Starting point is 00:00:00 I do you. Welcome back to another episode of When Reality Hits. This week, I have my buddy, my pal, my valet, and Vanderpard rules, cast mate. Tom Schwartz. What's up, everybody? Hi, Brett. Thanks for coming back on the pod. Listen, reality's been hitting. Reality has been hitting. Reality slapped my ass right across the face. I do. What's happening? But we are thriving. Tom and I are, we literally just got off the plane and just got to our hotel rooms. So we are doing a, not our hotel room.
Starting point is 00:00:53 We have seven hotel rooms, okay. Keanu will be here tomorrow. That's you, well. Girl code, okay. We don't play about that in this house. But we just got, we just flew to Sacramento and we are going to do something really fun tomorrow. Tell everybody what we're doing because I know you're so excited. I'm excited too, but you are like living a dream.
Starting point is 00:01:17 Okay. This is for the second time. I thought it was a one time, a one off. I already got to live the dream. When we were in Boston, we did a Bravo activation. Bravo night at Fenway, which I've always wanted to visit, one of the most iconic baseball stadiums in the world. I even know that that's the name.
Starting point is 00:01:34 The Green Monster. Yeah. So much history. And it was fabulous. I was with Marisol and Alexia from my house house. Miami and then Tamara from OC and it was fabulous very chic we stayed at the four seasons Boston downtown very sumptuous and we had such a good time but yeah we went out to the game we got to meet like the owners of the team we threw out the first pitch so does everybody throw out the first
Starting point is 00:02:01 pitch yeah we all went out there I think there was four of us okay and we all threw it out at the same time at the same time okay I would feel a little bit better about it being at the same time yes you will beat. Safety in numbers, Brett. Yeah. Oh my gosh. So. Well, did you see the itinerary? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:21 It's going to be fun. Well, I don't know if it's going to be fun for you. Why? You're supposed to sing the national anthem. Oh, my gosh. Shut up. Do you know the words? I sure do.
Starting point is 00:02:30 Oh, say, can you see? But it was one of the most iconic moments and I got to hang out with my dear friend, Fernando, who lives in Boston. And it was one of the most of the most iconic moments. And it was one of the better trips of my life. Oh. And I can't believe I get to do it again. I played baseball growing up and I was a pitcher.
Starting point is 00:02:48 Yeah. And last time, I kind of held back. I was like, let's play it cool. When you try hard, you die hard. This time, no, I'm not playing it cool. I'm going to fucking wind up. Rookie of the year style. And I'm going to throw that shit in there with a little oomph.
Starting point is 00:03:00 Yeah. Yeah. Let's go for it. A little giddy up and go. So if you didn't understand what we're doing here. Yes. Sorry. Because Tom started talking about Boston.
Starting point is 00:03:10 But I love that. that he's so excited because we get to do it again but we're here in sacramento doing it for the Oakland A's this time. That's right. And it's another Bravo night. So Tom got to do it one other time and now we're getting to do it together. And I don't even know if there's other Bravo. Is it weird to say Bravo Liberty? I think of. I don't know. I like me and Tom, it's weird that we don't know if other people are going to be here. Yeah. Isn't that weird kind of? Yeah. It's fun. I mean, it's so fun. Because we're, you know, we and Tom will be nice to everybody that's nice to us. And even people that aren't.
Starting point is 00:03:42 We're sweet as peach pie. Sweet as pie. We're going to be at Sutton Health Park, which isn't their usual stadium. I was just looking it up. I was like, why are we in Sacramento? Well, I think that they used to, I mean, they're still called the Oakland A's, but I think they used to be in Oakland. Then they got.
Starting point is 00:03:57 I think they're building a new stadium. It must be. This is their temporary home, but a shout out to Sacramento. I'm super hyped. We're going to have so much fun. Tomorrow it's going down. You guys come hang with us. You're going to release this tomorrow?
Starting point is 00:04:08 Yeah, it'll come out tomorrow. You guys come hang with us. Tomorrow morning. So if people are free, then they might be seeing us around Sacramento. Although I think our little Activition sold out. It did sell out. Yeah. Because I had a lot of people right and me saying that they were sad because it sold out.
Starting point is 00:04:21 But you never know. Me and Tom might be bopping around the town. Come find us in the streets later. Come find us in these streets. Yeah. We need some fun. What's happening, Brett? I'm just like, maybe I'll find me a sexy baseball player tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:04:36 That was my original dream, I think. Wait, first like an astronaut. My second dream, I remember, I wanted to be a major league baseball player. And then a doctor and then an actor. Yeah. And then a reality TV star. I fulfilled some iteration of almost all of those. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:51 Well, have I ever played a doctor? I've been in auditions where I'm supposed to be a doctor. Were you ever in a background scene of a doctor-e show? Dr. E. show. Lots of like procedurals and soap operas. Okay. Me and the guys used to do. background for days of our lives.
Starting point is 00:05:11 And it was 200 bucks and we'd go to CBS Studios, radar in West Hollywood there. And it took all day long, right? No, it was great because we would pop in there, make 200 bucks, and then you could still hit all the other castings and audition. I was never there for more than two or three hours. Oh, okay. And you could still have like a nice, complete day.
Starting point is 00:05:28 And it was cool being backstage. That's where they filmed Dancing with the Stars. Yeah. When we're going to see you on Dancing with the Stars? I don't know. I feel like, I don't know. I think I would, I mean, I would do it. I was a cheerleader all the way through college and everything.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Yeah. So I think I could actually learn routines and stuff. And I'm losing weight and I'm getting in shave. I feel like it would be like really good for me and fun. But I heard it so hard. It's militant. Yeah. You got to be regimented discipline.
Starting point is 00:05:54 You got to lock the fuck in. Yeah. I mean, they just came out with a new cast and I was not asked. Listen, I heard I was in the running until they saw my daily mail picture. Oh no. Mail photo got him good. Listen, you are on my list. Oh, my.
