Starting point is 00:00:00 Let it be known. Yes. That Alan did not give me the option to make a car chase sound. So I didn't. I was trying to remember all the sounds. I was trying to remember all the sounds that I put in there and I couldn't. Car chase didn't come to me. Then he was like,
Starting point is 00:00:14 Oh, you can do it now. And I was like, noto remember all the sounds that I put in there and I couldn't, Car Chase didn't come to me. Then he was like, oh you can do it now and I was like, no, it's too late. I hope you guys liked it. I'm sure they did. Because this is our action movie podcast. Whee-woo! Starting point is 00:00:47 Well, it was good the first time. Yeah, it was, it was really good. What do you want to talk about this month? Let's talk about something that happened in my favorite year. The year of my birth. That's one of the about it all the goddamn time. Fond memories. Do you know how many fucking classic movies came out this year? Tell me. Karate Kid? Love it. Never ending story? Fucking love it. Chud? Chud? Chud? Chud? Chud? Chud. Chud. Chud. movie. The Last Star Fighter, which I'm sure you've never seen.
Starting point is 00:01:25 Never. David Lynch's Dune came out that year. Have not. Gremlins. Oh, you know that one. That's a great one. Fire starter. Love that movie.
Starting point is 00:01:34 I think. Yeah, you should probably try it some try. Red Dawn, a Nightmare in Elm Street, in 1984, Buckaroo Bonsai, Children of the Corn. Oh God, what a failure. Which leads us into this movie. How so? Because Linda Hamilton is also the star of Children of the Corn. Is she?
Starting point is 00:01:58 She's the lady. With a doctor husband? Uh-huh. I don't remember that. Yeah. So this movie came out in 1984, obviously the year of my birth, right, as aforementioned. Right. Right. Right. The second movie came out in like 91. Right, right. Right. Right. Right. People born in 91 are in their... Late 20s. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So I was like 7 when that movie came out. the the the the they the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the year year. the the the the year. the the year. the the year. the year. People born in. People born in. People born in. their. their. the Yeah. Oh damn. Yeah. So I was like seven when that movie came out.
Starting point is 00:02:28 So Terminator 2 is like my cultural touchstone for this. And I always thought Linda Hamilton was just this like fucking beastly ripped lady. And then this I was like, oh you're still like a little baby child. Well that's the transformation. Yeah, I mean that movie T2 as we lovingly call it. Do we? Yeah. Oh yeah, all the marketing was T2. Terminator 2, T2, T2, and I think it was the first one to do that. Wait, T2 Judgment Day.
Starting point is 00:02:52 That's the one. All right. Not judgment night. Yeah, or demon night. Or night of the demon? Or demons. Just demons. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I forgot. That movie T2 was huge. It was like, I think it grossed like 500 million dollars. And like it was just the biggest thing. I think it was the biggest movie that year. It was everywhere. It was everywhere. It was everywhere. It was everywhere. Gons and roses had a music video that involved T2. Yeah. Because they were also the biggest thing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It was. It was. It was. It was. It was. It was. It was. It was. It was. It was. It was the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the ti. ti. te. te. te. te. te. te. te. te. the the the the the the the the the the the the the that year. It was everywhere. It was everywhere. Guns and Roses had a music video that involved T2 because they were also the biggest thing on earth. Yes, 1991 was a great year for them. Uh-huh. Mm-hmm. So I guess I just, there were so much that actually surprised me in this movie. Sure. It's very, have you seen have you seen T2? I've never seen a after, this is all the Terminator I've. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. th. the th. th. the th. the th. the the the the thi. th. th. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. Yes. Okay. I'm happy. No, you know what just post it with no caption? Just put it up there and walk away. Let it on fire. Yeah. Oh, you you. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You th. You th. You th. You th. You th. You th. You th. Light it on fire.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Oh wait, you gave me the password now, I can do it. Exactly. Yeah. So yeah, 1984, huge year. The Terminator is a much different film than T2. Okay. T2 is a big action movie, and this is definitely a B-action movie. It's so dark.
Starting point is 00:04:23 It's so dark. Both dark. Both visually and emotionally. And very slow moving in a lot of points. Sure. Yeah, sure. For a not very long long movie. Sure. Yeah. We had a longer attention span at 10 that at a 46. Yeah. Yeah. We had a longer attention span at 10 than at 46. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So this film opens on LA in the year 2029. Yeah. It's so close. It's like, huh. It's a. that. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. th. the the th. th. th. th. to the th. the to to to to to the to the to the the to to to to to th. to to th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. the. the. the. the. to to to the. to. to. to. to. to. to. the to the the. the. the. the film opens on LA in the year 2029 and I was like, huh, really? I mean really? Like why, that's the thing I don't get about these movies? Why didn't they put this into the far-flung future? Because that is so fucking close. It's like don't you watch your movie to have any longevity? I mean don't you remember though like the like in 1990 the year 2000 seemed like it was the th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th thus thus thus thus thus thus thus thus thi thi thi thi thi that that was that was that was like that was like thi thi that was like thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi the the the the theeee theeeeeeeee like like like like theeeeeee like thee the the the the thi't you remember though like the like in 1990 the year 2000 seemed like it was the furthest thing away from you. I mean
Starting point is 00:05:10 I was sick so everything was the furthest thing away from me. You know? Yeah I mean I mean there's so especially like 80s movies there's so much Blade Runner has already happened. Like the the timeline for that's already gone. This movie is almost done. That's that's 20-20 isn't isn't the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the year. the year. the the year. the the the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the year. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. the the the th. the the the th. the the the the th. the the the the the the the the year. the year. the year. the year Like the timeline for that's already gone. This movie is almost done. That's 2020, isn't it, Blade Runner? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, like, not even fucking close, guys. It literally looks the same except we have computer books. Yeah, we don't have any flying cars.
Starting point is 00:05:37 There's no replicants that we know of. We don't live inside like a weird dome space station or something? God I wish. Do you? Do you? You really just like prefer to not see the sun? Let's talk about Terminator. But that is this era is of the apocalyptic future. Everything is going to be fucked 20 years in the future. Totally, but I will say that then there's like the, it's either a voiceover or a title card that says their war to defeat humanity had raged for decades. And I was like, when did it start? Because like how close to the now are these guys gonna start? Well, it starts in 91, right?
Starting point is 00:06:14 That's when the second one is the beginning of it all. Oh, is it? I think so? Okay, well the far-flung future, next week, this will happen. On sale at Target next week. But, and that's not even the weirdest choice in this moment. Oh, no, no, no. But yeah, so we start on Los Angeles in 2029 and there's big-assed robot tanks smashing everything and shooting skulls on the ground and people. It looked really like chintzy until I remembered it was literally 1984. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's fine.
Starting point is 00:06:48 They did a great job. Like any time there's a robot in the distance, you can tell it's on a movie screen being shown to them and I was like, I kind of love it. There's something very charming about it. Especially when it gets into the stop motion of the cyborg guy later. Oh yeah, yeah. I fucking love that. For sure. Especially when you see his feet, you're like, dog.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Come on. I know you can't walk. Like, it's not even a high heel situation. You just have a ball where your foot ends. There's no way. Can I tell you something? I did not know this. Cameron film, which I think makes me a bad movie person. I just didn't know. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:26 This is his, this is what put James Cameron on the map. Well, good for him. I just didn't know. Did you expect a young Bill Paxton in the beginning of this movie? No, and I was surprised. Is Bill Paxton Canadian? Those kids seemed very Canadian. I don't think so. Interesting. Did you recognize the other punk that was with him? I don't think I did. He's the alien bounty hunter from the X-Files.
