WEAPONIZED with Jeremy Corbell & George Knapp - Navy Warship Encounters Multiple “TIC TAC” Craft

Episode Date: April 8, 2025

The 2004 encounter between U.S. Navy aviators and a mysterious TIC TAC shaped craft off the coast of Southern California was perhaps the most consequential UFO incident in history, but it wasn't just ...a one-off. Turns out, classic designs such as the SR-71, the Corvette Sting Ray, or a pair of Wayfarers never go out of style. Whoever was piloting TIC TACs back in 2004 is apparently still cruising the waters off SoCal. In this episode of WEAPONIZED, Jeremy and George unveil a never-before-seen video recorded by crew members of the USS Jackson in February 2023. Witnesses say they saw four of the TIC TAC objects flying in formation. At least one of the self-illuminated craft was seen as it emerged from the ocean. Two of them were recorded by astonished crew members inside the ship's command center. Who is flying these odd objects and why was this incident not reported up the chain of command or to AARO? Check out the exclusive video and additional info about the encounter. Well, it's obviously it's springtime, you know, when hope springs eternal, when love is in the air, birds and bees are coming out, and when UFO videos filmed by the military suddenly blossom. These guys in the U.S. Navy who are out there off the coast of Southern California are seeing these things all the time. We're going to release something new today that shows that this activity is ongoing. This is from 2023 off of USS Jackson. This is new footage the world hasn't seen and it shows what is one of apparently four tick-tac-shaped UAP. All the craft were observed in an apparent coordinated, synchronized, instantaneous departure indicative of shared communication. This is really nailed home to me by the service members.
Starting point is 00:02:15 This thing was coming up, and I wasn't shocked that I was seeing it. I was shocked. I was sharing the experience. It is weaponized. My name is George Nap. Pretty good, man, excited to talk today with you about what we're going to show people. Well, it's obviously it's springtime, you know, when hope springs eternal, when love is in the air, birds and bees are coming. coming out and when UFO videos filmed by the military suddenly blossom, right? It's great, man. It's another kind of a point of reflection for us. Military videos have done a lot for the UFO topic over the last like, you know, five years. Yeah, and we've released a lot of them.
Starting point is 00:03:04 I mean, a lot of them come from us. That's kind of our thing. That's right. Obtame and release. If we obtain stuff and it seems safe to put out as journalists, it's our duty to report on it, especially when we have multiple witnesses and people that go on record with us, even if they don't show their face. Yeah, I mean, as we've said before on this program, a lot of people send us videos, you know, and it's a ball of light, sea of inky darkness, things moving around, drones, whatever it is. And it's always interesting to receive those.
Starting point is 00:03:31 We like them. But the military video, things filmed by our military and analyzed by our military, kind of carries a special weight because it's, you know where it comes from, you know the kinds of platforms. it's recorded on or from. You know when they say it really is unidentified, it's doing things that we haven't seen before, that packs a little more credibility, correct? Yeah, military footage has really kind of shaped the global narrative.
Starting point is 00:03:58 And you're right, we have been a big part of that. The reason why I think is that there's a lot of trust in there. First of all, you have sensor platforms that look at things other than just optically. So you're looking at thermal signatures. you're looking at radar. When you have corroborative evidence, like we did in 2019, four pieces of corroborative evidence, it's amazing. But basically when you get these, you have trained observers, people that are taking a risk
Starting point is 00:04:25 by going to journalists or putting it out. And then we have bona fide footage that shows things in other spectrums. And I think that's what's really changed the narrative over time. It's got the insight or the interest from Congress. It's got the interest from other people in the military. It also provides a sense of permission to talk about this at high levels. So, yeah, military footage has done a lot for the UFO topic more than I think people give it credit for. Well, let's take an example, Tic Tac.
Starting point is 00:04:55 The Tic Tac incident off the Southern California coast recorded in 2004, U.S. Navy, aviators, Dave Fravor. They encounter this thing. You and I had reported on it for a while. Then it becomes part of the New York Times story in December 2017. And, boom, it's explosive. The power of that video, and Dave Fravers' testimony, made that, I think, the most consequential UFO of all time, in a sense, because there was something to see, and yet testimony to back it up. And I know that people have analyzed that video over and over again, but really it remains unidentified to this day.
Starting point is 00:05:29 And later on in this conversation, today, we're going to see more Tic Tacs. But that's just one of the examples that's been released that really changed the narrative on the UFO topic. Gimble, go fast. We also released some photos way back. You'll recall you and I were travel around in 2018 going to these UFO conferences and had reported to people, U.S. Navy pilots, Oceana, on the East Coast, are seeing unknown objects every single day, every single day. And I think people thought we were making it up. And then, you know, then we were able to release some of the photos, the acorn, the sphere, the metallic blimbing. with payload.