Starting point is 00:06:10 whoever paparazzied me daily mail why it's the funniest part about this is I never get paparazzied oh where were you even at I like I was walking gordo right I was walking gordo and butter is looking downcast and I remember they reached out to me and they're like would you like to comment I was like why would I comment on me looking downcast and then I see the picture and it goes crazy viral and then and kiana's like oh my gosh she's roasting me in a loving way of course like a funny way She's like, just don't address it. And I was like, I'm not going to. And then she goes, oh, my God, it's going viral on Twitter.
Starting point is 00:06:42 Maybe you should say something. I mean, listen, okay, Daily Mail posted it. And it says, exclusive. Vanderpump Rulstar, Tom Schwartz is unrecognizable as he surfaces looking downcast at 43. And it's a photo before of you at fancy AF cocktails red carpet. Isn't that, wasn't that Tom and Ariane's book? Yeah. Look at extra spelt and handsome.
Starting point is 00:07:06 On the left side. And then the right side. I'm telling you guys This is not what you look like to talk No are you looking at me right now Listen I have a bit of a happy belly And this was just a week ago supposedly right That was like two weeks ago
Starting point is 00:07:20 Okay yeah But like listen over the past year and a half I've been very much in love I have a bit of a happy love belly But it doesn't look like that You just look like a dad bod. It doesn't look like Not even a dad bod.
Starting point is 00:07:31 Like this is more than a dad bond It looks like I'm like they said on Twitter It looks like I ate my girlfriend that's what And I mean, you are wearing my my grumpy cat face real hard in this photo too If you haven't seen it Please go look at it just so you can laugh along with us
Starting point is 00:07:48 Because Tom does not look like this Like my face doesn't go like that Well mine apparently does all the time And yours is matching me The downward frown We got the same energy The grumpy cat frown You know
Starting point is 00:08:00 But you know what I have been caught by Daily Mail paparazzi So many times where I was like I do not look like that. And I don't want to say that they do this, but who would have put it past somebody to edit it just to get more views and clicks?
Starting point is 00:08:14 Because Tom, I know you, that your belly does not look like that. They ran that. Listen, I get a little bloated. I have my days, right? Everybody does, but this is like pregnant. They hit me with some chatchy BT on there. They said make him like slightly bloated. And you have like big boobs.
Starting point is 00:08:31 I have big, like I don't have man boobs. Not that there's anything wrong with that. You don't. Those look like double Ds. They're sagging. Just the caption. Resurfaces. It's such a funny word.
Starting point is 00:08:46 He surfaces. Like where have you been, Tom? I've been in my hermitage eating Doritos and fucking Pizza Hut. You've literally been on a top TV show. Do you know, by the way, this is something I want to talk about because we're not giving details of the show away, but it has to do with the Valley. I've seen a lot of people online saying like the Valley's getting cancer. or our ratings are so bad.
Starting point is 00:09:08 They're so terrible. We are in the top 10 of all time, highest peacock ratings of all time. All time. All time. Bravo finally dropped because we were like, why is everybody saying this about our show? And why is everybody saying our ratings are bad? We know for a fact they're like really, really, really good. They're like three times better than other shows.
Starting point is 00:09:29 And we were like, what's happening? Because other shows got brought up on like a summer, something about the summer. And we weren't on it. And people started being like, oh, the Valley's getting canceled. Their ratings are bad. Their ratings are bad. And I've been seeing that ever. But in reality, our ratings are so good.
Starting point is 00:09:45 So thank you, everybody. Thank you. I had such a good time filming this season. It didn't even feel like filming. I just felt like hanging out with everybody. Exactly. I had the best time. I didn't say much, but like I was in my little love bubble.
Starting point is 00:09:56 You were, you were. I was in my happy love. But no, you are, I always said that you and Lola, both are a great edition because you are our real friends. And like, it makes sense. We all did Vanderpurpils together, too. So it just is like perfect. And we don't have to, it doesn't have to all be drama. We need some fun and light.
Starting point is 00:10:12 And you wearing white makeup for some reason. Like we need stuff. We talked about this on Sheena's pod. She's like, I thought I looked hot. And then I saw it. And I was like, first of all, I do have a little bit of a belly. Keanu's like, you got reverse body dysmorphic. You have brother.
Starting point is 00:10:27 Reverse body dysmorphia. We laughed about that. But like, I don't know. Yeah. I felt good. I felt sexy when I'm in Mexico. But seeing myself back, I did have a little bit of a belly.
Starting point is 00:10:37 I'm not even talking about the belly. I'm talking about the face. The makeup, the white makeup. I have no idea. Like, why? It was supposed to be hot, hot gay night, like hot. Was it hot? I thought it was hot Gothic.
Starting point is 00:10:52 No. Wait, was it slutty hot, hot night for Zach's, like big gay birthday. And you're like, let me go white face, Gothic man. I was thinking like BDSM dominatrix. vibes, something that was a departure from myself. I needed a little vacate. We were on vacation, but I wanted a vacation for myself. You're a little move up to the window and your little turn back with like your butt sticking out.
Starting point is 00:11:16 That was so, the timing was impeccable. I'm glad he survived. I know we don't talk about the, we're not supposed to talk about the show when we do these, but like, Zach hitting his head. Yeah. It was one of the most hilarious moments ever that I filmed. Yeah. He came back with a vengeance.
Starting point is 00:11:34 Oh, he was ready. two party. He was so good. I was like so worried about him. But also that night in Mexico was the drunk as I was all season. Like I was there was, you literally saw me going up to the bartender in Mexico showing him Cruz. I was like, look at my son. He's the cutest little boo ever. Like showing the, he probably barely spoke English. And I'm sitting at the bar alone showing a photo of my son. That's where my mind is always at. Like I was in a whole other country. The drunk is, I got all season. Who cares? I was so far away. We were having a blast. I, you know, but like, of course, I'm shown sitting at the bar just talking about cruise to a stranger.
