Starting point is 00:00:51 all. Pumping iron. You're pumping iron, like Arnold. Really slapping the weights. You're just, you're just throwing the heavies. He's only been listening since earlier this year and he has 20 episodes left. Oh my god, you poor thing. I feel like he wakes up in the middle of the night and he's like, I'm the daddy. Oh my god. When he's done with us, he's gonna go back to listening to the misfits and bow house while trading. I feel like that would pump you up more, don't you? Well, actually Katie, that? Yes. See, he listens to one and a half episodes? Yeah. Do you think he gets to the middle of one and he's just like at a cliffhanger and he's like, ah, but I'm done with my workout! That's what I would be like.
Starting point is 00:01:30 I think so. Just asking. Okay. Oh, stupid reps. Do more reps. Do more reps. Yeah, go work your pecks. Pets. Glutes. Gloots. Glut. Gloots. Gloots. Gloots. Gloots. Gloots. Starting point is 00:01:57 It's anatomy. What are you going to talk to me about? I would like to do something for to to to to to to the to to the to to to to to the to to to do something for Neil and everyone else listening to the gym, let's do some gym inspiration. Okay, what does that mean? That means we're going to say stuff that's inspiring. Okay, you can do this. Yeah! Be your best version of you. Raps.
Starting point is 00:02:14 You can do hard things. Uh, keep going. You've got this. Why put off till tomorrow, which you can reps tod, to didn't realize there was supposed to be putting reps into it. I was being sincere. I don't know anything about gym inspiration. But you go to the gym more than I do. Yeah, but I listen to books on tape. Well, in that case, keep on token. You're going to get him this time, Frotter this time, Proto. Yeah. Spoilers for that? He does.
Starting point is 00:02:45 Oh yeah. He gets him. Yeah. Proto wins every time? Yeah. Good job, Neil. And everybody who's out there being their best versions of themselves. Oh, that's really nice.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Yeah. That's all the nice you're getting. Yeah. Well, now I? I'm out. So yeah, we're here to talk about a movie called Final Girls. Yeah, a horror comedy suggested by Neil. Yeah, people love it when we talk about horror comedies. Yeah. Didn't you think we would like this? He just suggested it.
Starting point is 00:03:16 There wasn't really any... Neil's playing it close to the chest, close to the. Yes. Wherever they may be. Wherever he's true, everyone's are in a different place. Mine are on the back of my ankle, and it's very weird. Oh, Traps. So this movie was written by, do you know who was written by? By G- Did you do research? I thought we didn't do research and I did do research. you didn't do research, and I did do research. I thought we joined... It's fine, go on. I thought I was the quintessential 40-year-old horror nerd who comes in here knows way too much about horror movies and mansplains them to you. Oh, is that our stick? Yeah. You think I would have figured time? I think knowing this information I'm about to drop on your head, is really gonna change the way you see this moving. Okay just tell me. It's written by Joshua John Miller. Joshua Jackson, Pacey from
Starting point is 00:04:16 Duston Screak. Yes. Who you might know as Homer from near dark brother of Jason Patrick. Son. The lost boys? Yes. Son of Jason Miller. From the Exorcist. Is this our movie? Did we write this movie? We still haven't done a near-dark episode.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Missy was actually giving me crap about that the other day that we should do it. Love that movie. Hate. He wrote this movie to deal with the death of his father. Oh man. Yeah. I saw this movie before I had a daughter. And I felt, I had feelings, you know, but I watched it this time and I was like, oh my God. That brings up another interesting point. Shoot. We've gotten a lot of requests to do hereditary. Thank you so much guys for this this this this this this this this this this this this this this th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi to deal to deal to deal thi thi thi this movie this movie this movie this movie this movie this movie this this this this this this this this this th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. the the the the the the the the the the the the to to the to to to to the to the to to to to the to to to to to to to the to to the to the the the theeeea the the the gotten a lot of requests to do hereditary. Thank you so much guys for the requests. Thank you. Appreciate it. Not gonna fucking do it right now.
Starting point is 00:05:11 Okay? Not gonna fucking do it right now. Because I have a baby and I know she's like a year next month, but she's still a baby. And I'm still got these hormones. And like I just can't right now. So thank you for holding. We'll get back to you on that, but I can't fucking do it right now. So when you're making suggestions, keep that in mind. I'm not gonna fucking do it right now. So, Jerry's out.
Starting point is 00:05:36 It's gone. I never, I'm not, it doesn't even exist to me. People say, oh,talk like that. And I say, no, I can't, I'm not gonna fucking do it right now. I will say Tony Collett is a powerhouse. I'm sure she's wonderful, but you know what, Alan? Yeah. I'm not gonna fucking do it right now. I'm not gonna fucking do it right now.
Starting point is 00:05:52 I saw that movie, I I'll record a solo episode. But pretend I'm here, maybe get a soundboard of me going, yeah, yeah. I don't get it, because I say that a lot too. But why? I don't kid. But like, but like, really? So just take all those and then, right in. And then I can fucking do it right now. Win the award for worst episode of Wear Wolf Ambulance. If they gave awards for that?
Starting point is 00:06:27 That won't win. It would win. Eh, we'll see. Katie Lest would be the winner for the worst. Yeah. Anyway, this movie, yeah. Yeah. It really is a sweet little film.
