Who Are These Podcasts? - Ep761 - Gender Spiral, Jim Thornton, Jerry Banfield, Opie & Ron

Episode Date: September 13, 2026

Jim Thornton was the announcer for the Wheel of Fortune up until the time when someone took a photo of him typing in a pedophile chatroom on an airplane. Further investigation discovered his username,... NicholasB77, was the host of a podcast where he interviewed another “boy lover” about their sexual attraction to young children. We have the clips. Kaya Orsan joins us to talk about a confusing podcast called Gender Spiral. The hosts interview Da’Shaun L. Harrison about “body fascism.” Apparently, being flat and black is not allowed under fascist regimes, and fat people in the US are currently experiencing this. Cardiff Electric made a fantastic short video using real audio from Chad Zumock. Cringe of the Week is the Isotopes’ 9/11 jokes. Opie is super stoked about the president promising everyone $5k if Republicans win the mid-terms and can’t stop doing what he calls “the dick dance.” The chat is trolling Opie and Ron but Opie has it up as an overlay now. Jerry Banfield went live and his honesty is refreshing. Jerry explains how he’s been able to live off of debt his entire life and continue to qualify for loans. He’s also discovered the Dabbleverse and is communicating directly with us. We finish with Internet News and your voicemails. This is not Ted Williams and you are now listening to Fat Carl in the morning. Are you ever going to pay me for this Fat Carl? Hey, hey, and welcome. Welcome everyone to Fat Carl in the morning. I'm your host Fat Carl and I'm so ready to talk shit. Black producer Chris is not here.
Starting point is 00:01:33 Again, apparently his donk has a flat and he called me a cracker. So that's what happened. I might have called him the N-word, but he's used to that. Our special guest today is Kaylee from the minor hit YouTube channel, once over with Kaylee. Some of you might know her as Lucy Tightbox. Welcome to Fat Carl in the morning, Kaylee. Thank you so much for having me, Fat Carl.
Starting point is 00:01:52 I've been looking forward to this for five episodes. Whatever. It's a real treat to be here. You're so welcome. Let's get down to business. Why do they call you Lucy Tightbox? It's just a nickname. I'm a go-go dancer for this surf band, the isotopes. Maybe you've heard of them? Nope.
Starting point is 00:02:07 Moving on. Two questions. One, do you like poop? And two, have you ever dated a black man? Just one. His name was Luttrell. We worked together, and I thought he looked like Snoop Dog, whom I have a massive crush on. You have to leave right now, Kaylee.
Starting point is 00:02:20 That is something Fat Carl doesn't tolerate. We may have a black producer who doesn't show up, but that doesn't mean we allow mud sharks on the show. What? You can't be serious. I just got here. Oh, I'm very serious, Kaylee. You have to leave. Other Carl might give you big titty privilege, but that is not going to fly at Fat Carl in the
Starting point is 00:02:36 morning. I have my own big titties. So leave right now. I brought a big bag of fresh shit that I picked up in the park on my way to the studio that I was going to share with her. But now it looks like I'm going to be eating it myself. Her loss is my gain. That's all for today's Fat Carl in the morning. Join us next week when we have another special guest. I'm really going to have to start screening these people more carefully. I told them in the strongest of words to just do it. You see, this is a we just do it kind of show.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Really appreciate who are these podcasts. They found me years and years ago. Episode number seven 61 Are you a boner guy? Oh, I was a boner guy You know what I missed penis What are you talking about? I'm the one who should apologize
Starting point is 00:03:25 Is it going to be Absolutely riveting Is it going to change your life By any stretch? Probably not But it's going to be at least entertaining Okay By the way, for those people
Starting point is 00:03:35 that are in the back Remember to shut the fuck up Shut the fuck up ass wipe and suck my cock I've been dying to say that. Maddie-Oh! Cuzz-A-R-O-C-A-Roe.
Starting point is 00:03:51 Slaperoo-Ro-Slapparoonie. It's showtime. W-A-T-P. Why can't I get this off of the screen now? W-A-T-P. W-A-T-P. We were to Chi-A-Go. I hope people heard that.
Starting point is 00:04:20 I hope people heard the intro there. Hello, we're going to get to another episode. to Who Are These Podcasts, the only show that eats where it shits. I'm your host, Carl. With me this week, the man who is still dodging ice from the official podcast and Kaya.com. Kaya Orson is here. What's up, Kaya?
Starting point is 00:04:37 Hello. Good to see. I'm glad to be back. Producer Chris is here as well. Hi. Go to Who Are These.com. That's our email address, voice number. Link to the subreddit link to our Discord server link to our merchandise link to our YouTube
Starting point is 00:04:47 channel and that link to Patreon and Supercast featuring two exclusive bonus episodes every single month. You watch the show when we do them live on Saturdays. Like so many people are right now. I send out the link to everyone who's on YouTube behind the paywall there or Patreon and Supercast. We encourage our listeners, give us five stars on Apple Podcasts and then shit all over us in the comment section. Today, we'll be reviewing gender spiral, a suggestion from Kaya. But first, we got to talk about this Jim Thornton, the announcer of the Wheel of Fortune.
Starting point is 00:05:17 This guy's a real fucking piece of shit, it turns out. We talked about this on The Creepoff. and this guy was on his laptop on an airplane and had on his laptop this chat forum up where what's it called Lifeline? Lifeline, yeah, but I think that one is it's like boy love or boy chat, something like that along those lines.
Starting point is 00:05:43 Yes. They're kind of like I'm doing the, they're hiding in plain sites, so to speak, as a support forum for non-offending pedophiles. Right, because he also, produce a podcast. And we have some clips of that. And on the podcast
Starting point is 00:05:58 interviews. Yeah, he's interviewing another pedophile about pedophile stuff. And they bring up Lifeline. I'm not going to spoil it for you, but they bring up Lifeline and they're like, yes, you know, it's just a chat for him. Maybe there's like link sandwiches and stuff, I don't know. But you know, it's a chat for him. Like, oh, this is not Chris Delia Lifeline. Right.
Starting point is 00:06:14 This is a very different lifeline. According to TMZ, the announcer claims he left the chat room once he found out what it was, although from the time It appears Thornton was in the room for at least 57 minutes. Also, it's come out that he's a moderator on this chat site. And a prolific shit poster. A prolific shit poster on the forum as well.
Starting point is 00:06:35 People looked up his username, which is Nicholas B. 77. And they looked it up on these various pedophile forums, which all look super ghetto. And from the 90s, by the way, because all of these guys are in their like 60s, I guess. None of them know HTML. But they looked him up. He's been posting for years dating back to like 2023 and one of the posts that I found a very interesting is he uploaded a photo of himself as a child for them to jerk off to Which I've been told is apparently a loophole they use very often Oh, I'm trying out to myself over here
Starting point is 00:07:11 Yeah, that's how you know someone's cool Yeah, because technically you can't stop like it is legal for them to do this technically everything he did was unfortunately legal legally. Yes. But he would sign, he would show his childhood photos to them, and he apparently also liked wearing diapers. Yeah, he's a diaper guy. Because of course.
Starting point is 00:07:32 Yeah, right. He's a diaper guy. And also, it's odd that he, so he's been blown out of Wheel of Fortune. And they're going back and scrubbing every instance of him on every past episode. Oh, they're not going to give him another chance. No. But there are no criminal. allegations, there's nothing criminally that he's done, as you mentioned, Gaya.
Starting point is 00:07:55 It is funny, though, they have to, like, get him out of, like, reruns of a game show. Is that a big thing? Reruns of game shows? I guess. That's what I was thinking. I had to, like, Gameway, Wheel of Fortune host, Jim Thornton, and I was like, who the fuck is Jim Thornton? Wheel of Fortune is still on?
Starting point is 00:08:11 Right. It's like Ryan C-Cruces. Yeah, it's ridiculous. Let me read some of this chat log. What's crazy about this? It's one thing to be chat. with your pedophile friends on an airplane if you're like on your phone?
Starting point is 00:08:23 Sure. This dude's got like a giant laptop pulled up in his lap. It's impossible not to be like, what's this guy up to over here? It should be noted with a giant font on a website that is obviously nothing normal. It looks like the like a 1990s terminal hacking movie where the guys like I'm hacking into the mainframe or some shit.
Starting point is 00:08:47 And I should say he was wearing a. wheel of fortune hoodie at the time. Yes. He wants to be recognized. And in the chat. We don't have to read all of them, but in the chat, because the person peeping onto his screen and taking these photos took them very clearly, he goes, yeah, I'm on lifeline on the air right now in an actual airplane. And all of his fellow petro bros are like, are you sure that's a good idea to be on an airplane on boilup chat? And he goes, LOL. Let me read it. Because it's right in the front here. It says, well it's crazy doing lifeline from the sky and his buddy goes wait you're on a plane
Starting point is 00:09:24 what if someone sees he goes yes exactly what if someone sees a random sequence of lines at a screen I love it I hide the part that says lifeline so it's just a few lines it's a big middle finger to the man and everyone who hates what everyone else enjoys
Starting point is 00:09:40 and fights enjoyable in life Jesus Christ it's crazy phrasing this as like standing up to the system yeah the man So his buddy, Starry, might risky, says, It's not like you're doing anything illegal, L.O.L. And he writes back,
Starting point is 00:09:59 Wait a fire up boy moment and start looking at the galleries. That right there is where you lose all credibility. Yeah. Um, his attorneys apparently said that somebody sent him a link. He found himself in there accidentally. And like you said, he left the website immediately once he realized what was happening. And they said that, oh, no, that lifeline is actually, um, Jim likes going online to help suicidal teenagers talk through their problems. Yes.
Starting point is 00:10:40 And that's a different lifeline. Right. Big misunderstanding. And then there's just these photos of him going, aha, L.O.L. he was talking about the Golden Corral Buffet and all the little children there And he called it an All You Can Eat Boy Faye He was having fun
Starting point is 00:10:56 He was having a lot of fun on there He goes I remember there was a guy on a plane Who was actually looking at CP on his laptop On the flight Yeah didn't fare so well for him either Yeah uh buddy He knows that this could be a problem
Starting point is 00:11:12 He just got his big laptop out staring at this shit All right Exhibition is a is like, that's part of the kink, I guess. Of course. Sticking it to the man by doing it so publicly. He just flew a little bit too close to the sun.
Starting point is 00:11:24 Now, this podcast he did, so his username, like you said, Nicholas B77, a buzzer blog Discord member found a post on a website called boychat.org where this Nicholas B77 was promoting a podcast with someone named Cowboy on the radio station called Wired PM. So I did try to find the original audio of this. And I actually spent more time trying to find it than I should have. Yes. You know what I mean? The FBI might show up.
Starting point is 00:11:57 If we get swatted, it's not because there's like a detractor out there. Were you on a plane? That's why I sent you that message and I said, just a heads up, if you are going to look this up, I don't know if this is legal anymore because I saw an archived version of a wired PM or whatever that station is called. and I immediately closed out of it. Yeah, actually, let me show you with that.
Starting point is 00:12:19 Let me show you what that looks like. We pull this up on the screen. Music for the community. And it's just like little point. There's just like that. Oh, jeez. I saw this and I said, nope. I'm just going to be lazy.
Starting point is 00:12:36 Let's just play the clips they pulled. They did our homework for us. No, Kaya, I was in an incognito window. So I should be okay. Okay. Perfect. The FB. I can't track that, right, guys?
Starting point is 00:12:46 So this is Jim Thornton, announcer for Wheel of Fortune, kicking off his show where he's going to interview another pedophile. Oh, man, can you smell that salt air? Can you hear that ocean? How about that reggae music? Yeah, it's me, Little Nicky at my beachfront condo, and it could only be one place, Jamaica! Little Nicky. Very little. I like the production value.
Starting point is 00:13:17 I mean, he's got a great adult. points. He really has a good podcast. If he was talking about baseball or something, that guy, this is interesting. Well, let you take your shorts off. By the way, are there like lax laws in Jamaica? Are there any laws in Jamaica? Actually, there are. I think it's pretty strict now they think about it.
Starting point is 00:13:35 Is there lax laws for boy love in Jamaica or something? I should look that up about that. All right. So he introduces, uh, yeah, no, Christian boy, boy, I did use duck, ducco. I tried all the things us boobers do the thing we're getting around the system I typed in dark web
Starting point is 00:13:53 Take me to the dark web Google Illegal purchases All right So he's talking about Another boy lover That he's having on the show Every single boy lover
Starting point is 00:14:07 Has an interesting story to tell Just by me All right Yeah it's a pause right there Yeah, it's very interesting to tell to, I don't know, the authorities. You might want to give them to what this is. The interesting story is just them getting molested as children and now they went on to, like, repeat the cycle. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:14:29 I'm glad you just said that because that did not click with me. There's something that they say in a little bit. Okay, I was wondering about it. Every single boy lover has an interesting story to tell just by virtue of the fact that, you know, we have. this thing inside of us that is like oh surprise you just won the lottery I know you're only like seven years old but guess what you can kind of probably tell
Starting point is 00:14:49 you're a little different from other little boys right okay so they claim that they get this thing where they're sexually attracted to young children when they're young children and I was like well you're not sexually attracted to people when you're pre-bussing but I think Kai just fucking nailed it right there
Starting point is 00:15:06 it's like that doesn't make any sense like a 13 year old boy who has a crush on a 13 year old girl that's just like straight. That's not a pedophile. Correct. Nothing wrong with that. You know, if you play doctor with the girl across the street when you're six, that's okay, right? I hope so. Yeah, me too. Okay.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Or other little girls. But that's what I'm all about, man. I want us to feel good about ourselves. We did not ask for this. I never want to encourage people to do anything illegal at all. I want to find good ways that we can help each other to stay clean and just go out in the world. Make yourself all that you can be.
Starting point is 00:15:43 Whatever that means for you. Enough preaching. Let's get to talking. And there's so much to talk about. You are a BL like me. Yeah. And we're going to talk about your early... I love that.
Starting point is 00:15:53 He's like, all right, let me get the disclaimers out of the way. Now we shouldn't be looking at CP, raping children, yada, yada, yada. All right, let's talk about these hot kids. Let's get into it. Calling a boy love is so icky. I don't know why. You're a BL. Ugh.
Starting point is 00:16:09 It's the worst. All right. Well, listen, we just don't understand. She goes, you can't help who you love. That's great. That's refreshing. Yeah. From a woman therapist like that, you know, that's great.
Starting point is 00:16:24 There should be more people like that. I mean, that said, I don't think that anybody who's not a pedophile can really understand what it's like to be us. So we didn't ask for this. We didn't, you know, we didn't put it on our plates. And we are given it, whether we want it or not, at the earliest point. possible age, like three, four, five years of age. Okay, a couple things here. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:46 First off, he's like, it's not my fault. You said you won the lottery. Right. He were all excited about it a second ago. Yeah, he's like, it's not my fault, but since I'm here, yeah, let's do it right. What are the chance of getting all five numbers correct? What a billion?
Starting point is 00:16:58 What the fuck? He's clicking his heels about it. He's fucking the leader of the parade down the street. Look at me. I got a bono for children. Okay. I said this before. if they were actually talking to each other
Starting point is 00:17:12 about how to manage these attractions. Yeah. Okay, fine. Maybe it's okay to have this forum. But they're all just like having fun and meming in the chat. Yes. Right. And like I saw the hottest kids at the fucking buffet.
Starting point is 00:17:23 It doesn't sound like to me that you're treating this like the affliction it is supposedly to you. Right. So he's excited because Cowboys therapist said you can't help who you love or something like that. I don't know that he was explaining what was going on real character. fully to his therapist. I'm guessing no. Yeah, right. Like, I don't know, it's kind of forbidden. You know, it's kind of a Romeo and Juliet kind of thing. He just heard go for it. Right. There's this guy I like. Yeah. He's three. Anyway. We are given it whether we want it or not at the earliest possible age, like three, four, five years of age.
Starting point is 00:18:04 Okay. Yeah. When he said three, four, five, now, I don't remember anything that happened to my life at the age is a three, four, and five. So if I was molested, that's why you don't remember. Yes, that was put in the trash bin, empty trash. Perfect. We're good. But is the ideal situation, right?
Starting point is 00:18:21 You don't want to ruminate on it. Right. Don't let's forget it. But is that what he's talking about? Because that's a weird thing to say at the age of three, you become sexually attracted. Like when you're a toddler,
Starting point is 00:18:32 you want to fuck other toddlers? That's what he's saying. Hey, to eat's their own. I think they... Cancel Chris. Hashtag cancel Chris It could also be them trying to
Starting point is 00:18:46 like normalize the idea that children at that age can feel any sort of sexual attraction Oh, that's a good point Yeah, I'm sorry His border ran into my mouth Again I'm just playing with my own business
Starting point is 00:19:00 I was just playing with Leggos on the floor over here and this gets voter It's not funny, guys. There's nothing funny about this. You're out of wrong, man. The isotopes played last night, and we were getting complaints about the jokes. I'm going to cover that today.
Starting point is 00:19:21 Oh, okay, good, good, good, good. Coming up. Because we are celebrating 9-11 on this program. It's a whole 9-11 weekend for us. All right, so they do talk about Lifeline. This is the forum that he was in when he's on. the plane and got caught. I mean, I guess I'm kind of asking a rhetorical
Starting point is 00:19:38 question, but how do you do that? How do you keep yourself from looking at any of it? Well, for one part, I go on a lifeline, and there we can talk, you know, shoot a shit, and you know. This guy he's
Starting point is 00:19:54 talking to sounds like a pedophile. Absolutely. This is what I expect a petapal to sound like. This guy's like got a rich voice and sounds like he's pro. It's like, wait, you're touching kids? Come on. in a room with no furniture. Yeah, well, there's that.