Starting point is 00:12:15 That's sweet as hell. That's so endearing. Oh, my God. I was like, you can tell where my heart's always at, my little baby. But that was a really fun trip. Well, I'm going to ruin this sweet moment by asking you, how you're feeling about the internet's reception of your reunion looks? Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:12:31 You're getting roasted. I am getting roasted. Flamb. I'm bath. You are getting lit up, skewered. I am getting tore up from the floor up. It's so ridiculous. I'm like, oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:12:50 Give it a... Who cares? Did you have a stylist? No. Which I can't even say that. I wish I had a stylist. Listen, I still like the dress and everything. But looking back at it now, and I was even talking to you about this earlier, I've lost
Starting point is 00:13:03 even like probably 15 pounds. since we filmed just the reunion alone. And I fell in love with that dress because it is a gorgeous dress, guys. Like, it is very expensive, very well made. It is so gorgeous on the model. Was it Keanu modeling it? Probably was somebody that looked like her.
Starting point is 00:13:25 And I bought it, and I still felt good in it and everything. But looking back now, I'm like, I would feel so much better in it right now. Totally. Then however long ago, How long ago did we was on the reunion? Like two months ago? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:37 It looked. When I saw you, it looked. It looked still. I think the internet wants to know, was it uncomfortable to sit in? So the top was like a real corset. So the back was like full on Bridgeton on my ass. Like, and in the beginning, the first half of the reunion, since this is just about the dress, not giving anything away. The first half of the reunion, I kept saying, don't tie it so tight at the top because when I sit down, my titties are going to be up to my chin.
Starting point is 00:14:02 I'm not to burst at the seams. And, and, like, that's what happened. I sit down and my teeth are up to my chin. We finally go to lunch and then they loosened it and then it fit me so much better. So probably the first half, my tities are going to be up to my chin. But, you know. I've never heard that one. Swimming in your tities.
Starting point is 00:14:24 And then, so it was a corset. So there was, like, boning, you know, it had, like, the cutouts with the bows. So my stomach is flat as can be because I have them all. Mommy makeover and the, you know, tummy tuck and all that stuff. So even if I'm sitting down, like, my skin doesn't, like, roll over or anything, like, it just doesn't happen. And the boning towards the end for sitting there for, like, 16 hours started to, like, lump out. So it looks like fat rolls.
Starting point is 00:14:51 And it wasn't, people. It wasn't. It was the boning. I should have just picked a dress that did not show that much cleavage at the time. But whatever. You're going to see me soon. I'm going to be looking amazing. Hey, no jelly rolls on this business.
Starting point is 00:15:07 No jelly rolls. Listen. You know what? I still like the dress. I still think it's a beautiful dress. I, you know, can't go back, whatever. Maybe not my favorite thing I've ever worn. But give it a...
Starting point is 00:15:19 People are so mean. Well, listen, if it's any consolation, the whole cast got lit up. I know. The whole cast got lit up. Bala got lit up. I thought everybody looked beautiful. Nia got lit up. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:30 Pretty much everybody. I heard something bad about everybody. And it's just like, it's like, oh my God, I get it. Like, but you know what? I'm being talked about at the end of the day. Like, it was all over the place. Not the kind of all over the place I want at this moment. But whatever, I felt good at the time, you know.
Starting point is 00:15:47 You did. You were glowing in the, I could see you had like your mojo flowing. I hope whenever we actually get to see it, because we haven't even watched the reunion episodes, that it looks better than that photo. Because whenever I saw the photo, I was like, I don't like this photo that Bravo chose, you know. Maybe it was the same guy from the Daily Mail who approved that.
Starting point is 00:16:10 Oh my gosh. Well, listen. Anywho. Y'all know I love getting together with my friends for dinner, a girl's night, or a fun summer pool party. But between being a mom working and chasing crews around, I still need to be ready for whatever the next day brings. That's why anytime I know I'm going to be drinking, I always make Z-biotics pre-alcohol my first drink. of the night. The Biotics pre-alcohol probiotic drink is the world's first genetically engineered probiotic.
Starting point is 00:16:42 It was invented by PhD scientists to tackle rough mornings after drinking. Here's how it works. When you drink, alcohol gets converted into a toxic byproduct in the gut. It's a buildup of this byproduct, not dehydration, that's to blame for rough days after drinking. Pre-alcohol produces an enzyme to break this byproduct down. Just remember to make pre-alcohol. your first drink of the night, drink responsibly, and you'll feel your best tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:17:09 July is packed with barbecues, fireworks, late weekends, and late night with friends. Keep the good times rolling into the next day. Drink pre-alcohol before you go out and wake up ready for whatever Sunday brings. Remember to head to zbiotics.com slash reality and use code reality at checkout for 15% off. Check them out, guys. I'm going to be like next year's reunion if we get another season, knock on wood. I'm going to be planning that dress from day one. So that, so that this never happens to me again.
Starting point is 00:17:46 Yeah, but I'm like, I just got to laugh it off. I have a stylist. Well, they're amazing, by the way. Shout out to the Solomon sisters. I know them. They're expensive. Yeah. Every stylist is expensive.
Starting point is 00:17:55 But listen, they're worth every penny, but I'm kind of judicious. Not to still, you know whose word. I'm judicious about how often. and I use them because it's expensive. It is expensive. But they've got me, they've introduced me to some of the coolest brands ever. Shout out to the Solomon sisters.
Starting point is 00:18:09 Yeah, I've used a stylist sometimes. And of course, if I do like big deals and stuff, they have the clothes and everything like that. But I don't like, I like different things. I don't like wearing the same thing everybody wears. I think a lot of, I don't know. I think some people think that we have like stylists that get us clothes and everything.
Starting point is 00:18:26 Yeah. We, we, for better or for worse, we pick out of them. We do. We pick out our own dang clothes. Yeah, yeah. And you know what? The funny thing is. is like I literally filmed that show in the Dominican Republic.
Starting point is 00:18:37 I bought the dress while I was filming in the Dominican Republic. Everybody loved it. It was so beautiful, you know. And I was hoping I would have lost more weight by the time that the reunion got there. And my GLP ones, joined Fridays, shout out. They really didn't kick in until after the third month, which was like right when we started filming the reunion. So now I had lost some weight before the reunion.