Starting point is 00:06:42 But let's not spoil the, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, to spoil to spoil to spoil to spoil to spoil to to to to to to the the the the let's not spoil the ratings phase already. Okay. This is a movie about a woman who loses her mother, and her mother was known for being in a slasher film that is totally Friday the 13th called Camp Blood. Camp Blood Bath. I feel like Camp Blood has to be an actual movie. She loses her mother.
Starting point is 00:07:04 Her mother dies, she doesn't lose her. It's not like they got they they they they they they they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they got they they they they they they an actual movie. She loses her mother. Her mother dies, she doesn't lose her. It's not like they got separated in them all. I want to be, I want to be very clear here. She did. It's my mom on the dresser, I can't find my mother. Well, where did you last see her? If I knew her, I last saw I know where she was. She's chipped, just beep the thing. That's so weird.
Starting point is 00:07:27 That should be as funny to me as it is. Oh, I laugh so I don't cry. And then that guy from the Verizon commercials comes in and tel her that he's going to do his fan club, what are they called, like the bathers or something? Something like that. I found him delightful. Did you like him? I do, but I hate him on Silicon Valley so much.
Starting point is 00:07:54 Oh really? Yeah, why is he's the character? their character is. He's got all those Verizon commercials monies. Yeah, I don't like that, Verizon commercials at all. No. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Although we are running a theme now, two weeks in a row of commercial guys and movies. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:17 Who was the other one? I said, yeah, I don't remember. Just along from the Mac commercials. Oh, yeah yeah I knew that. Well don't worry next week we'll have nothing of nobody so we'll get into that. Oh I do want to before we get too far away from the mother's passing they they die in a car accident while they're listening to Wang Chung? No they're listening to Betty JVSI but it starts off on Wang Chang. Oh does it? I really like that they're driving down the road. Oh, does it? Man, I really like Wang Chung. Do you?
Starting point is 00:08:46 I really like that song. Interesting. It's not very good. It's just a little jam. It's just a little jam and jam a jam. That's fine. Right, and then they're listening to Betty Davy Davis eyes. And that they do. I guess. They pointed each other and give each other Betty Davis eyes. Yeah. And that song smokes. It's so good. It is really good.
Starting point is 00:09:07 And the woman's voice is so husky. Husky. And then there's a horrific car accident. Yeah. It goes on for so long. Yeah it really does. But it's prompted by the spilling of a milkshake. And I was wondering if that could really, something you could identify with. Oh, it wasn't a milkshake. Fug, so what, my kid's gonna spell a milkshake and then I'm dead? After she figures out how to pay the utility bills because I'm too irresponsible to do it, great. Cool life for me and RIPM dead so I guess I won't care. Hereditary! Is that what it's what it's that what it's that what it's that what it's thia it's thian it's about thian it's about thian it's about thi i i's about thi?olla. I know what you were thinking. Now we're three years later. Yes, her alarm goes off at 216 p.m.
Starting point is 00:09:52 Who doesn't? Why? Why would you set your alarm for that time? And why could you not wake up earlier? Teens? Had she just been snoozing all day? Yes. It went off at nine? She was like, uh-uh. Uh-uh. Uh-uh. Uh-uh. Uh-uh. And her best friend is Allia Shot. Maybe. I love her. Yeah, she's funny. She's also delightful in this.
Starting point is 00:10:16 She's so fucking fine. She sort of carries this movie, I would say. Did you see the movie Green Room? No, is Pekin'-a-a-ohi-n't that that that? Yes, as a Nazi skinhead? Yeah, no. I don't want to see him like that. He seems like such a nice man. It's so weird to hear like a Southern accent coming out of Jean-Luc Picard's head. He's doing a Southern accent? I'm 100% never going to see this movie.
Starting point is 00:10:35 But she plays base in a hardcore band. Let's not discuss it then. Didn't like the last season. I didn't see that either. I only saw the original run. Oh gee. Yeah. I mean like I liked the old stuff. I love the line where she's like, that's what my therapist is. Yeah. It's a physical therapist. That's funny. That's funny. Oh so good. I also really like the girl. the girl. the girl. the girl. the girl. the girl. the girl. the girl. the girl. the girl. the girl. It. It. It's the girl. It's the girl. It's the girl. It's the girl. It's the girl. It's the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. the. the. the. thea. the. thea. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the.. That's funny. That's funny. Oh, so good. I also really like the girl who plays the mean girl. I think she is hilarious. I think she is great timing. And I love when she rolls up with Tyson in the car. Tyson. Tyson's like her new boy friend. This is Tyson, Tyson so funny. We're like having such a fun time. I really like that. She's like a TV show, like Vampire Diaries, I think, is the show that she's on. It looked like she had gotten her start on DeGrossi
Starting point is 00:11:32 the next generation, but she must have come in after I went out, which was to say when I graduated from college in 2005, and stopped getting that channel. And JT was still alive. Spoilers for DeGrossi. Oh no. Yeah. I don't know. I get stabbed by a kid from arrival school is my understanding and I just, I'm just done.
Starting point is 00:11:50 Is that how Drake got in that wheelchair? Um, wait. So, uh, they're called the bath magicians. That's the name of the fan club. That's pretty funny. It's funny and its stupidity. Yeah, for sure. Duncan, who's the Verizon guy. Really wants Max, who is our lead, who's, I'll have you tackle her name. Tessa Farmija? Oh, see, you really nailed it. Well, I, I guessed, but also her sister, Vera Farmizia, is from the Conjuring. Yeah. She's like 21 years older than her or something. Really? Wow. Yeah, I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I thi thi. I thi. th. th. th. th. Duncan. Duncan. Duncan. Duncan. Duncan. th. Duncan. I th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. th. th. She's like 21 years older than her or something. Really? Wow. I think they're Ukrainian? I don't know. I could have known and I didn't.
