Starting point is 00:00:00 I just wanted to start this episode with a bit of a disclaimer. We received some messages of concern about covering a movie starring Glenn Jacobs during Pride Month, as he is very much a dickhead with very bad ideas. We to apologize for the timing on that. It was completely based around the upcoming Enjoy Wrestling Show on June 17th, and by the time we realized our mistake, it was too late to slot in another movie. We hope that our listeners know exactly where we stand on LGBTQ Plus issues,
Starting point is 00:00:37 and that we are allies for the community wholeheartedly. We think Glenn Jacob sucks, and we're ready to to to to it. We also wanted to take the opportunity to highlight the ways that enjoy wrestling is handling inclusivity and wrestling and I think you're really gonna like it. All that being said let's talk about this piece of shit movie. Alan. Hi, Alene. How are you? How are you? I'm good. I do too. It's just we need another body in this hot-ass clubhouse. I literally can't breathe. I feel like I'm panting into the mic like a puppy. How are you feeling, Kurt? Hi guys. I'm feeling all right. It's, you know, I work in an attic, so I'm kind of used to a sweltering attic heat. But it is, I think it's like, I think we broke a record in Pittsburgh today for hottest June. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. today, today, today, today, the today, tod tod tod-I tta. t tta. t t t th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. to. th. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. toda. the it's like, I think we broke a record in Pittsburgh today for hottest June 1st.
Starting point is 00:01:27 Really? Yeah, so, look at us. That's cool. We're breaking records here. Are you a ghost in your attic? Is this your job? I mean, I'd be a better job than what I actually have. But you have a great side hustle. Yes, I do have a good side hustle. I have a professional wrestling company called Enjoy Wrestling.
Starting point is 00:01:47 That's pretty cool. And we have a show coming up at Mr. Smalls Theater on June 17th. That will be a whole lot of fun. If you're not in the Pittsburgh area and can't make it to Mr. Smalls, where would you watch? Enjoy? All of our episodes are free on YouTube. YouTube. YouTube.com slash enjoy wrestling or dash, you know, backslash, enjoy wrestling.
Starting point is 00:02:11 These people are typing frantic. Yeah, you know how URLs work. So find enjoy wrestling on YouTube. Air Slash, I really love. Yeah. You know what I'm talking about. You all can see me. But yeah, all of our stuff, we, Scotty Swemba does an incredible job with Enjoy Wrestling Production and we make little tiny TV shows and put them out for free for everybody. They look amazing. They do look amazing.
Starting point is 00:02:36 They look really professional. Yeah, we think we do a good job. So enjoy is like many wrestling promotions. It's like super sleazy and racist, homophobic. Yes, 100% we decided not to divert from traditional wrestling promotions at all. No, we are largely the opposite of that. Our talent is, it's a far more inclusive sort of wrestling brand. We have a lot of folks from the LGBTQ community, a lot of other marginalized communities represented and enjoy wrestling, whereas a lot of other wrestling promotions are kind of like one kind of buff white dude mostly.
Starting point is 00:03:18 But you have to have a few buff black dudes too, so. Yeah, yeah, that's right, exactly, at least one to put on the poster. That it's just, build, at least one to put on the poster. That just build is egregious stereotypes. Right? Almost exclusively. Yeah, yeah, we, I don't know, our aim is to kind of draw casual fans to pro wrestling because I personally think it's one of the coolest things in the world. It's a, I don't know, it's like modern Shakespeare. Yeah, it's really the bedrock of who you are. It kind of is. I was just selling a story on Twitter where I was like, someone like shared a video of some 12 year old kid
Starting point is 00:03:55 making a presentation in class where he was like doing a wrestling promo and like people were just making fun of him and was like, uh, I did exactly the same thing in seventh grade when I dressed up as Kurt Engel and, uh, and like cut a promo in front of the entire seventh grade class in the auditorium and like, yeah, like, I just kind of was thinking about that afterwards where, um, I kind of like learned how to write from writing about wrestling and I did my college thesis on wrestling and it is it essentially is the bedrock of who I am. That's true. Really important question. Yeah. Did you get over as Kurt Engel? I, yeah. Okay good. That's important. Have you meant that I get like a date?
Starting point is 00:04:38 No. No. No. I did not happen. I think people politely clap. Sometimes the best you can hope for. So what have you brought us tonight? Yeah, what did you do? What did you do? So tonight we're talking about See No Evil 2, which is a W.W.E. Studios produced movie. It's a sequel to Sino Evil, which stars Kane, Glenn Jacobs, who is a fictional and literal monster. Yeah, and...
Starting point is 00:05:10 I think it's a weird one. I guess it's like one of their better movies, which is not saying a ton about the W.W.E. Studios. I think it's the only other W.W.E. Studios movie that we've done Oculus. Yeah. Because I remember that being good, but also there were no the WWE Studios. I think it's the only other WWE Studios movie that we've done Oculus? Because I remember that being good, but also there were no wrestlers in it. Way better than this. Yeah, way better than this. Oh, I don't, I mean, did they have anything to do
Starting point is 00:05:34 with that Hulkogan atrocity that we did? No Holds. Oh, Vince was a producer on that. Oh, right, they wrote it together in a hotel room on cocaine, right? On cocaine. On cocaine. Yeah, famously on a lot of cocaine. Yeah. And human growth hormone and steroids. I mean, those are fine.
Starting point is 00:05:54 Jose says they're good. That's right. And all of my life advice. Honestly, Jose canzko tells you to do something you fucking do it. So this is the second movie we've done by these directors too. The Saska sisters? Soska Sisters? Who did American Mary? You got it?
Starting point is 00:06:12 Which I think we liked okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that was our Tobin episode. That's right. They're sort of like the Canadians are here. Catherine Isabel, and the other one. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I was stoked to see her in the credits, though. I'm always, I believe I have a note somewhere where I said she is disturbingly beautiful.
Starting point is 00:06:32 She is very beautiful. And I wish she would do more comedy, because I feel like she's very physically funny. Yeah, her timing is great. Oh, boy, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, th th th th th th th th th th, th, thi thi the the the thi the the the the thi the the thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I'm thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I th. I thi, I thi, I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I'm thi, I'm thi. I'm thi. thi. thi. thi. to toe toe thi. toe toe thi. thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I th movie. Oh, well, no, it's our second movie with Daniel Harris. Oh, Halloween? Four or five? Four? Yeah. I haven't done five yet. Oh, okay. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:06:53 We'll do it at Daniel Harris Rockblock. I can't do another Halloween right now. No. Sir, no. This film opens on what you would get if you did like a slideshow of a file directory called Backslash Medical Imagery. I don't know why. There's not much medical about this movie. No, oh no.
Starting point is 00:07:13 I was thinking, this is a joke for no one that it feels like a light carcass album for all your death metal heads out there. Like one of the ones like came out of like a 2000. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we're just, we just, we just, we're, they they they they they they they're, we're, we're, we're, we're, we're, we're, we're, we're, we're, they're, they're just, th, th, th, th, th of the ones I came out of like a 2000. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we're just gonna have a bunch of surgical tools on the cover. An arm. Let's see, it's severed. Yeah, mangled. And the quality is kind of of that of that scarecrow movie that we watched with Lacey Schaubare.