Starting point is 00:19:01 And then I lost a lot of weight after the reunion. So that's why I'm like, if I would have worn it now, I think I would have like seeing it back better, if that makes sense. We're just building the suspense until we reveal our revenge bodies. Yeah, exactly. The world's hating on us, and we're going to be like, look at me now, bitch. I feel like your dress would fucking slay. Am I too old to say sleigh?
Starting point is 00:19:25 No, I think so. I think it would slay at like a swanky bar in the Dominican Republic or maybe Tulum, you know, a nice swanky night. almost $1,600. A couple racks. Yeah. Dang. Yeah. Well, it's a beautiful dress.
Starting point is 00:19:40 I mean, look at it on the model, okay? Because don't give the brand shit. Y'all just don't like me. I can't do anything right right now. So it's literally, everyone's coming for me for some reason. So have fun with it. I like getting roasted. It does get to a point.
Starting point is 00:19:55 But that's what I'm laughing at it now because even I was like, oh, I don't really love that picture. So it's not like I'm like disagreeing, but it's not that bad, relax, you know? I just think like if you want to say I don't like it Of course people are going to have our opinions We're public figures But you don't have to like dig deep And say the meanest like raw as shit ever
Starting point is 00:20:12 There's a bounty on your stylist Which we just found out is you For like $10,000 dead or alive Maybe next year I'll get me a stylist I think something a lot of people Don't need to realize that I'm not trying to go deep about this But I have gone through a lot of changes with my body And my confidence and everything
Starting point is 00:20:30 So I'm still trying to like find myself And like, I'm doing so much better now. And I think if we do get a next season, it's going to be a whole new me. And I'm going to be more comfortable and confident in my body because I've lost weight. Because I had my mom and makeover, because I have let go with the snakes in my life, I'm going to be in such a better, happier, more confident place. I used to cry just thinking about getting dressed because I was so, like, I had no confidence and I was just so sad and, like, depressed about it and felt like everything that was said to me was so true.
Starting point is 00:21:01 So getting dressed, I would be. late to every event because I didn't want to put anything on. I didn't want to, like, I would just buy clothes and then, like, never wear them because I just hated it. And I would just sit in the room and cry and cry and cry. And then sometimes not even go to the places I was supposed to go. And I imagine. Like, people don't realize how hard that was on me for a while.
Starting point is 00:21:18 So when people, like, go in on me so hard about what I was wearing or what I was this, I'm like, you guys, like, please realize I was going through huge traumatic changes. For real. And I was going through a really hard time of my life where even getting dressed was so. difficult. But New Year, new me, I'm not going to go. I don't want to stay dark, but that's like the truth of it all. Like I didn't have the confidence to like, oh, this is good.
Starting point is 00:21:43 This, I want to wear like, no, it just was not, it just was not important to me because I was just so, I had no confidence in myself. I know that feeling. Yeah. Sometimes you look in the mirror and you don't like what you see. And it just, it just, it amplifies. It's like a catalyst for the negative self-talk. It like supports your inner critic. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:03 Like God, you suck. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's such a slippery slope. We have to be nicer to ourselves. You know, but I'm just saying that like was happening to me a lot throughout this past season. And but whatever, the dress was still cute. It was fine. It's not as bad as people are acting like it was.
Starting point is 00:22:18 My God. But I'm just going to just going to have to laugh about it. Can't go back. I don't have a magic wand where I can be like, let's fix it. You got three episodes of it. Okay, guys. So let's just keep them rolling in. I guess.
Starting point is 00:22:32 Well, just keep a low profile because you are wanted by the fashion police. This is a felony. Oh, my God. Whatever. I felt good that day. You know, I felt good. I was finally starting to lose weight.
Starting point is 00:22:44 I was finally like, you know, the hair was blonde again. I was feeling good. But now I feel even better. So that's what matters. Listen. You know?
Starting point is 00:22:51 It wasn't any worse than my blonde era, which I still get, my mom even said, don't ever do that again. I remember she was roasting me. Oh, my gosh. Yeah, man. Rina was so fun.
Starting point is 00:23:04 Well, I don't know if it was fun, but it was good. I'm excited for people to watch it and hear what people think. I love... Can we talk about the Valley? I don't know the rules. I think we've talked enough about the Valley to where we won't get in trouble. Anyways, I never talk about this, but I loved watching this season. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:20 I thought it was such an interesting. I was so, like, fucking fascinated by, like, getting a peek inside our friends' relationships. And, like, these are the really rich, complex. They're real. They're real. Nuonce. I think that's a difference of the valleys. Everything is so real and raw.
Starting point is 00:23:36 And like sometimes dark, but like also funny. Like, you know, but it's like people can relate. Totally. Because we're going through crazy stuff. We're going through postparto. We're going through breakups. We're going through divorces. We're going through finding new love like you.
Starting point is 00:23:51 We're going through just like so many different things, you know. So people can relate to something from all of us, which I think is what makes it so great. and our ratings are actually good for those of you who are saying that. But I feel like people who are listening to my podcast are wonderful, and they would never talk about my ugly reunion dress, and they would never say that we had bad ratings. And I love you. Okay, I want to do some funny questions for you before we get going, okay?
Starting point is 00:24:21 Let's do it. What's the most Schwartz thing you've done this week? Oh, that's interesting. the most Schwartz thing I've done this week. Because you know you got your own character, your own charisma. I do. I'm trying to think, I want to give you a good answer here. I'm trying to think the most Schwartz thing I've done this week is, oh, let's come back to that.
Starting point is 00:24:43 I don't know. All right. If your dogs, because we love our dogs, could spill one secret about you. What would it be that you make out with them too much? That's Sandoval. Oh, God. Yeah, he would do that to our dogs. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:59 Tom loves an open-mouthed kiss. Probably that I almost, I pamper them to a fault. Like they know when I make them their meal, maybe it's steak or chicken. If they're not in the mood for it, they know I'm their bitch. Like I will, if they don't like it, I'll make them something new. Oh my gosh. It's not just like, that's your meal. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:20 So anyways, I think they're like, listen, Dad, we love you. You're the best Papa ever. And we appreciate all your hard work and love. They just went to the groomer yesterday. Oh, I love when the dogs are fresh groomed. I think they were just like, you're the best dad ever. Yeah, they definitely would. Not to hype myself up.
