Starting point is 00:00:01 What's up everybody? Welcome back. Happy Scues Day to you. It's Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 at about 1230 on the West Coast as we're sitting down to record this. You'll see us in a few hours. I'm Trey. That's Mark. This on the eve of everybody's favorite time in America, the return of professional football. Mark. I know you've had your clock set for a while. Your life revolves around it. You can't wait. Oh, yeah, for sure, man. I mean, I've really enjoyed the Brugley over the Western Michigan, Michigan. You just see Western Michigan just appealed. That's a whole fucking thing. Western Michigan just appealed.
Starting point is 00:00:39 So Michigan might have lost a September of football game. We will find out in November. That'd be fine. Yeah, that's a unique situation because it feels like that literally is a thing where it's like, this play either happened or it didn't, right? So it's like it's easier than usual. Because a lot of times people are like, oh, if they had called that, then we would have won, but other things happened.
Starting point is 00:01:01 But with this one, it's like, if that play stands, Michigan won if it doesn't then they lost I of course because I have eyes believe that they should have lost but you know I don't know how much time you want to devote to the Michigan Western Michigan controversy but it was No it's uh it depending like Like if I like because Western Michigan was such an underdog
Starting point is 00:01:21 Like just thinking about like how much worse it would have been If money changed hands over this I mean the money of the program changes this I mean the betting public So much of our like sports experience is ruined by fucking gambling that Like we have I don't think people realize they complain we complain about the endless instant replays, that's for gambling.
Starting point is 00:01:38 That's for people to have faith in the games enough to bet on. So like I just, I fucking hate it. Anyway, so it's also a couple days before 9-11, not just football season, but it's a transition for you. I want to quote here from our Secretary of Homeland Security, Mark Wayne Mullen,
Starting point is 00:01:56 this morning on Fox News. To be honest with you, 9-11 isn't a day that I just love to celebrate. For me, it kind of puts a bad taste in my mouth. Oh, unlike most of us who are popping bottles on 9-11, the old classic American family tradition of partying hard every September 11th. Mark Wayne Mullen, he doesn't see the appeal in that.
Starting point is 00:02:21 He's just got more integrity and honor than most of us do that Mark Lain-Mullin. Are you American haters who like bake a happy 9-11 cake or put milk and cookies out for Osanta bin-Claas? Rethink your priorities. Also, do you see Trump gave a speech in a 9-11 memorial this morning where he once again told the lie about helping out at Ground Zero, except he embellished it even further this time, where apparently now he was pulled out of the rubble by strong firefighters that carried him away from the terrorist attack? No, but I like that he added some homoeroticism to it. That's always fun. Yeah, he always makes some big strong firefighters.
Starting point is 00:02:57 Big strong guys. This is after he posted AI generated video this morning of himself, doing a news conference on 9-11. So, like, did he see that video and think it's really true? Does he believe his lie now? Yeah, right. The president's insane now, and you only know, you only really know it if you watch the social media feeds, and, like, the news just doesn't talk about it.
Starting point is 00:03:19 Right. I want to talk about this before we get to the show. The DOJ is on an anti-trans rampage. That's kind of nonsense that I want to talk about for a second. Like, Todd Blanche is on Fox the other day. and he condemned what he calls a pandemic of, quote, secret gender transitions in U.S. schools. So finally, a pandemic we're going to try to stop.
Starting point is 00:03:42 It's worth getting into weeds what he's actually talking about because when he says gender transitions, he means like pronouns. So the DOJ filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the school system in Kansas City, Kansas over its policies on transgender students. So I just want to note here we're talking about Superwoke Kansas where the schools are apparently transing kids during mandatory creationism class. this is because of a complaint filed by four districts in about four districts in Kansas by the Defense of Freedom Institute
Starting point is 00:04:10 the complaint against the schools had they said the schools had policies preventing disclosure of a student quote transgender status to parents without the student's consent again we're just in my names and pronouns here but defense of freedom institute when something's named that it really trips my sensors because like whose freedom are we talking about here because it's not the kids it's not the teachers, right?
Starting point is 00:04:33 No, well, they all have names like that, all those institutes that they have and coalitions and organizations and stuff. It's always just like, you know, Liberty, Eagle, Patriot, Freedom, you know, Americans, families, that type of, you know, it's like 15 words.
Starting point is 00:04:51 DFI was started by two guys, I went and looked them up because I'm nosy. I started by two guys who worked for Betsy DeVos under Trump One, one of which used his position to help out fraudulent for-profit educational conjobs, especially one he used to work for. I'm talking about a guy named Robert S. E. Tell who worked for Bridgepoint Education, which found itself under investigation at the time by the Department of Education and the Department
Starting point is 00:05:14 of Justice, because what they were doing was they were selling the promise of higher education via robocalls to get people to pay to attend schools that very few people ever graduated from, and this was a pass-through program to steal financial aid from the federal government. They also lied to people about the degrees being worth the shit. So people who did graduate couldn't get jobs. And this organization also stole GI Bill money. So sure, this man only cares about the freedom of children, right? Right.
Starting point is 00:05:43 Yeah. They got these people to sign up, get federal aid from the government that they paid the school with. Right. And then they just took the money and the school was like a... Right. They got people to sign up for this bullshit school so they could get paid by the federal government to educate. these kids with no actual education. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Yeah. So basically, Kansas City of schools have a policy of using students' names and preferred names and pronouns, right? So the kid says, I'd like to be Tabitha now. Like, okay, you're Tabitha. Let's talk as good as do math problems, right? So the district also says request from students who do not wish to involve their parents will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Starting point is 00:06:24 Now, I want to point out here, like, as a person with lots of family members who are teachers, this is like, the way we do social service in this country, the same way we use cops is like marriage counselors for couples having arguments. We use teachers as like frontline social service workers for basically every problem this country has. Uh-huh, yeah. So the school district has found this policy. It's basically like don't ask, don't tell. We're like, you don't try to put the kid, the teacher between the kid and their parent by snitching on the fucking kid.
Starting point is 00:06:54 Right. Because that's not the teacher's job. like I don't want my sister having to mediate a fucking conference like a dispute between a kid and her parent over their religious beliefs now I mean I guess parents don't like to hear it shitty ones anyway but the teacher
Starting point is 00:07:09 you know should have the kids interest at heart like if it comes down to it the teacher should snitch on the parent on behalf of the kid do you know what I mean like if they're beating them or whatever I'm saying that's we do make them do that yeah yeah yeah right and that so that's how it should work there's no real
Starting point is 00:07:26 like obligation for them to you know, for it to work in reverse, I feel like. And, but case by case basis. So, like, that's how everybody should do everything is like case by case basis. Yeah. Like, if the kids, like, having a serious mental health crisis, call the parents. But if the kid's, like, hey, out. But if the kid tells you, like, don't tell my parents they're super religious and they'll kick me out on the street.
