Who Are These Podcasts? - Ep94 - Twisted Philly

Episode Date: February 11, 2018

We were thrown a curve ball this week. Rather than the usual show format, I had a conversation with Deana Marie, the host of Twisted Philly. I was mainly interested in her obsession with negative revi...ews. I'm not saying everyone should be like us and read each of their one-star reviews on the show, but if you're going to put yourself out there you should learn how to deal with criticism in a healthy way (hint: offering a bounty for someone's identity may not be healthy). I think you'll find this conversation compelling. If not, I'm sure you'll let me know how shitty this one was... fucking Twitter. Starting point is 00:00:00 It's show time. Well, we had an interesting week this week on WATP. We're going to have a very different style show. Last week, we teased the Twisted Filly podcast that we'd be reviewing and the host, Dean and Marie caught wind that we'd be reviewing her show, reached out to us directly and was interested in having a chat.
Starting point is 00:00:23 We decided to rather than review her show, have a discussion with her, find out more about her obsession with these negative reviewers. And I'm going to go ahead and air that conversation on edited, except for the fact that for some reason my equipment just started shooting the bad halfway through. So I tried to clean it up a little bit, but yeah, you'll notice that for some reason it just starts to sound like garbage and it's on my end, which makes it zero sense. Her Skype sounds crystal clear like she was in the room. Either way, I think this was a pretty compelling conversation. One that you'll enjoy and we'll definitely be back at it with a regular WATP next week.
Starting point is 00:01:07 Hello. Dean Amari. Hi. Hi, how's it going? It's going okay, how are you? I'm doing well. Thanks so much for calling in. Nice to talk to you. Well, thanks for giving me the opportunity to call in. I wasn you? I am doing well. Thanks so much for calling in nice to talk to you
Starting point is 00:01:29 Well, thanks for giving me the opportunity to call in I wasn't sure how you would respond Oh definitely so I do want to let you know I'm recording our conversation right now if I put anything out it'll be unadded Okay, completely so Let me I'm looking forward to having a fun conversation with you, but let me just set up why we're talking right now I'm looking forward to having a fun conversation with you, but let me just set up why we're talking right now. So on my show, we always tease the podcast. We'll be reviewing next week. And last week, we tease we'd be doing Twisted Philly, which you are the host of.
Starting point is 00:01:56 And so we got a note, heard you reviewing my show and you said, hello, I would like to give you the chance to interview me if you're interested in learning more about me and or my show I do not give you permission to re-broadcast my content, but I'm willing to speak with you about my content Your co-host from last week alert some of my listeners. You're planning on tearing me apart their words not mine It would be nice to have the opportunity to represent myself. Thanks Dena Marie. So so Dena I I appreciate you you're writing in and getting ahead of this.
Starting point is 00:02:28 Well, like I said, I appreciate your willingness to chat and you know, if you, I realize you don't need my permission, but I always think it's nice to ask. So if you ask permission, I would certainly give it, but technically, you don't need my permission. I know that. Very cool. I told you I understand. So I did listen to episode 64, Punxitani Phil. I will tell you, that's the only show I've listened to. I know it's one of your shorter ones. It is. I will tell you that it's very well produced,
Starting point is 00:02:56 very much more professional sounding than my show will ever be. Lots of post-production. You do a very nice job. Do you want to talk about your show at all? Well, that was unexpected. Sure. So Twisted Philly is a show about mischief, mayhem, murder, and the macabre all from Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. It's really just the stories that I want to tell. So it's a mix of history and
Starting point is 00:03:18 tourism, some true crimes, some paranormal, basically what strikes my fancy is what gets on the mic. And how long have you been doing the show for? I've been doing the show for almost a year and a half. Okay, so that's about the same as us over here at WATP. Seems like you have a really good following. There's a ton of reviews for you on iTunes. Seems like the show is pretty successful.
Starting point is 00:03:42 I'm lucky that there are people who like listening to what I want to talk about. So I'm incredibly grateful. The folks that like it really like it and the folks that don't like it super hate it. So you know, if people look at my world, fall into one category or another. And to be honest, I wasn't surprised when I got the heads up
Starting point is 00:04:04 from a listener because I figured after a few tweets, I put out about an episode of yours that I was, you know, pretty disappointed in. I figured at some point, you guys were going to come for me. So, well, I'll tell you this. You are not in my radar at all. I'm not going out there looking for shows to bash. We do get suggestions from listeners.