Starting point is 00:25:35 Yeah. My dogs would say the same. I'm the best mom ever. Yeah. Okay. This was not in a plan, but does Katie still see the dogs? She does. Okay.
Starting point is 00:25:43 She's actually, because we're in Sack right now. Yeah. And then I'm flying to Buffalo. Oh, what are you doing a buffalo? I'm hosting an event at a distillery. I think it's called Hartman's distillery. I love Buffalo. They got the best fans in the world.
Starting point is 00:25:56 Now, I'm just saying Bravo fans, but like their football team fans are next level. Oh, yeah. They jump off shit into like flaming tables and stuff. Oh my gosh. That sounds like Kentucky basketball. The Bills fans are hardcore. The Bills Mafia, they call it, but I love Buffalo.
Starting point is 00:26:08 And then I'm going to New York with Kiki because I love New York. It's my favorite city in the world. And she has. When will you guys be in New York? She's shooting on the fourth or fifth? Oh, my God. I'm doing Watch Chavez Live on the fifth. Are you?
Starting point is 00:26:19 Yes. Oh, my God. Oh, we're hanging. Yes, we're hanging. We're hanging. You guys shouldn't even pop by. Oh, if we can. I'll come to you.
Starting point is 00:26:27 I'll take you guys. Or just in the green room. Yeah, we'll figure it out. By the way, we're talking about this the other day. For me, one of the greatest simple pleasures of being on Bravo is doing, watch what happens live with Andy Cohen. Yeah. He's so sweet.
Starting point is 00:26:39 He always comes back and chills with you, taking a shots. You know, I've done it like 16 times. Yeah. I'm, I, I don't, you might be at more than that, Tom, because I'm at least at like 13, 14. Wow. Yeah. Damn, 16 times is crazy. So there's like the thing called the 15 Club and they sent us.
Starting point is 00:26:57 Yeah, and I was right below it. And now I'm over it because that was over a year ago, wasn't it? Yeah. And I've done it like three times since then. What would you say your most memorable? Watch what happens live appearances off the top of your head. I think the one coming up is going to be the most memorable. But if I have to go through.
Starting point is 00:27:14 That's a teaser. That is a teaser. That is a teaser. That's all we're going to say. But gosh, I have always been such a huge Bridgeton fan. And right whenever Bridgeton was like airing, it was like the, the newest season where Penelope was finally getting her love story
Starting point is 00:27:33 and stuff and I got to do it with Penelope Featherington, also known as Nicola Coughlin and we had the best time and she was like a fan of everything too and I was such a fan of her and she's in so many other things like dairy girls and everything else but I was just such a huge Bridgerton fan so the fact that I got to do it
Starting point is 00:27:55 with somebody that was like so popular and so like that show was the biggest show. Like that was like such a cool honor for me. And then me and her and somebody I don't want to talk about. And, um, her friend, we,
Starting point is 00:28:10 we went to the Soho house and I got her wasted. We had the best time. Oh my God. You hung out afterwards? Yeah, of course. We, we follow each other on Instagram and we like,
Starting point is 00:28:22 we loved each other. She was amazing. Oh my God. So yeah. Lady Whistled down her. I got her wasted. Wait, that's iconic. It was so fun.
Starting point is 00:28:34 Going out after Watcher What Happens Live also is one of the sweet, simple pleasures in life, where we usually go, the golden, we go to whatever's walking distance. It's usually staying in the meatpacking district, right? Yeah, yeah. And then we walk to, where do we go? I forget the name of the freaking bar. I don't know. What was your favorite, Watcherab is Last?
Starting point is 00:28:51 I was just thinking, I was going through my head. Obviously, the first one was super magical. I'm trying to think. Like I said, there was so. many good ones but that was just a really cool one because I was like such a fan you know I can give you hold on a second I'm trying to think when I did so during the peak of you know what of all the madness during Tom's scandal yeah yeah I did it did you really just I did it with um that's hilarious I did it with Johnny Lowe uh Roblo's son oh yeah Johnny um and it was freaking amazing and it was just wild
Starting point is 00:29:26 because like there was like a frenzy a palpable frenzy in the audience. And remember, that was like sweeping the nation headline news. CNN. Yeah. Fucking cover of the New York Times. Like, it was crazy. And we had such a good time.
Starting point is 00:29:41 Me and Johnny, I actually saw him in the Valley. A couple of weeks ago, I said, what up? And we were talking about what. Shout out to the Valley. It was insane. He's like, brother, I've never seen this type of, like, rabid engagement. And I remember, I just felt like such a pariah. I felt like such an outcast.
Starting point is 00:29:58 But I had fun with it. If you go back deep in my Instagram, you can see the post. There's like 4,000 comments on that one. And you're like, yeah. I remember I made a stupid joke at the end. And I'm just like, people like booed me. I'm like, oh, God, I shouldn't have said that. Anyways, that was during the peak frenzy of that whole affair.
Starting point is 00:30:17 And anyways, that was- I love that you said, Scandival. And then you know what Tom's saying. I was like, oh, my God. I never say the S word. I say, you know what of all. Okay, okay. But yeah, man.
Starting point is 00:30:26 Yeah, I love going to New York. Watch what happens a lot. It's so fun. It's so, you guys. Well, I'm going to be there at the same time. That's awesome. I'll be definitely talking to you all. I think, yeah, you go online.
Starting point is 00:30:36 There's a lottery system if you guys are trying to get tickets to come see Britt next week or whatever we're in. I'm not really sure how it works, actually. Yeah. But it's always so fun. And we're going to get to meet so many Bravo fans tonight, too. Or tomorrow night. This will be coming. We're filming this on Thursday.
