perfectly normal you, I think she just decided last second, you know, to go, I was, I thought it was perfectly normal. You know, I think things, I mean, I think in a different sort of way, you know, I think it's normal to have lunch at 4.30pm, which is on time if you ask me, but what do I know about this Erica?

And she just keeps babbling on and Erica is doing that thing where she's like, I don't give a fuck, whoa, whoa, whoa. Hello. But then she starts pulling her own hair, which is when you know. And she's got an Erica. Who's that? Who's that? She grabs both sides of her hair and just starts kind of pulling them

and petting them. It's like a house-wise towel. And she's like, oh, I don't care. Who said it? And she's like, well, you know how off? Just say who said it to me. Well, you know the towel and the tile-car-car. Just say it, who's sedate? Who's sedate, goddammit?

I'm gonna be bad cop, bad good cop. And now that one of them are gonna have any emotion. Well, I can't be perfectly certain because there's a lot of mismatched glassware on the picnic table last night. But if I can remember over the sound of the milk slashing around in a champagne flute, I think it was Kyle and Teddy. Yes, Kyle and Teddy. Yes, them.

Which if you remember were the two women who were opposed to to read during PK's birthday about the confrontation about the glassware, how convenient that they get thrown under the bus in this situation. Yes. And so Teddy, Teddy is, they cut back to this conversation again for Teddy's like, who'd you say? Like, if you're going to stay with your assistant, just say. And Kyle's like, guys, like, it was a weird situation. So what? Yeah, wasted, you know? Yeah. So I'm not pleased with this. I wasn't feeling well. So I checked into a hotel. rotation marks. Yes, and the trainer is just like staring at the floor. He's like, bye guys. Show me on this Duret where they touched you. Okay. He's like dropped out. Because I would like to like, seriously? Experience what they got to experience.

So she cut everybody comes in and Erica immediately is like, Oh, ten is your man, your man, ten of you man, hold your man, ten of and ten is like, uh, no, it's just weird. Like it's just like you picked a room and then you left. It's just weird. I just said it's weird because like, you know, it's weird.

She is. I'm kidding. I think it's weird that you should care, but okay. Pulling that slice of her hair. Well, she is the host, Erica. So I think she is allowed to care because you guys are her guests And she's like what's going on like she's left she's left. She's not comfortable my home I should not happy like why would she leave like am I not good enough?

You know, it's the one that like Erica's the one that really can get under a teddy skin and make her feel super insecure Exactly, and then no, no, I need to make it clear. I'm Teddy, and I'm not angry at Matt, and my feelings aren't hurt. In my mind, I was just like, this is weird. Is this what rich people do? Because I don't have money. You know, I'm just like normal. I didn't even know, like, is that normal that people do that?

Because maybe it is normal, and I just don't know. Because, you know, I'm Teddy. I'm poor. Like, what do I know? It seemed weird to me. Maybe it wasn't weird. Wasn't weird. You guys just weren't weird.
