Who Are These Podcasts? - Ep769 - IDIOT with Laura Clery, StutJo Loses the LOLsuit, Jerry, Opie

Episode Date: October 11, 2026

Laura Clery is an extremely successful social media personality. She and her husband were both rich and famous. But they are also both crazy and have completely fucked up their lives. Somehow, after d...oing everything he could do to ruin Laura’s life, they have gotten back together for a podcast episode this week. The stories are pretty wild. WATP founding cohost Kevin is in studio and Lucy Tightbox joins the show to discuss how insufferable this couple has always been. Moody is making AI podcast episodes about Aaron Imholte that are awesome. Jerry Banfield cried himself to sleep then woke up with tons of great ideas to make money and get himself out of debt. How is it that the products Jerry sells keep getting more ridiculous and far-fetched? I’m here for it! Opie and his pals Erik Marino and Ron the Waiter are still bashing Tony P. They can’t get over the fact that Tony doesn’t need them. Hurt people hurt people, or so I’ve been told. Stuttering John lost the lolsuit in the most spectacular way possible. As my attorney Danny Cevallos said - “total victory.” Next up, Anthony Cumia is suing John. We finish with the Internet News. Today, we'll be reviewing Idiot with Laura Clary. This is a suggestion from Louie. see we've all listened separately, not discussed it with each other beforehand. Let's get into it.
Starting point is 00:03:13 The show is hosted by Laura Clary, the YouTube channel has 1 million subscribers. She's very popular. Tell me about Laura because she was not on my radar. Well, she is actually substantially more popular than that. She's had some issues within her history that we'll get
Starting point is 00:03:28 into that have made it seem like she has even less subscribers than she used to have. She is a very famous online personality. She was doing like a whole bunch of these like online short skit comedy sorts of things that are incredibly incredibly annoying and she made a lot of content with her very famous husband british musician and producer uh stephen hilton who did like disney soundtracks i think he did madagascar everybody's favorite movie soundtrack i forget what he did i was listening to it just yesterday it's great oh good good um so they got married they had kids
Starting point is 00:04:02 they did everything on the internet they built this very family friendly friendly internet brand and then can you imagine they ended up getting divorced he ended up becoming a drug drug addict it's a great story and they did all of that public right and there i'm surprised by that actually wouldn't see that we're going to learn some things yeah they have two children the children are seven and five i bring this up because they get talked about a lot and they're shown on the internet and so this is part of like their story and their content they have a son elfi he's seven he has autism and is nonverbal we're going to find out and then penelope is uh is uh is five years old. So these are young children and they seem to be going through a lot. There's a lot of
Starting point is 00:04:43 public drama. There's a restraining order involved, financial stress, all sorts of things that we'll get into. That's going to be a lot of fun, make everyone smile out of the show. And the reason that they have become relevant again is because for the first time in a long time, I think since the restraining order, they have done a podcast together. So they are back on screen and Carl, I think you're going to be showing us that. But before we get into that, I want everybody to see just how annoying Laura is. So we're going to be checking out one of her most famous characters, which is very topical since it is the lovely month of October. This is Pamela Pumpkin. And Carl, I'm going to tell you this right now. I gave you this whole clip. Let's see how far we can make it. Okay, sounds good.
Starting point is 00:05:22 Hi, y'all. I'm Pamela Pepian, and you're about to do Pamela Pumpkin's Halloween. Shake off the skittles, shake off the racy's, shake off those candy cords. Now ride the witch is brew. The Witches Frum. Ride the Witches Brum. I'm sorry, is it? 1999? What kind of viral internet videos is this? So this is from about eight years ago.
Starting point is 00:05:48 I will tell you that. But it's not 1999. Also, 1999. She is clearly trying to do like the 80s workout videos things. She thinks she's hilarious. She thinks she's the, the bees' knees over here. She's loving it. Look at her go.
Starting point is 00:06:00 Peanut Butter Jellytime is more entertaining than this bullshit. Yeah. This is terrible. Listen, I'll watch Dancing Baby over this. Right. Just broom. Squash Satan, kick him in the crotch. Squash Satan, kick him in the crotch.
Starting point is 00:06:12 Slash Satan. Hilarious. All right, that's about as far as I can get. Any other examples of You're missing all of the great Beelzebub stuff? Not missing it. The next video. This is another one of her really famous ones.
Starting point is 00:06:26 This is another clip that she creates. I think actually, you know what, let's go ahead and skip number two. We'll go right on to number three. These are her other really famous videos. She did these me trying to flirt. series. Now, these actually feature her now ex-husband. This is before they got the divorce,
Starting point is 00:06:42 obviously. They made tons of videos together. Happy, healthy, all the great stuff. And she just loves using Snapchat filters. I think that that's her entire comedy. God. Fucking hate that. Good luck. David. What? It's your name? Homework?
Starting point is 00:06:56 No. Because I'm not doing you when I should be. Oh, man. Batteries are dead. I think I could borrow your dick trying to quit smoking think you can give me a new oral fixation Can we go back to the workout?
Starting point is 00:07:18 Yeah, actually. Can you tell me the garbage from it? Why? Because I want to handle your churn. Yeah, there's like 20 of those. You guys aren't horny, no? I never understood the just having the goofy filter on and then like talking like a potato or something and that's comedy like you still have to have
Starting point is 00:07:40 content right no um it turns out you don't because look at how famous she is all right all right so the two of them obviously they go through some hardships they announce their divorce in my clip four again they've had this family brand but everything's going to be fine they're going to be great we are divorcing yeah which it's already public right you're getting comments about it I've had a couple of people say they know the date that it happened and they know that you're divorcing me. That was a nice move. So it looks like I did something mad. Well, you did.
Starting point is 00:08:13 I did. Yeah, I did. Okay. Oh, yes. I do. I like that she is practicing her fake laugh for Tom Myers. Right. So that's kind of nice, right?
Starting point is 00:08:25 It's very awkward. This video right here, they probably should like, well, the dust set a little bit more before making this one. Yeah, it's only going to get more awkward. Now, again, they are trying to create this public image where they are doing great. So Laura, who does all these skits and she uses all these stupid filters, she makes a skit about co-parenting with Stephen. And supposedly this is comedy, but really it's an interesting glimpse into their post-divorce dynamic. So the clip that we're going to watch for number five is going to be Stephen reacting to Laura's very dumb skit. How are the kids?
Starting point is 00:09:00 Oh, Alfie's got a little cough. He's fine. Okay, but if it persists, we need to take him to the doctor. Don't trust them. All of them? Right. What did children do in the 1800s when they were sick? Died?
Starting point is 00:09:12 Did you know that COVID was engineered by the media? Anyway, did I tell you that Poppy's obsessed with the movie Frozen? Disney created Frozen as a distraction. Cool. You know, she also loves Peppa Pig, which is fun because British. Prince Charles is a vampire. Okay, I'm going to go. Wait.
Starting point is 00:09:29 Yeah. Do you want to get back together? No, okay. Try again next week. Is Lucy mad at us about something? I think she's punishing us, yes. I'm pretty sure. That's supposed to be comedy?
Starting point is 00:09:39 Like, yes. You have to be able to relate to being in a co-parenting relationship, or have to be a child who's co-parented? I have no idea. Now, again, most of their audience is kids. So she's creating this stupid video where she is playing both her ex-husband and herself, and she is describing how they have very different views on things and the bubonic plague rule.
Starting point is 00:10:01 I think according to Stephen. I'm not entirely sure. The dad's always the fucking imbecile, right? And that's always the trope with all this comedy stuff. Like, geez, this guy kicked out of his own way. Now, in this case, it happens to be true. But I'm just saying it's kind of low-hanging fruit. I don't know why she didn't use a filter to do the beard.
Starting point is 00:10:20 Oh, that's a filter? Realism. Right. So they, again, she is insulting what Stephen is doing now on the, internet. So after the two of them divorce, he goes a little crazy. He's a little wild. He's a little stupid. He gets red-pilled and she is making fun of that in this video. But in addition to that, he also relapses on drugs and goes fucking bonkers on the internet. So in my clip six, we are going to find out why Stephen says that he is going to relapse on purpose for the sake of
Starting point is 00:10:55 art. Okay. As some of you know, as an artistic choice and experiment, I'm letting addiction take over and seeing what happens. And it's already shown a mind-blowing couple of things. Yeah, yesterday I was glad I was doing it because my little boy and little girl, Poppy wanted me to call her, so I called her and she started talking about my ex's new boyfriend and then my little boy did it as well. and I put the phone in and I was like
Starting point is 00:11:30 I pressed the effort button Hold on a second So in other words his life size He's like I just gotta get as high as possible Everything's fine It's great It's an experience I gotta get super high
Starting point is 00:11:42 So that I can be an awesome fucking dad to my kids My kids are telling me that they're happy That mom is happy with her new boyfriend And I'm like fuck this shit I'm gonna do so many drugs right now It's probably not a great idea To bring up how like you're relapsing on purpose And you're trying this artistic thing
Starting point is 00:11:58 oh, by the way, my young kids need me in the same sense. Right. It's not a great look. No, it truly is not. Now, Stephen also is not great to Laura during this time period because, again, he is now on drugs. He's posting crazy shit. I didn't post, pull any of the clips of him doing really crazy shit because honestly,
Starting point is 00:12:14 it's incomprehensible and, I mean, even more incomprehensible somehow than Laura and Pamela pumpkin. But I pulled clip number seven specifically because this is going to be Stephen talking about how people on the internet. Now, Laura's getting a little bit of, like, criticism because Stephen's such a fucking crazy person, and they're very public about their divorce. Laura's getting some criticism.
Starting point is 00:12:38 And in this clip, Stephen is posting on his own channel, and he's going to say, I really don't want people to be robbing Laura of her talent. And that's going to become very important in the future. Oh, sweet. He's the thing, though. Make your own arm. And if no one likes it, that's on you.
Starting point is 00:12:55 But don't rob. someone who's got God-given talent, the time and energy to put into what they do, there's millions of people that rely on this one particular creator, and you know what I'm talking about if you're watching this. Stop. Does that ever work? When you tell the internet what to do, does that ever work before? Yeah, you guys are making fun of Max's wife.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Hey, cut her some slack, you know, give a break. He sounds like Nigel Tufnell. Yes, he does. Yeah. I got to give him credit for at least doing something while he's waiting for his dealer. Right, exactly. Well, wait until you find out the drugs that he's actually on because I have a reveal on that. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:37 Yeah, that's going to be interesting. So all of this is important backstory to set up what happened just this week where they're reunited on the podcast. Yeah. So, okay, we have just seen him. He really wants to protect Laura. He wants to make sure that everybody is not being mean and horrible to Laura because she has created this beautiful artistic. YouTube channel of Snapchat filters and disgusting sketches with fake beards. Now,
Starting point is 00:14:02 this comes right before Stephen hacks into Laura's social media accounts and deletes all of her content because we really have to protect her art. So we're going to check that on clip eight. Okay. My Facebook and YouTube account have been hacked by my ex. Literally my Facebook page with 14. million followers that I worked so hard on for over a decade has been deleted. This was actually the main way that I supported our children, and he took that.
Starting point is 00:14:43 He has also deleted my videos one by one on YouTube for the last four and a half years. I work for the last four and a half years. He has deleted every single single. single video and then left the ones that he was in four and a half years ago up until nine years ago. Those are still there. That's cool. At least he left something behind for the fans. I mean, you know, can't get too mad at him. No one's going to robber of talent except me. That's right. Yeah, it seems like he changes my death. I'm impressed that he is on so many drugs and was able to do all of that. So now we are getting into the post of divorce dynamic. And this is a challenge for a long time during their post.
