The following podcast is
a dear media production.
In a world of ever-changing
wellness trends and information, what does it mean to truly be well? I'm Ariel Lorry and I'm going
to explore this with you. I am bringing you candid conversations that will equip you with everything
you need to live your best life and look good doing it. Think of well as your go-to resource for all
of the latest in wellness and me as your internet bestie. Well, let's get into it. Hi, everybody, welcome
to the show. I have a really fun conversation.
for you today. I'm talking to my friend Tegan Gerard, also known as half-baked harvest. And
what you're getting in this episode is really just candid, catching up kind of girl talk between
two friends. So you're getting a look into both of our lives. And what I really appreciate about
Tegan is that she is just unapologetically herself. She has been living her life online since she was
about 18, I think, and she has had massive success, which always comes with some backlash and
scrutiny and negativity, which we get into in this episode. Even if you are not a public person or an
online personality or anything like that, I think that there are elements of that part of the
conversation that you guys will really be able to relate to. And we are also talking all things,
beauty, wellness, skin care, relationships. The last time we saw each other in person was when I was
still married and we were talking about the state of my marriage and everything that has happened since.
So like I said, I think you guys are really going to enjoy this conversation. I'm sure you already
follow Tegan, but if you don't, she has the best recipes in my opinion. They're so easy to follow
and they always turn out really delicious. I think I share about this, but I really,
don't follow many food creators where I actually cook their food. I just stick to what I know. I make
my own recipes. Sometimes I make things up on the go. But when I do want to make something different,
I only ever make Tegan's recipes. They are just foolproof. And always crowd pleasers. Everybody
always loves when I make a half-baked harvest recipe. She has a new cookbook out called Quick and Cozy.
So I highly recommend getting that.
They're really easy recipes, as it says in the title.
And as we're going into the holiday season and the winter, it's the perfect time to try some new recipes, cook for the people that you love or yourself.
So check that out.
And please enjoy Tegan Girard.
Yeah, I think the last time I saw you was New York last summer, right?
Oh, yeah, that's right.
I forgot about that.
That was so fun.
Yeah.
You were in a whole phase of your life then.
You said something that actually really helped me at that time because, I mean, not to get like too personal into my romantic life, but people know that like I got divorced in January. But I've said multiple times on the podcast that things were like in motion long before. And you and I saw each other. I think in June or July. And at that time, I was like, yeah, you know, it's not working. I don't think. And I was kind of in this place of like, do I stay? Do I go? And I remember we were talking about like traveling. And I was like, yeah, but you know, like I do have a lot of freedom. And I don't think. And I was kind of. And I was like, you know, like, I do have a lot of freedom. And I. And I don't. And I. And I. And I was like, you know, like, like, I do have a lot of freedom. And I. And I. And I
autonomy and I travel all the time like by myself and you said something about your parents and you were
like yeah but you know my parents have been together I don't remember how long and you're like they want to
be together like they want to do more stuff together and I was like huh yeah and I was like interesting
yeah and I was like I actually want that and that was not something that I had and that really
stuck with me it's I could tell you were just very much in a like in this like limbo mode and you were ready
to move on.
Like you knew subconsciously,
I think that it was time,
but definitely like,
I mean,
and to be expected,
fearful of making that move
and that commitment.
But all in all,
I mean, look at you now.
So much happier.
And traveling all of the time
with your someone,
someone.
So,
you know,
that's exciting.
And it seems you seem so happy.
Yeah.
That wasn't even a year ago.
Oh, well, I guess it was.
Because it wasn't,
it wasn't this summer, was it?
No,
it was,
June or July, sometime in the summer, 2023.
Okay.
Yeah.
It's crazy though.
But it's crazy.
Not that long.
Think about how far you've come.
I didn't think that things were going to work out the way they did.
And you're like, redoing your house and everything now.
It's exciting.
Yeah.
And so much has changed for you too.
I mean, it's been, I feel like I haven't seen you.
We're always ships passing.
We were just saying, we're always in the same place, but we're off by like a few days
or like a week or something.
Yeah.
Even Europe.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, that's right. Were you in Cam when I was, you left? I was like, oh, you stay one more week.
Like, you stay one more week and I'll be there. I know. Yeah. I know. But like so much has happened
for you too. And I remember at that time, you were kind of talking about like your work and you're like,
yeah, but I'm really into like the fashion stuff. And you have so many different interests beyond what you're known for.
Yeah. And I've kind of watched you integrate those into your content. And I'm curious to hear where you're at with that yourself.
because I only know like what I see.
Yeah.
No.
It seems like you've like blossomed a lot into that.
Well, you know, trying.
It's not easy.
Being someone in the food space, it's a very, you know, there's not a lot of people that are,
they're very ingrained in food.
Like this is that is so, and that is amazing for them.
Like there is no shame or like that's great that that's for you.
But like for me, yes, I love food, but I, I absolutely, I love doing what I do because I love
to share with people.
I love to create.
I love to create a mood.
I love to like create a whole scene and make people feel warm and welcome and cozy.
And, you know, a lot of that comes down to like the aesthetic of it all.
I'm a very visual person.
I love making things look pretty.
Like everything around me, even like I've even noticed the more that I travel, like my
surroundings where I'm staying like that really matters to me.
It affects my mood when I'm not in a place that feels like inspiring and pretty and beautiful.
And like, you know, so it's it's important to me.
I mean, yeah, and like I love the fashion piece of it.
I originally said growing up my entire life, like up until I was 18 years old and started
the website, I want to go to fashion.
I want to be a stylist.
I love, I lived and breathed clothes.
I like all, I did all of the things, you know, and like typical probably teenage girl stuff,
but like to another level, I think, you know, if I would have maybe pursued it a little
bit harder, maybe what I've started it in.
I don't think that's where I would be in the long run because even just looking where
fashion has gone now. It's, you know, the girls that are in it. You got to, like, you got to hustle no
matter what you do. Like, it's all a hustle, but it's just a different, it's just, it's a different
game, you know. I'm lucky in the fact that what I do, it affects and touches so many people. And that's
what I thrive on now. Like, the reach that we have through the website, through our email
newsletter, like, it's when you really sit down and you, you, you have your days, you know, you're like,
oh, I'm not doing it enough and I'm not doing this and I'm not doing that. Look who's like,
you know, all of the things. But like when you sit down and you actually, because I literally did
this like yesterday, which was great for this. But when you sit down and you really look at the numbers
and things and like the reach of, you know, someone in my position in my shoes, something like food
touches everyone. You like you don't have to be, you don't have to love clothes. You can wear whatever
you want. Like it's not. Some people love it. Some people don't. You know, but like you got to eat.