Starting point is 00:07:47 Okay, then I did because I saw him, well not from that, but in like a still of the, it it was like, I'm trying to say, press photos. I was like, oh that looks like the alien from the alien from the tho-a' the the the the the thiiiiiiixxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxin, thi. I thi. I, thi. I'm, thi. I was, thi. I'm, I was, thi. Okay, I'm that's that's that's, I'm, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, I, I, thi. I, thi. I, thi. I, thi. I, I, thi. I, I, I, I, thi. I, thi. I, I's, I's, thi. Okay, I's, I's, thi. Okay, thi. Okay, thrcsoea. I'm, thi. I'm, thrcb-a. I'm, thi. Okay, thr name other than I just read it from the Wikipedia page. Yeah, I see you looking at it. But I was like I know the big-face mothfucker. Yeah, he's a big-face motherfucker too. Yeah, he always plays a bad guy. Yeah, well he has a good big face for it. Yeah, big face, bad guy. So like, then we see Arnold Arnold Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, Arnold, th, th, th, th, th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I th, I, I, I, I, I, I th, I, I, I I th, I th, I I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, you see his dunger at one point too. I was not expecting that. Yeah. So like how big is he at this point in the movie world? Because obviously he's like torn up bodybuilding and all that but. I think he had already done Conan by this point, which was a big fucking deal. I too of that movie though. Oh yeah, it's. He didn't rise to fame through pumping iron. Have you ever watched that? No. It's pretty interesting. I think he's also nude in that isn't he? There's some there's some shots yeah. My favorite part of that is that he is sitting at a table with Lou Ferigno and Lou for theirigno's dad at one point? Well I'm gonna tell them. Well I'm gonna tell them them them them they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're to to to to to to to to to to told. I. I told. I told. I told. I'm told. I'm told. I'm told. I'm told. I'm told. I'm told. I'm told. I'm told. I'm th. I'm they're they're they're they're they're told them too. I'll tell him again. I paid for it this time. It's like the night
Starting point is 00:09:05 before the competition and he says to Lou Ferigno, he's like, hey Lou, I called my mom. I told her I won. She said, congratulations. It just says it and stares at him. Has he even happened yet. Lou Ferigno so like just shocked by it. thiii thiiiiii. thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, I thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, to to to say thu, to say to say to say to say to say to say to say thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu, thu. And thu. And thu. thu. thu. toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, too, too, thu. And he's too,. And you see his dick in this movie, he's just swinging while he's walking down the street. Not so bad. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. I mean he was in play girl. Really? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I mean he was dressed as a movie punk after he steals their clothes. Yes, it's very funny but also like, there's no way that guy is his size. There's shoulders. His shoulders are gonna fit into their their their their their their their their their their their their their th th th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, thi thi thi. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th.'s very funny but also like there's no way that guy is his size. There's shoulders, his shoulders are going to fit into their jacket. But he's like that stabbing murder is very brutal. Yes. I think you could almost make the argument that this is a horror movie. For sure. Yeah. He's the unstoppable killer for yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. the I think that they'rethat there are strong arguments for him being. He's Jaws or Michael Myers or whatever. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:10:09 Then we see another but, another dude butt, dude butt city up in here. Not complaining. Is that Michael Bien? Yeah. Yeah. At certain points in this movie, I was like, is Michael being hot or am I just tired of living in a pandemic? Both?
Starting point is 00:10:27 Yeah. Maybe he's not a bad looking, dude. Certainly not. He's definitely 80s hot. Maybe that's what it is. Yeah. I think I might also just be tired of living in a pandemic. We're just like, a man.
Starting point is 00:10:38 He's on my screen. So he also finds clothing that he takes from like a person on the street, a homeless person. I do not believe for a second that that homeless man was wearing those like elastic waist karate pants. The best is when he runs away and there's obviously shit in the seat of those pants. Oh really? Yeah. And then later they're like covered in paint but when he first gets up with just like a brown shape. Gross. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:07 And he poured in the storm. I do like that thing of whenever they go back in time, there's the big electrical disturbance. And I think that's neat the way that happens. Yeah, I think so. And I also like that they're not like, they're like, yeah, to the time to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to be like, to to their to be like, to be like, their to be like, to be like, to be like, to be, to be, to be, their their their to their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their their, their, their, their their, their, their, the. thea, thea, thea, thea, thea, thea, thea, thea, thea, their, their, their, their, their,'re not like, they're like, yeah, it's time travel. Yeah, there's a lot of hand-waving over time travel on this one, yeah. I almost prefer that to try to go into it and explain to me what's happening. I think with time travel, you either have to be extremely careful and well thought out, or you just have to be like, you go in time. You just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, you just, and just, and just, and just, and just, and just, and just just just just just just just just just just, and th. You just just just just just just jump, and th. You just just, and th. You just jump, and there, and th. You just just just just just just, and there, and thu, and thu, and thu, and thu, and thu, and thu, and thu, and thu, and thu, and th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th, and th. th. th. th. th. the, the, the, the, the, thru, I thru. thru. throeau. I throeau. throeaueaueaueauea' throoea throea, I thru. I think that was the right choice. Yeah. There's so like there's like cop chases and he's stealing guns. He steals a shotgun from an unlocked cop car. I feel like this movie is also just like a scathing indictment of the LAPD. For sure. They're so fucking incompetent. They actually make everything worse. And I really think that they're saying something there. Oh for sure. Yeah Paul Winfield and Lance Henrickson are not great cops. Though I do love the running gag of Lance Henrickson trying to tell an anecdote and just
Starting point is 00:12:09 being cut off. Like, oh that reminds me of the time, shut up. Shut up! Lance Hendrickson? He doesn't have a lot to do in this movie, really. He doesn't. Yeah. This is a shame. I guess we could watch Pumpkinhead again. Oh, he's so roping. So, the first time travel man, which is Arnold Schwarzenegger, travels back in time to kill all the Sarah Connors in Los Angeles. It just seems like in the future you would know which one she was. You have time travel, but not a lot of information. Right. You don't even have a middle initial, because having that would have saved those first two Zerogonners. I just find that a tough to believe.
Starting point is 00:12:47 I guess there is photographic evidence of her. Yes, they have a photo. They know who she is. So when he opened the door and it was some like... Well he doesn't have the photo. Michael. Michael Michael Bann has a photo., what is his character's name? Reese. Reese. Kyle Reese, which is very 80s to me. For sure. There's a great on the new Kyle Canane, who's a comedian I really enjoy.
Starting point is 00:13:14 His latest album starts up with a bit about how he's on borrowed time because there's no old Kyle's. Oh, that's a good point. No one's ever going to Grandpa Kyle's house. No, it's true. Who will get there first? So yeah, he starts killing all the Saraconder, so they're like, oh, we've got a very specific serial killer. Which is actually like, okay, so I have to, to be very honest with you, I got drunk while watching this movie, so as the movie goes on, I get a little bit fuzzier. Okay. So, so the movie, so the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, as the movie, so, as the movie, so, as the movie, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, the the th. the th. th. th. th. th. the th. the thi. thi. thi. thi. the thi. the the thi. the the thi. thi. the the thi. thi. th. But also at the beginning like watching this I kept thinking like wow this would be fucking terrifying. For sure. It's a terrifying setup. For sure. And I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love that they both know what a phone book is and how to use one. It's super just like it's so spooky. Yes. It's like so. It sends the chills up your spine. But I they the the the the the the the the th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's thi thi. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. It's th. That's a really good point. I don't know what she looks like. So we meet Linda Hamilton, who is a waitress and who is Sarah Connor. That I am sure was a 1980s Burger King.
Starting point is 00:14:15 For sure. I'm sure it was filmed in a Burger King. Because I, like, when they walked in, I was like, that's the Burger King on Route 8. I just turned it into a diner, I guess. Yeah, I don't know. I think it was a Burger King, I'm telling you. Her hair? Oh my God. How do you feel about it?
