Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello everybody and welcome back to another episode of When Reality Hits. I'm going to do a little solo episode and I'm getting ready to get in the glam chair. So I'm going to ask my longtime glam team, Bradley Leak and Ana East, a couple little quick questions just about like favorite items and stuff like that. But before we get into that, we'll just do like a little recap of what's been going on lately because I've had guests on the past couple episodes that I haven't really got to talk about much that's been going on.
Starting point is 00:00:46 Hopefully a lot of you guys saw that the new reality TV show that I'm going to be on with Amazon Prime was finally announced. It was amazing and so much fun to film. I cannot wait for you guys to see it. I don't have a date just yet, but I'm just glad that it's announced.
Starting point is 00:01:04 We went to the Dominican Republic and filmed there, and it was like a wellness retreat. with me and a bunch of other reality TV personalities. All women, so much fun. We learned so much about ourselves. We laughed. We cried.
Starting point is 00:01:20 We loved. It was amazing to hear everybody else's stories and really get to know people who, you know, deal with a lot of the same things from being on reality TV, but also have very different backgrounds and very different stories. So I already know the show was going to be awesome. It was a blast to film. I cannot wait for you guys to see it. I'm definitely going to have some of my castmates on whenever this starts airing.
Starting point is 00:01:43 I met so many amazing friends. Christine Quinn, I friggin love you, girl. She is Netflix selling sunset, and I know she had like a villain role, I guess, but she was just the nicest person, and she really helped me through a lot of stuff that happens on the show that you guys will see. But I loved so many other women there. Ken Zulziak, I mean, I could go on and on and on. They were so amazing.
Starting point is 00:02:08 Joseph's, the Marge. I mean, I just, it was just such a fun time. There was people from the Bachelorette, Jen Tran, and Caitlin Bristow. There was Kenya from Housewives, Tamar Braxton, the Chris Lee's Savannah and Julie. It was crazy and awesome to get to hear their side of the story and just getting to know so many of these people up close and personal that And really the only person that I had met from the entire cast was Kim Zolziak before. So it was very interesting. There was a lot of different personalities in one house. But this is going to be such a good show.
Starting point is 00:02:50 Again, it was such a blast to film. I talked about it before, but I don't know if you guys remember where I talked about how I tore my rotator cuff. Well, that actually happens while I was filming this TV show. So you're going to be able to see what happened. but after getting multiple, you know, doctor visits and stuff, I actually didn't tear my rotator cuff. I fractured my hemoral head, which is like the ball, like the little joint, basically at the same place as your as your rotator cuff, but it's on, it's the bone.
Starting point is 00:03:23 So I actually fractured that and they couldn't see that because I had to go to hospital in the Dominican Republic and they didn't have MRI machines. So we just thought it was my rotator cuff. crazy. I was in a sling for a very long time. I'm finally, I mean, this has been weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks. And I'm finally just getting approved to be able to start working out again. So I haven't really been able to use my right arm that much. I had to wear a sling for like six weeks. And I would take it off and put it back on and be just really careful with it. But now getting back into the gym, I'm really on this like health journey. I'm losing weight. I am feeling great. My Mommy Makeover was just so motivating for me and really has helped me just kickstart just this
Starting point is 00:04:07 healthy journey of, you know, eating healthier, working out and doing all those things. But I know a lot of people saw on this past week's episode, me getting to see my results for the Mommy Makeover for the first time. And it was just such an amazing moment for me. And that means so much. And I've had so many amazing comments and just people texting me being like, oh, my God, I cried whenever you saw yourself for the first time. time that was just such a huge moment for me and i don't know if people will ever really understand
Starting point is 00:04:35 what that feels like to do something for yourself for a change and something that i had wanted to do for so long after everything that i had been through and you know lost a lot of my confidence and i was just you know taking taking my body back and it's been a long healing journey for me and that was just something that i finally did for myself and i'm so happy i did it like especially now all the swelling is pretty much gone i feel amazing i'm losing weight i just feel so confident and I just love that I'm getting that back and I'm taking my body back and my confidence back and just feeling very strong and very happy right now. I've done a lot of healing and just it's just been a journey, a lot of ups and downs, but I always try to stay positive.