Starting point is 00:07:35 Oh, God. It just has that is just, it's like one of those movies. Yeah, I don't know. It's like, I don't know enough about film to describe it, but it seems like you're watching, like, it's kind of like the same quality as an episode of CSI, where it's, sure. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:57 Yes, very much so. I mean, I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. It's. It's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's like. It's like. It's like. It's like. It's like, I. It's like, I. It's like, it's like, I. It's like, I. It's like, I. It's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, I. I. I. guess because it was 2014 something like that yeah but yeah and you had seen the first see no evil so I only watched it recently after we decided to watch this oh okay and it is it's not much better it does have a lot more eye plucking though okay because it's I guess the original plot is that the, Jacob Goodnight, the, she is the main character. Who wrote that down? Who fucking wrote that down? He like, he like, tears out the people's eyes.
Starting point is 00:08:36 But like, as that movie goes on, it becomes like easier and easier to take out somebody's eye. So like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, the th, it's like, th, th, th, it's like, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, that, the the the that, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thinks, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's like, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's like, it's, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, know, the guy will like, it's sucked up into the ceiling and he'll come back down a second later, missing his eyes. And there's that one point where like, his mother is like, has like a girl tied up to a bed and like it's proving a point, just walks an eye out, like if you sneeze your eyes are just gonna fall out and not they're not like you know in your head with a very complex like muscle tissue situation kind of thing. I hope so. Missy was watching the last episode of succession and someone described they were disgusted by eyeballs and
Starting point is 00:09:18 refer to them as face eggs. Yeah. I was like that's so on point. That is pretty, I mean, did either of you ever read the book about hooliganism called Among the Fugs? Yes. I'm Beaufort, I think? Yes. Yeah, yeah. Where there's one scene where, like it's near the end of the book and it's the show just how ridiculous hoologinism got where the guy sucks.......... It's th is is is is that and then like with a blood
Starting point is 00:09:45 covered shirt just went and got some KFC and then got arrested yeah I mean if you know you're gonna get arrested go get yourself a chicken bucket yeah some of them taters and biscuits I never did get to try the double down so I never did either I never did either if it comes back we'll go to a hill that sounds good It's right down the hill. Right down a hill. Sorry, touching me with my feet. So, this is Daniel Harris as Amy.
Starting point is 00:10:14 It's her birthday at the morgue. She's much older than the other cast members of this film. Yeah, she is. They are totally banking on the fact that she's 4 foot 11 to be like, no, she's young. Adults can be short too. She is having a flirtatious relationship with her co-worker who is a Canadian named Kodz- Eric Erickson, which I just could not stop thinking about. He really nailed that pronunciation.
Starting point is 00:10:42 How many times do you think I whispered it to myself today? I'll share a caracricks. And their boss is a man named Holden, who looks very much like the lead singer of Sponge and who's upsetting me. You're very right about that. And this movie is a world of human wrecked. Oh, God, help me. Why do they lock their phones in a safe? So they can't take pictures.
Starting point is 00:11:09 The employees? Yeah, I would think. You'd think that that would be... I think that's the only reason, like, I can think of that they would do that. Yeah, okay. It's like a high profile, like, morgue situation that night, so they had to. Well I mean I think just so you're not like I don't know it to the press yeah or like just being a weirdo or right that's like I don't know like at least people are actually weirdos so it's probably like not the worst idea yeah theoretically. I assumed it was
Starting point is 00:11:42 so that you wouldn't drop your phone into a body but I guess like your ideas better. I mean this is theoretically. I assumed it was so that you wouldn't drop your phone into a body, but I guess I like your ideas better. This is the first. So slow in the blood. And antifreeze or whatever they use later in the windshield diaper fluid? Mad Dogg 2020. The Pina Kalata flavor. It tastes like blue.
Starting point is 00:12:04 Blue is absolutely a flavor.. Blue is a flavor. Blue is absolutely a flavor. This is the only morgue-based movie that I've ever seen people lock their phones away. I think it was just a device so they couldn't have phones. Well yeah, because later the party guests don't have their phones either, and I thought why would they lock their phones up. I'm't know. What a fucking weird conceit for a movie. Yeah. Well, it does fortunately for us who have never seen See No Evil, do sort of a last time on See No Evil.
Starting point is 00:12:33 They do it like 43 times throughout the movie. Explicitly. Yeah. I see you. It's over and over again. All right, we get it. And I feel like we saw every kill from the first movie in this movie in Flashback so we don't actually need to watch that movie? 100%. Yeah. I was, I was glad when I was like, oh, I watched the first one and then I watched this one, I'm just like, well, I hope it's not too, like, difficult to follow, but then there is just like that one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, the one, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the one, the one, like, the one, thi. thi. to be, thi. thi. thi. thi. I was, thi., thi., thi., thi., thi., thi., thi., thi., thi, thi, thi, thi, thi., thi, thi, thi., thi. I I, thi. I was, thi. thi. thi. to, to, toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe.a. toe. the drunk girl who is there,
Starting point is 00:13:07 who like, you know, just like crawls all over the body and in great detail explains everything about the previous movie. Catherine Isabel as exposition. Yeah. Which is wild because it seems like they just found these people tonight, so how does she know? Or has he been killing like that for a long time in the first movie? So he there is he was a known killer from years ago and then the first movie involves a bunch of prisoners who go to this hotel to clean it. Sorry? Yeah, exactly. So they get some sort of like parole or some kind of, I don't know what it is.
Starting point is 00:13:46 Like work release to clean a hotel? Somehow work release to clean a hotel. And it's run by an old woman, an old woman who is very conspicuous. So, and then you find out later that the old woman is Jacob Goodnight's mother, who had locked him in a cage and taught him about like how terrible sins are and groomed him to be an exterminator of sinners of sorts. Jesus. I don't remember where that question started but that's kind of how the first movie goes.
Starting point is 00:14:16 And I didn't hear how it ended because I remember that when we see the flashback of him in the cage you see his balls? Which I thought was really unnecessary. Did you see his balls? Yes. He he a child. Yeah I don't know why we needed to see a child's balls in this movie. I would have believed that he had them. We do say show don't tell but like you know. I don't know he's a little boy. So he's the God's hand killer. God's hand killer. Which is a better name than Sino Evil? Sure. Absolutely. Mr. Sino Evil. Jacob, good night. Good Lord. He's getting hit
Starting point is 00:14:55 with the paddles. They bring him in. I bet Kane liked that. Getting hit with the paddles. Right. Can you, can you, sorry to derail again. Can you, I had tapped out of wrestling before Kane became a thing. Like I know stuff like the Undertaker and stuff like that. But he's supposed to be Paul Bearer's other kid? So, right, so how it went was, and I can just rattle this off. Buckle in. So at some point in the mid-90s, like 1996, Paul Bear turns on the Undertaker. They have, like, the Undertaker wants to go out on his own and Paul Bear doesn't want to let him go. So there is a point where the Undertaker's about to wrestle Sean Michaels on the first Hell in a cell match. And before that, there's a lead up where Paul Bear, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the, the, the, their, their, their, their, their, the the their, the, the, Paul Ba, Paul Ba, Paul Ba, Paul Bear, Paul Bear, Paul Bear, Paul Bear, Paul Bear, Paul Ba, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul, the, the, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the tha, the the tha, the the the the the the the the the Michaels on the first Hell in a cell match. And before that there's a lead-up where Paul Bear like says a bunch of cryptic things. He tells this story about when the Undertaker was a boy. There
Starting point is 00:15:58 was a massive fire at the funeral parlor that the family owned in Death Valley. And nobody survived other than the Undertaker. So his parents and his little brother all perished in the fire. And Paul Bear came back to say, it's also part of the mythos that Kane had unintentionally set this fire. Kane is Undertaker's little brother and had unintentionally set this fire and it was tragic. So Paul Bear shows up and says that Kane never actually died. He was rescued and was sent to a bunch of foster care homes and whatever.
