Who Are These Podcasts? - Joe Cronin Show, Jerry Banfield, Opie vs. Anthony, Zman

Episode Date: August 17, 2026

Joe Cronin hosts a wrestling show that perhaps at one time was popular. That’s definitely not the case anymore. He seems to hate it. The specific episode we chose to review is a definite red flag. H...e probably needs someone who loves him (or just kinda likes him) to step in and help.  Jim from Jim and Them had an amazing accomplishment recently. He and his cohost were able to infiltrate (purchase tickets for) Corey Feldman’s 55th birthday party. Corey’s band performed (of course). Jerry Banfield continues to struggle with his current existence. He LOVES dating girls but he also wants to settle down and have children ASAP. People try to help him but he refuses all common sense advice because, this just in, he might be crazy. Howard Stern’s band The Losers played King Crimson. Chad Zumock bails on a debate with Rocco about the business of stand up comedy and makes up a horrible excuse for it. He scared! Anthony Cumia slaps back at Ron the Waiter after Ron’s horrible impression of Ant and Ron’s uneducated assessment of the Anthony and Jim Show. Ron is so out of his league it’s hilarious. Anthony took a lie detector on Legion of Skanks and it turned into an “Opie sucks” chant from the audience. Opie’s FU Friday episode is full of unfunny references for 40 years ago that are both lazy and depressing. We finish with your voicemails. Starting point is 00:00:18 Welcome, everyone. Welcome to another great show where we talk about poop, different colors of skin, different flavors of poop. And of course, gay sex. I'm Fat Carl and you're listening to Fat Carl in the morning. Black producer Chris isn't here today because he's a lazy N-word. So if you're looking for him because he owes you $20, I suggest you find the nearest fried chicken joint or perhaps in front of your local gas station. Now I'd like to introduce a guest I have been wanting to interview for a very long time, a man who needs very little introduction, actor, singer, writer, exposure of Hollywood. with pedophiles. Mr. Corey Feldman. Corey, welcome to Fat Carl in the morning. Thank you for coming. Let's chew the shit, Corey. Chew the shit. Oh, you mean the part where you interview me and I talk over you? No. I mean, let's eat some actual poop, Corey. I brought some from home. Are you a log guy, or are you more of a rabid shit guy? I have both. I'm actually a log guy. That's great. So am I. Now, Corey, I'm known for my tough questions and I have a doozy for you. Have you ever been forced to eat another man's shit straight out of his butt while you? calls you the N-word.
Starting point is 00:01:20 I don't believe I have. Well, I have some bad news for you. That's it for today's show. Join me next time for some racism and poop talk. I told them, and the strongest of words, to just do it. You see, this is a, we just do it kind of show. Episode number seven. Are you a boner guy?
Starting point is 00:01:41 Oh, I was a boner guy. You know what? I missed penis. What are you talking about? I'm the one who should apologize. Is it going to be absolutely riveting? Is it going to change your life by any stretch? Probably not, but it's going to be at least entertaining, okay?
Starting point is 00:01:56 By the way, for those people that are in the back, remember to shut the fuck up. Maddieo! Cuzzaroo! Cuzzarro! Slapparoonie! It's showtime. WATP. WATP.
Starting point is 00:02:28 Hello, one of the discussion. Welcome to another episode of Who Are These Podcasts. The only show that asks one question, what's up with the youth? I'm your host, Carl. With me this week, the man who attended the coolest birthday party ever from Jim and Them. Jim is here. What's what on, buddy? Oh, what's up?
Starting point is 00:02:44 Thank you for having me. I'm really excited to witness. I think that was the premiere episode of Fat Carl in the Morning. Wow. It's actually episode two. We never did play episode of Plot out here. That's from Dr. Ted Goldenstein fake Jew in our. Discord. Thank you, Dr. Ted.
Starting point is 00:03:02 I love to hear it. It's a pretty good show. I was described. Absolutely. And I love that. It's really, it's concise. It gets in and gets out. You know, hey, eating poop out of an ass, I'll be calling an Edward.