Starting point is 00:06:12 Yeah. Here they are. And, you know, that had been sitting in our archives for a while, didn't really know what to make of it. But as we learned, those Navy pilots flying out into their training area were seeing these objects every day, every single day, different sizes, different shapes, and they just sit there for days. Not acting like drones, not acting like blimps.
Starting point is 00:06:33 They were sitting there against really high winds, way up, and they photographed them. And, you know, and later we see Ryan Graves came forward and testified to the fact that Navy pilots were, in fact, seeing those things every day, including the spheres inside a box. Yeah, it's incredible. I mean, we knew that what we were reporting, you know, you had great sources on that. We knew, and you had evidence. I mean, we knew it was correct. But it took a little while to catch up, but I think people need to see it to believe it. And they also need to see it and understand it.
Starting point is 00:07:06 And so I think we've gotten to a point where people understand what, forward-looking infrared, what Fleer is, with the black and white footage that you see is, you're seeing a thermal signature. Normally, you would see wings, tail, rotor, you would see rotor splash, heat differentials, you'd see propulsion typically. And that's not, that's not what you're seeing in a lot of this footage. And so I think the audience is a little bit wiser now to this. And I think, again, the military film footage, it comes with better sensor systems, but it also comes with people who are not seeking the limelight. These are people taking a risk to come forward or to bring footage forward.
Starting point is 00:07:47 So I think that gives it, in my mind, a lot of credibility, especially when we go in, we talk with people, we figure it out. So, yeah, that's what we're going to be talking about today is kind of like how we released the Baghdad Phantom. We released the Serio Dome. We released the chandelier. We released the 2019 series of radar. We're going to release something new today that shows that this activity is ongoing.
Starting point is 00:08:14 This is from 2023 off of USS Jackson. This is new footage the world hasn't seen. It's thermal footage and it shows, you know, what is one of apparently four TikTok-shaped UAP without normal signature management without normal, you know, things that you'd see. And look, the footage itself, it needs. to be understood, right? So you look at it, but you've got to really understand what you're looking at, and it'll help, it'll help, you know. Just as a, just sort of the, as a, as a warning to the interpretation of this video, shot off a thermal screen at night, way out to sea, complete darkness,
Starting point is 00:08:59 people are going to gripe, wow, where, it's grainy footage, yeah, it's nighttime. It's not an iMac's camera. It's like the USS Omaha, which, you know, even as recently as a week ago, 60 minutes is trying to dismiss that as so many have done. We don't know what that is. It's got to be a drone. A 14-foot-long, foot-wide circle that follows a ship at night for more than an hour, and there are 13 or 14 of them picked up on radar appearing and disappearing. What the hell was that? It did go into the water. We know it did. to dismiss that. I'm sure we're going to see some of the same kinds of things with the video we're about to see. But look, it hasn't been explained. They don't know what that is. We don't have
Starting point is 00:09:44 something like that that can do what that object did. It did disappear in the water. It was a transmedium. We don't know where it came from. We couldn't track it. We haven't been able to shoot those things down. So it's significant when our military guys see something that they know is not ours. They don't know whose it is, but they know it is something very unusual. Yeah, and even more so, the way this type of footage gets out is you have somebody in the Combat Information Center typically filming a screen. So just like the USS Omaha was filmed on this, it was filmed on a screen, but also we got some original clips, but that's, you know, Fleer forward-looking infrared. So it's not grainy. That's the other thing we should address.
Starting point is 00:10:27 I know people say that, but they don't know what they're looking. looking at, this is thermal, this is heat signature. This is where we have a better optic system, especially at night. So it's not just like a light you're seeing. You should be seeing the propulsion system, not just the tick-tac shape. And you're not seeing that because it doesn't exist. Now, when you target at the same distance, planes on known routes, which is something that this operator did, right, you see the cross of a normal aircraft. You see the normal jets. You see the normal jets. You see all that stuff. In this footage, you don't. So it's not grainy. It's actually giving you more information than if you had a normal camera. So you're running out of closet space. The good news,
Starting point is 00:11:12 you don't need to stop shopping. You just need to start selling with the Real Real. The Real is the world's largest and most trusted resource for authenticated luxury resale. Whether it's that mini bag that can't even fit your phone or those boots you never fully broken, the Real handles everything. From photography and copyrighting, to shipping and pricing. So you can just sit back, get paid, and make room for things that actually feel like you. And with 10,000-plus new arrivals every single day
Starting point is 00:11:38 from top designers like Prada, Saline, Louis Vuitton, and Louéve, all for up to 90% off retail, you're bound to find something perfectly on-brand to fill that extra closet space with. Plus, this may only, you can get an extra $200 to shop when you sell for the first time. Make room for what feels like you. Go to the real-reel.com to start selling
Starting point is 00:11:58 and get your extra $200 to keep shopping at the realreal.com. That's the real real real.com. Terms apply. We should point out going into this, and we're about to see the video, these guys in the U.S. Navy who are out there off the coast of Southern California are seeing these things all the time. I mean, it's not just here and there. They don't always get to record images of these things, but it is not uncommon for them to see these unknowns popping in and out of the water or zipping around or doing things that they shouldn't be able to do, correct?
