I'm so excited because Natalie Halcrow and Olivia Pearson, Nat and Live, are here.
You know them from Wags, L.A., and their own show, relatively Nat and Live.
And now they're back on reality TV in the brand new Hulu series, The Girls, a Chloe Kardashian project.
We're talking friendships, relationships behind the scenes.
T, Chloe, and all the drama that comes with putting this friend group in front of the cameras.
Nat and Live, welcome to When Reality Hits.
Thank you. Thanks, pretty.
For having us.
Are you guys so excited to guess your show is going to be airing tonight?
Yes, we can't believe it.
The turnaround of this is like insane.
You would know how it works.
Oh, yes.
Like from the moment, the kind of the birth of it, when we spoke to Chloe to being on air,
was like basically a year and a month, like 13 months.
Wow.
Which is like unheard of.
That is fast.
Yes, because a lot of times you have to like shoot a pilot.
and go through all of that.
And then even just like our show,
it takes like eight months before it even comes out.
Right.
So it was a quick turn around.
Wow.
They trust Chloe.
Totally.
I know.
We're like,
oh, she must have pulled some strings.
You used to her Chloe.
Exactly.
Well, I was going to ask that the first question.
How did the show actually come together?
Who made the first phone call and said,
we need to put this group on TV now?
So, yeah, last year during the fires,
Olivia and I had to like evacuate our house.
Our house is fine.
But, um, and we stayed with Nicole and we were just like watching reruns of
wags, um, on Hulu.
And we were like, oh, it'd be so fun to get back on TV.
And like over the years, people and production companies have like approached us.
So we just haven't felt like it was the right time or that we really wanted to get back
on TV.
Um, but we were like getting the bug to do that.
And so we were just like dreaming up like what a show would look like.
And we're like, it'd be fun to do with like more friends.
And then we were at Chloe's son's birthday party and we saw our,
friends and we're like a light bulb went off and I was like oh my god would you guys want to do this with us so you
kind of yeah and then they're like yeah and they had other stuff going on too that they were working on
but we just kind of like us it felt pitched it because we had a whole like way we want it shot and like yeah
things like that and they were like oh my god yes oh that's awesome and I just like went over to
Chloe and was like so what do you think of this and then she was like hell yeah like she like locked
it from the gig out she got her agent right there at her son's party yeah she's the best I mean she's like
20 years or something crazy
on reality TV, so I'm sure she's like, another one
wouldn't hurt.
Another one.
Let's just add it to the pile.
That's awesome. I'm so happy for you guys.
Thank you.
So obviously, you guys brought this kind of
into fruition, but
was there ever any doubts coming back on TV?
Because it can be a lot to be on reality TV,
as you know. It can be a lot.
I was a little more hesitant
than Natalie. Even when we were drumming it up,
I was just like, it has to be a production
company like, a network I like.
a cast I like
And that was just like
Handed on a platter
So I was like okay God
Noted
Yeah
But you know
As you can attest
Like we're like vets now
I feel like
Yeah
We've been on two shows
We also as women like know who we are
More than ever now
A.k.a. I don't give an F
Like this is me
And that's what we showed
On the girls this season I think
Yeah I think like something that people
Might not know about us
Is we're both like really introverted
So I think even just the process of filming a show
Because it's so condensed
We tried to do it in like six weeks
Like we don't ever leave the house that often
It was ever
People think I'm
Makeup on that often
I understand
Are you the same?
Well people think I'm this big party animal
Because when I'm filming the valley
Like we go out
You know like because we're filming a TV show
And I can't drink mixed drinks
So I'll drink a tequila shot
And everybody's like she's an alcoholic
And I'm like
You guys
Normally I'm sitting at home with my son
and like being lame as hell.
Totally.
I still do fun things, but maybe like once a week.
You know?
Not six days of the week.
It was pretty intense.
But we have said too,
we were talking to Chloe about this
because she's very much the same,
introverted.
Or amnivert.
It's like when you're out,
you can like do it.
You just get exhausted.
An introverted extrovert.
I get it.
That's me.
Exactly.
And a fart.
I forgot where I was going with my thought.
I forgot.
I forgot.
I was going with my thought.
You were saying Chloe is
like that as well.
Oh, okay, so this film
schedule, I feel like the
verdict is in. I think I might like it
better than say like wags are relatively
I was gonna ask you done that. It was stretched
to like wags when you were like
eight months of like, you know, not
finishing the project. So I'm gonna
like, I think I like the in and out
when I'm done, Bing Bang Bang, Blue. A lot when you're in it
but just to know it's over so quickly
and you have the rest, I would say the rest
of the year because you never know for how many
Yeah, you never know how close it's going to
Yeah.
But, yeah.
Well, hopefully you guys get another season or would you want that?
Like, once it's going.
We enjoy it.
Like, that's the thing is, like, again, as you know, I keep relating to you because, you know, this world.
It's like, it's a lot and it is like your real lives and you're putting yourself out there.
But at the end of the day, we both really enjoy, like, hopefully having people have fun with us and, like, entertaining them, really.
You know what I mean?
It's a lot of pressure beyond the reality TV, mainly because of the judgment that comes after the fact.
but it's a fun job and to get to do it with your actual friends it's like a very big blessing
I feel like that's why VaynerPump rules in the Valley always has succeeded because we're a real
group of friends and it sounds like that's what you guys are doing too and that makes it more interesting
and more personal and you care more about your fights and your yeah you know resolution and stuff
you nailed it on the head yeah it's a big difference yeah it really is um well I was gonna
ask you how different was filming the girls from wags and
relatively nat and live.