Starting point is 00:30:50 They come out on Friday. So tomorrow we're going to get to meet a bunch of Bravo fans. And that's such a fun part of our job and we're so excited. The best part. Yeah. And, okay, I am a little nervous about throwing out the first pitch because I am so much better now, but I've talked about this on the podcast before. Whenever I was filming the show, that's going to be coming out in January,
Starting point is 00:31:11 February, cannot wait for that show. In the Dominican Republic, I hurt my shoulder doing a zip line and dropping into the water. And I actually thought I tore my rotator cuff once I get back to America. We found out that I actually fractured my humor. rural head. So it has, I had to wear a sling for a long time and it hurt for a long time. It's still like tingees here and there. So if my pitch is not perfect, that is, that is why, okay? Because I am an athletic girl. I was so worried. I was like, I was like, Tom, I think, like, I'm just going to let you do the pitch by yourself. And it says, like, we were both going to do the pitch.
Starting point is 00:31:51 And I'm like, would I really, like, want to miss that beautiful moment that's a once, like, Nobody ever gets to do stuff like that. Like, just because my, my, my throw might be weak because I have no strength in my arm because I tore my hair roll ahead is not going to stop me from throwing the pitch. Hey, kitty gang. I'm Keel Lowry. And I'm Lindsay Crissly. Come join us for coffee combos every Thursday.
Starting point is 00:32:15 It's spirit of discussion about motherhood, friendship, family, and life in the public eye. We share our real life experiences, trying to balance it all, and the issues that we face daily. We don't always agree with how we each handle it. and we definitely rant about the frustrations. But we always have a great convo and hopefully learn something by the end of it. So listen to and follow coffee combos now at Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Podcast One, or wherever you get your podcast. Wait, this is so cool, though.
Starting point is 00:32:44 You ever hopper, like, pinch yourself? You're like, you tore your, what happened? Humeral head. You tore your humeral head. Fractured it. It's a bone. It's a ball bone right here in the top of your shoulder. So that's why they thought it was my rotator cuff at first.
Starting point is 00:32:57 I was pretty mad. I should know this. Yeah. Sorry, Dad. So sorry, Dad. But no, no, you hurt your arm filming a TV show in the Dominican Republic. And now you're worried you won't be able to throw out the first pitch at the Oakland Athletics.
Starting point is 00:33:10 This is crazy. Isn't that cool? Thank God. Thank God for the beautiful stuff in life. Yeah, we've been fortunate. Yeah, so fortunate. I talk about positivity a lot on my podcast because, you know, even if you're going through some hard times, it's so much better to try to focus on the positive in life and just, like,
Starting point is 00:33:27 be grateful for the things that you have. and I'll never take anything for granted. And every loss is a lesson learned. I've learned so much more from the... Amen. Say it again. Say it again for the people in the back. Smooth seas don't make great sailors.
Starting point is 00:33:41 And these seas been choppy. Exactly. Okay. What's the weirdest DM you've ever received? Hmm. I think... I think somebody told me... They said they like my feet and they wanted to suck my toes.
Starting point is 00:33:57 but it was like I wish I'm not doing it justice because the way it was like the way it was phrase was odd peculiar but I think someone yeah it was like it was I guess relatively what about you like off the top of your head do you get more do you get more sweet or more oh I get a lot of sweet I get a lot of hate like I literally just um uh got a DM you know what let me go into my unread DMs really fast let's read a couple mine have been so sweet lady I haven't done that a long I only read the top five. I never go deep. Oh, I've got really nice ones and I've got really mean ones.
Starting point is 00:34:31 Okay, this top one. You need to stop crying because crying is not going to win your audience over and we are over it. That is so harsh. Like, what? Cold. Sometimes whenever I get comments like that, I'm like, what are they even seeing? Because I lived it and I don't know what you're talking about. It's just like people take things too seriously sometimes.
Starting point is 00:34:54 I'm like, it's not that big of a deal. We're all friends. We have ups and downs. We love each other. It's not that big of a deal, people. Usually when you address the trolls, like it's a common knowledge that they're so sweet. But like, no, no.
Starting point is 00:35:06 Usually they're so sweet after you address them. They just kind of wanted a little attention. But like, oh yeah. I've called a lot of people out for being like mean. And I've said stuff like, like you have a beautiful daughter. Would you ever want somebody talking to your daughter like that? And they'll like apologize.
Starting point is 00:35:20 It'll like wake them up a little bit because it's like, boeing has just gone too bad. And, oh, listen to this one. Hi, Brittany, I'm a witch. If you ever need to curse someone or you need a love spell or any other spell, just let me know. If you ever find yourself in a presence with someone who is six, two, and blue eyes, you better contact me because that bitch wants your money. What the hell? I'm telling you, this was sent to me at 2.23 p.m. an hour and 10 minutes ago.
Starting point is 00:35:52 Oh, my God. Let's see if I have any weird ones. I'm not saying their names. Oh, yeah. I have a lot of awesome people that write me I don't get I don't have time to go Not that I don't have time But I don't always get a chance to go through
Starting point is 00:36:05 And like read these are Because the people I follow Are the only actual DMs that come to me You have to go to the separate folder To see these messages that I'm talking about And there are thousands and thousands and thousands in there So sometimes I'll go through And like someone will talk to me about autism
Starting point is 00:36:19 Or they're talking about toxic relationship And I'll write them back And then that's like the best I love hearing people's stories You know in their journeys And things like that and it just makes me feel so good. There's a lot of minefields in there, too.
Starting point is 00:36:32 Like this person, this was Cam Swan, I'm just going to say, because it was nice. People don't talk about your hair enough. Your hair is absolutely stunning, Britt. Thank you. See, like seeing nice stuff like that makes my day. And we don't need to only focus on the, yeah. This girl just responded to my story and said, woof. Like I looked bad or something from my vampire Halloween party.
Starting point is 00:36:55 I looked good, okay? Yeah. Yeah. Like, that was a costume and it was the good costume. But honestly, I think we should have filmed the whole season in Victorian Vampire. I honestly think it would have been really cool. Oh my gosh. I thought it was so good.
Starting point is 00:37:08 But I've got so many nice people. I love people telling me about, you know, their autism journey and stuff like that. So there's a lot I could go through right now. But I do try to write people back whenever I have a chance. Yeah, I'm looking to see if I have any good ones. Sorry, guys. Well, there's like a, you know. Mine are all sweet.