Starting point is 00:16:40 And then Paul Bear drops the bombshell that he is Cain's biological father. Here you go. So at some point he finds Cain and brings him back to combat the Undertaker. So he shows up during the Hell in the Cell Match, rips the cage door off, Jim Ross is yelling, that's gotta be Cain. And yeah, and then they like, there's just a bunch of dumb stuff. So it's like a lot like a slasher movie franchise
Starting point is 00:17:11 or something like that, where it starts off with like some kind of somewhat reasonable sort of idea and then just gets progressively stupider. Like, you know, eventually it becomes like the undertaker actually set that fire to teach cane a lesson. And like they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they just like they just like they just like they just like they just like they just like they just like they just like they justaker actually set that fire to teach Kane a lesson And like they just go back and forth like bearing each other alive and lighting each other on fire for a few years Then Kane does a lot of other ridiculous stuff like he, I don't know. He, I don't know. There's like a point where the Kane story arc is like totally off the rails in like 2003 where he, um, loses his mask and there's like a, there's like a, the, the, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th. th, th. Like, th. Like, th. Like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, likethe Kane story arc is like totally off the rails in like 2003 where he loses his mask and there's like a there's like an angle it was like a necrophilia angle oh no yeah he like loses his mask and comes a psycho and starts kidnapping people he sticks or he sticks a car battery
Starting point is 00:17:59 on the Shane McMahon's testicles at some point and there's like here's like kidnappings and like he like marries Lita and impregnates her. It's it's like the worst like soap opera crap. Sure. Yeah. And it's like it's like every year that the wrestling observer does like awards every year. And every year there's like a most offensive or like worse angle and Kane won it like 12 times. All-time winner.
Starting point is 00:18:29 Yeah. I want to commend you for your restraint and not doing the pallbearer voice. They know that everyone loves doing it. Everyone loves a pallbearer voice. It's so good. God for an undertaker. I miss that little guy. Yeah, God rest is so good. God for an undertaker. I miss that little guy. Yeah, God rest his story.
Starting point is 00:18:51 And if anyone has been listening to the behind the bastards, and Vince McMahon, none of those stories should come as a surprise to you. No. Vince has a very particular kind of humor that he thinks other people enjoy, but he's really just kind of a psychopath. Yeah, is he a psychopath or a sociopath or both? You know I'm not a... I'm not qualified to give an opinion on that. I just know that he's a horrid person. Yeah, I really recommend the behind the bastards on Instagram but also you may never want to watch WWE again. It's probably for the
Starting point is 00:19:25 best. WWF or whatever it's called now WWE. I can't wait to get to the Bruno portion. Yeah, that's a real man. Yeah, real man. I was so they they talk about how shitty Vince was to him. Yeah. And I'm just like, fuck the Bruno so nice. No kidding his grandfather. He's my friend's with my grandfather. No one treats my grandfather's friends like that. That's right. Anyway. So I will keep talking about wrestling because I got dick all to say about this. Oh, this movie is so bad. Yeah. I want to know. So we meet her buddies come and hide his corpses and pop out and like, it's party time. It's your birthday. And there is the most bonco Sam Winchester in this film? He's the perfect crossover between the Winchester brothers. He's like the baby of
Starting point is 00:20:13 supernatural. He's Sam and Dean. He's also 72 feet tall. Daniel Harris is 411. Uh-huh. They are definitely siblings. Go on with yourself. But when he first shows up there's this like weird sexual energy between this movie? Yeah. I thought for sure it was gonna be like a you know love dynamic between the thing. But oh I'm a brother. I'm her brother so I get to fuck her I don't know. This movie. The guy's like gigantic and he's not played by a wrestler. What's would they cast a gigantic man who's not just like Randy Orton? Yeah, why is that not the Miz? Yeah, it should have been the Miz. Is the Miz the one that was on like the road rules? Yes. Yeah, real world. Okay. Gotcha. How dare you? I mean, I'm I'm. I tap out of wrestling in the mid-80s because I was watching a match and saw someone blade.
Starting point is 00:21:06 Yeah. And I was like, oh it's fake. And immediately it was like, I was like, I can't do this anymore. Sorry. Take that razor blade out of the wrist. Yeah, so I'll come out of the wrist. That doesn't happen. Wrestling's real. I don't know what you heard you were talking each other. Starting point is 00:21:31 He did that pretty, pretty face. Yeah. That I just remember seeing someone. Or at least we were supposed. Or at least that the mouser. I still love that meme that meme of his face, he, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, tho, thi, like, thi, thi, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th, th, th. th, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th a little face inside the mustache. Oh, he's so gross. Oh, it's so lovely. I saw the great picture of him wearing Janko jeans from like the 1990s. It's awesome. They're just like the big, it's like him just standing, like it's probably like 1999 whenever you would see. So it's like a 45 year old man in Jank. Oh, yeah, absolutely. Yeah, he's like, you know, it. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the. It's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. Where he is, it is just like the biggest pair
Starting point is 00:22:10 of Janko jeans. Because to be loose on his legs would have to be huge. It'd be like wearing curtains. He's like six foot seven. Yeah. In wrestling height. Yeah. the. the wrestling height. Yeah. It's like, he's like, six foot. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. th. the th. the th. the th. the the th. th. the th. the the th. th. the the the the the the the the th. th. th. the the the the the the the the the the the the biggest. the biggest. the biggest. the biggest. the biggest. the biggest. the biggest. the biggest. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. It's just. the biggest. the biggest. the the the the the the the the the the the the ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. ta. to find Kane's real height. Yeah. Because everything's like, he's built a seven feet tall. Yeah, he's not seven feet tall. No, he's seven feet tall. He's six foot seven. He's from parts unknown, maybe. They mention the Jacob Goodnights like statistics. Like he's seven foot tall, 323 pounds up, skipping ahead, but he like puts on like the burn victim
Starting point is 00:22:46 mask, which is just a cane mask. Yeah. Where did he get that? He just picks it up from nowhere. Why would that be in the morgue? What? What? What?