Starting point is 00:03:14 Anyways, that's all the time we have. See you later, everybody. Yeah, a lot of these shows is just too much. Yeah, always leave them wanting more. You've got to trim the fat. That's what I always say. Producer Chris is here as well. Hello.
Starting point is 00:03:25 Go to Who Are These.com for all the stuff. We have a bonus show on Tuesday. 5 p.m. Eastern, it'll be live. It'll be another living in the past with Tuttering John Melendez, joined by Adam Bush on this one. Nice. So Jenny Jingles, producer Chris, myself, Adam Bush, will be going back and checking out some old Stuttering John podcasts.
Starting point is 00:03:42 Tickets. Oh, I was just going to say tickets on sale for Detroit. No, they're not. It is sold out. October 2nd. We'll be in Detroit with Dave Landown, of course, Drew Lane and those guys. So looking forward to that.
Starting point is 00:03:54 If you have tickets, we'll see on October 2nd. Also, we encourage our listeners. give us five stars wherever you review podcast and then shit all over us in the comment section today we'll be reviewing a show called the joe cronin show is a suggestion from rich green joe cronin show has 77,000 subscribers on youtube so bigger than either of us jim yeah i mean that wrestling i mean that's quite i mean i was i for people i don't know my brother is a well-known notorious infamous wrestling podcaster that went to the heights and then was It was all taken away, snatched away. And I was like, damn, where's my wrestling? And then I find Corey Feldman. So it all worked out.
Starting point is 00:04:36 Right. It does work out for all of us. This guy, the description of his show, is WWW wrestling podcast, reviews post shows live, over 70 million views, the Joe Cronin show. And so what he does is he goes live after Raw, after Smackdown on Thursday nights, and he'll talk about what went down. We've covered a show like this years ago that was similar. I don't know if it was Jim's brother.
Starting point is 00:04:59 Probably was someone else. I think it was. I've actually tried to search her archives to see if I could pull that episode, but I don't think I was able to find it because it was a long, long time ago. It's audio only, but it's definitely on our website. All of our old shows are up there. It's probably episode four or something like that. Yeah, that's what I mean.
Starting point is 00:05:14 I just couldn't dig through it because there's so much content. Well, this guy is doing shows and he's doing live streams, and we had a little peek behind the scenes. I took the audio, because I don't know if the music's copyrighted or not, it's like guitars and stuff jamming out. and we're actually watching the guy type a overlay. He's not realizing that he's live right now. So we're watching it in real time,
Starting point is 00:05:39 put together some texts on the screen and place it where he wants to. It looks a little out of it. Oh, yeah. He's a Tucker, it looks like. It says, okay, we start in a minute. Wait for a like and chat away. He's not sure where to put it.
Starting point is 00:05:52 It's going to all around the screen. The face of a perfectionist there. Now, I mean, on one hand, I feel for this man because, I mean, you know, we're podcasters. We do video and stuff. So sometimes things like that might happen. But on the other hand, that is the gaze of a man that is not really very excited to do what he's about to do. Dude, he does not want to be doing this at all anymore. I think what happens to a lot of these wrestling fans, I'm friends with some of them, is that they get like burnt out on the storylines.
Starting point is 00:06:23 They just need a break from it for a while. And then they come back and oh, cool, Southern John's back, you know, whatever's happening in their little world. I would get into something that I always like. Well, I don't think this guy likes it. I think he's annoyed with the commentators on Smackdown or Raw or maybe this is AEW. I don't know. It probably is AEW because that's what the Thumbtale says.
Starting point is 00:06:44 And he thinks he can do a better job of commenting than the commentators do. What the hell is Ray Norton going to do? He got a steel chair, maybe a defenseless Cody Rhodes. He got the... Oh, tear shot! No! Cody Rhodes! Cody Rhodes!
Starting point is 00:06:59 Cody Rhodes! With a... That, Joe! What do you think of that? You're worried about what Orton was going to do? Rhodes just low-blowed Randy Orton and then hit him with a steel chair, Joe. Cody Rhodes is an invalid.