Starting point is 00:05:19 I don't try to live in the negative and things still happen to me every single day that I have to deal with without going into detail about that. That are very hard. And it's it's just constant drama from someone that's in my life and that that makes things extremely hard and extremely difficult. But I'm just trying to move past that. I have moved on. I am just trying to be stronger and happier. I don't even want to like go into talking about what I went through in my past relationship or anything like that anymore because I'm just so moved on. And I'm not going to let other people who want to bring me down, bring me down anymore. So boundaries are set. I of just moving forward, of moving on, and I'm so happy.
Starting point is 00:06:04 So everything feels great. I appreciate all the love and support from the Mommy Makeover episode. And you can go back and listen to other episodes where I went into detail and talked about my Mommy Makeover in full because I did one like back whatever I actually got it done, sitting in the bed, still healing, stealing so much pain. And you can hear like how I talked about it and the different things that happened for that. But yeah, it was amazing. and I'm going to answer some of your questions about that here again soon.
Starting point is 00:06:33 But thanks for all the love and support. And I feel so good. I feel amazing. It was the best decision that I ever made. And yes, my boobs are a lot smaller. A lot. Remember, they're still swollen for a long time. But I'm very happy with the results and seeing my stomach like that.
Starting point is 00:06:48 And just taking my power back feels amazing. So, yeah, just had to shout that out really fast. And, of course, like I was saying, I get to start working out again too. So get ready. Revenge body is coming, coming, coming. I just got back from Kentucky. Me and Cruz, we went to Kentucky to spend a week with my family, which was so amazing and so fun.
Starting point is 00:07:13 My nephew, Luke, graduated high school. Shout out Luke. Congratulations. So that was a lot of fun. I will never miss. I have two nephews and a niece. Actually, two nieces because I have a brand new niece. I was just born on Mother's Day.
Starting point is 00:07:28 So I always want to make it to their big things. Birthdays, if I can, but definitely graduations and, you know, big moments like that. So congratulations Luke on graduating high school. And congratulations to my brother Blake and sister-in-law Kristen for the beautiful baby Ruby. She's so sweet. It's so cute. And I just love her. And I can't wait to come back and see her in July.
Starting point is 00:07:53 I'm so excited for you guys. And my brother and sister, Kristen, are going to be the best parent. ever. So they are amazing people and I'm just so happy for them. So I love you guys. But being home in Kentucky was awesome. I always stay at the farm at my mom's house whenever I go there. So that was a lot of fun. And for some reason, for the first time in 12 years, one of the nights, me and my sister were trying to help put the horses away. So we have four horses, one Tennessee Walker and three many horses. We did have five horses, but one of them sadly passed away recently.
Starting point is 00:08:33 I don't even want to get into it. It's just so heartbreaking, but her name was Halo. She was actually Cruz's horse. My mom, all the many horses, she says in quotations, belong to the grandkids. So, Halo was the newest baby. She was born a couple weeks after Cruz was, and she passed away. It was so sad. Natural causes. Nothing, you know, happened, but still, it's just so sad. My mom was heartbroken over that, of course. So I love you, mom. But for the first time in like 12 years, we could not get the horses in there.
Starting point is 00:09:07 So it had been raining every day whenever I was in Kentucky this time. And the horses would not go into their stables. So me and my sister were just chasing them around. It was mud everywhere. We're slipping. We're falling. And they just would not listen to us. We tried every single thing that we possibly could.
Starting point is 00:09:24 And I have never laughed so hard with my mom and my son. I mean, we were cracking up. We eventually got them in there. Everything's fine. Something must have spooked them or something. But it was just hilarious. Those are the moments that I wish got caught on camera for a reality TV show. Like those hilarious moments, those real, just raw moments where you can't control the outcome.