Starting point is 00:20:09 That's lifeline. Chat. And go in there. Anybody listening right now? Go to lifeline. It's a great place. You're right. We shoot the shit a lot. Just kick things around.
Starting point is 00:20:20 But we're there also ostensibly to help other boy lovers and girl lovers and maybe friends of them. We don't get too many of those. But people curious about it. Anybody's welcome. Could you imagine that Thanksgiving? Mom, I just wish you to understand where I'm coming from. Will you please business website? Me and my friends, Shannon.
Starting point is 00:20:39 You never support me. Are you playing games with your online friends again? Yeah, games. You ever play grab ass? He said that you don't get a lot of friends? That's what I'm saying. They're like, this forum's open to people who just want to understand what their friends are into. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:01 Like anybody can post, but I think he's saying. that nobody wants to interact with them who isn't already a pedophile himself. The cops might, surprisingly. Yeah, that's true. How many undercover agents are there and there? Girl lovers and maybe friends of them,
Starting point is 00:21:15 we don't get too many of those, but people curious about it, I guess, anybody's welcome. You know, we just chat right there on the computer screen, and it's real basic, real simple. There are no fancy pictures unless we send a link or something like that, but it's all legal.
Starting point is 00:21:28 There's no fancy pictures. Unless we send a link or something like that. What fancy means? I think you know what that means. And safe and very closely watch and moderated. By who pedophiles? He's one of the bonds on this site. I will allow this.
Starting point is 00:21:49 That boy is hot. 10 out of town. Jesus. Here's a photo of me. I'm even hotter. Yeah, right. And people who are in need of some help because you don't get it. There's no therapy out there before you offend.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Before you offend. Yeah, there is. I mean, isn't that just therapy in general? Yes, there is therapy. This is something you could confide. Betterhelp.com. BetterH-E-L-P dot com. Use the promo code, Kaya.
Starting point is 00:22:21 Does that work? Everyone has better help on their site, right? So, yeah, there is therapy. I don't know if they can help these. But the fact that he says, before you offend, kind of makes it seem like it's, uh, it's going to happen regardless, you know. It's a foregone conclusion.
Starting point is 00:22:36 You're going to offend. But before you do that, like you can go on this chat forum and you get a mulligan. You always get a mulligan. Yeah. You get a do over. Should post a bit. Have some fun with the bros.
Starting point is 00:22:46 Yep. This clip I actually did play on the creep off. This one disturbed me quite a bit because they talk about A-O-A. I was not familiar with this term or this acronym I should say. It's age of attraction. is something pedophiles ask each other. You know, like, Chris, I'd be like redheads, like brunettes, you like the Asians. Yes.
Starting point is 00:23:11 So this is like a similar thing that these guys would talk about. Hey, what's your AOA? I'm 8 to 14. Boys exclusively? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I'm like 4 to 14, but hey, you know what?
Starting point is 00:23:25 As I get older, I see some of these college age kids, I think, these cute, you know? this is where this is where it loses me all right oh you weren't lost before no no it made perfect sense and now it's like weird so
Starting point is 00:23:39 she made it weird he goes four to 14 he's like well maybe like a 19 year old you know maybe a freshman too old but why would you be trying to do a four year old and then also like a college student
Starting point is 00:23:54 you know like I can relate to why did the fuck college students that part makes sense to me I don't understand the four-year-old part. Why four? Why not three? Why not five? That's also something like they're such experts that I guess child anatomy.
Starting point is 00:24:10 Do you round up? Three years, eight months? All right. In a pinch. Not normally what I'm into, but okay. TMZ is reported shortly after this article was initially published that Sony has fired Jim Thornton from his role on the show. Sony has started removing Jim Thornton appearances from syndicated reruns of Wheel of Fortune and are likely going to redub his voice lines with a different actor.
Starting point is 00:24:37 I want that gag. Paul Land. Yeah, you've got to be like totally over the top with it. Hello, Wheel of Fortune fans. Sony's investigated the allegations stemming from the incident on the phone, on the plane. There is no conclusive evidence that we can find that definitely identifies Jim Thornton as a little Nikki or Nicholas B-77. So this is just,
Starting point is 00:25:01 they're assuming that podcast host is Jim Thornton. Sounds like him. Sounds like him and also the username Nicholas B-77 posted this.
Starting point is 00:25:11 That's true. The link to this interview himself on the forum. Saying, I just got interviewed by Dragon Lover or whatever the kid's name was.
Starting point is 00:25:18 Yes, that is true. So very likely that was Jim Thornton and he's been blown out from his job. Maybe it's better we don't have more clips.
Starting point is 00:25:27 Kaya. Maybe that's enough. Persons. Yeah, I just, I don't know. I was kind of curious. I wanted to hear the rest, but not at the risk of, like, browsing a site with little boys and underwear. Yeah. I wish they were wearing underwear.
Starting point is 00:25:41 So, yeah, I guess whoever, like, listened to that and clipped it for this website was, like, here are the best clips. Hmm, okay. They did a great job. I was just thinking, like, we need to recruit them to WATP. They sourced them. They transcribed all of them. They even ran all of the clips. The entire podcast through AI detection.
Starting point is 00:25:59 software to see if it's like 11 labs and AI generated and came to the did like forensic analysis on it I was impressed. Just to say a person in the Discord, thank you very much for that. We appreciate that. All right, let's talk about this other show because I need to
Starting point is 00:26:14 scrub whatever we just did as much as possible. Look at these two. Look at these two fine folks. This would be a Babette Thomas and Allie Beardsley.
Starting point is 00:26:32 And they host a show called Gender Spiral. It's in its fourth season. And they've won some awards for it. They do live shows. You can see Gender Spiral Live
Starting point is 00:26:46 at the Bell House in Brooklyn, August 29th, 2024. If you have a time machine, you could do that. Let me tell you a little bit more about the hosts. There's Babit Thomas. It's a radio producer, artist, and research.
Starting point is 00:26:59 who thinks about how media can be used to tell black stories and the stories of marginalized people more broadly. They're excited for gender spiral to be a hub of gender questions, thoughts, and feelings. She's a researcher. The fuck qualifies you. I looked something up. Dude. You'll find out. Yeah, it's not research.
Starting point is 00:27:19 It's just making shit up. These are all children who are just playing make-believe. And then, uh, Ellie Beardsley, is a comedy writer who spent 10 years begging God to be straight, while surrounded by dirt biking Christian hotties. They are fascinated by queer people's hard-won gender expression and all the care poured into those decisions. Okay. These people are enraging.
Starting point is 00:27:43 Kyle listened to a podcast episode. I listen to one. Let me pull up their website real quick because this annoyed me too. So on their website, you can see they've won two different. different Signal Awards, 2025 gold winner, 2025 listeners choice for the Signal Awards. I get emails
Starting point is 00:28:06 from this woman at Signal Awards nonstop. Carl, we love who are these socials. You got to put this into our Signal Awards. We think it could be a winner. You should really submit it. Your deadline's coming up, Carl.
Starting point is 00:28:21 My boss said, you got to get that in there. She sent me this email. I'm forwarding it to you now. It's like this whole thing. She's like, We think you're a shoeing to win this award. I haven't know who are these socials all year. I stopped that show. You fucking idiots. Do you have to pay an entry fee?
Starting point is 00:28:36 Of course. Is it a scam? Yeah, it's all a scam. And so these idiots win a fucking signal award, Lister's choice. I'm sure. I'm sure the Listers can't give enough of fucking gender spiral. Anyway. Kay, you also do an interesting episode of this.
Starting point is 00:28:53 Yeah, I want to actually first show you guys how I found this show. Yes. is that one of their guests was on a panel called Socialism 2026, which is a very imaginative name. I have two clips for Chris here. Play my clip Disgenic Freak One. Okay. They're talking about how a Zempic is genocide. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:16 You have to give up the fantasy of being fitter than the fascists. It's not just that it's cringe or strategically bad. Though it is. I think it's also politically revealing. Fitness is a measure of relative disposability under capitalism. Our task is not to become less disposable, to become more useful to the ruling order. What we all need to be doing is rejecting disposability in all of its forms.
Starting point is 00:29:50 The point is not to beat the fascists at their own game. It is not to lay a better, claim on their own territory by being fitter, more eugenic. In fact, the more dysgenic, the better, I think. Okay, you can play the second one, dysgenic freak too. By the way, yes, chat is pointing out the masks. You can always tell somebody's politics by whether or not they're still masking in a fucking giant hall room in 2026.
Starting point is 00:30:18 I was going to say you obviously got the year wrong. There's no way this is this year. No, they are that neurotic because they would genuinely kill each other if they didn't mask. A fight would break out. Don't they know that when you're sitting by yourself? Like, you, Chris, you remember this, you and I would go out to bars and someone, they open up the bars again. And as long as you're sitting at the
Starting point is 00:30:37 bar, you can take your mask off. She's sitting behind a computer, you can take your mask off. It's totally, totally fine. Well, by the way, guys, before I move on the next clip, what did she just say? Yeah. Yeah. Can you... It's all blatherers. So, you're going to see in this podcast. What these people do
Starting point is 00:30:53 is they write books where everything is so fucking verbose. You know how they say that like a hallmark of an intelligent person is that they can break down complex things into simple terms? Yes. Explain them simply. The opposite is also true. Fucking idiots take super simple things like I'm fat and gay and they turn it into like a 30 paragraph article. And they put a mask on.
Starting point is 00:31:18 And they put a mask on. Brevity is the soul of wit, I believe, is the phrase. There is no fucking wit here anywhere. I was in my video editor, like, listening to the podcast and taking clips at the same time, which is how I do it. And I would find myself having listened to, like, five minutes of it. And, like, nothing is being said. How is it possible? I just listened to you for five-minute chunk, uninterrupted, and I am paying attention.
Starting point is 00:31:43 I'm not doing shit on the side. What? Nothing was said. So the fat guy sitting next to her in clip two now, he is a guest on gender spiral. That's how I found the podcast. I just had to look him. up. Okay. The political deployment of GOP-1s is fascistic, not because individuals take them, but because the conditions under which they become necessary are shaped by a world fixated on
Starting point is 00:32:06 genociding fat people. This is a structural critique that asks what happens when the conditions produced by capitalism, by public health, by the state apparatus, and by anti-black desire, a line around a single bodily ideal that leaves little to no room for divergence and punishes anybody that does. Whereas earlier diet drugs were often associated with vanity or addiction, GOP ones are positioned as responsible medicine, promising relief rather than restraint. But to understand why the deployment of GOP ones is fascistic
Starting point is 00:32:39 requires turning to Franz Fanon's account of black flesh under colonial surveillance. Could you dumb it down a shade? Black flesh under colonial surveillance because of the political deployment of a Zempec. Yeah, you guys following? No. I wish I could follow this. I noticed the broad got a couple laughs at least. So can I read the description of the podcast called Body Fascism?
Starting point is 00:33:06 This guy's name is Deshawn Al Harrison. So he was a guest on Gender Spiral. And the description of the podcast is, author and trans theorist, Deshaun Al Harrison walks us through why cultural views of the fatness, race, and gender are all intricately interconnected and how certain standards for the body are enforced in times of fascism. So basically, Donald Trump,
Starting point is 00:33:29 Donald Trump's fat. I don't even understand where they're getting to this. He loves McDonald's. Right, he loves McDonald's. It's his favorite thing. Being fat and unhealthy has nothing to do with a political movement.
Starting point is 00:33:42 These things are not related. They're not interconnected at all. That would be a weird political party, though. Just fat people? Yeah. You know what I mean? It's apparently going to be a thing. I mean, this is one of those things.
Starting point is 00:33:54 where you're like, you listen to them and you think, what does this have to do with gas prices right now? Right. What do you mean? Political fativism? What? What is happening? Also, as I was talking to Vito about,
Starting point is 00:34:06 the biggest problem on Thursday, he didn't understand. I was explaining to him. I'm like, you know, like fast food's really expensive now? You can get a cheaper meal at chilies or apple bees. It's because they have to pay their employees $15 an hour, and they're not worth $15 an hour. If these people want to start a political movement,
Starting point is 00:34:20 we're like, we're fatties against minimum wage. I might vote for them. If they go, what do we pay to Taco Bell to play what they're worth? Like, three bucks an hour, you know? Four bucks a shift. Like, yeah, yeah, that makes sense to me. I would open a Taco Bell. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:34:36 There'd be a Taco Bell in the city of Rochester, which there isn't right now. It's very annoying. Okay, should I do some clips or do you want to do it back and forth? We'll do a little back and forth, but since you're talking about Deshaunel Harrison. What will you start us out here? Okay, so he goes on gender spiral. which I forget if we mentioned this, 997 members on Patreon, by the way, so they're not exactly niche. Okay.
Starting point is 00:35:01 I saw their Patreon. I assume they make okay money. You can sign up for two bucks. I'm sure you can sign up for free. Do you know those are all paid subscribers? I don't know. But that's something. But that's something.
Starting point is 00:35:12 Almost a thousand, yeah. That's something. Yeah. Still people, still people, even if it's free, somebody's listening to this fucking drivel going, he just made some good points. You know, I also don't like body fascism. I mean, I can totally afford five bucks. And it would be a write-off.
Starting point is 00:35:28 And I was like, I can't give these fucking people five bucks. I just can't do it. The podcast I listen to, the episode is up there in video form. And I'm like, oh, do I want this video? They gave me a free preview. That's enough. I'm good. Damn, okay.
Starting point is 00:35:42 I only, I bombed it from YouTube. So Body Fascism, clip one, is just kind of an intro. He just describes how anti-black is anti-fat. But I'm curious for you, because you would have been a little more sentient in the early 2000s, like, do you feel like this moment of like skinny apocalypse is kind of getting back to that a little bit? I mean, Deshawn's work is about body fascism and like anti-blackness as anti-fatness. And it's just like we talked about how it just feels like it's coming down really intensely
Starting point is 00:36:12 right now. Yeah, I think I totally remember these kind of like tillies and limited to like outputs that felt like way too tight. But I think like speaking in the like kind of transmitting. mask world. There is a, like, thinness as maskness. And there's...
Starting point is 00:36:32 Can either of you guys tell me what the fuck is being said? Let me explain what's happening here. Lizzo dropped a couple LBs and lose their fucking minds about it. Okay, thank you. They're all like, she was one of us. What's she doing?
Starting point is 00:36:47 The Thinpocalypse. I'm learning so many freaking terms being against fatnesses, being against black people. Yeah. A thinness is trans whatever she said maskness Whatever that means
Starting point is 00:36:59 So I don't like masculinity or a mask as in COVID mask I'm so confused So if you don't have a real point You make up words Oh for sure Because it confuses us normies And we go off wow they sound smart And keep in mind
Starting point is 00:37:11 Like a lot of these people are also academics They write books and they read each other's books It's just like human centipede of fat retards Just making words up Using a thesaurus To just write drivel. That doesn't mean anything, but they purchase each other's books and they set each other up like fucking OnlyFans pages. Dude, you're so right. In fact, I'm going to play my intro clip for the episode that I listen to.
Starting point is 00:37:35 Hey. Hi. Hi. We're back. We're back, baby. We're hard at work on season four, but we were able to record a live show. So we wanted to put that out sooner than later. And we hope you guys enjoy. We got to go. to the University of Pittsburgh. Of course. They get invited to a university and the gender studies department just like, oh, we got to bring in these queer non-binary people to do a wide podcast.
Starting point is 00:38:06 Won't that be hip and cool? Oh, the student body will love a live podcast. So these idiots get paid to go and just, it's the most embarrassing thing ever. Wasn't it what the content is. But anyway, thank you guys so much for being here. We are going to introduce the podcast. in the project a little bit for those of you
Starting point is 00:38:25 who aren't familiar. Yes. And then just kind of ask each other some questions because we've interviewed a lot of people, but we've never interviewed each other. Exactly. Exactly. Dude.
Starting point is 00:38:37 Talk about folding it in. We're going to interview each other. So tell me about your queerness. We're going to do an ask me anything. Yeah. It's just us. This is us asking ourselves anything. I didn't bring any clips,
Starting point is 00:38:50 but have you guys seen that one black academic who killed himself? recently in the UK because he got caught plagiarizing a lot. That guy used to do auto ethnographies, which means he used to interview himself about his experience being black and gay in the UK or something. Yeah, he was interview himself. Like, I'm not a joke. I'm not straw manning.
Starting point is 00:39:10 That's how he literally did it. Yeah. He would just ask himself questions. He was the youngest black professor at Cambridge, was it? I don't know, but it turned out that he literally lifted entire articles from other people's work. Yeah. and he lied about all his accomplishments. He claimed that he ran like 90 miles in a weekend or something like that.
Starting point is 00:39:28 Like he was just like make up these like crazy things. He was like, is anyone back checking this? He claimed he ran 30 marathons and 30 days. That's the one. Oh my God. 30 marathon and 30 days. It's like, are your knees sore? A little.
Starting point is 00:39:43 Sir, learn how to lie. Yeah, right. He's the arty fletcher of college professors. He watched sports up and he goes, oh, one of that. The lies that he came up with are outrageous And any time someone would call him I'd be like, what are you, racist? It'd be like, alright, never mind, my bad, my bad.
Starting point is 00:40:01 So yeah, when they finally did realize that he was plagiarizing and making all this shit up Finally, the university was forced to let him go And then he had to Err, er, er, er. It's like, I'm not living the lie anymore, that's too bad. It's like that meme gets criticized once fucking dies. Yeah, right, exactly.
Starting point is 00:40:19 Somehow you made suicide fine. I'm on a roll. Get out of my way. Okay, so I think this is the guest talking. Clip two is, maybe it's the black lady. One of them says I shouldn't be the fattest person around, but I am. Like, anti-blackness and anti-fatness are these things that are just like deeply, deeply ingrained within us and like our culture. And it's like, I don't think we're ever going to like be entirely liberated from them.