Starting point is 00:14:32 You love volume. I do, I do. I mean, it looks like she could pick it off a shelf and It's a lot. Yeah. Not as much as Ginger's though. Ginger's incredible. Yes. Ginger didn't have many film roles surprisingly. No, she did like Canadian workout videos and that was it because I wanted to see what else I could see Ginger in. Not much. Ginger and what's her boyfriend, Zach or Max? I... I don't know, but he's played by an actor named Rick Rosovich, who I just kept thinking was like Rick Ross checking into a hotel. He's like, I'm Rick Ross, so bitch.
Starting point is 00:15:11 As if like Rick Ross could be mistaken for anyone else, you know? He just walks in with a jacket on and no shirt and his fucking sunglasses, he's like, I'm Rick Rossovich. And then I laughed about that to myself every time that guy was on screen. I feel like he's in a lot of movies around this time. I think he's in like Beverly Hills Cop or something. Yeah, definitely. I feel like he's in all of the same movies that Kyle Reese is in. Kyle Reese is in. Or that fan favorite, Dick Miller is in. Well, Dick Miller's in everything. It's true. It's that. It's that. It's that. It's that. It's that. It's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that. It's that. It's that. It's that. It's that. It's that. It's that. It's that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. It's that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that thi. thi. that thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. that that that that that guy that that guy that that that fan favorite Dick Miller is in. Well Dick Miller's in everything. It's true.
Starting point is 00:15:49 I think he's our most most star. He has to be. How many Joe Dante movies have we done? Several. Yeah. But I love that Dick Miller is the gun salesman who all sorts of figures buying all the guns from. It's so silly. It's so silly. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah seven-day background check. How many of these you want to take? I'll take all of them. I love when he speaks. So why would the robotmen's who are making this robot to send back in time. Why they give him an Austrian accent? I mean, wait, that's such a good question. He's just programmed, right? He's a computer. He's a computer machine. Because throughout the movie, he in person needs people flawlessly.
Starting point is 00:16:42 Yeah, you're right. What did we just do where the bad guy could do that? We just covered that. There's like a cop and a car and he... Oh, leprosome. Oh man, lepricon totally stole this. Everything a lepricon is stolen, except for the shoe thing. And you'll be living in a hole. I don't get me gold. I'll take them all. I just, when I said when he talks he sounds so dumb, I don't mean to sound xenophobic. I mean he's a dumb man.
Starting point is 00:17:15 Okay, I just want to be very clear. Although now he's like the darling of the left because he's just yelling at everyone to put masks on calling Trump an asshole. I mean yeah but never forget who he was. He was the guffinator. Yeah. On the Conan DVD I have they he's like the commentary is Arnold Schwarzenegger and the director and every time there's a woman on the screen he's like, uh she was very nice and it's like Arnold stop! Stop being such a dick! Is he in Red Sonia? Does he show up as Conan in Red Sonia? I think he's in Red Sonia. He must be for a minute, yeah. I love that movie. I love that movie. Joanne Watley. Never mind. It doesn't matter. And I love the first two Conan movies, like, they're just so ridiculous. So he's going around killing her. It's very unsubtle with the score that they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're. I I I I I they're they're they're they're. I they're they're they're they're they're like. I they're like. I they're like like like. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I the. I th. I the. I the. I the. I they're like like like like they're they're they're they're they're movies like they're just so ridiculous. So he's going around killing at her. It's very unsubtle with the score that they're like bapa bapa bapa
Starting point is 00:18:10 and you're like okay he's a bad guy gotcha. I also feel like they need they owe John Carpenter some money just a little bit of scratch. Just some change some pocket change. There's a lot of hot wiring in this you think you can hot wire a car? I the car? I the the the the the the their? I I I th? I th? I th? I th? I th? I th? I th? I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th th th th th th th th. It's very very th. It's very th. It's very very their their their their their their. It's very very their. It's very their. It's their. It's their. It's their. It's their. It's their. It's their. It their. It their. It their. It th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th change. There's a lot of hot wiring in this. You think you can hot wire a car? I want to know no percent not. No, no. I wouldn't even know where to begin. Well you hit it with a butt of your gun so that the key part comes out. I don't have a gun. What do I do? You're gonna have to find a Dick Miller. I have a field hockey stick. Will that work? Yeah, Kyle Reese drives like eight different cars in this movie. Yeah, like. And we have to see him hotwire every single one of them. I get it in the future. These cars are easy to hot wire.
Starting point is 00:18:58 I don't know. But he's also not good at it because he's like this wire no, no zap. There we go. He's like this is a car from the 70s. When he hot wires that one car and then goes to sleep in it while it's running. Yes, what are you doing? And then he has the laser-pupu dream? Yes, the laser-pupu dream. This is where I have a note that says, these future scenes are really something. They get better as the movies go along because technology gets better. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:33 Yeah, yeah. Oh, as the movies go along. Yeah, yeah. None as this movie goes along. Because it ends pretty badly. But we just see all the scenes of him like, he flashes, or his dream sequence is a flashback, I guess. He's just remembering a thing that happened?
Starting point is 00:19:51 In the future. Yeah. It's a flashback to the thing. Yeah. Maybe time is a circle. I kept saying that to Rob. He was like, stop it. I can see how that would be very exasperating now that I've said it to you.
Starting point is 00:20:06 You didn't even say it in Matthew McGonay voice. No, I did then, trust me. But I just love that like the lasers show up and all the guns look like everyone's just yelling pup-pup-pue-pu over them. Yes, they, pew, pew. Peehw, I'd like to be at tech noir. It looks like a great place to hang out and drink. That club is dope. It looks like what the upstage 80s night wanted to be, but wasn't.
Starting point is 00:20:32 Oh, yeah. Oh, I see. I've heard of the upstageaer. I'd like, you moved here, oh yeah, right onto Forbes Avenue. Oh no. Yeah, it wasn't great. Oh, jeez. I feel like tech noir was the first name for cyberpunk that got scrubbed and they were like, mm-hmm, how about cyberpunk? And they were like, put this in a pocket though somewhere. It might come in handy someday.
Starting point is 00:20:56 However, a club were a Rando's gyraid for a while. I loved it. Frankly, I loved it. Just people shaking. It looked like so much fun. No one was getting gropey. Everyone was just having a nice time. Look like a good, drunk, respectful time. Just how I want to live my life. And there were many chain link fences to get through to get in there. I mean, that's how you know it's cool. Right, right.
Starting point is 00:21:18 Right. People are people are people. People people. People. People. Yeah, and then we see Ginger at home with her boyfriend making like a midnight snack, but it's like four sandwiches and like a bag of chips. Yeah, she's like, Dagwood Bumpstead. Yes, that is a hell of a snack. I don't know what that means. What did you just say? You never read the Blondie comic strip? Oh, sir.
Starting point is 00:21:39 Oh, brother. What a shaggy Scooby sandwich, but a more relevant. That would have been way more relevant, yeah. Not even really. I always think of a giant sandwich as a bumpstead. Isn't it a Dagwood? A giant sandwich is not also a comic? Yeah, well Dagwood Bumstead is his full name.
Starting point is 00:21:58 Oh, is that what you said? Yeah, yeah. Sorry. My mush mouth. my Delaware accent really came out hard. Gowhan with that Dagwood Bumstead. Blondie. That was a weird digression. This is also where we start seeing cars driving on the sidewalk, which I like a lot. They do it several times. I like it every time. You think I wouldn't, by like the third time.