Starting point is 00:09:48 And it's just hilarious. But being out in the farm and waking it up every morning to the beautiful land. And even though it was raining every day, was just so fun and being with my sister a lot and my, you know, my brothers and my little niece Presley and my niece is, or my nephew's, Braden Luke, and just the whole family. And we had a graduation party and Cruz was just so social and so happy. And everyone hadn't seen Cruz, you know, since Christmas time. So it was their first time seeing him since then. And at Christmas, I'm not going to lie, Cruz was in a little bit of a funk. He was going through this phase
Starting point is 00:10:27 where he did not want to put clothes on, which I know a lot of kids go through that phase, whether they're on the spectrum or not. But Cruz did not want to put clothes on. I was struggling. I was crying sometimes just trying to get places. You know, I think of all these cute outfits. None of that was happening.
Starting point is 00:10:42 Like, pictures with Santa. I had to put, I had to wear, I had to put him in pajamas because he was not about to put the outfit on that I wanted. It was just a time. But now he, you know, his, well, obviously with his sensory needs and stuff, sometimes he didn't want to wear certain things, He is moving mountains with that. Like, he is great with haircuts now.
Starting point is 00:11:02 Let me put hair product in his hair and fixing it. He's great at, like, brushing his teeth. He's great at wearing, like, helmets for whatever he uses his little scooter and stuff like that. He's putting on all of his clothes and, you know, doing it himself. And it's just night and day, even just from Christmas, how much he is blossoming. And just the fact that he's being so social, he was going up to all of my family members, hugging them, loving on them, smiling with them, giving them high fives, pounds, just being the happiest little kid, running around, cutest thing ever. And it was just so amazing to see. And my family just
Starting point is 00:11:39 was, you know, so happy to see how happy he was and how happy I was and all the growth. And Cruz is just really blossoming right now. And it is just amazing to see. I mean, the kid is a genius and just so happy. And I'm just, oh, God, I'm so proud of it. him every single day. I am in the thick of, you know, IEP plans and school and everything, because he's going to be going into kindergarten in August. And I'm not going to lie, I've left those, you know, meetings or school tours and things like that, bawling my eyes out because it just can be a lot sometimes. And you're just, gosh, you know, he's come so far. And I am so excited to see what he does in the future. And I will never put limits on him. I think even though he's not.
Starting point is 00:12:27 talking fully that he will be talking and he can, you know, be in love, he can have a job, he can go to college, he can do whatever he wants to do. I believe that he will get there and he can do it. So going to these meetings and hearing things that, you know, it just can really break a mama's heart. So I just spent a lot going on lately with that kind of stuff and dealing with the divorce and the drama from all of that. I mean, it's just been a lot of ups and downs. but man, Cruz is just blossoming. And we are just having the best time. He, as you've seen on the show even, you see him saying words a couple times, and he does
Starting point is 00:13:05 that all the time now. He can point out any kind of dinosaur that you could ever find. I literally had to look up for what some of the dinosaurs' names were, and I was like, what's a blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And he would pick it out. He knew it already. So his memory is just amazing. And I'm just so proud of him every single day.
Starting point is 00:13:26 But he is doing so good. And I'm just so proud of him. It's definitely been rough going through everything with the co-parenting and everything else. But, you know, I'm just trying to move on from that drama and just focus on my baby and me and my mental health and my peace and my safety and my boundaries. And it's really working. And me and crews both are doing amazing. So everything is good on my.
Starting point is 00:13:53 I end over here. I'm getting ready to go do a press day, me and Tom Schwartsey. So we're going to do some stuff with like E-News and different stuff here and there. So I love press days. And I'm getting ready to start glam here soon. I'd love to tell you I'm one of those women who can have three glasses of wine and still wake up glowing, but I'm not. Somewhere in my 30s, the morning after a few drinks started to hit different. That's why I started drinking Z-biotics pre-alcohol. Z-biotics pre-alcohol, probiotic drink, is the world's first genetically engineered probiotic. It was invented by Ph.G. scientists to tackle rough mornings after drinking. Here's how it works.