Starting point is 00:22:55 What? You're, just a real confuse on what these people's jobs are, I guess. I'm confused why this morgue is seemingly on the middle floor of a 50-story building. That no one else is in. That no one else is in. It's not a hospital. Yeah, it's like late at night, but hospitals are always busy. There's generally someone around, yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:16 There's like a bit where Amy's brother is like, I wish you never would take this job. You should have stayed in medical school and it's like, is it working on a morgue a bad job? I think so. It's like, you're not like, you know. I feel like you're a scientist if you're a morgue worker. I would think it's like a, you know, if somebody, if I talked to somebody and I work at a morgue. Oh, that's pretty cool. I'm like, that, that, that, that, that, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I'm, that, I. I. I. I. I'm. I'm. I. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm like, like, like, like, like, interesting what do you do? She's so he like she's not even dating this co-worker Kkaa uh fuck Kajarik Erickson I guess Seth in the movie yes Seth and the boring The brother's like threatening him like but he's like don't let my sister like you
Starting point is 00:24:00 because you're ruining her life by her liking you and you need to do better. She's better than night shift at the morgue. I'm like she may not always work a night shift. Yeah she's probably just getting started because I think she's supposed to be like 25 she's like 40. Yeah you know what the brother's real name is? What? Graeston? No that's a typo. That's not a name. That's a city in Illinois. That's a the city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a the the the the city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. That's a city. It a city. A city. A city. A city. A city. A city. A city. A city. A city. A city. A city in a city in Illinois. That's a bad scrabble hand. Grayston. Oh man, he feels too old to be a Grayston, you know. Guess not. So we see the aforementioned Catherine Isabel grinding on top of the corpse, we assume, of Jacob Goodnight. Yeah, she's doing this as her sort of foreplay with her boyfriend who looks just like backstreet boy, AJ McLean? I was gonna say he's giving firm a like boy band like the knit cap
Starting point is 00:24:50 pulled back to expose I still got a hairline. Yes. The like tank top with a leather vest. And chest hair and like the little goate he wants him that way. I hate myself. too when he goes down on her and her response is, she starts whistling! It's Whistlingus, this isn't a thing! Are you sure? I have... Alan. Maybe I've been doing it wrong. No, she's so horny for serial killers. She's hilarious. It's horrifying.
Starting point is 00:25:28 This is when I'm like, okay, this should be her movie. Let's just watch her do things. Yeah. She's the best part of this movie. to be by far. Yeah. Yeah. She kisses him. She kisses the corpse.
Starting point is 00:25:41 And then her boyfriend's like, come on over here and let's bone. Like I feel like it would be not, I don't know, I don't have a dick, but I feel like it would not be easy to get a boner in that situation. Oh, Katie. Watching your girlfriend kiss a corpse? Yeah, whatever. I mean. It's like, ga'bong, good boy, boy, boy, boy, boy, boy. It's amazing.
Starting point is 00:26:07 It's like their torso's don't move at all. They just kind of are flailing their limbs at each other and like throwing their heads back and forth. We're doing the sex. It's the least sexy sex I've ever seen. I feel like we've that we've watched th that we've watched th that we've watched we've watched we've watched we've watched we've watched we've watched we've watched we've watched we've watched we've watched we've watched th th th th th in with this is the other friend, the blonde girl, hitting on the brother, who is like, literally the last thing he says to her
Starting point is 00:26:32 before he starts moving into fuck her is, you're like a sister to me? He wants to fucking sister. That's clearly his thing though. Yeah, sister fucker. You are like a sister to me. So only for sister. Oh, this goes so gross. Come to Greystone.
Starting point is 00:26:52 What? Who? Why? Who? Why? It's got to be Canadian. But they're like, hey, Saska sisters, can we talk to you real quick? You've got, I don't know, 45 minutes to write, direct, and film this movie, so we'll fill in the rest of the time with footage from the last one.
Starting point is 00:27:13 Oh and don't talk to Kane. Ew. Yeah. So Jacob goes missing during the Boinga Boinga Boinga sex. Jacob Goodnight, I'm sorry I should use his full name. Why is that his name? Is he like... From a child's book? A Puritan? What is his deal? Oh goody Jacob Goodnight.
Starting point is 00:27:40 Yeah, he sounds like a Salem witch trial. All the lights go out in the morgue area, which seems like they'd have emergency lights, but what do I know? Some of the rooms do. Not where the bodies are where you're definitely going to shit yourself when it goes dark. Yeah, there's like freezers there. Yeah, you have to have to have something. But also the premise of this movie is that they have to be there because they're going to be bringing all these bodies in, but no other bodies ever arrive.
Starting point is 00:28:09 Why do they have to stay there? That's a good point. Because they go into the room where you suspect the other bodies to be and it's just their friends surprising her. before that scene happens because she's like, I can't make it out. We have a busy night of the morgue. And then they all show up minutes later. Are we to assume that the singer from Sponge had arranged this whole thing? Because he's like, hey, anything for a friend.
Starting point is 00:28:38 I don't know, because they couldn't have known that all those bodies were going to be found that night. Well, like, my co- tho- tho- tho- tho- they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho that. that. that. that. that. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. they they they they they thi. they thi that that the the the the the the to the to the to the the the thooooooooooooooooooooooooooo the the that all those bodies were going to be found that night. Well, like, my co-workers don't know who my friends are? No, right, no. They know who my emergency contact is. But this movie, you're right though, this movie has a real problem with time passing, because in the like, second and third act, which are both the same thing of Kane chasing people around a morgue, he sets up these elaborate like devices and locks and barricades but he had no time to do it. None. None. I really respect the director's decision to just like have no suspense in this movie. Yeah. There's just like it's like nothing happens in between just from scene to scene where Kane is just like slaughtering people in
Starting point is 00:29:24 destructive ways and build again he's like there's like the woman the w w like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the, the, like, the, like, th, the, like, like, th, like, like, th, like, like, like slaughtering people in destructive ways and building, yeah, and he's like, there's one where like the woman is like chained to the wall in front of this, like, that would have taken hours. Hours. And like, yeah, and like, yeah. And, where do you even get the chains? No idea. They have them in a morgue? Yeah. I don't, I don't know't. Yeah. Yeah. the. Yeah. Yeah. the. the. Yeah. Yeah. the. th. Yeah. the. Yeah. the. Yeah. the. Yeah. the. the. Yeah. the. Yeah. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. the woman. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.................................................................................................................................................. it? Yeah. That's right. I don't know how many meat hooks are in the morgue. I feel like we should have visited a morgue before recording this podcast. Do you work at a morgue? Get in touch and let us know how many meat hooks you have.
Starting point is 00:29:53 You're not like fileting them. Why would you drain their bodies on a meat hook? I don't understand? I, Lordy. What is Seth and Amy's job? Are they supposed to be doing an autopsy on him? Yeah, they're, they're not. I have to say that they're not. No. No. No. Okay.
Starting point is 00:30:14 Well, theymeh. that grindings is in. Get in touch clips. Tell us of grinding is it was a clips. Now I can't remember it. Grinding. Don't you remember that hit song from the early 2000s? No. Okay, all right. You're looking it up. Yeah, of course I'm looking it up. Grinding song 2000s.
