Hiya! Hello! So, if you were expecting a new episode of Wednesdays, then unfortunately this is not it. As I'm obviously not Sophie Haboo, it's Oli Loklok. And I'm very clearly not Melissa Tattam. This is Gareth Loklok. But we have snuck in to tell you lovely listeners

about our brand new podcast, The Nudie Dads. I'm Oli Loklok. And I'm Gareth Loklok. And after five years together, our lives have now changed drastically. Long gone are the days when a party would be the highlight of the week. When did this become our lives? I get excited when they poo.

Because we're newly dads to twins. As well as talking about our journey as parents, we'll be taking regular trips down memory lane with stories from our own childhood.