Starting point is 00:12:31 Yeah, it's almost like a joke. Some of the guys on these ships say we're almost immune to it. We don't even report it sometimes up the chain of command. It's not a direct threat to us. We're on mission for something else or we're just moving out like in this case. We're moving out from like a, you know, really unhustile area just off of the coast of California, our favorite sweet spot for UFOs. Well, we know it's been happening since 2004 at least. We know it was happening in 2019. And we know that as recently as 2023, was going on as well because that's we're about to get into, correct? Yeah, so this is February 15th, 2020, warning area 291, which is just off the coast of California, right in that sweet spot, you know, where a lot of the activity was seen on the West Coast. The platform that this is filmed on is the Star Sapphire, which is the same thing as the USS Omaha. The USS Jackson is the ship in 2023 in the Combat Information Center where this was
Starting point is 00:13:31 filmed. So again, the Sapphire is like, it's a multi-spectral imaging system. So it's got Fleer. It's got, you know, a couple different kind of imaging systems it has. But this is at night. So they're using Fleer. So basically in 2023, the U.S. Navy encountered four TikTok-shaped UAP off the coast of California. One is kind of featured because that's what it punches into in this footage. And it's a personnel from the USS Jackson. in the Combat Information Center that filmed it, one of the vehicles of unknown origin was observed exiting the water.
Starting point is 00:14:10 So we'll talk about that. Not on the camera. This is how it got cited in the first place. They're up on the bridge and someone sees a craft come up out of the water, almost like doing a systems check, just slowly rising up out of the water. And then it transitioned directly into flight,
Starting point is 00:14:25 which is demonstrating kind of what on your Netflix show, it showed, which is true transatlantic. medium capability, moving from water to air and maybe beyond seamlessly. And you'll see, there's no flight control surfaces, there's no conventional propulsion signatures like heat, plumes, exhaust. The UAPs were detected and observed, this is very fascinating, in an instantaneous synchronized departure, like all four of them. We know it's not camera artifacts, which we'll get into later.
Starting point is 00:14:55 And look, again, the operator, the purpose, the capability, the origin, the intent, are all unknown and these craft, what we're about to show you, is a true UAP. It's an unidentified object. I think we should play the video and our listeners, our audience should pay attention to the reactions of crew members when they're seeing this in real time. We'll play it through and then we'll take a look at it again. That like $22.80. That shit took off earlier. So first you kind of see this wide pan, and there's a couple targets that are in that area,
Starting point is 00:16:40 and then it kind of punches in to that rectangle, and it appears the object comes up, but it doesn't. I believe that the camera's auto-tracking from the bottom left object, so it doesn't actually rise up in space. But the targeting system punches in, and you can see it's not artifacts, because it's getting these little white Xs Yeah, so what does that mean? What does that little blotch mean that's appearing? It shows that it's moving. It really is moving, right? Well, yeah, and mainly what it shows is the system is trying to auto track. It's trying to find the target. Like it's a real target in space time.
Starting point is 00:17:15 It's out there. It's an object. And it is loitering at least. At this moment, we have to really look at the designation of the numbers and see, like, is it slewing at all to see the movement? So it's undetermined for me if it's loitering at this moment. But at some point, all four, they do move. And this is the reports that came to us and verify. on radar is that they all shoot off at the same time.
Starting point is 00:17:39 So again, just to kind of paint the picture, somebody's looking out on the bridge, they see one of these craft come up out of the water and rise up. They run over to their radar, and in fact, they do see four hard targets, like distinguished targets, not ghost targets, like they're there. They then move over to this thermal camera, Sapphire. and just like the U.S. is Omaha, and they're able to see big picture and then punch in. And they're kind of like making jokes as they talk about it, which shows you that they see these things sometimes. They're talking about quick, scramble the jets.