Starting point is 00:15:27 divorce stuff. They were still doing stuff together. Everything was great. Everything was happy. And then we get this hacking incident. So my image that I have given to you is number 10. This is going to be Stephen posting from Laura's account. He has hacked in there. And you can tell that it's Laura's account because you'll see that it says boost post post and it says see insights and acts. I made the screenshot a little bit smaller, but this is definitely him. This is like all over TMZ because again, she was a huge channel with 14 million subscribers. So she posts from her account. 1,200 of those people still use Facebook.
Starting point is 00:16:01 So that's cool. It's impressive. All right. So I want to make sure my children never see their scum of the earth dad again. Yes, Stephen constantly pulls the autism card. But to imagine that he and Alfie, their son, have telepathic communication proves how nuts he truly is. Just leave him alone.
Starting point is 00:16:21 you won't win believe all women. So he goes on her social media and is posting bonkers shit. I don't understand any of those words and they're all misspelled. Yes. Is that what he's trying to do but you look stupid?
Starting point is 00:16:36 He's trying to insult himself so that she looks, I don't actually understand it. I'm glad that you do. All right. So pull up the next one, then the next image there. This is another post that he did
Starting point is 00:16:47 on her social media. So this is a picture of their son. and it says here Alfie keeps asking for dad but I hope that he never sees him again so right how long would he have this account
Starting point is 00:17:01 hacked so it was overnight or something what's that it was overnight she woke up to tons of notifications being like somebody's posting all over your shit what the fuck is going on drugs are bad
Starting point is 00:17:15 so on this picture that he posted of son, which again, it's not awful. It doesn't make Laura look that bad. He's making himself look bad on his own social media. I don't think that this makes Laura look particularly bad. But if you'll pull up the next image, you will see what Stephen is then going on and commenting on every single person's comment.
Starting point is 00:17:38 Every comment that is placed on this by a random fan of Laura's, he is going and writing, go to Greenland, go to Greenland, go to Greenland, go to Greenland, on walking everything. Much more harsh matter, yes. Yeah, yeah. This is like Chad Dubach type shit right here. So, yeah, he said that to every, I think he wrote it over 600 times. He wrote other posts that we're all saying that. So again, he is.
Starting point is 00:18:00 And it's all caps. That's how you know he means it too. Yeah, yeah. If it was lowercase, he doesn't know how to toggle that caps lock key. Oh, maybe that's one of this. It's very, very challenging. How come I can do that when I'm on drugs?
Starting point is 00:18:13 Am I getting the right drugs? What's going on? Not on the drugs he's on. Obviously not. I'm able to type. Well. I'll look forward to yours. You're the things I can do.
Starting point is 00:18:23 Can't fuck, so I'll talk. This is going to be great because Carl, eventually we'll get to see this when you are in search of drugs. This is how Stephen decides to get drug money. This is his only fans and Patreon comment or content. No. Now, he edited this video. There's not going to be any audio.
Starting point is 00:18:44 It is Stephen. Topless. We're going to do only fans to make money for the trip. I don't have any ideas for. And sexy times. Yeah, he's got a shirt off and, uh, he's crawling towards the camera. He calls it topless. What's what these dudes when they don't have a shirt on calling it topless?
Starting point is 00:19:06 You're not topless, man. You're shirtless. Well, the nice thing about Stephen is that he is at least eating come for money, drug money. So he's got that, that going for him. Okay. All right. So, um, we are going to, before Carl, you get into what is exciting now and why we are talking about this now.
Starting point is 00:19:22 I just want to show you one post-divorce podcast where the two of them talk about their finances. This is the type of stuff that I cannot believe gets edited and then put onto the internet. You're saying it's that very good? Because you've got to protect kids. Yeah. So I struggle with looking at your relationship a lot because I cannot see one. The scale is so this way. And that's why I say
Starting point is 00:19:52 Sometimes I wish If you could like go and work at Trader Joe's for a month In an alternative universe Yeah And see So I think here Stephen actually looks somewhat rational He is actually still doing drugs at this time period Not with that T-shirt
Starting point is 00:20:10 But sure other than that He seems calm and collected He's a music producer He doesn't know what the fuck he's wearing She looks out of her mind Now she's also had addiction issues in the past She claimed she's been sober for a very long time. But I think he's speaking very, you know,
Starting point is 00:20:27 vulnerably on this podcast until this next part that we're about to see. I'm very, I'm very straight out of the gate with the financial stuff because people think I'm loaded. Because we were loaded. We were, we were multi-millionaires at one point. And now down to like nothing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:47 I wouldn't say nothing. Almost. But I have to be honest. Well, no, I'm not. Can I have some of that? I was going to say, like, she might want to agree. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we're broke. Yeah, I got nothing.
Starting point is 00:21:03 Yeah, exactly. She is so uncomfortable. And so again, this is kind of when they stop talking. This is when the restraining order happens. And Carl, I'm going to let you take it from here because I want to hear all about these drugs. Well, we're going to find out all about that. I actually grabbed a quick clip from the very first podcast episode of Idiot, with Laura to give you an idea of what this show's all about.
Starting point is 00:21:25 She's going to explain it to us here. Hello. Hi. How are you? Seriously. How are you? Like really, how are you? So, welcome to Idiot.
Starting point is 00:21:43 This is my podcast because everyone and their motherfucking moms have, have podcasts. Is this like ASMR stuff? That's what it sounds like. Right? That's what I thought at first. Is anyone have a boner? Lucy?
Starting point is 00:21:58 A little bit. Okay. I'm still thinking about Stephen Topless, so. Topless. All right. Let's watch a little bit more of this. Get a sense of what the show's all about. So here we are.
Starting point is 00:22:11 As if you need one more voice to listen to. Here we motherfucking are. What is this podcast? You're asking yourself. I don't know. We're going to find out together. What I want it to be is like the best conversation you have with your best friend. You know that best friend who doesn't hold back, not trauma dumping, but that best friend who tells it how it is.
Starting point is 00:22:42 And there's always something juicy that you're like, what? No, wait, really? that. All right, this is a egregious act right here. I've talked about this with Kevin going back years ago. These assholes,
Starting point is 00:22:58 they started a podcast who have no plan. Yes. I'm interesting on a microphone. Let's start a podcast. What do you want to talk about? I don't know how cool I am. Carol, it's going to be a journey.
Starting point is 00:23:06 I know. Right. I'm already fucking bored out of my mind bullshit. Those monkeys are kind of cool. That's what those are right. That's kind of cool. Now, I got to get some keys for Kevin.
Starting point is 00:23:16 He's falling asleep over here. So Carl, when did that episode come out? This was her first episode? Yeah, this is her first episode. Now, it's posted from four years ago, but obviously he wiped out all over YouTube. So I think it's like eight or nine years ago. I'm just going to describe. And again, I did not pull these clips because Chris, as it turns out, I don't hate you guys.
Starting point is 00:23:36 So I did not pull these clips. All of us. She spent about, Kevin, it's great to see you. She spent about four episodes of this podcast talking about how she had an infection on her tongue. She podcasts talking like, yeah, oh, Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 00:23:56 So she's telling you her tongue like this, and going up into the camera and showing her, you her fucking tongue. And she starts out these episodes going, I don't have oral thrush. I've gone to the doctor. I've gone to four full hour plus long episodes on her disgusting fucking tongue.
Starting point is 00:24:14 And then the fifth episode she comes on and she goes, yeah, so it turns out it was oral thrush. I'm all better now. I don't know what that is also, but that's how great this content has gotten since episode one. What is oral thrush? Did you look it up? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:24:27 No, I don't give a buck. I don't care about Laura. They're pretty good. I think her boyfriend's got to watch his dick. Yeah, I can't afford soap. All right. Let's start the new podcast. They're at her house.
Starting point is 00:24:44 He comes over the first time they're doing a show together in over a year. He was a regular on this show, idiot. And so this is how things start off. I knew you were going to start like that. Look, I decided to show up. I remember sitting on this couch and me telling you that I had relapsed. Oh, my gosh. Looking at that picture.
Starting point is 00:25:19 I remember sitting here looking at that. What a story, Mark. I mean, that's how we start things are. I remember sitting here before. Yeah, yeah, you used to live here. Of course you remember. Looking at that picture. I remember sitting here looking at that picture, choosing artfully to relapse on drugs because that picture was so beautiful.
Starting point is 00:25:39 Well, she wants to know what drugs he was on. And I do too because he's obviously a crazy person. And, you know, obviously good enough to hack someone's social media accounts. What was her password? She claims she changed it. Yeah. Oral thrush. Idiots.
Starting point is 00:26:00 So she asked the right question. What were you on? But when I confessed to you that I was in trouble was when I started to buy things off the street. Because that's when I knew I could no longer justify it as being doctor described. Okay, but that didn't really answer the question. Falafel. That did not answer the question. I used to buy drugs out the street.
Starting point is 00:26:22 Well, that barely narrows it down. Solicages. So we'd give it another go. She asked to God here. What were the things you were getting? Xanax, Ambien, and Addera. No, the drugs. That's crazy because that was your relapse in 2014.
Starting point is 00:26:43 It was the same drugs. Yeah. So it was the same. Oh, my God. Yeah. So he says he's on Ambien. and Adderall, Xanax. And he's like, I had to start going to the street to get this shit.
Starting point is 00:26:57 Could you imagine Skid Row? You're like, is anyone getting ambient? I really need a good night's sleep tonight. I just, I needed that. I got ibuprofen. That'll work. Old guys pointed at the CVS. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:07 You get sleepy pills right over there. It's fine. Melatonin. It's fine. Up yourself. So, yeah, I guess I wasn't that impressed with the list of drugs. I was like, really? That's Adderall and Ambien, huh?
Starting point is 00:27:24 Okay. He lost a lot of weight during that drug relapse very quickly. There's got to be more than that. You think so? If not, he should probably start a weight loss seminar. Yeah. Yeah, explain how these pills will just rip the pounds right off you. It's great.
Starting point is 00:27:41 Adderall and huffing kerosene. Yeah, right. You were missing something. That's what I was hoping. Yeah, right. I've never been more focused on my gym workouts. It's been great. Well, so he's got a date when he stopped using, you know, after the relapse.
Starting point is 00:27:57 And this is really funny, guys. Yeah, I stopped using the last mood changing substance I had was July 31st, 2025. And I thought I just set my time to August 1st because it's easier to remember. That's really fun. It's only a day difference. Yeah. I'm sorry. What was the funny part?
Starting point is 00:28:19 What's going out here? Addiction. My last mood-altering substance was pop rocks. With diaphsians from the streets. Dangerous. I thought this was very funny if you take this into the right context. But then you losing custody of the kids. Yeah, it was it.
Starting point is 00:28:44 I mean, thank God you did that. Yeah. It's really hard to get high with these fucking brats around. Depend on me. I picked up on that too. I was like, yeah, you're right. Exactly. Thank God I got rid of those kids.
Starting point is 00:28:57 I was going to stop showing up to your house to pick them up, but you took care of it for me. So I appreciate that. You don't actually have to worry about him stopping over to pick them up. He actually just recently described over on his channel that he accidentally dropped his kid off at the wrong school. So things are going great for him, parent of the year over here. So he says it was a year ago that he relapsed. So these are the same drugs that he went back to. That's what he's saying.
Starting point is 00:29:24 Yeah. Wow. I know. What a loser. Doing lines of fun dip. Sounds good. Just destroying my nostrils. That is harsh on the nostril.
Starting point is 00:29:34 That is true. Yes. So this is interesting. You know, obviously they co-parent and the dad is out of his fucking mind on aspirin. And for some reason, she claims that she wasn't the one. took the custody away. I got to say, I actually didn't do that. You were so insane that DCFS got involved.