Starting point is 00:04:24 We also get a from listeners. We also get a lot of people who want us to review their shows. We have a whole backlog of people who say, please review our show, which is great because usually people aren't too but hurt about it because they know what's coming. But so let me just read you the note that we got that came in from somebody who says, shows that need the WATP treatment. And this person says, Twisted Philly and podcast we listen to, they cannot stand bad reviews. In fact, the host of twisted Philly is offering $100
Starting point is 00:04:51 just for the identity of someone who left her show with me. Oh, I know where this came from. I'm sorry, didn't we interrupt, go ahead. No, that's okay, that's okay, it's a short note. And then he says, that doesn't sound unethical, scary or fucking crazy at all. Just two bad shows surrounded by Yasman, both of which are just trash. Check them out, I'm sure you will agree. ethical, scary, or fucking crazy at all. Just two bad shows surrounded by Yasman,
Starting point is 00:05:05 both of which are just trash. Check them out, I'm sure you will agree. And he did put a screen grab of an update that you put out. I'm assuming that this is in the podcast we love Facebook group. No, it's not. The podcast we listen to, I should say. No, it was actually in my private podcast discussion group that is closed and invitation only.
Starting point is 00:05:27 Okay. So let me just read this real quick because I do want to talk to you about this. It says, no joke, $100 to whomever finds out who misginder 58 is on iTunes. Don't post it here. Don't make it public. I don't plan on making it public either. Just let me know privately via DM or email. I'm tired of this woman personally attacking people and someone needs this top her disgusting,
Starting point is 00:05:48 bullying via iTunes. It's obvious she doesn't listen to the show as she reviews. She's just out to rip people apart. Again, this is not a joke. You can take $100 cash or the equivalent in twisted Philly merch. So I want to ask you, did you find out the identity of this Miss Ginger 58? Well, there are a number of hosts who felt they knew who it was. And my intent truly was to have a conversation with someone. And when I get off the mic, I'm happy to share screenshots with you of the person with whom I spoke. So my issue with this woman, you know, like I said, people either really love my
Starting point is 00:06:23 show or they really hate it. Yeah. woman, you know, like I said, people either really love my show or they really hate it. And I personally listen to shows, some I find really enjoyable and some I don't, you know, I don't expect everybody to like my show. They're, they'd be bullshit, right? Of course. My issue was this woman went after my child. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:06:40 And I did read her review. She said that you talk about your kid a lot. She talked about how you make it about you. She was, that was her biggest gripe. I don't think she said anything about your child, specifically just that you bring her up. Bray, mentioning, you know, here's the thing. Mentioning my kid, it is an issue for me.
Starting point is 00:06:57 I'm not going to lie straight up. You know, part of it goes back to the fact that she was not alive when she was born. And so I tend to get a little over the top when I feel that someone's, you know, coming from my kid. So she left that review back in the fall, didn't do anything with it, didn't say anything about it. In January, whoever this person is went back and edited her review, which I didn't realize was a thing. I didn't know that either. Yeah, I just saw it as a January, okay.'t realize was a thing. I didn't know that either. Yeah, I just saw it as a January, okay.
Starting point is 00:07:27 So it's a thing. She edited her review to include an attack on the host of PWLT who happens to be my fiance. Okay. And so I guess my issue isn't with people who take issue with me. I have a real strong sense of loyalty to those who are important to
Starting point is 00:07:45 me. And, you know, I look at just really rotten things that this person says about so many hosts that I care about and it's not so much about the show. So I really wanted to have a conversation with her. And so your goal of getting her identity was you wanted to have a one-to-one. Yeah. I want to send her a note and say, here's who I am, here's why I'm reaching out to you, I would like to have a conversation with you if you're open to it.
Starting point is 00:08:12 And so there was a particular... I got to tell you, you're getting into dangerous territory with yourself there. Oh, I... Don't you think? I mean, isn't it better just to leave that alone? Probably. Okay. And to be honest with you, when I made that post in the group,
Starting point is 00:08:27 a dear friend of mine, who's also a host, who's also a group member, said somebody's taking this and they're going to try to hurt you with it. And I said, well, I was a little surprised because I figured people that were in the closed discussion group about the show were there because they liked the show, liked me, but, you know, I get it, it rubs somebody the wrong way. So, so I actually had a conversation with someone
Starting point is 00:08:53 who many hosts believe is this person. I don't think it is, but what I said was, this is who I am, this is why I'm reaching out. I respect the fact that you may not enjoy my style or my show, but I'm just really concerned why things have to get so personal. And that's really what I wanted to do. And for the listeners, yeah, I threw out there,
Starting point is 00:09:15 I'll give you a hundred bucks if you can figure out who it is. I mean, that does seem a little scary. Because I thought it was funny. Okay, well, it's for a joke that I'm all for, because that's what we're all about here. I thought it was funny. I will tell you. Yeah, of course. You share things that you think are funny and it doesn't land the way you expected to land. This is true all the time. So I did do a little research on this Miss Ginger 58 because, you know, based on your post and another post that was from your fiance, I believe, who also had a comment about her.