Well, you nailed kind of
what you just said as far as like wags. We were
kind of paired up with gals we weren't
friends with before. Besides Nicole.
Whereas this cast
fully friends for like 10 plus years,
most of us. Yeah, it makes a difference.
It does. And then the family show was amazing
and so fun. It was just
a lot because we were producers and stuff
on it as well.
I wouldn't be opposed to again, but
it was nice to like, with a cast
of six, you can like pass the buck
a bit.
Yeah.
All right, girls, you're up.
It's hard to have a show only about you.
Yeah.
Like, just a lot to carry.
An ensemble cast is so much better at the most, for the most part.
Like I did a spinoff and Brittany take Kentucky a while ago.
And it's just hard whenever, like, everything is on you, you know?
Yeah, everything's, yeah, for sure.
More intense, more work, more.
And your family being involved.
Yeah.
That's like a whole other layer.
Totally.
This friend group has existed all.
camera for years. Did bringing cameras into the friend group change the dynamic at all?
I think it does just naturally, like any friend group when you're in a new environment,
you know what you mean in a pressure cooker environment, like filming a TV show. It's just going to
bring up things that you didn't know about each other naturally. And so you really see that
play out on the show, you know, and how we handle that. And, you know, we're still still figuring
out. Yeah. Yeah. It's a lot. It is. We kind of did the same with the Valley because it
It was, you know, VaynerPump rules, but not anymore.
So it was just me, my ex, and Kristen.
And then we had all new people come in who had never done reality TV before.
So it definitely switches things up in your friend group adding the cameras on.
100%.
I've been saying on our little press run we've been doing is like, you know how they say
go on like vacation with a partner or even friends and you learn like how people travel,
how they, you know, you've learned so much.
Yeah.
And not only did we go on a trip this season, but like just work.
working with people and yeah you yeah yeah i get it yeah i know you can't tell too much because it's
coming out tonight yes but i understand what you're saying without you and having to say it yeah yeah
yeah we're like i'm like i can read your reality tv mine yes yeah yeah oh my goodness um who in the
group was the most comfortable with the cameras like somebody new because you guys have
obviously obviously done it chloe you know yeah i think everyone's done reality tv a little bit
Except for Iris.
Okay.
She was...
So she's probably the newest.
So I think everyone honestly was pretty...
And she did great.
Good.
She did really good.
She did really comfortable.
Good.
Because I remember when I first came on Vanderpump Rules, I would barely speak and I was
like, hello, mind me.
I was like terrified, you know?
Totally.
It took some time for me to get used to it.
Now it's been 11 years, so it's just...
Totally.
Wild, you know?
Yeah.
So I'm sure it's a lot of pressure, but luckily they had all of you guys to learn from, you know?
And advice and everything.
Did Chloe give you guys any advice?
for this new show?
Not so much, because I think
in the same breath of what we were just saying,
I think she knows, like, most of us
got it in a way.
I think she trusted us that
we know kind of what we're doing.
She was always there if we needed her,
and trust me, she was there a few times.
Yeah, I'm sure.
As an executive producer,
and as a best friend.
But, yeah.
That's specific.
Yeah, nothing specific.
Yeah.
It's always so supportive.
Be yourself.
My advice is be yourself always.
Don't try to produce your own scenes, nothing like that.
Whenever people ask me, like, what's the difference?
I'm like, just be yourself, you know?
Like, people can tell when you're trying to fake things or do anything like that.
Chloe's always been my favorite of the sisters.
I think they're all great, you know.
Yeah.
But I'll never forget.
We were at the MTV Awards and Vaynerpump Rules was up and so was the Kardashians.
And the Kardashians won and she came to our table afterwards and was like,
I thought you guys should have won.
She was just so nice.
She's so sweet.
Yeah, and she liked that in real life.
Absolutely.
Figured.
For sure.
She's the kindest, sweetest.
Yeah.
She's a fan favorite.
Yeah.
Is she who you're closest to out of all the sisters?
I think we're probably tied her and Kim.
Her and Kim.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, that's awesome.
And how long have you guys been friends?
Kim now it's over 10 years.
And then naturally, because I remember we always all laughed the first time.
Us four hung out, we went on a hike.
We went to kids.
Yeah, that's right.
And then Chloe met us and then us four went on a hike.
So, yeah, I think over 10 years now.
Yeah.
Oh, I love that.
They have to have so much pressure.
Like, being as huge as they are.
Yeah.
And dealing with things so publicly and stuff.
Like, I get a little taste of it, but I cannot even imagine.
Yeah.
And they handle it with such grace.
Like, that's, yeah.
They're amazing.
They're watching them in all, like, oh, my gosh, how do you guys do this?
And for so long.
Yeah.
Yeah.
They are seasoned.
Oh, yeah.
Seasons.
Yeah.
I think 11 years is a lot.
And I'm like, wow, they're like, oh, G, OG, OG.
Totally.
I know.
You guys all have big personalities and strong opinions.
Who is the peacekeeper of your group?
No.
Nicole.
I think Nicole.
Try maybe.
Maybe.
Maybe Nicole.
Okay.
Yeah.
I'm going to ask like some stuff about the girls.
Okay.
Who is the potter of the group?
Ooh.
I would say, Malik's.
I think Malika.
Yeah.
Really?
I think Malika.
They're so beautiful.
That's gorgeous.
Yeah, everyone.