Starting point is 00:29:59 I never called DCFS. They've, like, the LAPD contacted DCFS. No, no, that's a whole other story. That's a whole other story. Because I never did. They decided. So you don't even know the two parts to this. What?
Starting point is 00:30:18 What is she doing? Wasn't she like full of energy? She did like all these characters and stuff. And now she's on ludes. Yeah. She sounds like she is on so many drugs right now. Hard drugs. Ludes.
Starting point is 00:30:30 But also the fact that she was dropping the kids off with this guy all this time. She's like, yeah, then finally like child print of services had to get involved. And be like, lady, what the fuck are you doing? It's not good for them. Yeah, she should have stuck with it. It was me. Yeah, right. Yeah, to take full credit for idiots.
Starting point is 00:30:47 So, yeah, apparently. This is the crazy year that Stephen had. Remember, dude's doing Ambien. So watch out. I mean, it was just such an insane year, really. Few years, actually, because we separated September of 2022. And so it's crazy that it was a few years. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:14 Okay. So it was a few years of craziness. and when you become a drug addict there's certain things there's certain ways you have to live your life it seems unfair that we can't even get a doctor prescribed thing but it's just not safe
Starting point is 00:31:31 yeah it does suck the worst part about sobriety is the part where you're sober all the time we can't even get prescription drugs anymore we gotta go to the streets again please remove that coffee the caffeine
Starting point is 00:31:46 it's just it's driving me crazy. Right. It's the worst drug addicts ever. They're like, sugar. No, no, no, no, no. I've stopped the stuff. All right.
Starting point is 00:31:57 So was losing custody where he hit rock bottom? Because you had told me, too, that losing, like, custody of your kids was, that was your real, that was when you hit bottom. But now, for that, around that time. So he's just like, well. I mean, it was around that time. It had nothing to do with losing the kids. That was fucking great.
Starting point is 00:32:21 I mean, give me a lot of time for doing drugs. It was when I sucked off the homeless guy for a sleeping pill. What's really the rock bottom that I said? I just say, I hit a lot of bottoms. I hit a lot of them. Sometimes I was on top. But, you know, still, it was my bottom. Now, this is some wild stuff because, as I mentioned,
Starting point is 00:32:41 these kids are seven years old and five years old. One of them is autism, nonverbal. And I don't know that. Laura's the best mom to ever exist because they've had some issues with the little ones. No, I'm like speeding, hop in the car, call 911, and I was like, my son, he's six years old, he's nonverbal, he has a red Spider-Man t-shirt on. He's been missing for, I think, around 10 minutes. So Elfie escapes, and they call it eloping. That's like their joke for it.
Starting point is 00:33:13 Like, oh, remember when Alfie eloped? Which, I don't know. It's hilarious. So he escapes from her, which, what mom's like a six-year-old just, like, leave the house and walk down the street? End up going to a grocery store. Yeah. We find out. Prismicry's like, that's a town's old. It's time for candy.
Starting point is 00:33:30 Yep, that's true. So she decided she needed to scold him, and I think this is going to fix it. Yeah. And I said, Alfie, do we leave the house without mommy? Yes or no. And he goes, no, no, we don't. Oh, no, we don't. That's a good Matti happened.
Starting point is 00:33:49 So that's great. She yelled, don't do that again. And let's see if that fixed it. A few more times. And now the police know him. Yeah. And now it's happened a few more times. And now the police know him.
Starting point is 00:34:01 Yeah. And as all the police know him on our side of town. Yeah. My diagnosis. Bad babysitting. This kid is fucking getting out all the time. Like, oh, there goes Alfie. Run it down the street.
Starting point is 00:34:13 You have the cops just drive by. Hey, Elfie. Yeah, right. What are you doing this time, buddy? I love how she described him as a small kid, nonverbal, wearing a Spider-Man t-shirt. I was like, isn't that every kid? In L.A. Yes. Yeah, that's every boy and kid, you see everywhere.
Starting point is 00:34:29 White. That's what I said. Oh, okay. It narrows it down. Thank you. Got it. So when the police did find this kid, the kid's fucking hilarious. Did he tell you his name?
Starting point is 00:34:41 No, but he was making dinosaur noises. Yes. I said, all right? The proud father. Dinosaur noises, huh? In which key? I like that she imitated his voice by sounding retarded, and then she
Starting point is 00:34:56 described him basically as the dynobots. It feels very fitting for me. Very fitting. I don't you talk about it's dino bots lately. I know. I'm really excited. It's an anniversary year. Obsessed with the dinosaur.
Starting point is 00:35:07 It didn't make any fucking sense. They're from another planet. Why would they be dinosaur? I know. That's why they're stupid. Oh, my God. And Kevin. Come on.
Starting point is 00:35:17 Vehicles make sense, right? You want to, like, be able to get places. What the fuck? What's the point of turning into a dinosaur? Kevin knows vehicle. I do know the vehicle. Yes, that's true. All right.
Starting point is 00:35:27 No one wants to engage and transformers talk with me today. I'm out. All right, so now she has a little tracker on his clothes. So they know where he is at all times. And the tracker. Unless he just leaves his clothes behind. Well, yeah, I mean, it wouldn't be that tough, right? Pull your shorts off and run for the grocery store.
Starting point is 00:35:45 I can do it all the time. Candy. So the tracker, she described it as like one of those things they put on at the clothing store so you can't steal it. Sure. But it also has like a two-way communication device in it. So she can call him on it and talk to him. I'm sorry, are you describing an electric fence that goes around their property?
Starting point is 00:36:06 Because those trackers work by you walking through something. That's true. Did she put a dog fucking electric fence around the property for her kid? No, it's like with the Jews set up in Manhattan. It's a pretty big radius around. No, but it looks like that, but it's not. It's a communication device and that she can track with GPS. I almost said CPS.
Starting point is 00:36:26 I was like, that can't be right. She only shocks at some of the time. All right. So she was mad that the picture of her son at the grocery store was posted in some Facebook group. some woman who was a neighbor who saw the kid there, took the photo, posted it on Facebook, does anyone know who this kid is? That gets sent to the father. And so Stephen decides that he's going to post that.
Starting point is 00:36:56 Then the picture gets sent to you. You're off your rockers on every drug under the sun. And so you post that picture, which I was so mad at you for. and you go, my I mean, I had no idea or I can't even keep her kids safe. Did I say that?
Starting point is 00:37:18 Yes. He's right. I was really bad that you expose the truth on social media. I was all Thera food. I had a really strong cough drop in my mouth that day. Fish in the spring.
Starting point is 00:37:37 These two are amazing parents combined, aren't they? I did. So they're talking about this FBI investigation that happened because she started getting emails from a person claiming it was Stephen with all these threats to steal the children away and all this crazy crap. And I don't know if he knows the full story, but she did talk about it. It was crazy. There was a literal FBI investigation, criminal investigation happening. It's insane.
Starting point is 00:38:10 I mean, I wrote about it. you probably didn't read the book. No. But I just wrote it's literally, it's just what happened. I tried to listen to your book, the audio book. I got 30 seconds in to the first time that I had, turning off. You're like, nope.
Starting point is 00:38:23 Yeah, I did. No, thanks. Yeah, I can't. I just can't. No. That should be a blur about the back of the book. I got 30 seconds in. I can't.
Starting point is 00:38:32 I just can't. Put it right out. It's brutal. I thought that was kind of funny. It's like, yeah, your book fucking sucks. I don't care about it. Well, Alfie shouldn't have read it. Right.
Starting point is 00:38:44 So this is the email that I was talking about. Someone who I thought was you at the time was writing me on the morning of my birthday, I get a literal email saying, if you don't drop the restraining order in 24 hours, I'm going to take the kids when you least expect it. The kids are better off dead than with you, and I have a gun. My. I'm not inviting you to the party then. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:13 I'll tell you what. We're going to have balloon animals. Fuck you. That's what happens with those street drugs, you know? Mm-hmm. Why does you say it's her birthday? What's wrong with women? You know what?
Starting point is 00:39:26 This week is Southern John's birthday week. You had a bad week this week. A lot of bad things happened to him during his birthday week. And it was her actual birthday, but you know that, like even if it was within, like you said, a week, she would mention that, too. Oh, yeah, for sure. my birthday month. Can you believe it? At least the quarter one night. But yeah, I mean, I would think that getting an email saying that like, I'm going to come and take your children, that would be even worse than like, I don't know, having like DoorDash delivered that you didn't order.
Starting point is 00:39:55 Yeah. You know? It seems like to be pretty crazy. It's hard to compare. They are. I do like that are still in love with each other and they're still flirtatious. And then I think from all of that, from all those like violations. Ow. Ow. Sorry, mosquito. Mosquito. You know She used to beat the shit out of him, right? I hope so. I hope so, too. He looks like such a pussy.
Starting point is 00:40:22 Beat me about the legs and arms. Oh. He just passes out. It's too much. Lucy, you're not laughing. Oh, no, I was. She calls her ex, Stephen out here. I think because
Starting point is 00:40:42 the case was so public. Yeah. Right? Like when you were served a restraining order, you posted it online right away. You just posted it. And then everyone knew your lawyer's email. It's all my fault. Basically, I'm responsible for all this happening. Although I didn't do that. And if I hadn't have done this that I did, none of this would have happened. Right. So yeah, that's what I'm saying. You're an asshole. That's the point I'm trying to make. No, no, I'm an asshole. Right. It's what I'm telling you. Lucy, you sent me a link in the private chat. I did.
Starting point is 00:41:15 I did. I think that's going to be a nice palette cleanser when you are done with things. I think you're going to enjoy it. Again, we've watched Laura and Stephen be really fucking annoying. So she's going to get her comeuppance in that clip, but you can save it for. Oh, this is time. And you're ready. It's time.
Starting point is 00:41:31 Let's go. That's it. All right. Let's watch her get fucked over by a refrigerator. Hmm. I was crushed by a 600 pound fridge. Is that correct? Yes.
Starting point is 00:41:49 I was crushed by... Should a restraining order out against this refrigerator? Yeah, a refrigerator fell on top of her. She can get mosquitoes, but not refrigerators. She put on makeup before doing that clip also. I was just going to say, I don't know how injured she is, hopefully very, but the fact that she has to go immediately on her phone and start fucking content creating. She filmed videos when she was on the stretcher getting into the ambulance.
Starting point is 00:42:15 And again, my understanding is this was a very serious injury. Now, that being said, I believe this was about four months ago. And she was doing videos shortly after it, like not pre-recorded videos, but like recent, more recent stuff. So it was a little, you know, granny. Like where you were saying, you were a granny and went flying through a window 90 miles per hour and broke 53 bones and skipping down to the park. I will be saying thank you. I will be saying thank you to my refrigerator. Should we get that fridge on the show?
Starting point is 00:42:46 I want to interview that French. What was it like when you heard the bones crush? Mr. Maytag. All right. Well, thank you very much, Lucy, for introducing us to, was I pronouncing her name right? It's Laura Cleary. I think Cleary.
Starting point is 00:43:00 I don't know. Do you care, honestly? I want to get the facts right over here, Lucy. Take my job very seriously. And I have to because people sue me for a hundred, hundreds of thousands of dollars we'll get into that uh big news in the wool suit coming up i wanted to show you guys this my buddy moody put this together this toopedia and moody's incredible so he's built up this whole wiki page this whole uh encyclopedic website that's got everything you could
Starting point is 00:43:30 possibly want to know about aaron imhope from steel toe morning show so all the information is there all the links all the timestamps so then he used that and a a to create podcast episodes that talk about various events that happened with Steeltoe. So the audio of like Aaron talking and other people talking is all real. But then they're like the hosts of the show are AI introducing the concepts and going through the whole thing. So it's incredible. There's an episode he just put up 20 hours ago. It talks about when Aaron was going hard at the woman who got the job he wanted in morning radio in Iowa.