Starting point is 00:07:49 Then don't, then don't tell the parents. If the kid tells you not to, you know, it's like. Yeah. But they want to, like, this is like, like, so I guess because we can't put flock cameras in school bathrooms yet they want to list the teachers to snitch on their fucking kids um so we got to show us your papers at morning attendance and homeroom administration basically so but because laura ingraham's on a bit like blanche is on tv trying to blur the distinction between like actually getting surgeries and somebody going to go by them for a week or two and he says there's not a parent in america no
Starting point is 00:08:19 matter where you live that would want their child to change and call the child by a different name and not expect to be told by that and laura ham responded i mean i get a call from my son's if he has a headache. You're right. Because giving your child medication matters. Right. And like, how far does this nickname snitching policy go? If the kid, you're supposed to tell if the kid wants to go by Tammy instead of Timmy,
Starting point is 00:08:42 but what if the kid wants to go by T-bone? See what I'm saying? Right. Like, that's the case-by-case as part of this. So anyway, it's like there's no pandemic of secret gender transitions, which is what he was there to say was saying. But, like, I want to, this is even a crazier one example of this panic going on. We haven't talked about the kitty litter stuff in a while, but this is like a kitty litter level panic.
Starting point is 00:09:04 And this isn't just about whether you believe in civil rights. It's like whether you're responsible enough adult who can walk around unsupervised without like a home care worker following you. So Jefferson County, Colorado has just had to sue the Trump administration because in order to keep their federal funding, they can't figure out how to oppress imaginary trans children they do not have. And like, I'm going to tell you what I'm talking about a minute, but I want to know this is a district that has. Alamban high school in it, so they fucking suffered enough, right? Right. So back in March, the administration announced that Jeffco had violated federal
Starting point is 00:09:38 non-discrimination laws by allowing students access to sports teams based upon their gender identity and said their biological sex. The Fed's key data point was they saying that 61 boys were participating on girls' athletic teams in the single school district. I don't know about that. Because that sounds like it could possibly be true. No. No.
Starting point is 00:09:58 They have an entire NFL roster plus a single NFL roster. another eight kids of female. Boys playing girls sports. Right. Yeah. How many trans people have you met in your entire life, Trey? Definitely. Well, I mean, me, like meet period.
Starting point is 00:10:13 Uh-huh. Probably, I mean, honestly, probably a couple hundred or more because they come to my shows and I made them afterwards. Outside of that context, 15. Yeah. Maybe. I think maybe like people have said hi to and known their names, it's maybe like a dozen, 20 something. It's like not a lot.
Starting point is 00:10:31 So like, but like they live, this whole movement apparently has like the reverse they live glasses where instead of when you put on the glass instead of revealing who's an alien, they put on these glasses and it tells you that everyone's fucking trans. So what, what do you have any insight into that number? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:48 So the figure, the figure startled even district officials most, mostly because they said there are no transgender girls at all appealing on their girls teams. So they're basically saying, position is we'll argue about these kids if you can show us the kids. Now, where the fed's got the number is the district says the Trump administration had misinterpreted the information. The records do show male participants on girls' teams, but they were team managers and
Starting point is 00:11:12 mascots. Oh, okay. Right. So this is where like things like start mashing up. Like, so because the girls' teams had enlisted a boy who probably has a crush on the athletes to help carry the five-gallon Gatorade Coolers. Yeah. It's like maybe they should have Do the girls want to be sports team managers? Has anybody asked them? Does a girl want to get in the Cougar costume This probably smells like shit.
Starting point is 00:11:36 Yeah. The mascot for sure I don't feel like I've ever Well yeah, I mean, I'm sure there's some girls that are mascots I definitely remember it, but it seems like mostly a dude thing. But yeah, okay, that makes sense. They're like sort of auxiliary support roles You know, and the girls' teams could be. be boys. So, so like the district official said the federal government also may have
Starting point is 00:12:00 confused a cross-country roster in which the same coach oversees separate programs for boys and girls. Right. So because they have co-ed practices, they think the boys are trans-went girls. Right. But like if you're the Fed and you're looking at that number, you're like, this has to be wrong. Like, it just has to be. If you told me there were 61 female trans athletes playing high school sports nationwide, that would probably sound about right. Right. Yeah, but if you're one of these people you see that number and you're like I've done it. This is the mother load. Do you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:12:29 I'm about to blow this whole thing wide open. I'm the one. My name shall ring through the halls of patriotism forever after I shine a light on this. That's what they think when they see that number. Two things that strike me about this. Let's come up later when we're going to talk about the Lindsay Clancy,
Starting point is 00:12:48 the reaction to the Lindsay Crancy Verick later where it's like I don't care about the trial itself. because it's a very, well, you'll get to it, but like, so much time and resources investing getting Americans to hate their fucking neighbors. And I'm really tired of it. It's just like, if you're parent enough to think that one high school district has 61 trade, like, you're living in an alternate reality and you just want to think crazy things
Starting point is 00:13:11 about the people to live in the next town over. And there's also the part of this where the party of a small government wants to bring in the federal government to mediate a disagreement between them and their child or them and their child's teacher. Yeah, yes, that's been the thing with this from the very beginning. Even the argument about like when it was gay marriage and all that stuff, you know, whatever. It's like the small government people, you know, keep government out of people's bedrooms, you know, but they didn't want that. But they've always been that way.
Starting point is 00:13:39 It's like they always say small government, but that only applies to shit they want to do pretty much. Every single time when you get to the bottom of what started this panic in a particular community, what drew the national attention. It's always like something really stupid involving like one person, right? So the root of this in Jeffka, the school district in Jeffco is one kid named Ollie. I think O-L-I-E, I don't know how to pronounce their name. Oli, Oli, Oli, Oli's biological dad lost custody before Ali came out to their mom and stepdad as binary. Non-binary. And the dad went to the school board meeting and bitched about it and went viral and caught the notice of Elon Musk,
Starting point is 00:14:20 which is why this became a national intention. So because this dad lost custody of his kid who later decided they want to go by they them This entire school dish is going to lose federal funding Because this guy can't talk to his fucking child Right What was the injustice of You know
Starting point is 00:14:42 What is their angle on that story? Like how was that guy You know railroaded or persecuted or something by wokeness In this case If he lost the custody before and then the kid came out later. Do you know what I mean? How did whokeness steal his child from him or whatever,
Starting point is 00:14:59 which I assume is his position? I don't know, man, but basically all you need to know to understand this. Forget what you think about like civil rights for trans people or trans people playing sports. What's happening here is the Attorney General of the United States is acting as Oli's Dad's men's rights attorney. Right. So everybody must suffer.