Starting point is 00:07:21 A sick... Just narcissistic, sick bastard Joe. Now, is he talking to himself? Is he, because again, I mean, I follow wrestling a little bit. I don't know, AEW. Now, when he's saying Joe, is he being a different character that's talking to Joe? Because all of a sudden, there was a British guy that sounded like. Yeah, I noticed.
Starting point is 00:07:46 Yeah, a lot of Brits are watching. And I don't quite get this gimmick. Like, I understand doing a discussion, you know, how you're doing a post-show discussion. I don't understand what reenacting this show we just watched. Like pretending that you were the announcer. This I don't quite get. Well, he's complaining about the announcers.
Starting point is 00:08:05 And then he's like, look at how easy it is. He can't get a word out. He's stumbling all over the place. And it goes back to complaining about the commentary. Wait. Wait what? There's no, oh, God, the commentary. God, the commentary is terrible.
Starting point is 00:08:31 Well, you showed about to do it. Maybe that was an audition. It's just not even funny. It's kind of funny. It's not even fathomable. There's no excitement in the commentary whatsoever. There's no urgency and excitement in the WW commentary. Oh, the irony.
Starting point is 00:08:54 So is this a live watch-along or is this a post-show? I can't tell with the... It seems like it was a live watch-along for a little while, but not much. Fair. I mean, but then again, maybe I, and I assume you guys are kind of like this too, like our rhythm's a little different, like, you know, we're not just sitting there like staring at. Maybe that's because he's doing a show by himself. I'm not sure. But it is bizarre to have these long pauses and then in complete irony a second later being like there's just no excitement or no.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Right. There's no sense of urgency around what we're doing. Right. The guy's turning into Kevin Brennan, just like brain dead, staring at something. But he does have the hot takes that all wrestling shows have. You ever looked at like a little pillow on the ground and you thought, I mean, I'll cut a hole in that and I'll just have it? I've done it.
Starting point is 00:09:46 But yeah, much better. Smackdown is much better than Raw. All right. He sprinkles in a little wrestling talk between talking about fucking pillows and stuff. That's good. On the ground. On the ground, yeah. I would love to know the context of what the hell that came from.
Starting point is 00:10:04 Unless, I mean, was it a lady wrestler or something? You know, I would love to just throw a picture on a pillow and just fucking just go to town. Anyways, WWB sucks. Right. No context. I didn't really pull context out to make that sound ridiculous. That's just, he does other things. So he's like watching this video, someone sent him up a town hall meeting.
Starting point is 00:10:25 And there's a town hall meeting in Michigan. And the guy's just going, oh, we? We got to get all the Muslims out of here. The Muslims are ruining this country and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, why, you know, getting fired up. And so here's his hot take on that. It's always something going on. You know what I mean? But, yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:51 Anyway, I don't know who sent me that, but thank you, I guess. I don't know what that has to do with anything, but. Great joke. Could you dump it down a shade? Way to prep the show. Guy just said to me and he's like, yeah, let's watch this. I kind of do love this because, yeah, I do know it's weird because it's hard to keep track because my brother will be friends with people and then he kind of has a battle with them.
Starting point is 00:11:13 So I do remember, I think he was friends with this guy for a little bit, but then it may have been a falling out. But I just love the idea of trying to fit the context. Like, does he regularly discuss other things? Was he somehow tricked into watching? He watched a lot of that. So I don't think he was tricked into it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:31 Because now he's acting completely surprised and what happened. Like, I don't know. I guess that's something. That's filling up some time on the show. Here's my take on it. If you're low effort, you have to be compelling or dynamic. You can't just be like boring and low effort. You know, it's a bad combination.
Starting point is 00:11:50 Yeah. Well, honestly, the confidence, the confidence to, because, you know, we do shows and stuff. I've only done a few broadcasts where I've been solo. But the confidence to just kind of sit there and. have no urgency to create content, you know, someone could be unfunny all they want. That's, you know, at least they're attempting some sort of humor. Right. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:12:11 But to just be chill and like, yeah, I don't know. I guess we're watching wrestling and stuff. And this goes on for some super chats. Hours. Yes, he's looking for super chats. Yeah. Like I said, 77,000 subscribers, but these videos, they get dozens of views when he's live and then maybe back up a few hundred by the time it's done.