No matter who you are, you absolutely have to eat and nobody wants to eat. Like,
subpar food.
Like there are definitely blander eaters out there, but even still, you know what I mean?
Like you got to eat.
And most people now are really trying to get back into entertaining, like seeing people doing
table scapes.
Like you have the holiday season is coming up.
So it's like, this is, this is prime time for me.
It's like, go that everything happens between the months of September and December and
you're just like, oh my God.
But it's great.
Like, love it.
But I'm glad you've taken notice.
Like there's definitely been a point to it.
it hasn't not come with its challenges.
There's a lot of with being someone on the internet, as you are very familiar with,
the more you put yourself out there and the more you share, the more feedback.
Some of it is great feedback and some of it is just like, wow, did you really need to take
the time to say that?
What are you doing with your life?
But it just comes with the territory and you have to remember too that like your core audience.
I think you know this too.
Like your core audience, they're there because they love you.
They return every single day because they love you and they want to see what you're doing.
So, yeah, it's come with a lot of challenges.
But at the same time, I'm not the type of person that can just do one thing.
I don't want to just be in the kitchen cooking, creating recipes day in and day out.
Like, it's mundane.
You got to like, you got to stay creative, you know.
So, yeah.
Yeah, you have a lot of, I mean, we're all dynamic, right?
And you started when you were so young.
and I'm sure that you never could have foreseen what was going to come of this. So we shouldn't
expect you to just stick to one thing. And that goes for any creator, any person. You know,
you don't have to be online like in the digital world or anything. We're constantly evolving
and changing. But I do have a lot of compassion for you because, I mean, you have such a big
audience. And it's like people don't want us to change.
You know, I don't know exactly what it is or what I'm told and what I try to say to myself and what I do believe.
I'm like, when you look at the Kardashians and people that are really thriving, people love to throw shade.
Here's the thing that I will say, the haters are the loudest in the room.
And you have to remember that it's a small percentage.
But yet they make the biggest noise.
So, you know, and unfortunately, that's what people see because they're there.
They're bored with whatever they're doing.
who knows what's happening. They're sad in their lives. Like, who knows? You don't know. But, you know,
they're the ones that are taking the time to leave nasty comments and to, you know, start the Reddit pages or
something else. I have never, I've heard you say to say like, I've literally never looked. Like,
I'm just like, I'm not going there. We don't need that. That is not for me. But yeah, I mean,
it's just, it's unfortunate because like you said, like we really all shouldn't be expected to
stay at what we were doing at 18. Even if you still love what you were doing at 18.
like you do need to evolve.
Like it's going to get boring.
Like anybody would get bored.
You know,
so what's really great about my situation,
honestly,
is that like I can take all aspects of things that I love
and incorporate them into one.
Everything that I do within cooking really is about design.
It's about bringing the things that I love in that fashion space.
I was just on a call right now where we're working on some logo designs and things like that.
And it's so cool to see how you can.
couldn't take pieces of fashion and put it into your content that no one would really know,
but you know, and there's like a style aspect to it, you know, and you see it. It makes sense to
you and your mind. So whatever. It's exciting to me. Like it was a good call, you know. So I just
think that, yeah, you have to be, I think, open to change. People want to evolve with you too.
Like, I have a lot of people that have literally grown up with me. Like, you know, they've really,
I was 18. I'm 31 now. No way. It's so scary. Yeah, my birthday was a couple weeks ago. And like,
I'm like, what?
Like, how did that happen?
You're still a baby, by the way.
Not to some of these girls, you know.
Yeah.
There's a lot of true babies on the social space, the internet, though, the crazy world
of the internet.
Yeah.
So yeah, but I mean, it's definitely come with its struggles and, like, it's ups and
its downs and it's emotional.
Like, you can't deny it's not hard to, like, I think you literally said it in a podcast
recently.
Like, it's just, yeah, you don't look, but like it also, it's not hard to not get down
sometimes about the things that people say.
It's like, wait, you ask yourself, like, am I a good person?
Like, so, you know, but you got to kind of push through it.
And I think you always come out on the other side anyways.
Be a big person, so.
Well, something that I think is frustrating about it for myself, though, is that, you know,
a lot of people do say, well, it comes with the territory.
That's what happens when you put yourself out there.
And I'm like, yeah, but it shouldn't.
Like, just because you're putting yourself out there.
And I mean, I can't have expectations around how strangers are going to act when they
see me interact.
with me, see my content, whatever. But it is disheartening. And, you know, your point about, like,
haters being the loudest, they definitely are. And it's like, you can have a hundred nice comments and
the one mean comment is the one that, like, gets imprinted. And they seem to, like, fluctuate to the
top as well. Always. Like, how does that happen? Exactly. And rationally, like, I know,
I should not care about this person's opinion of me. I don't value their opinion. I don't want
anything that they have in life and people who engage with strangers that way or anybody that
way, like, are not somebody that I would care what they think about me anyway. And it's like
something is wrong with them. And I don't know anybody who would act that way. You can rationally
know all of that, but still when you're on the receiving end of it, like constantly.
It's very difficult. And I think like, I don't know. It's anytime I put out a piece of personal
content, it's like that's just to be expected.
If we are lucky, we are all going to age. It is definitely a privilege. And there are definitely
things that we can do in order to slow down the aging process, both internally and externally.
So something that I'm loving is Novos. Novos core targets the 12 root causes of aging. It's this powder
supplement that's so unique. They've actually filed for patents on it. I first tried it in
Matilda Jurf and Frankie Iallo's Air One smoothie. So it has 12 natural ingredients, including
hyluronic acid, AKG glycine, and glucosamine sulfate. These are all known to benefit the skin,
while also counteracting fundamental causes of aging. They've even conducted a skin health study that
found all participants experienced increases in skin firmness. We love that. After six months of
drinking Novos core, 22% on average. And not only does Novo's core help with the aesthetic sides of
aging, people have also been raving about other benefits like improved sleep, more energy,
better focus, and uplifted mood. And I love this. Novos helps you to track your progress
with a free tool called face age. It's pretty crazy. It's an AI technology that can analyze your
selfie and tell you how young you look and provide scores for your skin health and eyebags. From there,
Novos provides free personalized recommendations.