Starting point is 00:40:49 but it's almost kind of like that honesty is like the first step. Do you know what I mean? Like why am I feeling this way like about my body? I know for me sometimes it's like going to the party in New York and it's like I am the largest person in the room, which is like deeply concerning because it's like, babe, I'm like a size 16, 18. I should not be the biggest person in this place right now like at all, right? Yeah. But I know.
Starting point is 00:41:11 Time out. In New York you definitely would be because people walk everywhere in New York. And they don't let you buy 30. to out sodas anymore. So yeah, yeah, you would be the fan of a size 16 or 18? I know. She's like, can you believe I was the fanest person? Yes.
Starting point is 00:41:27 Me? Like, yeah. Of course you were. But her problem is with everyone else. Right. Why was there a size 20 in the fucking place? Assholes. She probably didn't make it out of the house.
Starting point is 00:41:40 I also like this conflation. Like, if you're black, wouldn't you be annoyed with them conflating the two constantly? Yes. Right. Have they seen the NBA? Not all black people are fat. Right. It's ridiculous to say.
Starting point is 00:41:54 I'm talking about people were athletic. You're actually breaking the stereotype, are you not? Oh, she complains about how some spaces are just too skinny. Like, oh my God, something me and my roommate talk about all the time. Higher education and academia, super skinny space. Whoa. My roommate always talks about, like, going to college and just, like, being shocked by, like, how skinny. everyone was and I
Starting point is 00:42:21 feel that too. I just feel like in public schools and just in schools in general there's just like so much more body diversity for some reason I love these are kind of like for some reason you think that intelligent people who study things would know that nutrition's important and a good diet is an important way to be
Starting point is 00:42:37 healthy. I also like the hype man in the back always going yeah probably eating something yeah do you know how many fucking Arby's are on campus, zero.
Starting point is 00:42:51 What's up with this place? I'm sorry, is that what people want to eat? That's true. I didn't put it in my notes, by the way, but at this point in the show, they're like 12 minutes in, and the guest hasn't spoken yet. He's just sitting there awkwardly listening to these bitches complaining about being fat. So finally, they introduce him in clip four, which is going to make you say,
Starting point is 00:43:11 pick a struggle. Okay. Hey, y'all. Deshaun Harrison, Zatham pronouns. I am the co-executive director of Skylight Magazine. I am an author, an anarcho-communist, and an Afro-pessmistmist, and a gender abolitionist, and just an abolitionist in general. Queer, trans, disabled, black, fat, all that. Yeah, that's me.
Starting point is 00:43:37 Amazing. You're allowed to be a gender abolitionist? That's applauded? An Afro-pessimist? I didn't get that. You mean a clan member? I didn't know. It's a polite way of putting it.
Starting point is 00:43:52 There was a bunch I didn't really understand it. I learn new words every day. No shit. All right. Let me play you real quick. This is a promo that they put up on YouTube for season four. Hey, what's up? I'm Allie Beardsley.
Starting point is 00:44:09 I'm a comedian that you might know from shows like Dimension 20 on Dropout. And I'm a Bet Thomas. I'm a radio producer and media artists. currently in the trenches of getting my PhD at Yale. A few years ago, we started interviewing trans people about their relationship to the gender binary and how they play with and restructure and reimagine it. My experience of menopause was that two things were happening. One was I wanted to be a man, and two, I wanted to fly.
Starting point is 00:44:37 A trans experience can shape so much about how people engage you, especially when you are also black and fat. I continue to get misgendered now. Walking down the street in my car car jacket And I'm kind of like, well, you're playing. After three whole seasons of gender spiral, we barely... I take it back. These guys are hilarious.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Can I be a guest on your show? Yeah, sure. What do you do? I'm black. It was like, the hardest Twitter racist could never come up with the shit. This is, like, too lazy. Like South Park would get pants and they have to... Something so fucking lazy.
Starting point is 00:45:18 Anthony Kui would be like, well, this is fake. I'm not. He scratched the surface. We still have so many more questions. How does what we're taught about gender as a kid affect us as an adult? And how do we continue to support our trans community in this current political moment? If all the queer people leave Nebraska, what are the queer kids in Nebraska going to do? And it's really, really hard at the beginning to have these conversations.
Starting point is 00:45:39 But the best part is it makes your kids trust you. This gender expansiveness. I'm sorry. I'm always concerned about these queer kids in Nebraska. I'm glad someone's finally bringing that up. No shit, man. I give up, I give to so many GoFundVis. Get said, goes.
Starting point is 00:45:54 I'm trying to help out the queer kids. So this is a preview for season four. Yeah. Oh, it's going to be a killer season. Oh, man. I've got a good season coming up. I'm going to back that up. And it's really, really hard at the beginning to have these conversations,
Starting point is 00:46:07 but the best part is it makes your kids trust you. This gender expansiveness that trans people embrace is actually the key for all of these different groups to get free. So join us on our never-ending spiral to explore gender in all of its forms. Follow us wherever you listen. New episodes of gender spiral are coming soon. Gender expansiveness. I thought, I'm a gender abolitionist and we're trying to expand it?
Starting point is 00:46:35 No. I'm trying to destroy it. I'm a pessimist. There was jumble random words together. None of it means fucking anything. I want to show you the sneak peek preview they put up on their Patreon. for us pores of what this live show from the University of Pittsburgh looks like. I don't know how they picked this clip specifically.
Starting point is 00:46:56 I wouldn't have. But this is what they show us in the video. Gender. And there's stars around the gender. And it's incursive. Incredible. Do you have an answer? Because I do.
Starting point is 00:47:07 I get like, I think again in those moments where I'm like, oh, do I give, like, am I giving so, like, sis? Or am I giving, like, so, like, girl mode? I do get, like, search. and like CVS during the winter when I'm like wearing my coat and I'm just like yeah you know what hell yeah I still got it I still got it so funny so I'm just like oh okay cool that feels I feel really neutral about that
Starting point is 00:47:30 like that feels yeah what do you get late if you went to this thing Chris like yeah when I'm thinking of like so gender you're just kind of like I can't explain it but that's so responsible it's very responsible yeah totally that was right I have a similar thing where it's like, I think like very specifically people not. And that's where it cuts off. I do wish they were wearing masks.
Starting point is 00:47:54 Can I? Okay. So something you'll notice about these people also, aside from all the gibberish, that means nothing. They are so fucking self-obsessed, so much navel gazing about their own gender. And I think about my gender all day. That's your job? You get, who's paying you for this exactly? So play my clip six, which is this guy, this guy, this guy.
Starting point is 00:48:16 describing that he researches gender all day. Sounds like gender is something you think about a lot. And I'm wondering, is this something you feel like you think about every day, kind of in this current moment? Yeah, I would say so. I don't think that I even, like, intend to think about gender every day. I think about odd gender all day, but not gender specifically. It is such a big part of my everyday life, specifically thinking about transness. so much of my work is about fatness, blackness, and gender.
Starting point is 00:48:48 And so every day I'm researching, every day I'm writing, I'm always thinking through what those things look like together and separate. Please tell me this guy makes less money than scorch. No shit. If this guy's making a living, thinking about fatness and blackness and gender all day, the fuck, who's paying this man? It's so impressive how they can dress this up as like serious hard work. Like, I do it all day.
Starting point is 00:49:15 I'm in the trenches, reading papers, and you're fat. It's a simple thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's very simple, actually. You don't have to overcomplicate it. I have to come up with some complicated gibberish for being an alcoholic, you know? I mean, you don't have to, but we probably should. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:49:33 You probably should at this point. Make it sound important, because family members will be asking about it soon. You're not a drunk here doing research. Like Pete Town said. I'm sober pessimist. I'm sober adjacent. Play my club five, which is literally, I just wrote down it's an example of them rambling. I have no fucking clue what they're saying here.
Starting point is 00:49:57 Okay. By the way, I'm having a really hard time taking a sip of my beverage during this. It's cracking me. I know. This is one of the funnier shows we listen to. Folks only understand what it, they only understand the language is non-binary, so I kind of, I just kind of stay there for folks. but that language in and of itself also doesn't describe who I am or what I am. I think my identity, it's like it's non-binary and it's trans femme, but it's also not.
Starting point is 00:50:23 And it's like there's just so many like different experiences because so much about my outward presentation is I have zero interest in reshaping that to make myself more legible. And so yeah, I kind of just show up as like this big glob. You're a fat black man. Yeah. It's really simple. Everything's a fucking filibuster. Well, also, this is the thing that they've glommed on to in recent years. Because at first it was just like, why can't you accept us?
Starting point is 00:50:53 Why can't you understand us? Like, I'm trying. I want to accept. I want to understand what I want to understand what we're doing. Like, okay, well, then you can't get mad at me, right? Right. Literally, you don't know what the fuck you are? Yeah, we don't have a chance.
Starting point is 00:51:04 Yeah, right. You do all this research, you write books, podcasts, which they, by the way, I don't know if you caught that. They refer to their podcast as a project. which is just another academic weasel way of making herself sound important. Right. More than you are. You're a bunch of ugly bitches talking to each other. Carol, what are you doing in your office?
Starting point is 00:51:21 I'm working on a project. Meanwhile, I'm just pulling clips of Rosie O'Donnell. Oh, you're masturbating again. Rosaldao Dahl's being fat. Oh, you work on a project, are you? Yeah, yeah. I'm going on a Drew show in a little bit.
Starting point is 00:51:32 Go off Fanchious. He actually forgot one of his labels. He is also a streetwalker, clip seven. Like, on a monster. practical level, I am a former sex worker. I walked the streets of Atlanta with a lot of my trans sisters who absolutely don't look like what a lot of people have sort of conjured up as the look for trans women, black trans women in particular, who don't have direct access to HRT, right, who don't have direct access to gender infirmary surgeries and who are absolutely getting
Starting point is 00:52:06 those quote unquote botched procedures in the basements, right? They're getting botched procedures and basements. I'm getting out of this basement right now. Can you turn my dick into a vagina? Crazier things have happened. Come on down. Let's give it a whirl. You got a butter knife?
Starting point is 00:52:32 We were just showing darts, but I guess we could drag it. Hold on. This guy was pretended to be a woman and it was a prostitute. Atlanta and he's not dead? I guess. No, no, I don't know. I like getting my dickwap as much as the nice guy. But that's enraging right there.
Starting point is 00:52:54 How desperate it would be where you pick up this fat black man with a wig on. But he didn't say that he had any customers. He just said he walked the streets. That's true. That's a good point. It implies that he was sucking some D though. He volunteered. Probably.
Starting point is 00:53:10 Some lot lizards. truck stop, gloryhole stuff. Tell me if I'm hogging, by the way. You make being a trucker sound enticing. He has family members who are also trans, but he doesn't know anything about them, including their names, clip eight. Language.
Starting point is 00:53:31 One of my cousins is a trans woman, and as a kid, she was excluded from our family. Like, folks never really talked to her. When they talked about her, they talked to her, it's like as crazy as, you know, like with this language. And they also called her by her dead name. I don't, to this day, actually don't even know what her actual name is because we only ever engaged her by her dead name as a kid.
Starting point is 00:53:56 And, oh, no, they're all upset about it. They never use the wrong pronouns all the time. Fuck. Jesus Christ. Yikes. Yikes. It's too much. All right.
Starting point is 00:54:10 I'm going to get into my episode for a little bit here. Okay. Because they just did this live show in Pittsburgh. They're all excited about it. And we kind of used this show as an opportunity to reflect on, like, what it's been like to make the podcast over the past few years. We've been working on this ship for five years, which is so crazy to think about. And we answered some questions submitted by the audience and by the students at UPIT.
Starting point is 00:54:34 And it was so special to, like, interact with our listeners and that kind of, like, personal and intimate, like face-to-face type of way. Yeah. It was a really like, yeah, it was like an intimate group. We were like in a rec room and people were sitting there. People were so polite. Okay. When you, when they say people are so polite, what that means is they're bored out of
Starting point is 00:54:56 their fucking minds. And I have an example from the live show right here. I feel like, yeah, then I just did a lot of like online comedy stuff. So that's when I worked at college humor, which became dropout, which is like, My main job. A couple of woos. I appreciate. Everyone in here, can I just say you're very polite?
Starting point is 00:55:13 Is that like a Pittsburgh thing? Or is that like, does this kind of feel like class? This isn't class. You can literally, you can go crazy. Yes. So I work at this place called Dropout is an online streaming. Sir, thanks. That was the equivalent of our buddy, Chad Zumach,
Starting point is 00:55:32 telling everyone what to do. Thank you. Please clap. He's like, you're allowed to hoot and holler. Like, oh, hey, cool. Yeah. Can we get a mosh pit going? Circle pit over here.
Starting point is 00:55:47 Dude, it's literally like, everyone's so afraid to say the wrong thing. Yeah. These people are Nazis. So you don't want to, like, say something that's going to piss someone off because then you're going to get pushed out of the group. Someone just sits politely on their hands. He goes, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, trans rationalism or whatever the fuck you're talking about. Yeah, which explains the gibberish because if you gave a two-word answer,
Starting point is 00:56:07 people would understand what you were saying. Right. And you'd have to stand behind it. Make up words. And then I was just like, I forgot what the question was. They were one of us. Said you explain what their podcast is this live audience who has no idea who they are.
Starting point is 00:56:20 And if you guys haven't listened to gender spiral before. We haven't. We started the project back in 2023 and we're currently on our fourth season, which is fucking crazy. It's coming out sometime in the spring. And, you know, in this show, Basically, we interview queer, trans, and non-binary folks, kind of about their relationship to gender. Sounds exciting.
Starting point is 00:56:45 So, Ellie, who I believe is a guy, was a guy, something like that, I get very into it with vocal fry. It bothers me. A lot of women do this. And maybe Ellie is a woman. And in the ways that they differ, it's been, like, really cool to kind of, like, co-interview people. Exactly. Exactly. Co.
Starting point is 00:57:04 Yeah. Interview people. What a great presenter he is. I have a couple. She, they then. They are. My bad.
Starting point is 00:57:16 I have a couple quick hits here. So it's truly just a very fucking cool. Like every single person we interview has kind of a different concept about gender and what it is and what it can look like. Right. Because it's all make believe. There's two genders. And they're just like, is this great? Everyone makes up their own fucking horse shit.
Starting point is 00:57:32 I guess, but it seems like a waste of time to me. It's like creating a role-playing character. It's like when a little kid tells you about what game they were playing with their friends. You're like, neat. You were the king of that? Or talking about your dreams. Oh, God. You're going to be started on that shit.
Starting point is 00:57:50 I know someone has a dream journal. But we don't tell that kid he's an academic. Right. We don't give them positions or invite them to speak at the university to tell us about their favorite Pokemon cards. We certainly don't give them a book to publish. Like, oh, yeah, you should probably write 500 pages about them. No, please don't. So getting more into this gender identity thing.
Starting point is 00:58:11 Totally. I think when I first started, I was thinking about gender in this like, there's the binary. And then there's this third option. And there are three total. Exactly. And it's been very cool to just interview really creative people. You can do truly whatever you want. This idiot thought there were only three genders.
Starting point is 00:58:28 What a moron. But even right there revealed what's going on. We get to talk to really creative people. who make up gobbledygook and babble. And it is not creative, by the way, because they're all just repeating the same shit over and over. Oh, look at this. Karma Palau says,
Starting point is 00:58:49 Ali is a chick and was kind of cute in the day. She's a longtime college humor actor. Dropout is pretty massive, but it's painfully woke. I'm very familiar with college humor. I didn't know that it transitioned to drop. I was doing some research on that today. Apparently, whoever they're a big backer, was the corporate entity was like we're not funding this anymore so i guess that they found their
Starting point is 00:59:09 niche in being woke but comedians is that what the in the episode i listened to there was a random interruption for a comedy duo i guess it's them because they're using shudier mics but play my clip nine i guess hearing everyone referred to my cousin by her dead name like it's just it's so beautiful hey gender spiral listeners this is honey and this is spike We're stand-up comedians and we're going on tour. We're going to London. We're going to Berlin. We're going to San Francisco.
Starting point is 00:59:42 We're going to Seattle. And we're going to Portland, Oregon in the month of September, 2026. And I'm going to be in L.A. too. And we really want to see you there. If you love queer and trans stand-up comedy and you're in the mood to laugh. I was hoping they're going to say, and we're going to Dallas, Texas. Your Hine-off? Please come to see us at any of our shows.
Starting point is 01:00:02 We promise to bring you the latest, hottest. transgender comedy stylings, you won't want to miss it. Okay, see you there. Linkin, bio. Bye. Transgender comedy stylings? The hottest. Listen, when I'm listening to transgender comedy stylings, I need it to be the latest,
Starting point is 01:00:21 the hottest. I want the classics. Oh, the fat black guy. I think those are different people, but Allie does give the origin story of their comedy, as if this is something that people. know them for. Allie, could you tell me a bit
Starting point is 01:00:39 about your background as a comedian? How long have you been doing it? When did you get started? Like, was it something that you always knew that you wanted to do? Whoa.
Starting point is 01:00:51 Okay. Sorry, big question. No, no, I love. I remember as a kid, like, there was a convalescent home that had an improv class. These people are so up their own asses. Is it okay?
Starting point is 01:01:06 if I ask you about your childhood and how you became so amazing, I guess. So anyway, what happened was? Fuck off. Could you imagine going to a live podcast and just telling you how great they are? Yes. You could imagine that?
Starting point is 01:01:23 Should we do that in Detroit? No. Improv 2. She started with improv. That must have been so insufferably. Terrible. I mean, improv's usually great, but I would imagine.