Starting point is 00:12:30 so he might have been a guy who peaked early. Yeah, do you think it's a bought-ed situation, or does he maybe have some history where he got a few videos that took off? Yeah, he probably popped at one point and people were watching them and were excited about it. But it's definitely trailed off probably because of this type of content. So I was trying to figure out a new angle, maybe something he can do to get some viewers. I should start a channel what I hate women. And women need to be like, you know what, we need to put women back in the kitchen where they belong. long now now i think that there has been some people that have tried that a little bit
Starting point is 00:13:06 especially um you know the who the guy that started the uh the white the white boys or the pride boys proud boys that guy from the opian anthony show what's his name he kind of did that but he stopped given me goodness is not from the opian anthony show yeah and also dick masters said has already done this character it's works very well for him i'm sure there's room for others. Yeah, I mean, and plus, you're, you're kind of late to the party of going towards the, I guess the men's rights grift or whatever. And I mean, yeah, there's plenty of examples. But honestly, in my honest opinion, if you look at me as any type of authority of doing a show for a long time, I think you should explore other options, my friend. And maybe this is a good one.
Starting point is 00:13:52 Don't just be the hate women guy. Yeah. Well, he does catch himself. We get back on to the point of the show. Anyway, what the fuck? Smackdown has been better than raw. This continues to be better than raw. We get back to my notes. Smackdown's better than raw. I think he almost fell asleep there.
Starting point is 00:14:15 I really thought he was going to fall asleep. My fucking... Hate wrestling. He hates his life. Give me money. I don't even know why I'm here. I should be in a fucking forest burning myself. Messiah didn't fund 9-11, no.
Starting point is 00:14:37 Okay, I mean, you know, at this point, I just, I just hope somebody funds our death. Jesus. God, Gavin McGinnis, thank you. That's what I'm talking about. Kevin McGinnis, yes. He kind of did that a little bit. So the chat, I'll show you an example a little bit.
Starting point is 00:14:54 The chat's mostly like people who get together on his channel to talk to each other. What did you do today? Oh, that's cool. I got together with my friends. Oh, yeah. Oh, I went to a restaurant. It was like that kind of shit. Hmm.
Starting point is 00:15:06 Um, so. I'm sorry. I was just going to say on this, this clip, I mean, on one hand, it is genius because it's like a person that's discussed, that has discussed wrestling so far that they're in an existential crisis. Yes. And they really have no way out. And they're literally like, like he's throwing out the idea of I should go and burn myself in the woods as if it's a common. phrase we throw around or something, but I'm sorry, go ahead. It's funny when Tab Burt was over here in the studio, he goes,
Starting point is 00:15:37 girl, I don't know how you haven't gotten burned out on this. You see a lot of these people who they commentate on podcasts or whatever, and eventually, like, they're just not interested in it anymore. Did you imagine if I came on, I'm just like, I'm starting to get into this opi guy. Rod Bourbon, it cracks me up. This is a pretty good show. This guy goes out just goes, wrestling kind of sucks. Well, and I don't care about any of the characters.
Starting point is 00:15:58 And in that same thought, Carl, and maybe you run into this as well. I run into that, but not when I'm streaming. When I'm doing like prep, sometimes that'll happen because you're stuck in the long, like you're watching this show. So I'm sure in some points are like, oh, Jesus. But then once. I could have been sleeping in. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:16 But then once you start broadcasting, you're like, oh, this is great. Like, uh, but yeah, I mean, I get this feel. But if that spreads into the point when you're on your channel live, yeah, you really need to just go in the woods. and burn yourself alive. I assume it doesn't have live ad leads. We're like, all right, so betterhelp.com.
Starting point is 00:16:34 Right. Talk to someone. Everythings aren't going great for you. You get into some other topics, too, that we can all relate to. Ooh. Hey, guys, you ever looked at the care bears on TV
Starting point is 00:16:48 and been like, I wish that was my family. You ever done that? What year is, then? You ever looked at the care bears on TV and been like, yo, I wish that was my family. Like the Care Bears?