Starting point is 00:22:22 The first time I ever took took took took took took took took took took took took took took took took took took took took tho tho tho-a tho-a tho tho-a tho- a third time. The first time I ever took a taxi cabin in Philadelphia, he fucking went on the sidewalk. What? And I was like, Lawless, it's Lawless! Philadelphians are so mean. You guys are just mean. Well, this would have been like 1990. That's Pete Meek. Yeah, this would have been throwing not long after they threw batteries in Santa Claus. Mean, mean, mean, mean. Oh, so th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi th, th. So th. So, th. So, th. So, th, th. So, th. That, th. That, thi. That, thi. That, thi. That's thi. That's their they. That's the they. That's like, they. That's like, they. It's like, they. It's like, they. It's like, they. Li. Li. Li. Li. Li. Li. It's like, the the the the the the the the the they. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. L. It's. L. It's. L. L. Like, I I. L. Like, I. L. L. That, I. Like, I's like, I's like, the th. I's like, th. I's like, tholololololk. I's like, th. I's like, la. I's like, lulle. I's like, lulli. That's like, the th. L Santa Claus. Mean, mean, mean. Oh, so do you brotherly breathily love? Come on. So Swartznegger kills Ginger. Yeah. And then make sure to check the answering machine or does it just go off while he's in there? I don't know because I thought would he know what an answering, like do they still have answering machines in 2029? Oh, one robot? I another robot. I mean, she's going to look at it and go, oh, fellow robot, please tell me your secrets. That makes sense. This analog tape is a robot, tell me more. What defines something as a robot anyway? Oh, there's a great philosophical
Starting point is 00:23:14 debate about that. Let's go. Well, let me pick aside at random and I will argue it until I'm dead. I choose answering machines are definitely robots. But how can they be robots if they're just... Oh, we're going! Well, define robot then. There's some debate about whether or not machine guns are robots. Why would a machine gun be a robot? They can be automated, I guess. I don't know. I know.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Should I Google it or should I just stay out of it? It's up to you. All right, I think about it later. I feel like this movie gives me the exact amount of information I want about robots. Totally. I agree with that. Is that they're going to kill you? Yeah, and they're like, they're bad. For sure. Yeah, for sure. Yeah, for sure. Like, this robot has human skin all over and how? Shh, go to sleep. Not, I was kind of offended by that. Like, the idea that like that Android that we see at the end is just covered in like skin? Like, no, there is like 46 pounds of muscle between that Android.
Starting point is 00:24:18 You know, you can't just pretend. I guess you can. Can I ask you for an answer to a question that I have? Yes, please. Please. Why do I have a note that says, oh, that's why data has a dick? Is it so that they can fool you into thinking that they're real? I don't know. Because Michael Bien goes on that whole, or I'm sorry, Kyle Reese goes on that whole rant about how they had rubber skin. We didn't believe that they're real. So then they needed a dick? Maybe, maybe that's right.
Starting point is 00:24:51 I don't know. Maybe because you saw Schwarzenegger's dick? I don't know. I was thinking a lot about Dada's dick during this movie, though. Quarantine got you think th got you th got you think th got you think think th got you think th got you thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thin the the the the the theat the the thi theat the the the the the the the the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. So the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. theeeeeeeeeeean. thean. thean. thean thean thean thean thean. thean. theeee. the. So, th might be hot, I don't know. My, why do the future robots give him an Austrian accent is like separated by five spaces from everything else? Because it's like, you make sure you ask you this question and see if she has an answer. It is, you know, it's a great question. I don't know. I don't know. Yeah. Was he created specifically for the purpose of killing Sarah Connor or was he like already an army, like a bad guy in the future that they were like, okay, you're getting this assignment?
Starting point is 00:25:36 You know? I'm assuming he was already a bad guy and they were like, beep or beep, you're going back in time. Well maybe he's just from a line of Austrian cyborgs. It's true. Yeah. Is he a cyborg? Is he an Android or are those the same thing? Um, it's tough because cyborgs are part organic material and part robot, which he is. Okay. But like not the thinking parts. Just the stinkin' parts. What? What? Wait thi. Just the fleshy bits. Like, cyborgs are usually like, I got a human brain and I got these metal arms. That's what a cyborg.
Starting point is 00:26:10 Okay. I think so. And there was a John Claude Van Damme movie called Cyborg. Maybe that would answer all these questions. I know I saw it when I was a gidder. Yeah, I'm sure. Much like all these dumb movies are. So you're in tech noir. You're enjoying the dancing. You've been chased by this robot man. You don't know he's a robot yet, just a killer. Someone's killing.
Starting point is 00:26:31 So scary, very buffed guy. Yeah. Killing all the Sarah Connors. Yeah. You've seen this other creep wearing another man's poop pants. He's been giving you the eye at the bar. Does he's he's th shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt shirt he is shirt shirt shirt he is he he is th. He's th. He's th. He's th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. tho. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. the. thi. the. th thi. th have a shirt at this point or no? I think he may have just like... he has a really like weird loose-fitting like I don't like it looks like he's soaed himself kind of thing going on which I appreciate it. It's a long trip from 2029 to 1984 he brought his like his projects with him. It's like made a scarf too. So you're in tech noir, you're chilling, you're waiting for your
Starting point is 00:27:06 buddy Ginger to show up because you've left her a detailed entry machine message like I'm a tech noir, it's at blue bitty bloop in Melrose and then you come on down, you come, I'm gonna hear right now, I'm gonna be here to about 915. So you're there, this guy's eyeing you up, Arnold Schwarzenegger comes in and start shooting the fucking, in and start shooting the fucking place up, yeah. This poopy pants guy runs up to he goes, come to me if you want to live, come with me if you want to live. You go with that guy? But he was shooting at Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's true. It's clearly if Arnold Schwarzenegger is a bad guy, he must be a good guy. It's a very binary choice here. And it'd be an enemy of my enemy and I said to him, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right. Right, right. Right, right. Right, right. Right, right. Right, right. Right, right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right, right, right, right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right. Right, right. Right, right. Right, right. Right, right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right, right. Right. Right. Right. Right, th. Right. Right. Right. Right. Right, th. Right. Right. Right. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. So neither Rob Bryant ever seen this movie and I said to him, like, what if he's John Conner's dad?
Starting point is 00:27:49 And Rob was like, that's stupid because he couldn't exist in the same timeline. Brubbubab, bra, bra, bra. And then when it turned, when they started fucking, I was like, yes! You dad duged on him? I did. Oh God, help. Did you like when Arnold Schwarzenegger's eyebrows got burned off and he looks so funny? 100% and he gets like baby bags? I loved it. I love when he is on fire and leaping at them.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Yes. I was like, ooh, he took a fire leap. Fire's walking made it a leap. Thank you verythem. Yes. I was like, ooh, he took a fire leap. Farah walking made it a leap. Thank you very much. Yeah. He looks so much like Frankenstein. Because they didn't shave off his eyebrows. They put fake eye, like brow ridges on him
Starting point is 00:28:33 that looks so Frankenstein. And they keep shooting him from like that sort of three quarters angle, where you're like, I can, I see. I see. I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see, I see. Not as he has an Austrian, but he has the Alps on his face at the same time. Seriously. Oh man, when he does the fucking, when she calls her mom from the hotel room, and he's just like, yes, honey. I'm your mom, one. I love you too, sweetheart.
Starting point is 00:29:00 Oh my god. So, at some point she goes to the police. Because she meets the psychiatrist. Did you recognize him? The psych, yes, but where do I know him from? Well, he was in the film, The Dentist. He was the IRS agent who gets his teeth drilled real badly, which I only remember because he is the voice of the Ghost Pirate LaChuck in my very favorite
Starting point is 00:29:25 all-time PC game series, the Monkey Island franchise. If you haven't played them, you should play them. They're very fun. But he's the voice of Ghost Pirate Lachak and he gets his teeth worked on by Corbynson. The dentist of film you remember is being very funny. Oh, it's not funny at all! Oh God! That was one of my big failings on this show for sure. I remember watching it being like, Alan's gonna break up with me as a friend. You didn't break up with me as a friend after the
Starting point is 00:29:59 reanimator, I feel like we're fine. That was too early on. I had to see what we were going to make of this. And he's such a fucking dickhead. He's just so absentmindedly mean. Yeah. Like... When he's showing them all the video of Kyle Reese explaining what's happening, yes. And then he stops, he goes, this fucking guy. Probably on PCP.
