what i have to do is try and cut it out for three months and then very slowly introduce it back in oh my god what are you gonna do about cheese and ice cream i had a bit of creme fraiche last night that was fine it more it seems on like a fajita thing it just seems to be like your milk pure a lot of milk that's in coffee or a lot of yogurt yeah they're like that and i love my snogs and i love my like the vegan ones it's delicious and I have that a lot and I really like that. That's really, really good. I actually sometimes prefer it to the normal one. Love you so much.