Starting point is 00:17:06 Yes. Say it again. Are the Care Bears on TV? No. Oh, my God, bro. That's crazy. Sponsored by Better Health. All right.
Starting point is 00:17:21 I totally thought he was going to be like, you ever look at the Care Bears on TV and cut a hole in one and just go to town? So that would have been nice to tie it back. You ever want to burn their fore? us down. So he's watching this guy named Michael Holly. Michael Holly is a sports guy out of Boston
Starting point is 00:17:37 and he, well, I'll just let it play out because it's crazy. His response to this and then what he ends up doing later in the show. Michael Holly passed out on the air. Is he okay? That's crazy. Michael Holly is a Boston guy.
Starting point is 00:18:02 He's always on, you know, like Boston Sports Radio. What's he on here? I've been working for a team When did this happen? I haven't listened to Michael. Man, I've been listening to Michael Holly since 25 years ago. I've been listening to Michael Holly for 25 years.
Starting point is 00:18:19 Holy shit, he passed out on the fucking air. Has anyone seen this? This is pretty wild. I didn't even know Michael Holly was on a different show. PFT host, Michael Holly. He's a host on some other thing. I mean, if you're going to be working for a team
Starting point is 00:18:37 owning a piece of a team in doing this, Michael Holly, that must be disclosed on a regular basis. And if Troy Aitman's logic to justify to the check for Steve Ross lies, did he just pass out?
Starting point is 00:18:56 A big difference. Oh my God, bro. What the fuck? Is he okay? No, he's not okay. Said the guy who's about to pass out. Yes, yeah. They turned his chip off. I mean,
Starting point is 00:19:09 that's the thing I heard about from conspiracy theorists. Yes. Is that when these things happen? It's because whoever's in power turned their chip off and then they just like fall over. You got to respect the, the effort from the other guy, the professionalism as he sits there
Starting point is 00:19:24 and just continues his point as this guy's slowly just passing out in his chair. Yes. Yeah, it's like, oh my God, I'm next. I better hold it together.
Starting point is 00:19:32 Right. And then the director just takes his camera off real quick. Everything's good. Everything's going fine. unfortunately for our friend Joe Cronin he does not have a producer or director or anyone to help him out because he's in the middle of his podcast
Starting point is 00:19:47 about an hour and eight minutes in no way the care bears could be your family man all you got to do is no way there's no fucking way just passes out is this performance art you know it's like well
Starting point is 00:20:02 show the guy passing out a half an hour in an hour 40 minutes passed that and he passes out is that maybe what's going on sweet callback right maybe that's what it is is this did you just pick a random episode too or was this like specifically called out this is the passout segment
Starting point is 00:20:18 that he does signature bits no this this was called as why someone something something to me cool cool not just someone of course a rich green something something to me and thank you for doing that yeah so he's he's passed out
Starting point is 00:20:34 you can see I've been running that video the entire time we've been talking. Oh my God, dude. Yeah, so he just passed out. So I was looking at the chat to see like what the chat is doing. This is what's so funny. They're watching a show where the guy is just out of it, just completely knocked out. And some people are like, whoa, what the fuck, Joe?
Starting point is 00:20:51 What's going on? And then other people are like, I've never had a credit card. Hello, Jennifer. How's your debt? Same as people freak out about mortgage. No mortgage company gets you. They're talking about credit card debt and stuff. So up Joseph.
Starting point is 00:21:03 And then so it was like sweet dreams. yeah this this man has just like uh unknowingly become a meeting place for other friends to ignore for them to ignore him and just catch up with their old buds in his chat it might as be a discord channel just in their chat in a way there's the people who are in there who seem to be acknowledging i can't believe what i'm watching right now and that's saying something regarding this channel all well he cracked out um holy fuck but this goes on and at first i I'm skeptical. I'm like, oh, is he doing a bit? Is this a thing? I mean, he did seem like he was kind of out of it.