Starting point is 00:37:24 Yeah, there are a lot of sweet ones. But I do love that one about the witch. I might have to hit her up. This one says Lala sucks. Yeah, like just random stuff like that. Like, I literally opened one and it said, what did it say? I think it just said, you suck or something, you know? I kind of like one that just says you suck.
Starting point is 00:37:43 It's very blunt to the point. Let me hear it. Brittany, she is aghast right now. Shooketh. Okay, so we're going to talk about this. I don't know if I'm going to leave it in or not. but Did someone
Starting point is 00:37:59 slide into your DMs? No. My ex, you know who, posted that he was a brand partner with Smart Water yesterday. Smart Water. Smart Water.
Starting point is 00:38:10 Smart Water, like the bottom of the water. Everybody was commenting and stuff. They just d-end me and said, Hi, Brittany. Smartwater has no relationship with Jacks Taylor. He is not a brand ambassador
Starting point is 00:38:25 and his content is not authorized by or affiliated with the company. Oh, that's so embarrassing. Him and you know who are together in Canada and he posted a whole fake ad brand campaign that I'm sure it was her idea to make it look like that she was, that he was getting ads and brand deals to try to flip his image. Tom, that means, okay, let's talk about other stuff. No, I'm so shocked. I don't even know what to say.
Starting point is 00:38:55 I'm just like, you got that. You faked a brand partnership so that people will think you have a brand deal? Oh, my God. Because you know your image is that bad because of a horrible human being you are. That is wild. See, this is why I don't believe anything that he says. He will say to me that that is a real thing and a real brand deal. He posted it and put Smart Water Partner instead.
Starting point is 00:39:22 I just looked. Is it still up? Yeah. I wouldn't, why would I question it? I don't. I just look like. That's insane. And he did a whole reel.
Starting point is 00:39:30 And it said something like, people, because people send it to me. I don't look. And it said something like, once one door closes, you never know what door opens. And I'm like, she's making these reels and writing those captions and everything. And about herself, that is creepy. And it was for Smart Water and it's not even a real ad. My God. I'm speechless.
Starting point is 00:39:51 I don't know what to say. Honestly, when we first saw it, when people first said it to me, they were like, there's no way that this is a brand like no there's no way that they would do a deal with him like smart water is jennifer anison right now like they would not put him on there but for proof that it was fake i gotta like post it or something i mean that is that is embarrassing i'm ashamed for him that is embarrassing and i hope smart water comes out with a statement and says that they are not brand partnerships that they have no a lot of partnership with jacks taylor that's insane That is embarrassing.
Starting point is 00:40:27 And that is proof that she will go through any links to try to switch his image knowing everything he's done. It's sick. Okay. I don't know if we're going to leave that in there. So let me think about that. Okay. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:40:43 Next question. Oh, shit. Yeah, we were doing a question. Let's just a couple more minutes. What's the most Schwartz thing I did this week? Oh, yeah. What's the most Schwartz thing you did this week? We got to go back to that one.
Starting point is 00:40:54 Probably. Every time we got off the plane or walked out of door, he just aimlessly starts walking and I aimlessly follow him and we're always going the wrong direction. But like I'm such a good traveler. I'm locked in by myself. When I'm with you, I'm just like, all right. You think I'm going to leave, but really you're, you walk faster than me. So you just like kind of take off and I just follow you.
Starting point is 00:41:16 And then I'm like, wait a second. I think the baggage claim is that way. Like we don't even look. Well, maybe the most shorts thing I did the week before is my sweet beta. fish died. His name was Hans. Oh, I hate when that happened. I was so sad. And he, I think he had Flopsy, I think it's called. Organ Failure? Did he have, like, little white
Starting point is 00:41:32 dots? Oh, Oregon Failure. Yeah, I think he had, I did all the salt baths. Did you have a funeral for it? So we did. Yeah. Maybe this is the most Schwartzy thing we did. Remember dog? Yeah. But I actually wasn't there. And Max was house sitting. Max Boyans, and he loves the dogs
Starting point is 00:41:48 and he loved Hans, the fish. So we buried him for me. And we did a little he did a little eulogy. And And raccoon dug him up and ate him. Oh, my God. That was probably the most shorts thing I did in the past few weeks. Did you know I rescued a possum from a raccoon, right? You did?
Starting point is 00:42:04 Oh, yeah. That was so cute. Yeah. And you know that I found out that the raccoon actually paralyzed the possum and they had to put it down. So I didn't actually rescue it. And I cried and everything. Oh, my God. I took care of that thing.
Starting point is 00:42:16 Wait, they put it down? They had to because they said it had no quality. It would have no quality of life. It could never live on its own. It was still a baby. What? They took mine to like a rescue. and Balibu.
Starting point is 00:42:25 This one was paralyzed. Oh, I missed that part. Yeah. The raccoon severed its... Oh. And I had been feeding it and taking care of it for over two days. I was heartbroken. And trust me, I was like, wait, can I take him anywhere else?
Starting point is 00:42:39 Can I do this? Can I do that? And they were like, he will never be able to live on their own. And, like, Kristen was there with me. And they were like, this is the most humane thing to do. That was the most merciful. But they were like, we don't even know if he has internal damage. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:42:52 Like, he could easily just die. Yeah. And I was so devastated, but I tried. I tried, man. I'm sorry, Brett. I really tried. But at least he was, like, I'm like, okay, well, if he was paralyzed, hopefully he wasn't in pain. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:04 You know what I mean? I don't know that sounds terrible. No, it's okay. But, you know. We'll have a little eulogy for. I know. That's so sad. I didn't know if it was a boy or a girl, but if it was a girl I wanted to name it, Ophelia,
Starting point is 00:43:16 because you know, Possum is spelled like O possum. Yeah. So Ophelia or Oliver. The fate of Ophelia was euthanasia. I was euthanasia. I was so. sad and I would not have went that route if there was any other option obviously
Starting point is 00:43:28 but they the vet I know but the vet was just like you did a good job like they said I did a good job that's sweet it's sweet it was sad though okay um but I'm sorry about Hans that's okay RIP Hans you are loved you were loved oh my goodness your spirit lives on what's your favorite memory
Starting point is 00:43:46 with me ooh over all the years of our friendship wow honestly well a lot of years plus now let's see i'm trying to think of ones that don't involve you know the person you're no longer with because i know you guys aren't doing well so i don't want to romanticize those moments yeah i'm trying to think of cute there's no romanticizing that crap okay okay all my all the like i'm thinking about like how we first met you yeah yeah yeah we don't want to go there i guess let's see
Starting point is 00:44:14 one of my favorite moments with you honestly your birthday when we did your uh oh wait was it when we went to mexico was it your bachelor's it your bachelor's? Wait, I'm getting it twisted. My Bachelorette was Miami. No, and then we did, when we were going to Mexico, and remember? We did Vegas for my birthday a lot. Wait, which trip was it? We've been to all these places.