Starting point is 00:09:51 It seemed like she's just a troll going out there giving everyone negative reviews. She reviews a ton of podcasts. I don't know what this person is doing with their life, but I will tell you that there's a balance. There's a lot of podcasts that she gives raving five star reviews to and probably more that she gives very negative one star reviews to. It's not that she's just going on there and shitting on people.
Starting point is 00:10:14 I think that they're, I think she's trying to be honest about what she thinks about these shows. Maybe I didn't scroll through enough of her reviews to see the good ones. There's a ton of them. Holy crap. I will tell you that as a rule for myself, I've never given a one star review to any podcast. I don't know why anybody would.
Starting point is 00:10:33 I don't think it helps anything. Obviously, WOTP is the king of one star reviews. I think we have more than anyone. It's not something that I go out and try. That is kind of a trolley thing to do, right? Because you're trying to get it so that people don't even check out your show to begin with. You're trying to turn them off at the very beginning.
Starting point is 00:10:52 And so I do think that that's not a great thing to do. But the worst thing you can do is probably engage at those people because the fact that you're concerned about this person and then you wanted to bring it up to them, that's the whole reason why we're even talking. Just by engaging with that and entering into that world, you're probably bringing on more grief for yourself than you would have had otherwise. No, I totally respect what you're saying.
Starting point is 00:11:16 Totally respect what you're saying. I have an incredible sense of loyalty to the people that are important to me, which is also where I thought this came from was, you know, some tweets that I shared because I was, I'll be honest, I don't, I didn't know of your show until you reviewed vanished. Gotcha. And, you know, I'm seeing a fellow Philly podcaster, I know the host of the Vanished podcast. So, I'm sorry about that real quick,
Starting point is 00:11:45 because that's an interesting one. The Vanished Podcast, the review that we did, somebody put it in this closed Facebook group, the podcast we listened to Facebook group. And because of that, we got a ton of one-star reviews. We are now up to 83, count them 83. One-star reviews. Compared to your 17, by the way. So you think you get some hate. We are now up to 83 count him 83 one set reviews Compared to your 17 by the way So you know you think you get some hate where we're definitely the kings
Starting point is 00:12:10 But I thought it was interesting and I don't know who posted this or why they posted it But this whole idea that you know our show is not for most people our show is for a small niche audience that likes this kind of thing And to a word people that're going to be outraged by some content that exists on the internet is such a waste of time. There's so much outrageous content everywhere. If you seek it out just to be outraged by it, what are you doing? You're spinning your wheels.
Starting point is 00:12:37 That makes zero sense to me. I mean, it may not make sense to you, but when a fellow podcaster reached out to me and said, this show really, really hurt Marissa. Yeah. I wanted to listen. She's someone I care about. She's someone I respect immensely.
Starting point is 00:12:55 But by posting it there, we had more people than hear that because our show's out of big show. I don't know. Yeah, I didn't post it there. I didn't do it. So more people heard it, which is going to be worse for Marissa. And I actually had a bunch of people who said, hey, I got turned on by this because people are saying you guys are assholes. And now I'm a fan of the show. And I was, you actually
Starting point is 00:13:13 got us more listeners by posting it there. It's just, it's not a good idea. If you see something on the internet, you don't like just leave it alone. There's a ton of bad shit on the internet. See, I, I am of a different opinion. And I, I different opinion. And I totally understand where you're coming from. And I know that is a large majority. I'm a bit more of the opinion that if I see something that is offensive, I want to stand up and say something about it. And I want to make sure that people have an opportunity to either respond to it or share why they think that way.
Starting point is 00:13:42 But I have a hard time just to leave things alone that I will tell you that that approach to life, you will never get anywhere because the internet is a black hole. Well, it's not, it's not just the internet. It's, I mean, to me, it's, you know, I live in Philadelphia, right? Sure. Philadelphia. By the way, congratulations to the Eagles. Thank you very much.