Starting point is 00:21:40 I think, I have no idea. I used to listen to Howard Stern Show already had a problem with drugs, apparently. He would sleep on the air a lot. So I don't know what's going on here. I can always speculate, you know? But this is six minutes later after he passes out. No way. Yeah, he's still just out cold. You are too comfortable streaming for this to happen.
Starting point is 00:22:05 Care bears guys I wish I could sleep like that In a weird way It explains why he brought up the care bears Because he was just in a half of a slumber Like tapping into his younger memories or something And just talking as he was drifting off into sleep Ducktails are cool
Starting point is 00:22:32 Jim Do you ever podcast while you're sleeping? No. Okay. I've been told by my wife that it sounds like a podcast I'll start talking in my sleep.
Starting point is 00:22:44 She's like, you're obviously having a dream of your podcasting right now. I thought you meant stream, but I guess, you know what? I think I have been told that I'll talk in my sleep. So I do wonder if it's just like,
Starting point is 00:22:53 oh, the gobble gul, go, go, go, blah, so we have a lot to get to. I've enhanced the audio here. This guy starts talking. get to sleep. I've cranked out so we can hear what he's saying. Do something. About it.
Starting point is 00:23:23 Do something about it. I don't know he's trying to fight someone or he's getting his dick run. I mean, as a fellow macehole, because I believe he's from Massachusetts, he was talking about Boston Radio and stuff. I think that is a classic mass whole thing where he is dreaming about being in a fight with someone. His legs start running like a dog sleeping. Watch what happens when he comes to. This is 22 minutes later since he passed out.
Starting point is 00:23:52 Oh, my God. And he's rocking back and forth and he finally wakes up a little here. That's the worst. When you're like, you just drop. When your head just drops from gravity, that's what you're like. Like, oh, fuck. What am I? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:14 Like on an airplane or something like that. Definitely happened to be out of an airplane before. He's still in the moment. Yeah, but yeah, he's still fighting this guy in his sleeve. I'll be back it up. Do something about it. Are you with us now, Joe? If you're doing the show or?
Starting point is 00:24:40 If that happened, I mean, I've done. Oh, my, no way. I thought you restarted the clip. Nope, he is back down. Yeah, Missy B. I'm with you. This seems like a guy who's strong out. Drugs are bad.
Starting point is 00:24:51 good. I mean, because, I mean, I've done streamathons where we go 30 hours and I get super tired. But even if I have a second of nodding out, like, how do you not like have that moment we're like, like, all of a sudden you pop up because you realize what's going on. It does feel like something's going on here. Okay. I'm glad you said that, Jim, because this goes out for another 10 minutes. Jesus.
Starting point is 00:25:12 And then this happens. Holy shit. Oh, my God. Yeah. So I'm spending up here. He's napping again a little bit. Are you guys here? What are you guys doing here?
Starting point is 00:25:48 That's like when your mom comes downstairs. You don't have to loop with your hand. Oh, hey, Mom. I guess I've been watching movies or something. Oh, my. Wow. That would remind me of Richard Bells are coming out of the sleeper hold. Yes.
Starting point is 00:26:03 Yeah. We're back. Yes. I can't, well, number one, I can't believe even left this up. Like, I mean, I guess I kind of get it. You're just shameless at that point. Like, hey, it'll probably get, you know, train crash clicks on it or whatever. Because, I mean, I guess he's a better man than me because I'm like, I'm taking that shit down.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Fuck you. If you clipped it, good for you. But I'm not leaving it up for you. Yeah. What he did was he wakes up. He's very confused. And then he finds a still image. of him sleeping and just puts that up there and leaves it running for another 30 minutes.
Starting point is 00:26:38 So he can sleep. So he's kind of trying to own it a little bit, maybe. We got confused he is. Whoa. Funny. He is Kevin Brennan. Wow. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:27:32 That's funny. Maybe he's drunk. We watched Mr. Kill Everything the other day. We're on this program or is on Davenoverse Live. Debelverse Live, I guess. We watched Mr. Kill Everything, pass out, drunk,
Starting point is 00:27:49 and then, or actually falls out of his chair, comes back later, buck naked, not realizing he's still straight. So that's a little bit more embarrassing than this, I guess. Slightly.