Starting point is 00:15:23 A new American. slogan everybody must suffer all right let's get right into it Matt skew it up get it ready the daily dumbass graphic please this week's DD is cop hating communist who don't understand that this miniature donkey had to die to protect the thin blue line between civilization and anarchy that's right late Saturday night into early Sunday morning an officer with the Cedar Town Police Department response responded to a request for assistance from the Polk County Police Department in searching for a missing child. During that search, it is with heavy heart that I report a Cedar Town police officer shot and killed a donkey that was in its own pasture.
Starting point is 00:16:29 10 times I hate those who would have showed if the dude had shot a black guy in his car or whatever by the way, I bet. An unarmed donkey in his own pasture or whatever.
Starting point is 00:16:43 They're switching it up. It's usually dogs, you know, dogs and black people and stuff branching out. This is rural Georgia though, so they're working with what they got. You got to shoot something.
Starting point is 00:16:51 The donkey was there. Did they think the donkey had the child? Was it like a witch's forest situation going on or something. The donkey was a familiar. I'm not, well, we'll get to the child part of this. So, but if you don't follow this story, which I have been avidly,
Starting point is 00:17:07 the last Sunday morning, early Sunday morning in the dark, this police chief was sleeping and he got woken up a news and his fuck-up, his fuck-up deputy killed a miniature donkey. You imagine the guy's morning went. So in Polk County, Georgia, a Cedar Town cop shot and killed this donkey name, he-hawn in self-defense.
Starting point is 00:17:25 He was braying menacingly. You ever seen a donkey kick? He rare enough to kick him to do. What was the cop supposed to do? Not shoot it. So again, this is a miniature donkey, right? Yes. We'll show you a video in a minute.
Starting point is 00:17:36 Oh, God. The cop was on private property known as Ellesbury Riding and Farm, a business that offers trail rides, pony rides, and petting zoos. The cop was there without a warrant in He-Ha's pasture in the middle of fucking night. What turned out to be no reason whatsoever. What I'm saying is if He-Haw had killed this cop, it would have been justified. Yeah. and hilarious. The chief announced that the officer involved
Starting point is 00:18:03 has been put on leave and so he's getting paid time off for killing this donkey and investigating into the shooting has been handed off to the Georgia Department of Agriculture's Law Enforcement Division. Now I looked at up,
Starting point is 00:18:16 killing a police canine in Georgia as a felony known as harming a law enforcement animal in the first degree for which you can get five years in prison. I honestly thought that it was the same as killing a cop. like it might be in some
Starting point is 00:18:29 district yeah yeah which I I've always thought it's insane but I and also I don't know where I got that from probably movies or something
Starting point is 00:18:35 but I know they give them cop funerals and stuff so but anyway so if police dogs or cops then what I'm proposing is that tiny donkeys
Starting point is 00:18:46 are the mayor so this is a politically motivated assassinations it just had to be that clip you started this with that sheriff or chief or whatever that guy is like of course
Starting point is 00:18:57 he talks like that. You know what I mean? Like a donkey named He-Ha was shot. That dude was never going to be like an upstate New York or something. Even though they have petting zoos with donkeys and all these places. It's like it just had to be the Cedar Town Police Department last night was responding to a call
Starting point is 00:19:13 and unfortunately the donkey did not make it. I was trying to think like what do you think what do you think an appropriate punishment that could be handed out by the George Department of Agriculture's law enforcement in division? I think maybe they should sentence him to live in he hauls pen for two months.
Starting point is 00:19:29 While people come by and built him with fucking rotten tomatoes. So this is one of those things it gets dumber the more you learn about it. So you might, so even when it comes to like fuck up cops, I like think, okay, what was it like in their shoes in that situation? Right. Yeah, right. Right.
Starting point is 00:19:43 So he's like walking through a dark past. You're like, okay, so it's dark and he's chasing a suspect. No, he wasn't. There was no suspect involved. There was no threat involved. There's no reason for him to have his fucking gun out at all. Maybe just scared of the dark, Mark. It's like, you know, he's in a little, it's a petting zoo, there's strange animal noises.
Starting point is 00:20:00 It's like, it's not fall yet, but falls around the corner. You know what I mean? You might start thinking there's like a haunted scarecrow around or something. It could be spooky these places in the fall, you know, and then all of a sudden you hear a, you know, a big bray, a loud, you know, you've already got your gun out. Mm-hmm. You know. Right. So.
Starting point is 00:20:24 So then, but then, like, so then your brain goes. was like, well, like, well, you know, what was the call then, right? Maybe, like, why was he on edge? Why, we could have been on edge? And there's really no reason because, like, they would, he was like, he was called to help find a missing child, not a kidnap child, a 12-year-old girl that had walked out of her house into the woods, presumably because she got into a fight with her parents or some shit, right? So they were using bloodhounds to look for this kid in the woods.
Starting point is 00:20:48 And after this was over, they found the girl somewhere else. The kid's safe. That's good. But, like, why were you, like, the noise. as you heard in the woods could have been the missing child that you shot. Okay, but again, the woods, not the, because I'm picturing like a little petting zoo where people take kids and stuff, right? Right. So it ain't even the wood. If you're, again, in the dark woods, you know, among us, right? If you're a cop, you have training, you still shouldn't have your gun out.
Starting point is 00:21:15 But, you know, woods are spooky in the dark. But like, I feel like this is a little different. This is like, like, like I said, this is a little like family fun center where people take their kids in the fall to pet little cute donkeys and go through a corn maze and stuff. Right. So then your brain goes, okay, well, he knows he's at the corn maze petting zoo place,
Starting point is 00:21:34 right? So he goes, but he must have been startled by he hop. No, he was not. He was fully aware with a miniature donkey at the time. He saw it coming from a long distance away, had time to think about it,
Starting point is 00:21:43 and chose to shoot it because he said it was charging him. Georgia police, be a quote here from reason, Georgia police officer wrote in a report that he was forced to fatally shoot a petting zoo donkey, named He-Ha to save himself, a fellow officer, and a team of bloodhounds from the charging animal. This is the point where I need you to see He-Haul. This is the last Instagram post that the owner of the petting zoo made featuring He-Haul the miniature donkey.