Starting point is 00:14:03 The parade was amazing. That was an awesome game. I live in Philadelphia. It's a very culturally diverse city. It's a city where you would think that there wouldn't be issues with racism, but there are. And when I see it and when I hear it, I insert myself in that. I want to try to educate somebody or I want to try to stop somebody from being a dick. dick. So it's not necessarily, I'm going to go down a rabbit hole on the internet. I have a
Starting point is 00:14:31 very, you know, I have a hard time being silent when I feel that an injustice is occurring, whether it be somebody attacking a friend of mine on the internet or two girls, I mean, here's an example, a couple months ago, two girls got into a fender bender with somebody and it was an older gentleman. He happened to be white. They happened to be African-American. And he started screaming at them, telling them, what do you see what happens to you in the police show up?
Starting point is 00:14:55 You saw what happened in Ferguson. No, jeez. As I was walking to the parking garage, so I stopped. And I said, guess what? Call the police. I'm going to stay and wait until they get here. Because I don't like the way you're speaking to these ladies.
Starting point is 00:15:06 I don't like what you're insinuating to these young ladies. So I'm that that part of that may be the filly in me, but it's also if I feel there's an injustice, whether, you know, somebody else has a justification for it or not, I'm, I'm going to say something. So Dean and Marie, I respect that. And I'll tell you what I think the difference is here. What you're describing is real life. It's a real thing that's happening to people
Starting point is 00:15:30 that's affecting their lives. What we're doing on WATP or as someone is posting on a subreddit or posting on an iTunes page is not real life. It doesn't affect anyone in real life unless you wet it affect you. It's just out there and it will never stop. It will never end.
Starting point is 00:15:47 I would implore you to continue to fight those battles in your real life and to stay away from it on the internet because it's just it's going to never end for you. I mean, we've been picked up by subreddits for Rovers Morning Glory and Adam Kroll, a show the Dixho, Comtown. We get bashed on these sub-runs. They crush us. If I went out there trying to respond to every single one, I wouldn't have time to make a show anymore.
Starting point is 00:16:10 And I don't go on Reddit. I don't even. Good for you, don't even. Smart. It's a place I don't even want to begin to enter. And like you said, I don't have only one negative review. You know, I had somebody comment on another website the other day about podcast saying, hey, I gave Twisted Philly a shot
Starting point is 00:16:25 And it was really boring. My response was at least you gave it a shot. Thanks, right? Right totally cool. So I don't give a shit if somebody's on Reddit saying Dina Marisa a bitch with a nasty Naazily voice and I hate her fucking show I think you get a son about that. I think you what? I might not enjoy it, but I'm not going to go down a rabbit hole in that. My issue is seeing other people and you may say it's not real life, but for some people when they're on the receiving end of that, it's really hurtful. It can be really hurtful.
Starting point is 00:17:02 But if a tree falls in the woods and no one's there to hear it, you know, the only reason why it exists is because they're reacting to it. Our show for people who listen to the vanish doesn't exist until all of a sudden the vanished says something about it. And now all of a sudden people are hearing about it. The best thing you can do if you do not like WATP because I don't engage with people. I don't go on their websites or subreddits or anything. I'm not trying to put it out there.
Starting point is 00:17:30 The best thing you can do is ignore it and keep moving. Nothing will happen. You're going to be fine. I'm not trying to get you to change your format, right? I mean, it's your show. You're going to do exactly what you wish to do. And that's your choice. And that's your choice. And that's your right. I think what happens though is
Starting point is 00:17:47 when you make a joke about somebody who has a developmental or mental disability, being appealing, it presents you in a way that's almost like you're the sort of dude that would you in a way that's almost like you're the sort of dude that would seek out someone. Yeah. That disability would be easy to take advantage of. And I appreciate that. I know you. I don't know you personally, but I'm sure that's not the kind of guy you are. Of course.
Starting point is 00:18:16 Right. Well, you it's funny because you said you made a joke. You just said that you made a joke. And then you said that makes a seem like you would do this. Well, if I did, it's a joke, then you understand it's a joke. That's outrageous. That's the point. It's, I, to me, it's not outrageous. It's like, okay, do you realize you just sound courageous? Do you realize you just sounded rapy?