Starting point is 00:44:06 And then Aaron got fired for harassing her. there's one I was listening to the other day where Aaron challenged Patrick Melton to a boxing match Patrick went on to show immediately it accepted and then all of a sudden it's just like ah you want to fight me like that also we walked it back and maybe trying to make it all confusing
Starting point is 00:44:22 so where is this podcast falling on the dabbled dashboard is it more or less than I don't think it's being measured with a dabble dashboard just yet maybe soon you never know toopedia check that out
Starting point is 00:44:37 Oh, Carmouth X says, good to see Lucy branching out to singing. That was not Lucy in the pumpkin costume. That was not Lacey. That was also not singing. Jokey Jackman says, you're kidding, right? It's like going back to Sears Catalog Bra section when you know the Playboys in your dad's sock drawer. I don't even need a bra. Zach Hoffman, first, Kevin, good to see you and hear from you, dude.
Starting point is 00:45:02 Producer Chris, please call me a dumb fuck, stutcho style. You dumb fuck? Congrats, Carl, on the wool suit dismissal. Thank you very much, Zach Hoffman. I have some really funny shit that I got for my attorney today. I'm going to read to you. Carbeth X, is this a creep-off episode? It is not.
Starting point is 00:45:21 There's no fat fucks here. So this is not a creep-op episode. Visit BetMGM Casino and check out the newest exclusive. The Price is Right Fortune Pick. Starting point is 00:45:55 All right, I got to give you guys an update. My buddy, Jerry Banfield, he's constantly coming with ideas. He's constantly got new products that he's putting out there, and this is fantastic. I love to eat peanut butter. I love to eat honey. And I also love to eat beans. Beans. I look great. I feel great.
Starting point is 00:46:21 Beans. Kevin, do you remember Jerry Banfield with all? I can't remember if that overlap when you were on the show. Because we started talking about him six years ago. I don't think so. I don't. It doesn't sound familiar.
Starting point is 00:46:33 So this guy, he, well, you know what? I'd love to introduce you to him, but I don't need to. Because he starts off. episode explaining who he is and what he's doing now. I'm Jerry Banfield. This is a real raw, authentic day. Dang, how many times does I have to say that in my life as a full-time creator that is 220 some thousand in debt and desperate for money?
Starting point is 00:46:56 And I've, it has just filed a report with FBI. And wow, I already don't like how I've started this off. Maybe I should just delete it. But I have had some breakthroughs in the last 24 hours that I'm really happy to share here with you because you know I literally went to bed crying last night I fucking love this guy
Starting point is 00:47:15 who starts out a vlog like that there's no one else on the internet oh my god Kevin questions I think some people just shouldn't have the internet dude the internet's so bad for this guy you just heard he had a file a report the FBI
Starting point is 00:47:28 he's gonna get into it so I'm not going to spoil it but wait until you hear how hackers ripped him off I never I never thought that I would say this but I actually want to buy Jerry Banfield's shirt. When did he start wearing women's clothing?
Starting point is 00:47:43 What the fuck is that? Lucy, I have good news for you. No, I don't actually. Oh, motherfucker. That will be for sale. I don't want it anymore. So he just said he went to bed crying the night before. I didn't care about that.
Starting point is 00:47:56 I cared about the shirt. I know, but let's find out more about that. Okay. In fact, the more pain I felt emotionally is I thought about, you know, all the nights my wife and I spent watching, you know, TV and movies on the couch snuggled up and that, you know, I'm single and have been celibate for a year now and I'm divorced last year and she's got a new boyfriend
Starting point is 00:48:13 she's doing that with. I just felt agony. And then to look at my financial situation and be like, I need to make tens of thousands of dollars by the end of the year or I'm going to need some kind of other miracle or I'm going to have to move out and just be desperate. Selimit? Yeah. That's a decision you make.
Starting point is 00:48:33 It's pretty pretending. I'm shooing off all these hot women or trying to suck my dick. get out of here. This is literally where the term in-sell comes from. Right. It's involuntary. Yes. Correct.
Starting point is 00:48:46 So I think that kind of sums it up now. Kevin, he's $20,000 in debt. He got a divorce late last year. He's been trying to date women. He's dumped like $20,000 into dating between having premium with the dating apps, the money he spends when he goes on dates. He had a dating coach he paid for. He had a matchmaking service.
Starting point is 00:49:09 where he'd pay over $600 every time he got a date with a woman they matched him up with. Holy shit. And he can't get a second date. And there's been handholding, I think, twice. I think it's as far as he's gotten. That's not even getting to a base.
Starting point is 00:49:23 No. I don't even know what sport that is. I don't understand why you would put this on the internet. That's what's so amazing about this guy. He's the most honest man on the internet. He cannot tell why. And I was actually watching his stream the other day. This is from a different episode.
Starting point is 00:49:38 But I thought this was fascinating. Great question. So he's doing one of his live streams where he's taking questions from the chat. And this is a great question and a pretty amazing answer. And a great question, if your debt was paid today, would you borrow large sums of money again? Now, this is from a little little. You might notice that he uses my professional picture. It's the avatar, Kevin.
Starting point is 00:50:00 So he goes on, if your debt was paid in full today, would you borrow another large sum of money? Let's find out. I definitely would not. I would love to be out of debt. I hope someday I will be out of debt, but fundamentally, and I'm going to make something that is going to be a big part of this soon, fundamentally none of us have any debt. This is just an idea. Like as a person, you know, as an immortal soul, you don't owe anybody anything. Like at the deepest level, I don't owe anybody anything. And yes, if you look on screens, there may say that there's dead on there, but if you look around, there is no indication that there's any debt outside of looking at screens.
Starting point is 00:50:42 And I hope what's communicated through my live streams is that you stop judging your life first and foremost through screens. I mean, you might get letters in the mail too. That's not long overdue, right? That's not just screens. I mean, if laws don't exist, right? Yeah. Yeah. Same thing.
Starting point is 00:50:58 Isn't that wild right there? It's easy for him to say this when he's on the upswing. But he's always crying. Well, hold on. He goes out. because as he elaborates more and more, he talks himself out of what he originally said. Of course.
Starting point is 00:51:12 So I would not borrow a bunch of money again. I think it's ideal not to borrow a bunch of money, but, you know, what is the alternative? Like if I couldn't make any money on my YouTube, I would borrow more money to try and keep being able to do it. Sam, if you just fucking guy.
Starting point is 00:51:29 So, Kevin, he refuses to get a job. And everyone's telling him like, just get a job. Stop borrowing money. because he's using credit card debt to pay for his rent in a house he lives in his $2,700 a month. And then his minimum payment out of his credit cards is $2,000 a month. And he will not. Kevin, do you feel his pay?
Starting point is 00:51:50 But he's also unemployable. He's unemployable. Maybe that's the one thing he won't be honest about. So why is he in such debt? Like, what did he do? Okay, so what happened was he was in a lot of debt when he was married. They got a divorce. His ex-wife has a good job.
Starting point is 00:52:04 She paid off the debt. So he started with a fresh slate back in like January of this year. And he went, you know what I'm going to do now they don't have any debt is take out a bunch of loans and see if I can become a YouTuber. Wow. Yeah. So all he's been doing is living off of borrowed money and waiting for like this success to start rolling. And no, he does make over $1,000 a month from YouTube. He's got six different channels.
Starting point is 00:52:29 Three of them are monetized. And he does have other revenue streams. He used to have cameo. He had another thing that's called School, S-K-O-O-L. You can sign up for it. That's kind of like a messaging board. Okay. Vinny was on it because it was a consequence of the creep off.
Starting point is 00:52:46 Nine bucks a month. I never heard of school. Yeah, I hadn't heard of that one either. But he's been trying a lot of different things. He's been trying a lot of different products and revenue streams. You saw on the screen earlier that he's got shirts on eBay. He's got his clothes on eBay. How much was that shirt?
Starting point is 00:53:03 We'll get into that. Hold on. I thought I was. seeing it wrong. You weren't. You were not. So Jerry doesn't know what to do anymore. I'm like, come on.
Starting point is 00:53:13 You can do this. Who do I need to pray to? Jesus, Satan, you know, Muhammad, Buddha, whoever, Shiva, just I'll tell me who I need to. You know, myself,
Starting point is 00:53:27 I'll just affirm that you got this, bro. Like, what do I need to do? You figure it out. Figure it out. Beating himself up. Yeah. Which one?
Starting point is 00:53:35 do you pray to if you want like a bunch of money and stuff? Satan. That is the answer actually. Lucy, you confirm that? I was actually going to say, you know, it's just numbers on a screen.
Starting point is 00:53:48 It's just numbers on a screen, man. Ones and zeros. It used to just be paper, but like now, man, it's so cool. It's funny that he says,
Starting point is 00:53:55 I'm not really in debt to anyone. I mean, they're just numbers on a screen. It's not real. Monetary system is all just made up, whatever. But then when he gets ripped off, he has to get the FBI advice.
Starting point is 00:54:05 So Jerry started his own meme coin, Kevin. Oh, my God. Jesus, every scam you can do. Carl buried the lead. Holy shit. Check this out. He's talking about his meme coin. One thing that triggered my frustration is my meme coin, Jerry, on Robin Hood,
Starting point is 00:54:26 tanked to 60,000 market cap after hitting as high as 160,000. And that was on September 22nd the day I launched it. It was also the day hackers had compromised my Google account, which I didn't realize I had been a lazy boy and had signed up for a new Metamask account. With my Google account, I didn't realize the one loophole that I closed the rest of them. The hackers had my Metamask account. So they rugged my coin. They sold $13,000 of it. Well, it was $20,000 in my wallet.
Starting point is 00:54:57 When they rugged it down, they got $13,000 out of it. So yesterday I made a report to the FBI, which, it basically dragged me through the mud again. Some people like, well, why haven't you, why haven't you submitted this report? Why haven't you contacted FBI when they sold $20,000 from you and rug the coin? Why? Why? Why? And I'll tell you why, because I didn't want to drag myself through the mud on it again. I had to relive that horrible thing that happened to him.
Starting point is 00:55:28 Have you noticed like all the guys we make fun of all have like a voice for their haters? Yeah. Opie doesn't. Eridim Holt does it. Jerry's been doing it a lot lately. It's never like a sophisticated gentleman who's making fun of him, and that when they do the voice. No, it's always Edith Bunker.
Starting point is 00:55:43 Right. You know, Carl, generally I agree with you that Jerry Banfield is the most honest guy on the internet, but that does not feel very honest. I feel like he doesn't want to draw attention about himself to the FBI. Oh. Well, he did fill out the report. He didn't want to, but he did do it. and he's really beating himself up over it.
Starting point is 00:56:03 I felt like crap afterwards. I'm like, you are such a fucking idiot, man. How'd you let these dumb-ass scammers get you on a team's call and take control of your computer? And then they say they need to take a thumbnail. Like, you're a dummy bitch. Come on, man. That's so fucking stupid.
Starting point is 00:56:23 How did you let them do that? My coin would have probably been into the millions of dollars by now. This fucking guy is so delusional. And the scammers are the dumbass. Right. So, Kevin, this is what happened. He thought he was going to go on this really big TikTok channel and promote crypto. And in order to do that, the producers of this TikTok channel were like, all right, Jerry, we just got to check your technology.