Starting point is 00:30:23 Which was it? deal in 1984. Was it? A lot of people on PCP. A lot of people getting dusted. Oh, PCP is Angel Dust. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. You were probably not inundated with afterschool specials about people smoking angel dusts afterschool specials. I did watch the Stevo DVD. the thipcip saved my life. No. Yeah, there's there there there there there there there there there the the thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. A lot thi. A lot a lot a lot a lot thi. I did watch the Stivo DVD, PCP Save My Life, where he goes on like a two-day PCBender. Oh no. And then when he watched the footage, he was like, well I better go clean. Oh really? Yeah, so PCP literally did save his life, but it was horrible.
Starting point is 00:30:59 I don't want to watch that. Yeah, I don't know why. There was, if I was, if I was, if I was, if I was, if I'm the f I'm the f I'm the f I was, if I'm the fi. the fi. they. they. Wow, if I'm thi. Wow, if I'm th. Wow, if I'm th. There was, if I'm not mistaken, there was a Philly, like, bunch of dudes called the Philly Dust Crew. They used to get dusted and start fights with people. They were like punk kids. That's so fucking Philadelphia. You know what I mean? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I,
Starting point is 00:31:18 so in the base of people who's who's who's who's who's who's who's who's who's who's the people who's the people who's the people who's to this who are also my age and remember the Philly Dust crew who was a few years older than I am. So are you in your 50s and have knowledge of Philadelphia? Get back to us. And the hardcore scene specifically. I may be making all of this up. It doesn't matter because that's the nice thing nobody will know because they don't know. You know. So we get when Kyle Reese is laying everything out we start
Starting point is 00:31:46 getting names like Cyberdine and Skynet and these are very like still in the zeitgeisty names. So Skynet to me just sounds like an internet service provider. For sure. I think mine, the first one I ever had was called Stargate. That's why SkyNet makes you think of it. Sure. So SkyNet is... It's the big company that makes the robots. Okay. Like cause the robot uprising. And what were they originally making the robots to do? Uh, capitalism. They were like, they were going to be like, I think they were supposed to fight wars. So they're CMU. Yes. Okay. They're, I mean, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, their, their, their, they're, they're, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their. their. their, their. They're, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, the Yes. Okay. I mean they're Google and Elon Musk and Apple and all of them. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And then the other thing you said cyberdong? Cyberdine. Cyberdong? It's what uh, it's what a. It's what a. So what a. It's what a. It's a.
Starting point is 00:32:40 Cyberdyne? Cyberdyne? It's another one of the companies that was involved in this. I have to tell you. I was like, I don't need to know this. No, but it's like SkyNet is often references like, what do they think they are, Skynet? Oh, interesting. Yeah. I think the Terminator franchise is on par with like the Matrix franchise and like, what it's real what if it comes true like discussions that people have. Is the Matrix is an action movie? We should have people vote on that one for next month to do that because I should probably see it. Oh yeah it's it's prime Keanu. I just kept asking people what red pill meant until someone explained the plot of the Matrix to me. So. There's so many points in that movie where Keada just kind of looks at the camera and goes, whoa.
Starting point is 00:33:31 I do like that. I do like the sound of that quite a bit. So these cops are just like not taking the threat of anyone killing her seriously at all. Like, I know, I understand that they think that Michael Bean is the one behind it. Now they have him in custody, so they don't need to be taking super close care of her. But like, her roommate and the roommate's boyfriend are dead. And they found the bodies and they were brutally murdered.
Starting point is 00:33:54 The cops are like, well, it could have only, it must have been the club. Right. All the other Sarah Connors that have been killed. And like there's got to be a lot of witnesses who got out of the club who can say there were two men shooting at each other. Yeah. You know? And one of them was a giant Hulk. Right. That's not Michael Bean. No. They are just like, this is why I really think this is a commentary on the LAPD. For sure. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. they. they they they they they they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. They they. They they. They they. They're. They're. They're. They're. They they. They they. They they. They they. They they. They they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they're. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the the. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the thought that was the worst the LA PD could get just you wait so who while this interrogation is going on Arnold Schwarzenegger figures out that they're at the police station comes in as like hi I need to see Sarah Connor I'm her brother they are like the cop the desk sergeant or whatever yeah not even fucking suspicious he doesn't even look up.
Starting point is 00:34:45 It doesn't, like, this woman is in protective custody right now. And someone came to see her. You should probably look at their face. Uh-huh. Made me so mad. Uh-huh. No one can, you can't see her right now. I'll be back. He does. I almost like thought it wasn't actually going to be in the movie. I don't know what.
Starting point is 00:35:07 You thought it was a look at the front of you being living in a hole. They don't get me cold. Maybe, yeah. No, it's uh, yeah, yeah. Yeah. I mean that, that for an 80s tag line is, the the into the 90s. You can say it again in the second movie? I'm sure. Okay. Oh, no, second movie is Asa Lovista, baby. Oh, gotcha. Yep, yep, yep, yep.
Starting point is 00:35:30 Oh my god, I can't wait for that. He says, I'll be back and then goes out and drives his car into the police station. He does that just to be a dick. So he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, he's like, th. thi, thi, th. th. th. th. th. to, to do that, he does that just to be a dick. Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh. So he's like, he's programmed to be a dick. Sure. Like, he's spiteful. They programmed spite into this. Okay, gotcha. Do you like how getting shot in this movie looks like you're leaping off a mini trampoline? Every time someone gets shot, they're like, they're like getting lightly catapulted. It's so funny.
Starting point is 00:36:08 Like, yeah, never mind. Sorry. So there's a shootout in the police station. They escape the police station. Reese and and Linda Hamilton. Yep. Sarah Connor. So that's when they run out to the hotel or no they
Starting point is 00:36:27 have to hide the night in a... Oh my god they're in like a cave. Yeah like an underpass or some sort of tunnelage. She's acting like its ant fucking Arctica. I know you're... It could be as cold as 40 degrees, like toughen up. She's not tough yet. She's not tough yet. I guess you're right. Yeah she's got th. She's got to to to go to go to come to come th. She's not tough yet. She's not tough yet. I guess you're right. Yeah, she's got to come back and get real ropey. So ropey. So ropey. So bop. Yeah. Yeah. I just found out. I was reading about T2 today. And I didn't realize that Linda Hamilton is a twin. Oh. She has an identical twin sister named. Leslie. thi. that's not nice. that. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. Missy, what if you named your twins Linda and Belinda? That's not nice. That's not nice at all. But Leslie was her stunt double in the T2, which I really liked.
Starting point is 00:37:14 That's awesome. So they both had to get equally buffed. So is Leslie a stunt person professionally? I do not know. I hope she wasn't just like, I'm not doing this since my sister will do them because I don't care if she breaks her neck. She does, we got the other one. We're fine. That's fine. We got two, we got Linda and Belinda. Can I read you my next note? It says, I'm really zoning out on this 2029 stuff. I hope Alan will explain it to me. I don't recall writing it. I just know that every time they show 2029, I was like,
Starting point is 00:37:48 what are you fighting for? Stop it, it's fine, just die out. It sucks. The people? Yeah. It sucks so bad. You just think, just lay down and take it. Yeah, you're fine.