Starting point is 00:22:09 I want you to see what this fucking dipshit cop was threatened by. That's about how fast the donkey was running out. Hi. Look at that. Good morning. Good morning, he-ha. Vision to Beth itself. He probably just wanted pets, too.
Starting point is 00:22:44 After seeing this video, you know what I mean? I mean, that's really sad and fucked up, honestly. But things like ridiculously... I've seen the pale, the pale miniature donkey of death. Death sat upon him, and his name was he-ha. His name was he-ha. Yeah. Dude, if there's...
Starting point is 00:23:02 Maybe at the very least, this cop, when he returns from leave, will be roasted into retiring from the force. by the other, no, probably all, probably I'll be like anybody would have done it, brother. He's going to quietly resign to get a job of the department of the next town over. I already know what's going to happen. I just mean wherever he goes,
Starting point is 00:23:21 he should be made fun of forever by other, you know, is all I'm saying. I want you to read this cop's incident report, trade, because like, I don't, like, here you go, read this first part. Okay. As we were tacking down the fence line, the horses in the pasture spooked
Starting point is 00:23:38 and ran back away from us across the pasture. At this time, K-9 handler Thomason stated that there was a donkey on the side of the hill. The donkey then began to charge at us. K-9-handler-Thomason removed his taser 7 from its holster and began to arch it to attempt to deter the donkey from attacking us. Okay, so I want to pause here for a second, then we'll get to the rest of it. So he doesn't know how to spell arc. He's saying arc the taser, like he's like...
Starting point is 00:24:06 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So how is a donkey supposed to know to be afraid of a taser? It's funny. Just being like, stop right there. Put your hooves up. It's like, he's not complying.
Starting point is 00:24:18 The donkey is like, it doesn't speak English. The donkey. So what I'm saying before you continue is I think it might not in fact deter the donkey. This in fact did not deter the donkey. So I removed my department issued Glock 17 from its holster and pointed it at the donkey. I then fired a single round
Starting point is 00:24:41 striking the donkey, at which point the donkey turned away, retreating up the hill before falling over. We then informed Polk County 911 that I had to use my firearm to dispatch the donkey and prevent injury. Had to. I had to use my firearm to fend off this fucking vicious beast.
Starting point is 00:25:00 So, like, who teach cops to talk this way, by the way? Like, I have dispatched the answer. individual note as the donkey. Like, look at, so they've gone from killing, so what the cops in Cedar Town are doing now, instead of using taxpayer donkeys to, taxpayer dollars to murder, murder, helpless miniature donkeys, they're now guarding the front of the cop's house 24-7. Basically what they're saying is the cops, they're just parked in his driveway to keep people out of the cop's yard because they're afraid of death threats from murdering this donkey. I don't, this whole thing's so fucking stupid. Like, this is, this is,
Starting point is 00:25:37 nothing's going to happen to this cop. They probably won't even pay for the fucking donkey. Donkey dead. Whole community rattle because every kid in the community has pet that fucking donkey. Yeah. Every parent in that town has to sit their kid down and tell him the best friend Diaw is dead. Was shot by the police.
Starting point is 00:25:53 Maybe that'll radicalize those kids, though. All those kids in that Georgia town, I get like ACAB stickers and stuff. In 20 years when the Cedar Poutown, Georgia Police Department is defunded, we can be traced back to this fucking moment. If anything would ever get that done, it would be shooting a beloved donkey, you know, as opposed to, again, human beings. Matt, I don't know why Matt feels the need to make this point, but I'm going to share it since he sent it to us in the chat. Matt did say his mom has many don'ties, right?
Starting point is 00:26:22 And according to Matt, they will fuck up a dog. That's what Matt said. A mini donkey can fuck up a dog. I don't know. You know what? That police dog knew the risk when it put on the badge. So, all right, there was a dog in there. I'm not, it's still absolutely absurd, but there was a police canine in there.
Starting point is 00:26:41 The dog and the donkey had beef, I'm now wondering, if that's what it was. If the dog and the donkey were like, fuck you motherfucker the way animals do, and then the cop shot the donkey. The dog didn't have a warrant. Right. I know, I know. The girl wasn't there. I know, I know. I know.
Starting point is 00:26:55 I'm not the king of him. I'm saying, okay. Anyway, good Lord. Let's tell, hold on real quick, before we take this break, Matt, with some other fun. facts for us both. Matt says donkeys were originally bred to keep out wolves, Mark. So it's in the donkey's DNA, right, when this canine intruder shows up
Starting point is 00:27:17 to fucking throw hugs. Is Matt on the fucking cop side? Hi-ha. All right, fuck you, Matt. You fucking bootlicker. The donkey hits harder for me now. Fuck a police dog, dude. I wish you would have whipped that dog's ass. Anyway, we'll be

Starting point is 00:29:41 This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp. Here's one for you. If you can wake up tomorrow being better at just one thing. No real work required. What would it be? Mine's easy. I'd be better at not worrying about stuff that ain't happened yet. I've heard the term future tripping applied to that. I don't know how universal that is, but I suffer with it. I'll spiral completely out, thinking about something that might happen, and then it ends up not happening. And I wasted all that time just losing control, not losing control, you know, getting, not falling all over myself, worrying about something that might be instead of dealing with the things that are B.
Starting point is 00:30:12 It's not the best grammar, but you know what I'm saying. It's a thing, you know, and when you're doing that, you know, my wife asks me what's wrong, and I'm like, oh, nothing, you know, because I don't even want to tell her I'm upset about something that might happen, but probably won't. So now I'm not talking, just thinking, thinking bad, you know. anyway, I'm just saying, but I'd like to be better about that. And better is a feeling and it's a feeling that you define yourself. That's the kind of thing.
Starting point is 00:30:38 A therapist is useful for it. That's what therapy does. You know, better help is set up to get you to one of the therapists without a whole big to do. Starting point is 00:31:20 Better help. Help yourself. Weekly skews is brought to you by the Americans United for the separation of church and state. Back to school season in Texas this year. year five million kids are going to walk into class and get greeted by the Ten Commandments on the wall. How about that? Texas politicians passed a law requiring them in every public school classroom forcing their religion on every kid in those schools. I didn't grow up in church myself, but I'm aware of the Commandments 10. I mean, I couldn't name them for you. The big ones I know, I think,
Starting point is 00:31:47 you know, I didn't really need a stone tablet to tell me not to kill people. I don't know that. But anyway, I'm aware. Anyway, the people I knew took their faith most seriously seem to be the ones least interested in having the government, you know, hang it up for them. They knew that once the state starts running your religion, it stops being yours. You know, you don't need government up in your business or your religion, right? That's the American way. 28 families in Texas, with Americans United standing behind them, are taking this fight to the Supreme Court. They need people to hear about it before the court gets its hands on the case.