Starting point is 00:56:46 Make sure you're good to go. We'll hop on a team's call and we'll do a video chat and get everything on your computer set up, right? So then they get access to his computer. And then they're like, Jerry, we're going to get a thumbnail image of you? That shirt's not working for us. Can you change your shirt? So Jerry gets up, leaves. Meanwhile, they're fucking getting his passwords and stuff.
Starting point is 00:57:03 Oh, my God. So then he goes back like, yep, all right, we're all set. Look great. See you. And they're able to get to his wallet and steal $20,000 worth of crypto currency. Where did he? He borrowed $20,000. Don't you have to have, like, capital to start one of those things?
Starting point is 00:57:17 Yes. Yes, you do. And I'm glad you brought that up because he addresses that here. It does destroy the narrative of all the people being like, you rugged your own coin. like, look, I put $5,000 into it. I wouldn't have rugged the whole fucking coin to get $13,000 out a couple hours later.
Starting point is 00:57:39 Okay. He's got some really terrible ideas. And I think that he's on edge and on tilt a little bit. So that's what's causing some of these things. This is a really bad idea. And I lost, I had 20% of the supply, which was worth $20,000 plus dollars. And they stole all of it.
Starting point is 00:57:59 And now I've got a shitty like 5% of the supply. And then I've already lost another $1,000 or so by the price tanking because somebody sold yesterday. They sold $4,000 of it. And at first I'm like, fuck, this sucks. Who did that? But then I'm like, oh, now I could actually buy more of it cheaper. This is good. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:58:22 In fact, I wish everybody'd fucking sell it so that I could buy as much as I had back before. and then I could promote the shit out of it from there. He's learned fucking nothing. Has anyone ever killed themselves on YouTube before? Yeah. Yes. I feel like that's gonna. I hope not.
Starting point is 00:58:40 I really hope not. That'd be terrible. He understands money in a completely unique way. I don't know that I've ever heard anybody to describe money and investments the way that he does. And the thing is, is that Kevin, you don't understand this stuff because you're not mental. and Jerry is.
Starting point is 00:58:59 Jerry's the top 2% of IQs in the world. Oh, all right. He's told me that himself, so I'm sure it's true. He thinks he's going to go buy more Jerry coin that thing's worth nothing? Jerry coin. Now's the time to buy, Carl. You don't get it either.
Starting point is 00:59:15 It's incredible. It's so stupid. So he's been doing these live streams, and he likes doing the live streams because he has super tips set up and he gets super chats. He likes the money coming in. But there's a lot of name calling going on.
Starting point is 00:59:26 A lot of jerks. saying a lot of harsh things to them. And one of the things I generally do well is I avoid listening to so many of these people that are just, like, lonely and dysfunctional. All they do is want to call names and talk shit all the time. And thriving to me does not usually happen with a bunch of name calling and shit talking. And this is the environment that I think stops most average people from going anywhere because you're too surrounded by people that just talk shit and call names
Starting point is 00:59:57 and drags you down. Listen, I do not call Jerry names. I'm never calling him fuckface or anything crazy like that. I think he's just talking about the chat, right? Because I wouldn't do something like that. It's very mean. So now he's concerned about doing the live streaming. It gets insulted.
Starting point is 01:00:14 So he's only going to do that like once a week from now on. He likes doing these vlog-style ones where he can record it, upload it after the fact. And he's got new products. Always excited when he has new things to sell us. Yeah, Kevin, you might have noticed. that t-shirt that he's wearing he's modeling there you can buy it off his website for $1,234 and 56 cents is the price of that t-shirt Jesus that's what I thought I'd read yep um well he's got uh all new merchandise for us I had more realizations after that it's like
Starting point is 01:00:46 I I figured out a way that I'm gonna I'm gonna start consistently selling Jerry Banfield memorabilia in a fun format I think I'm to do something like Jerry Banfield collector's boxes or something that makes it more fun and more reasonable to pay a higher price. So I'm reading Seth Godin's perfect or purple cow and I'm like, I need to offer products that people are, you know, really enthusiastic to buy that are fun that are not just, you know, a couple hundred dollars for a shirt or whatever. Or one thousand. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:22 Well, that's a very special shirt. That sure is. Look at it. Well, he'll explain why. And actually, if you wanted to buy that shirt, Kevin, there's never been a better time than right now. So with that in mind, though, I've dropped the price of the queen shirt down to $1,234.56. So this is the shirt I wore when I first met the queen. And this is the shirt I wore to the first, when I arrived at VidSummit and the first full day of the conference, I wore this shirt there.
Starting point is 01:01:54 So I've dropped the price on my jury bainfield.com slash store. I dropped the price of all the collectible stuff by like 50%. And that's going to be a very limited time that it's going to be there. And anything that doesn't sell, then what I'm going to do is like this shirt, I drop the price of this another $100. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to, so many of you want things like autographed books and shirts. And I want to make it fun and not something boring like go buy this t-shirt for $20.
Starting point is 01:02:23 but I want to make it something fun where it's a real like unboxing experience. All right. What queen? Like the queen of England? Queen? No. There's a woman that he fancied quite a bit who he met at the yoga studio.
Starting point is 01:02:39 And they went on three dates. Never even kissed her. And when she eventually ghosted him because he's a fucking weirdo and talked all about it on the internet nonstop. And I got a little clingy with her. He cried. about it on his show for weeks. He's still talking about her. And then he made a video that he sent to her that was just private.
Starting point is 01:03:01 It was a 16-minute-long video where he gave her an ultimatum. Listen, baby, either you go with me or I'll start dating other women. It was the most hilarious ultimatum. Either you go with me or you're never going to get close to God. And she was a religious woman. She was very religious. Yeah, he tried to use the Jesus thing. I feel like...
Starting point is 01:03:18 Suck my dick or God will smite you. I feel like my life was annoying. Dude, it was very much like the Gary Delabonte tape. And he was talking about it, but it was private. So then I suggested on this show that he should sell that to us for $500. And then I think Chris threw another $500. My buddy Drew Lane threw another $500. Who can remember these things?
Starting point is 01:03:41 And then there's a guy named Bonder Guy 69. I'm sure you know him. And he reached out to Jerry directly. He goes, you should sell it for $2,000. And Jerry did. He put it for sale for $2,000, and someone bought it. Someone I don't know. Someone in England.
Starting point is 01:03:52 bought it, put it up on their channel, we got to watch it. I've got it with crypto. He bought it with ICP, yeah. So the crazy thing about that is that that gave Jerry the idea that everything that he does and touches is worth money. So that's why he's like selling the shirt
Starting point is 01:04:09 that he wore on the date. And that's at half price. Let's go, Jerry, go. Lucy? Oh, I was just going to say, I'm really excited to get my Jerry Banfield mystery box, including T-shirt and one meme coin.
Starting point is 01:04:25 I feel like that's going to be really exciting unboxing. It's going to be great. So this is the store that he was just talking about. Check this out, Kevin. I wore this shirt live on who are these podcasts. You get that for $456. $78. Heck now.
Starting point is 01:04:40 That's not a replica of the shirt. That's the actual shirt he was wearing when we had him on this show. These prices are outrageous. I think he needs to slash some prices. He already did. These are half what they used to be. Oh, my God. This is the shirt.
Starting point is 01:04:55 This is the actual, the whole outfit that he wore when he went to the strip club recently. Wait a man, did he wear that a shirt that said his name on it to the fucking date with that? That's his thing.
Starting point is 01:05:04 He sure did. Holy shit. He wants to make sure that if people aren't sure who he is when he sees them in public, that they know that he is actually the Jerry Banfield. Wow. It's authentic. Kevin,
Starting point is 01:05:18 I think you're glossing over this outfit you could buy that he wore to the VIP. P room in the strip club. Look at those shorts. That's, uh, you're really good at that. That is a, uh, a familiar color green to you guys. You can still smell the celibacy on it. You should consider that.
Starting point is 01:05:35 You can have a one hour call with him for $350. Oh, he's not putting $500 anymore. Remember he's doing $500, but he had a promo code to save $150. Yeah. He's got rid of the promo code. He's, it's half, it's half price in Jerry Math. Right. It's saving us time.
Starting point is 01:05:48 Uh, and you can get YouTube coaching for just $9663. $9.63. That's interesting. I never, everything has significance. You know, all these numbers are just counting up. Yeah, yeah. It's a real G.33 kind of thing to do, I think. All right. So, yeah, if you want to grab any of these shirts now is the time because they're not going to be available forever.
Starting point is 01:06:10 So if you want to grab this queen shirt and anything like this gold satin shirt, you want to grab anything like that before I just put it in a box where you won't be. guaranteed to get it, then I lowered the price by 50% for like everything. And then anything that doesn't sell on my website, I'm going to make mystery boxes. And I make it very clear. I'm going to show every single thing that could be in any of the boxes. You'll know exactly what's possible, but you'll only be able to buy one box or only be like 10 boxes. And every month, I'm going to try this.
Starting point is 01:06:44 I'm going to have like Jerry Banfield mystery boxes. So Lucy, I know you want that shirt, that gold shirt. right there. And maybe you'll buy a couple boxes and hope to get lucky. Yes. But it would make a lot more sense to just purchase it now. So you know you get what you want. Listen, at half price, how can
Starting point is 01:07:03 I not? I want to know. Okay, so obviously the queen shirt is never going to sell. Right. Of course not. It's a fucking t-shirt with his name on it. Eventually. I would pay 50 bucks for it. Eventually it's going to go into mystery box is what I'm asking. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:17 Which is more fun. So Lucy, actually, you might want to wait because this is it more fun to open up a box and not know what's going to be in it? I'm very curious about how he's going to price these mystery boxes because I feel like he is going to price them at higher prices than the individual items that he currently is. You're paying for the fun.
Starting point is 01:07:33 What part is you not understanding? I'm a woman. $2,200 a month and he sent you a mystery box or he doesn't. That's also the mystery. You might not get anything at all. Surprise. It's a shirt, a mean coin, and a dino bot. All right.
Starting point is 01:07:50 I'm loving this because he's having all these cool breakthroughs and figuring out what to do with his life. That was like a really cool breakthrough. It's like there's a cool business idea because bottom line, I want to get people on jerrybandfield.com. I want you to go there and buy stuff. Right. That makes a lot of sense, right? He wants us to go to his website and spend way too much money on everything that he's selling. And so he had another breakthrough.
Starting point is 01:08:17 Lucy, you're a YouTuber. I bet you never even thought about it. This guy thinks outside of the box. I appreciate this thinking. I also realized I've been wondering what the hell do I do with my thumbnails. I've got my titles in a decent place, but I feel like my thumbnails have been just getting pissed away
Starting point is 01:08:32 like with random ass images, AI generated stuff. And I realized like every single thumbnail, if the bottom of my funnel is Jerry Banfield.com, then every single one of my thumbnails should be showing off something you can buy on my way. website. I don't think he understands what the purpose of thumbnails are. I thought he met real thumbnails. He's selling, he's selling fucking finger-gling's head's in the box. Yeah, yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 01:09:00 Just urinate to do a Ziplock bag. A little piece of Jerry. So this idea that the thumbnails is going to be an advertisement for his products, he's not going to get as many clicks on the video because the whole point of a thumbnail is advertise the video you're going to watch. But it's even more than that because the goal is to sell the products that you're advertising. And so then the thumbnail becomes obsolete. Right. If you actually sell the thing. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:23 To go back and redo the thumbnail with a different product. Jerry's got YouTube figured out. We should be listening to him without thinking about it. The one pun is a good idea here. Would you sell Lucy Mystery Box? And would that be a monthly subscription or is that a one-off deal? It's actually going to have shirts that I claim that Jerry Banfield wore in it. The creep off, our buddy, Vinnie Palmyinos here, says Jerry Banfield mystery box subscriptions
Starting point is 01:09:48 going on the wheel of consequences. Fuck. He's not always watching on Saturdays. I thought I could sneak this one by him. Damn it. All right. Last clip I have on here. As you guys know,
Starting point is 01:10:00 the Dabble Dashboard has changed the fundamentals of a lot of these shows in the Dabbleverse. MLC, Kevin Brennan, he can't stop looking to the Dabble Dashboard to see who's number one.