Starting point is 00:28:00 I do think he's maybe waking up to like, oh my God, these are the biggest numbers I've had in years. Let's throw this still up. Let's keep this going. All right. So I wanted to play that. I'm hoping that he's okay.
Starting point is 00:28:18 We're rooting for him. His name is Daniel Kronin on one of the ways you pay him. I don't know his name's Joe or Daniel. But ask your brother if he knows the guy. And hopefully he's doing okay. And he's figured it out since then. Yeah, thoughts and prayers to you, Joe slash Daniel Kronin. I wanted to give you a quick update, Jim.
Starting point is 00:28:39 You and I might have communicated on this. I think we did. But the last time you were on the show, you called in to Joe Maderese's voice now. Joe has come out and said, I'm not going to play the calls from the haters on this show. So don't waste your time. I don't know if he was talking to you specifically, probably not. Because he's actually adopted your show format suggestion where it's him and that retard co-host. Yes.
Starting point is 00:29:03 Having the worst conversations that he would ever heard. Yes, yeah, because I was like, hey, man, you guys got some chemistry. That's that chemistry, brother, like an opi thing. But hey, you need to really look into this. I love to hear that he might be doing that. Yes. So well done. I wanted to give you credit for that.
Starting point is 00:29:21 But the other thing, we have to celebrate. Maybe even more so than changing Joe Metterice's show format for the worst, is the fact that Jim and his buddies, Jim and them got into the 55th birthday party of one, Corey Feldman. And I've had birthday parties before. You know what I don't do at them? Perform. It's a weird thing.
Starting point is 00:29:42 Do you invite people to your birthday party and make them watch your concerts? Yes. Yes. It's like a weird trick because it's like, oh, people might not go otherwise. So it's like you kind of lock people, you back them in a corner and like force them to go because they have to now watch you perform. So this is video. Did you shoot this video yourself? Yes.
Starting point is 00:30:03 Yes. This is my point of view. This is me down in the crowd. me and my co-host Jeff were down there. We were just, we were whooping it up, having a blast at the Corey Feldman 55th birthday bash. And this is crazy because Corey has said that you guys are paid opposition. You know, you're obviously out to kill him. He's very concerned.
Starting point is 00:30:28 There was a lot of security there. There was a lot of pat-downs and things getting into the place. So were you nervous at all making eye contact with him while he's on stage? there was definitely well there's a few things when I tried to buy tickets it wouldn't let me buy tickets so my data was definitely on some sort of list or something because I tried four different cards it gave me a few reasons on why it might not be going through but one of them said security reasons it said like one of the following and I was like this has got to be it like it can't be sold out and then I had someone else just try and they got tickets immediately and I was like all right
Starting point is 00:31:03 so they're kind of there's no way jibble show up unless he has a friend. Yeah, right. And then we're fucked. And so that was maybe a thought of like, uh-oh. It was highly unlikely, but maybe then if we
Starting point is 00:31:17 try to go in through security, maybe they are ready for us and get turned away at the door. But then we just thought that'd be great. Then we don't have to go to the show. Like, win, win. Right. Yeah, we walk away with a story. Like, all right, you know, we tried to go, guys,
Starting point is 00:31:31 and look what happened. They turned us away at the door. But we got in. So, yeah, there was a little like are we going to get kicked out but by this point since it's towards the end of the show we're kind of buzz we're having good we're going off the glow of like as soon as we came in people recognize those people asking for pictures people are excited to see us so yeah more than half of kori felman's fans are fans of jesus hey there's a celebrity here yes so this is uh jim filming from the i'd say about the second row of the kori felman's Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:12 I was so excited. I know. It's a big moment. But yeah, so at the beginning there, to my left is Jeff, my co-host. So he shakes Jeff's hands first. Yeah. And then, yeah, I go take my hand. And he did.