Starting point is 00:32:15 They are going to go up, meaning the commandments, but we're going to fight to get them taken down. That's a quote for Texas public school parent, Ted Lowe. Ted and Rebecca Lowe are an interfaith couple, Ted's Jewish, and Rebecca Christian, their kids are in Texas public schools, and their story shows that there's a human cost to Christian nationalist policies, like these Texas Ten Commandment laws, and the decisions the Supreme Court hands down. Visit ague.org slash 10C. That's agu.org slash TENC. To learn more about this case, watch Ted and Rebecca Story and join the fight to protect church-state separation. Once again, visit agu.org slash 10C and join the fight today.
Starting point is 00:32:58 Okay, and we're back. I know you tease this is going to have something to do with Lindsay Clancy. I'm going to wait and see where this goes because I don't know how much you even know this or whatever, but, you know. I've got one of them white woman wives who she's true crime brained, bro. Yeah, we'll talk about true crime. She's all wrapped up in this shit and I have not been enjoying it. Yeah. So I want to mostly talk about like the back, the political circuits around it because like, so this morning, we're talking about today.
Starting point is 00:33:28 Lindsey Clancy's attorney whose name's Kevin Kerrigan, I believe, I will get him later. He names Kevin something. Went on Good Morning America today and asked Donald Trump to pardon her.
Starting point is 00:33:39 Now, it's a state level case. The lawyer knows that Donald Trump doesn't have the power to partner. I just want to point out that her defense attorney is doing what defense attorneys do and is trying to make this even more fucking stupid
Starting point is 00:33:48 to try to get his client off. Good job by him, but I do not appreciate the society we live and where things are definitely going to get dumber. So if you don't familiar with the case we're talking about,
Starting point is 00:33:57 In 2023, a woman named Lindsay Clancy of Duxbury, Massachusetts strangled her three kids to death. They were five, three, and eight months old. She then attempted suicide by cutting her wrists and neck and jumping up from a second-story window. I know the true crime people disagree with all this. I think all this fake, but yes. I know. She then pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity because of postpartum, alleged postpartum psychosis. Actually, I don't have anything to say alleged, but as both sides agree, she had postpartum psychosis.
Starting point is 00:34:24 Prosecutors accepted that she was mentally ill, but also said she knew what she was. doing and because the crime display planning. Then a few days ago there was a hung jury 11 to 1 for not guilty. And first I want to say, everyone thinks it was 11 for not guilty and won for guilty. I'm not sure why we know that, except the defense attorney seems to think so. But if that
Starting point is 00:34:43 either way, however the 11 to 1 shook out, that one was in there fucking fighting for his life, bro. Yeah. It's crazy to me. Again, I know there's other things about this you wanted to talk about. But it's like you just said, like those are, because I read they agreed, both sides agree. before it started to a stipulation of facts, right, that were, like, not really up for dispute,
Starting point is 00:35:02 which included, I think, the things that you just covered. And it was a matter of, like, she had psychosis and the prosecution making the case that that didn't, whatever, absolve her from having done it and whether or not you agreed with that or something. But, like, the way that people are talking about it is, I mean, crazy, dude. It's like, because it's like, I'm like, okay, but she did. She killed these children, right? Like, how are people fucking rooting for, okay, I'm not, I know the psych, that kind of psychosis is a real thing.
Starting point is 00:35:33 She should be taken care of in a hospital or something, I guess. But if you kill your kids. That's right. I mean, like, you, see, you're deeper in the weeds than this. I am. I'm just noticing what I'm seeing, like, like, the people, the people who think she didn't do it is very, very small. Right. It's mostly people that are like, no, she did it, but she, she was a very,
Starting point is 00:35:56 victim herself because of she didn't get any help. No one cared. She was asked for help and no one gave it. And society and her husband and everyone failed her. She had two different doctors who weren't talking to each other. They gave her different medications for her problems. It might have been in conflict with each other. Like it's a lot like so, but basically it's like, but I think part of the reason people are recreationally having fun following this is because the stakes are very, very small for the rest
Starting point is 00:36:18 of us. What I'm saying is like she's not going free. Right. The trial was about whether or not she spends the rest of her life in. prison or most of the rest of her life in a hospital. Right. Like, so it also like lays bare the hollowness of this whole. Like, you and I have talked before about how like no one can agree what prisons in America
Starting point is 00:36:37 are for, right? So like, think about all the things that prisons are for. It's not for this case and most of them, right? It's not, it's definitely not for rehabilitation, right? For deterrence? And is anybody thinking about murdering their own children really doing like cause and effects, like, like thinking about the consequences? I don't think so, right?
Starting point is 00:36:57 If they had it, they would have looked differently. Like the woman in the 90s, I forget her name, or drove her car into a lake with her kids inside and said she was carjacked by a Mexican. She was trying to get away with it. Like that's a different level of thing. So like that's, that she was worried about the consequences, right?
Starting point is 00:37:13 But Lindsay Clancy clearly was not. Right. Like, does she need to be blocked away from society to keep her from doing it again? I don't think that really applies to either. This is purely about just retribution. and what kind of retribution she gets. I'm fine with her going to a hospital or something.
Starting point is 00:37:30 That's fine with me. I'm just saying, like you said, she shouldn't just walk out or whatever. No, and she's not going to. Like it's like, but like, because this has become like, like you said, like the difference is here is whether or not, like a conservative take on this trial,
Starting point is 00:37:49 because we're not about the politics of this for a second. The conservative take on this trial is like, she should get the death penalty, but Massachusetts doesn't have that. she should get the rest of her life in prison. And a liberal take on this case is, wow, I'm super empathized with how she was going through, but she should probably spend the rest of her life in prison.
Starting point is 00:38:04 Right. It's the same fucking take, is my point. But like, so I think if I was in the jury, I would have voted for prison, but I didn't sit through all the evidence they had, right? So I don't know for sure. But because people have been driven insane by watching this case online,
Starting point is 00:38:22 like the only people that I don't trust are people that are super, super confident in how they would have voted not having seen all the ethnics, right? I wasn't. I wish I couldn't find it, but I saw a TikTok a couple days ago of a woman who was recording a TikTok ranting about the Lindsay Clancy trial while she was driving and got so mad she flipped her car. Yeah, I'm surprised that hasn't happened more often. We live in fucking Eddington, bro. And like, and because this is, everything becomes grist for the culture war.