Starting point is 00:18:35 Yeah. Well, that's, that's the whole point. That's why it's a joke because it's so outrageous. No one would think that way. I think it's a difference in styles, right? Like to me, jokes about being rapey are never funny. They weren't funny when I was a kid. I mean, it's not just the social justice world we live in. I'm behind that. I'm a thousand percent behind that. So I'm calling it a joke because I'm confident
Starting point is 00:18:58 that's how you intended it. Even though I don't know you, right? I'm hopeful. Give me the benefit of the doubt of that one. Thank you. So I'm hopeful that's how you intended it. Yes, even though I don't know you. Right. I'm hopeful. Give me the benefit of that one. Thank you. So I'm hopeful. That's how you intended it. Yeah. But I think what happens is when people hear that, it's just so shocking and so offensive. And for me, now, now, you know, in fairness, I listened to pieces of that show, right? So I'm not someone who really can make a fair assessment about you or your
Starting point is 00:19:23 show because I haven't, I haven't listened enough. Okay. But I got a feeling like, okay, these guys are fans of Stern. These guys are influenced by Stern. Sure. I loved Stern back in the day. Like in 93, when he came to Philly and did a flip and funeral on written house square in front of the building where Debella worked and was dressed as the Pope and had a fake Debeabody in the casket. Like I loved Stern. Okay. But for me, even when he was being that like harsh, ridiculous, outrageously offensive, he would kind of come back around with something a bit more substantial that made sense. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:58 And maybe if you heard our show in the full context of the show, you would know that we're not for raping mentally handicapped people. Are you still there? Yeah. So that's what kind of stuck out for me, but obviously I don't listen on a regular basis. So I'm taking a particular episode out of context of the entire catalog that you have. You know, I'm, look, if you, there's things you don't like about Twisted Filly, I, I truly genuinely am okay with that.
Starting point is 00:20:27 I'm still going to do the episodes the way I want to do them. I get people that'll be like, I hate your intro. I hate that cheesy intro you have. And it's too loud. And I hate it. And I think you should get a new intro. That's cool. Can I give you one thing?
Starting point is 00:20:40 Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing?
Starting point is 00:20:48 Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? Can I give you one thing? I will never change that cheesy intro, but I respect that people really don't like it. So, Dean and Marie, I'm not going to review your show. We're not trying to be confrontational. You come out and ask to talk about this, which is fine. You know, I'm not going to make a habit of this with other hosts, but this is fine. I'm not going to review your show,
Starting point is 00:20:59 because I'm not trying to go out there and be vicious to people. We're just trying to entertain our audience. But I will tell you, if we had reviewed your show, this is one thing I would have said, we listen to a lot of these types of shows. It sounds like someone reading a wiki pdf page to me. So you've obviously done your research and you know what happened in the story. And which is fine. But you know what I'm saying? It's just kind of like, okay, I could, if I wanted that information, I could have read that myself. I don't script. So I'm disappointed to hear that it sounds like I'm reading from Wikipedia.
Starting point is 00:21:32 But yeah, I mean, really any, you know, in that any episode I share, you could, you're not going to find everything I talk about. But sure, if you're interested in Gary Hydenick, you could scour the internet for a couple of days or a couple of months, and you could probably find every single solitary piece of information that I researched to share information about Gary Hydenick. So you're not reading a script. You just have notes and then you're using it to tell them. I use an extensive outline because I tend to mess updates. So that's absolutely something I need to keep track of. But I do heavy notes
Starting point is 00:22:05 and outlines, but I don't read from a script. But I get it. If it sounds that way to you, that's it sounds that way to you. Can I play you a clip that I enjoy from your show? Yes. Groundhogs were killed for their meat. Ew. So that, that, you, ew, I've I sewed. I like that a lot. I might use that if it I have your permission. I might use that on future shows. I hear it. You know what you know I don't have I don't have this set up to go through. I apologize. That's all right. You'll hear it if you ever go back and listen to our conversation. I apologize. It was the ground hogs were killed for their meat. You I know isn't that disgusting? I just like the way you said it. I didn't, yeah, that is something I learned doing research. I did not know the groundhogs were killed for their meat.
Starting point is 00:22:49 That's good stuff. Deena, I want to give you an opportunity to plug the pattern love convention, if you'd like to. Really? Yeah. Well, thanks. So, pattern love is an offshoot of the podcast we listened to Facebook group.
Starting point is 00:23:06 And, you know, at a point earlier last year, the group looked around and said, we're big enough to do our own convention. And so, that's what it is. It's a podcast convention for listeners. It's in August, this year, August 10th, 11th, and 12th at the Intercontinental Hotel in New Orleans. There is a huge mix of all different type of shows. There's audio dramas and history and paranormal, fitness, relationships and sex, some true
Starting point is 00:23:31 crime. If you go to www.pottern.love, you can find out tickets, information about tickets. There's a special link to book your hotel reservations at a significantly discounted rate and everything you need to know about the event. Well, for podcast fanatics, I think that will be a veryed rate and everything you need to know about the event. Well, for podcast fanatics, I think that will be a very fun time and it's hard to not have fun down in New Orleans. So good stuff.