Our cast, I have to say.
Yeah.
Drop dead gorgeous every single one.
Yeah, totally.
Click your flavor.
Who will you tell something you absolutely do not want to hear?
Like, sorry, who will you tell something?
That didn't make sense.
Like a secret.
Who would you tell somebody something that you didn't want to, like, be shared?
Like, who is your person that you can tell anything to?
But maybe you wouldn't want to be on the show.
Oh, definitely each other.
Yeah.
Because, yeah, we're family.
If y'all didn't say each other,
Yeah.
This runs deep.
Family ties for sure.
Yeah.
The show teases old wounds and tensions coming to the surface where there are things that you learned about each other while filming that it genuinely surprised you.
Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yes.
I feel like on this one you got to tune in tonight, guys.
Okay.
I'm excited.
When we start recording, I'm like, what is it?
I know.
But that's a great thing.
Everybody's got to watch.
Yes.
Okay.
Is there anything you're nervous for your friends to see whenever the episodes drop?
I do feel like, honestly, this show gets a little kind of X-rated.
Ooh.
Like, I just feel like, yeah.
You feel like you're in the group chat.
You feel like you're sitting with us when we're just doing, like, girl chat.
And I feel like it's just, like, pretty...
Yeah, I agree.
It's pretty out there.
I love that.
Like a couple times when we were a film and we turned to producers.
I'm like, can we say that?
All this?
And they're like, just keep going.
Go for it.
I love an X-rated.
Yeah.
We're sharing all the stories.
I love that.
So since I know how reality TV is, sometimes whenever you watch things back, there are things
that you might have said that your friends didn't know or that they said about you that you don't find out until you're watching it.
Are you nervous of anything like that happening?
I don't think I said anything really that I wouldn't either didn't say to their face or wouldn't.
You know, I don't think I did.
nothing it comes to my mind
yeah
good
yeah be the type of woman
who will say it to your face
if you're gonna say it behind your bag
you gotta say it to your face
that's what I believe
especially like with Nicole
we filmed with her for so many years too
like we just always had a system
where if we did say something
they're the first person you call
when you're done filming like
just so you know babe
I said this
yeah
we try to be as
I'm sorry
I'm sorry

Were you, okay, so Chloe's an executive producer.
Would you ever be able to tell her, like, I don't want this to be on the show?
Or is she like, you signed up for this?
You got to share everything.
I think if there was something that, yeah, that was like reasonable because she's not unreasonable.
I think I would feel safe to do that.
We didn't ask her.
She's our best friend first.
So nothing was off limits, though.
Yeah, I like that.
I feel like she would always protect us.
Of course.
I think.
I don't even.
know her like that but I feel like she's a good person yeah 100% and like we know the game too
like we came to film a show right and share your staff so nothing this season you know
was off limits because we know kind of what we're here to do all right nothing's off limits guys
I'm getting excited um who is most likely to investigate a guy their friend is dating
like who's the creep that does all the background checking yeah maybe maybe maybe
Maybe not even a creep.
Like, I've got Janet and Kristen, they don't get along with each other, but both of them will figure out every detail about somebody I'm dating.
Yeah.
And I think that's great.
Yeah.
Get the tea.
Um, I don't know.
I, I'm not overly.
You're not right.
I don't think it'd be us or Nicole.
It's just like, oh, whatever.
Yeah.
I'm not sure with that one.
You guys don't check the guys out before you date.
None of us are boy crazy enough, I guess, maybe.
I mean, I'll look, but I've also with.
like age and learning.
I feel like when you, we call it creep,
like we're creeping on the guy.
Yeah.
Let's creep his profile.
When we creep on the guy,
sometimes you're like,
oh, I don't want to see that,
or you get icked or like,
you get pre-Ict.
You get pre-Ict.
Yeah, but online.
After how bad I've been burned by people,
I like,
I feel like I'm going to do more research now than ever.
Right.
You know?
That's fair.
And at least we do a research to see if there's any, like,
female in the picture.
Right.
Of course there's that.
That's the thing.
That's the thing.
But, like, how deep are we going?
I've kind of been like, let me try not to, but yeah, definitely at least that.
Yeah, okay.
To make sure.
Protect yourself, lady.
There's monsters out there, I'm telling you.
Yes.
Oh, my gosh.
Okay, you two aren't just best friends.
Your cousins, is that a blessing or does that make fighting even more dangerous
because you can never actually get rid of each other?
Mm-hmm.
I think it's kind of like for sisters, meaning, yeah, we never will get rid of each other.
So you do and will work it out.
And that's kind of the extent of our fights too, which isn't too too often.
Yeah, we're not the biggest fighters.
That's good.
You guys seem so chill, honestly.
Yeah, we'll, like, bicker maybe if we're in, like, not the best moods.
But, like, we never really get to a bowling point too often.
And then we're also, like, we've been working on it as friends, but our communication.
Like, if my sister, if we'd fight, we don't talk about it.
You just go back to, hey, want to go to a movie, yeah, great.
Or, like, hey, let's go get coffee.
Like, you know, we just, you know.
But being on a show forces you to have those conversations.
That is right.
Yeah, we do.
That's good.
We do.
Yeah.
I mean, I love my sister.
We can get into an argument or something and then be just fine right after.
Like, the bond of a family.
It's very family.
Yeah.
Very family.
Are you guys like cousins or your moms?
Your mom or your dad?
Our moms are sisters.
Your moms are sisters.
Oh, I love that.
And they're besties.
Oh.