So I love having a glass of Novos core with my lunch.
It has this really refreshing orange flavor that I love.
And I have noticed that my skin is definitely skinning.
People have been commenting on the firmness of my skin,
especially around my jawline.
I have not done any treatments.
And my sleep has been absolutely incredible.

If you are familiar with the cycle of losing weight and then having it come back and then losing it again,
then there might be a better, more sustainable way for you to lose weight and keep it off.
I'm sure you've heard of O-Zempec and Wake OV. You've probably heard three things. They're effective.
they are expensive and they are hard to get, but that is where Roe comes in. So through Roe, you can access
prescription compounded GLP-1s with the same weight loss ingredient as brand name GLP-1s at a fraction of the cost.
Roe has compounded GLP-1s in stock now. You can get it in one to four days if you qualify, and Roe members
have support throughout the process. So if you're eligible for medication, patients have access to their
provider on demand for any questions, which is huge because we know how important it
is to have somebody help guide and monitor your process. You can see if you qualify from the
comfort of your own home, which means no scheduling a doctor's appointment, no commute to the doctor's
office, and no waiting rooms. If prescribed your medication ships directly to you, like I said,
one to four days. So go to row.com slash blonde. Memberships start at just $99 for your first month,
and medication costs are separate. That's RO.co.

This episode is brought to you by sacks.com. Holiday season is upon us and I don't know about you,
but for me it's a little bit overwhelming. It seems like every week there's a new party that I find out about that I have to look cute for.
so many holiday events and get-togethers, and I also have a lot of people to buy gifts for
this year. But sacks.com makes the whole thing less overwhelming because they have just such an
amazing curation of both fashion and holiday shops. They have amazing gift guides, and it's all

I found this little Prada party dress that I was looking for everywhere that I could not find
in my size. Sacks.com had it. They also have this Prada embroidered top and matching skirt that is
so cute. I feel like I might need it for New Year's. So that is sitting in my cart. I've also found
really cute things for some vacations that I have coming up. You can search by what to wear to a
holiday party. You can search the ski shop if you have that kind of trip coming up. I also got most of
my holiday decor from sacks.com. So they really have everything that you need. Also, if you've already
done all of your shopping or you're not buying people gifts this year, but you want to receive gifts,
you can make a personal wish list and forward it to whoever you want. So find gifts guaranteed to bring
to every hard to shop for person this season at sacks.com.
What kinds of things do, if you don't mind saying?
Like, what do they say?
Oh, my God, all kinds of things.
You know, I mean, it's like, the things that I'm wearing are too expensive or I'm not
relatable anymore.
It's not approachable.
Like, what does this have to do with food or why?
Like, some of the things are personal to the way that down to the way that I look,
my body, like how I act and things like that.
I'm like, I don't know.
I'm like, I'm pretty like, like kind of nice.
I don't know.
but like anyway. And, you know, really like so many things and some of it is just so stupid at this point. I mean, I did a photo shoot. It was like in an apple orchard, right? And it was for a candle, a candle sign. It was beautiful. Like everything about it was stunning. Yeah, I saw that. The looks were so good. Like everything about it was gorgeous. And they're like, yeah, did we not need to do like a whole fashion shoot for that. But I'm like, that's what I love. And I took it and I made, we made the candle a huge part of it. It was Apple cider. We did it on an orchard. Like all of that made sense. And I'm like,
they decided to nitpick at the fact that the apples were not honeychris apples.
And I'm like, how do you note that it's not a honeycress apple on the ground there?
I'm like, it's red.
So sometimes things are really that stupid.
And then sometimes things hit you hard.
Like, you know, stop sharing my family, really, because they would go at like my little
brother's hair.
And like things like that.
Like, he's adopted.
So they would go at his hair.
I'm like, oh, your family doesn't know how to take care of that style of hair because
it's like, you know, curly cues.
and it's the cutest thing in the world.
I really don't like things.
And things about my commenting on my body.
And I'm sorry, whether you are body shaming versus someone being on the heavier side or
thinner.
Like, it's all the same.
Like, you don't know anything about anyone or what they're going through health-wise or
how they are.
I mean, you know all this.
You've gotten it.
I mean, like, you've gotten it all.
So it's like.
Yeah.
And it's not helpful.
It's like if you are, like, I've had people say things to me.
Like, you don't look well or things like that.
And I'm like, well, how is you saying that?
to and I'm like,
thanks.
Yeah.
Like,
I appreciate that.
Yeah, like,
what do I do with that?
Like,
if you're so concerned,
like that's not helpful anyway.
No,
and like,
I am someone that,
like,
I have not gotten Botox
or anything like that.
I haven't, like,
never say never,
but like,
it freaks me out,
not my thing right now.
Yeah,
I'm the example.
Yeah.
Like,
what can go wrong?
You hear stories like yours.
I'm like,
uh,
yeah,
I don't know.
And they're like,
you know,
like, oh,
look at all the rink.
I'm like,
.
I'm guys like your skin is amazing and I want to get to that well we're having some issues right now but it's usually like nine times out of 10 I will say great yeah but it's a little dry right now no it looks so good and I want to get to like your health and wellness stuff because I know you're a health and wellness girlie oh I want to hear about the beef tallow it's so good but just Lauren stinking Lauren like you know what she's got all the hacks yeah I'm like okay we're going to put beet fat on her face she's going to be the person to know yeah
But yeah, the last thing that I'll say about that is like, again, I can't remember what like the man in the arena is.
But it's like when it comes to your photo shoot, it's like, then you do it.
You know, like I would love to see anybody who's making these criticisms, like go out and do half of the things.
And also like with the family stuff, that's one of the reasons why I haven't shared my boyfriend.
One is because I just want to keep it private and I don't want to like make it up for public consumption.
And it's like then it's like you make you make you make it public and like something.
does go wrong and it's like, oh, she did that for content. Yeah. Yeah. And he's like private and I mean,
not private on the level that like my ex was, but I always assumed like, oh, when I get in a relationship,
like I'll share it. And then I got in a relationship and it's so sacred to me. And it's not a secret.
Like any, I would tell anybody who it is and I say his name on my Patreon and all of that.
