Average people think going from one level to the next level is like having this enlightening moment
and just feeling great, feeling empowered, and having a big breakthrough.
No. You know what looks like?
Pain, suffering, exhaustion.
You only go from one level to the next when you're tired of the level you're on.
And you grind for it.
You make yourself suffer.
You do whatever the hell you got to do
to go from where you are to where you want to be.
No matter what it takes, it is the suffering that makes you grow.
And you won't have to fight and fight and fight and fight.
And most of you won't be successful,
not because you can't do it, but you can't outlast you'll owe you
long enough to get to your new you.
I don't want to change.
Of course you don't.
Die with your dreads in.
But shut your mouth and quit telling everybody you want to make more money.
Just shut your fucking mouth.
Quit complaining, dude.
You're fucking settled.
You like it.
So shut up and stay comfortable.
But for those of you that want to kill it, wait the fuck up.
Don't be finished.
Be starting.
Be alert.
Be ready.
Be attacking.
Be relentless.
Let the enemy stop.
Let the enemy rest.
Let the enemy finish.
You don't finish.
Don't stop, don't rest.
Back off.
Negative.
Negative.
Bring it.
I'm stepping it up.
I'm training harder, eating cleaner.
I'm training more.
I'm learning and reading and studying more now than I ever have in my whole life.
Do I get dinged up?
Of course I do.
It takes some injuries?
Yeah.
No big deal.
No factor.
Whatever.
Doesn't matter.
Because I don't stop.
No complaint.
No backing off, no slack whatsoever.
Fight. Every day is a beginning, a new day, a new week, a new shot at life, an opportunity to come out of the gate like a man possessed and attack the day without mercy.
Today, I'm taking scouts. I'm putting the pressure on. I am the aggressor. I am on the attack.
Run to pressure. Run to pressure. Every single thing in your attack.
thing in your life that's hard. Run to it. Get in it. Test yourself. Test yourself. Don't you run for
that looks hard. Good. Go get in it. This is an opportunity for me to grow. I'm here because I want to
grow. Something's hard. Jump in it. Every freaking day of your life, live uncomfortable. When you say this
sucks, I'm drowning, I'm miserable, I'm suffering, but I'm not going anywhere. What happens to
your mind, it's got to expand. It's got to grow. You start to
engaged parts of your mind that you've never engaged before when you're in suffer mode and you say,
I'm not going to quit. Expand yourself. Take yourself out your comfort zone. If you stay in your
comfort zone, that's why you will fail. So you got to get comfortable being uncomfortable if you ever
want to be successful. There's someone out there who wants what you have, who wants the position
you are, who wants the job you have. The civil not you're hungry. It wants everything you have.
I got a motivation for you.
Don't get comfortable.
There's someone out there right now
and I don't know who they are,
but they want to kick y'all's ass.
I promise you.
You are not fighting anymore
and you're being what they want you to be.
Average.
They're talking about you right now.
We're gonna let them.
We're gonna go to war.
I need you guys to stay crazy.
I need you guys to get pissed off.
Because listen to me,
Comfort will kill you.
I keep my edge.
I feel like my competition
is trying to dilute me and water me down every day.
They want me to get comfortable.
get comfortable. Not a chance in hell. Not a chance in hell. I'll die before I lose this edge.
I protect it with everything I got. I'm trying to get you to push yourself to a point that you
have never been to before. Because when you get to that point, you're going to propel to another
dimension of your life. Can't nobody stop you with you? You're not average. Stop acting like it.
You're not average. Why are you being average? You're not average. Why are you being good when you're not good?
You're great. When you're going to step up to the plate? You got the opportunity. What you're doing with it?
Every day when you wake up, push yourself.
Get up, compete.
Many of you are not competing.
I need effort.
Compete.
Many of you have lost your competitive edge back.
You don't belong at the bottom.
And it's time for you to get your butt from down there.
It's time for you to stop being comfortable at the bottom.
Get your butt up and get to where you're supposed to be.
Your best life is over here.
You got to keep pushing that way.
Keep going.
Do what others won't.
Get freaking uncomfortable.
Do it and you will suck at it
and you're going to get made fun of in the beginning
but then you'll be laughing your way
to the freaking bang
when all those haters that were ragging on me
see you smashing them
because you get it down.
Nothing great comes from a position of comfort.
Everything worthwhile.
Everything that is great
comes from being in a position of uncomfortable.
Nothing worthwhile is easy.
to get nothing worthwhile can you get by not being uncomfortable everything is going to
make you uncomfortable get sicken used to it and if you can get used to being uncomfortable
your fucking limits are non-existent you are your greatest asset you have the
ability to stop complaining and stop whining and stop looking at the negative and
stop blaming because it's already in you you just haven't activated yet when I go too long
just kind of laying around being comfortable I start to get uncomfortable I start to get uncomfortable
not doing difficult things people ask me all the time why do you do cold plunges in the mornings
the anti-inflammatory properties no not really the reason that I do it is it's hard the reason I do
it is it's difficult successful people happy people do difficult things unhappy people
unsuccessful people have a tendency to not do difficult things after you push
After you push into something happens, then I need you to do what?
Start all over again and push yourself again.
After you accomplish one goal, you cannot get settled.
After you accomplish one trade, you can't quit.
You haven't seen your best yet.
The best is yet to come.
You have not seen your best yet.
You went three and you got six gears.
But you're accustomed to three, you accustom the four.
I challenge you to push it to all the gears you got.
Push yourself.
Push it to the limit.
Do you know what your life would look like if you pushed it to the limit?
Have you ever pushed it to the limit?
to the limit before? Push yourself. Not measuring yourself to your sibling. Not measuring yourself
to the people at your job. Not measuring yourself to the standards of the people that's a value.
I'm talking about cashing out. I'm talking about maximizing. I'm talking about going to your highest
level, doing more than you thought you could do, and pushing yourself in ways that you never thought
you could push yourself. Something's going to break. Either you or the obstacle. Building the business,
there's some pressure. Hitting that put to win a tournament, there's some pressure. Giving that speech,
some pressure. Doing something new, there's some pressure. Walking into a thing that you're
uncomfortable doing with that's public speaking or something socially or heights or whatever
it is, something's going to break. Either the obstacle or you. And you're the person who doesn't
break. You live for this stuff. Most people fear the grind, you crave it. Most people wait
for the right moment, you create it. You ain't waiting around for the right time. You ain't
waiting around for someone to give you permission. You're not waiting around to make opportunity.
You're going to get your own seat at the table. There's no seat there? I'll just move my chair over.
You crave this stuff.
You don't fit in.
You're a competitor.
You're constantly increasing your purpose.
You're a grower.
You're in a bigger hurry than most.
But you have the discipline to wait for what you want.
I'm not telling you, once you change this, problems aren't going to come your way.
What I'm telling you is your perspective about what it means will change.
Not immunity from difficulties, but peace within difficulties.