Starting point is 00:18:19 They're kind of uncomfortably making jokes. And then somebody goes, well, it wouldn't surprise me, I tell you. And then somebody's shape kind of looks familiar, doesn't it? What would you call that kind of tick-tacky? Yeah, that's what they called them. They called them the 23 TikTok. And yeah, the shape itself, it's not quite spherical. It is pretty much identical to what you see with the Tic Tac UFO released, well, filmed in 2004.
Starting point is 00:18:48 This is a kind of more modern version, probably lower altitude because of the camera system. But yeah, it's shaped. The signature is shaped like a Tick-Tac in the same area. There is no shot recorded by these guys for what we've seen so far of all four of them on the screen at the same time, though, is there? Not in this footage, is what I can say. I'm trying my best to continue the investigation and kind of get more footage. There appears that there is other footage, and I'm trying to get it.
Starting point is 00:19:18 I know it pisses people off. I can only get what is given to me. I'm not soliciting or asking for it. Just people, I've heard there's other footage. But what you're seeing at the very beginning is, I believe, at least two of those targets before it punches in. So when it punches in, that's when the bottom target, you see it appear to zip up, but really, I think the camera's auto-tracking down, and that's when it's trying to center it. What can we say about people who were there at the time without getting anyone into trouble?
Starting point is 00:19:53 Well, these are people that have, you know, they're in high responsibility and roles. There's only a handful of people in the Combat Information Center. So it's not, you know, people that are just brand new. I'll just put it that way. Also, I mean, look, this was reported to Admiral Tim Galette. Admiral Tim Galette's the guy that I first heard that there was an additional witness to USS Omaha, which is true. But then this emerged out of that conversation. So I called them up and I said, so wait, you know there's more footage.
Starting point is 00:20:23 There's something else going on. And that's how this started for me. And he was really gracious about it, wants to move the information forward. But they reported to an admiral what was going to. on. Interestingly enough, this all started because we released the Omaha footage in the 2019 events. I think that gave the individual a sense of purpose and courage and permission to start talking and went to, obviously, Admiral Galette because he had testified out of hearing. He's a Navy Admiral, kind of like safe space, talk with him. But then, you know, I got connected to this story,
Starting point is 00:20:56 and that's how you and I come in is we tried to dig in and find out what's going on. And then we were able to obtain some of the footage. Again, thanks to U.S. Navy personnel who are head and shoulders above the other service members in terms of trying to be transparent on this, because they've been told that that's what they're supposed to do, that it's okay. You can come forward. I think even though this footage is now surfaced, they're still really concerned about what could happen if they speak publicly about it if they follow the instructions they've been given by their higher ups. They're concerned about possible repercussions, correct?
Starting point is 00:21:33 Right. I mean, the thing is, you can go through the typical way that people come forward on stuff. And you'll see this with us in the future whistleblowers that we've recorded with, that are going to come forward with us. They've done everything right. Everything right. And it gets buried. It gets completely buried. It's never mentioned in the error reports.
Starting point is 00:21:51 It's never mentioned the ways it should. They're not testifying under oath like they should as firsthand witnesses. So I think there's a sense of frustration, too. Like, of course, there's self-preservation, but at some point, there's a critical mass, and there's enough people that are saying, this is bullshit. We need, we've been told this is a matter of national security. We need to come forward with it. And if not through traditional means, then maybe through the means of journalism.
Starting point is 00:22:18 You know, there was an article, I'm not sure if you've seen it yet. That was just out at the time we're recording this in Scientific American, written by Leonard David. He's a, he most often writes for space.com. He's a good guy, covers the UAP topic, and although this piece in Scientific Americans starts out a little bit snarky, he interviews the new head of Arrow, the current head, Kozlowski, who admits that he is open to the possibility that his life from somewhere else is represented in various UFO, UAP videos and cases. But we've heard from him before, and he's been very candid in the fact that he is handcuffed to some degree. He wants to inquire. He wants to do a legit investigation, but he's handcuffed by higher-ups. The reality is there are limits on what he can say, how far he can go. And I wonder how this video will be treated by the RO office now that we're making it public.
Starting point is 00:23:15 I mean, look, I would hope they have it. I believe there was testimony given for this. Maybe not the footage. I don't know. I'll find out about that. But look, this is so important. this is data. This is what people are asking for. This is what people want, is the, is the footage and to be able to analyze. So look, we're doing our best to give people more of this. And a lot of people have taken risk in order to put things like this out. Let me just go over a few of the bullet points again. So when you're watching the footage, people understand. Here are the facts. There were four TikTok-shaped UAPs observed that night. The craft was detected by multiple reconnaissance platforms. So that's including radar and this thermal, system that I'm calling Sapphire, because that's the system itself. No flight control surfaces.