Starting point is 01:10:10 And Jerry, I think, has been peeking in on the Dabbleverse a little bit too much lately. So he got an idea for himself. and that's where I should be making my real money because I have this new dashboard. If you go to the Jerry Banfield.com and you click on the little money icon in the top,
Starting point is 01:10:28 it shows you a dashboard now, a public business dashboard showing you that I've made $4,633 in sales, 33 paid orders, the average orders $140, $23 different buyers, 32 items sold, and there's 10 products for sale right now. So I set a goal to make $100,000 in the next 100 days. And I see that Jerry Banfield.com, that's where the majority of the money should be coming in because I can sell shirts. I can sell mystery boxes. I can sell courses. I can sell comedy.
Starting point is 01:11:02 Yeah, hold on. He hasn't sold any shirts. No, you can't. You can't sell shirts. He's going to sell comedy? Do you think anyone's tried to steal Jerry Banfield.com? Oh, dude. Do you like a Who is?
Starting point is 01:11:16 Oh, no. figure out who's registered to. If the hackers could do that. Snipe it. That'd be brutal. All right, so let's check this out. Let's check out the dashboard here. This is crazy that he's doing this.
Starting point is 01:11:28 He's putting up his own sales publicly for everyone to see. And so he had this one big day. So this would be the day he sold the Queen video. It's $2,000 he made that day. And then every other day is zero with a couple exceptions. Why am I working like a chump? Because I could do this shit. Because you get a paycheck, Kevin.
Starting point is 01:11:51 That's why all of us are working like a chump. Speaking of the royal we. When I say that. So you can see since you recorded that video, nothing's moved. But that's okay. He's doing it. He's going to make $100,000. Well, actually, time is slipping away now.
Starting point is 01:12:10 Because he's trying to make $100,000 before the end of the year. And he's not on pace. right now. Yeah, but think about how many Christmas presents he's going to get. It's true. I was listening to the other day for fun. For funsies, I listened to this guy. And he was talking about how he doesn't pay any child support because him and his wife
Starting point is 01:12:28 worked it out that, you know, she has money. He doesn't. He doesn't pay any child support. And he goes, you know, honestly, I can go to the court and get her to pay me child support based on our incomes. But I'm not going to do that. Like, wow, what a great guy you are, Jerry? My hero.
Starting point is 01:12:43 Jesus Christ. It's like, should I have kids? Yeah, really? What about all? Yeah, wait. How does that work? I got a job that I have, divorce. Come on.
Starting point is 01:12:52 Shit. Oh, my God. So funny. All right. We got to get to the Suttering John stuff, but I have a quick thing with Opie because the opster, he can't let it go with Tony Pee. Oh, real quick. I should mention, so I said Jerry Banfield came on our show, which was great.
Starting point is 01:13:23 It was really cool talking to him. And then he came on the creep off, like a few days after that. And that's what he told us he was going to start a meme coin. I said, Jerry, do not do that. Look at what happened to Hoctua. Do not start a meme coin. It might ruin you. He wouldn't listen to me.
Starting point is 01:13:37 No. Started a meme coin and lost $20,000. Jesus. Well, I guess $5,000. Actually, now that I've learned what really happened. Yeah. That's how I really lost. That's ridiculous.
Starting point is 01:13:47 Fucking dumb, dumb. He's so stupid. Speaking of dumb dumbs, so this guy, Tony P was a co-host with Opie. And Opie does a morning stream Monday through Friday. So it's like the butt crack of dawn before the sun comes up. You have to get on there with Opie and do an hour-long stream on YouTube.
Starting point is 01:14:06 He then repurposed that into his podcast that you can get it now Opie Unfiltered. Because his kids taught him that the word radio is outdated and not cool. So he decided not to be Opie Radio anymore. That was Opie Unfiltered. And Tony P was friends with Ron the waiter. Ron the waiter got on the show because he happened to be waiting on Opie one day when Opie and Carl Ruiz were at a restaurant. And Ron fancies himself a comic,
Starting point is 01:14:30 so he was able to get in Opie's inner circle and get on the show. Tony P was friends with Ron because they do these comedy shows together in Queens. And Tony P happened to be, listen to this, Kevin, a fan of Anthony and Jim as well. Oh. When it comes to Opie, Anthony, you have to pick sides. You can't possibly enjoy all three hosts from that show. So Tony P reached out to Jim Norton.
Starting point is 01:14:55 Jim's playing a theater on Long Island, the Paramount. And Tony P goes, hey man, can I do a guest spot? And Jim goes, well, I mean, it's probably going to piss off Opie. You sure you want to do that? And Tony goes, yeah, I'd love to do that. Jim says, sure, do it. So he does a guest spot on this comedy show. And Opie dumped him immediately.
Starting point is 01:15:14 He said, you're dead to me. You'll never do my show again. Off with you. He called it the unthinkable. He did the unthinkable. Get out of. Yeah. Rather than be happy for his buddy who got to
Starting point is 01:15:25 play a theater and play from a big audience. What a bitch. So it's fucking crazy. By the way, we know someone else who was at that show. Hmm. You know what? I'll fucking, I'll tease that shit right now. Why not?
Starting point is 01:15:38 The tease. It's official. The teaser. Our buddy Brian Johnson from telling him Steve Dave. Messaged me and he goes, Carl, I was at that Jim Norton show that Tony opened for him. Do you want to come on to talk about it? I have Tony back on the show on Wednesday.
Starting point is 01:15:56 He's like, yeah. I don't know if he definitely will because he might have to tell him Steve Dave stuff to do. But if he's available, we get Brian on to give us his perspective. Awesome. He's not the guy Matt that we had on talking about Tony's comedy was a little too nice. I've seen some of that. Yeah, okay. Reddit.
Starting point is 01:16:14 So Tony P. Leans a little bit more right than Ron Berman and Opie. And Opie and Ron love the bitch about gas prices and things like that. whereas Tony P's thing was like, well, you know, whatever. The gas price is what it is. I can't change it. So I'm just going to pay whatever I have to pay. And so Opie's got a pretty good slam on Tony P.
Starting point is 01:16:34 All right. Stupid Tony P is like a gas cock. He's like, oh, what you have to do? Oh, really? Yeah, you just got to pay a lot of money for gas. That's right. Fucking gas cock. Go ahead, Ron.
Starting point is 01:16:48 Is that just, Opey know what a cuck is? No. People throw that fucking turn around way too loosely. It's so stupid. He had a set of twice, too. You know he had that written down his notes. Tony P equals gas cuck. Try to recover from that one, Tony P.
Starting point is 01:17:03 Got him. I think what Tony P was saying is like, you can focus on it and let it ruin your life or move on and do your job and whatever. So these guys go on and they keep taking shots at Tony P. Ron's got some, it's FU Friday, of course. Ron's got some FUs. and one of them is a sports-related F-U
Starting point is 01:17:24 because his Patriots beat Opie's Bills. I don't want to talk about it. And then they bring up some more sports-related things. I didn't even understand this. I have an F-U sports one if you want. We sure do. Yeah, go ahead, Ron. Keep going, Ron.
Starting point is 01:17:41 I have an F-U-Sports one. Keep digging. But Chip City! No. All right, here's my other refue. Ron, in all fairs, there's a joke in there somewhere. Chip City. Chip Chipperson, Jim Dorton, take a shot of Jim.
Starting point is 01:17:53 I'm looking for a joke with a microscope. Take a shot at Tony P's new friend. Somewhere in there is a joke. We'll get to it eventually. Maybe the people at home can make their own joke with the Chip City and the Chip. Tony P's new BFF. Home run, call me a home run. Hold on a second.
Starting point is 01:18:12 Oph is now outsourcing joke writing at this show? Crowdsourcing. Yeah, right. Because someone else will come up a joke for us because we have done. Cool. Oh, Jesus. Good stuff, guys. So I didn't even know what he was talking about with the Chip City or whatever
Starting point is 01:18:25 But I hope we didn't want to leave that one alone Leave it alone And so uh, Ron has some insider information as he says I have spies I'll say it again So someone said Tony P proclaim that He can jump on any fucking show Right he wants with Jim Doran he has carp launch
Starting point is 01:18:48 Right so I assume if that's the case The show he's going to want to jump on is the one at the comedy seller, where Jim Norton in two weeks is shooting a two-night special. I assume if Tony has comp launch, that's the show to jump on, bro. By the way, you know, here's some more inside information. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:11 While Tony was still doing the show, yeah. We made it very clear to Opie and me that when we would go after Jim Norton, that he didn't want any part of it, and he wanted us to say that this was coming from me and opi and not tony and we're like tony why what's up what's going on i think i have a chance at the comedy seller through jim norton and he fucking said that to us i don't understand what the reveal is here he goes i have inside information i've spies he might get the show with jim at the comedy cellar coming up okay and then
Starting point is 01:19:44 the big reveal was he once told opium he doesn't want to make fun of jim norton yeah no shit obviously he reached out to Jim and asked him to do a gig and Jim said yes. So that's already been revealed. And Ron will give his left nut to do that. Dude. This sounds like sour grapes, doesn't it? A little. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:00 Because that's all Ron wants to do. So Kevin, the quick back story on this. Opie has convinced Ron that Anthony and Jim are the bad guys. Okay. And Anthony and Jim have a new podcast. I don't know if you know that, the Anthony and Jim show. They just had Big Jay on there. I was listening.
Starting point is 01:20:15 And Ron went to go see Jim Norton at the comment. somebody's out there. And he comes back to report on it. He goes, this dude's not funny at all. I didn't understand. He's doing some character named Chip. Everyone around me is laughing hysterically, and it's not even funny. It's like, holy shit, Ron.
Starting point is 01:20:32 You're not getting that. I don't know what to tell you, man. But he declared that Jim Norton's not a good stand-up comedian. And of course, Opie's laughing up. He's like, I know. He's not that great. Unless Opie's talking about taking credit for bringing Jim out the show and discovering him. It comes up from time to time.
Starting point is 01:20:48 Yeah, he does that, too. Otherwise, he's just like, oh, Jim's not even a good stand. I'm going to told you that. It's like, everyone around you was laughing, then you're the one who's the idiot. It's very funny. I didn't understand the inside information that was going on there. I'm pretty sure Tony was hoping to get a gig with Jim.
Starting point is 01:21:04 But listen, Ron is going to do something to Tony if he doesn't perform at the comedy seller with Jim. If you don't do the comedy seller with Jim Norton, then I'm fucking calling you out as fucking bullshit. Oh, damn. you out right now. If you don't open up for Jim Morn at the comedy cellar that I'm calling straight up bullshit on you.
Starting point is 01:21:27 What does that mean? I don't know, but where could Tony go after that? Rod called bullshit out of you? Well, I guess you're out of this town. No more gigs for you. And these fucking idiots like, Obie's making his face like, woo. Eric Ferritos covered up his gross teeth. Ooh.