Starting point is 01:01:35 But it's wild, because you listen to the show and nothing funny is ever said. I mean, there's funny things that are trying to be funny. And then it's like, so tell me about your life as a comedian. Like, pff, it's got my coffee out. And it wasn't even drinking coffee. Like, a comedian?
Starting point is 01:01:50 The fuck are you talking about? I'm sure you found some funny clips though out here, Kaya. Well, this is very serious, actually. It's not funny at all. He has finally asked, what the fuck is body fascism? That's clip 10.
Starting point is 01:02:05 I want to know that. So in the article I define body fascism as the promotion of an ideal body type as a symbol of patriotism conceived of as the pinnacle of health, discipline, credibility, and worth in service of a nationalist agenda, while non-ideal bodies experience increased violence and erasure. You stupid fucking blah-a-mouth cut. Define violence? Is it like me making fun of that in the comment section on Instagram? No.
Starting point is 01:02:36 This is very serious. It is actually about actual fucking war. So here's the theory. Actually, you play clip 11 first. It finally gets into what the fuck the fascism part is like. Let's hear about this. That comes in. It looks like people trying to be in as close proximity as possible to whiteness and to power as a way to represent, even if only subconsciously, that they are quote unquote healthy and therefore prepared to defend the state.
Starting point is 01:03:06 A lot of people don't even think about the fact that they're doing this, right? Like, it's... What about Operation Human Shield? We can use these fannies at the front line. To talking about. Get in there. I just love the hype woman there. Whatever garbage comes out of his mouth.
Starting point is 01:03:28 Mm. Right. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. And RFK Jr.'s, Maha movement. Maybe you guys have heard make America healthy again Because he's trying to I think they were getting the presidential fitness test back in the schools
Starting point is 01:03:43 And he's trying to get food coloring out of foods Yeah, why didn't that happen yet? That was a big deal like two years ago They're like, why are we using all these fucking dyes And no one in Europe uses, no other country uses these things, they're poison And it didn't seem controversial to me And I don't know who was just like no red number 40 needs to stay Like it doesn't though
Starting point is 01:04:02 We can certainly get rid of red number 14th Fun looking. Yeah. Oh, you're going to eat fruity pebbles that look bland? Yeah. I guess you got me there. The color makes the sugar taste good. Clip 12.
Starting point is 01:04:18 Okay. Our current government has an entire movement, the Maha movement, making it healthy again. That is intended to prepare people for war, right? We've heard RFK Jr. talk about his distaste for, his disdain, right? rather, for fat generals in the military. This is very... I'm sorry.
Starting point is 01:04:43 Who's fighting in this war? The fat people are on one side, and then the military's on the other side? I'm taking the military now. This guy's nickname is tank. That's an actual tank. I think that's going to win. Is there a polymarket?
Starting point is 01:05:00 Bad I can put on this? I hope so. Yeah, about it. Well, also, if you're in the military, I think it's fair that you're not obese. Yeah. Right? I think that's okay. Yeah, boot camp, but there's a reason for that.
Starting point is 01:05:12 Like, you've got to do a couple push-ups every morning. Right. Okay, so I apologize. This is a bit of a longer clip, but he explains how fitness and being skinny has been used as a symbol of fascism throughout history by everyone on the political spectrum. Terry. This is very in line with Michelle Obama and her less move campaign. which she literally names out of her mouth, that she is interested in this campaign in order to prepare children for war.
Starting point is 01:05:41 It's in line with Eisenhower and with JFK and their two councils that they created as a way to do the exact same thing. It's very similar to Nazi Germany 1930s. It's very similar to France and Britain and their sort of creation or the ways that they helped create this neoliberal democracy under Thatcher and Reagan. It's also very, very, very aligned with Israel and their very Zionist production of the quote-unquote new Jewish body. So a lot of things that get people angry. What, Zionist, Nazis? I made a list here. I was writing it down life. Michelle Obama, Eisenhower, J. F.F.K., Nazi Germany, France, Britain, Thatcher, Reagan, and of course Israel. Yeah. Play the clip.
Starting point is 01:06:30 I want to play at the beginning of that again. What is this woman laughing about? Terry, this is very in line with Michelle Obama and her, let's move campaign, which she literally names out of her mouth. The fuck are you laughing? There have no laughs. What do you mean?
Starting point is 01:06:47 None! Remember when Michelle Obama wanted children to get fit? I know. What a cunt! Are you going to finish that? So this guy's whole premise is the only reason why people should Well, the only reason why anyone would be in shape
Starting point is 01:07:04 Because the government wants them to be in shape So they can be in the military and fight wars Yes Also Chad is Jeff and Chad is saying Or maybe the state has a vested interest in having people be healthy So they don't suck on the teat of a broken health care system I mean, that'd be helpful Yeah I mean
Starting point is 01:07:20 First of the idea that the government would want its citizens to be healthy Isn't in and of itself fascism No But turns out Jim culture actually comes from the Nazis. Clip 14. And also thinking about the ways that fitness as a culture, the gym as a culture,
Starting point is 01:07:38 derives from white supremacist, white nationalist movements, right? We don't even get to gyms and fitness as a culture without Nazis. That's true. I did see Arnold Schwarzenegger in a few movies. Dude's pretty buff. Pretty Aryan looking. Yeah, on that note. Could you pull up, I gave you a, I gave you a.
Starting point is 01:07:59 a JPEG. I forget what it's called. It's an article from time. Yeah. So just in case anybody thinks we're like straw manning or we're just like picking on these nuts. This is in Time magazine and it's pretty recent too saying the white supremacist origins of exercise and six other
Starting point is 01:08:15 surprising facts about the history of U.S. physical fitness. But you know also like expressway travel, no speed limits. They had a lot of good ideas those Nazis. They're a little bit too harsh on the Jews in my opinion. But it just feels like you are just lazy and fat, and then you worked backwards from that.
Starting point is 01:08:36 Like, no, I'm not just a lazy, slovenly hippo. I'm a fighting. Which is society's fault because. Yeah, right. Exactly. Mm. All right. Let me go back to the live show and how uninteresting these people are.
Starting point is 01:08:51 And they just giggle at shit that's not funny at all. It doesn't feel like my first time. First of all, because we are in a little neighborhood called Oakland. and I'm from the real Oakland. I'm from Oakland, California. Just immediately adversarial with the audience. That's an ugly laugh. That's an ugly laugh.
Starting point is 01:09:11 I'm from the real Oakland. That's a punchable laugh. Good stuff. And so it's been really cool to work with you and be like, yeah, leave like, just like ask questions and questions. kind of a more open-ended way, be a little bit, like, slower. So, yeah, I would say this is my real experience with, like, podcasting or interview show.
Starting point is 01:09:41 And that's not like a back-headed compliment. Yeah. You know, like you don't really ask real questions, just let people ramble on. It just kind of drags out. This podcast is great that we do together. Slower. Slower, yeah. So, as I mentioned, they're interviewing each other on this live.
Starting point is 01:09:58 show. Can I ask you a question? Yeah, I guess. I suppose. People are so fucking awkward. Do you want to talk about you now? Yeah. Let's get into it.
Starting point is 01:10:10 I'm so funny. So here is, this is these two, getting into the deep, important questions that we're all wondering. Okay, how did you get into radio or like production? Yeah, so. Anyone who answers a question, yeah,
Starting point is 01:10:27 so. should be killed. Is that by going too far with that? Nazi. No. Not after I heard all the other clips. So annoying. All right, you got a few more on here.
Starting point is 01:10:40 Yeah, let's do the, um, being fat is literally comparable to slavery. Clip 15. All right. As they'll say anti-fatness and anti-blackness. And I'm like, no, no, no, no. That is not correct. It's as. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:54 It's as. And that's intentional. It means that anti-fatness is anti-blackness. It means that, like, that's the condition under which the black fat is held captive to him by the world. And the black fat is called terminus with the slave, right? If we take Sabrina Strings seriously and I do, then there's no way of separating a black fat subject from a slave subject. And so anti-blackness creates the world and everything. Does anyone ever question this asshole?
Starting point is 01:11:21 I would love a follow-up question. You know, it would be great to have a mind like this show or on your show, Kaya. I love the usage of black fat as just a noun. Right. The black fat is a slave. Okay. I mean, that's how I refer to fat people, just fats. Listen, fried chicken is fucking delicious.
Starting point is 01:11:41 We all agree on that. It's not a meal all day long. Yes. It's a treat. And it doesn't care about gender or race. No, that's true. That is true. They'll get anyone fat.
Starting point is 01:11:53 He is a little self-deprecating here in clip 16. What has been explored throughout this book is the varying ways in which one's blackness and fatness is always in conflict with the world. How if one is fat and black, they are always already illegible, animalistic, and undesirable. This is true too and perhaps even more so when one is also trans. Yeah, I mean, you're checking a lot of boxes there. It's hurting me off. Hey, go, you want to fuck this fat black person? Is it a chick?
Starting point is 01:12:24 It's trans. How much does it pay? Animalistic and undesirable. Look, you said it, not me. You're right. Again, the worst fucking Twitter racist would be nicer about this stuff. What the fuck? Anthony Coombeal lost his job for calling them animals.
Starting point is 01:12:48 Undesirable is a good term, though. Clip 17 is my last one. It's optional. They just ramble again. Just random fucking. Talking words in a string. That black folks are coerced into a desire to be gendered or to be gender, which I think is a violent action due to this bifurcated human animal experience. And the ways that black flesh has historically been understood as ungendered, going back to spillers.
Starting point is 01:13:10 And I named that that's particularly violent for black fat trans people because of the way gender renders fatness unintelligible. That's what makes it particularly difficult for black fat trans people to exist. Okay. earlier we were talking about violence and how we defined it and you were saying well it's military it's actual violence he just said that black people being a man or a woman is violence yeah right so that seems like it's violence is a really loose term it sounds like well i think the logic has always been if you make them kill themselves that's like an act of violence that you did to them but look us taking your happy meal away is not violence no And we're not taking your happy bill away. I could see it getting out of hand. I promise you we're not taking your happy meal away. Visit BetMGM Casino and check out the newest exclusive.

Starting point is 01:14:39 all real audio. And it's Chad Zumak. It's all Chad Zumak audio. And I found this to be quite brilliant. By the way, you remember when I used to be the sniper? not anymore I'm the caller
Starting point is 01:14:55 that's what I do now I call the caller is my name somebody make me a graphic the caller I'm gonna need a caller graphic immediately if not sooner
Starting point is 01:15:08 miserable are you how miserable are you honestly you're not happy you can't be you can't look in the mirror and look at yourself and say I'm happy you can't let's stop
Starting point is 01:15:55 pretending she doesn't have cancels Let's stop pretending They're there Those are cancles Now all you middle-aged women Running to protect her She's a big girl Literally big girl
Starting point is 01:16:06 She's fine She's fine She doesn't need protection She got herself into this shit She's a fat woman You're like I need Oz epic No not you
Starting point is 01:16:17 You're the same bitch who has me blocked So you can go talk shit about me In other chats and I don't see it Trust me I know You do it to a lot of people You're a coward. I usually pay you no attention. None.
Starting point is 01:16:30 Persistence and consistent. So, okay, you have my attention now. You're disgusting. I will never, ever speak your name again. You're ugly. You're not attractive. You're not attractive and you're fat. There's a reason why she goes to hackamania,
Starting point is 01:16:44 dabble cons, and AC looking for dick. Holiday roll. Now, I don't bring the bitch up. I don't bring it up. I never bring her. Why don't you go over to Lamb of Kai? They could use a little of this. I don't follow her on shit.
Starting point is 01:17:01 I don't watch her shit. I don't do anything. To, why don't you go find a wall sock and stick your tongue in it? That'll give you a charge. No, he was a real girlfriend. I'm sorry. You fucking creep. See ya, Tubby.
Starting point is 01:17:26 Super Tongue strikes again. As to his tongue in the West. Well done. Eugene Cairdiff. Good dog. That's pretty good. Oh, that was real audio of Chad going off on Lady KB,
Starting point is 01:17:47 who we've hung out with a number of times, Atlantic City. Yeah. For the Super Bowl weekend. I like Cardiff. He definitely comes across as somebody who has fun on the internet. And with the stuff he does, like the opposite of Stut Joe. Right. He actually enjoys his time online.
Starting point is 01:18:02 That is the pure joy that he has laughing at Chad Zubak. is infectious. It is. I agree. All right, Chris, you brought this up earlier. We are celebrating 9-11 this weekend. The Ice Tos performed last night at the beer park, and it was 9-11. It was. And they hired us to play a show, and we have jokes in between our songs. We have our Ice-Dub's announcer. My original co-host, Kevin, is our announcer. And we had some jokes that people didn't really enjoy that much. I'll play a couple examples so that we could talk about what happened. This is how we started the show. And yes, I do use the music Casey Daybade for Devilverse Lives. I love it. It slaps.
Starting point is 01:18:47 Hello and welcome to the Rochester Beer Park. Get ready for a 9-11 celebration you'll never forget. We're talking music that will make the ladies' panties drop faster than the North Tower. Get ready for the awesome sounds of the... So that was the intro to kind of like set the table, you know? Get the mood set for people, right? If you're going to leave, leave now. Right. And so we had other jokes like this.
Starting point is 01:19:15 Please accept our apologies if the isotopes seem a little drunk. They book this show so long ago they forgot about it and spent the entire day going to 9-11 cookouts. And now more isotopes. We introduced the go-go dancer to come up and dance to us, Lucy Type Boxing Company. Please welcome the ladies who will go down like Tower 7 for seemingly no reason. It's the isotopes go-go-dancers. Silly things like this.
Starting point is 01:19:48 I hope everyone has had a very merry 9-11. And now, more isotopes. And I don't know who would get offended at this one. Thanks for coming to the beer park on September 11th, or as the Saudi royal family calls it, Muslim Christmas I think that's the one where the security guard got a little affected
Starting point is 01:20:09 So this was my favorite The isotopes are releasing A brand new album On October 10th At 3 Heads I don't want to oversell it But the show is going to be
Starting point is 01:20:20 Better than 9-11 That would Crank me up And Art Elder And now More Isotopes Okay so we play a whole set
Starting point is 01:20:32 And then we have another set coming up. Yeah. And we're milling about why to WTP fans are coming up to me, signing autographs, taking selfies, you know, the usual. No, actually, there was a woman who came in from Buffalo. It's like, I know you don't want to talk to anyone, Carol, but I'm a big fan. It's like, of course I want to talk to you.
Starting point is 01:20:46 That's why I'm, whatever. I was very nice to meet you, Susan, Suzanne? Walthy lady. Good old wants her lips. So I'm talking to some people. Producer Chris runs up to me. And he goes, Carl, we got a problem. what's going on?
Starting point is 01:21:03 Security person wants to shut the show down. They're pulling the plug on this show. I go, why? What's going on? The 9-11 jokes. She says that everyone is put off by this and we can't have any more. We can't play the rest of the show. And I'm looking around.
Starting point is 01:21:18 I'm like, I don't see people running out of the place. It seemed like we had a good crowd the whole night. I didn't get a sense. People were like throwing bottles at us or anything like that. Like one person complained? I think it was this security officer. officer specifically who was offended. And I could tell you why I also agreed with that.
Starting point is 01:21:36 She said, I was affected by 9-11. That guy was. And my co-worker over there, I'm like, well, I was too. Yeah. We all were. Yeah. Sucked. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:21:49 Don't think, doesn't she know about the South Park AIDS episode? Once 20 years goes by, you're allowed to start making fun of it. I wouldn't have made 9-11 jokes in 2003. I tried to explain. that to her. I try and explain it. She said South Park offends me also.
Starting point is 01:22:06 So here's the joke that I did scrub from the second set. Oh, okay. And I never got played in the show. I looked at the guy Incognito who runs our jokes. And I go, I think that don't play that one.
Starting point is 01:22:19 For tonight's show, the isotopes wrote 2,9177-9-11 jokes. And now, more isotopes. I can see where that'd be pretty a thousand. I thought the other ones were kind of fond, you know, we're pretending it's a holiday that you do cookouts and stuff for.
Starting point is 01:22:38 I just wanted to play that. I thought that was funny. We got yelled at. We made it to the end. We did. I never talked to the security person because you were like, I don't write the jokes. I broke my own rule.
Starting point is 01:22:47 When security comes up to you at a show, you just ignore them and look the other way. Always ignore them. Always be ignoring. Instead, you're pointing at me like, that guy over there, he writes a lot of the jokes. Fucking. asshole.
Starting point is 01:23:03 Kay, you familiar with a guy named Opie? Yes. A little. Opie and Anthony show? He's got a new show called Opie Unfiltered. Nick Tucker, USA.
Starting point is 01:23:30 All is right in the world. Kaya is back on WATP. I agree. Very excited to have Kai on the show. It's a good egg, as we say. So what's Opie up to? Okay, well,
Starting point is 01:23:43 Opie, he does this thing now, and I can't figure out what it is. I've always complained about him putting up the same video multiple times, but usually it's across two different channels that he puts up the same video. Now what he's doing, if you look at these thumbnails, just on his at-opi radio, you have 9-11, 25 years later, the exact same thumbnail in four videos. And then Trump breaking law with $5,000 promise, the same thumbnail, four different videos.
Starting point is 01:24:13 someone doesn't you can always tell when a boomer discovers AI oh dude I know I fucking hate these thumbnails they're so bad but you look at these like one has 1800 views one has 384 when 7171 when it's 2,600 I know that some of them are vertical display some are regular 16 by 9 but there's no reason to have four of the same fucking broadcast on your page he does this for every episode now
Starting point is 01:24:42 Does he clip certain things from longer broadcasts? Nope, they're all the same length. They're all the same show. It probably makes him feel more successful, like a hoarder, feeling richer. Someone probably told him, like, if you churn out four videos a day, that's four times as good as one video. He's like, I can do that. So much content. Right.