Starting point is 00:14:35 When you drink, alcohol gets converted into toxic byproduct in the gut. It's a build-up of this byproduct, not dehydration, that's to blame for rough days after drinking. Pre-alcohol produces an enzyme to break this byproduct down. Just remember to make pre-alcohol your first drink of the night. Drink responsibly and you'll feel your best tomorrow. Look, I won't lie. I was a bit on the fence about pre-alcohol initially, but then while hanging out with my girls over at the Belmont, I gave it a shot.
Starting point is 00:15:07 And believe me, it's the real deal. Between weddings, the U.S. Open and the first real lake weekend of the year, June barely leaves a Saturday open. Don't let a rough morning after cost you your Sunday. Drink pre-alcohol to stay ahead of it and make the most out of every weekend this month. Starting point is 00:17:06 Together, let's give it to them. Visit edc.ca to learn more. I'll answer a couple questions really quick before I get in the glam chair. This is from Kelsey KC. why did you choose surgery instead of weight loss shot? No hate. I'm on the shot. Okay, so I chose, I'm on the weight loss shot now. I'm not going to. I do join Friday. So I'm losing weight and it's been working amazing. So I'm not against a shot by any means. But whenever it came to my surgery, there were many reasons why I chose to do the surgery. First, I had a lot of loose skin and stretch marks below my
Starting point is 00:17:46 belly that I was, you know, very uncomfortable with because of the way I was treated and talked to and everything for a long time about them. But, you know, of course, so proud of my body. But I really wanted to get rid of that. Even whenever I was on Jenny Craig and I was like skinny again and everything else, and I still had that loose skin there. So that was part of why I wanted to do that just to take my confidence back and everything else. Also, I don't know if they ever talk about it on the show or show it. I talked about it a bunch, but I had diastasy, how do you say it, diastasy recti, where your abs split and your stomach muscles split and everything like that. And it does not go back on its own. I mean, with working out and everything, like you could never get it 100% back. So not only did I have a tummy tuck and,
Starting point is 00:18:29 you know, my boobs re-done and lipo and all that stuff. I also had full abdominal reconstruction. So they literally had to, they pulled all my skin back and sewed my like abs and put my organs and everything back in the place where they were supposed to be because they never went back to normal, even all those years after having the baby. And that happens to a lot of women. And yes, I did work out a lot. Yes, I did, you know, do the Jenny Craig. I had a personal trainer. I was in really good shape and I still had that diastisic recti and I still had the loose skin. So that is why I chose that. But I, you know, I'm so happy that I did that because it's also just jump started me. on, you know, eating better and I finally get to go back into the gym again now that my arm is healed after all these months. So I just feel fabulous and it really did help me get my confidence back.
Starting point is 00:19:21 So yeah, those are a few of the many reasons why I decided to do that. This is from H.N. Bu Dre. How are your mama makeover scars and what did you use to treat them? Mine suck, L.O.L. Hello, fellow Mommy makeover girl. They're okay, actually. They're getting better and better as time goes on. You know, in the beginning, I was doing a lot of of Neosporne. I do a lot of different oils and stuff like that. I am going to go in and have the scars lasered. And I hear that you can do like microneedling and stuff like that as well. So I will be doing that as well over time. But bio oil and different stuff like that is really good for that. And I just, I'm a lotion person. Like every time I get out of a shower, I'm always going to have lotion and
Starting point is 00:20:06 everything on. So use all that stuff and just stay on top of it. Keep it. Keep it very, oiled up and hopefully they'll go away in time. I can already tell that they're starting to drastically go down. So I feel like within like a year, they're going to look amazing, especially once I start doing the microneedling and the lasering and all that stuff. This is from Steph Stabs. Thoughts on what Jesse said about you on this episode. Yeah, I can't, I mean, obviously I'm not allowed to talk too much about the Valley. But that was ridiculous. Everyone who knows me knows I don't do any of the sort. I mean, I'm going to talk about it in press. I'm going to talk about it on the reunion. I can't wait for you guys to see more of my side. But trust me, you know, apologies are
Starting point is 00:20:49 given and things will happen in the future. So just stay tuned. Keep watching because if you actually know me, I am not a shitster. I don't even talk bad about my friends. Like, I love, I'm the least person that would talk bad about my friends. So I definitely wasn't talking crap with these two men about my friends either. I mean, the worst thing I said was, oh, somebody was hiding from the cameras and not showing that they were in a fight. That's the worst thing I've ever said about anybody. Like, come on. Let's remember that. Just because people say certain things doesn't make it true. And you will see where that goes very soon. Okay. And a lot of people wrote in asking if I'm still in that relationship. And no, I am not. I've been single for almost a year now.