Starting point is 00:24:01 When you look at the footage, what you see is what you get. This is something that Commander Guts talked about in episode two of weaponized. You know, you typically see heat, plumes, exhaust, all that. None of that. None of that is there. So if you understand thermal, it should be there, even to hover, even if it's just hovering, especially if it's hovering. It should have some way to be sitting up there and you're not seeing it. Craft were self-illuminated. And we know that because the witness first saw it lift up out of the water. That's what alerted that individual to go to their radar and see what targets they have or what contacts they have. And they were solid, four solid targets.
Starting point is 00:24:38 All the craft were observed in an apparent coordinated, synchronized, instantaneous departure, indicative of shared communication. This is really nailed home to me by the service members. These four objects were up there and they all moved at the same time, just, whoosh gone. And that's documented through our interviews with them. The following is a witness interview of the USS Jackson UAP encounter. We only see lights because it's at nighttime. It's always at night time. But to see the lights emerging from water. So I go out to the bridge wing. I'm noticing things and lights on the horizon and like city lights or any other ships that are out there. So seeing a light that is
Starting point is 00:25:25 is lifting up. You can see it. I know the difference between a light on the horizon coming up and a light coming out of the water. Just when you've been on the water more in your life than you haven't been, you know the difference. This thing was coming up. I wasn't shocked that I was seeing it. I was shocked. I was sharing the experience. Us looking at the same exact display of Sapphire, but when we start talking about all of the objects, all four objects, And what we witnessed was all four of them, all insincredous, jetting off into the abyss. All four, all time together, and all left. And we were like, holy shit. And they were all, maybe the second they left, maybe three, four seconds pass, I run to my station and I look at my radar and they're all off radar.
Starting point is 00:26:15 And I was like, that's it. They all zoomed off. But it's clear that they're in communication with one another and synchronized, like, three, two, one countdown. let's all go, I think, unless there's some level of like one entity is controlling all four and then they all leave at the same time. But yeah, they all left exactly at the same time. And that's on record, recorded, documented. And I hope when that person's out of the military, it's really about not wanting to show their face because of what's happened to David Grush, what's happened to a number of people that came forward. But they're willing to testify.
Starting point is 00:26:48 That's on record. And you will be seeing their face in the future. Padiday presents in the red corner the undisputed, undefeated weed whacker guy. Champion of hurling grass and pollen everywhere. And in the blue corner, the challenger, extra strength, Hannity! Eye drops and work all day to prevent the release of histamines that cause itchy allergy eyes. And the winner, by knockout, is Padaday. Padaday. Bring it on.
Starting point is 00:27:21 we should also say we have shared this imagery with a couple of people, a very close group of people that we know who do know their stuff. Give me a general sense of what they've told us, how they react. Right. So like all source analysts, the people that work on these systems, we've showed it to a ton of people to try to say, what are we not seeing here and what are we seeing here? And, you know, everybody's really, you know, really measured with their responses. But they're like, I don't know if the world's really going to understand immediately. when they see it. But this is a Tick-Tac. This is better footage than what we got with the Tick-Tac UFO stuff in 2004 when that was filmed. So look, it doesn't show extreme movement. I mean, I know that
Starting point is 00:28:05 footage is out there somewhere and I'd love to get it and obtain it and release it with you. But what it does show is a really interesting new piece that is indicative of what we're seeing with UAP with propulsion and the lack of signatures. So people have looked at it and they're like, yeah, These are not artifacts on the lens where it doesn't show traditional propulsion. It's, as an analyst, it's fascinating to me that you were able to obtain and release this. But George, I mean, they were like stoked. And hopefully, you know, people get educated on what the type of footage is so they understand. And there were four of them, not just one tick, tack, four, same time.
Starting point is 00:28:42 I mean, the tick-tack shape is still going strong. Maybe that has low mileage on these vehicles. But that shape, they haven't changed it for a, a new model, a new fancier thing with tail fins or anything like that. They're still flying the tic-tacks. Maybe it's ours, Jeremy. That's the, that's a secret program that we've been flying around out there, transmedium stuff, since 2004 and maybe longer. What do you think? Oh, man, I would love for that to be true. I mean, even Commander Frabber said, I work in a field where you need to know the next generation technology, not 10, not maybe even 20 years out. And he goes, it was not ours in 2004. It's still not, is not
Starting point is 00:29:21 ours. I would love to believe it was ours, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I hope it's not adversarial nations.