It's not secret. But I'm like, I don't want to like expose him to that. Can you imagine being a Kardashian
though? Like, can you imagine? So I know you're friends with Simon. Yes. Simon. We love.
you. Yeah. And I was asking him about this when he came on my podcast last year. Did he come on? Yeah. Oh my God. He's fun,
right? He's so fun. Yeah. He's so funny. And I was talking to him about this and like receiving criticism or quote
unquote feedback. He's the one that told me. Yeah. If you don't have haters, you're not relevant.
Yes. And he was like, the Kardashians handle it so well. They really don't engage. They don't take it to
heart, whatever, and I'll never forget. He was like, whereas I, somebody will send me like a nasty
comment or they'll troll me. And I'll be like, you know what? You're right? I'm going to take that
into consideration. And he's like, I can't do it. But like if you're on that level, you know,
you have to have like really thick skin, which, you know, I guess it does kind of come with the
territory. But it's hard. It's not natural. Like you have to learn and it's unfortunate that like
we even have to learn. And I'm, I mean, not comparing myself or you to a Kardashian
but like everyone experiences that.
That would be great if I was on that level.
Yeah.
Like cool.
Yeah.
We're not there.
Yet.
Not yet.
Not yet anyway.
No.
No, yeah.
But for sure.
And it's just kind of like, you know, it's a bummer too because it's like at the end of the day, all you want to do is share good quality content with your community.
You know, you have this amazing podcast where you have some of the people, the doctors, I'm like, I don't even know what they're saying anymore.
Like, what?
But, you know, so much knowledge.
And then, like, I'm just trying to share recipes, like, literal recipes for your family
to cook.
Like, it's the most innocent thing in the world.
Like, you're going to go and hate on that.
So, yeah, but it's just, you know what part of me, like that is, I always have Simon
in the back of my head.
It's so funny you brought that up because he's the one that told me, he's like, if you
don't have haters, you're not relevant and you're just, that means you're boring.
So people aren't talking.
Like, that's when you have to worry.
Yeah.
I remember Chuck used to say to me, I can't remember. It was the head of some studio when he was like first coming up. And he always had like a lot of great advice when it came to like just being a public person in anyway. And he said like this guy said to him, Chuck, if half of them hate you and half of them love you, you're a star. And it's kind of a scale thing because I remember and I've shared this before. Everyone's probably like we've heard this. I'm sure you've heard this before. But I remember like years ago, I did go on Reddit once. And I was like, I was like, I
want to see what people are saying. This is like 2018 or 19. And there was like 10 people and they were like,
yeah, I like her. She seems cool. And I was like, great. Everybody likes me. And then like a few years later,
then I started seeing things pop up and I, you know, get terrible DMs and comments and everything. And it's like,
you don't want that. But it's also a scale thing. The more people know about you, like they're not all going
love you and that's fine. Right. I feel like you get it bad too because people have this perception. I feel
like about you and it's like it couldn't be further from the truth I think because it's like when you
meet again when you meet a person like judge the person once you meet them don't judge them without
meeting them you know and like based off of what you know because of what you read on the internet
you know like the internet couldn't be further from the truth 99% of the time I would say it's
pretty like it's pretty you know cut throat and just not always like check your facts yeah
but like really so consider the source yeah everybody
Although I've had some very reputable sources, say some very incorrect things.
Really?
Yes.
Well, that's like media now and just like people want clickbait and...
That's the thing. It was literally clipbait. I was with, do you know Benny?
Yeah.
Yeah. I was with Benny like yesterday, Benny Blanco. And he's like, you know, if you're going to go and do all these podcasts or whatever, because we were talking about podcasts and he's done like Howard Stern.
I know.
I'm like, well, Benny, I don't think Howard Stern's going to care so chat with me, but good for you.
you. He's like, you know, you got to be really prepared with all. Like, they're going to come at you.
They're looking for. And I'm like, yeah, they might be looking for quickbait. But I'm like, the ones I'm doing tomorrow. I'm not thinking that's the case. But like, like, good to know. Thanks. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I'm
traveling and i was like i'm going to europe i was like we'll get back we'll get together when we get back
and then i saw he did howard stern and i was like oh yeah he's never doing my bonn he's really really
benny like comes off as this funny guy right or like this not so serious and there's a side of him that is
totally that but he's he's a business guy yeah yeah for sure and super successful
wildly i think people really don't understand how successful i know people are like who's this guy
like with selina i see comments get a job and i'm like these people
have no fucking idea. I know. I know. Snap judgments. Everybody's making online. Okay, so I want to hear
about the beef tallow. What is this? So let's talk about your, you're very, like you share your
skincare routines, you share your legs up, like you are very into health and wellness. So what are your
non-negotiables right now? Well, I can't do makeup for the life of me. It looks so good.
Because I didn't do it. Oh. There's, I didn't, I can't, I grew up with five brothers and a mother that
still, still to this day, does not wear makeup. She does not wear an ounce of makeup. I'm like, could you just at least put some
sunscreen on or something.
Like, I don't know, whatever.
She's beautiful and I actually think she looks better without makeup.
She's just like one of those people.
So I was never, I didn't have a sister to like teach me how to do makeup.
And I never took the time to like, my little sister, she'll like watch YouTube videos.
I'm like, that wasn't really my.
Like, I didn't grow up with YouTube videos.
So like I didn't watch YouTube videos on makeup tutorials, you know.
So yeah, I can't do makeup.
But for whatever reason, skincare, I think through podcast, honestly, because I do love a great
podcast and I love to learn about, I love a good.
business podcast. I love a good, like, fun health and wellness podcast. I love, it's a lot of
information these days. So you really don't, you got to like go with your body and what feels right
to you at this point because there's a lot of information out there. But yeah, I think through
podcasts, I really kind of learned more about skincare and how to kind of get into it and do it.
And then I started seeing Cynthia Rivas in New York, who I would highly recommend you goes, I love her.
She changed my skin. I used to have really like red, spotchy skin. Never dealt with acne. So like,
really lucky there because my brothers and my dad had really bad acne and I'm like thank God
I can understand like it's hard it's really hard when your skin is not doing what you wanted to do
as it was for me it's much better today than it was but I like there's something in my house like right
now going on or like maybe it was the the weather the seasons and the change and like the I am allergic
to camo meal but like it really isn't affected me that much and then there's cameo meal all around
my house right now. Whatever, for whatever reason, my face, what eyelids were peeling, my face
was red, like people were, I'm like, yeah, you guys, like, it's not, it's not great right now.