Starting point is 00:12:33 She's great in this movie. Yeah, she's great and she's a perfect sullenteen. She's a solentine in this and all of her seasons of American horror story. She's also a very s Selenstein. Did you go deep on that show? I watched the first three in their entirety and then the fourth one I watched part of, and then the fifth one I couldn't, even though Lady Gaga was in it, and I'd really like to see Lady Gaga on a television program. And then the last one, Rob and I for some reason binge watched while we were sleep training the baby. Okay, makes sense. And we watched it in like two days and it's fucking terrible. Is it the circus one?
Starting point is 00:13:09 No, that's four I think. The circuit, the, uh, the most recent one was like a reality show within the show. Oh, Jesus Christ. Um, Angela Bassett is amazing and I don't know what else to say. Well, I've watched it for Angela Bassett alone. Yeah, her arms are spectacular. Just look at her arms. I mean, Angela Bassett has looked that good for like 30 fucking years. What is she doing? She's a witch.
Starting point is 00:13:33 Did you guys hear that Thunder? Ligue just rumbled when I said that Angela Bassett was a witch. Let's actually quickly talk about how much I hate Adam Devine. Okay. Which whose name we could not remember and it's fine. He sucks. You don't like that show? I like I think he's the least funny of the three. Okay. And I feel like he has one note and it's this guy. He's always this guy. Yeah. And I just don't think that's good. He falls into the type of comedian that is not for th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. th. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. th. I th. th. th. this th. th. this the. the. this the. I the. I the. the. I the. the. to to to to to to to to thi. thi. th. I don't think that's good. He falls into the type of comedian that is not for me of the funny frat boy. Yeah. He reminds me of a Jack Black or Seth Rogan who I don't like because they're all just like, oh I get high all the time and I'm the funny frat boy like. Yeah, I thought you were gonna say Seth Green
Starting point is 00:14:21 and I was like kind of upset. I would not besperch the name of Seth Green in your presence. I know. I appreciate that about you. That's our friendship. Yeah, I just, he just, like, just shut up. It's how I feel, just shut up. And he's the weak link in this movie as well. For sure. the thinks on the show Vikings. Is he the pretty guy with a blonde mustache?
Starting point is 00:14:50 The giant? Is he a giant? Did I watch this movie? Max's love interest? Sure. Yeah. You don't think he's pretty? Have you looked at his cheekbones and look at them again and tell me he's not pretty?
Starting point is 00:15:00 He is the, I guess he's the pretty one then Yeah, he was okay. I thought not I thought the women were much better than the men in this movie Yeah for sure. Why do I have kumbano written down when they're singing in a circle? I don't know. Oh, okay. Well, let's not quite how they get into the movie okay. Okay, okay, so they're watching the movie? Okay, so they're watching the movie? Okay, so the the the movie. So the movie. So the movie. So the movie. So the movie. So the movie. So the movie. So the movie? So the movie? So the movie? So the movie? So the movie? So they? Oh, so the movie? Oh, so they? Oh, so they're? Oh, so they're? Oh, so the movie? Oh, so the movie? Oh, so the movie. Oh, so the movie. Oh, so the movie. Oh, so the movie. Oh, so the movie. Oh, so the movie. Oh, so? Oh, so? Oh, so? Oh, so? Oh, so? Oh, so? Oh, so? Oh. So, so? Oh. So, so? Oh. So, so? Oh. So, so? Oh. So, so? Oh. So, so the movie. So, so the movie. So, so the movie? Oh, so the movie? Oh, the movie? they. So they're? they're? they're they. they're? they're they're they. they're? they're they're their? their? they're their? their? someone likes a cigarette who the fuck smokes in a movie theater Smoking a dube It's a it's a jazz cigarette. I did not realize it was a jazz cigarette Regardless like he can't do that in a movie theater anywhere ever I just don't think that's gonna work. Yeah, anyway, but the guy had stretched your lobe so you can't tell them to do anything. I really liked the bottle rolling shot though. It was nice. Yeah. Although there was so much alcohol coming out of the bottle.
Starting point is 00:15:49 Well, it's on a pump. See, it goes like a boo-poo-poo like a heart. And then the theater goes up in flames. Yeah. Question. Everybody else too That's like the bigger tragedy, in my opinion. Isn't that always how this happens in these movies though? Like in the Twilight Zone where everybody else gets sucked off into nowhere and then like the one like teacher lady, like, yeah, let's just take off and have a good life
Starting point is 00:16:11 with Daisies and shit. I guess. I guess. Yeah, so she takes a prop machete and cuts. the screen, then jump for an exit, yeah. Which reminded me of the film, Demons. Is that the one with a dirt bike? Yeah, in a movie theater, yeah. It was in a movie theater. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:34 It's a Mario Bobba. Lombardo Bava. Mario Bava? Mario is his father. Who is the son. The godfather. And the dirt bike and the mask and the samurai sword and the heavy metal soundtrack. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:51 So they go through and they're suddenly in the woods. In this extremely technicolor woods. Very shiny, very bright woods. And the opening scene of Camp Blood Bath starts happening. This like hippy van rolls up the trail and pulls up. And inside is Tina. Do you like Tina? She's fucking amazing.