Starting point is 00:21:35 from that. So you'll see what happens very soon. It was very short-lived. A lot of red flags. Yes, I know. But, you know, something I needed for a moment of time that I learned from. And I was able to... You found it? She found it. Yay! All right. I'm in glam right now, and I could not find my outfit, but my wonderful Zulu just found it for me. So thank you so much. But yeah, finishing that statement, absolutely not in that relationship anymore. Still friends, I guess, but no ill will or anything like that. But, you know, you'll see.
Starting point is 00:22:17 I moved on pretty quickly. It was a short-lived thing for a long time ago, and we were friends for a long time. So whatever. Learned from it, grew from it, moved on from it. But now I am here in the glam chair with Bradley and on the east. So I want to ask just a couple questions to them. Bradley, everybody asked about my hair all the time. What is one of your favorite hair products that you use on me?
Starting point is 00:22:44 Ooh, I would have to say the color fanatic Levin from Purology, this girl gets tangly hair. And we never know what we're walking into. So the color fanatic Levin is a game changer to keep her hair healthy, long, and make it easy to brush through. Ooh, okay. I've been working with Bradley since 2017. That is why. He has been there through all of my ups and downs. They always say that nobody knows the drama and the tea like your glam team.
Starting point is 00:23:14 And that is so true. It is so true. Okay. So Anise is my makeup artist. She's been with me for a long time too since, what do we say? Since when? Since 2019. Since 2019.
Starting point is 00:23:27 So these are my people. They know all the in and out of my life. Anise, what would be one of your favorite foundations? Oh, foundations. I love a dewy, glowy look. So House Labs is what I use on you. House Labs. Okay. I feel like we, I mean, looking at her makeup bag, there's like a million and 25,000. Okay. I'm just going to go back and forth and ask some of your favorite products. Bradley, what is your favorite, like, styling tool? Ooh, favorite styling tool. Well, everyone's hair, texture and type is different. So depending on the look, but I do love my G. tool as they are tried and true, all the different sizes of curling irons, and they get the job done
Starting point is 00:24:11 for me. And my hair always stays, which is very hard to do because I feel like I've been, before I started using Bradley for like going out and all that stuff, I had only ever curled my hair with a straightener. I don't even know how to use a curling iron. So Bradley, what do you have to say about that? You know what? I have to say though, straightening or curling your hair with a flat iron takes practice done a lot of work, but for someone like Brittany with really long hair, it really does tend to last the longest. So the fact that you can do that, you're coming for my job, girl. You're doing something right. So, okay, another funny thing about Bradley, whenever he first, like, started working with me, I had not touched my hair. I don't think I'd even had, like, a trim or any color
Starting point is 00:24:58 in seven to eight years prior to that. So Bradley got to to come in with just the fresh hair, no touch, no highlight, no nothing. Do you remember that? I do. I actually remember I was only living in LA part-time, and Brittany came over to my boyfriend at the time now, husband's apartment, and I colored her hair and cut her hair in his kitchen. And, yeah, she was going through her first traumatic experience on Vanderpump Rules, and it was time for a little hair change. And like she said, I've really, I've been through it all. We've been through the things. We've been through the things. He's talking about the tuning screen. which was awful.
Starting point is 00:25:35 But, I mean, Bradley was even there at my wedding and everything. I did your hair on the night of your engagement when you went, you had no idea you were going, that that way was going to happen. And we gave me that, like, braid, remember? It's crazy. You know, a lot of people thought that I knew I was getting proposed to because I ended up wearing a white dress. But really, I just knew that we were going to a beach.