Starting point is 00:30:42 Sorry, grind in. Yeah, there's no gee on the end of that. Yeah. Yeah. It was clips. It was clips. It was clips. It was clips. It was clips. It was clips. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. Grying, there's no G on the end of that. That was clips. It was clips. It was right, guys. Everybody's yelling at their phone. It was the way do they see my, wow, song. It's a lot of whispering in it. What year was it? 2000? I don't know. Something like, 2002. Yeah, that's pretty much when I tapped out in 2000. Yeah, it's right when you tapped out in 2006. It's. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I like this new thing that you tapped out in 2000. It's true, you can ask my husband. He met me in 2006 and I was like, I don't know, wasn't any of the shit. He's missing an eye. So yeah, he finds the mask that there he's missing an eye. So he loses at the end of the first movie he falls out of a building like 30 stories,
Starting point is 00:31:30 lands on a piece of glass, a piece of glass goes through his heart and like a piece of metal goes through his eye. Like a rebar or something. Yeah I don't know, but yeah he loses an eye in that movie in a nasty fall. Got it. Well, uh, they find the back. A the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th th. th. the the the the th. the thi thi thi the the the th. th. He th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the the the the the thi thi thi thi thi thi thi the the the the the the the the the the the thi thi thi thi thi thi thi th I don't know, but yeah, he loses an eye in that movie in a nasty fall. Got it. Well, they find the Backstreet Boy in one of the drawers, which is fine. They yell, when they, like, it happened so fast. I was like, I have no idea what corpse that was. They just rolled out.
Starting point is 00:31:58 Yeah, I only something on. Yeah. Kane's mother was already here because he like pulls her out. Sure. Yeah, why was she there? She died in, so this is, like, this happens the night of like the first movie. So it's like, later that evening. And he killed her. Yeah. And cane kills her He throws her onto rebar and puts it through her head. So she's dead as well. Got it. I'm glad you watched it.
Starting point is 00:32:29 Yeah. I will say I'm glad you brought that up because it raises a good point. Katie, were you mad that this movie is basically Halloween. Yes, all taking place in the hospital, but at least there's like, you know, some suspense in that movie. Sure, sure, and boobs. And a weird hot tub scene. Yeah, that's so weird. A woman is melted. That's the first one, the first thing I think of when I think of that movie.
Starting point is 00:32:52 Why would it get so hot? That's the medicinal purpose of melting someone? Right. So they run out of the room where the backstreet boy is. . room where the backstreet boy is on the drawer. The lights are out, the power is out. And Amy runs over to the elevator and starts pushing the button. I was like, maybe you weren't cut out for medical school. Amy, the power is out.
Starting point is 00:33:10 Exactly. And then she finds the emergency evacuation map. And she's like, the stairs are over there. The thing about thiii. always running around looking for a way out and there are exit signs everywhere. It's just like there's an exit sign in every scene and they're not running towards any of them. And it's just like how do you not know how to get out of your own like place of work? I feel like the editor of this film put this together and was like who who they didn't notice them? I'm not gonna tell them. I'm gonna half an hour hour to ha the to have the tha tha tha tha tha tha tha tha tha tha th. th. th. thi-a thi-a th tell them. I've got a half an hour to get this movie out.
Starting point is 00:33:49 Somehow Vince McMahon is involved in this. This is a living nightmare. The boss is dead and the music note is like World War II death scene. It's like very tender and dramatic and you're like, I don't know this guy. It should have just been 16 candles down the train. Oh, Bali, that's a great song. Yeah, it is a great song. Oh yeah, I love that riff.
Starting point is 00:34:17 Yeah. I like that whenever Holden is dying, she just like, I don't know what to do. And it's just like, I mean, I he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't know, I don't, I don't know, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't th, I don't th. It's th. I don't, I don't, I'm th. It's, I'm th. It's, I'm just, I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th th thin, I thin, I don't thin, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. And it's just like, I mean, he's bleeding. So it's like, attempt to stop it? Like, I understand he's dropped out of medical skull, but like, I kind of know what to do when somebody's bleeding, at least a little bit. He's choking and gurgling and she walks away and someone and someone's like, th so so so th so he's like, like, like, like, th so he's like, th so he's like, like, th so he's like, like, th, like, like, like, thinks, thinks, like, thinks, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, like, like, he's like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, where's Holden? She goes, he's dead. I mean, he will be, right? He wants away. He probably died.
Starting point is 00:34:50 I've got object permanence. But later in the movie, she's like, I have to cotterize your wound. And it's like, put pressure on it. She definitely missed that day of medical. Where they teach you to put pressure on a woman. This is when I noticed that the woman who is playing Kayla, Shalon Simmons, is from Tucker and Dale. She was one of the shitty kids in Tucker and Dale. Love that movie.
Starting point is 00:35:19 It's a good-ass movie. We'll never do it. Stop asking, by the way. We're never doing it. It's too good. We remember this this this this this th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. tho. thath. thathe tho. tho. tho. tho. th. tho. tho. th. tho. tha. th. th. tha. th. th. th. th. th. Oh, tha. Oh, tha. asking by the way. We're never doing it. It's too good. We've got nothing to talk about. Yeah. Remember when this was funny? So the brother or someone is like, you know, we need to get out of here or whatever. And Amy goes, where's Seth? Has anyone seen Seth? And it cuts to the brother and he looks so so mad that she even brought him up. he, he wants to know he's dead. That's it. Wish my sister would kiss me. Oh, my pouty lips.
Starting point is 00:35:50 Yeah, the angry brother is like, is a very weird character here. It's like, why is he even mad? He like, whisks her into a, like, a room, it's like, no, we have to, why don't we run away? And he's like, we have th to, why, th th to, th th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th. th. th. th. thi, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. It's, you know, you're just in a small room with a maniac running around. Yeah. He's like, uh, I care about you or not. I don't, it's unclear. Yeah. Yeah. I was also watching this on Tooby. And I got an ad for a show called Stars on Mars. That's a th. And I. And I th. And I th. And I th. And I th. And I th. th. th. th. th. to th. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to just just just just to just just to just just just just just just, you're just just, you're just, you're just, you're just just, you're just just just just just just just just just just just just just, you th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. th. It's just just just just the the the th. th. the the the th. the th. You're just the th. You're just the the thi. You're just just just just D-list celebrities pretending to be on Mars, I think. It's a reality show? They finally shot Vince Neil to Mars. I kept getting ads for water picks. Yeah, which I don't know, I'm making a water. Yeah, it sounds good sounds good. I rented it because I can't do those fucking ads anymore. I was like, they're not good.
Starting point is 00:36:51 It's streaming. Nobody sees any money from this horse shit, so I didn't feel bad. I gave Jeff Bezos another four dollars. Yeah, well, you're going to anyway. Make another dick shape rocket. Wiping his ass. Oh, he doesn't wipe his own ass. Yeah, a bidet of like just just gold.
Starting point is 00:37:10 Just a gold bidet. Just a hard gold nugget bidet. Ow, ow. So clean. Also, does Daniel Harris have a no cursing clause in her contract or something? Because everything she says is like, you've pulled some low crap in the past okay. I'm gonna kick your butt! Shut up. She's so young. Oh right, yeah. She hasn't gone to the swearing stage in her life yet. Here's where I have the note her brother is stump stupid.
