It's like how, I guess it's like how moody you're going to be.ody are you yeah you're gonna ruin our whole day like then i'm gonna be pissed off with you yeah but if you're

not moody at the person you're just in a mood then really like kind of can you be pissed off i don't know it's a hard one georgia said absolutely not we all have good days and bad days we should be there and try to understand their bad days rather than get annoyed at them agree kind of agree yeah if they are mad but communicate it i'll support them if they're in a bad mood and are super rude to me not okay so agree communication communicate that you're in a bad mood and may need space or that you aren't feeling talkative okay so that's really really sensible that's what i've tried to do i've actually tried to do that and i spoke to somebody about it i can't remember who and they were like you can't just get in a bad mood actually do you know what it is

you've got to work out what emotion you're feeling because sometimes i can like just be in a bad mood so like almost you know aggressive or like snappy but it's like actually i might just be like like not sad but you know i might just be sad that i've or in pain not in pain oh my god i'm sounding really like low and depressed normally that you know what i mean it's because it's an underlying thing bothering me yes exactly so work out what your emotion is yeah and it like overwhelms like everything else i'm doing and it's in a shitty mood then you convert it into angle whatever because it's the easiest mood to be and you just take it out on that person because they're right there with you exactly okay someone just said depends on how long for which i so agree with because if this is if this is knocking on four

days you're like okay well your negative energy is kind of coming on to me now it's not my foot you're in a bad mood i've tried really hard to like help this yeah like let's let's let's be a bit more positive and move on and sort the problem out now yeah let's not be in a bad mood forever someone also says us girls deserve a free pass for the time of the month and move swings which i kind of agree with that as well i really do that my mum used to always say men had um move swings too yeah my mum says that she says that men's hormones are just as bad but I'm like do how how yeah I agree how but I also think like there's a double standard situation like does that mean that okay so because we have mood swings and we have hormones and whatever we can be forgive forgiven for being as like bitchy and moody as we as we are but then if a

boy is like in a bad mood for whatever does that mean they're not really allowed to be do you know what i mean yeah exactly i think it has to work both ways to be honest i know that we do have hormones but i do kind of think that there has to be some sort of leeway for the dudes as well because you know i think what we're taking away from that is you've got to communicate communicate what you're feeling rather than just be aggressive like by the way when I say aggressive I'm not like beating Jamie up but you know when you're just like passive aggressive yeah just like in a foul mood I just know totally

But I know a lot of people that do forgive and forget and they have been very happy and they've moved on. We know a couple that had a lot of that sort of going on. Almost basically a little affair and like they're the happiest ever. And they are so, so happy and like it's like it's honestly never happened. If anything, it made them so much stronger. It made them stronger. So like, so like i think that i think that's different though that wasn't like a drunken

snog yeah i guess but but i think if anything like if if people can get through that and they learn so much more about them then you can probably get through anything i personally think i would struggle with seeing the person and not imagining it over and over and over again in my mind yeah i personally think i would struggle with him or her ever going out and getting drunk again because yeah exactly it all comes down to trust and trust can be rebuilt it's how great you were in the first phase it's how it's whether you know only you can make that decision i don't think it's a one rule fits all like you know if you are so in love and it truly was a terrible mistake, then it seems such a waste to, you know, everyone makes mistakes and you can rebuild to us.

I do believe in second chances. Absolutely. But it's just, I probably... It depends on if you can forgive that, like if you're okay with it. And also you have to let bygones be bygones. Like you can't hold it over like someone's head I think the reason why that relationship we were just briefly talking about works also so well is because they fully let that go in the past and they don't ever speak about it or think about it

and they they have moved on and I think when you also bizarrely like I've had it before when I was super young when I was seeing somebody and I kissed someone else and I was like it made me like the person that yeah I was dating even more do you know what I mean because it almost makes you realize like oh my god what on earth I don't we're all human and we all mess up and make mistakes so I do think that second chances and also it obviously does depend on the scenario it depends on the scenario and I think second chances are always you know never turn your nose up to second chances but equally like if you give a second chance and you just can't get over it then that's your answer personally and it also it also depends on like how hard the person's like tried to like get you back

and like regain oh yeah if they've just been like oh sorry you know what it is what it is like I'll just leave if you want me to they haven't fought for it then absolutely not like there has to be obviously certain things yeah there's no more to rebuild you know when there's remorse exactly exactly right so second dilemma it's about the gym this also came from a q a on my instagram so here we go so somebody said advice on how to deal with the gym crush and i was like fuck this would really stress me out this is hard this is hard because i never look nice when i go to the gym crush and i was like fuck this would really stress me out this is hard this is hard because i never look nice when i go to the gym oh my god i look terrible and also and also i would just start a conversation in the gym although the gym i go to bxr is like

literally the most friendly gym ever and there's so many good looking people there like i can actually and that maybe i should go with you. Yeah, honestly, you really should. Like, really stunning people. And, like, a very nice culture. Like, you easily could start talking to somebody if you did want to. We're just selling this very well. Yeah, but... Guys, maybe we should all go to BXR and meet some stunning boys. But I'm picturing, like, in, like, a pure gym where it's, like, really light.