Starting point is 00:25:55 So I was trying to wear, like, a flowy dress. Yeah, we were doing beachy themed glam. You were wearing white because you were going to Malibu. Like, it had nothing to do with that. you were totally not aware of it. I know. It's crazy how stuff like that happens. I feel like that happens to a lot of people where they end up wearing white.
Starting point is 00:26:09 It's like female intuition or something. But I really had no idea. Okay, moving on to makeup on East. What would be your favorite, like, eye shadow palette? Oh, my favorite is makeup by Mario. All of his eyeshadow palettes are all different and have every color that I need for every look we do. From smoky to sparkly.
Starting point is 00:26:31 Yeah, makeup by Mario. about Mario. Okay, how would you describe what kind of look? So as I can't talk. As I had mentioned on a little bit earlier, I am in the glam chair getting ready for some press stuff with like e-news in a couple of different places. How would you describe the makeup look that you're giving me today? Today we are doing, going with the bold eye. So a little sparkle on the eye, lashes, skin is glowing, blush, and a nude lip. How do you feel whenever I come in super spray tan from a made from a fresh spray tan from the night before that I slept in so it's extremely dark and then you have to redo all of my matching with my like foundation and stuff well I love to see you tan so
Starting point is 00:27:16 if you're not tan I'm going to make you tan so it makes my job easier but I think we've learned to not go hard on the face you go a little softer and that helps a lot yeah yeah I like being tan but I definitely got a fresh spray tan last night and it is crispy she really worked overnight and normally i wouldn't sleep in by spray tan because i have white sheets but i was just so exhausted cruise and i had a big day yesterday so i had to take a shower this morning but i took a shower before i got my spray tan so don't think i'm nasty listening to this because i'm not and then you just wash your sheets and bleach them and you're good to go the next day um another thing that i do while i'm in glam is i wear these ridiculous uh whitening strips
Starting point is 00:28:02 but they are the best whitening strips in the world. They're purple, so it looks like I have no teeth. They're from his smile. And we just laugh every time I put them in, especially every time somebody new walks in the room. Cruz just walked down from, he was asleep, and he just came down from the bedroom, and he's just staring at my teeth
Starting point is 00:28:20 and trying to, like, grab them off and stuff because they are just ridiculous looking. Okay, what is your favorite lip combo? Because, speaking of teeth and how you always have to wait for me to brush and get this purple stain on my teeth. Okay, lip combo. I love a good, like, brownie nude. So Morphy has my favorite lip liners and lipstick, I would say Charlotte Tilbury, KKW,
Starting point is 00:28:47 with a little Fenty gloss bomb to top it off. That's it for me. Yeah, I love those too. Charlotte Tilbury is definitely good. Starting point is 00:31:47 Okay, Bradley, of all the glams that we have done together over the years, what would be one of your all-time favorites? Okay, I have to say that, like, during our wedding era moment, we got to do a few really beautiful bridal spreads, and I really loved the cosmopolitan one that we did where you were in those amazing dresses with like the clean bun and like the... We had fun with that.
Starting point is 00:32:10 That was a fun moment for sure. Yeah, that cosmopolitan, and remember we did that glamour shoot where my... I had to go to emergency... Oh, my God. The emergency dental and get a root canal the night before, and my face was still swollen,
Starting point is 00:32:25 and I had this huge shoot with glamour the next day. But the pictures ended up still looking. good and I did watch What Happens Live, but they showed those pictures a lot to be like then and now. And I'm like, you guys, my face was even swollen from a freaking root canal from the night before emergency, like in the middle of the night. I had to take a morning flight. And that was a wild experience. Another one of my favorite glimpse that we did is, remember we did watch What Happens Live and I wore that yellow long dress and we had like little flowers in your hair. We had like the flower clips in my hair. That was one of my favorite.
Starting point is 00:32:59 That was girly and fun for sure. I liked that one. Yeah, that was so good. Okay, Honest, what would be one of your favorite looks that we've done over the years? We've done so many. One that stands out is one of your birthdays. I don't know if you remember you're wearing the blue top. We went like really glam. Like we usually try to like, we keep it soft.