Starting point is 00:38:52 This has become like, in the cable news industrial complex and the podcast industrial complex which I know we're on the wing of out here observing it is like it's like because Republicans are boys
Starting point is 00:39:06 and Democrats are girls it's become like it's kind of like boys rule girls drool kind of fucking playground shit and like this is basically what this discourse is like if you want to watch the first few minutes
Starting point is 00:39:17 of this British this is a cable show in Britain talking about this they should be cutting in please I have to be And you're She's a murder I can't hear
Starting point is 00:39:29 These are man-hating women That are standing outside This is what it's about I think the husband did it They're crazy Okay So that's basically what Like this style
Starting point is 00:39:41 Like it's basically like so I think she's mentally ill And then the guy goes What are you on your period? And so This is like You're supposed to put on the news To learn stuff right
Starting point is 00:39:54 Does anybody feel more? intelligent after watching that no shit have you seen some of the tic talks though of like and i'm not trying to like pile on but like the tic tic talks that people were shed around that like of women with babies they make like a ticot where it's like sad music playing and it's like their baby in a little bouncer and they're like crying in the bathroom and it says like you know me too lindsay or i get it lindsay or something like that and it's super hilarious to me because it's very performative social media bullshit, I feel like. But also the baby's just always so cute and whatever.
Starting point is 00:40:29 I'm not downplaying the existence of that affliction. I'm just saying there's a different affliction affecting some of these people, I feel like. There's an offshoot of that, like, an irony-laden, like, comedic version of that where women are pretending to kill their children on TikTok. Like they're holding their actual baby, then there'll be a jump cut. It's obviously a baby doll, and they smack their baby's head against the side of a door. thing. So like, that's funny, you know?
Starting point is 00:40:57 That's funny. Yeah. So, like, they're obviously like, like, here's the thing, man. This is, to me, this is why this is resonating with women. Women feel like they're not listened to. And I kind of feel like, this is. No. What are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:41:13 When is a woman ever said that, Mark? What do they even have going on? Listen to about what? Yeah. There's no interwar. lives or anything right going on there so and also it's consensus I don't really know enough whether it's true or not but that her husband was absentee and it was kind of a piece of shit yeah right yeah to go to go to go like a golf weekend while she was like
Starting point is 00:41:34 hadn't slept for 48 hours with her young kids at home or something so like there's that part and like like I kind of feel like when women are this furious maybe listen to the spirit what you're saying it's like help out with the kids a little more change a diaper you I'm saying? Like, so, anyway. So, but like, that guy in the tale news clip, by the way, I'm going to put out his name is
Starting point is 00:41:57 Thomas Corbett Dillon and he's on British TV. He was a Fox News guy too. And I don't need this guy fucking weighing in it. Like, again, going that to all the resources spent getting us to hate our neighbors. We got this fucking British lie
Starting point is 00:42:08 the guy who was probably molested about Prince Andrew fucking trying to make Americans mad about our own fucking shit. So, like, leave us alone. But, like, this style of argument is they kind of escape the internet. You know the kind of argument
Starting point is 00:42:18 where people, they argue with something you didn't say where it's like, Like a woman might will say, I think postpartum depression sucks. And then a guy goes, so you think it's okay to kill your kids. Oh, hope your kids. Somebody's watching your kids tonight. Right.
Starting point is 00:42:30 Right. That's a totally different thing. Right. Just say postpartum depression is real. It's not a justification to murder your children. I'm not sure why like some, why both things have to be said at the same time. But so this is, yeah, this is turned into a stupid battle of the sexes. And like, I just, I just think it's boring to be that dumb.
Starting point is 00:42:50 I think it's interesting that people have different experiences, people with different experiences, and different reactions to things. And I want to hear about them. So you can tell me about them, and I won't accuse you of being pro-murder, right? So, but I want to quote him to the Boston Herald, which has covered this trial closely. If you do not, if you did not watch the trial, you probably think the case pitted men against women and Republicans against Democrats. You are wrong.
Starting point is 00:43:12 If you think this is about liberals wanting her to get off, I just want to point out that it's the state of Massachusetts who's prosecuting her. if you think it's men versus women, I want to point out that two of the three men on the jury voted with the majority to let her off. And again, both sides of the case agreed that Clancy was mentally ill. But making us all mad at each other
Starting point is 00:43:34 over shit that things aren't even about is what the permanent culture war is fucking about. And like, this political backlash is being largely manufactured as what I wanted to get to. Like, listen to the framing of this. This is, like, people in line were getting furious about this all weekend, right?
Starting point is 00:43:50 On Reddit and Twitter and all the social media sites. This is where TMZ wrote up the fact that someone started a go-fund me for her parents, Lindsay Clancy's parents. As of Saturday, this is as of Saturday, the Musgrove Family Fund has collected $1,167,727, from $34,400 donations
Starting point is 00:44:10 toward his $3 million goal. If you do the math, now, her parents are getting $1.2 million, that's crazy. But if you do the math, that's $33, 94 inch each the people from all over the globe have donated right personally I would have bought a pizza instead
Starting point is 00:44:28 but fucking it's not like yeah I bet so what is this for is this for like all the fun stuff they get to do now that they don't take care of the grandkids anymore you know when they're less a million dollars for an RV so you can think of
Starting point is 00:44:47 you could you could frame this as a bunch of people feel bad for Lindsay Clancy, the Child Burger, and want to funnel money to her family. But the way they go from me is pitched. It says the Musgroves has spent more than three years traveling, paying for living expenses, and relocating to Massachusetts to take care of their daughter. The fundraiser emphasizes that donors are not being asked to take a position on Lindsay's case, and the money will not be used for her legal defense. You can imagine a lot of ways to present this, but it could be seen as I feel sorry for these people
Starting point is 00:45:15 who had their grandkids stolen from them. Yeah, no, yeah. And I'm sure they've, obviously, there's a lot of costs associated with something. It's got to be a living nightmare for everyone involved going through this whole situation, obviously. I would have pleaded it out. Like, I don't understand. Like, I can't, like, the stakes of this, again, are so low for everybody who's not Lindsay Clancy. They're like, I don't understand why the state has spent millions of dollars trying to make sure she goes to a prison instead of a hospital.