Starting point is 01:25:04 There was a guy, Thomas, who sent me an clip from Opin Anthony. And it's just from an old Opin Anthony show. where Obie's complaining about going to these meetings after the show is over. So he talks about what he does the past of time. And it's just funny. So Thomas sent this into me. It's just funny, considering that Opie got fired from Sirius XM for videotaping a guy shitting at work, that that's not abnormal for him. I mean, we were in there for an hour and a half.
Starting point is 01:25:31 That's what I want to say, too. Thank you. After doing the show. Holy shit, an hour and a fucking half. After doing the show. Right. So I start fading and I start. taking pictures of puds.
Starting point is 01:25:43 PUD picks. PUD picks. And then the one person had to come walking down the hall and go, next time you need a zoom on that camera. He was trying to make believe it's all cool and fun and light.
Starting point is 01:25:57 I don't think he liked it. I could tell. I've been around way too long to know. The picture of the pud. He was so annoyed that I took a picture of his pud. You mean somebody in management didn't like his genitals being photographed in the meaning? Surprising.
Starting point is 01:26:12 But he came in all lightheart, like, oh, we're all just one happy family. Yeah. Next time, get a Zoom lens. So, Opie, people will stand up and present at the meeting and Opie's just taking photos with their junk. I guess. And then bragging about it on his radio show. Why? Try to get fired.
Starting point is 01:26:32 What's the purpose of this? All right. Let's get into Thursday's episode. This is Trump breaking the wall with $5,000 promise. It starts off with Ron the waiter, Ron Berman. I think he's figured out, there's only one way to make money, and that is to have dental needs. Do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do.
Starting point is 01:26:54 Are you picking your teeth as we start this fine broadcast, Ronnie, babe? Let me tell you something. I think I've actually lost a few pounds. Really? I can't fucking. I've made it worse. I told you I accidentally went eating. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:27:10 bit into my fork like a fucking animal like a toddler and yeah go ahead I can't put any pressure on my tooth here like it's and I think I made it worse by a couple days ago chewing yeah
Starting point is 01:27:26 so now Ron has started up his own dental go fund me you know Opie started his off by saying I gotta get a tooth replay it's gonna cost $2,000 that did you guys give me money and then that came and went and he still for some reason needs you to give him money.
Starting point is 01:27:41 He continues on forever. So I think Ron's figured that out. And he's like, oh, maybe people will give me money. OPE's going to let Ron know that it's not going to be him giving him money. I feel bad for you because you met me on the downside of my career. No, I initially met you when you were successful. That's my fucking fault. I should have fucking hitch my cot to your, what's the expression?
Starting point is 01:28:06 Hit my cart to your saddle. Yeah, that's it. That's the one. Yeah. Close enough. So Opie's got this PayPal.me slash Opie Radio. It's on the ticker going across. And Kaya, when he started it, he was like, I got to raise $2,000 because I got to get this tooth replaced.
Starting point is 01:28:27 And my dentist is in Manhattan. It's very expensive. Oh, I'm sorry. You're just on the upper west side of Manhattan. Obey. That must suck. Poor guy. Does he not have a nest egg?
Starting point is 01:28:36 Why is this former radio sensation begging? Dude, he begs for money every episode. In fact, he's been doing this thing recently where he's like, if we don't make $100, I'm not doing a show tomorrow. Oh, classic. You think it was dark side phil. There's a bunch of scleril. Classic.
Starting point is 01:28:54 Right. It's like, we need some more support. Yeah, Obie's just like, do you want me to eat this fried chicken sandwich or not? Because if you don't give me enough money, then I wouldn't even get it. All right. Or look even as a ring light that's reflecting in the window there. Yes, that's a good luck, right? It's become a character on his show, actually.
Starting point is 01:29:13 It's more personality than he does. I shouldn't say that. He is talking about Drake May, quarterback for the New England Patriots. Of course, you can tell by the accent, Rod's a big Patriots fan. And Drake May threw three picks in the opener, season opener. And so, Opie's talking about that. And he transitions very quickly into Trump talk. Drake May is overrated.
Starting point is 01:29:39 Drake May had a lucky year last year. You're fucked. Your patriots are fucked-throwdy, babes. But what does that have to do with Trump giving me $5,000? What's the dance where he's, like, trying to blow two guys at one time? Is this the Trump dance? Because I'll do the Trump dance because he's going to give me $5,000. That's also the Shulay network thing.
Starting point is 01:30:01 Where they get gifted memberships. I got to send that to Shulie so he can pop that up on the screen. They get the membership. So he's also on board with what? he calls the Trump dance. What's what the random comments that he puts on the screen? Like, what do you think of Lego? I'm so glad you picked up on that.
Starting point is 01:30:17 I put this in the description of this episode. Opie is now putting the comments up on the screen in front of Ron. And Opie doesn't have a lot of live viewers. So there's not a lot of comments. It moves very slowly. And the comments are brutal. The comments are fucking mean. And they stay up for a while.
Starting point is 01:30:33 And they stay up for a while. So this is an example of the chat hating Ron Berman. I want to take this moment to, say that fantasy football, right? When you have your guy do a punishment, eh. Could you imagine you're the co-host of this show at Opie? And he's got the comment right in front of him says,
Starting point is 01:30:54 Ronnie is a retard. That is the appropriate phase to make. But can Ron actually see them? Yeah. I mean, I don't know if he can read or not, but he's looking at the screen that has him on there. And then right he says, if I lived in a basement with a roommate,
Starting point is 01:31:07 I'd go to the roof with a rope. You guys tell him to run off himself. It just stays there forever. Which is very funny. Screenshotable, too. So then, Opie's going on and out about these fantasy football punishments. You know, you take last place.
Starting point is 01:31:23 You've got to do these silly things and how much he hates it. I only pull this clip because of the comments over Ron. Because I hate them. I hate the fantasy football punishment videos. They stink. Didn't they make a movie about that? I think they made a movie about that. A movie about what?
Starting point is 01:31:42 Fantasy football, and I think they made a movie about that and like the punishment. I don't know. That was like a comedy. Hey, Ron. Good stuff, Ron. That's got them good chemistry. So William says, can we see you two tongue kiss? That's this man, Opie, looking old.
Starting point is 01:31:59 Why is it only putting these comments up on the screen, you're encouraging people to fuck with you? Yeah, they're going to compete with each other. So you just heard that Ron goes, wasn't there a movie about that? No, there wasn't. You don't know what you're talking about. Opie doesn't either. So he decides to change gears and shift the conversation, but I pulled this again because of the comments up on the screen.
Starting point is 01:32:17 Drastically changing gears, I understand. Something amazing happened here in Manhattan last night. So Nick DeFed says, is this show a punishment for Opie losing a fantasy football? Does Opie even read the comments? I can't imagine he is or else you take them off the screen because they're just trolling of the entire episode. He's never does before
Starting point is 01:32:41 He's always like pulled the comments up on the screen Yeah Like kind of randomly And some of them are like weird But he's never just had it just going On the screen with him So like that's like one of the main things you're watching on the show What about on his YouTube channel?
Starting point is 01:32:55 Does he like moderate the comments at all? Does he know how? That's what I'm talking about this is his YouTube channel Oh And it's just him No I meant like under the posted videos The actual comment section Oh that's a good question
Starting point is 01:33:06 I don't know about that That I don't know because he just put everything behind a member wall now. This fucking guy gets five bucks a month for me. Can you believe that? I wasn't going to give it to fucking Ellie Beardisley or whatever the fucker name was. But I hope he got it from me, this motherfucker. Now, Kaya, there's one thing I know about you, aside from really enjoying the conversations around non-binary and trans people,
Starting point is 01:33:34 you get into some spicy political debates. And you like it when someone has a hot take. A spicy hot take you've never heard before. That's what the OPEC is here for. There is the promise Trump made last night. The Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate. But because of our tremendous strength and success economically, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000.
Starting point is 01:34:09 Pretty wild thing with the president to say. Let's see what Opie's high. take us on that. Breaking the law, breaking the law. Cue up Judas Priest, breaking the law, everyone is going online, but that's breaking the law. Trump has been breaking the law for his entire time down the White House and who gives it shit? Because none of those people down there are doing anything about Trump breaking the law. So guess what? I'm all in. I'm drinking the how do you drink the Kool-a-woo-woo-go-l-woo. How do you do the dick dance? We're going to get $5,000. was from the Trump.
Starting point is 01:34:44 Breaking the law is never cool. Could you rewind to the beginning real quick just to see the comment section? Somebody said, are you Bono? That's on that too. So, Opie had this queued up. He doesn't do this very often. He had a video queued up. President Trump's going, hey, if you elect Republicans,
Starting point is 01:35:05 $5,000 dollar Americans, which is crazy. You can't do that. And Opie's take is like, hey, guys, You ever hear that Judas Priest's song? Yeah, yeah, pretty familiar with that one. You have to spell out the band. I knew it when you started singing it. And he goes, you know that Trump breaks the law all the time?
Starting point is 01:35:21 Yeah. Pretty familiar with that. So Ron tries to get his take in and Opie interrupts him because he's like, no, no, no, no. I'm not done yet, Ron. No, wait, I want to say this, for real. I'm on a roll. I want to, you just got to embrace this crap because if I have to hear one more person go, but he's breaking the law.
Starting point is 01:35:41 Yeah. He is breaking the law, but no one is doing anything about it down there in Washington. There's a whole list of laws that Trump has broken and no one does anything about it down in Washington. You're not on a roll. You just repeated yourself. It's exactly what you already said. He's like, hold on, Ron. I got more to talk about this.
Starting point is 01:35:59 Repeats the exact same two points. Hot take. Yeah. Good stuff. I'm out of roll. Okay. Porbano. Porbano.
Starting point is 01:36:09 So Opie is. loving this dick dance. He's having so much fun doing it. And so a little peer pressure, he really wants Ron to do it along with him. I'm doing the dick dance today. This is the Trump dick dance, right? Why aren't you doing the dick dance, uh, Ron? Do it. Do it. Or is it this way. Does he go back and forth this way? Like, or is he like, Jesus Christ, Opie? I remember the first time of him. Ronnie's stuffing. his face, by the way. It's always a bad sign when your
Starting point is 01:36:45 guests are so bored they start eating. He's always eating food at the show. It's only an hour long. You don't have to eat for that hour of the day. That always blows my mind with like younger streamers too when they go for, like two hours. You cannot stop eating for two hours
Starting point is 01:37:01 into the mic. The worst is like Kevin Brennan will like eat crackers. The saltiest, driest thing for your mouth. It's not. great. I'd recommend.
Starting point is 01:37:14 You have some who are these podcasts? Candy. That's right. Dry free skittles. They're delicious. I was talking to people about this last night who were ordering them. And you can get them at Liesel and Friends Gourmet.com. That is not a paid promotion.
Starting point is 01:37:29 The money just goes to my family. Full disclosure. That's my family's company. They make the money on it. So he tries to get Ron to do the thing. And Ron, I guess, has some kind of dignity. or street smart or something. Or he's just like,
Starting point is 01:37:43 no, I don't want to be pretending I'm sucking dicks on the video stream. And I remember the first time I was on the Uncle Rico show and they were doing that dick sucking thing when someone gifted memberships and I wasn't doing it. They're like, come on, Carl,
Starting point is 01:37:54 why don't you do this? I'm like, they're not gifted memberships for me, asshole. I'm not pretending I'm sucking dicks. I have dignity. Look at Opie's face right there. He's really fucking lost it. So Opie in this clip changes his mind very quickly.
Starting point is 01:38:11 He feels very strongly about something and then realizes he's wrong about that. He's focused on those cans. She's got nice pants. He likes that little spicy Italian. Actually, no, she's got that droopy cleavage. No, I'm not giving her a pass. She's got the droopy cleavage. He was all horded up for a second.
Starting point is 01:38:28 Those fucking cans. Oh, my God. If I can get my hands out of those, you know, actually it's kind of droopy. I put this into Grock. I don't know if this is the best thing, but that's droopy. Probably could do better. Oh, yeah. That's not droopy.
Starting point is 01:38:41 All right, fair enough. I guess Droopy's copyrighted or something. There's a reason to celebrate this week, guys. There's a big reason to get excited. It's Rosh Hashanah and 9-11 on the same day. Another way to say that is that Rosh Hashanah falls on September 11th this year. Can you believe that? Even Opie's puzzled.
Starting point is 01:39:05 Yeah, I mean, that's going to happen. I'm sure it's a big deal. So they start talking about Judaism because, you know, Ron, the waiter is Jewish. I know. Shocking, right? And Opie has a punchline for this. They're talking about whether or not they believe in hell in Judaism. I believe they don't.
Starting point is 01:39:28 There is an afterlife. I don't think they believe in how. I think it's a Christian thing. There is no hell in Judaism. You explained everything just now and you don't even realize it. You just stepped in a pile of dog shit. you guys don't believe in hell guess what rod
Starting point is 01:39:43 here's my punch lot you bitch okay Opie hates it when Rod talks over when he's ready to like get him with a zinger so he's like why are you talking about
Starting point is 01:39:56 this hilarious thing for why Jews don't believe at hell I mean how is this live what's that just reading the comment section again oh how is this live Coomia 2028
Starting point is 01:40:08 and is the best Yeah, I think everyone's just trolling them in this. So you would think there'd probably be a number of things you could say for like, oh, Jews don't believe in hell. You know, I can come out with a bunch of different punchlines. And Opie just said, ah, I got a punchline for this. So here we go. What do you got, Opie?
Starting point is 01:40:26 You guys don't believe in hell? It explains everything. It explains everything. No, con. Now I get it. Now I get you people. I get you guys. use guys. I better, I better not masturbate because I'm going to burn in hell.
Starting point is 01:40:45 Masterbate all you want, buddy. There's no hell. I have no problem doing that. Christians with all your guilt with sex, silly. I have no problem with the, the sex and the guilt. What else? What else you got? I'm dodging. You guys, you guys perverted sex so much. You made your priest crazy. Well, after after praise for sure. sure. Unintended. No, not unintended. Yeah. I mean,
Starting point is 01:41:16 by the way, Christianity, Christians, I'm talking to you, what the fuck did you expect? If you want to be a male priest, you can't marry. Yeah, that's stupid. Okay, no problem. We'll just take it out on the boys. That's stupid, because when I was
Starting point is 01:41:32 growing up with a crazy mom and seven, eight, nine kids, and my mom would call the church with the problems of the day. Yeah, that priest can, relate because he also had a oh that's right he had no family and he was driving a brand new Cadillac and going to the Huntington Crescent Club
Starting point is 01:41:48 and playing free rounds of golf oh that's right very relatable were you guys in the punchline is there going to be a punchline did we forget there was supposed to be a punchline to this I feel like I'm a nurse at an old folks home just like listening to the
Starting point is 01:42:04 people their talk just like eavesdropping or something yeah they're just passing the time these two this is just like they're their morning coffee. I'm going to get together with Ron down at the diner. I have fun with Ron at the diner. What's Robin up to?
Starting point is 01:42:19 Now that we're just time on 9-11, Ratch Shana. That sounds flawed. His punchline was, I'm on to you. Was that what it was? Yeah. Because I was waiting for a punchline that whole time.
Starting point is 01:42:29 I know. I'm like, it's going to be coming sometime. When do we get to the punchline? Dude, there was no punchline. I was so disappointed because he was like, pissed it Ron for stepping on it. Yeah. So I thought there was going to be something.
Starting point is 01:42:40 He was legitimately angry. He was pretty upset about that. Someone earlier in your chat here said that OPE's putting in a lot of work for $10 a stream. He just got five jewels there, which is apparently a new thing YouTube is doing now, but I think that's like literally $0.5. I think it's $2.5. cents. I think a jewel is 0.5 cents. We were talking about that the other day. Oh, he's missing the Facebook stars.
Starting point is 01:43:05 Because we were playing Tom Myers. That's right. And Tom Myers is just like, whoa. 50 jewels. Like, idiot. He gets 25, get a quarter. He's all like, oh, I should be up on the dabble dashboard. Fucking moron.
Starting point is 01:43:19 Yeah, I don't get jewels on my channel, thank God. But yeah, he's not, he's not doing well. The fact thing he has to put that up on the screen is pretty sad. Now, Kay, the last time you're on my show, we did a little impromptu emergency show, mini-so, whatever I like to call it these days. And we were talking about the. these true crime podcast that are meant for women to fall asleep to. And the reason why we're-
Starting point is 01:43:45 Or both. And the reason why we were talking about that is because of this Lindsay Clancy trial where this woman murders her three children, her three young children. And then all these women are just like, she's the best. We support her. You're like, whoa. Lade a ball. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:44:03 They all loved her. They all dressing in pink outside the courtroom. Two of the jurors were pink. Two of the jurors were pink. Two of the men. There were three men on the jury who got worn down by the nagging, I guess, by the school marming. All the jurors are now giving me, like, they're on a media tour giving interviews. And they let slip that the one holdout juror, the only one who didn't want to acquit her was a black man.
Starting point is 01:44:30 So now he's getting doxed. Of course. The one guy is just like, no-uh. All right. So, Opie's got a hot take on Lindsay Clancy, which. I thought you would appreciate here. You know what that reminded me of? Lindsay Clancy.
Starting point is 01:44:47 Oh, Lindsay Clancy. You know, my tolerance for mental illness is, what's the smallest unit of measurement? Because that's my tolerance. That's my tolerance for mental illness. An Asian man's penis. Oh, Ronnie, don't do it. That's bad.