Like, I'm just like you. Like, there's things that happen. So I had like really red spotchy skin again.
And like my lids were peeling and like all of these things. And I'm like, what? And like,
you know, like Cynthia's a, she's an incredible facialist, like incredible, like incredible.
She's like, well, go see a dermatologist. I never went to see a dermatologist. It did like,
clear up without the going something like it's like another thing you have to go do you know and like
you really need to do that also need to get the air in my house checked for whatever but like I live at 10,000
square feet like nothing grows there like so I'm like I don't know like whatever anyway you should get a
jasper are you like a promoter is what's the jasper again what is this it's an air purifier I hear this
on the like a lot of times I'll click sorry everybody but a lot of times I'll click through the commercials
of the podcast I'm like I cannot deal with this anymore they sent me
because they do sponsor the podcast.
Okay.
And so I probably heard it on yours.
It's legit.
Like when I first set it up in my house, this is when I was in my condo, it like turned red because
it has like a meter of like how red right away.
Yeah, like how polluted your air is.
And then it like took it down into the green to like 0.08 or something.
I don't remember the exact like measurements.
But anyway, it's so interesting to watch now because I see it's probably you cook a lot.
Yeah.
If I cook, it goes back up into the red.
Yeah.
But it purifies that.
Or if I, like, opened my door and, like, some of the outside air would come in.
Well, Jasper, I'm listening.
So you have my attention.
Or, like, this is crazy.
Like, if I go and get my hair done or something and then I go home and I blow dry it,
it can be in the other room.
And I hear it start to, like, get louder because it's working harder.
Because it's red.
Yes.
Oh, my God.
Yeah, it's crazy.
But ever since I started using it, I was getting, like, little rashes, like, around my eyebrows and just, like, weird body shit.
And I don't have that anymore.
Yeah.
Your air is important.
Who knows?
Like, I mean, like I said, it's still going on.
now it like sort of switched to around my mouth.
But yesterday it was worth anytime I'm not at home, it subtly goes away.
And I'm like, okay, well, probably should fix that.
That's like me when I get back to L.A., all my health shit starts to come up again.
And I'm like, I'm allergic to L.A.
The world is telling me something.
Like, maybe you shouldn't be here anymore.
Yeah.
Oh, wait, where would you move, New York?
I mean, I'm not moving anywhere enough.
No, I know.
I know.
I was going to move to New York, as you know, after I got divorced.
And then I was like, maybe New York in Miami.
And then I bought the house.
And then my boyfriend's not going anywhere.
His whole family is here.
So I'm happy here now that I'm like not in that palisades bubble and like in that
relationship and I travel so much.
And you know how it is.
Like I know that you were thinking about like moving from Colorado and you were like, but I
travel a lot and like travel saved me.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So for now like this is where I am.
But I am allergic to LA because like even everybody was like, oh my God, you're going to go to
Africa.
I didn't get the yellow fever vaccine, all of the big things.
And they were like, you're going to go like.
in the jungle and like knowing you, you're going to come back with all the exotic diseases and
like the typhoid and you're eating the food. And I was like nervous about it. I'm like, if someone's
going to get malaria, it's going to be me. And I was like thriving there. You bring that shit on yourself.
Yeah. And then like I come back here and I'm like eating clean and I'm back to like feeling like
shit. I mean, I feel like you've been saying this. But like I feel like it's just really all just like
listen to your body and what you're feeling and the air you're in. And it's like,
You don't have to be so strict about any one thing.
I think that there are so many health and wellness things out there that you can be like,
I mean, sometimes I listen like someone.
I was listening to someone like probably like the branch basics founder maybe.
I'm not really sure like about the cleaning supplies.
I'm like, oh my God.
My mom's sprayed windex religiously like growing up.
Like religiously.
Like there's so many things.
You just can't keep track of them all.
So it's like do what makes you feel good.
know what I mean. And I feel like you're getting to that point more and more. For sure. I mean,
I'm very like moderate in my wellness. Like I don't have any wellness like like regimen or anything
like that. But it was funny because I got back and I was like, well, you know, I should like kind of
eat a little bit cleaner and I don't know, whatever that looks like for me. I was just like I'm going
to cook my food. That was the main thing because I had been gone for so long. So I was cooking my own
food for a few days. I don't feel like you're not going to get anything fresher than when you're
in Africa. No. They literally grew.
it like right next to the kitchen and we're like what do you what vegetables do you want to pick for your
dinner i don't think you're going to get better food than that yeah but i was like not feeling that great and then
last night i went to beverly hills hotel for my boyfriend's parents 56th anniversary was eating all the
things the fries the cheesy bread the pretzel bread the dessert we didn't get the suflay because we
didn't have enough time but like you got a pre-order it apparently i know and we forgot to yeah but i was like
oh god i hope i don't have like a food hangover tomorrow today i feel better than i felt like the last few days like
It's just you need to, it's like when you let go and like release the reins a little bit.
It's like, yeah.
Stinging mindset.
Yeah.
If you haven't listened to the episode from last week with the founders of Stellar Eats, definitely go back and check that conversation out.
It was so fun.
I loved talking to them about their journey from disordered eating through toxic wellness culture and into creating their own food company that has.
has a lot of purpose. They are on a mission to change the way wellness brands speak to consumers.
They were sharing in the episode that they have been pressured to try some marketing tactics,
like calling things skinny, this or that, and they just will not budge on their position to
not feed into diet and wellness culture. So Stellar Eats was started by three women who were
frustrated with diet culture and how healthy eating is made all about how you look,
about how you feel or how good the food tastes. So Stellar Eats has grain-free baking mixes and
single-serve mug cakes made with eight or less real ingredients like almonds, coconuts, and dates.
They have amazing treats like banana bread, fudge brownie. The brownie is absolutely incredible
and their new coffee cake that are gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and naturally sweetened with
coconut or date sugars. And taste is at the forefront of their products. Their forefront. They're
formulated to have a taste and texture that rivals conventional treats. I was actually at Airwain
last night. This is where I normally buy Stellar Eats. And I thought that I had tried all of them,
but I saw that they had a carrot cake muffin. So I bought that one. I'm going to make it this weekend.
What I love about Stellar Eats is that you can still have the full baking experience. You can
light a candle, put on some music or a podcast, and have that fall experience that I personally
love so much. I like to bake on Sundays with football on and it just is very nostalgic for me,
but you don't have to be measuring everything out and doing it from scratch and you feel good.