Starting point is 00:37:43 Stump stupid. Really dumb guy. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This is just all my notes are like, OK, Kane's in the bathroom now. I guess he's squeezing someone to death. Yeah, so like that scene where like, so Kayla, they split up because that's
Starting point is 00:37:58 famously what you do whenever you're in a situation like that. And she like hides in this bathroom and everyone else is running around looking for her or looking for somewhere to hide or something like that. And yeah she's just in there and all of a sudden Kane's there too, just hanging out in her ladies room without you know another moment where there's absolutely no suspense in a in a place where it should be rife with it because there's a maniac chasing you in a hospital but like it's like yeah she's she's there and it's like I'm so safe and then Kane grabs but it's always just like suddenly there's a set of nipples behind somebody because he's six seven and everybody else is not except her horny for sister brother yeah
Starting point is 00:38:42 he has a knack for showing up behind people totally unnoticed despite being a monster. And also this is a room that is rife with mirrors. How? That's right. You're in a bathroom. It's like the acoustics in there do not lend themselves to sneaking up. Yeah, especially a heavyman. He's wearing like hard-souled work boots that you could not sneak up on anybody no matter what. He's a ghost, right? Is that we're supposed to assume? Because he's just like, he's super natural at this point.
Starting point is 00:39:12 Yes. Like Michael Myers way, I think. Yeah. It's Michael Myers-E, where you're just like, is he a demon or whatever? But yeah, he just like moves around with such remarkable quickness for being a giant who had just died earlier that evening. We did Vince McMahon, other than W.W.E. Studios producing this, he had no hand in it, right? Because this feels very like working out someone's childhood trauma. Yeah, well, he has plenty of that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:40 All right. Your biological father's gonna ignore you when your sick father's gonna... Anyway, we gotta move on from that. Squeeze some more incest in there. That's what... This is all making a lot of sense, actually. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tell some lies about fighting Marines. Oh, no, I haven't gotten to that word. Oh, yeah, that's good.
Starting point is 00:40:01 That's gonna be funny, though. This is where I have the note, this movie is begging me to pay attention, or not to not pay attention to it. It is tough. It was tough. Catherine Isabel gets decapitated it. I thought that was a great effect, her neck.
Starting point is 00:40:16 Yeah, that was super cool. I like that Seth, before that, before Kane broke in, Seth like took the good hiding place underneath the thing with the, the table with the drape over it and just like hit her behind like a piece of like IKEA, uh, Shelby. Yeah, she's like, it's a terrible place to hide. And of course, terrible place to hide. Well, he tells her to run, he's like, run now. She runs. a place to high. Well he tells her to run he's like run now. Yeah exactly. Just decadates her. Yeah like no look swing. No remorse for that. He's like well
Starting point is 00:40:51 win some you lose some. I thought she did a great job dying it was pretty cool. Yeah she is lovely. She's a great actor and whenever she shows up at anything I'm like oh this thing just got better by it. Like she's in a few seasons of Hannibal. Oh right. That she. She she's she's she's she's that. She that. She's that. She's that. She's that. She's a that. She's a that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She's a that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She's a that's a that's a that's a that's a that's a that's a th. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. th. No. No. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. No. this thing just got better by it. Like, she's in a few seasons of Hannibal. Oh, right. That's right. That's right. A show of beautiful people wearing beautiful clothes. There's so beautiful back in.
Starting point is 00:41:12 In beautiful back, yeah. Oh, I also want to comment, like, why can't they afford better than one plied doors for this hospital? Oh, yeah. He kicks the door the door the door the door the door the door the door the door the door the door the door the door the door the door the door. the door the door. the door the door. the door. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi thinks is really is really is really. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. I is is really is really is really is really is really is really is really is really. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I's is th. I's is th. I's th. I's th. I's th. I's really is really is really is really is really is really th. I's th. I's really is really th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th afford better than one ply doors for this hospital or little. He kicks the door and it just like it bends because it's so flimsy before he finally breaks it? Yeah, it's very obviously made of a wet car door. And I feel like he could take down a big enough door. Yeah, yeah. He's done worse things in his career. It continues to as as mayor of whatever the fuck. To jump up and down celebrating that row was overturned. Oh man, she set that dude on fire for real this time.
Starting point is 00:41:53 We need to get him in a funeral home and we need to tortu. My next note just says, I was doing talk to tax and it says, yes, kill the dip shit brother, kill, kill, kill. And then who's going to disappoint your mom now? You couldn't even live. But then neither does Amy. Prior to him choking Will, Kane just like breaks through a wall like a coolade man. I think he does like several times in this movie. Just like, oh, we' the times in this movie and just like, oh, we're finally safe and then all of a sudden, big, huge, dumb ass. Oh man, bowling through a while.
Starting point is 00:42:29 Was that terrible movie we did just because it had Mick Foley in it? Oh, um, it was also in a hospital. Yeah. We did it like three weeks ago. I don't know what it was called? Was it that long ago? Maybe four. Yeah. I wish Mick Foley had been that movie. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. Mick Foley was in this movie. I wish Mick Foley was in this movie, too. I wish McFolly had been in that movie. I feel like he was barely in it. He was barely in it. He's a great man. Yeah. He just talked about Mick Foley instead of this movie tonight. Yeah. This is our McFoley cast. He seems like he's such a kind human being and like I don't know if you've read his like any of his autobiography stuff but like he did the one about Santa Claus yeah and talks about how like heartbroken he was because he couldn't work at a rape crisis center anymore because he taken too many like hits to the head it was like I'm
Starting point is 00:43:17 not cognizant enough to do this I can't be there for people and it's just like fuck that's heart breaking yeah. Also everything's a work though so th. th. So th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I that that that that th. I th. I that that th. I that that that th. I th. I that that th. I th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm heat, I'm not like I'm not heat. I'm like I'm like I'm like I'm like I'm like I'm like I'm like I'm like I'm like I'm the the the the the the the the the the the the the he like I the the he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I he. I'm not he. I'm not he. I'm not he. I'm not he. I'm not he. I'm not te. I'm not tole. I'm not te. I'm not te. I'm not tole. I'm not tole. I'm not he. I'm not he. I'm it's just like, fuck, that's heartbreaking. Yeah. Also everything's a work though, so bear that in mind. I mean, my cousin Joe is a story about running into him at the Eaton Park on McKnight Road and chatting with him and McFolly told him they got his PhD from Duquesne University her answer. Joe was like, me eating about you. He also said it was the largest ass he'd ever seen on a human being in real life.
Starting point is 00:43:47 He has a famously large ass. Do you think that's what saved him in hell in a cell? Yes. It did not hurt. I would be so incredibly disappointed if that was made up. No, I'm sure that's true. That's a big, I mean, I got a PhD at Duquesne University. Anybody can say that. It's not that hard either. It's Duquesne.