Starting point is 00:45:42 And I don't understand why Lindsay Clancy, who tried to kill herself because she felt so bad about this, would not accept prison. I'm befuddled by everyone's motivations here, but I understand her parents want to try to save their daughter's life because, like, I would believe, I would go to the, my death believing that my daughter did not kill my grandkids on purpose. You have to believe that. Otherwise, you would kill yourself. Of course. So you said earlier, if it wasn't a home jury, if it had been, if it had gone through, not guilty, but not guilty in this specific case, she still, she then goes back to a mental hospital instead of a prison. She doesn't walk out, because you're right, I did not know that. I mean, knowing that. that, I mean, shit, I would have voted not guilty, too, based on just what limited information I have. Yeah. Because I don't see what a lady like this benefits from going to, like, regular ass prison, you know. No, I doubt she'd live long
Starting point is 00:46:30 either, because, you know, people don't like child abusers. Right. So, you're really, if you want to argue for her to go to Jen Pop, you're really saying does Lindsay Clancy deserve to be shanked to death in a shower? Right, pretty much. So, uh, which, you know, again, no special affection for Lindsay Clancy here. I, I get, I would have
Starting point is 00:46:46 voted guilty. I think. But then the amount of people trying to make this into a political issue, he was a Megan McCain tweet, feel like a woman becoming president has now gotten much further away from happening since the Lindsay Clancy trial. Why? I mean, I know what she means by that is that because we were talking like all the discourse surrounding all this shit of like, you know, the way people are having been interpreting the way women have responded to this case or at least something. of them have. The whole thing earlier, what you said it's like, oh, so you're just cool with killing
Starting point is 00:47:22 kids then. Do you want to kill your own kids? That's what, like, that reaction to what women have said about it is what she's referring to, I think. I do think the protesters outside the courthouse and the pink t-shirts are fucking weird. Yeah. But we've also talked about the guys doing push-ups
Starting point is 00:47:38 outside of Andrew Tate's jail. Right? So I think they're the same thing, except they take guys are probably fucking weirder. But I don't think that reflects upon a man who I am a part of as a group should not be allowed
Starting point is 00:47:52 to hold positions of responsibility I think they're a group of fucking weirdos who were going crazy on the internet right so can that just be it can it not just be culture wars it
Starting point is 00:48:03 so let me quote here so we have difficulty like so we've talked about the term woke right before which is a slur flowing around intro right so the the only girls
Starting point is 00:48:16 should be allowed to be mascots for girls sports teams is kind of a version of that we talked about earlier but like this is also kind of it nancy mace was asked by tm z about the lindsay clancy trial while walking to the capital and she said quote no one would even be supporting lindsay if she was black what does that mean i mean again what does it mean it's woke right is a good way to put it because it's that's a weird source for that but i don't i mean i don't think that's not a salient point, maybe. I think that's very possibly true. But what is she
Starting point is 00:48:52 arguing for? Yeah, right. That I'm with you on. I don't know what Nancy Mace is specifically what her point is in saying that. I think she's saying that every criminal defendant should be treated as shabbily as lack of course. Yes. Yeah. So.
Starting point is 00:49:07 Which of course is not not my takeaway. But yeah, but I think that on its face, it's like, you know, I think she might have a point. I don't think she's fully wrong. But like, but like, why, but like, why, you're a, you're a fucking Congress person. You're a position of responsibility. Why all these people so busy making everything worse all the time? People are already mad on the
Starting point is 00:49:29 internet about it. You know, they need people to be mad. Right. Speaking of which, I want to play this clip from Brendan Gill on Fox News if you got this, man. He's a congressman from Texas. What are your thoughts on? Not only the lengths of plants a trial, but her defense attorney describing her as brave. She has anything but for her that veerate. That, that veerable, that veerable was exactly right. I mean, whenever I look at this, I have an enormous amount of sympathy for those three little innocent kids who were slaughtered. I don't have an ounce of sympathy for Lindsay Clancy. You know, this is one of those things where I think we ought to be able to draw a pretty clear distinction between right and wrong. You don't get licensed to murder your children
Starting point is 00:50:08 or anybody else just because you have no one thinks you have license to murder. I was going to say, how could that guy go on TV and say something so controversial and yet so brave at the same time? It's always like Mark Wayne Mullen earlier, but with the whole, you know, me, I don't like celebrating 9-11 personally. Yeah. And see, I was like, me, I don't think it's cool to murder three little children. That's just me. I guess some people like it, but I'm not into that whole thing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:32 It's like, you and I are pro-choice, but not in the 83rd trimester. No. So I just want to point out here that, like, Brendan Gill is a congressman from Texas, like I said, Nancy Mace is from South Carolina. And I know why they do this because it helps their fundraising. But it's not their state. It's not their issue. Their federal officials is a state thing. They have no, they're just going on there and riling everyone up for money.
Starting point is 00:51:02 And I'm going to feel like no matter where you stay in a relationship to what you think about this case is verdict, that behavior fucking sucks. And voters need to vote on assholes who do this. Yeah. Yes. I mean, that dude, he might have set it up. That second guy, he was asked about. it and I feel like it was almost a kind of a standard politician type you know response but he might have they might you know he might be making a point to bring that up and say that same line over
Starting point is 00:51:29 and over again just because it's easy points for him or whatever I I worked in TV like right you know the question that's going to be asked you have an answer prepped like they told you the guest before there's like you don't you don't you don't turn on a camera and not have a general idea what the person's going to say or what you're going to be asked about so so I I think she said that Lindsay Clancy's attorney called her brave and I want to see the context for this and I'm glad I went and looked it up because it did hit for me
Starting point is 00:51:56 and if you don't know this when Lindsay Clancy jumped out of the window to try to kill herself she's paralyzed in the waist down and like that context will make this foot in his mouth. You should not get why you still go on TV and just ramble this is Exhibit A for why you don't just do that if you got this video. Sorry, who is this? The lawyer we're about to see?
Starting point is 00:52:13 Yes. Kevin, what's his name? her, Lindsay Clancy's lawyer. The video should be cured up, Matt. I forgot to give you the time code. I'm sorry. The woman is so brave, so awesome.
Starting point is 00:52:28 Every day. She came in this courthouse. Good talk. No pun intended. The poor thing is in a realtor, as we all know. All right. No pun intended.
Starting point is 00:52:47 Even saying that is a way of acknowledging that is also is also kind of worse. You know what I mean? It's like instead of just being like she stood tall, well, slip of the tongue there, I apologize. Obviously, you know what I mean. But saying no pun intended. Like, I don't know, makes it even funnier.