So visit StellarEats.com and use the code blonde at checkout for 20% off your first purchase.
That's S-T-E-L-L-L-A-R-E-A-T-S dot com and use the code blonde for 20% off your first order.
Stellar Eats is also available at Whole Food stores nationwide, and I can.
cannot recommend them enough, especially around the holidays. If you have get-togethers, you can
bake something delicious and nobody will ever know that you didn't do it from scratch.
I have some news for you guys that is pretty important. A new study has come out about the first
new nutritional deficiency in 75 years called Cellular Fragility Syndrome. This is caused by
a lack of the essential fatty acid C-15. As many as one in three people worldwide,
may have low C-15 levels and cellular fragility syndrome.
This can accelerate aging-related breakdown and impair metabolic liver and heart health.
So this is very important.
So why C-15 is so important is that it works by strengthening our cells, improving our mitochondrial
function, and protecting us against damaging free radicals.
And like I said, it ends up many of us are deficient in C-15, which results in weaker
cells that make less energy and quit working earlier than they should, all of which makes us age
faster, sleep poorly, feel sluggish. I'm sure this sounds familiar to a lot of people listening.
So fatty 15 is an easy way to supplement with C15. It's a science-backed award-winning vegan
and pure C-15 supplement by replenishing ourselves with that essential C-15 nutrient.
Fadi 15 effectively repairs cells and restores our long-term health. It has three times more
cellular benefits than omega-3 or fish oil. It's also made from a patented pure and oxidation-resistant
C-15 powder derived from plants, so it's vegan-friendly, free of flavors, fillers, allergens, or preservatives,
and C-15 is the only ingredient in fatty-15, so it's 100% pure. Omega-3 fish oil supplements often
go bad before they even leave the bottle, resulting in supplements that don't improve your health,
but fatty 15 naturally protects against damaging oxidation, both in the bottle.
and your body. It also comes in a gorgeous reusable glass and bamboo jar and refill capsules are shipped
to your door quarterly in pouches made from recycled materials. I've had multiple people DM me and say that
they look like they've had baby filler since taking Fatty 15. And I would have to agree. I feel like
my skin has definitely been plumber. I've had less joint pain and I just feel better overall. So Fatty 15
is on a mission to replenish your C15 levels and restore your long term health. You can
can get an additional 15% off their 90-day subscription starter kit by going to fatty15.com

is blonde. Millions of Americans live with chronic health conditions linked to nutrition.
Yet only 0.2% of the U.S. population has ever seen a registered dietitian. Many people don't even
know that they can afford to see a registered dietitian or they think dietitians
will force them to give up their favorite foods.
Kalina Health wants you to know that this is not true.
Kalina Health is a virtual nutrition care practice covered by all major health insurance

They have a diverse team of multilingual registered dietitians that take the time to

there are plenty of people out there telling you what to eat. So they will teach you how to eat for your
body and your health. I had Vanessa Rosetto, the founder on my podcast, many, many times, but she was on
recently about a month ago. And I love her take that people go to see therapists for their mental
health. We go to see doctors for physical health. And nutrition is a completely separate thing.
and why should we not check in with a dietitian a few times a year and just make sure that
we're doing all of the right things when it comes to our diets.
Kalina Health's approach helps patients achieve health outcomes that exceed current industry standards
for nutrition care from sustained weight management and support with GLP1s to treatment
and prevention of chronic conditions, which is so important.
And something else that I love is that they have different pods.
So if you're having gut issues, then you are.

and review. See you on and beyond the mat. Okay, back to your skin care. I want to hear about the beef
talus. So Cynthia, changed your skin. Yes, but so like, I was like, what is going on? She didn't really know,
like, what to do. And so I paired down, not that my routine was ever, it was, it's not intense at all.
It's a very minimal product. So it's like, having it be a product would have been easy to figure out.
It wasn't a product that I was putting on my face. And I don't do like retinal because my face dried out when I did retinal.
know, I know, like, we get it. But like, I just didn't warn from my face.
I love how you're anticipating everybody's comments.
You know how it goes. You know what's going to have. It's so predictable. It's just so predictable.
But, yeah, so I had heard, I guess, Lauren, talking about the beef that you put on your face, the tallow.
And she's like, here, I have this girl in Austin. And I'm like, okay. You know, and I like reach out to her on Instagram.
But I actually ended up, someone had DM me about, and I forget, I will like, you can.
I'll give it to you to put in the show notes or whatever.
But like it's insane.
It's so good.
She's not from Austin.
She's from somewhere else, like somewhere kind of like in Austin.
And it's just like a little jar of like this, I don't know, it's beef.
I don't know.
Like I read about it and what it's made of.
It's like all organic and stuff like that.
What step do you do it in your skincare routine?
So the final step because it's really oily.
And so I'll do my whole skincare routine.
And you know how like they say that you're supposed to go lightest formula?
to the thickest formula. It's the thickest formula for me. So I've been laying it on as the last
step and then like I just slather it on at night. And then anytime I feel like dry during the
day, which I live in literally the driest climate in the world, it's not good for someone who has
dry skin inherently. I kind of like just put it on throughout the day. I'm like, that's just like
not. We don't need the flaky eyes. We don't think the flaky skin is awful. It's awful. Yeah.
And I'm someone that's used to having, I mean, honestly,
I haven't had like a pimple since I started seeing Cynthia.
And that's like been three years now.
Wow.
Yeah.
So what are your,
your hero products?
My hero products.
I mean,
I cleanse every night.
I don't cleanse in the morning.
I do a lot of it is clinical product.
I do their,
you know,
cleansing complex.
I do their pro hercealum.
She kind of like switches me around sometimes between certain products.
I do use a lot of biologique,
which is just.
P50.
No, I don't. I do the serums. I do the serums, which don't ask me how to pronounce those because I can't.
Yeah. And I do the cream lotion, one of them. She switched, she switched me around recently. So like, I just, whatever she says, I just do it. So it's really not my knowledge. It's hurt. And what else? So I do, yeah, and I cleanse at night with the cleansing complex. Sometimes I'll do the polish that has like scrubs in it. And then I'm very, I do red light every night with the Dr. Dennis Gross Mask. Love the Dr. Dennis Gross Mask.
ass, I'm a big sauna blanket girl.
I get in it every single night and it's literally like my favorite thing in the world.
Me too.