Is everybody beautiful blue eyes?
Everyone in the family has blue.
One has a green.
But yeah, her whole.
family, my whole family is all blue. I love that. You guys are gorgeous. Thank you.
Back at you. Thanks. How would you describe your relationship now compared to when audience first met you?
Our relationship? Yeah, your relationship. You too. Yeah. Not much as you. Yeah, no, I'm sorry, this part is about you two.
Okay. Yeah, I went through the girls and went through Chloe. Now we're going to, I want to talk more about your two.
Cute question. Yeah. I think, again, going back to just like maturing as women, you know, we're
more sure of ourselves.
I think we've learned so many
life skills. She's became a mom
in the last time she was on TV.
That's the best? Yeah.
The best. I'm like the best.
Well, not the best anti, but I
hope I'm the best auntie.
Self-tight at myself.
But other than that, it's just the same old shenanes.
I mean, we're besties and work together for a reason.
Even before being on TV, we were already
like working together. We had
a blog and stuff back in the day.
We just work well together.
We just mesh well together.
We do.
We're like gang and gang in the best way.
Where she lacks.
I've come in, where I lack, she comes in.
And just like always having fun.
Like our moms are like that.
People seem that at the groceries are.
Are they drunk?
Are they drunk?
I like, squawking.
They're squawking away.
Oh, I love that.
I miss my family so much.
Does your family live in L.A. area?
They're in Vancouver.
Canada.
Oh, wow.
Canada.
Canadian.
Yeah.
Wow.
I was going to ask where you're from.
I'm from Kentucky.
Yeah, baby.
Okay.
Love it.
Is everyone still there?
Everybody is still there.
But that's why I'll never lose my accent because I talk to my mom every day.
My sister all the time.
I go home for every Christmas.
They come visit me.
Yes, too.
So you live for the full time?
Yeah, I live in the valley.
So the valley.
Okay.
But I used to live, you know, West Hollywood for the longest time whenever I did
with those rules.
I can't believe I have it like May.
I know.
I feel we lived the same lives, but in tandem.
Yeah.
I mean.
Almost same timeline.
LA is actually so much smaller than people think it is.
I know. It is.
Because there's always some kind of like connection.
Yeah.
L.A. is like smaller than people realized.
Because before I moved here, I'm from a tobacco farm in Kentucky, you know, like I had no idea.
And then you come and everyone you know, everyone who you meet knows somebody.
You know what I mean?
It's so different.
Yeah.
Totally.
Yeah.
Which I love that about L.A.
Yeah.
You know.
And everyone's always like, are you going to go back home to Kentucky?
And I'm like, maybe whenever I'm like, old.
and gray.
Yeah.
Slow down.
I'm enjoying life right now.
Yeah, that's my answer too.
Oh my goodness.
What did each of you learn about each other from watching yourselves back?
Have you guys got to see the episodes yet?
No.
Okay.
Ignore that question then.
We've seen a little snippets.
Okay.
So.
Yeah, not an episode or anything.
Okay.
So how we get on the Valley and how we used to get on Vanderpupup Rules,
they will give us the episode like a day or two before it airs.
But it'll be like watermarked so you can't share it or anything like that.
It's past code protected.
We used to get that on Wags, but.
I don't know if they're doing that for us.
I wonder if they're going to let you guys do that because that press and everything comes with the episode.
So they want you to know what's coming.
But we know that we can't change anything at that point.
And you know what they're doing for us is they're doing all six at once.
Okay.
Yeah.
So they're doing this like bingeable TV thing.
I love binging.
So I'm going to have to binge you guys.
Yeah.
Please.
I know.
We love it too.
But that's different for us because, yeah, usually we're used to like the one a week.
That's how ours is.
Is it?
Yeah.
And we have 22 episodes.
So I'm like.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
Wednesday is our last.
For now, we had three reunions, so part two just came out this past this Wednesday, and the next Wednesday is our last for season three.
And you shot it? Or are you going to shoot that? No, it's already shot.
Like, ours takes a while for the turnover. And we filmed the reunion just a couple months ago.
So we're just, you know, the very last episode of the reunion. But it's 22 weeks, you know.
I can't believe. Yeah. It's like, keep going, keep going.
But that's a different thing because it all comes out at one time.
So you can just like binge and maybe you won't have to every single week.
Right.
Yeah.
You know.
Totally.
If there was something bad.
I'm always thinking of the worst because I've been treated like crap on TV.
Things are turning around for me.
Sorry.
Okay.
Don't worry.
Good.
But it's hard to relive that stuff.
Yeah.
So it might make it easier for you guys, honestly, that it comes out at one time.
Yeah.
Binge it and then, uh, season two.
Yeah.
There you go.
And you're just doing it all over again.
Exactly.
Okay.
Let's get into some dating and relationships.
Where are you both now with dating?
Are we single?
Are we flirting?
We're single baby.
Sing me too.
We're a single baby.
If y'all have any hot friends, let me know.
Ditto.
Yes.
Help some girls out here.
I'm like.
Yeah, we do some dating on the show though.
Oh, good.
I'm open in dating.
Yeah.
I'm always working on myself.
Of course, as cliche as it is, but I am.
It's important.
And yeah, I feel like just Prince Charming is around the corner.
If I just do the self-examination,
work on me and kind of stay open as I can.
I'm not like a big dater.
Yeah.
I just, I know you have to go on them.
I know.
I'm thinking.
Trust me, I understand.
And I feel like dating in Los Angeles especially is so different.