Starting point is 00:17:12 I love Tina. She's so posse, it's great. It's just a thing in your life when you realize you're more of a girdy than a Tina, you know. And then you realize you're just like a mid-30s Gertie, which is not cute anymore. Can I make you a t-shirt that says mid-30 Gertie? I would wear the shit out of that. I was gonna make my middle-aged as fuck t-shirt so we can wear those together. It could be one in the front, one on the back, really.
Starting point is 00:17:39 Start our clothing line. You guys would buy that, you guys. You guys. You guys. You guys. You guys. You guys. You guys would buy that, right? You guys like us. You guys are stupid, right? Just getting, you're very smart and I like you. And you're smart enough to recommend us this movie. Yeah, thanks Neil W. and the rest of you. Friends of Neil W. So yeah, the van falls up and they're like, Thomas Middlejj just goes, Tina, and then covers his mouth, which is really funny.
Starting point is 00:18:07 Yeah. And then they're like, okay, and the van drives away. Yeah. And then 92 minutes later, as is revealed in a few minutes. It keeps coming back around every 92 minutes. I love that. I love that. I love that.'s just like a shitty fan boy. Yeah. Because we all know them. And we all might be them. He's just so, yeah, just so into it.
Starting point is 00:18:30 It's hilarious. Yeah. They finally get a ride. Yeah, basically he realizes they have to play along to get to the camp to like be part of the movie. Yeah, and so they get in the van. And here's the kick the kick the kick the kick the kick the kick the kick the kick the kick the kick the kick the the the in the van. And here's the kicker. One literally gets you in the heart bones. Mom is in the back of the van. I'll tell you what.
Starting point is 00:18:49 That scene where she pops up and they show her daughter and there's just tears silently rolling on her face. I cried. I cried. I cried. It's so good. And then I was mad at the LW. I. I. I don't want to cry. The world is so fucking sad right now. Oh, what's going on? I, oh, no, nothing, it's fine.
Starting point is 00:19:07 Nothing, the children and nothing, it's fine. Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. I think, I think everything is just hidden really hard. I was in, I was in therapy the other day, and I was talking about thorough. propaganda song and bawling in my car and she's like, I don't know what any of those words are you just said was, yeah. Hey guys, life hack, life hack. Don't see a therapist who doesn't know who propaganda is. Or don't see a therapist who does know who propaganda is.
Starting point is 00:19:37 That's debatable. It depends on what your outlook, I guess. Oh, yeah. That was, that scene is really well done. It's just so painful. Yeah. Mm-mm. Because it's just surrounded by insanity. And then there's just super heartfelt little.
Starting point is 00:19:55 And how sad that is, how like heartbreaking that is. And then like put on top of that like the reason the movie was written and it just keeps piling on. Yeah. Yeah, God top of that, like the reason the movie was written, and it just keeps like, it just keeps piling on. Yeah. Yeah, God we could do that. Which you wouldn't think, just from the concept of the movie, you wouldn't think that. You know what I mean? No, this horror comedy.
Starting point is 00:20:14 Yeah. They bring it right back around with the ghost a turds, the most random notes like sick Detroit joke. Um, the, I have the harsh Detroit joke. Basically, they figure out that they have to let the movie play out and then kill the bad guy. Yeah. And one of them is like, what are we going to do? Just stand around and watch people get murdered. What is this, Detroit?
Starting point is 00:20:41 Oh, oh, Jesus. Oh! I think it's on the upswing. Any Detroitians out there, let us know. Yeah, big arts community there now. Yeah, I think it's a lot better. I hope so. Yeah. I also like when we see the girl in the woods get killed, who doesn't matter, we don't know her.
Starting point is 00:21:00 And then Duncan's like, I wonder if this this this this this this this this this this is th is th Ah, no, no. That is not a corn syrup. I love that. I love a person inexplicably and unexpectedly drinking blood. How do you feel about the hot hiker? I thought he was very hot. It was. Yeah, yeah, Billy. He's enormous. Yeah. Yeah, that. Yeah. Yeah, that's the that's that. that. that. that. that. that is. that is. that is that. that is that is that. that is that is that is that is that is that is that is that is that is not. that is not. that is not. that is not is not. that is not. that is not. that is not. that is not. that is not. that is not. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. that. that. that. that. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. that. th. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that Jason. Yeah. His mask is great because it's way too big for his hand. Yeah, yeah, Billy. He's enormous. Yeah. And he's very slow moving, much like our Jason. Yeah. And then he goes to Manhattan. No, that's our Jason.
Starting point is 00:21:37 I was really hoping that it was a cane hotter that was playing him, but it is not. No. Billy is played by Daniel Norris. Oh and old Dan Norris. Young Billy is played by Eric Carney though. We'll see young Billy in the flashbacks. Yeah. There's a scene that happened right after this where they see her get killed and they'll come running into the shot and basically like they're trying to run down the road but I keep getting looped around but it's all one cut? It seems that way yeah. How do they do? Is that computers? I think that's a that's CG magic? It looked so good. Yeah. It looked really good and I love that. Yeah. It looks so good. And I love that. It looks like that. Yeah. that. the one part of it that we'll get. the. th. the. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. th. th. the. the. the. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the they. they. they. they. they. they. they. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. th. th. the. th. th. th. the. th. th. th. th. that. There's the one part of it that we'll get to later that turns into like a side scroller
Starting point is 00:22:26 video game for a while. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Um, so that's computers, huh? Yeah, I think so. Yeah, I think so. I think so. Maybe not, but it just like, but it was also it had a really great disoriented effect because you just felt like the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. It th. It had th. It had th. It had th. It had th. th. th. th. thi. that thi. thi. Yeah, that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. the. the. th. the. the. th. the. the. Yeah. Yeah, th. Yeah, that th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah was spinning. Yeah, yeah. So Nancy, who is Max's mom, eventually starts telling them the flashback.