Starting point is 00:33:19 We went super glam, contour. The whole, the eye was like sparkling. And we always reference back to that picture. Like, let's do the birthday glum. Do you know why we went so hard on that glam? Bradley did my hair for that glam as well. It was because it was the day after I left Jackson and I moved into the Airbnb. So we all did my glam and all the girls came over because I left on January 24th, January 25th was my birthday.
Starting point is 00:33:46 And I was like, we are going to be super glam. And everybody was at that new Airbnb. So dang, we have really been through some wild times together. Is there any other makeup products that are your absolute favorite that you think people should? Because I get questioned a lot. Like, what are my favorite foundations? What are my favorite? This, that is there anything else that you would tell people to try out?
Starting point is 00:34:09 I would say one size melting spray is a must for everybody. It sets your makeup and melts, literally melts a powder into your face. So it gives you that glow and keeps the makeup intact all day. Yeah, I like that as well. What is one makeup trend that you think people should stop doing? Oh. I'm not big on a dark lip with a heavy eye. I'm all about like the balance.
Starting point is 00:34:39 You're either going to do a light eye, dark lip, or, you know. Yeah. Yeah, I get what you're saying. I agree. Because it could be way too much unless you're doing like a theme, costumey thing. You know, you did my Halloween makeup as well as this. this year. Like, yeah, that was awesome. Bradley, same question for you. What is like a hair, you know, some kind of hairdo or hairstyle that you think is done? Oh, that's done.
Starting point is 00:35:08 A hairstyle that I think is done is maybe anything that's over, too like overly styled, obviously depending on the look, but I think we're really leaning into these more like wearable, effortless styles, you know, a bombshell blowout that you can rock for a few days afterwards, an undone texture, or even like heatless styles where you're like braiding your hair at night and taking it out and having those super effortless undone texture. Just hair health is always number one. And I think over processing and over styling is out for 2026. What would be one of your favorite like hair health, how would I even word that?
Starting point is 00:35:42 Like hair health like sprays or something that you would do to protect your hair? Okay. Well, Redkin has a new amazing. It's called Bandage Balm and it's really great for like applying on the go. You can almost think of it like a chapstick sort of for your hair. So it's going to help to like seal those ends, but it doesn't leave like a producty feel. Also, Caristos has a really amazing overnight serum that you can leave in. It's almost like a silk pillowcase for your hair, but you don't feel the product in the morning. So those two products are going to help to
Starting point is 00:36:10 maintain your hair on the go. And I think that's essential. Hair care routine, similarly to how you take care of your skin. As we age, we have to do a little bit more to make sure everything's feeling good and looking good. Love it. So many people ask me hair questions all the time, Bradley. You have no idea. That's level. And it's all hers.
Starting point is 00:36:28 That's right. I can ask that too. Bradley, will you please tell them? He will put hair extensions in my hair sometimes. But can you explain? Because a lot of people don't believe that all this hair is mine. Yes.
Starting point is 00:36:39 All of this hair is hers. I have to say, like, yes, we add extensions sometimes for extra fullness and for body. But what you see, especially when you watch her on the show, that's, all her real hair. So like hair care brands, hit her up. She's ready. We're ready. We're ready. We're waiting for our hair care brand. Hello. Okay. On East, since we were talking about hair health, what is some of your favorite skincare products? Skin care. I love Tacha. Now, like the whole Korean lines that are coming out are amazing. Anything that moisturizes the skin, something that I cannot live without is
Starting point is 00:37:20 or a Dialba spray. It's a serum spray. So I spray that before we start makeup. And right after makeup, and that just gives that glow that we love. I love, I love feeling glowing. Okay, I love these two so much.
Starting point is 00:37:32 They are my glam team, but also my friends. They know all my secrets, but they will never tell them. Seekers are safe with us. Anise, can you tell everybody where to find you? You can find me on Instagram
Starting point is 00:37:45 at Anise Artistry. All right.