It's tough.
Yeah.
Like, kind of hard, not with everybody, but it's kind of hard to know people's
intentions.
Yeah.
You know, and different things.
But I don't know.
It's just kind of scary out there.
Wow.
It is the wow.
Totally.
Oh, goodness.
Would you guys have any dating advice for me?
Well, I can't really give you any advice.
I haven't dated in like six years since my daughter was born, basically.
Wow, six years.
Yeah, it's been a long time.
Wow.
But I do date on the show.
Okay, good.
I give it a good old college try.
She was very proud of myself.
Good.
Yeah.
So I can't give you any of things.
Yeah.
And me, yeah.
I don't know if I can either.
I think just doing what you're doing, being your beautiful bubbly self and focus on work and you have one child?
Yes.
Son?
Yeah.
Sun.
Cruz.
He's five.
Cute.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Focus on your baby and be your best self.
That's all I would say.
I don't know.
Do you have any advice for me?
Same thing.
Honestly, I'm, you know, I've been separated for two and a half years now.
And it's like, finally, I'm starting to feel like myself again, you know?
So I'm really not even, like, looking for anything.
I feel like I'm just focusing on me and my son
and something if it's going to happen
will just naturally come.
I love that.
Totally.
But if you know when a hot guy is still,
you can.
Same.
You can still sit in my way, okay?
What's a red flag that you used to ignore
but now you definitely would never ignore
when it comes to dating?
I think just their relationship
with people around them.
I was going to say that exactly.
So either with their family or, like, mother or parents.
Yeah.
And then the whole, like, them with their boys.
Like, I know we're getting a bit older now compared to we're younger.
It was always, like, I feel like entourage of just buddies around.
But I feel like I focus on that a bit.
Like, what is he really into?
How does he treat people in his life?
Who does he surround himself with?
Yeah.
As he treat a server.
Yes.
I say that every time.
I say that every time.
And it's such a, like, why did we not see that before?
Yeah, I know.
I know.
I know.
We're focused on how hot they were.
Yeah, exactly.
I don't know.
I know.
Rose-colored glasses.
I know all about it, trust me.
And I also feel like just paying attention early on to how they like resolve conflict
with you and the people around them.
Emotionally intelligent.
Yes.
That's huge.
Before I was just like, oh, you're hot and tall.
Great.
I really appreciate banter now.
I've been saying this to the girl.
Me too.
Yeah.
A good.
Just like, can we shoot the shit?
Can we have a laugh?
Can we like flirt with each other?
Other, you know, I think that the marker of that is, like, if you can not be on FaceTime and be on the old school, like, phone call and they're, like, entertaining you for, like, a long time.
Yeah.
Just chatting back and forth.
That's, like, cute.
I think that stuff is, like, really cute, too.
Like, they want to FaceTime and they want to, you know, like, if somebody is, like, texting me and then they just, like, don't respond for a while, I'm, like, okay, enough.
I'm not dealing with breadcrumbing anymore.
No.
Like, those are red flags that I really notice now.
Yeah.
I used to never.
I would be like, oh, he's busy.
He'll text me later.
It takes one second to take somebody back, okay?
You would do it if you wanted to.
You know, so little things like that that I never paid attention to.
Yeah, I agree.
But I love that you said like the waiter thing because I say that so many times.
Like the listeners would be like, Bernie says that all the time.
It's such a simple thing.
We used to be waitresses too.
Me too.
So I really noticed like, okay.
I would never treat a server room.
Oh, I like clean the plates.
Me too.
Well, then I literally can judge how you're raised off of that.
Yes, yeah.
And family relationships is a big deal.
How they treat their mom?
Yes.
Yeah.
And through it, all girls.
I feel like I could slide right into the girls.
Oh, yeah.
Absolutely.
Okay.
Between the two of you, which I feel like I know the answer,
which one falls in love faster?
You guess.
I was thinking at you.
Can you give her the eyes?
No.
It's because she said she had to.
didn't really date it in six years.
Yeah. Yeah.
So I figured maybe you fell in love quicker.
Yes, I would think so.
Yeah?
Yeah.
Who has the worst taste in men?
Me would be historically.
I feel like now that I know that she isn't six years single, I'm like, um.
I've evolved, I think I'm new.
Yeah, you're getting better for sure.
I'm dating with intention now.
Good.
Actually, like we were saying.
Check the red flags.
Everybody needs a ho-faze, though.
Okay.
I am all in support of a ho-face.
you're younger because you need to get those things out.
I had my life a little bit.
Exactly.
My version was.
I'm not saying like whole whole thing.
You know what I mean?
Like dating, doing like the fun stuff.
Yeah.
Mine was like dating an ex and seeing like, hey, is there something still there?
Yeah.
Wasn't really, but there was the fun part of it for a second.
Yeah.
Exactly.
Because then, you know, we've learned and everything from our past relationships.
So now you care more about that stuff and you're dating with a tension.
intentions now. Whenever I was like 21, I was like, woohoo.
Totally. Part A good for us, guys. Yeah. It was fun.
Yeah. That was over 10 years ago. Yeah. Oh my goodness. Do you guys have power to veto each other's dates if you don't like the person they're dating?
I wouldn't say like power because we're both going to do what we want. Of course, we value each other.
Yeah. And again, if you have a problem with one and the other, that's kind of a flag because it's family. Yeah.
the other one's not going anywhere.
And if a guy, like, isolates you from your family, that's bad.
Oh, that's bad.
You know?