Starting point is 00:22:49 And this is where one of the big, like real big, weird effects happens where everything starts dripping and they go to black and white. That was cool. Yeah, I thought that looked really neat. It did. And then they had to like step over the subtitle, not, not, not, the, the title, the title, the title, the title, the title, the title, the title, the title, the title, the title, the title, tidal, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, thi, thi, thi, the, the. And, the. And, thea, thea, thi. And, thi. And, thi. And, thi. And, thi, th title card. Yeah, for the date. Yeah, that was funny, I laughed. Just the little things like that, like the little shit that they included that like, I don't know, I don't know that you would have thought to include,
Starting point is 00:23:14 because when they first get into the movie, the Camp Blood that logo comes, and it's 3D and my god, is that how I sound? Like, I thought that was very, very cute. Yeah, that was really funny. So we find out how Billy got started, how they created Billy. He was a kid that they made fun of for being ugly?
Starting point is 00:23:36 Of course, which child does not get made fun of for being ugly? It was such a generic thing to be in a horror movie. He's ugly. He's an ugly. He runs into an outhouse. And they throw fireworks into the outhouse with him, and it gives him third-degree burners all over his body. That wouldn't happen? No, I don't think so, unless it's all the methane gas down there in the outhouse, burning you up.
Starting point is 00:23:59 Could that was the case. Yeah. Yeah, I mean there's gonna be gases in there. There's a bunch of poops in there. Just hanging out. Wait. I mean poop's not flammable. But the gas that it offs is. Wait. But it's not like lighting a fart though. Is it? Like, sure, it's the same gas. I, but it's, it's not being expelled though, is it? I guess that's what methane gas is. Yeah, it's just gonna be rising. I thought it was farts, not poops.
Starting point is 00:24:35 From the same place. I know that, Alan. Welcome to Alan Explains Farts. I guess I thought once it was out it was clear. You know what I'm saying? We are basing this on my knowledge of science, which is a barely graduated high school. I don't know. Guys, if you know anything about poops and farts, let us know. Just send us a line. I do love at this point where they go back into the flashback, they're black and white, and Alia Shawcat just goes, am I having a stroke?
Starting point is 00:25:16 Yeah, she is so good. Every one of her lines is so good, especially the line where she says, I'm sorry that last year, I started that rumor that you have a weird disease where you're always on your period. I like spittake to that. That's so good. She delivers it so well. Apparently a lot of her lines, a lot of everybody's lines were improvved. Is that why there was a blooper real at the end? Yeah. You know how I feel about that? That at the best. I agree. that's a, I'm, the. the. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. that. that that that that that that that that that that that that that. that's that's that's that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that's. that's. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. their. the. their. their. the. their. their. the. the that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. I. I. ing about a pupo real. And then it happened, I was like, oh, you're making me feel bad. You like the new wave guy? Yeah, maybe two. Maybe three.
Starting point is 00:25:53 He's great. And he looked like he could have been on a, oh, god damn, I'm not thinking of the name of that cartoon from Nick Clodian. Rugrats. No. Run in Stimpy. No. Doug. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. He did look like he could be in Doug. He had that head shape. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, man. He looked like skidly hair. Yeah. Oh, man, what don't he look like skier. Man. He looked like skier. Man. It's a pretty cool look. What a world we live in. Oh, we forgot to mention that Duncan gets hit with a machete. Oh yeah, he's presumably dead. We believe him to be dead. And then Paula, the final girl from the movie shows up. Love Paula.
Starting point is 00:26:39 Why can't I be more like Paula? Who says you aren't? Well, I drive a carola. I don't wear shorts very well. Is that true? Yeah, yeah, that's just too much. It's just a weird proportion. Shit.
Starting point is 00:26:54 My hair is big in a different way. Okay. And I don't, the lipstick color I just can't pull off. It was just like a foolio. You know why? Mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid mid. the the the the th. She was just like hot pink. Yeah, I look like a foolio. You know why? Mid-30s, Kirty. So we think Duncan's dead, Duncan comes running back. Oh no, that's later on. When they're trying to run away.