Starting point is 01:21:45 This show's ridiculous. It's like children. Pretending to have a show. And I'm telling you, man, I think there's some infighting going on because, you know, once one of the guys leaves, everyone's trying to jockey for position. They all want to be the next it guy on an Opie show. Are you trying to tell me there's going to be an AI version of Ron Berman on stage? I was in a lesbian for nine months. Well, no, they take jokes that are funny, Ron, so they won't really...
Starting point is 01:22:14 Oh. Oh. Was that Tony Pee? What's happen? We'll see you at the Bohemian beer hall with Tom. We obviously got the AI version of Tony P. That's right. That's the joke right there.
Starting point is 01:22:33 How does Opie still live in that apartment? It's a great question because he is not made a dime since 2018. So I don't know. I like the idea that they're all jockeying position for, you know, taking Tony P's spot. And Opie is somehow losing on his own show. Right. And Opie is explaining to them how comedy works, which is great.
Starting point is 01:22:51 That's the joke that you're supposed to say right there. I think I've been there before, man. Holy shit. I like how Ron references one of his jokes as if everyone, all of 14 people watching are supposed to know that. Yeah, right. I always did a lesbian for nine months. I'm sorry, is that from your third album? Which special could I see that joke on?
Starting point is 01:23:09 Classic run. Good stuff. So this is big news, guys. You're hearing it here first. Eric Marino is getting the big promotion on the show. Hey, actually, that reminds me. I'll be with you on Mondays. Yes.
Starting point is 01:23:24 Jesus, he even laughs like a fucking jack-o-ladron. Look at his fucking teeth. Like, it looks like Opie and then him. They look like before and after. Right.
Starting point is 01:23:37 Before the dentist, after the dentist. Oh, gosh. Jesus. Yeah. I'll be with you on Mondays now. thanks, Tony P. And all sudden, Eric Marino sucks because he replaced Tony P. I'm terrible.
Starting point is 01:23:55 No, he sucked a lot before that. Oh, yeah. This guy stigs. So stupid, Tony P. All of a sudden, Eric Marino sucks. Okay. You have zero talent is what he said. Yeah, of course.
Starting point is 01:24:04 Of course. The only guy with real credits on this thing has zero. Okay. Okay, great. Yeah, sure. The only guy with real credits, didn't Opie host the XFL pregame show? Yeah. I would love that fucking credit.
Starting point is 01:24:18 That was a big credit. That's pretty cool. So Eric Marino faces himself a comedy writer because he worked on the Ellen DeGeneres not her talk show, but the sitcom before that.
Starting point is 01:24:31 A good one. Ellen. Oh. And the Hugley's. He wrote for that. Okay. Program. I think he heated up
Starting point is 01:24:41 someone's potato on Saturday Live for a season. And Ron is bitter. Let's go another third. on me. Superchats will come faster than Tony P. when someone tells him their toilets are clogged. Oh, damn. Oh, what's
Starting point is 01:24:59 Tony P's job? He corrected me on that. Maintenance technician. Maintenance technician. I was calling him a custodian. He said, so rude. He said, Carl, it's not a custodian, maintenance technician. So this is, uh, Ron taking some shots. Oh, buzzer on table two. Plunger on table two.
Starting point is 01:25:16 By the way, since he doesn't have a platform anymore, His latest video is him with a stick chopping up a giant turd in a toilet. He posted that. That's his latest post, breaking up a turd so he can flush it. I wouldn't know. It got five lights. I haven't seen any of his stuff since.
Starting point is 01:25:39 It's groundbreaking stuff, Opie. Since he backstabbed us, I haven't seen any of his crap. Oh, Jesus. Let it go. It's wild, isn't it? It's completely ridiculous. And Opie makes it sound like he was watching Tony before that. Right.
Starting point is 01:25:55 He's dead to me, Ron. Don't even tell me what he's doing on his social media. Meanwhile, Ron is putting up clips of embalming and open mics on his social media. I'd rather watch some guy break up a big turn of the stick. Sounds funnier. I was inside a lesbian. Are we just going to gloss over Eric's plunger on table two? Plunger on Table 2? What does that mean?
Starting point is 01:26:15 He's the worst comic I've ever heard. He's so bad at this. And people have been making fun of his hair. He's got the Quaker haircut going. And by the way, everything that you say about Eric gets to him. And he proves it here by responding to it. Well, McPuffet, I'm here. The super chats aren't coming in.
Starting point is 01:26:35 So I'm just going to fucking leave. If I can say to everyone who hates the hair, I'm so sorry that I still have hair. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. Oh, God. I just have to, so sorry. Wait, they're pointing out about what you look like. like?
Starting point is 01:26:50 People don't like me. People don't like me. I have zero talent. It's really okay. Are they pointing out what you look like to defend Anthony Coomia? Literally Anthony Coombe, his whole head is fake. It doesn't. Okay.
Starting point is 01:27:00 This is great. Opie just has Jim Norton and Anthony Coombeer. Run around in the back of his head at all times. No one was talking about Anthony. It hasn't been brought up. And so Opie just starts bashing Anthony because someone made fun of Eric's hair. Boy, his skin is fake. His hair is fake.
Starting point is 01:27:17 His teeth are fake. but so you defend Anthony Coomia by making fun of what Eric Marino looks like, really? What? If you put Anthony's old skin back on his face, his old teeth, old hair. So in Opie's mind, if you make fun of Eric Marino, it means that you're a Anthony Coomia ball washer. You can't be a guy just goes, this guy stinks. Do you like Anthony? No, not really.
Starting point is 01:27:40 That person does not exist. You have to be, because Opie has created this cope for himself that Anthony's convinced the internet to not like him. he's like, Opie's like, there's no way people would watch my show and just objectively think it wasn't very good. It must be people who love Anthony and Anthony tells them to not like that.
Starting point is 01:27:59 Even though on occasion Opie himself will admit that it's not good. Yeah. Every now and then. Yeah. These guys all stink. The show sucks balls. And this Eric Marino guy, fuck, he's not needed. And I want to apologize
Starting point is 01:28:16 to Eric Marino for getting out of bed this morning because he is not needed. Eric's not needed to be right. Correct. Very correct, Opie. Not even a funny joke. Just spot out analysis. Crowbar
Starting point is 01:28:29 says, didn't Opie praise Odie P? We went to the beer garden. Now he's an unseasoned comedian. Yep, these guys all do this shit. It's so telling. If you're my friend, you're a funny guy and the best comic I ever seen.
Starting point is 01:28:42 As soon as you do something with Jim Norton who you don't like, this guy's not even funny. I never liked him. Okay. Fair enough. S7232S says, good to see you, Kevin. I loved the jokes you made mocking the lives lost on 9-11.
Starting point is 01:28:56 He just read the job. I wrote them. Can we please hear the modeling tips? Jingle for old times sake. I would love to do that. Best modeling entrepreneurial success. What is going on? Cooper commander, back in the house.
Starting point is 01:29:20 Happy to have. Such bullshit. Happy to come back on the show. All right. Let's get into lawsuit talk, but we still have Lucy. Of course, Lucy, myself, producer Chris and Kevin. We're all performing at the isotopes 25th anniversary show tonight. Three heads.
Starting point is 01:29:36 If we're in Western New York, stop by, I know a number of WTP fans who are coming down for that. And it's going to be a good one. Looking forward to seeing you guys there. This foster home video that leaked, Lucy, you've seen it. I have. Producer Chris? Yes. I'm not buying anything.
Starting point is 01:30:11 of it for a second. It was totally fake to me. Is anyone buying this? I don't think so. I got, supposedly I got an email from the kid who recorded it. So I just wrote back L.L. He's like, I'll come on your show. I'm like, okay, here.
Starting point is 01:30:27 It seemed very fake, but John's apparently working at a foster home now with orphans. That's like his job. What? Yeah. The kid who filmed it seemed to know a little bit too much about the dabover, so it just seemed ridiculous. More importantly, is a judgment was finally made in our lawsuit, our lullsuit. This was supposed to happen back in mid-July, if you remember.
Starting point is 01:30:55 And finally, on John's birthday week, the judge came out, the great Judge Janelfo, came out this decision. I have a little press release that my attorney wrote up that I'll read to you. And then the big reveal, and lose, obviously you've been following this case the whole time, doing a great job analyzing us. I'm interested in your thoughts on this. The big reveal is the note that my attorney sent to John's attorneys today, which I will read to you as well.
Starting point is 01:31:22 But this is from the press release. A New York judge has thrown out former Howard Stern Show personality, Senator John Malenda's lawsuit against podcasters, Shulie Agar and Carol Hebrger, and ordered him to cover their legal fees. The ruling is a complete win for the defense and a notable application of New York's strengthened anti-SLAPP law to podcasters and online commentators. I represent the defendants.
Starting point is 01:31:43 They are available for comment. Thoughts on that, Lucy, before I get into the lawsuit and the reason why we won. Well, I just can't say congratulations enough to you and Julie. I'm really happy. I think that this is an amazing thing for the First Amendment, and it's a really exciting way to celebrate. I think Danny has done an incredible job on this case. I know that Frog pulled tons and tons of videos, and I think Danny is hilarious. He's doing lots of hilarious stuff right now, and I can't say enough good things about him.
Starting point is 01:32:11 I'm really happy that Danny protected you guys so well. Yes. Frog and the TSN crew definitely did a great job, and we'll talk about that because that's included in this press release. It says Melinda sued Agar Hebriger in their shows, the Shulet Network, and Who Are These Podcasts, claiming they used his name, image likeness, and voice without permission,
Starting point is 01:32:29 including recordings of his phone calls. He asserted claims under New York's right of publicity statute, a common law, right of publicity, and unjust enrichment, and sought more than $800,000 in damages. And it later to his own lawyers later filed with the court. The one is offered to resolve the case if the podcast's degree to stop using his image likeness, audio, visual, and persona.
Starting point is 01:32:50 Did we ever talk about this? I don't think I was allowed to talk about this. You weren't allowed to talk about it, but I did. Oh, you did. Okay, God. Yeah. They made us an offer. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:32:59 Like, you're suing us? And you're like, okay, I'll tell you what. We'll drop the lawsuit if you guys just stopped making fun of us. Like, fuck you, asshole. That's wild. There were some public offers of that that were released within the, the original court filings, but I think...
Starting point is 01:33:14 Well, I'll tell you this. There was at one point, we got an offer that just said, well, just don't play the Kate Mini Taps anymore. And we're like, we weren't going to. That's coming gone. But we will now. Unless there's new ones. Well, then that did happen on Shulie's show after we got that offer. They went back
Starting point is 01:33:31 and revisited the tapes, just to fuck with John, which is very funny. Sticking it to him. So in other words, stop talking about me. And doing so, he inadvertently admitted that the lawsuit was only about silencing speech exactly what anti-SLap forbids. Whoopsie. So the motion to dismiss five reasons
Starting point is 01:33:47 Melinda's case failed. Antislapp, a self-described celebrity admired by tens of millions of fans, cannot claim that commentary about him and it is a private matter. Speech about public figures is protected. Which is right in that statue. It's a whole fucking paragraph
Starting point is 01:34:02 in that statue. That literally the exception is everything John is and everything this thing was. And John just kept saying like, oh, right of publicity, New York State and Red Publishman, would you just fucking read it? You're going to feel so stupid. And Aaron Imhold and all these other idiots, just like,
Starting point is 01:34:16 this seems like a good lawsuit. Again, if you don't like a person, then you side with their enemy. John's got a good lawsuit here. Does he? He didn't. And this is the proof. His own video.
Starting point is 01:34:26 But when does it publish a video saying he knew and intended that the calls would be recorded and handed to the podcasters for broadcast, the defense put it in front of the court. This is, again, Frog has everything archived, they could search it, they could find it all. And John was trying to save
Starting point is 01:34:40 face and going, oh, no, I recorded those. I fed Kate Meeney all sorts of bullshit because I knew that she would give it to shooly again. Dumb thing to say during a lawsuit. Wrong state. Monas lives in Florida. A non-New Yorker cannot sue under New York's right of publicity statute. That's a problem.