Starting point is 00:44:40 Maybe it was Miami. Miami was the Bachelorette party. Yeah, that was one of my favorite trips ever with you. That was fun trip. You were whaling out. Yeah. Remember I was like crying because they brought out this freaking sign saying, don't do it at the club. I do remember that.
Starting point is 00:44:54 And I was crying in a huge old wedding dress. That was really funny. And apparently they did it to everybody, but I took it personally. Wonder why. Of course. Wonder why. Yeah, no. They're just, that's like a classic bachelor at party.
Starting point is 00:45:08 Yeah. Yeah. I was just drunk. Oh my God. No, we had so many fun memories. I mean, even like. Our trips were so motherfucking fun. Our trip were so fun.
Starting point is 00:45:17 My God. Off camera and all on camera. Like us going to Calbo. Yeah. And we had those like bandanas around our heads. that said like, what did I eat ass or something? Yeah. What did you say? Honestly, getting lit at Mango Deck.
Starting point is 00:45:29 Yes. We were off camera there for this one I'm thinking of. Yeah. When we were all one happy family. Yes. But we all went there and I remember one of the funny, okay, this is one of the funniest things ever. Because like one of the great simple pleasures is going to the pharmacy. Yes.
Starting point is 00:45:41 Going to the pharmacy and getting like your Adderall or some Mexican Xanax. And you, your eyes were lit up. You look like a kid in the candy shop. I know you don't really take pills. I don't take pills. I can believe it. It's a thing. Even if you don't take them, everyone goes and gets like.
Starting point is 00:45:55 And they even just looks around and you're like, wow, because you don't have to have a prescription or nothing. Yeah. It's the wildest thing you've ever seen. It is. I don't even take talent also. No, I know you don't take pills. But it's so fun. It's like a smorgasbord.
Starting point is 00:46:06 It's a novelty. It's crazy. You have to go into one if you travel in Mexico. You need to get a headband that says, I eat ass. And then like, what was like tits. There was just like, and these are headbands that the waiters put on you, you know? I still have, well, I used to have. know if it got stolen from my garage but i used to have like that tequila bottle that had that
Starting point is 00:46:26 photo of all of us on it with our headbands on i just was in i was in cabo recently with kiana we went to mango deck and she experienced all that for the first time she got a headband that said i got her headband that said uh oh i got a head band that said uh i love my hot girlfriend oh course you did and i think hers was a little freakier i forgot what it said but she loved mango deck yeah mango deck we met these really cool Canadians who i uh uh that were on a bachelor bachelor bachelor at party and actually FaceTime for their, I phacetime them for their wedding last week. Shout out to the Canadian crew just got married. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:46:58 That's a mango deck. Yeah. Oh, this next question actually is great for that because I said, because it was, if you could relive one VaynerPump Rules Trip, which one would it be? Only one. Wow. One Vanderpump Rules trip. Wow.
Starting point is 00:47:15 Let's see. I'm going through definitely not my bachelor, bachelor, bachelor, bat, party. That was a shit show. And I was a disaster. Probably, let's see. Probably our last group trip to Mexico. I don't really yearn for the past or like necessarily miss the good old days. But like remember our last, it was like maybe season seven or eight or nine?
Starting point is 00:47:36 We did one trip, Sosy Bo, like the whole cast, we all went. And we were like doing cliff jumping and everyone was getting along. There wasn't a lot of drama. Hawaii. Was it Hawaii? Then, you know, who stole the sunglasses? No, this is a different. It was a great trip until that.
Starting point is 00:47:53 No, no, this was Mexico for sure, because I remember we were going off-roading and everything, but it was the last time we were one big, happy, dysfunctional family on Vanderpump Rules, and that was our last Mexico trip. Yeah. Anyways, that was it. I think it's season seven or eight or nine.
Starting point is 00:48:09 But it was like when we all went right before, like, it was right before the pandemics, 2019. Wow. But anyways, yeah, man. We had so many fun memories. We sure freaking did. All right, before I let you go, if you could be on any other reality TV show,
Starting point is 00:48:21 what would it be? Obviously, I want to go back and make appearances on Summer House. Maybe if they ever reboot Winter House, but I love my guys in Southern Charm. Yeah. Shout out to the crew, Austin, Craig, Shep, all the ladies. I like Southern hospitality too. And also, I just watched the city. I really like the city. New York's my favorite city in the world. So maybe I'd want to be on all of them. Because Keanu lives partially in New York. She spends way more time in L.A. Yeah. But I love. of New York. So maybe in a dream scenario, I'm also on the city with Keanu. I'm popping in as a friend of.
Starting point is 00:49:00 You're staying on the valley. Yeah. Well, I hope. I hope. But no, I would love to be a friend of or something on in the city with Keanu while she's like doing a shoot. And I pop in, catch up with Kyle, go to one of his DJ sets. We all hung out with him after he did the reunion for Summerhouse, me, Kiana, my friend
Starting point is 00:49:15 Fawn. It was really fun. Yeah. Okay. I ask everybody this. Who's your favorite reality TV star of all? All time. Gordon Ramsey.
Starting point is 00:49:25 Well, Lisa Vanderpump and Gordon Ramsey are probably neck and neck. Obviously, I'm partial to Lisa because I love her. That will never fade. Yeah.