Starting point is 00:23:54 I just want to leave you unless there's anything else you want to talk about, I want to leave you with you. No, I figured, you know, if you were if you were reviewing the show since somebody got ahead of you and came to me and you know they were pretty it's somebody who knows Doug I guess one of your co-hosts, occasional co-hosts. Well it's fun Doug I only met because I reviewed his show and that he became you know a co-host a couple of times so he had a good sense of humor about it.
Starting point is 00:24:22 Yeah so he he reached out to some folks that were in my, um, just my podcast discussion group and they were posting like crazy. They're gonna, you know, they're gonna review you and it's gonna be horrible. And these guys are so mean and and that's when I sent you the email. I was like, look, man, if you, there's anything you want to know, just, let's just talk. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, really the thing I would tell you is those who mind don't matter those who matter don't mind you gotta just there's gonna be haters out there I would just tell you and poor you just ignore it you have so many you have 304 five
Starting point is 00:24:57 star reviews the way more people like your show than dislike it I would focus all of your energy on the positive and not worried about the detractors. Yeah now I'm with you. I'm with it. I would focus all of your energy on the positive and not worry about the detractors. Yeah, I know. I'm with you. I'm with you. I only feel like I can say that because we're the most negatively reviewed show on the internet. So I have some, I don't know, I think I have some saying in that. All right, so I have a suggestion for a future episode of your show. Okay. Are you familiar with the Eagles fan who ate horse shit? There's a video that's out there. Oh, sweet Jesus. Somebody posted about that last week.
Starting point is 00:25:33 Oh, sweet. So yeah, like in the pandemonium, this huge celebration, this guy's put out the spot, he eats horse shit. If you could do an entire show on that, I would love to listen to it. I don't think I could do an entire show on that. I think that would be like a mini bonus episode. Okay. Do I have to be a picture of something? There might be something you want to listen to. So it was a live show I did in October with another host. And at the towards the end of that
Starting point is 00:26:01 episode, I tell a story about a guy that was called the Swiss Cheese Fucker. Oh, okay. So if a fan eating horse shit is something that, you know, might appeal as an episode, you'd probably enjoy listening about the Swiss Cheese Fucker. All right, Swiss Cheese Fucker will definitely check that out. There you go. Well, Dean and Maria, again, thanks so much for your time
Starting point is 00:26:22 and for some of the time. Thank you. I appreciate having the opportunity to talk a bit and I appreciate listening to what you had to say today as well. So thank you very much. All the best of twisted Philly, we wish you many more years of success. Yeah, thanks you too. Just be a little nicer.
Starting point is 00:26:38 All right, peace of love. Bye-bye. All right, so there you have it. And now that that conversation's over, you know what that means. It's time for... Long chance. That's right, we'll be back next week with a brand new episode. No more of this Kumbai-Aid nonsense. We'll be back next week with a brand new episode. No more of this Kumbai I nonsense.
Starting point is 00:27:05 We'll be back to bashing shitty shows. And here's what we'll be listening to next week. This is their plan, people. These are demons. Just like the Bible says, it's basically an intergalactic invasion into this space through people. I'm telling you, it's what all the ancient said,
Starting point is 00:27:21 it's what they warned of, it's what we're dealing with. They're demons. They're freaking interdimensional invaders, okay? I'll just say it. Make fun of me. All you want on CNN or ever, but everyone already And italy knows this. These people are not freaking humans. Okay. Hillary Clinton is a goddamn demon. That's right. We are going to be listening to and reviewing the Alex Jones show. we are going to be listening to and reviewing the Alex Jones show. Kroge is going to be joining us next week.
Starting point is 00:27:51 I have a feeling there will be some rage going on as we listen to the highly entertaining, always provocative Alex Jones, no specific episode per say, probably listen to some recent shows and pull some fun clips from the past. But this should be a fun one to rage on, checking out Alex Jones. So please, we ask you to join us again next week because it might be the episode where we find out once and for all. Who are these podcasts? Sleep well, everypony. Show these gold right now I'm not a fan of the game. I'm not a fan of the game.
Starting point is 00:28:52 I'm not a fan of the game. I'm not a fan of the game. I'm not a fan of the game. I don't know. I don't get it. Makes no sense.