Starting point is 00:27:16 This is where they're like kind of figuring out how the final girl thing works. They realize that the Virgin has to live and they realize that is Max. Right. And like the the mean girl has the like meta realization she says like I'm the mean girl in an 80s horror movie and we're past the midpoint so I guess you could say I've overstayed my welcome which that was very nice. And then like half the cast dies in one go in this like, you would just describe it. Uh, well I would just just think just think just think just think just think just think just think just think just th th th th th th the th th the th th the the th th th the th th the the mean, thus the the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, th. I the mean, the mean, the mean, th. I'd th. I'd the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the mean, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the mean, the the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, the mean, you want to just you describe it. Well I was just think about how the mean girl does a little nod to monster squad which she's like I'm a virgin and the what is it Chris the the big dude is just like that's so much she goes no that doesn't count I was like oh that's just like a
Starting point is 00:28:01 monster squad that's really cute. Wait what's the big death thing? So... I know what you're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're their their their their their their their their their th. th. thi thi their thi thi thi. tho thi thi thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. their thi thi th. th. th. Uh th. Uh th. Uh th. Uh th. Uh, uh th. Uh, uh th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi thi thi the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the squad. That's really cute. Wait, what's the big death thing? So, they're running away. They see Billy and they're running away. And then Duncan, they jump in the car. Paula and Adam Devine, whose character I don't know. Jump in the car. And they go to drive away. They hit Duncan who comes running out of the woods and then smash into the totem pole or whatever and throws Adam Divine through the window.
Starting point is 00:28:27 And he's all broken up. I liked that. And Paula is fine for a second and then the car explodes. The car explodes. And that's it by half the cast. Yeah. So we're left with from the original movie. We've got Tina and Blake. And Nancy. And Nancy, right, mom. And we've got everybody else from the real world except for Duncan at this point, because he's now been run over by a car. Right.
Starting point is 00:28:55 I just came across the line, what the hell kind of summer camp has water beds and that that made me laugh. Yeah, there's so many funny lines. So they kind of explain to Nancy what's going on like that this is a movie and that she's never going to get out of it and And she seems a little bit stupid, but that's kind of her character. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so I guess I shouldn't bother saving myself for George Michael. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. That was so sweet. He's dead, isn't he? Yeah, that's a fucking bummer. Hey, when you realize someone's dead and then it feels like they just died again. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:32 You know who that happens all the time with me? A pagoda. Oh, Prince, you forget. Everyone's one. I'm like, man, what's the one. Oh, fuck. Deadsky. Because it's just, Prince has just always been omnipresid. It's weird that he's not with me right now. He's always with you in your heart. It's true.
Starting point is 00:29:50 Ah. This movie's a bummer. Everything sucks. Everything is hard. Everything is so hard. Everything is so hard. Do they do all sorts of weird stuff like they, uh, they do Operation Booberap. I liked that. You know I like that. I love a Rube Goldberg device. So Tina's gonna do this like sexy dance
Starting point is 00:30:09 and every time someone shows their boobs, they die. That's the thing they figure out. That's what draws Billy to them. So they've to keep Tina from having sex, they put her in a life vest and oven mitts on their their their their th and I I I I I I I I I I th and I th th th th th th hands and like all this crazy stuff and it's really funny. But she gets out of it and gets into the Adderall. She's insane. Her dancing or like sexy dancing when she is on Adderall is like how I dance when I'm
Starting point is 00:30:33 drunk I realize. Just this like really spastic or really fast like, like you're in a mosh pit but you're also trying to be sexy. Sexy Moshpit? Talk to your your your your your your your propaganda to your propaganda to your propaganda to your propaganda the propaganda to your propaganda the propaganda to your propaganda th th Pit? Talk to your propaganda therapist about sexy moshpit. I'm gonna ask him if he knows who propaganda is, and if he doesn't, I'm gonna fucking walk out. It's been nine years, go fuck yourself. Not even how to clean everything?
Starting point is 00:31:00 Come on! Apparently, in my research that I did, the actress playing Tina, like drank a whole bunch of energy drinks. So she was just like insane when she was doing her dance. Jesus. And probably just like sloshing in her belly, you know what I mean? You know what I mean? Like, monster energy drink. Just like, true.
Starting point is 00:31:16 Trie. One of them makes me feel like I'm having a heart attack. what multiples would be like. Yeah. Well, good for her. Yeah, she fucking nailed it. I spread the rumor that you're always on your beard. You're a disease. So meanwhile, Max is like theorizing that if Nancy doesn't die, she can just bring her home with her through the movie. Yeah, and wouldn't you? You would fantasize about that, right? I guess. It's so sad. It's so sad.
Starting point is 00:31:49 Nancy realizes she cannot do that. She can't go home because she's not real. Not till the very end, though. Yeah. When she has a sexy dance, making eye contact with her teenage daughter, which I found a little distressing. But it it it was, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th, and th, and th, and th, and th, and th, and th, and th, and th, and th, and th, and thi, thi, and thi, thi, and thi, thi, thi, and thi, and thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, thi, thi, thi, their dance! I know, but she's taking her top off. So, okay, so Billy breaks into Operation Booby Trap and kills. Bernie.
Starting point is 00:32:15 Yeah. And Brian. And Vicky. Yeah. And I like the... Vicky like sacrifices herself. This is her character arc, her redemption, yeah. I like the redemption of Vicky and I like the... Oh, Vicki like sacrifices herself. This is her character arc, her redemption, yeah. I like their redemption of Vicky and I like the her and Gertie making up thing, like.
Starting point is 00:32:29 Yeah. Yeah. Oh, man. But they're supposed to dump alcohol, or alcohol. They're supposed to dump gasoline on Billy, but the bucket's not working for some reason. Yeah. .