But I feel like that is a red flag that people do, like, ignore.
Yeah.
But you side is, like, he's great.
But then everyone close to them is like, eh.
Exactly.
And they're like, no.
No, I swear, he's not.
He's just, he's really amazing.
Yeah.
If all your friends and family say, nah, it's.
I've had someone I like before and everyone was like, I'm like, no.
Because I knew it was a no.
Trust me.
I've been through it.
I ignored and I learned my lesson, you know, so we learn from all those things.
Exactly.
We've lived and learned.
Oh, my goodness.
A new school year means new opportunities for positive change, big or small.
My son is so excited to go to kindergarten.
I'm so excited.
New teachers, new friends that he's going to get to meet.
I just can't wait to see how he fits in and how everything works for him and how much it helps him to blossom.

Hi there. It's Becca Tobin. I am currently the mother of a four-year-old, which means I have been through it. But I still have questions and maybe even a few answers. From surrogacy to toddler chaos, I have learned a lot and also not nearly enough. That's why I decided to launch Baby Gang, a six-part series from the Lady Gang.
where I'm getting real about fertility, parenting, and all the stuff nobody actually tells you.
I'm bringing in some experts for the tough stuff and some other celebrity moms and friends for parenting survival stuff.
It's honest, it's messy, it's emotional, and yes, we are definitely laughing through it.
Because whether you're in it, thinking about it, or just curious, we've got you.
So, join the baby gang wherever you get your podcasts.
Okay, you guys have turned that and live a relationship into businesses together, including hairlock hair.
Why did you do hair extensions?
So it's Harlock.
Harlock.
Sorry.
No.
Okay.
Harlock, Harlock, Harlock.
I said hair lock because it was hair.
I know.
It happens.
You're not the only one.
Hair lock.
Or Harlock.
Harlock.
It's so okay.
Just like no maxing, okay.
It's so okay.
Yeah, we joined forces with our two really good friends home, back home from Vancouver.
They started it.
Michael owns a salon of Vancouver called Brush.
And then Sarah, our other co-owner, has been a stylist behind the chair for, I think I know,
15 plus years. She's like an expert. She actually did our hair when we were filming our family
show in Vancouver. That's how we met. Yeah. And we just worked so well together. And we have a
passion for it. We love it. Our hair is ethically sourced. And we're very proud of that. And we just
love the community we're building. We're really getting into education and teaching people how to
install the hair and stuff. Some people will need that. Yeah. Totally. Totally. And then we are in the
process of trying to bring it over to America.
Although we're hitting roadblocks with some tariffs and all that stuff.
It's a little tough.
But we do feel like it's a bigger pond over this way.
So it's a goal of ours.
And you guys, it's doing great.
And over there.
Yeah, really good.
Amazing.
We're doing great in Canada.
We do have some American like buyers, but again, the tariffs.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But I think we're killing it in Canada.
We're doing great.
And yeah, we love it.
Buy Harlai Care, guys.
Yeah.
Harlock care.
Harlock hair.
Go,
do you have a website?
We do.
Harlock.
We do.
We do.
Everyone check them out.
What's harder for you guys being cousins,
best friends,
reality co-stores or business partners?
You guys do it all.
Wow,
that's a good question.
Yeah.
Probably business,
not that it's hard,
but like that's,
yeah.
Yeah.
Because that's where we're...
Everything else is effortless.
Business is hard in general.
Yeah.
And that's where we're really different.
There's a lot of each other, so it's like...
Right.
But that's what makes us good is that we're really different,
but that's where we can maybe like butt a bit
because she's more artistic, like amazing at what she does.
And I'm a little more like type A, like, I write the books, the money, da-da-da.
But again, that's why I think we flourish because it's...
You're covering all ends of the spectrum, right?
Yeah, that's good.
But you're going to butt heads a bit.
Of course.
But again, you love each other, your family.
Work it out.
You're going to be okay.
It's going to be fine.
You guys built enormous followings during the hide-up.
of influencer culture.
How different is social media now from when you first started?
It is so different.
It is.
We look at the old days.
We look at it so good.
No, we had it so good.
And I feel like posting one photo?
No, I know.
Pre-carousel?
Hello?
An actual dream.
Do you guys remember all the filters instead?
Yes.
Valencia.
And it would be another one with like the pinkish, like purpleish tone.
Like, why did we post that?
I don't know.
We thought it was so cool.
I thought it was cool.
I know.
Yeah.
And then the video that came in, we were late to the game of video.
We should have hopped on during the pandemic.
But you had dove and it was a crazy time in the world.
But we woke up, you know, like a year or so ago.
And we're like, what are we doing?
We need to be up with the time.
Yeah.
We've been like, like, hibernating, like social.
Like we're like still posting, like, but doing the bare minimum.
And then we're like, oh, man.
We like got a new team and they're like, yeah.
So like, where's your video?
And we're like, wait, what?
We have to do that.
We're like, oh, shoot, we're used to our TV shows talking to our audience.
Yeah.
Dang, okay.
So now we're just like, two old girls trying to do social down.
We joke.
We're like, we're the Genzy.
Yeah, I know.
It's so different.
I mean, whenever I moved to L.A., it was like 4,000 people on my Instagram or something.
Right.
But just everything else has changed, you know.
And also, I feel like the, I talk about Instagram trolls all the time because I hate them with a passion.
There's always so much more.
love than hate, but sometimes the hate is
louder and it's just like, gosh,
I say it every time I want to hear, I'm like, don't be an
Instagram troll.