Starting point is 01:45:04 You know, you got three innocent kids that are, you know, they don't get to live a life. So I say, you know, F her and lock her up, not in a mental institution, lock her up. And literally, as they say, throw away the key. I have no empathy for her. Really? Boom. Hot take.
Starting point is 01:45:25 Opie thinks this is a hot take to be like, I think that woman should probably be locked up for murdering children. But he said mental institution. That's what this trial is about. The mental institution is the version where she wins. Correct. And that's the empathetic version, first of all, at least say prison. Yes. So thank God that Ron is there to put opiate his place.
Starting point is 01:45:46 You're saying what everyone's saying. Oh, the brutality of how she did it. He was like, you won't believe what I have to say about this. I think she's crazy. Well, yeah, yeah, that's what the jury found too. It's basically the whole premise of this fucking thing, you idiots. All right, I got to give you guys an update on Jerry Banfield. Because he is.
Starting point is 01:46:08 fucking crushing it. I couldn't be more excited about what he's doing right now. I love to eat peanut butter. I love to eat honey. And I also love to eat beans. Beans. I look great.
Starting point is 01:46:24 I feel great. Beans. I look great. I feel great. All right. He's going live now. For the last three days in a row and probably right now,
Starting point is 01:46:37 for all I know, Jerry's live, collecting super. chats and loving it. And I got to say, this is a great format for him. He puts the chat up on the screen and he just goes through and just reads what people are saying to him and responds to it. He's just, he's honest to a fault.
Starting point is 01:46:53 Yes. Which is a thing that I love about Jerry Banfield. Yeah. And he's just kind of like a cornball. Yeah. Is that the right word for it? He can't get embarrassed. Nothing embarrasses him.
Starting point is 01:47:08 So he'll start the show, this little intro side that he makes up. Are you all ready for this? Oh, oh, oh, oh. It's the Jerry Banfield show. It is. I'm going to live stream on September 11th. I am. I am. I'm live right now.
Starting point is 01:47:26 I'm live. You've never seen a show like this. The show can twist like a... All right, I'm done. Sorry to get away from him a little. He's very childlike. He's a childlike man. Yes.
Starting point is 01:47:41 What is the update on him? So last time I remember, didn't you and I do the very first episode on him? Oh, that's very possible. Full coverage? He was like talking about hoarding honey for his wife to eat during an apocalypse. We did it during COVID.
Starting point is 01:47:56 I remember now. Yes, yes. I got to go back and listen to it again because someone told him his episode 201 of WTP was the first time we covered Jerry. Many years ago. Yeah, many, many years. Recommended, though, to your listeners.
Starting point is 01:48:08 It was a fun episode. I don't know how we found him. Is he still? like 800 grand in the hole. Okay. So this is great. What happened was he was in debt and then he paid a lot of it off and then he got into debt again and then he got a divorce. His wife divorced him. Actually, we're going to learn more about it in this video because he talks about it. His wife divorced him and paid off all of his debt. So what he could have done, he's got a job and started fresh. Instead, he took out loans from credit cards, like cash advances from credit cards, highest interest rate possible.
Starting point is 01:48:41 And it's living his life going tens of thousands of not over $100,000 in debt because he's renting a really nice house. It's $2,700 a month for rent. And he's going out on dates all the time and he's paying for so much shit. All of his AI tools, he pays the premium for. He's paying for Hinge, the dating site and all the other dating sites. He's spending money hand over fist with very little income coming in. Which is a wild way to live. It is.
Starting point is 01:49:14 Does he think like those, the fake credit cards they send you in the mail, the predatory ones? Does he think that's like a compliment? Like, Jerry, you're so good with money here. Okay. Let me see if I can get to this clip. Because I have it in the package here. Oh, here it is. Okay.
Starting point is 01:49:32 He talks about this. I found this fascinating. This is how he lives his life. How do you have 60K in credit with under 7 underscore? I had huge. limits before. Okay, so he mentioned his credit score is 600 right now. So people are like, well, how are you getting all this money for, you know, how are you taking
Starting point is 01:49:52 out any type of loan? The bank would laugh in your face. You're already so much in debt. So I'm explaining it. Because I made lots of money online. So, and I had an 800 plus score at the beginning of the year. So what I do is kind of blitz the credit cards. I'd apply for two at once.
Starting point is 01:50:11 And like I get a $17,000 limit on one and an $18,000 limit on another one. So I actually have hundreds of thousands of dollars in credit card limit. Thank you, Kyle Z for the $2 super check. Okay. That doesn't answer the question. Why? So what he's doing is he's taking out, he's maxing out his credit cards immediately. So he qualifies for $18,000.
Starting point is 01:50:33 He gets it, maxes out immediately. And then you get those offers in the mail that are just like, hey, you'll get no interest for three months. and then he'll pay off that credit card with this new credit card. So it's just this constant churning of owing money to someone more and more money nonstop. He talks about that in this clip. It's really smart. Check this out. Could you ever not spend more money in a month than you make?
Starting point is 01:50:59 I think I've made more money this month than I've spent. My credit score is like 600 and something right now because I've never, I've been in debt since 18. I've never ever missed a single payment back when, oh, that's a pretty big jewel drop. That's the largest jewel drop we've seen. I haven't seen somebody else drop some jewels like that on this stream before. So thank you for the big 750 jewel drop. So I have not. What am I trying to say?
Starting point is 01:51:28 I've never missed a debt payment before, even when things got really bad in 2019. And I was taking credit card cash advances just to make minimum payments on other cards. I didn't miss a single payment. My wife at the time bailed me out on that one. So there you go. That she bailed. Yeah, yeah. She bailed.
Starting point is 01:51:48 So that explains it. Because that's around the time we were watching him when we first discovered him. And so all he was doing was taking out cash advances from other credit cards to pay off the minimum payment on the credit card that he had. And his wife's finally like, I can't be attached to this anymore. That's smart. And bailes them out. You know how lousy of a husband you have to be for the? the woman to be like, okay, you know, I just
Starting point is 01:52:11 want to be divorced, I'll pay you. I don't want alimony. I'll pay off your fucking debt. She must have had her own account, by the way, which is smart. He doesn't pay child support. He doesn't pay alimony. Like, literally, she's just like, just get the fuck out of this house. And now
Starting point is 01:52:26 he talks about this in this stream. Now she's dating a guy who has like a normal job and a steady paycheck. He's like, he's like, I guess that's what she's into. Guys, you like, work for a corporation and get a sucker. Earned a living. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:52:40 She couldn't handle a guy like me. It's very funny. All right. So, Jerry gives us updates. I mentioned recently that one of the guys who reached out to him said, Jerry, we want to film a documentary. Me and the producer will come to you for a week. We'll follow you around.
Starting point is 01:52:55 We'll interview you. You've got to pay $7,000. And Jerry's like, should I do that? I can just put out of the company card. I should maybe do that. And I said, Jerry, don't do that. They're scamming you, you know? So we get an update on that.
Starting point is 01:53:06 Also, we get an update on Hinge. I mentioned he's been on Hinge four times this year every time he deletes his account because he gets no dates from it and he spends all this money on roses, his virtual roses he sends to women. They're two bucks at a time. So he's sending those out and stuff and he's never making any, he's never getting any dates from it. Then he created a fifth Hinge account recently.
Starting point is 01:53:27 So he's getting an update on those two things there. Where I just had an awesome call, the guy who was talking about the filming, you know, there was one guy that wanted to film a documentary in my life and this guy films documentaries, he's like, easy. Here's what you should know. So I'm not going to pay $7,000 for a documentary for my life, but I'm going to offer like, hey, why, we do it over Zoom. I have been on three dates for the woman. We'll talk about that. I think that's going pretty well. And dating apps, dude, how many likes can I send on hinge and not get a single response? You goy cattle. They're literally tuned for idiots like you where it doesn't even register when a man swipes writer. yes on any woman. That's why they make you pay for the premium. And yeah, he pays the full price,
Starting point is 01:54:14 the highest amount you can, which I imagine comes off as a little desperate. But only the best for Jerry. Yeah. But yeah, like he never learns his lesson because he came on here. We played a video a month ago where he's like, I'm never going to use hinge again. This shit doesn't work.
Starting point is 01:54:29 I'm not good at online dating. And AI told him, no, this photo of you, this new shirt looks great. You should definitely put out a hitch profile. And he's like, all right. So now we're up to number five. No, up to number five. And it's not working again.
Starting point is 01:54:43 But you just heard that. There's a new woman in his life. There's a, the single mom. He's had three dates. So that's exciting. I already have been on three dates with a single mom that's a few years younger than me. And she said she's open to having more kids. And she, I mean, she said two things on the second date that sounded very open to have kids.
Starting point is 01:55:06 So, hey, what's up? Functional Grudge. nice to see you today. So I'm going to hit these live streams. I got $133 in revenue. That means somebody else scraped $70 off of everything you all sent on Wednesday is Friday. So Thursday, I haven't seen the revenue, but y'all dropped a little bit less than that. But yeah, I'll show up for that money every day.
Starting point is 01:55:28 But not just the money. It's the show I am awesome at doing live streams. It's okay. He just discovered because now he's got to beat up ice. we've been covering him enough that he can go on and do live streams and people flock to him and they want to give him super chats. He made $133.333 bucks, net. That's my net.
Starting point is 01:55:47 Oh, here we go. That's my net. Jerry, you should get on Supertip. I can hook you up, buddy. Supertip.g. They don't take 30% like YouTube does. Yeah, that's before taxes, too, by the way. That's just YouTube's cut taken out.
Starting point is 01:56:06 And then he still has to pay probably like up to half on the $133. You're depressing me. It's almost fucking quarterlies. I've got to pay quarterlies this week. Do you think the single mom has enough money in her bank to bail him out and toss him out? Maybe that's what he's looking for. Maybe that's why he's not going to get dates on Hinge. What do you got to save his account?
Starting point is 01:56:26 All right. I don't want to deal with this guy. I like his comment section too. Jerry Banfield is a loser. Jerry, you're the anti-poon. Well, we're going to see those band people who are mean to him.
Starting point is 01:56:38 So he doesn't let you be too mean to him on here. but he's so excited. He wants to have, now, Kai, here's another update. So he's got two kids. He got divorced at the end of last year. He's looking to have two more children with another woman. That's like his goal.
Starting point is 01:56:53 Good question. Great question. Because I don't know if you know this, Kai. I know that you had a child not too long ago. They're expensive. Is he trying to do the welfare queen thing where he just wants the government to pay him to have the babies? Maybe he's going to fuck a WNBA player or something. get Caitlin Clark or something so they have to pay it. It doesn't make any sense. I think it has to do
Starting point is 01:57:14 with him getting back at his ex-wife. I mean, like, see, look at this woman thinks I'm a suitable father and can raise a family. That's what I think, but who knows? Jerry, though, you just heard him say it. He's like, I'm really good at this live streaming thing. He is a pro. Can we just be honest as content creators? Like, I'm here. I'm a professional. I do. this for money. I also love it, but I do it for money. Okay. He's a professional guy. It's giving a dark side Phil,
Starting point is 01:57:50 but Phil is actually kind of in the, like, good at it? Better at least? I like Jerry better than DSP, I'll be honest. He might be less in debt, maybe. Yeah. I was so doubtful, I don't know. Well, DSP will call specific bills that he has. He'll be like,
Starting point is 01:58:08 guys, my heating bill, Last month was $250. So can you guys give me some money? That I find really annoying. Like, why am I on the hook for your fucking heating pill? I don't know. Right. Like, Obie's tooth.
Starting point is 01:58:20 DSB also threatens to end streams unless people give him money. Yeah. And if he's playing a game, he always ties it to some game. Like, if you guys want me to continue playing Pokemon, I need some support you guys. There hasn't been a lot of support today. Yeah. And he'll also get angry at the chat the next week. I was playing Pokemon and I'm not going to play it anymore because you guys
Starting point is 01:58:41 weren't supporting that, so I'm not going to do it. Damn it! Fully, I gave him support. He's terrible in games. All right, Jerry also has a gaming channel where he plays video games, so maybe there are more parallels to DSB that I haven't connected yet. I just saw he has a lot of channels. He has Jerry Banfield, Jerry Banfield, ICP,
Starting point is 01:59:01 which apparently does not stand for insane clown posse, but is a crypto scam. Dude, listen to this. ICP stands for Internet Computer Proof. protocol. Yeah, I just saw that. It's a cryptocurrency. Obviously made by boomers. Right.
Starting point is 01:59:18 So that's his crypto. God knows how much money he lost on crypto. Does he talk about that? Oh, yeah. He talked about that a lot. He lost his ass on crypto. And then, of course, he has a dating channel. Yep.
Starting point is 01:59:30 He's got gaming, dating. He's also as a YouTube coaching channel. He's six channels. His second to the last video is, I'll never ask a woman out again. again. He smiles, man. He just goes through this.
Starting point is 01:59:44 Yeah, he does oscillate. Yeah, he just goes through these loops. All right. Let's find out more about the relationship with his wife and maybe why she divorced him. Because if I don't make money doing this, then I need to go get a job and make some money because I don't want to be a bum and depend on the relationship that I'm in to provide me income, rather it's, you know, my now ex-wife back when I was all like, I'm, ethical and I'm not doing all this to make money.
Starting point is 02:00:13 It's like, well, good. Then your wife's paying the bills and you're having to do all this other stuff and she's not happy. And now I'm divorced. So that's the order of it right there. So people are complaining. What is the unethical stuff he didn't want to do? That's what's weird about it.
Starting point is 02:00:30 He has been unethical in the past. He talked about the fact that he was promoting this cryptocurrency and lying about what it it was going to do and how it was going to grow in value and got all these people who were watching him to invest in it and then as soon as the price went up he cashed out and he's like he's like ah it's got a shitty thing for me to do and now he was talking about ethics okay so he puts a lot of ads on his YouTube but he has three of his channels are monetized and he puts as many ads on there as possible so people are complaining about that so you're seeing ads on YouTube because you don't pay for a YouTube premium, which I do.
Starting point is 02:01:12 I actually pay 100 a month for Google AI, you know, premium. And it gives me YouTube premium with it, which is nice. For $100 a month, I'll take it. And second, if you're just watching ads, because I'm greedy, because I want to get paid. And I tell YouTube, just shove as many ads in their feet as they can stand. This is what I like about it.
Starting point is 02:01:34 Quiet part loud. He wears this hard on a sleeve. He does. I just, I cannot tell a lie. He's like the George Washington myth, you know. So he thinks he's worth 100 bucks an hour. He has said this many times. It won't work for less than 100 bucks an hour.
Starting point is 02:01:51 But people are pointing out, well, you're breaking about 133 bucks. He did a two-hour live stream. If you do the quick math on that, it seems to be less than. So he explains that. So that's why, like I set my time, my time is worth at least $100 an hour. I refuse to work for less than that. I will borrow money. And now all these income opportunities.
Starting point is 02:02:12 I just made $1,000 in crypto in the last 24 hours. I went to bed and I dumped a bunch of money in the Zcash and Ethereum and put those in liquidity fools on MaxPi and they just printed. So those are on my crypto videos. So wait, if you subscribe for $9. Yeah. How long of a phone call is he obligated for? So Vinny just subscribed for it, right?
Starting point is 02:02:35 Nine bucks a month? There's no phone call. There's no interaction. There's actually, you get nothing for nine bucks a month that turns out. Oh, okay. You get access to like his message board with the other idiots who pay nine bucks a month. It's like being like in a Discord server, like paying for that. Which I guess people do, but.
Starting point is 02:02:52 So this hundred bucks an hour is a new thing. Oh, it's ridiculous. Because you can buy a phone call with him. That's 96 bucks for 30 minutes. Or you can buy 10 minutes for 39 bucks. Okay. You don't know all these products he's not free? he's got a new product too of course he does dude you're gonna love this let me see if i can find where it is
Starting point is 02:03:15 because this is oh here it is uh i think he got this idea from opi check this out i need to get how about this how much should i charge for like a signed letter like anywhere in the u.s like i'll put a stamp on it envelope send you a letter anywhere in the u.s and like have a signed letter should that be like ten dollars or something the exact price that opi put on that He's like, if you give you $10 or more on my PayPal, I will put my signature on a letter and send you a thank you card. This offer includes a stamp and an envelope. Wow. Impressive.
Starting point is 02:03:47 That's a lot of effort for $10. It's way too much effort for $10. But, you know, Jerry doesn't understand how to value his time. Because the school thing that we were just talking about was $49 a month. And he's like, no one's buying it. How about $9? Like, you can cut it in half or take $10 off or something. I'm like, nah, just take it down to $80.
Starting point is 02:04:06 Okay. It's working. It's getting people on there now. You know, Vinny had to do it because it's a consequence on the creepop, but whatever. Whatever reason people have. So I, Jerry, Jerry, you could sell tickets to your wedding. That sounds like something he would do. Yes.
Starting point is 02:04:26 Yeah. I would go to that. I would totally go to that. That would be amazing. I'd go up to the bride just be like, run for the hills. How much are you paying? What's your credit score? Holy shit.
Starting point is 02:04:43 All right. You might have noticed. Jerry is a very manic energy on these live streams. And I find it a little bit off-putting. It's fun in like small doses. But I can't sit there and watch for two hours of this. It's crazy. And he does address that.
Starting point is 02:05:01 How are some of the USC people in here? This is way better in a Suli show. I haven't watched it. Are you the anti? I'm not sure. Did I grow up in Florida? I mean, I was 25 when I came to Florida. Okay.
Starting point is 02:05:15 Like, he can't focus on any one thing. He's just rapid fire like, do I watch Julie? No, I don't. Did I grow up in Florida? I mean, I was 25 when I was in Florida. It's just like, boom, boom, boom, boom. It's interesting that both Shulie and Jerry do not watch each other. Good to know.