Starting point is 01:34:59 Claims that don't exist. New York has no common law rate of publicity and the statute preempts the unjust enrichment claim. So two of the things that they are. suiting us for are not even lawful. Don't exist. And then First Amendment, commentary, satire, and ridicule of a public figure are newsworthy and protected.
Starting point is 01:35:20 Lucy, thoughts on his assessment on why we won that? Yeah, I think that that's exactly correct. Again, I think that, you know, focusing, it's easy to get lost in a lot of the legal mumbo-jumbo, but of course, I don't really care about John's residency impacting where he is allowed to sue for certain things that's relatively boring. The most important part here, again, is that First Amendment stuff. This truly is, this is amazing, not just for you guys, but I really am happy that New York State, who doesn't always get it right,
Starting point is 01:35:47 actually served justice on this one. And so just congratulations again. It's great. So John had Tabor Benedict, Tabor Benedict, Tabor Benedict, he spelled it in the lawsuit, was his attorney when this thing started. Tabor seemed to take a leave. He was busy with other things. And then we had Bennett Susser show up on the case.
Starting point is 01:36:09 and Sustra actually traveled to Rochester. Lucy and I got to see him stumble into the courthouse when he came down here. It was very funny. It's a very disheveled, man. Got caught in his own jacket trying to leave. Was the bailiff had a help him out of his own jacket? It was a security guard. Also, you know, usually people show up at court with a briefcase.
Starting point is 01:36:32 He had his duffel bag. Yeah. Jesus. He was wild, man. It was quite the same. So this is the email that was sent to John's two attorneys from Danny Savellis just today. It says, counsel. Attached our notices of entry and decision slash orders, completely dismissing Melinda's complaint, denying amendment, it would be futile, and awarding mandatory costs and fees.
Starting point is 01:36:59 You will recall that at the beginning of this case last year, I cautioned you and your client several times that New York's anti-SLAPP law requires a mandatory award of costs and fees, in addition to disqual to disqualify. discretionary fees. When the plaintiff filed his opposition to our motion to dismiss, he did not even dispute that his causes of action were not viable under causes of action under New York law, essentially recognizing a year ago that he would likely be paying mandatory costs and fees. All right. So we're talking about the anti-slap stuff. John has to pay our attorney costs as well as other fees for this. So he says, kindly forward these documents to your client and explain the next steps. It would also be helpful to provide us with evidence of your client's finances with all documents supported by a sworn affidavit, like the other affidavits
Starting point is 01:37:47 he was able to submit in this case. Not like those ones. Not like those ones. Those were not those were very perjurious. Do not do it like those. I like the day takes a little dig out of for that. If you have any bad dates for scheduling the in-person damages inquest, please let me know. and I will include them in my request to the court. So what Danny is saying here is, all right, well, we're going to go to have a hearing to talk about how much money John knows us. And I'd like John to be there for it. Why have to Rochester, asshole?
Starting point is 01:38:18 And let's talk about it. So very funny that this is getting forwarded to John. I bet he's having a bad day. Is it? Well, good point. Why would either of these guys do anything? Which brings me to this question, Lucy, is it possible that John will sue Taber for malpractice.
Starting point is 01:38:38 I mean, I've made a lot of commentary about this. I think that he probably has a case for at least some of the things related to the work that his two attorneys have done on this. Yes. Especially because Taber just disappeared. He just ghosted him. Without ever putting in a notice of the court that he's no longer representing Johnny, he just stopped responding.
Starting point is 01:39:00 Well, he was going to Europe. Okay, jail. No, no, I'm talking about the first time. that he went to Europe. Right. That's true. So, oh,
Starting point is 01:39:09 that's interesting. You know, Lucy, I think that we all predicted this would be the outcome of this, took a little longer than we hoped, but whatever.
Starting point is 01:39:17 It's all good. And there's something. There's another wrinkle to this. There's something else that even I kind of forgot about when we were at Hackamania in Vegas. I was sitting next to Mr. Coomia, and he was talking about what he was going to do
Starting point is 01:39:31 once this lawsuit was settled. And he'd brought up a few times on his shows, and stuff. So he was on Shulie last night. And unfortunately, I was busy rehearsing with the ice stuff. I would have been there. But Cardiff is on and Anthony hops on. And this is a big announcement from...
Starting point is 01:39:46 I actually, I got to get going while you're pulling this up. Okay. Lucy, thank you so much for joining us. We'll see you at the three heads tonight. Yeah. I just want to say again, congratulations. I'm super excited about this Coomia stuff. And thank you guys all for supporting me.
Starting point is 01:40:00 Once over with Kaylee, C-A-Y-L-E-Y is where you can go to check out Lucy. and Oliver coverage of the lullsuit. All right. Let's see what Anthony has to say. Lendes, once again, loses. Amazing. And, you know, it's just the beginning because the, he ruled on the anti-SLAP as well.
Starting point is 01:40:24 So, yeah, somebody got smacked around. And now damages, lawyer fees. The fund begins. Where were you, Justice Department? Now, a lot of people in the chat have been asking all night if you are going to, one guy said, Aunt, you could do the funniest thing ever this week and file a lawsuit against John. I'm not asking for your strategy here, but I got to throw out the question, is that still on the table? Well, I have been waiting for this moment.
Starting point is 01:41:04 finally, like we were supposed to get something during the summer. That's when they said they put a time limit on it. It was supposed to be, I think June, sometime in June that this decision was going to be made. But I am going to say right now, because of this decision, I will be going forward with my defamation suit against stuttering John Melendez. Boom! Boom! Boom! Wait, is it like when the doctor's cell
Starting point is 01:41:36 tells you it's negative, that it's a bad thing? Forward means forward, right? Yeah, yeah. Oh, I'm sorry. You're positive for HIV. What? No, I mean, you're positive that
Starting point is 01:41:47 the cells that showed up isn't HIV. Yes, yes. Wow. But in this case, when I say fuck stuttering, John, I will be moving forward with the defamation case.
Starting point is 01:42:00 it means I will be moving forward with it. Okay. I just want to be clear. I just want to be clear. Yes. Wow. Can I recommend an attorney for you by the name of Danny Savalos? He's pretty goddamn good.
Starting point is 01:42:13 Uh, what, what, what has this guy done? Is he proven himself? I love potatoes and ants. Yes. They're all here.
Starting point is 01:42:25 All right. So, uh, it is official. John has, uh, got more legal. trouble coming his way. Of course, he's actively being sued by Shulie and the gang for the frivolous
Starting point is 01:42:36 DMCA strikes and takedowns of Shulie's show and channel. And so now he's got Anthony with a defamation suit. Fucking hilarious. It would be interesting to see what happens with that. The pictures that have come out of John, they don't even look real. I don't know. I don't know what to think about this whole thing. Yeah. I was dubious. There's a lot of details that don't add up. Right. However, it doesn't stop me from being entertained by it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:43:07 Oh, I mean, sure. Watch the video. It's up on some YouTube channel. It's up on Twitter and stuff like that. Was VTL the one who recommended TABber to Stuttering John? Probably? I don't know. I don't know what actually happened.
Starting point is 01:43:23 I heard Bob Levy called up VTL on his show yesterday. I got a call from Bob Levy yesterday, but I was not able to answer it. I'm sure it was going to be the same kind of thing. But I wanted to break the news to the WTP fans here on WATP. So that's why we saw. Oh, I'm sorry. I missed this crowbar.
Starting point is 01:43:40 Oh, yeah, hi, Lucy. I'll let her know. Crowbar says hi. All right, let's check out what's happening in the Internet news, and then we'll get out of here. Internet News with Jen from the Jail's Department. From Spotify, some guy in New Hampshire writes, cue the Sarah McLoughlin music with images of Ray and Chad,
Starting point is 01:43:58 sitting on a dirt road, looking sad and hungry, and holding a broken microphone. Christopher Haskins asks, do these comedians use the same script? If I hear about rent, gas, and food one more time. From Facebook, Brett Purdy reports, Ron the Lap Dog Berman continues his humorless attack on Tony P. Craig Reiker notes, Ronnie Babes is a little jealous that Tony opened up for Jimmy. I mean, it's no beer garden residency, but come on. Kurt Wellhousen opines.
Starting point is 01:44:25 Ron actually thinks latching on to Opie is going to take in places. He is as delusional as Opie. And who's that other buffoon, Doug Marinera? He makes Tom Myers look legit. Frank Rizzo points out, Ron really thinks that Opie's going to make a comeback and take him with him. Brian Walker chimes in with, Ron should concentrate more on paying his share of the rent and not focus on Tony. Ron is a failure in life. Remember, he owes his roommate back rent.
Starting point is 01:44:48 Fuck Ron. Chris Thomas takes it even further with. Ron has literally no talent whatsoever. He has no business critiquing any other person on this earth. From Reddit, we find an abundance of contributors, in on Fostergate. Indy's short spit advises, just go work at Home Depot or something, John. Nobody Googles the guy ringing them out. Inevitable age is making sense. They should know him as Mr. Melendez, and that's it. They don't need to know his family, career history, or his politics.
Starting point is 01:45:13 He brought the dabalverse to the job. This is on him. Blaze makes a strong point. How could you look at John and then hire him? Fire the house management too. Hudson Margera predicts, he's going to use this as an excuse to restart his show again. See, I tried to ignore the dabalverse and they went after my job. I need to make money so the Duke is back. Speedbird 14 noticed, this guy can't stop stepping on rakes. Unbelievable. Alex Neathes reminds us, good thing John is a multi-millionaire and was just doing this for the love of the kids. Probably wasn't even taking a salary. Obi-Wan riffs, have fun in your orphanage prison. And from YouTube, the Kiki Peach breaks it down perfectly. Jerry doesn't want to help anyone. He wants a mommy to come save him. Someone to leech off of.
Starting point is 01:45:58 narcissist, but because he's a dork, people overlook it. Rock Guitarist submits, J.B. is evil. Many dismiss him because of his aw, shucks intellect, but he will stop on anyone to get ahead. Candlestick TV is into the whole brevity thing. Jerry is a bum. The end. And Sweedge plays us out with, I tried to stick with this channel, but when you praise Caleb Hammer, I have to draw the line. Nice knowing you guys. Oh, no. We lost another viewer. Oh, because of Caleb Hammer. Yeah, I knew what happened.
Starting point is 01:46:28 Kevin, thank you so much for stopping by, my friend. Thank you for having me, yeah. Very fun to have you in studio and be a part of the WTP. Once again, producer Chris. I was here. He was here. I witnessed it. And thanks again to Lucy Tightbox for swinging by in a very busy day.
Starting point is 01:46:43 I know the go-go dancers have a lot of stuff going on on show days. So I appreciate her pulling some clips and swinging by. And with that, I got to go, bye. I got to go. I got to go. I got to go. I gotta go. Okay, bye.
Starting point is 01:47:03 That was a great episode. That was really great. All right. Ready to roll the credits? Yep. All right, guys. Bye. Until next time.
Starting point is 01:47:10 Bye. All right, everybody. This was a great podcast. It was very revealing. Okay, folks. Guess what? The episode's over. This is it.
Starting point is 01:47:25 It's over. Okay. Goodbye. Goodbye. Hey, goodbye. Man, that was a good episode. That was a good episode.
Starting point is 01:47:35 I enjoyed that. Okay, bye. Now everybody shut up and dance. You know, who are these podcasts?