I also live in a cold environment.
So it's like cold in my house.
I'm just like a cold body.
So like the heat is my thing.
I don't do it.
The cold plunge like it's not my situation.
I think it might have like a heart attack.
You don't need to do that.
You get free cold plunge going outside in Colorado.
Yeah, really.
So I'm really basic.
Like I drink a lot of water.
I know it's annoying.
I drink a lot of water.
That's the one thing.
I always say like I actually feel better when I'm traveling, but like the one thing is it really hard for me to like always get the water in because I drink a lot of water at home.
Nothing other than that.
I mean, yeah, I'm on the protein cake.
Mm-hmm.
Doing the beef.
All of the things.
I've got the liver going to.
Ooh.
Yeah.
So those things.
But like super simple.
Nothing crazy or exotic or whatever.
And I'm not getting facials every single day or anything like that.
I'm always asking you.
I'm like, what do I go when I'm in L.A.?
and then I never make time for it.
Yeah.
Never.
You're a busy girl.
It's hard.
It's hard to fit these things in.
You did give me your masseuse.
Oh, Anastasia?
She's great.
She's the best.
She's great.
Yeah.
Oh, good.
I love her.
Yeah.
She's amazing.
Okay, so I want to talk about your book, though.
Yeah.
Because.
Well, it's funny.
Maybe it'll get you in the kitchen cooking more.
You like to cook.
I really need to get back in, but it's funny because this weekend I was like, I want to make
a few recipe videos.
I'm living with my boyfriend right now and like his kitchen is gorgeous.
Is it pretty?
Is it pretty?
gorgeous.
Yeah.
He has the best taste ever.
And he's building a guest house right now
and he's like trying to make the kitchen
so that like I can shoot in there, which is very nice.
Content.
Yes.
But I was like stressing and I was like,
how am I going to find the time to film two recipes?
And then I'm like,
I remember reading about how your book came about.
I mean, you do so many recipes.
You're a machine and you're still posting them every day
even when you're traveling, which is like beyond me.
But tell us about like how this book came to fruition.
It's really funny.
People literally yell at me though about that.
Well, I get.
it both ways. It's like if I don't share the recipes, then it's like, oh, you're changing all your
content. Like it's, it's, it's, and then it's like if you do, they're like, oh, you're working too
much. I'm like, who are you? Oh my God. You can't win. No, like if like if I'm good and I'm happy and
like it is, I love being busy. I think you are like, me being complacent is just like not a good
situation. And that's when I get down on myself. And I'm just like for me, I don't want to be
complacent. Like I want to be doing things basically 24 seven. Yeah. So yes, when I travel, I make
it's really, really important to me that I'm still putting out recipes on the website daily
because the way that I've really built such a strong community and such a strong audience and
really built those numbers. I think when people look into it, they're really surprised to hear
what my numbers are. They're like, no one gets those numbers like in certain spaces, especially
these days. And it's great because like social, everybody looks at my social like, oh yeah,
5.5 million or whatever it is. It's like that's great. It's like not if the content's not getting
scene and it's like it was great two years ago but it's quite not the same anymore. So having
really strong channels that you own is really, really important to me. So upkeeping those,
I've always made it, always made it the number one priority to keep those channels upkept and
really well, well, like a well oiled machine. And consistency, like what they say about consistency,
consistency is a very, very important thing. And when people can count on a piece of content that
they're going to read and enjoy every single day, that is a value to their life. And that is
something that they can look forward to. Like, you know, like a reality show. People look at
forward to those. Like, that's why sometimes, like, you hear like on Netflix, you get through
all of, like, Emily and Paris. I don't know. Like, all at once. And it's like, oh, but now it's over.
Like, you still look forward to that thing coming out, whether it's every single day or weekly or like
the piece of mail. I don't know, whatever. So consistency is important. And so I've always put in
the effort to make sure that I'm getting content. I mean, you do the same thing. Getting content
filmed before you travel so that while you're traveling, you're still releasing content,
along with the content you're also doing while you're traveling because it's most like,
it's like most people also want to see that too and want to go along with your life and be a part
of that. So yeah, I mean, it's, yeah, it's a lot of work. There's not really like any denying that,
but it's also like, that's what I'm, that's what I do. This is my job. So, okay, so the book and
you inspire me to be more consistent because I'm not. It's so hard for me to be consistent here. You were doing the two
episodes for a while. The podcast, I'm consistent. I haven't missed a week in over five years.
That's like really impressive. Twice a week. Yeah. Even despite like the sicknesses and the divorces and all of that.
So that's where I'm consistent where I struggle is on social, which is hard because on social to your point,
you have to be consistent too in order for growth. And I'm just like, I don't know. It's hard for me sometimes to like,
Well, I think too. Put myself in the different like, I think right now too, it's like when you're when it's like you can't control how your content is being seen. Yeah. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's shit. Right. And it's really like it's like what's the point. Like what's a point? Like what do I even try? You know? Because like I have no control over it. Yeah. But I mean, I think that's why that's probably why you started a subtract is is my guess to have something that you own that you can control that you know the eyeballs that want to see it can see it whenever they want to see it. You know. And with something.
like a subtract, I would imagine that like a consistency is very important so that people know,
oh, she's going to put this out and oh, we're going to get to read it. You know, because it's like if
they're not being served it, they need to know it consistently is there. And that's a beautiful
thing that we have with the website and our email news list is that people know it's going to be
there. They know it's going to be in their inbox. They know there's going to be a new post every
single day of the week. You know, like they know it's going to be there. And it's, I've never
not disappointed in that way. So yeah, I mean, it's just it's. And the book.
I mean, the books are something that...
The books are the hardest part.
I can't imagine.
I mean, you were saying that you did, not only do you do all the recipes, you do all of the
copywriting, right?
Or you write, you write everything.
I write it, yes.
I don't have a ghost writer or anything like that.
Yes.
The food's, like, like, beyond me.
I mean, I don't think people understand, like...
That's what I like.
How many hats you wear.
And I love it.
And I love it.
Yeah.
Because I like, if it's not right, I'll redo it until I feel like it's, I've,
exhausted it and I like can't and then I can't touch it anymore but like I love to style I love to style I love to
make things look pretty whether it's the food whether it's the clothes whether it's the flowers on the
table like I love it it's creating beautiful things you you know you love your MS bags like
those are beautiful like I saw one yesterday and I was like okay this could make me do it
this like I did my mother be like like sometimes she's like did you spend this
this much on skincare this month and I'm like, you know, yeah.