Starting point is 00:44:11 Ow. O'Cane alums. Don't hang up. I never went to college. Why does the morgue? Why does the morgue have one of them turkey-cut and electric knives there? I don't know know, th. th. th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th know know know know know know know know know. I. I, I, I, I, tho, tho, tho, tho, that. I that. I that. I that. I that. I'm. I that. I that. I that. I that. I that. I that. I that. I that. It's, it, it, it, it, it, it, it. It that. It that. It that. It that. It that. It, it. It, that. It, that. It, that. It, that. It, that. I that. I th. I th. I th th th th th th thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I one of them turkey cutting electric knives there? I don't know. Is it a bone saw? No. They're usually like the circular salt tendons. This was just a straight up like Thanksgiving meat cutter. And like the guy with like the least amount of tact possible throughout this entire movie, just like bowling through things all the sudden is like, has like baiting them in where the the the the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy the guy. I the guy is the guy is th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I th. I th. I. I. I th. I th. I th. I th. I the the the the the th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I was th. th. th. th. the. the. the. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. th. the. I th. I the. I the. I the least amount of tact possible throughout this entire movie, just like bowling through things, all of a sudden is like, has like baiting them in where
Starting point is 00:44:48 the guy's laying down and he's hiding under the table and just like the saga straight through the air. Yeah. It's like this, this seven foot tall man is hiding under a table. the table probably not meant for a seven-foot-tall person. No, he's spilling out from under that. But this is also after he does one of my favorite things in the movie, which is where he takes a sex-obsessed brother, who is holding a knife, he takes his hand and makes him stab himself, and I'm real like, why are you stabbing yourself in a way? And I loved it.
Starting point is 00:45:20 He really had it coming. Oh, good lord. This is where I started writing notes to myself, like I just went to get a snack and how are there still 30 minutes of this movie left? If he's just going to chase them around for 30 goddamn minutes, I'm not going to pause it while I get a snack. And that's when I sped it up. Fast forward. I just put it in 1.3. to get done. Things to do. Why is there the one room that's just filled with the alarm lights from aliens? It just says that yellow spinning lights and it's like
Starting point is 00:45:51 what is this room? More emergencies. I hope somebody familiar with morg can inform us of these things. Are you a morgue get in touch? So at this point we're down to Amy and Seth, who's like, love story, I'm offended that I have to pay attention to. And he asks her, he's bleeding badly from the shoulder, and he's chewing up the scenery, just like, mm-hmm, ah, ah, uh, some W. W.E. Calib cali selling right that. He asks her why she drops out of medical school because that's first concern right now. She goes because we all end up here. I was like we all kind of end up at the doctor too though like we all have ended up at a doctor at one point or another. No so let's just go straight to a funeral home we don't all end up in the morgue lady. That's true. Yeah therethere's like, I like that the the ending scene
Starting point is 00:46:45 between them is just like this really nice moment where they're just like taking their time. Like we need a cauterize their wound just stupid. You don't have to do that. Just climb out the window. You're fucking moron. You need like three stitches. I went to zero classes of medical school, but I am certain that if you're going to coterize a wound, you have to take the clothing off first, because otherwise you're just melted to them. Is that what it is? What's the polyester count on that shirt? Oh no!
Starting point is 00:47:14 Oh, he's on fire. My favorite thing about that scene is that Seth, like even through all of this, still will not ask her out. It's the entire movie he goes through being afraid to talk to this woman and like, I don't know, by the end of it I'm just like really over Seth. Yeah, I agree. I'm not really rooting for him. That explains why I have the note that says Seth sucks. Yeah, I have that exact same note.
Starting point is 00:47:42 Hey, you should escape. Take my the th. th. th. th. the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th, take my car keys. She gets out the window and instead of running, she just presses herself into the building and into the windows where the thing is taking place, where the man is, the psycho is hiding? That's a good way for him to find you. But now he's outside, wandering around. When did he get out there? There's no clear indication of how When did he get out there? I don't know. There's no clear indication of like how she knows he's out there. No, we never see him out there until later. She just like takes a step out and like walks real quick and then like turns right back and
Starting point is 00:48:13 jumps right back into that. It's like he's out there and then he is. It sees her climbing to the window. Yeah. Instead of running out to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the the the to the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the their. their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their tree. tie. the tie. the the the the the the they. the the they. the the the the those ones where it's just like, can you just do anything? Seth says, oh, I should have parked my car around the side today. And she goes, side. That reminds me. There's a side to this building. And I was like, holy shit. How is this happening? I'm saying. There's more than one. Oh, no. That's like the last thing she says is this very stupid thing. Did she get stabbed through the door? Yes. And Seth yells, hey, come on. Hey, come on.
Starting point is 00:48:52 I never got to ask her out. Come on, Jacob, good night. I did find her death to be unexpected. Sure. Yeah, I thought she was going to make it to the end. It was like the one thing in this movie that was unexpected. You're like, huh? He does Seth hits Cain with a chair. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:13 They have themselves a little wrestling match. Uh-huh. And then he embalming them the funeral home for that. I would think so. Yeah. Or maybe it just fills in with mad dog 2020. Yeah. Is embalming fluid bright blue? I don't know. Oh, I thought it was like yellow. I think it's like neon green. Well, I mean, that's your reanimation juice. That's not a bombing. A toy. I look forward to someone who works in a more reaching out for this episode. I feel like we're thi th th th th th th th like. th like. th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, th like, thi, thi, thi, thi, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. I thi, thi, thi. I thi. I thi. I'm, thi. I'm, thi. I'm, thi. I'm, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, a more reaching out for this episode because I feel like we're going to learn something. So I have the note that says at one hour, 17 minutes and 30 seconds, Kane is embalmed to death. What are the next 14 minutes of this movie going to be? I don't know, but he gets it shoved into him and he really does not pull it out? And Seth is sort of like thrusting, thir thir? Because, because, because, because, because, because, because, thing, thi thi thi, because, thi thi, because, thi, thi, because thi, thi, thi, because thi, because thi, because thi, because thi, because thi, because thi, th be. I don't know, but he gets it shoved into him and he does not pull it out.
Starting point is 00:50:08 And Seth is sort of like thrusting sexually as the, why? Is he hot for this? That's a proper embalming technique, Katie, you wouldn't know. He's not doing any work. It's all the machine. No, but like the embalming fluid can like vibe. If if you're giving a good vibe, if you do it hard enough, the embalming fluid will come out of the patient's eye. Yeah, that's, I feel like it would take a lot to fill him. It's like pretty much immediately too,
Starting point is 00:50:33 like goes in his belly, but then all of a sudden, like all of his veins are blue, like the hot tub in Halloween too, it should not work that fast. Yeah. I think this movie is meant to be played on like one and a half speed. I think you might have had it right. It was better. He does the dumb thing of closing a person's eyes.
Starting point is 00:50:54 He's like, oh, you're dead now. the sleepers. You'll see no evil now. You saw eight people get like, you know, disemboweled, but like, oh, come to take a moment to... Heartbreaking. Yeah. He does not go get his phone and call the the that. He just wanders out.
Starting point is 00:51:17 Yeah, yeah. He has to get out to open the gate. And I thought, I thought this was a hospital. You cannot close the gates. With just a pin. Yeah, if a gate locks with a single pin, is it even really a gate? And also, if Kane had time to chain that gate, I will lose my fucking mind. The cane has snuck into his car. Oh, he was in the car. It was the back door that was open. I rewound it twice. I did not see anything. I was like, did he slush the tires? I don't see him.