Starting point is 00:53:04 Just like, we know what you meant metaphorically, dude. So, yeah, Kevin Redington's his name, by the way. Sorry, I said his name earlier. So Nancy Mace, when she was asked about this, seems to allege that the jury was swayed by the protesters outside and the TikToks. I don't think so. I think they were swayed by the evidence, but it's worth noting that a woman was charged with intimidation
Starting point is 00:53:26 for trying to photograph the jurors as they went in and out of the courthouse. Dawn Light, 56 years old, was accused of sitting in a restricted area outside the Plymouth Courthouse and photographing jurors at the exit of the building on Tuesday. Light, a registered nurse with no prior criminal record
Starting point is 00:53:39 was charged with aggravated intimidation of a juror. I dare say if you're intimidated by a retired nurse with a cell phone camera, then you were born intimidated. But anyway. So the political okey-doke here is trying to align anyone who thinks Clancy was failed by her husband and doctors with regard to her mental health problems into the camp of TikTokers and redditors who thinks she should walk free because she's totally innocent. And I'm not in that camp, but there are a lot of people with this particular mental condition. I gather you're saying Katie might be one of them.
Starting point is 00:54:08 You alluded to to earlier, true crime brain. Yeah. Oh, God, she's ate up with it, apparently. I hadn't really noticed it myself. Somehow I'd missed the signs until this fucking case here. I literally said, use those words, I heard like two mornings ago. Woke up, she's already up on her phone.
Starting point is 00:54:24 As soon as I gain consciousness, she's talking about this fucking trial. And I said, I was like, you've got true crime brain, honey, that's what this is. It's like, good lore,
Starting point is 00:54:33 anyway. But we all have a little bit of it. So this is not about, it's about how we all absorb the news through like reflections in Reddit threads, right? Right. Where we're kicking around theories
Starting point is 00:54:45 about what's happening. And I just want to say, no one thinks these people, representative of anything. It just keep them off juries for the love of Christ. Sure. I think people just want things
Starting point is 00:54:54 to be more interesting or twisty and shit than they really are usually. Do you know what I mean? Like, oh, this dude orchestrated some fucking Manchurian candidate plot that he fucking hatched over the course of months
Starting point is 00:55:10 to, you know, get rid of his kids and remarrying all this stuff or whatever. It's like, you know, that's some shit out of like a fucking airport novel. You know what I mean? like this is these are real people real life like that Colleen Hoover would write their shit out of that
Starting point is 00:55:24 so but yeah I mean true crime's documentaries and podcasts that like many people think there must be a twist or conspiracy in every high profile case and and the magic of it is they get to pick what's high profile by doing this shit to it Reddit decided this case is high profile then made it into a conspiracy theory because it's a profile right so like basically everyone thinks that having a true crime
Starting point is 00:55:45 addiction gives you Benoit Blanc level detective skills so it becomes easier to believe that a man is a criminal mastermind and took meticulous and elaborate care to frame his wife for a crime while also giving himself a near airtight alibi but somehow forgot the most important step in actually making sure his wife was dead
Starting point is 00:56:02 he just left her a lot of back to it I guess and even after she confessed she confessed to the fucking crime but he's saying she confessed because he gaslit her to think she did it right this man is a fucking this man should be running to CIA honestly
Starting point is 00:56:16 yeah There's also CCTV evidence showing Patrick wasn't there at the time of the murder. So like, where, anyway. So, but anyway, because if I ever get charged with anything, I want Kevin Redington as my lawyer because he's willing, he's willing to go to the links of the earth to make this happen. Here's Kevin Redington hinting this, what is his strategy will be at the retrial that the state does it.
Starting point is 00:56:39 Kevin Redding is your lawyer. He's standing up there and he's like, my client has kept a clear head throughout this whole thing, not because he's bald. That wasn't a bald thing. That's not what I meant. Anyway, he's doing great. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:48 You're like, sorry, for it. Here's him. He's about to, like, hint to the strategy for the next trial, which be able to be to argue actual innocence,
Starting point is 00:56:58 not just not reasonable mental insanity. He's basically threatening to stay with mobs outside the fucking courthouse. Do you think Patrick has any responsibility in this tragedy? I think Patrick,
Starting point is 00:57:08 you heard the 911 call. I think you can judge his credibility by that 911 call. I don't know what is in Patrick's mind. I mean, he testified in the jury. he was able to evaluate.
Starting point is 00:57:18 He goes on to say, like, I'm amazed by the work that's been done by TikTok and Reddit. Those people are really on to something. No, they're not. Never say that, dude, about Reddit. My God. As far, like, if you wonder what the TikTok theory of the case is, as nearly as I can, I can sum it up. The theory is that Patrick drugged Lindsay and hung the kids and slid her wrists and locked her in the bedroom, went to CBS, then out till eat lunch.
Starting point is 00:57:44 While there, Lindsay realized what happened, realized she was locked in the bedroom, and tried to escape by jumping out of the window. When Patrick got back, he realized she wasn't in the room. He found her out back, realized his neighbor and saw her, so he had to call the police. And the 10 men delay in making the phone call was him taking the kids down from where he hanged them and checking for evidence. Where he got off, perfect crime. Right. A lot of moving parts were committing your first murder.
Starting point is 00:58:06 Your first murder being three murders of your own kids and having a frame of up, like, just fucking bang up work. So as one point I hear that the people are denying that she did it, also stand in opposition. to the critique that we need better mental health care in this country. You cannot believe both things. Do you know what I'm saying? Right. Like either she did it because of the poorest part of depression
Starting point is 00:58:25 or she didn't fucking do it. Or she didn't do it. And yeah. Right. And just today, Patrick Clancy is threatened to sue for defamation for all this shit. But Patrick, sue the internet? You're going to sue the fucking internet?
Starting point is 00:58:40 What is happening here is that the internet is giving us a hell that we deserve. It's a giant societal mirror and we can't stand it. And it's making it. everything worse and all these fucking people can make themselves viral by egging everyone else on by being intentionally fucking stupid. And I find it annoying. Buddy, again, who are you telling? You haven't been living with it for 72 hours or however
Starting point is 00:59:02 more than that, longer than that. It's not so bad. She's got other stuff going on too. She's not only talking about Lindsay. I did. More than I would like though. Yeah, you didn't know you're bringing up a whole thing. I meant to get on here, ranch about how other people were making this too, he man, woman in his club. Then we fucking did it ourselves. a little bit. Yeah. Well, no,