Like, you know, one of those gyms. And, like, they're just lifting weights. Oh, God, every drip of sweat is like being shown and also what you're gonna do walk up and be like can i borrow that set after you is that what you say weights i don't i don't how would you like oh god this is a really how would you go up to someone in the gym is there's no alcohol involved i think you'd have to find out who they were and follow them on instagram i'd use how the hell would you do that you'd have to ask the person at the front desk who is that person are they single do your due diligence first because you

don't want to go you've got to do you've got to do yeah do your due diligence see if they're single and then it comes back to that same old look gotta keep giving them a bit of eye contact in the gym yeah a bit of a bit of eye and annoyingly you're like i mean i wouldn't be rocking up to the gym in like my sweaty face no no you have to kind of let your best do the no makeup makeup like make it like you're not wearing any makeup you're wearing like a little bit you know what I mean so they're like oh god she's stunning naturally like not a on her face yeah and then maybe the Instagram following thing I think is a good idea I think it's a really good idea I think that's yeah but also is that not a bit Becky? Like, if they've just, and he, oh, God.

It depends how big they are. If they're a big-time Instagrammer, then maybe don't. I don't know. But if they're just normal, like, why wouldn't you? I guess, yeah, yeah, yeah. If they're not, like, a gym monkey and they're not, like, a gym Instagrammer, do you know what I mean? Like, I would just follow them.

Yeah, I guess it's, I mean, to be honest, what other way, you've only got that option, unless you're going to go after them. Or you walk up to them in the gym, which i would never do i'd be too scared hopefully they come up to you i think that that's what we can hope yeah you've got to put you've got to put those feels out there you've got to give a bit of eye contact you've got to just manifest that he's gonna walk over to you to be honest i don't know whether this is a girl or a boy so maybe if it's a boy get your ass over to her and ask her out or if it's a boy and boy or girl and girl i just don't i think we we need to have more confidence in girls

going out to boys it's just we're just talking about what we would personally do and like i personally wouldn't be able to no i know i know but like oh god it does just it is a hard one i guess boys do find that really fair if a girl does walk up to them with confidence and is like, confidence is key, isn't it? It's so attractive, so why shouldn't it? I'm just putting myself in the shoes and because I'm too much of a pussy, I wouldn't be able to go up to a boy in the gym and be like, Same, same, same. Hey, what are you working out on today?

Your triceps? Can you imagine? Yeah, no, exactly. It's a hard, hard one. Right, here's the third dilemma. It's a hard hard one right here's the third dilemma it's a long one hey guys firstly want to say absolutely love the podcast my friends and i listen to it every week and always accuse each other of sending stories in because it's all so relatable i love that so here i am actually doing it the gc will be going wild basically there's this guy who I've been friends with since first year. I'm in second year.

And we've been open to each other about some rather personal things. I've always seen him as a mate over anything. But a couple of weeks ago, we drunkenly kissed in the car. I took it as a friendly. That meant nothing. But then it happened again a week later. And this time he came out with some deep stuff about how he knew i was different the first time he saw me first year and how much he liked me

initially i was shocked because i'd always seen us as good friends but i realized it was more after the first time we kissed and i do like him as well since then i've stayed at his house a couple of times after drunk nights out we haven't slept together and i'm really not sure what to make of it we only seem to see each other on the occasional night we are both out at the same party club he's not great at texting which bothers my conclusion he's not a massive player and has told me he he's been apprehensive to text me out of nerves but then makes no effort to see me and because we aren't the type of friends to see each other every day it's left me worried about what this means for our friendship do you reckon he wants something casual or is he trying to play it cool because he actually doesn't more please help a guy out girl out i found it so

hard to read guys sending me much love i think he really likes you for sure i think he's scared of shit he's obviously not a player he's obviously very deep and emotional he's scared of shit. He's obviously not a player. He's obviously very deep and emotional. He's obviously opening up to her about a lot of things. He definitely is so scared. You might have to just make the first move. Really? But they've kissed and spent the night at each other's houses. Yeah, but he's nervous.

I can tell you now. He really likes her. I've just got it. I can sense it. Oh my god. See, for me me i'm like no sack that off how funny no because i'm like if i've spent the night at someone's house several times and kiss him several times like i have given them enough to let them know that like yeah but he

obviously is quite a deep guy he has let her know though he has then surely it's her time to repay it and be like give him a you know a. He's let her know that he really likes her and thought she was the one, you know, like how much more can he do? Yeah, I'm being a bit harsh on that. It might be her time to like give him a bit of a, he might think, fuck, she might be just drunk getting with me and she's not necessarily said that. Yeah, we need a bit more background on like what you responded to that. So like when he opened up to you about how you felt and he wanted, like...

I don't think she's responded much. I think she's sort of been like, oh, my God, and kissed him back. But it's just taken her aback a bit. And she's been like, oh, shit, I wasn't expecting that. Right. Okay. So, if you do really feel like you like him, then you have to express it and be like, look, I know you told me X, Y, and Z, and I probably didn't react in the best way because I was

shocked. But, like, I do feel this way about you. Like, if you do want to actually like make this more than a friendship like i would be open to that but if not let's not make it awkward and let's just stay mates and like no more drunk kisses yeah it's confusing exactly that and you decide yeah i fucking i nipped that one in the bud there didn't i yeah you literally smash out i couldn't give better advice if i tried okay hope that oh that's it that's it guys we have smashed the episode okay winch of the freaking week is such a niche one i don't really drink caffeine and it really bums me out oh no i know it i know

that I've never you know what they say though with that you should always go for the second person you've fallen in love with because you can't have been that in love with the first person if you managed to fall in love with the second god well poor your first date I feel like I feel like the one at the beginning of the week is gonna to know.