Starting point is 00:32:44 . B, they, they, they, they, they, they, their, their, their, their, their, their, thi, their, thiuuuck. T. T. T. T. T. T. T. T. T. T. T. T. T. T. T-a. Oh, their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their th........ Oh, th........................................................................ are the worst invention. What do they even do? But they eventually do get the gasoline on him. They do. And he fire jumps. He does fire jump. Out of a window in this. That's great because they're all like Nancy and Scandinavian guy and Max are laying on the ground and Nancy just goes, what's wrong? Oh yeah. It's slow motion. I like that a lot. This movie's so tongue-in-cheek. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:11 And then this crazy storm starts. There's like big purple, like, of course it does. Stranger things, storm, right? Anyway, what? I have a note that says leg, head, all will get hacked. What does that mean? That seems like like that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that? that? that? that? th? that? that? th? that? that? that? that? that? that? that? tho? tho? tho? too? too? too? too? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? to? the the the the the the the the the the the th. the th? the thi? thi? thi? thi? thi? the? the? the? the? toe? the? toe? thea? toea? toea? toea? toe? toe? toe? toe? toe? hacked. What does that mean? That seems like an auto correct. Oh no, it doesn't.
Starting point is 00:33:28 Mom goes out to sacrifice herself. He's doing a sexy dance. In that like a side scroller video game shot we had talked about earlier. Yeah. Like there's a church or an old school house or something and then Billy's at the far end of a field and there's all this. It it it it it's it's a really it's a really it's a really it's a really. It's a really. It's a really. It's a really. It's a really. It's a really. It's a really. It's a really. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. that's a that's a that's a thi. that's a that's that's that's that's that's that's that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. that's a thi. that's a thi. that that's that that that that that that that that's that that that that's that that that's that's that that this. It's a really beautiful shot. It really is. And so she sacrificed herself and then Max goes full like fucking action hero. Yeah. And then she, so she chops off his leg and then chops off his leg. the legs the leg head all will get hacked to us. I see. I see. I see. I see. Yeah, she cuts off his head with his own machi. Yeah, and she she she she she she she she she she she cuts. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, she she cuts. Yeah, she cuts. Yeah, she cuts. She she cuts. She she cuts. She she cuts. Yeah, she cuts the th. She cuts th. Yeah, she cuts th. Yeah, she cuts th. Yeah, she cuts th. Yeah, she cuts off. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, she cuts off. She cuts off. Yeah, she cuts off. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She goes. She cuts off. Yeah. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. She cuts th. She cuts th. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off. She cuts off tos. She cuts off tos. She cuts off tos. She cuts off th th th th th th th th th. She cuts off. Yeah. And that's the end. She finds Scandinavia and kisses him. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:06 Yeah. We got a kiss. Yeah. A little smoochies. Remember what it was it tel like when people kiss and then took? Is that right? Ah, tom-tach-t-t-tom. Ah, no, no. Intimacy. What's it wrong with us? A lot of things. Ask your propaganda not knowing therapist. She knows now I told her. Do you think she's listening to it? Oh. Today's on par is tomorrow's ashes. Let's do this. So they kissed. Yes. And then the credits for the camp blood bath roll. Yeah, but like behind the trees. So you can only see them as they're coming up behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind behind the the they're coming they're coming they're coming they're coming they're coming the they're coming up as the they're coming up as the the they're coming up as their their the trees so you can only see them as they're coming up behind the treats. I liked that. And then there's a hospital scene because it has to end on a hospital scene because horror movies right? You love a hospital scene. Everyone loves a hospital scene except Halloween too when the entire thing is a hospital scene right?
Starting point is 00:34:54 Luckily, have you did you watch the trailer for the new Halloween movie? No, I did not? Okay, should I? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. th. th. the. the. the. they? they? they. they. they? they. they. they? they. they? they? they? they? they? they. they. the. the the the their. their. their. their. the the the the the the the the the ho. the ho. the ho. the ho. the ho. the ho. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. the te. te. tea. Yeah, yeah, she's an action hero that is a hunting, Michael Myers basically. That's fine, right? Apparently for the new Halloween movie, everything but the first Halloween movie never happened. Oh. So there's no Halloween two. There's none of them. Interesting. Yeah. No H2O, huh? No, Josh Hartnett never existed. Is H2O the one where they
Starting point is 00:35:26 realize that he's like the spawn of Satan that Druids made him? Or is that part six? I think that's part six. I do not think. H2O is just a standard slasher. It's part. I don't think there's any sort of real supernatural stuff in it. Wait is a 192-0 the one with? It's In 1998, Jamie Lee and... Buster Rimes? Yes? I think so. I think so. In 1998, it's got to be Buster Rimes. Yeah. Wow.
Starting point is 00:35:50 Really like Buster Rimes back in the day. I still really like Buster Rimes, yeah. I like that he got super swole and then just like stop being toll and got kind of chubby. Yeah, which is weird. rapily fast. Okay so then the hospital. Yes. She wakes up, Scandinavia is next to her. Yeah, which is weird. Weird. You think they get separate rooms? They can't because everybody in one room because the Keeley curtain pulls aside and everybody's there eating pudding. Everybody who died is alive. But they're still they like it really happened because he has like a scar. Yeah. Yeah, that's weird. You want to know what gets we're to know. the. they. they. they. they. they. they. to. they. to. to. to. to. they. to. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. they. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the................... the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. Yeah. That's weird. You want to know what gets weirder? Please tell me.