Starting point is 00:37:59 Bye. So when the machines come, you're just going to roll over. No, but once it gets to the time of just living in your own poopies, I'm done. Who's living in their own? Did you see those future people? They were covered in poopies. They were pretty poopy. They were pretty poopy. Meanwhile, he comes back clean as a whistle, and then their whistle. And it works because he's like trying their their their their their their their their, their, their, their, th, th, th. th. th. th. th. thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, thi, thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. their, the their their the the. the the. the. the the. the them right off, they like harden and then crack and fall to the ground.
Starting point is 00:38:27 I'm starting a new service called Dukie Electrolysis. That is disgusting. So, this part is hilarious in retrospect, when he's like, oh, what is my son like? And Kyle Reese is like, well, he's about my height, and he has your eyes. It's like, oh really? So you two? He's like, you two?
Starting point is 00:38:51 Maybe perhaps a genetic combination of the two. Holly's my son. I mean, whoops? What? It's kind of fucked up that he comes back and he's like, I gotta fuck this bitch. Like, it's your friend's mom. Because you know that he had a picture of her that he was like covening, so he was definitely yanking the crank to that lady in poopie times. Probably in between sewing his own shirt and knitting that scarf on the way here.
Starting point is 00:39:16 And nonstop battling for existence. True, you're right about that's the thing like non-stop battling from existence and I'm just like, oh I'm out. No, you're right about that. Existence is not worth that much. You know, you're not saving anybody. I mean, I'm fully in favor of not making the robots in the first place. I'm fine with that. It's not the direction I need to go in as a human. Well, that's the direction we're going going going going going going going going going going going going going going going going going th going th going th going th going thoing thoing thoing thoing thoing, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, like tho, like, like, like, like, tho, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, go in as a human. Well, that's the direction we're going in as a society though. Oh, for sure.
Starting point is 00:39:45 Every time one of those, well, what is it, Boston Dynamics puts on another video of like a, oh, this one can flip and kick doors open. Yeah, thanks, guys, thanks. Can't wait until it's kicking open've said it a million times every time I see one of those ones that carries files in Oakland, I just want to hit it with my car as hard as I can. That's just a dumpster that had stuff in it. It's going somewhere.
Starting point is 00:40:13 It's going somewhere. It's going somewhere. I just want to hit it. I don't want those files to get there like that. I took a student workers job That's a dumpster with a destination and you want to hit it. Yes, if we start hitting the dumpsters with destination, it'll take longer for them to kick down our doors. You know what I mean? We have to slow the progress. If you hit those, they're just going to jump right to the kisths. If. If to to to to to to to to their. If, their, their, their, their, to, their, to, to, their, their, to, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, th. th. th. th. th. tom, tom, tom. tomest, tom. tom. tom. tom. tom. tomb-s, tom. tomb-s, tom. tom. tom. tom. tom. tom. tom. to the kicking the door down. You think so you you think I shouldn't start a war with the dumpsters with destination. Destination dumpsters. Destination dumpsters is my favorite choking victim record. Excuse me. That one got me. That'll be the stupidest joke I make today. Oh, God, I hope so.
Starting point is 00:41:06 So if they get to a hotel room, you know fucking's gonna have it, it's the 80s, and if you go into a hotel room and you're a man and you're a woman, you're gonna fuck. There's like a consent of crossing the threshold somehow. We've all seen Halloween 3. Oh God. Oh, Marge, Stit St St St, whatever her name is. Gloom and Houser. So, oh my god. That's so funny. Why did they fuck? It's so funny. It's so funny.
Starting point is 00:41:42 And she takes his V-card. Yeah, he's a virgin. Yeah. But like, so here's the thing. Prior to that, he leaves her there and he goes to get supplies and he comes back with stuff to make bombs. And zero Doritos. Can I look at this note? What does it say? Not even a can of prangles? It says not even a can of prangles. It says, not even a can of pringles. It said, so dude went, dude, to to to to to to the to the the to the the the thi thi th. Yeah, th. So, thi's thi's thi's thi's thi's thi's thi thii thii thi thii thi thi's thi's thi's? Not even a can of pringles. It says, not even a can of pringles. It said, so dude went to the grocery store, didn't get any snacks. I would break up with him immediately.
Starting point is 00:42:12 I'm not gonna fuck a dude who doesn't bring you fucking snacks? Yeah. Like in the future, do you not have to eat? You expect to get some of this, and there's not a ho ho ho ho a ding-dog inside, buddy. Seriously. Not a smack cake to be had? Not even a can of spaghetti-o's. You couldn't have got me a shitty cosmic brownie. What are you doing, buddy? I like a cosmic brownie.
Starting point is 00:42:32 I'll just take a normal, a normal fudge. I'll just take a normal fudge. What is your deal? on top. I like that. You know what I really like is a Star Crunch. Oh yeah. Star Crunch is great. You know how to sink my teeth into a Star Crunch. I'm going to stop at the gas station on my way home. Star Crunch and a fudge round? You know, I also really like an oatmeal cream pie. Yeah, yeah. Actually I like them all. I like them all. Super cakes. Little Debbie. the cake rolls. She does it right. Oh, oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. I. I. I. Oh. I. I'm actually I lived a few blocks from a Dolly Madison outlet so it was like a zingers and oh nice yeah. You're knockoff look. Yeah the skimby scribbles of snack things. Yeah I had a skippy scribbles of life so you know. I got you I got you. Cool. You're doing great now. It's 2029. Not yet. So for a while I thought that
Starting point is 00:43:27 maybe Reese was also like a cyborg person but he's not. No, he's just a man who can go back in time and father a child that he'll meet in the future at his current age. You know his plan was to go back in time and fuck his friend's mom, right? Was that the whole plan? It didn't have to obtain. Like, that's what I don't get. Did he know that he had to make John Connor? No. So he just fucked her, because he loved her. John Connor would never tell him who his dad. Because he told him that he was his dad.
Starting point is 00:43:58 Did he know he was hit? Did John Connor know that? Connor know that... Yes, because she... at the end of the movie she's making that tape, but she's like, let me tell you about your dad. And she's driving in Mexico. Oh, oh god. Okay. And now I've got that Christopher Cross song stuck in my head with the Michael McDonald refrain. God such a long way to go to make it to the border of Mexico. Nope. Okay. Okay. So he didn't bring any snacks but he did bring pipe bomb making materials? Honestly like you had to have walked past a bag of gummy bears while you were getting that stuff. There was Rollos and the checkout line. What are you doing to me?
Starting point is 00:44:41 One hondo there were. I came across time for you, Sarah. I love you. Do you? Did you like the one of the Tiki Motel selling points with those they have adult movies? Mmm, I do like that. I have a note here it says it's in 1984. Men can't be vulnerable. Not at all. It's not illegal. No. I guess that was, oh, that was, oh, I have a lot of notes. I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th. I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I have a th. I have a th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot of a lot of a lot of a lot of a lot of a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a lot, I have a Yeah, I guess that was oh that was I have a lot of notes about their sex scene Jesus oh yeah go go go you're gonna let that future guy raw dog you aren't you Yeah I mean the rest of them are just along those lines do you think that she knew knew, pardon my vulgarity, that that was the John Connor nut when it happened? She like, that's him.
Starting point is 00:45:29 That's my baby. I don't know. I don't know. Sometimes people say they know they're pregnant right away. Mm-hmm. I suspected I was like a day later. Oh wow. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:45 She knew she was gonna have a kid, she might as well let this guy raw dogger. Why would you not name that kid, Jimmy? Why would you name it John Connor? Jimmy Connor? Anything? Anything? Anything, anything, but what that, like, future, fucking Rambo man's to be? be. John Connor. Yeah. Oh this is Rick I don't know who John Connor is. I'm sorry I can't help you. But he's going to save the world. That's what I don't get like because he goes back in time and
Starting point is 00:46:10 change his time but he doesn't actually change time because right because he even exists in the future future? Is he going to live? Or does it not actually matter? Uh, no, he'd exist in the future timeline because future self came back. Do you understand that I'm, what I'm saying? No. You can't go back in time to... Sire a human that you knew at the same, and they were an adult. But he did, so you must be able to do it. Now, that's fine.