Starting point is 02:05:30 Good to know, especially because he was asked to read something that he refused to read. I'll probably bring this next time I'm on with Mike. Morse on point-double point can you say I don't know who Mike Morris is and I know things get clipped so I generally don't say stuff that's derogatory towards other people since it can be clipped and but so no I'm not going to say that so can you say F you Mike Morris you useless untowented piece of ass which I believe is Clay Dabbler said that I think I don't know. They play the clip all the time on their show.
Starting point is 02:06:12 To the point that he's manic, by the way, I noticed that he's standing. He has a standing desk. And he's very, very shifty. Oh, yeah. He's sober. 12 years sober. I don't recommend it. Well, what about other drugs?
Starting point is 02:06:29 Just kind of like hanging out, kind of chill. We had a show last night. This is how to live your life, people. For all the kids out there. Um, he does block a guy. You pointed out earlier that the guy said Jerry Banfield's a loser. Jerry not only blocks him. He does it in with some style, which I appreciate.
Starting point is 02:06:49 Oh, this dude, this dude. Uh, somebody put me on the registry because I'm fucking this guy. Ha ha ha ha. Oh, shit. I just had that. That felt really good. Oh, God, that was that made me blush. That felt so good.
Starting point is 02:07:12 I really enjoyed that. Anna Bush points out that he wants to be a cult leader. That little bit of power he just had. Yeah. And he starts to have me like a super villain. He's like, ha, ha, you're black. He's blushing because he just jizzed in his pants. Dude.
Starting point is 02:07:34 He's got a jizz somewhere. Yeah. This poor guy cannot get late Coming up out of a year It's so sad He talks about that on the stream of course But I just I thought that was very funny
Starting point is 02:07:45 Like how excited he was to block a guy Who called him a loser It's the only control he has in his life Yes Yes Is over a chatter So Kaya He dated this woman
Starting point is 02:07:56 This is going back to July Probably the queen Yeah He dated this woman for a week Not even Less than a week They went on three dates Never kissed
Starting point is 02:08:05 held hands, cried with each other a lot. And then she went on vacation with her family and kind of was like, all right, blew him off. And he has not forgotten this woman. He can't stop talking about her. And I appreciate
Starting point is 02:08:21 the regrets that he has about this. You know, and then it helped me see. It's like, well, maybe you shouldn't have told everybody that this woman was your queen and going to be your next wife within the first week of eating her. Yep. Yeah. Good takeaway, Cherry.
Starting point is 02:08:38 Yeah. He was telling his kids. He's like, I bet you new stepmother. It's like, I mean, did you fuck her in the ass? Like, what are we talking about here, dad? It's like, no, no, no. We haven't even kissed you. Like, well, then relax.
Starting point is 02:08:49 This is like a lesson you learn at 15. Like, don't immediately worship your first girlfriend. Yeah. He's very much teenage-like when it comes to dating and girls because he loves going on dates. Never gets to even second base. Is there a first base? I guess there is. Never gets there. No.
Starting point is 02:09:09 Bunt's foul on the third strike. Yeah, but he's got his whole future plan. And he's like, I had such a great time of this date. And I'll never see here again. Weird. Here's a fun little Freudian slip that comes out. And then, you know, I also went out with a few men, a women this year. Alan, were you going to say men if you went out with a few men this year?
Starting point is 02:09:31 I went out with a few women this year. You see what's going out in the back of his head? He's fighting this homosexuality. Look at his face, too. It's like he's aware that he just let slip a little bit too much there. He's not doing that weird, awkward grin. I think this is why he was afraid to do live streams for a while, but now he's making too much money, so it's worth that.
Starting point is 02:09:55 Oh, shit, everyone knows I'm gay. Thanks, thinks I'm gay, thinks I'm gay. It's two in a row. No, Kai, we played a clip not that long ago where he was talking about it. He's like, I'm not attracted to the men. Well, there's a couple guys at the yoga class I go to. Slender bodies, cute face. You're like, whoa, okay.
Starting point is 02:10:14 I forgot about the fucking yoga. They're even asking him in the chat. Doesn't he also got like really expensive massages or something? He still is in the massage. He asking his massage every week. That's the thing he cannot cut from the budget. We'll not do it. Did you want a happy ending?
Starting point is 02:10:29 Oh, I'm going to get ice cream later. We get a happy meal instead. All right. Let's talk about the debt that he has. He's been in debt his entire life. Since he's 18, he's been in debt. But for some reason, he thinks that student loans are the dumbest thing you could ever have. When will you default on your debt?
Starting point is 02:10:51 Never. I've never missed a single payment. I've been in debt since I was 18 and got in a student loan bullshit, which I would highly recommend do not ever but take money for student loans. I was at the... So I find this fascinating. I agree. I think student loans are bullshit. But you get an education out of it.
Starting point is 02:11:13 Maybe you get a profession. Maybe you start making some money. You can pay it off. It's kind of the point of it. This idiot takes out cash advances from credit cards to pay his rent. And you think student loans are ridiculous? And get massages and pay for Google Gemini. Which doesn't even use it for.
Starting point is 02:11:30 100 bucks for Gemini. He's like, yeah, but I get YouTube premium with that. That's a pretty nice perk. I never miss a payment. He pays for quad. He pays whatever the enterprise amount is for that. Chat GPT. Oh my God.
Starting point is 02:11:42 Yeah. It's insufferable. Of course he got divorced. The only thing worse than like a man being a bum is if he's also like flexing his Disney Plus subscription on top of it. Get a fucking job. Are you going to make some money? No, no, no. Mandalorian just came out.
Starting point is 02:11:59 I'm going to watch this whole second of business this whole season. Fucking asshole. I got to get your money's worth So he's talking about student loans And now student loans are stupid And there's these two chicks at the sober bar That he goes to And he gives them some advice
Starting point is 02:12:20 Sober bar last night in Golfport And there's two women there That one is going to law school now And the other one is thinking about it next year I'm like, don't do it You'll be paying on that shit the rest of your life don't do it pay me instead
Starting point is 02:12:37 he's just competing with the banks he wants the women to keep their money right for him yeah garybandfield.com set up for my school account and you can pay me money it's amazing he gets advice on loans or finances in any way he's also saying don't have a career
Starting point is 02:12:54 right yeah I don't know if that's the best advice he probably shouldn't be talking to women about anything no I was really excited to someone asked him this question Not that I, Sondering John gets obsessed about guy's penises. I don't know if some of the guy's penises.
Starting point is 02:13:08 I just love the way he answered this question about the size of his hog. This really tells me a lot. Somebody was asking about my hog. What about my hog? It's perfectly average, like within a quarter inch of average. If I think we're talking about, if your hog idea is my hog idea.
Starting point is 02:13:29 Now that's a song there. I'm going to translate this. I think he's five and three quarters inches. Within one quarter inch of average. I doubt he's going on the other side of it, right? No, he would be a brag. Or maybe he's five and a quarter. I don't know.
Starting point is 02:13:48 I don't know what the average is. It's somewhere in that range, I would imagine. Well, what kind of average? Perfectly. White? This guy measured his dick and knows within the quarter inch. how close to this to an average size dick. I would never even think of that.
Starting point is 02:14:08 I also cannot still help but focus on the comments. Did she get any ICP in the divorce? I know. People are just... And then the previous clip had Debt builds character, Jerry. I love these. I love it too.
Starting point is 02:14:25 I think it's really fun to watch these when he's doing these live ones. Here's another great question. So Jerry used to be an alcoholic. And someone asked Jerry, what he used to drink. Producer Chris. I can give you
Starting point is 02:14:39 infinite number of guesses. Okay. Infinite. Right. You would never come up with this. There's no possible, and you've been a bartender for a long time.
Starting point is 02:14:48 You've never heard this order before from someone. Okay. Are you ready for this? I guess. I mean, tell me if I'm wrong. This is wild.
Starting point is 02:14:56 My drink of choice was diet, Dr. Thunder, and strawberry smearing off 70-proof vodka. That was my number one. Did I call it? Diet Dr. Thunder with smeared off strawberry vodka.
Starting point is 02:15:11 Two things I didn't know existed. I never heard of you. But a lot of gets funnier. Let me back this up. He's got a number two drink. Oh, okay. My drink of choice was Diet Dr. Thunder and Strawberry Smearnoff 70 proof vodka.
Starting point is 02:15:27 That was my number one. My backup was Admiral Nelson's vanilla rum. sometimes I like to alternate between the strawberry 70 proof strawberry smearing off and the like 70 or 60 proof Admiral Nelson's and we go back and forth
Starting point is 02:15:41 on those all night. Oh, he must have been a blast. Admiral Nelson vanilla rum. He sounds like a picky alcohol like an annoying alcoholic. Aren't you just supposed to keep grain alcohol under the sink or something? I was going to say,
Starting point is 02:15:56 from the family. Everclear, yeah. Right. He's like, that girl drink drunk scotch from gets in the hospital. He's put an umbrella Yeah, I was going to say, yeah. Oh, you're all out of umbrellas, well.
Starting point is 02:16:09 I'll just take a sword that and put my fruit through that. All right, I thought that was very funny. It is. He's talking about having sex with his ex-wife and making children. And his wife had a kid, and he's going to explain to us how long it took before they started working on the next kid. So then my wife is open and ready to get pregnant again after our daughter's born. We let things heal up for a few months. By a few months, it was Call of Duty Black Ops 3 release day.
Starting point is 02:16:44 I remember the shit so clearly. I'm like, there's two big things happening at once today. I'm getting back in when it was November. So August, all September and October, things needed to repair. And I'm back in on November. I'm called duty Black Ops 3 release day. I was really happy to be back in there. And God damn, I'm thinking how happy I will be to be back in there again.
Starting point is 02:17:06 It's been much longer than that. Shit. So. I'm speechless. Okay. I don't have a lot of experience in this. My wife hasn't given birth. We don't have children.
Starting point is 02:17:20 I don't know how long you're supposed to wait. I don't know that I'd be like giddy for like vagina day. Like he just was. He's like got another calendar and he's circling it. He's got one of those things where you're like. open up the doors and take a piece of candy. What's that thing called? Advent.
Starting point is 02:17:35 Yeah, Advent calendar for when the pussy opens again. The chocolate calendar. Yeah, right. I get it. It's exciting that your wife's ready to go again, but I don't know the first time I'm going to be all that thrilled about it, you know? Not as good as Call of Duty, though. No, Call of Duty is more excited about than that.
Starting point is 02:17:55 Do you think he's like this at Thanksgiving dinner? Yes. Just like in front of everyone. Yeah, I don't think you can turn it off. I don't think he has a filter. You know, Opie show is called Opie Unfiltered. This fucking dude is actually unfiltered. He's like, so my wife tells me I can put my dick back in her vagina come November.
Starting point is 02:18:10 So I have to wait all September, all of October, a few more weeks. And I can play my new video game. He's a child. What a stud. I know. Drinks of Admiral Nelson. I just had a revelation. What's that?
Starting point is 02:18:26 I've said this many times. When you realize that Suttering John is six years old, it answers every other question. Why does he behave like this? Wait, six. Oh, okay, it makes perfect sense. When you realize that Jerry Banfield is 17. Oh, yeah. He's a 17-year-old.
Starting point is 02:18:40 The way he talks about drinking and pussy and video games. Yeah. And credit cards. And credit cards. It's just magic money. Yeah. Somebody else deals with. I'm rich.
Starting point is 02:18:55 I have $70,000 in loads. Cool. It would be endearing if he then also have children and people that rely on him or otherwise rely on him. That would be the problem. So Jerry has been introduced to Stuttering John and the Dabbleverse, as we're going to find out right here. I just found out who Stuttering John is.
Starting point is 02:19:17 It turns out I already did know who Stuttering John was from the Tonight Show. So I do know Stuttering John. And I just found out about the Dabbleverse today. And thank you to who are these podcasts for putting so many people onto the Jerry Danfield show. You're walking, buddy. Aw. How funny is that?
Starting point is 02:19:34 I knew Surrey and John was from The Tonight Show, said no one ever. Ever. This is the most vanilla white guy I've ever seen in my life. Oh, is that funny announcer guy from the Tonight Show? Oh, that's Stuttering John. It's amazing. That's pretty cute. Thank you to WATP for making fun of me.
Starting point is 02:19:52 At least he has like some humor about it. He does. One of things I love about him is that he is appreciative. He likes all attention. Negative, positive, neutral. if he's getting attention, he loves it. And he's been very thankful towards us, which is nice,
Starting point is 02:20:05 because some people will sue me. I don't know if you know about that. Well, wait until Jerry thinks he can make money doing that. Oh, shit. That would suck. So, he watched that documentary trailer that was posted on Reddit recently.
Starting point is 02:20:23 That was an introduction to Suthering John and the dabbled verse and who are these podcasts and stuff like that. So someone asked him, Jerry, would you want to come on WATP? I would love to go on who are these podcasts. And I sent their contact form with the on the website when I put the queen video up. But it looks like somebody else beat them to it.
Starting point is 02:20:47 I didn't get that. Am I not getting our contact form submissions? I should check with my web team on that. Somebody beat him to what? Okay. So I was telling you about the queen, the woman who got away. They dated for less than a week. and was heartbroken over.
Starting point is 02:21:02 He sent her a video that was 16 minutes long. It was unlisted on YouTube that was just for her. That was like this heartfelt like one last ditch effort. There was also an ultimatum. If you don't go with me, I'm going to find someone else and you don't want that. And he told us about that video. So I said, man, I would pay money to see this video. We offered him 500 bucks for it.
Starting point is 02:21:20 He eventually put it up on his website for $2,000. Another YouTuber bought it, a guy who runs Jerry Banfield parody site or channel. But wait, tell Kaya how he bought it. Oh, with ICP. He bought it with fucking worthless crypto. I was going to say, who the fuck is paying two
Starting point is 02:21:42 grand? I mean, he did. I think he did pay two grand for it. But, and then what he did is he posted it on his channel. It's at Jerry Banfield Gaming, whereas Jerry's is at Jerry Banfield Games. So at Jerry Banfield Gaming, he posted this video that was
Starting point is 02:21:58 unlisted in three different segments and then we were able to play them on the show and have some fun with it. So it worked out well for me because I don't have to pay any money and I'm still very appreciative of that. But apparently he filled out a form to like ask me to pay for it once he put it for $2,000, but I didn't see that. So I'll just check and see if I'm not getting those forms. My email's all fucked up.
Starting point is 02:22:18 People email me stuff like the producer of the creep off sends me stuff and I don't get it, which is not fair. Stop voting for Vinny, everyone. Speaking of Vinny, he is a member of Jerry Banfield's school community, which means he can communicate with Jerry directly. So I'm going to ask Vinny to ask Jerry to come on WTP on Wednesday. Very good. Because he just said he would come out.
Starting point is 02:22:37 Yeah. I want to have him on the show. I don't want to ruin it. Like, I always say it was there in a report. You know, I get too close to these people. But Jerry seems like the kind of guy that would be fun to talk to.
Starting point is 02:22:47 I agree. And I'd say break the rule only because he's got all of our chatters in his live streams. Yeah. I mean, we're already there. So he's already talking about us. We're talking about him. It's already happened. Have him on the show.
Starting point is 02:22:59 It's like when Southern. John and I finally had our like one-on-one. It's like, yeah, why wouldn't we at this point? I feel like he actually, like a documentary would be fun. Yes. To film and watch about this guy. 100%. This guy is fascinating. There's no one else like him on Earth that he thinks, okay.
Starting point is 02:23:19 He believes he's been reincarnated infinite times. He can remember all his past lives. He talks about being on spaceships. He talks about being different types of. of animals. He was a woman. He was a black man. Yeah. That's where the wheels come off a little. That's where things get a little bit fantastical, but
Starting point is 02:23:38 the Jerry that I love is the one who's trying to work himself out of debt by getting insulted by the internet, 10 bucks at a time. I love the Jerry that gives advice. Yeah. The Jerry that tells me how to date. That's exactly. I really love. So should I hold her hand on the first date? Whoa, slow down there. Okay. Fair enough.
Starting point is 02:24:00 Don't even look at her. Buy her meal and leave. All right. So I pop into the chat at this point because I believe actually producer Chris. Like, you see Jerry's live right now? I was like, oh, is he? So I pop in and just chat something. Hell yeah.
Starting point is 02:24:18 I think what you're trying to say is I'm, you might need to explain that. Nice shirt. Thank you. See, I'm going to just ignore all the comments saying that, hey, is that call from who are these podcasts? Is that the Carl from Horthy's podcast? Paul? Sure was.
Starting point is 02:24:34 What's up, Jerry? Good to see you, buddy. So I think we're going to make this happen. I'm excited about it. He's excited to see me. I'm excited to see him. It's on. Where does he live?
Starting point is 02:24:47 In real life, or are you going to zoom him? Oh, we'll zoom him. He's in St. Pete's, Florida, which is not far from my house in Florida. I could go visit him. I would still say, like, keep it to public spaces. You don't want him to wear me? That's so funny, though. Turn me to a carl's skin suit.
Starting point is 02:25:07 Just blocks away is stuttering John, who's listening, and he's like, oh. You're right. You have a mind from suffering, John. I want nothing to do with that asshole. And I'm like, I can drive an hour and I have to see Jerry. That's funny. All right, this is the last clip I have on here. I got a message to the queen.
Starting point is 02:25:28 He tells us the last text message he sent to the queen. the one who got away. And by the way, another funny part about this guy. So he sent that video to her. And that was a private video. And then I offered him money for it. And then he asked AI if he should sell it to me. And AI said, it's not worth it.