But you've earned it.
No, yeah, we're good.
She doesn't, she doesn't judge.
She just, she would never because she's just like, whatever.
We're completely opposite.
She was like coupon clipper and I'm like, what?
Yeah.
But it's funny because I say that, right?
And they actually get really upset like, oh, well, you're not into the cooking piece
of it all.
And I'm like, well, I am.
It's just this isn't what, like, I wouldn't just cook.
cook to cook. I cook one because I love to cook for the people around me. I love to see the reactions
on their face. I love that I can make them happy so easily. Like that's a really cool thing that
you can do for people that's essentially a free thing to do. I mean, assuming you all have to
eat and, you know, whatever. But it's an easy thing for me to do. I don't stress about it. There's a lot
of people that stress about cooking, getting it right, like messing something up. Like I just don't
stress about that stuff. Stress about a million other things. But that's not one of those things.
So like for me, that's easy.
But where the creativity comes in is the styling.
That's how I build the recipes.
Like, what do it?
It's fall right now.
Not in L.A.
But it's fall everywhere else.
No, it's really not.
And so like I'm leaning into the cozy recipes and making those look.
If it's not saying eat me and jumping off of the page, like there's no point in me sharing it.
So that's really the piece of it that I love.
And I get to put my creativity into the recipes there.
and my personality into the recipes there.
And I think that's what set me apart from everybody else's recipes on the internet.
Because there's a lot of recipes on the internet.
And people consistently say, oh, I know a Tegan recipe, right?
Like, I know an HBH recipe.
And they've really simplified over the years.
Like, I love seeing you make them sometimes because I'm like, oh, she's making it.
I was going to be simple.
I was going to say I never follow any recipes ever.
I always just kind of like cook what I cook or I think of something and I make it except for yours.
Like, if I'm ever in like a rut and I'm like,
I want to make something or I just want to make something really good or like I'm cooking for my boyfriend or friends and I'm like I want to they eat differently than I do like I could eat a piece of salmon and like rice every day every day. Yeah. I always go to your recipes. It's the only ones I ever ever make. Well, it's actually so funny because now I only make bone broth rice. Really. Because of you and I make it your exact same way and people have a really hard time with rice. Yeah. I don't do you use a rice cooker or something though. I don't do that. No. Yeah. I don't do that. Game changing.
Game changer and I do it with ghee too.
Yeah. The bone broth and the ghee. Yeah, it's so good. So that's your rice.
Thank you. Honored.
It's funny. The chicken that you made a lot, I feel like it was like a sesame chicken or something.
I'm like that like a garlic situation. I'm like, you had actually made a garlic chicken and I saw it. And I'm like, oh, garlic chicken sounds really good. I'm going to make a garlic chicken. And then I'm like, oh, well, there we go. Yeah. So it was like, it's funny.
Yeah. You like good food. Yeah. I mean, that's the thing. But your recipes are so, I mean, when you said, like,
If it's not saying, if it's not jumping off the page and saying, eat me, like, I'm not doing it. And that's the thing about your recipes. And, like, the styling is so beautiful. Because you eat with your eyes. Yes. Everything you do, you do with your eyes. And, like, I've gone on other people's. This isn't, like, shade to anybody else. I don't really follow people. I don't like consume other people's content, really. But sometimes I'm like, oh, like, I wonder what this person's recipes are. Because, like, I know the name or something. And I go on the website. And I'm like, no, no. Like, nothing makes me want to eat like your recipes.
You're an aesthetics girl.
You like nice things.
So that, you know, but I think that most people really do.
They like, they like nice things.
And they like things that look yummy, scrumptious, delicious.
Like, you know, no one wants to eat something like that looks stale and flat and not colorful.
And, like, also has like five bazillion ingredients.
And you're just like, no, I can't do that.
I'm not messing with that.
How many recipes are in the new book?
125 plus.
I don't.
It's like, you know, like there's like some smaller.
recipes that give it like the plus.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
It's-
That would take me five years to even come up with.
I cannot.
I can't imagine.
What's your favorite recipe?
You know,
everybody's going to ask that.
I know, but I can't.
Literally with this book,
I really put everything into this book.
Like,
it was really the only choice I had in order to get it done because I was in such a
corner, backed into a corner to get it done if I wanted to get it done this fall,
which is only my fault.
I, like, am the type of person that.
I need a little pressure to create great content.
I need to have a little bit of like a fire under me to be like, okay, let's go, you know,
which my publisher like what hates me for because they work two years in advance.
And I'm like, that doesn't, I don't know about that one.
I push the limits with them a lot.
And so I really put everything like I just like I spent, I took like a month and a half.
And I mean, the book took two years great.
Like don't get me wrong.
There was much more work than a month and a half.
But I really went hardcore with it a month and a half, like, photographing it,
getting the recipes, like, perfect and everything like that.
And so, like, it just feels like it's so reflective of where I am in my cooking style today
and what people need today that I'm excited about it.
So I'm excited too.
I can't wait for some new.
It's good.
It's definitely cozy recipes.
It's not your, love cozy.
I don't know if the L.A. crowd will love, love, love it.
But you know what?
It's good.
They're easy to adapt.
There is a lot of protein.
I was definitely in my,
let's go for the protein era.
Yeah.
Listen to my brother a lot on this one.
He's like,
this is great.
There's a lot of beef in here.
I'm like, yeah,
amazing.
So, you know, it's good.
It's a really good.
It's a really good,
really strong book.
The recipes are easy to follow.
The photos are,
I actually love the photos and I've never said that about one single cookbook.
I love the photos.
Amazing.
It's good.
And it comes out when?
November 19th.
Yeah, I should really,
I'm really bad.
I'm a really bad, I'm a really bad self-promoter, you guys.
But yeah, the book is out November 19th.
Please go pre-order it right now.
Like, that would be amazing.
And I do really feel like you'll love it.
It makes a beautiful Christmas gift, you guys, or hostess gift.
Like, I know everybody is always looking for a great hostess gift.
Get the cookbook.
Get a candle, one of the, one of either the apple cider.
We have something else coming.
There's a new launch.
There's a new launch that I am very excited about.
So.
With sniff.
We can't say.
Oh, okay.
All right.
All right.
Well, then everybody stay tuned for that.
I adore you.
Thank you so much.