Starting point is 00:46:48 Oh, this is the, I can't be my son's own grandpa paradox. If you say so, this is the, I have a fox, a goose, and a bag of PCP. Let's do we can do people. This is the, I have a fox, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a goose, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a to, a the to, a to I need to get them all across this lake. I have a fox and goose in a bag of PCP. Let's see who we can do people. Give the PCP to the goose, feed it to the fox, drown the fox. Everyone loses. Everyone laughs. Everyone laughs. Everyone laughs. So. Um, they fuck. There's some truck flips that happen. It's a very cool truck explosion. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's like very cool, but also they should definitely both be dead.
Starting point is 00:47:33 There's literally no reason they could have lived. I think that truck explosion is so cool. And in the second movie, they're like, we're gonna destroy so many trucks get wrecked in the second movie. That's my impression of the Terminator franchise is trucks exploding. For sure. I haven't seen the latest installment. But there is all- What is the latest installment? Uh-huh. the latest installment?
Starting point is 00:47:53 Uh-huh. No, no, I can't. How to the number? to number the right order then you know you got to look at the year? You gotta go to the Wikipedia. It's a time travel movie it doesn't matter what order you get him in. I also love it because Arnold's Wurtonakers old. Yeah. So like why'd that robot get old? Yeah, wait. Is he still in them? Yeah, holy s'lainter movies? Yeah, they're they. they. they's still, they. they. they's right back to it when he was... They made other Terminator movies with him not in them. Oh, he's not always the Terminator. Right, right.
Starting point is 00:48:30 There's other, in the second movie, there's a new Terminator. Is it Robert Patrick? It is Robert Patrick. Okay, because that's a joke I know from Wayne's world? Robert Patrick pulls over Wayne. It might be Wayne's World 2 now that I'm thinking about it. It's got to be Wayne's World 2. It's when he's going to the chapel to stop Cassandra's wedding to Christopher Walken. He gets pulled over by Robert Patrick on a motorcycle,
Starting point is 00:49:00 and Robert Patrick pulls down his sunglasses and says, have you seen this boy or something? And then Wayne just screams and drives away and I literally never got a joke because I'm an idiot. I haven't seen that movie in so long and like my memory of it just feels like a fever dream like it doesn't feel like it makes any sense whatsoever. Wayne's World two is definitely a fever dream. Yeah, Wayne Stock. Yeah, Wainstock. That's right else Coopers in that one right. Yes. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. the the the the the the the to. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the movie. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the movie. W. Wayne. W. W. W. W. W. W. W. W. W. W. W. the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. the the the the the too. the tri. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. the the Cooper's in that one, right? Yes, he's a starring role. Yeah, we're not worthy. Well, he's in the first one. No, maybe it's not Alice Cooper in the second movie. Is it Aerosmith in the second one?
Starting point is 00:49:33 Aerosmith is in the second movie. Yep, yep, yep, yep. They, neither of think they've killed Arnold Schwarzenegger, oh we forgot to mention at one point Arnold Schwarzenegger takes something to the eye, and it's like to do surgery on his own eye and there's these great special effects of him staring in the mirror like ripping his own eye out. I loved it. And it's like such a puppet head head that's doing it, I love it so much. It's like the skin is just not right and you don't care because it's so fun. His head proportions are all wrong, it's great.
Starting point is 00:50:08 And they were like, nailed it. Yeah. I also like when he takes that exact knife and cuts out, it cuts into his arm too, I thought that was very gruesome and very fun. Yeah, and he's all just like pistoons and pizf, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, just have a note that says, ha ha ha, ha, ha, ha, I love this dumb thing. I don't know why this is bringing me so much happiness, but it is. Can I read you my worst note? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:40 When Kyle dies? Yeah. I just have the note that says, more like dial. Oh God! What is it wrong with you? So they go into this factory and Kyle turns on, I guess it's a smashing factory? Is it a smashing factory? Yeah, like what truly what is being made there? Sheet metal? They have to flatten sheet metal? I don't know what it's it's just all presses. I also think that Childs Play 2 totally stole this. I do, I really do.
Starting point is 00:51:12 Yeah. Well in the second one they melt him at the end of it too. That's what I'm saying. Oh, the second Terminator they melted him? Yeah. See, Childs Play 2? Oh, maybe child's play. the the the child's. the child's. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. th. have been between them, so maybe it stole then from Childs Play. Maybe James Cameron directed Childs Play too. Oh, maybe he is the Childs Play. Maybe. The world's most perfect film, Child Ply too. So I just love that all the machines are there for smashing. They're just all smashing machines. Yeah, just to make it smaller. I also love that Cowries just just runs in and turns them all on.
Starting point is 00:51:47 Gotta turn all these machines. Why? Why does he do that? He's a man who knows about things. But the machines are also the bad guys if I'm to believe his story. Yeah, those are the robots. The machines are fine. So he throws the last pipe bomb, Kiblii blows up the terminator. Not powerful.
Starting point is 00:52:10 No, no, no, no, they're like pipe booms. Pipe boom. Pipe snaps. Yeah. Sarah falls and bustes our leg up. Kyle's dead. How does he, what kills him? The terminator?
Starting point is 00:52:23 In some way way shape or form Causes his death sounds right What of these notes that I take? I just have it rip Kyle I do have a note this is I like this carry pop up here at the end, but I don't remember what it was Oh, it's the terminator right because he pops up and he's like just from the he's ripped apart from the waist down so he just the waist up dragging himself. Okay. the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. he's he's th. he's he's th. th. th. he's he's he's he's he's he's th. he's th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. he. he. he. he. he. that's he he he he he he he he that's he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he's the. right? Because he pops up and he's like just from the, he's ripped apart from the waist down, so he's just the waist up, dragging himself. Oh, they're right, that's how he gets Kyle. I don't know, fuck it.
Starting point is 00:52:52 I thought Kyle was already dead at that point. Oh, yeah, maybe, maybe you're right. Who cares? Look. So he's like ripped in half and he's chasing Sarah Connor now. And so she wiggles through one of the smashing machines, gets to the far side of the smashing machine, and then smashes him. And he's also full robot. No more skin at all left on him.
Starting point is 00:53:13 And I'm sorry, but the stop motion animation is so much fucking fun. Yeah, it's really great. Yeah. It's really great when they're just like, whatever, the animatronic when they're just like face to face with them, it looks really cool. I love it. I also just like the idea that you're just like, oh but it's got to be like a full skull where we're making the robot. It's going to be like a full skull. Of course it's going to be a full skull. What the fuck? the the fuck. It's so cute. And she smashes and she th. And she th. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she. And she has. And she has. And she has. And she has. And she has. And she has like. And she has like. And she has like. And she has like. And she sma. And she sma. And she sma. And she sma. And she sma. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she smashes. And she has like. And she has like some great line. Oh, fuck, what does she do? Oh, you're terminated, fucker. Yeah, that's pretty good. She's plucky, though.
Starting point is 00:53:52 And the cop show up. Yeah, finally. The end. Yeah, that's right. Well, she goes to the, uh, the gas station where they have the tacate hanging pinnata, the tacate cans, which I absolutely want at my next birthday party. Are they just filled with tacate?