You know?
Support women, lift each other up, you know?
It never cease to amaze me when I see a comment
sometimes being mean, and I'm like,
but we just always do say, like, just imagine
like what their mental state is.
Exactly.
They're feeling the need to like
hurt a person, they don't know. Bring someone down.
They don't know. There's nothing going on there.
You know what it means? You just got to be like, wow, like,
try to do the empathy route.
Yeah, empathy.
and then not let their energy into your space.
Yeah.
And that can be hard sometimes.
It's a talent.
It's not always easy, but it's like, sometimes you're just like, okay, 10% might be hateful, you know?
And then the rest, you're like, you're never going to have 100% positivity.
Totally.
And that's hard.
That's a tough pill for me to swallow.
Me too.
I don't like one.
People don't like me.
I don't like it either.
It bothers me.
I would get along, I swear.
But I feel like half the people that are saying that if you met them, they're going to be like,
they would shoot the show.
love you.
And then the other half you'd be like,
I don't like them anyway,
so they can say whatever they want to say.
Exactly.
I agree.
All right,
let's do a little girls rapid fire.
Okay.
Most likely you start drama in the group chat.
Everyone is like not good at rapid fire whenever I do it.
I know.
Like go.
Sorry.
It just turns into like,
can we,
can we say like no one really?
Because everyone but me on the cast as a mom.
And I feel like none of you are big texters.
It's true.
To be honest, all the moms, and not that I'm overly a big one, but really the moms, you guys suck.
Yeah, because we'll, like, something will pop up and then my kid starts climbing on the couch, and I'm like, doop.
And then I forget to write back in this one a week later.
And I'm like, oh, hey, sorry, I didn't get back to you.
Totally.
Most likely to leave the group chats, like getting mad and exit the group chat.
We haven't thus had any leaves.
That's good.
Yet.
That's good.
There's really been any drums going down in the group chat.
Not really.
Oh, a little bit.
Do you guys have a name for your group chat?
The girls, I think it's just the cast right now.
Or is the girls' aesthetic when we talk about what outfits we wear and stuff.
Oh, yeah, I love that.
Maybe the girl's aesthetic is just cast.
I have a lot of group chats with, like, my friends from L.A.,
and then I have a group chat with my best friends back home, and ours is called
cheaper than therapy.
Wow.
That's, like, the best group chat is for, like, your hometown best friends.
Yeah.
Very cute.
Because it's true.
Talking with them is cheaper than therapy.
therapy.
Therapy's fine too guys.
It's great.
We love therapy.
Most likely to send a five-minute voice note.
Of all of us, maybe, would it be me?
Maybe.
Again, I don't have children yet, so maybe I have a little more time.
We have to give an answer to one of these questions.
We haven't answered one.
They're not all going to be about the group chat.
That's going to be the next one.
The last one about the group chat.
Worst texture.
Ooh, me.
You thank you?
I mean, worst as in the worst to reply.
Yeah, like getting back.
That's me.
That's me.
Yeah.
Okay.
Most likely to accidentally spill a secret.
Hmm.
Well, I think we're all pretty good at holding back because we are friends with very famous gals.
So we know to keep our tongues.
So I'd say no one.
I don't know who I would say, are you thinking someone your face?
I thought she would think of the moment at first.
I got equal.
I don't think anyone.
Well, that is good.
Yeah.
That's great.
Who's the biggest flirt out of your group?
I'm up there.
I love it.
If I like you or I think I'm up there.
I think I'm just like a flirtier person.
Yeah, you are.
I think Malika could be pretty flirty too.
I think so.
Me and Malika.
She flirts and everybody.
Yeah.
Someone comes to fix her toilet.
Girls.
I'm like, what are two?
I'm nice.
They're doing a service.
I like that.
I want them to do a good service.
I really like that.
Who's most likely to,
well, I already asked you guys this earlier,
didn't sound like anybody did,
run a full background check on a new boyfriend.
Oh, yeah.
Y'all need to step up your investigation.
Definitely not us.
Definitely not us.
I'll say that.
We're kind of weak.
It's okay.
You don't have to name anybody
if you guys don't do that.
Most likely to get back together with an old ex.
Let's go through.
the gamut here.
Everyone's pretty clean cut off.
Currently.
Yeah.
Well,
in the last relationship,
so everyone did a...
Yeah, any dipbacks?
I did a Rondefeuque,
as I call it.
Rondeuf.
One of my exes,
but that wasn't a full dip back.
It was like 10 years later.
It was an ex.
And I was like,
oh, maybe he's grown up.
Like, maybe he's ready.
I did the same thing.
And he was on my show
and it was a disaster.
Oh, no.
Really?
Yeah.
Still the same.
We have a lot of show.
Yeah.
Yeah, he was still the same.
Great.
And the Rondefouk was great.
But, no, not ready to, like, commit and do all that.
And he's still single to this day.
It was a couple years ago.
Shocker.
Well, we're going to say that you're the born then.
Just if that's the only one.
But that's the only one.
But she learned her lesson.
Most likely to cancel plans at the last moment.
I'm in there.
Me too.
And Nicole.
I think you're all in her group.
I think the whole group.
That's the thing why it makes sense.
We're all friends.
Yeah.
A lot of these.
answers were kind of like all of us, none of us?
Yeah, it does sound very like,
you guys have a lot of the same things going on.
Right. We wouldn't be as close if it was all like this, right?
Yeah, I would say me, for sure, I'm in there.