Starting point is 00:36:27 They're in camp bloodbath too. Yeah, cruel summer. And then it ends on the banana ramma song, which is one of my all-time favorite songs. Yeah, I was so stoked that it. Yeah. I love that. And I like that the title card comes the the the the the the the the doors. I loved it. Yeah. And Max grabs like
Starting point is 00:36:46 I think an IV pole maybe and just like, kidga, gonna, she like spins it or something. Yeah, it's so good. It's good. Because earlier when she gets into the fight sequence, like she just picks up a machete and does like that hand twirl thing to like, yeah. It looks cool. Yeah, it looks cool. Yeah, it was really fun. I wonder if they were planning to make a sequel to this and never did. I don't know. I kind of like that it just like, of course they're stuck in these movies forever. And like they would live forever because if it's Friday the 13th, like they're never going to stop making Friday the 13th movies? No, I hope they enjoy Manhattan. Uncle Charles will be there. Come on, fucking Uncle Trane, that guitar player lady.
Starting point is 00:37:27 Oh yeah. And the Fox is that? Oh yeah, we should do that movie again. See, you don't hate it as much in retrospect, do you? No, but I bet if I was watching it I'd be fucking pissed. So that, plus bloopers is the end of... I wanted to call it Camp Bloodbeth, but that, plus bloopers, is the end of... I wanted to call it Camp Bloodbeth, but it's Final Girls. Final Girls.
Starting point is 00:37:50 And not Final Girl, which is also a movie, right? Yeah, but I didn't see that and don't think that I wanted to. No, okay. I don't think it looked at my alley. Let us know if that's the thing we should do. I like this thing getting movies because because it thia, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, because, the, because, the, the, the, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, the, the, the, thi, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. And, they. And, their, their, their, they.f. And, their, their,, I mean normally we would stop at the end of the episode and scroll mindlessly through Netflix and Hulu for a while. Even though we'd been telling you to recommend us movies for five years. I finally just think that the other day was like, oh probably should have been this all along.
Starting point is 00:38:17 It's pretty nice. Speaking pretty nice. Yes, Busta, I do. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I tho. I thoen, thoen, tho. I tho. I tho. I'm thi........................................................... Yeah. You want to rate this motho? Yes, Busta, I do. You want to go first? Sure. Oh wait, I want to say one more thing that I totally forgot to say at the beginning. No, I was going to go first. Go ahead. I want to... Before the rating stays. Did you notice on the mom's headshot, her credits? No. What movie? thi to be the thiaia? tooom. tooom. tooom. too. too. too. too. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. too. too. too. too. too. to to to to to to to to to say, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to say, to say, to say, to say, to say, to say, to say, to say, to say, to say, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the. the. the tho. tho. the. the thooooooo. the. to to to to to to to to to to to to to have been in? No. Chopping Mall. Oh really? Yeah, it's it. She played a bit part in Chopin. That's so sweet. So was she supposed to be Barbara Crampton? No, it was like a made-up name. Because I went back and paused it and read all of her credits, her acting credits on her headshot.
Starting point is 00:38:56 Now who's doing research? That's not really. No, I didn't leave this movie. We're stuck in forever. That's fine. It seems like a nice world. Yeah. In which you have a nice life. And pretty Scandinavian boyfriends. Yeah and your skin is fucking perfect. You got those very emotive eyes. And your hair never gets frizzy. My hair's always frizzy. Oh, mine's a frizzy. You're just lying. It isn't. I'm looking at it right now. It's like the most humid day of the year and you look quaffed. It's gonna have a ton of palm-maid in this shit. I look like a burlopad. No but here we go ratings face. Okay this movie is a fucking nine. Boom! Bum! It's so much fun. It's so much fun. It's so much fun. Right now my heart strings th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's fun. It's th. It's so fun. It's so fun. It's so much. It's so much. It's so much th. It's so much th. It's so much th. It's so much th. It's so much th. It's so much fun. It's so much fun. It's so much fun. It's so much fun. Right now, my heart strings are ready to be tugged, and this got all up in my heart screens, heart strings gets. What are your heart screams look like? Ah! The boom, the boom.
Starting point is 00:39:52 The boom. Yeah, it's so good. It's so much fun. I really recommend people watch this movie. You know, I could see people hating on it because it is so... It's just like a good movie. It's just like a... Yeah, that's interesting because you normally hate meta things.
Starting point is 00:40:08 Remember how mad you got about Scream before we did Scream? I do. I do. This is very meta. Yeah. Yeah, it is. But it's also fun. It's also like the emphasis, like, it's not knocking the movies, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the the the the the the the, the, the, the, the, the, the, th.... the. th. th. th. th. the the the the the the movies, but the emphasis is not the horror. Like I would probably even argue that it's not a horror movie, it's just like a, it's a comedy.
Starting point is 00:40:28 It's a movie, yeah. But it's got enough of those elements that it like, it ticks all those boxes for the horror fan are going to enjoy it. And it's silly and yeah, it's really nice. Horror fans, I don't know if I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I th th th th th thi, it's tho, it's tho, it's tho, it's tho, it's tho, it's tho, it's th. It's th th th th th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th, it's th. It, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's a, it's a th. It's a th. It's a th. It's a th. It's a th. It's a thi, it's a thr. It's a thr. It's a thr. It's a thr-. It's throooooooo. It's just thr. It's just th thr- it's a th that they like to see references to things they like. Sure. And that does is doing that. Yeah. Would you think of this movie?
Starting point is 00:40:49 I'm a give it a 9.5. Oh, shit. I would give it a 10, except I just don't think it's the level of child's play too. No. Plus bloopers. 9. Yeah.