Starting point is 00:54:07 Oh, just put a keg in it, someone hits it with a stick and their arms are like, bull. Just, you hit it with a stick and like, the tap just falls out and you're like, yay! Or you hang it from a tree branch and the tree branch just snaps. The beer is shaken past being had. That will be help. So she's talking to Unborn baby. She's very visibly pregnant wearing a cute little maternity overall. She looks like a fucking button. And she's saying how, though she didn't know his father very well, they lived they loved a lifetime. And I was like did you? You stole like five cars and caused some explosions like what are
Starting point is 00:54:50 you talking about? You did not love a lifetime's worth in a few hours. I just don't think so. She just giving her son this fucked up idea what love is? Yeah! You cannot call a one-night stand loving a lifetime in a few hours. You just cannot. Sarah. So she gets her picture taken by this little kid that's like, hey, this is a great picture. Unfortunately, I have to charge you $5 for it. It's pretty funny. Which was adorable.
Starting point is 00:55:20 And she's like, I'll give you four. And it's the picture that Kyle had been jerking it to. How did he get it, though? Because she gave it to John, and then John gave it to him. And be like, jerked to this, because you're going to fuck my mom later to make me. Weird to give your son a polaroid that he gives to his friend, and then later impregnates you with the. Do you think at some point he was like, you know, Bobby's kind of cooler than Kyle is. Maybe I'll send him back in time to make me. Yeah, but that's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:55:52 Does it affect John Connor in the future that this has happened? Or does he just continue on? You know what I mean? No, because he mentions at some point that, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the, the, the, the, the, the the the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the the, the, the, the the, the to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to that mean? So one of the theories of time travel is that every time you move in time, you enter a new timeline. You leave the timeline that you're in currently? Every second is a new timeline? Every second is a new timeline? No, like if I was to gothat I have about time travel. Honestly I'm glad you gave me as much
Starting point is 00:56:27 as he had. Thank you for allowing me to squeeze it out of you. It is such just an empty tube of toothpaste now. It's such a like headfuck for me to try and figure that out. Yeah I think time travel. the time travel. thau. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. time. the. the time time time time time time time time time time time time. the time. the time. the time. the time. time. time. time. the time. time. the time. the time. the time. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. I. I. the. the. that reason. Sure. But that's why I love the like, yeah, we travel back in time. Anyway, so shoot him up, we're gonna blow stuff up now, okay? But it is weird that he fathers the child, that's all I'm saying. 100%. Anyway, it was really fucking fun. Yeah. Terminator. I like was not in a great mood before I started watching it. I was like, I don't want to fucking watch Terminator. And then by by by by by the end the end the end the end the end the end the end the end the end the end the end the end the end the end. I I I the end. I the end. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I was like, I was like, I was like, I th. I was like, I was like, I was like, I was like, I was like, I was like, I that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that th. I, I, I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm that that that that that. I was weird, I was that that that that. I was weird, I was weird, I was like, I was like, I love Derminator. I love it. It was really fun. I feel like almost if this movie had not come out in your birth year in that beautiful year that birthed so many fantastic things. Thank you, thank you. Not for my parents, but for you.
Starting point is 00:57:16 You being my favorite thing, birth that year, but so many movies that are like fundamentally karate kid, Kremlin's like so many movies that shaped who I am to this day. Yeah. Um, I feel like if it hadn't come out right at that specific point in time, what do you want to do? It's going to be bad. You think so? I don't, because I don't love T2 as much as I love this movie. Really? Yeah, I think T2 is just too overblown and ridiculous. They've just had the budget. And there's a lot more comedy. Oh, is there?
Starting point is 00:57:45 There's jokes. See, I like that there was like almost zero jokes in this. Yeah. So because there's a new Terminator in that movie, Arnold Schwarzenegger is the good Terminator. That's what Rob was t now he's the helpful terminator. But he's still Austrian and then reprogramming. They didn't have time to take that out.
Starting point is 00:58:10 It's me, Detective John Kimball. It's me Dutch. Famous American military man. In a running man, I think it seems like Ben Anderson. No it fucking isn't. Oh man, we should do the last action hero at some point too. Is that a Brad Renfro film? I do not know who that is.
Starting point is 00:58:35 Might be. It's, it's Schwarzenegger and like, it's the, the conceit is a like, he comes out of an action movie. or a kid goes into an action movie I was a kid when this came out. Yeah, yeah, my childhood. Yeah, and it's totally OTT, but it's really fun I just want to see it is not bread run from okay So yeah, that's uh, that's uh, that's uh, the Terminator. I'm another another action movie under my belt another one that you loved I liked this so much more than die hard. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, th, th, thi, this this is this is this is this is this this this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi's thi's thi's thi's thi's thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi'sthis so much more than Die Hard though. Oh nice. Yeah, this is more. I think this is the wheelhouse I want to be in. So you want dumber and more explosions. How dare you? This movie is definitely dumber than diehard. Is it? Tie hard's real dumb, but like this. Maybe it's not. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it's too judgment. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the. too it's not. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm being too judgmental. This does have movie punks, which sends it over the top.
Starting point is 00:59:29 Now I'm not sure. Oh no, this is... They're both very dumb. They're both very dumb, for sure. Maybe we don't need to rank them. We should put these on a extremely biased saying it's dumb. It's not dumb. It's just fun. Yeah. But I think somewhat dumb. I think I think especially because he's his own grandpa. I think like that um that... Wait, who's his own grandpa? I'm just from being facetious. But he kind of, wait. He's not his own grandpa. He's just his friend's dad. But also his friend peer. That doesn't make sense to me, but all right.
Starting point is 01:00:06 But that's why John Connor couldn't tell him that he's his dad. Yeah, I get it. But what if we did? Like, what difference would it make? You just have to go back and fuck my mom? But then it would be all weird because he'd be like, I have to fuck you. But what if he hadn't feel like it. What if she wasn't obulating? What if he came into tech newa I was like, come with me if you want to live and fuck? Yeah, and she was like, I'll just die. I guess I'll take my chances. You weird
Starting point is 01:00:37 to have it with the poopie pants? Also, like, if you were sent back to protect her, wouldn't you have like a little bit of ethical dilemma about also the the their their th.... th. th. th. th. I th. I th. I th. I to to to to th. I to thi to th. I to to to thi, I to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to be to be to be to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to their, I, I, I, their, I was, I was, their, I was like, their, their te. te. te. teu. teu. te. teu. te. te. te. te. te. te. I was like, to ethical dilemma about also fucking her? No, because you love her. All right, fine. You love her so much. All right, fine. Oh, right, fine. I'm from the future and I love you. You know what? That would work, too.
Starting point is 01:00:54 But I do, I feel like Die Hard and Terminator are definitely two like templates of this genre. So I'm glad we knocked these out early. Excellent pick y'all. Thanks guys. We'll put up another four for you to pick from for next month. Yeah. Are we going to use some of the same ones or just totally new? I mean, I think I'm with their point break in there again for its popularity. Let people rally behind that again if they want to. I think we'll put in the Matrix. Oh, didn't, okay. thx. the thia. thia. thia. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, thi. Yeah, the. Yeah, thi. Yeah, yeah. Did I, was there something else I said? Maybe we should do all Keanu movies. So we can do point break, matrix, speed, and... A John Wick? Ad John Wick? I'll put in ad John Wick and they can, if they say yes, then you get to decide. I mean, in our way of doing things, we have to do like two first, right? How many are there? Yeah, they have to do two first. How many are there? There's three right now. Yeah, the way you have to do two first, absolutely. To have it make zero sense. That's it. Thanks guys, you're the best. Yeah, thanks so much for being a patron, a patron. Patron even. Yeah, you are seriously the best.
Starting point is 01:01:57 We are totally humbled by it. Thanks, guys. Thank you. What do we say at the end of this one? Puh! Puh! That's kind of better, wasn't that? Pee-pup-pew. Pee-poo. I gotta go into bag and time and make my friend. Hey, I'll be back. Next month. We're all fired. I hate myself. Bye! the