You?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Who would be most likely to say I'm fine whenever they are absolutely not fine.
I'm thrown in there.
Yeah, you're in there for sure.
I'm in there.
I don't like talking much about myself.
To a group.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know, not very, like, I like to keep things to my song, you know?
I'd say me.
Yeah.
Okay.
Who would survive the longest on a show like The Traders?
Out of your whole cast.
Wait, I don't really know how it works.
It's like, give me a little crush, cool.
It's kind of, like, clue, kind of.
And you have to, like, team up or lie or, like, you can't find out who the traitor is, right?
Like, for instance, I would be terrible on it because I'm not a good liar.
I don't like lying.
I'm a people pleaser.
so I don't think I would be the best
I'm going to double that.
I'm very similar.
I don't think I'd be the best.
I'm up for a good game.
Maybe one of the twins are good actresses?
Yeah, they were actresses.
They are.
Yeah, they're good.
That's a good play.
That's right.
Who would be the first murdered on the traitors?
And that means like you suck at the game.
I don't think I'd be that bad where I'd be like, you're out.
But maybe Nick, I feel like she's.
She is too
honest. I don't know.
Oh, I love it.
Who would make the best real housewife?
We're just going through some of the top shows.
I'm a Bravo girl.
Or Malika, maybe.
Iris or Malika?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
They're fiery, so they got that fire.
I would love that.
Who would Andy Cohen have the most questions for?
From this season on our show?
Yeah, this is only about your cast.
Great questions.
Yeah.
Ooh.
When reality hits.
I got to get into the reality.
I've seen it too, so it makes it harder.
It's true.
You know?
I think maybe...
Probably me or Iris, maybe.
Yeah.
Yeah, Natalie or Iris or both.
Yeah.
I love it.
Is Chloe, like, on every episode, or is it more based around you guys?
No, she's in there.
Yeah.
I bet you she is.
Again, we haven't seen it, but I...
Yeah.
The amount she filmed, I think so.
Okay, good.
Just wondering, like, if this is more about, like...
I think maybe I was supposed to start like that, but Chloe's so amazing.
And again, so authentically.
all of her best friend that it was kind of hard to like not because it wouldn't be authentic.
Because we actually were talking to her, you know, about the show or just were at the same party.
So it just, I think even organically, she felt more than maybe she even wanted to.
She was probably like, this was a show for you girls.
But, no, she was, she's in there.
But I love that.
I love that shows that are about real friendships.
Like I said before, it makes it so much better.
Like, I really, I'm so excited for you guys.
I really am.
I have two questions that I ask everybody before they leave.
if you could be on any reality TV show, what would it be?
The girl's baby.
That's the answer.
Traders would probably, I would like to give a kick at the can.
You seemed like you liked the traders.
She was kind of like, no idea we heard about.
The kick the can at Traders movie.
It looks like it could be fun.
That's a lot of people's answer because it is such an iconic show now.
Who, if you had to name one reality TV.
star over all time who would be your favorite well there's some there's some what's it called the
the foreheads what are those called again the Mount Rushmore there's there's some
mushrooms I kind of name those I feel like Kimberly's got to be thrown in obviously go
Chloe snooky I'll be thrown on there with me too she's a hoot ooh um Chloe's obviously
Chloe. It's Chloe. I mean, obviously, close. She's one fan favorite. People's choice for like 10 years in a row.
Do you know who I? Well, this is your all's questions, but somebody that I think is amazing TV is Tiffany New York.
I was going to say New York or Nini Leaks was a good TV. She is. Yeah. I don't know what any of these people are. She's not as much of a reality watch.
This was, yeah, well, this was like, she was so iconic back the day. She was like she was on like flavor of love.
You know New York's face. And then I love New York. She just, wow. She's even on like.
It has so many more liners.
Okay.
Last couple questions to get everybody excited for your show coming out tonight.
Give us three words to describe the girls.
Wow.
Fun?
I thought wow was one.
Fun?
Definitely fun.
Juicy.
I'm going to say X-rated.
I love it.
I love it.
Can you guys let everyone to know where to find you both on social media?
Like your websites, anything like that?
Yeah.
On Instagram, I'm at Olivia Pearson on TikTok.
That name wasn't available.
So it's at the Olivia Pearson.
Yeah.
Again, our hair extension company Harlock is www.harlock.
com.
Yep.
And for me, it's Instagram, Natalie Helcro.
It's my handle.
And again, I'm learning my TikTok.
It's the same as me.
I don't even know what my TikTok needle is, actually.
The.
At the Natalie Hooker.
And you can follow us at The Girls on Instagram and TikTok.
I love it.
All right, the Girls of Chloe Kardashian Project
premieres August 21st tonight on Hulu
and Hulu on Disney Plus in the U.S.
and Disney Plus internationally.
Good luck, guys.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thanks for coming on when reality hits.
Thanks for happiness.
Thanks for tuning in to another episode of When Reality Hits.
I'll see you next week.
Always try to say positive
and never be an Instagram troll.
Love y'all.
At first, I didn't think it was real.
I woke up to this blinding light
and I was transported to
another place. Pluto TV. Then I heard a voice. Come with me if you want to live. There were thousands
of movies and shows and they were all free. The truth is ours. It's just so beautiful. On Pluto TV,
free streaming of Terminator 2, Fringe Arrow, the 100 and the X-Files may cause excitement,
loss of sleep and sudden belief in extraterrestrials. No credit cards or alien encounters necessary.
Pluto TV, stream now, pay never.