Starting point is 00:51:50 I don't see me. No, like, he's like, he gets out of the car and he goes, turns around and the back door. The the tai. the ta tai. Who I'm sure just was like, thrown. But it's on the driver's side so I thought it was the driver's door. I thought it was the driver's door. I thought he left his own door open when he went to unlock the gate. Like you might do. He's not Arnold Schwarzenegger and Commando. He doesn't sit in the back seat in the back seat and drive. I figured he had. Mine is Seth closes both of Amy's eyes, never did ask her out. My note before that is Kane standing over his dead maw with his weird doll teeth.
Starting point is 00:52:42 Weird doll teeth. He has like tiny little teeth for a giant man. Ugly gross man. Yeah. Yeah. He's like a cabbage patch dog on bad. He's the wizard. And he's actually not, because he could be like Ron DeSantis, you know, it's like,
Starting point is 00:52:57 you know, it's actually be worse. Yeah, I mean, it's a lot of the same bullshit, you know. It's like he's like one of those like libertarian dudes who's just like, you know, just hear us out, you know, it's like, you know, there's a sports illustrated interview I think where or maybe a rolling stone and be one of the two. Sports entertainment illustrated. Where he's just like, he's like no, you know, the guy I learned the most from was Daniel Brian who's like famously left eating of vegan. Fam, uh, it's. It's, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, you, you, you, you th, you th, you th, you th, you th, you th. thi, you th, you thi, you thin, like, like, like, you thu, you thu, you thu, you thu, you thu, you thu, you thu, you thu, you thu, you th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th, you just like, you just like, you just, you just, you, you, you just, you, you, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just, just like, you know, you know, just like, you know, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, you know, like, you know, like, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you th. Just, the most from was Daniel Bryan, who's like famously left-eating a vegan, famous, it's notable that Daniel Brian is not quoted in this article. But it's like, you know, one of those things where it's like, you know, we're just all about everybody's freedoms unless you're a woman or a queer or anybody that's not a straight Christian. White dude. Yeah, exactly. So, fuck Cain. Is Jesse Ventura the only decent libertarian?
Starting point is 00:53:51 So, I mean, like, I don't know, I don't know a ton of libertarians, but Jesse Ventura kicks ass. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but like, you got Danzig, you've got Kane. Well, you know Danzig, you've got Kane. Well, you know Danzig's political opinions are bad. There's no question about that. Fortunately, Danzig has never run for public office. Oh my gosh. Can you imagine that campaign?
Starting point is 00:54:17 Yes. The base would be fantastic. Yeah. He would have, he would have so many campaign videos in front of his bookshelves. All the documented. All true. Before I answer that question, I'd just like to say, whoa! He's just like pumping the microphone on his chest. He's holding the mic out for other people to sing because he's winded. One time I saw Danzig on like, um, like a half misfits reunion t reunion tour and he stepped on, he was like singing Astra Zombies and he was like getting all pumped up and he stepped on like an amp and
Starting point is 00:54:53 the amp fell and he fell over. It was so funny he ripped his shirt because it's like fishnet. It's like extraordinarily tighten like he's an old man who's kind of fat now. It's so good. I don't know. It's amazing. It's amazing. It's like extraordinarily tighten like he's an old man, he's kind of fat now. It's so good. I don't know. It's amazing. Yeah. You guys left at the parts I wouldn't have left.
Starting point is 00:55:12 Death ride. Katie. Alan. Kirt, you got to rate this movie. Kurt, you brought this here, you give it to us. It's a 1 to 10. Yeah, I think it would be like a 3. Oh!
Starting point is 00:55:30 So generous. Canes in it, it's a 0. Okay. Yeah. Can I give it a 1 for that Catherine Isabel. Yeah. Yeah, I'm gonna take Kurt Zero, I'm gonna give it one for Catherine Isabel and minus three for Kane, which gives it a negative two. This movie is terrible. Yeah, it's real bad.
Starting point is 00:55:49 And he is terrible. And don't bother. It's so generic slasher, like there's nothing to it. Yeah. It must have just been like an obligation film for the Saskful. They're better than this. Better than this. Yeah. Yeah. Well, let's not do that again.
Starting point is 00:56:09 Kurt tell people where they can find you or enjoy or whatever you want to plug. Sure. We, all of our stuff, we have a link tree, had enjoy dash wrestling. A polite smattering of applause. That's a good, there's Emily.
Starting point is 00:57:20 That's all we really deserve is a light smattering applause. I mean, what else is there? Well, Katie, what are we going to do next week? We're going to be doing a film that I just chose right now this moment. Shit! I did not run and pass out. We're going to do Childs Play 3. It's trash. Buckle up.
Starting point is 00:57:39 I think it takes place at military camp, I think there's a scarecrow, I don't know. Oh my lord, okay? You're welcome. Kurt, thank you very much for being a guest on this episode. Oh, thank you for having me. I had a really great time. Yeah, me too. You've been a delight the movie, not so much, but that's not your fault. You didn't do it. I did not make that movie. I did not choose it. Maybe somebody can prove me wrong on that. Have you seen Ressal Maniac with Rameisterio where he's, there's something about being skinned in it? He's like wearing someone's skin. No'm aware it's not good. It exists. There was one film in Pittsburgh with Kurt Engel like like River of Darkness or something like that? What? And you didn't bring... No, there's another one where Rob Van Dam, Shane Douglas and Matt Hardy fight a bunch of zombies. Shane Douglas also a local guy, right? Yeah, he's a Pittsburgher.
Starting point is 00:58:43 Why is Pittsburgh so wrestling heavy? Come on. I wouldn't. Everything is about Pittsburgh is wrestling. That's true. Aren't there like, like, didn't Santo the Lutador do like horror movies back in the day? Yeah, yeah, versus like vampires and stuff like that. There's a lot of Santo versus monsters kind of things? We should do one of those at some point and have you back. Oh yeah, sounds great. Oh yeah, that would be fun.
Starting point is 00:59:08 Yeah. I have to say I've been to two Enjoy shows, and they were the most fun I've had in a post-pandemic world both times. Lovely. .. Oh, I, so so so, so, they. Yeah, they.the last one. That's the problem about having so many friends. Yes, looking at you Dave and Emily. It's a, it's the only wrestling thing that I thought about going to.
Starting point is 00:59:33 I should make it out to one for sure. You should just see Fred get chokeslamed. It's so fun. Who has it wanted to choke slam Fred? Everyone wants to choke to to to to to cha to cha to cha to choke. to choke. to choke. to choke. to choke. to chok. to to to to to be. to be. to to to be. to be. to be. to be. to be. to be. to be. to to to be. to to to to to toa. toa. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to be. the the the the their. their. their. their. th. th. th. the. the. the. the. tho. the the thoooooooooooooooooooo. the the. too. too. too. too wants to do it. But we strive for, you know, it's like, it's a conscious decision to not book shit bags. Yeah, which works really well for our locker room and it works really well for our fan base. Yeah. We always have an announcement before the show to not say anything racist or homophobic, any of that stuff. So yeah, we try to keep it friendly.
Starting point is 01:00:11 Yeah, it's really use for everyone. It's called Enjoy Wrestling. I'm gonna not. Who's gonna have a bad time there? No, you're not. It's a command and an awesome title.