Starting point is 02:25:45 You know, keep your dignity. And then he asked the queen, hey, would you be okay with me selling this video? And the queen said, definitely don't do that. Hell no. The queen was like, do not do that. That's really dumb. And then someone's willing to pay $2,000. He's like, all right, I'll sell it.
Starting point is 02:26:00 Fuck it. Do you know, I don't know if I'm allowed to say this. Do you know who told him to sell it for $2,000? This is fucking crazy. Because Jerry goes, you know, we offered him $1,000. They got up to $1,000. We offered him. And he said he put up for $2,000 because someone messaged him directly,
Starting point is 02:26:18 someone from overseas and told him it's worth $2,000. And I went, who the fucks the asshole who did that? You know, why would you do that? It's a Boder guy 69 who did that. My buddy Boter guy. I told us to sell for $2,000. Anyway, I'd have to pay for it, so I guess it doesn't matter, but it's still wild. He's got that accent.
Starting point is 02:26:37 Talk anyone into anything. Right. Patrick Belton was talking about this. Like, as soon as someone has an accent, all of a sudden you think they're like, they have an authority or something, they're smarter than you. It's like, that's just your insecurity. They're just from a different place. Well, look at Cherry.
Starting point is 02:26:51 Exactly. People, you say, like, people think Moody's arrogant. He's like, well, he's just grew up in New Zealand. That's it. That's the long and short. of it. Yeah, there's Hicks who talk like that and farmers and everyone else.
Starting point is 02:27:04 It's just their access. I mean, Woody is very smart, but anyway. All right, so the last message to the queen, this is kind of interesting. I sent the queen a very nice message. I'll read that shit again. And meanwhile, I'm not responding to the woman that just, I said,
Starting point is 02:27:21 I saw your profile on dating apps. I'm taking it as a sign to send you a message to say thank you. That first week we met in date, it was by far the best week I've had all you. The weeks that followed helped me do some amazing character building. I still think about you most days and always hope you're doing well. I sent that message three days ago now.
Starting point is 02:27:39 Nothing back. And you know what? Am I a little sad on that? Yes. Am I surprised? No. Is it possible that at any time she could change with her? Maybe she's dating someone.
Starting point is 02:27:51 And when it doesn't work out with him, she'll realize, you know what? Jerry's my king. Hell of the king. She'll be like, damn. that man was my king damn he's went out with so many women since he went out with me I think she's watched two of these podcasts also
Starting point is 02:28:08 I'm pretty sure the queen has watched who are these podcasts you know what will be fire is if she went on who are these podcasts and destroyed me that shit would be hilarious Queen Queen Queen Queen Queen get her out of here Jerry send her one more text message
Starting point is 02:28:24 Let's get them both found at the same time I want I want them on separately All right You know those shows like Moripovich or whatever? Yeah, yeah, yeah. You want to bring on like the woman Who's like, yeah, you know,
Starting point is 02:28:36 I'm definitely, it's his son. Yeah. And then you're like, well, The guy's just like, I don't fucking finish it. What are you talking about? It's crazy. Well, we got Jerry here, so come on out.
Starting point is 02:28:45 Yeah, yeah, yeah. That would be the way to do it. He's coming off a bit strong. You know? He would take dating advice of him. He's always holding out hope. This woman is blowing him off multiple times now.
Starting point is 02:29:00 Like everything I reached out, she's like, all right, stop it. Stop restaging me. Kaya, he asks chat GPT. This is a month ago. He has chat GPT. Should I send one more text? Possible to the queen?
Starting point is 02:29:10 And chat GPT was like, no, that leave her alone. She's made a decision pretty clear. He can't stop it. And he still's holding out hope. Maybe some guy will treat her like shit and she'll want five and three quarters inches. Now that she does what I'm packing over here. Maybe she'll watch that.
Starting point is 02:29:28 podcasts where they clown on me and make me look ridiculous, fall in love. Because I know the queen watches who are these podcasts. I guarantee... Actually, we might have played the clip where he was saying that she referenced us in a text him or something like that. I don't know. You're a fucking loser, Jerry. Kill yourself.
Starting point is 02:29:44 I saw the podcast. Kaya, what a fun show this was today. It was. Thank you for suggesting... Well, actually, both things we did. The Jim Thornton thing we did to start the show. And then, of course, the gender spiral. It feels so long ago now.
Starting point is 02:30:04 It's true. It's true. I mean. No, Jerry's the fucking encore. I mean, it was Opie for a while, but Jerry's just really stealing it now. He's crushing it. These live shows. That was like, what, 24 clips that I pulled from an hour and 40 minute long.
Starting point is 02:30:21 There's so much more in there. It's like, you can't cover it all. And you know what I love about Jerry? It reminds me of like the, like, peak stuttering John days. There was a time with Suttering John where I'd sit down and watch an episode and I'd have 50 clips in the first 24 minutes. It just everything says like, oh my God, that's ridiculous.
Starting point is 02:30:39 Holy shit, he just said that. Jerry right now is just like everything is worth coming. But I feel like Jerry will always be like this as long as he's putting out content. Stuttering John became unwatchable very quickly. Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Because John doesn't get it. No.
Starting point is 02:30:55 Right. Would it be unethical? where you go to hit him off the wagon. Just like a little tipsy streaming. Yes, that would be very unethical. I am not going to be privy to that. Well, for a while, we had a theory that he wasn't even much of a drinker, that he just like going to AA meetings to talk to people.
Starting point is 02:31:15 But now that I've heard what his drinks were, yeah, that's problematic. Dude. He's drinking candy-flavored alcoholic beverages. He wasn't a drinker. Maybe you just go into AA to meet women. Yeah, he does. For real. There's a men's only AA meeting that he goes to and he hates it.
Starting point is 02:31:38 He's complained about it. He's talking about crushing it. Zeno Kermit raping Carl. It's called raping your students. As my buddy Adam Kroll would say, any crime is committed on you that you then jerk off to in the future? It can't be that bad. If it's your spank bank,
Starting point is 02:31:55 Kaya, thank you so much for coming on the show today. People can find you. kaya.fm. Yes. For all things, Kaya orsan on Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, you'll find me. Thanks for having me.
Starting point is 02:32:07 It was fun. Thanks, buddy. Oh, always a good time. Don't be a stranger. And if there's ever anything that you want to cover on your channels, I'm always up for it. Yeah, I'm always done. Whenever I find weird stuff, I message you anyway. I appreciate that.
Starting point is 02:32:20 Thanks, buddy. Thanks for having me. The great Kaya Orson, everyone. All right, we got some internet news. We're going to play some voicemails, and we'll get out of here. Who's internet news today? Is it Jenny Jingles? Yes.
Starting point is 02:32:34 Oh, great. Let's do that. Internet News with Jen J. Jingleheimer Schmidt. From Patreon, we find herb beta patched offering a PSA. Tony is correct about Brazil nuts. After three nuts, you get selenium poisoning. Chris Atril notes, this is only Queen Video number one, guaranteed he's not done. Schlong Dongerson predicts.
Starting point is 02:32:54 You guys are going to get to a point where KB just dreads Wednesdays, with Adam. Ha ha. Here for it. Lance Becker opines. DLR and Jerry Banfield have equal amounts of self-awareness. From our Adams 1099 poll, we find an overwhelming amount of voters saying nay. Carlos counts makes some strong points.
Starting point is 02:33:11 Why? K.B. will move the goalposts and say, He doesn't make enough money like me. You think he'll allow being sticked? Hans Hillen implores. Don't jump through this miserable cunt's hoops. He'll never admit to being wrong. Derek from Texas points out, failed actor Kevin Brennan.
Starting point is 02:33:26 How ironic. From Dablers Anonymous, Massive University asks, What happened to stuttering John's new roommate? Before S.J ran away this last time, he was talking about having a new roommate living with him and paying rent. I think John referred to him as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion. Or some other nonsense. X.D. Conqueru notes, he's like Chuck Cunningham.
Starting point is 02:33:45 He went upstairs and disappeared forever. Knife Edge Rust, he suggests, that would be a killer show. See who could last longer as John's roommate. Massive comes back with. John could actually make a boatload of money doing Ireland. R. L streaming, but he's stuck trying to convince everyone he's a big Hollywood star. Spare Carpenter reports, they fought constantly over lube or no lube. And from YouTube, Jams notices,
Starting point is 02:34:07 A Mouse Stuck to a Glutrap is an amazing metaphor for Opie's life since O&A. Jason Nogles writes, I'm glad Adam picked up on Opie being surprised that schools started the next day. No way is that family still around. Casual urban anxiety is perplexed. It's astonishing that Ron is getting more insufferable than Opie. Stand-up Comics gets it. So Opie treats vermin and spiders with more respect than his friends?
Starting point is 02:34:28 Good guy. John Drake counters with. Opie doesn't have time for humans. No chance he saved a mouse or a spider. Zero. Special welcome from us to the monster rain. Just found this podcast. You guys are fire. I started listening to ONA the day they came to New York and was a regular caller and quite the pest.
Starting point is 02:34:44 Seeing Opie fail so miserably is just golden. Fred M nails it. When the waiter puts you to shame, Eric, it's time to look for a new career. SJC.326. I get 33% dumber every time. time I watch these Opie segments. Andy Stegle offers, Opie should rename his podcast,
Starting point is 02:35:00 the children's cancer ward. It's about as entertaining as walking through one. And Chris Siddowski plays us out with, Ron the waiter is my least favorite Adam Bush character. That's very funny. Thank you to Jenny Jingles and producer Chris putting together the internet news package for us today.
Starting point is 02:35:15 Yeah. All right, we got some voicemails to check in on. Of course, the voicemail segment is the rock and roll a voicemail segment. It's a bunch of crap. Swing in a minute. Rock and roll. You know, Cardiff has a Gary and San Diego super tip voice.
Starting point is 02:35:31 And we don't. Hmm. Shame. Shame on us. Last week, or this past week, we did it early Wednesday, WTP, because my wife and I went to go see the Rift Tracks, MST3K movie in theaters. And this person in Michigan's also a MST3K fan. Hey, Carl!
Starting point is 02:35:54 I didn't know you were a Misty 3K. how fantastic the Rift Tracks show. I'm going to see it in Metro Detroit. So have a great time. And have fun at Rock and Brew. Hey, bye. All right. Yes, we will have fun at Rock and Brew's October 2nd.
Starting point is 02:36:11 We'll be the October 1st, too. We'll be hanging out on that Thursday. If you guys want to come down and say hi and check the place out in Royal Oak, Michigan. It was a very funny movie that they picked. This 60s movie. I don't need to explain it, though. I just understand it like they don't find movies like that sooner. It was such a piece of shit movie that they made fun of.
Starting point is 02:36:31 Like how is that not on anyone's radar yet? There was a lot of them in that era. Yeah. It's wild. You would think with all the episodes they've done with MSD3K over the years. Go figure. You know, I'm not the most tolerant of fellows, but every Friday I see the toe be so cringy with his performative antisemitism and racism that, you know, it moves me a little
Starting point is 02:36:55 bit away from that. But then when day rolls around and Ron shows his fucking face in that camera. Ron the waiter does turn people off to to juice. Even more so than what's his name?
Starting point is 02:37:11 Netanyahu? Try to think of when Kanye had the fucking what did Kanye have on Alex Jones show? He had a net and Oh, and that's on you who.
Starting point is 02:37:26 No. And that's a new who on there? Still one of the greatest things Connie has ever done. Yes. I'm listening to Easy Gay with Aaron Himmel. And according to you, you don't want to sniff butts. Right. That's two rumors about you.
Starting point is 02:37:45 One, if that's true, you must not eat poop. True. But two, if you don't skimp your wife's ass. Really? I guess sniffing. asses? Is that a thing you do with women? Then I'm gay. Yeah. That's not my four-play repertoire.
Starting point is 02:38:07 You look it. You don't have to sniff it. Hmm. I mean, if you're in there, it's supposed to be clean anyway. Yeah, exactly. If you want to know what's doing, figure it out for yourself, my friend. Ronnie and Syracuse calling it. Oh, Ronnie in Syracuse, love you, love the show, listening to Babel, Babel, and hearing Opie when they were taking the wig and stalker Patty Rick was.
Starting point is 02:38:33 And, you know, you think that Opie couldn't have gotten rid of his family because he doesn't have that in him. But then when you hear the way he says, take the wig! And Jimmy and Aunt, they're just almost ready to cry. They feel so bad for her. There's something wrong with that guy.
Starting point is 02:38:48 He is not right. He has no empathy. I think he made his family disappear. Don't call me back. Yeah, we have a theory on the show, Kaya, that Opie's family either left him or he murdered them all years ago. There's no evidence that there's a wife. I mean, just look at the way he dresses and his hair.
Starting point is 02:39:08 There's no evidence there's a woman there. Yeah. Probably one of those in-between things where the children just don't want to call him ever. Yeah. I wouldn't imagine it'd be pretty traumatizing to have Greg Hughes as your father. Doing the dick dance. I have a question for you, Kyle. So we've brought this up on the show.
Starting point is 02:39:30 There are certain songs that are cover songs that become more popular than the original. All along the Watchtower, Jimmy Hendricks version, much more popular than Bob Dylan's version. Is there a song that you can think of that's more popular as a cover song? No. Okay. Well, our voicembellers have been calling in with suggestions. Here's my favorite. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:39:52 Hey there, Carol. I know the whole cover songs that are better than you, the original. has kind of been beat the death, but I really like how my mom sings happy birthday. Thanks. Don't call me back. Aw. That's cute. Oh, sweet.
Starting point is 02:40:05 Something Jerry would say. Something Jerry would say. Oh, yeah. Don't make me play the lollify. Howdy, Robert Dixon. Ronnie B. stock is falling so fast that if he were black, we should call him Enron. Bits and pieces. This and pieces.
Starting point is 02:40:25 Come on. That's a bet's pretty good. Can't wait to see you in Detroit. I love you. Call me back. I won't. Sure, because nothing's going to happen.
Starting point is 02:40:37 All right, cool. Introduce yourself as the Enron guy. I'll probably still remember that one. That was funny. Hey, Carl, hope the Jeep is treating you well. I'm one of those 1.2 speed podcast listeners. And let me tell you, I understand your criticism. But the Jerry Banfield Bean's theme at 1.2 speed.
Starting point is 02:40:56 is the correct speed to listen to that song at. I believe that because I get bored of it. I don't like their theme for Jerry Banfield. People love it. Kay, I was talking about this recently. I'm going to be talking about with Vita the other day. Listening to podcasts sped up
Starting point is 02:41:12 is actually bad for you. Why? It creates anxiety and it makes you more impatient. The last one I will agree with. Well, maybe even the anxiety part because then you talk to somebody and when they talk at a regular, like, human pace, you get so agitated. Yes.
Starting point is 02:41:31 That's what I mean. Spit it out. Like, you actually become an impatient person and unpleasant to be around when you listen to spend a podcast all day. And it's bad if you start it off that way. Oh, so. Let's go. Yeah, come on already. I'm sorry, you're watching this live right now.
Starting point is 02:41:52 You can't watch it fast. The ice dusts were on the local news. just made the rounds. People were talking about it. One of my big complaints, Chris, you were there. When we played a song and then they're like, okay, we're going to interview you now. And they're like, put your guitar down and stand over on this side.
Starting point is 02:42:08 I said, like, I just wanted the whole lot of my guitar while I was being interviewed as my security blanket. And this is the reason why. Oh, fuck. That's the same voice now. Anyway, I got called me fat. I didn't save it. I could have pretend that didn't happen.
Starting point is 02:42:24 Nate from Flint. Michigan calling it. This is Nate from Flint, Michigan, here to let you know that I don't get along with anyone. So I'm part of exactly zero get-along gangs. Ha-ha. So long, suckers with friends. Yeah, you're winning.
Starting point is 02:42:42 Yo, club-footed chuckle fuck. Next time you do dabble, babble, bab. You should play when Kevin Brennan was on with Opie. I think it was Opie and Jim or the next iteration of the show. He would come on a lot and talk about his Puerto Rican skank wife. It's actually a good idea. Kevin Brennan was on that show quite a bit. It'd be interesting to pull old episodes of that if someone hasn't.
Starting point is 02:43:07 I'm an audio-oiling listener, and I was trying to figure out what that. Who sound effect that kept playing was? I thought the guy was wandering around outside and he stepped on a rake or something. But when it said it was a whip, I thought there was like somebody standing off. to the side with a whip whipping him every so often because he was like yupp and pain every time but when i when it was real that it's just like something on a soundboard like oh that's a lot less funnier because my image the image in my head was pretty funny just that would be funny if david lee roth was getting whipped it wasn't on a soundboard he was standing outside with the cowboy
Starting point is 02:43:53 head on with a whip that he was cracking in between his quips, whips and quips. Shut up. Get some sleep. I know. I will. I hate all of you. Not you, Kai. You're one of the good ones.
Starting point is 02:44:09 But all the rest of you, I hate it. Oh, fuck me. We're ending the show now, right? I got to go. Bye. I got to go. I got to go. I got to go.
Starting point is 02:44:23 I got to go. Okay, bye. All right, everybody. You know, this was a great podcast. It was very revealing. Bye. A plane has hit. I rewatched at Carly.
Starting point is 02:44:42 Boom. His mom. Boom. Boom. I have a humble brag real quick. You ready for this? So I'm leaving in about an hour to go to a dinner party. And my buddy is showing a private screening.
Starting point is 02:44:57 of the no effects documentary that's not allowed to be shown in homes anywhere. It's only in theaters because he's friends with the singer Fat Mike. I'm calling the cops. He got permission to show it. So we're going to go over there and watch the no effects documentary. Okay, folks. Guess what? The episode's over.
Starting point is 02:45:17 That was a great episode. That was really great. Okay, bye. Nice, Jerry.