Starting point is 00:32:56 He took it. So, and I just started a fangirling out because, you know, at heart, I'm just a fan girl of Corey Feldman. And I was just so funny to me because I couldn't believe that that happened. Like, like you said, he, he, he. says that we were driving monster trucks years ago in Texas and we tried to run him down. We are pedophile protectors. We are, you know, paid off by Charlie Sheen or have some sort of dark money behind us.
Starting point is 00:33:25 All these like conspiracies about us. And then really all that happens is we go to his show and have fun and we end up shaking his hand. It's hilarious because now I think now, and have you heard any blowback from this? as Corey's people reached out to it? I would think now it kind of proves that you're not out to get him. You just have a laugh. You think, but there's been some, there's some new developments we were talking about on the show on Friday,
Starting point is 00:33:50 because the guy he's been working with that's been recording his new music, that's been paying for his studio time has actually been communicating with us. And we, we, like, kind of know him. He was playing guitar on a few of the songs during the show, but he came out in the crowd and was, like, dapping us up in public. I was like, dude, I thought this was supposed to be secret.
Starting point is 00:34:11 And then while that was going on, while I was shaking his hand, he brought Mike backstage to meet somebody. And then apparently he was freaking out reviewing the security footage after the show. And I think all that's happening is, weirdly enough, we're proving his theories right that we're somehow could, like a network of. Yeah, because that's, like, you're like, funding this producer and stuff. Yeah. Yeah. It really is going to. At the end of this, that's funny. There's going to be this crazy story arc where at the end of it, you go,
Starting point is 00:34:42 Corey was right all along. Yes. We are evil assholes. Fuck. And the idea was more so he was trying to show that we were just normal people. Yep. But I think it's having the opposite effect. So it's a torrid drama that's still unfolding.
Starting point is 00:34:59 I got to say, as far as the fan growing out, so I went to, I saw Corey Feldman, and I had pretty close seats. We were pretty close. It was me and Brandenie. Don from the Drew Lane Show. And I don't have this type of relationship that you do with Corey Feldman. But it's very excited to watch this guy get up on the stage with that bad. There's so much anticipation.
Starting point is 00:35:19 You know the size he's going to sing. You know, it's going to be brutally bad. Well, this must be similar to you being at Rodney's and like clapping John on the back and saying, go get him. That's true. Yeah. Right. I was totally inspired. I was totally inspired.
Starting point is 00:35:33 I'm like, you got this, John. Let's go. Now, hearing your story. stories about that, like when I was on this show and then or when you were on the streamathon. Yeah. We were totally inspired by that of how like you guys just went to his show. And again, it's not like, I mean, I guess you were there to fuck things up a little bit, but not really.
Starting point is 00:35:52 You're mostly just there because it's funny that you're there. And that's essentially what we were trying to do. We weren't there to like be dicks and yell shit out or whatever. We were just kind of wanted to see the spectacle and like just be able to say that, no, we were at the show. You know what I mean? And you guys did a great episode breaking all this down. I implore people to go check that out.
Starting point is 00:36:14 I just wanted to play a couple real quick clips of this. Just to show you how fun of this. I go to a Corey Feldman concert. This is him trying to do a cover song. Fleetwood Max is the chain. This is awesome. It's so funny, dude. What is hilarious is at the beginning of this,
Starting point is 00:36:55 because he mentions Fleetwood Mac. Like, it's kind of cut off, but it comes in right at the beginning where someone yells, um, landslide, someone yells, and he laughs, he's like,
Starting point is 00:37:03 I'm not singing landslide. Like he has weird awareness. No, like, I can't sing that song. I'm not capable of such a song. Then he just sounds so bad on this one anyways. Oh,
Starting point is 00:37:13 that's weird. This is what I mean, he did karaoke with that guy, and it sucked. Yeah, right. I like that he's wearing an entire yard sale. Yes. Because on one hand, it's like, yeah, he's giving it as all.
Starting point is 00:37:42 I mean, it's horrible, but he's really out there trying. And like what you were saying before, it's like, we're being held hostage because it's his birthday. And from my understanding, he used to do this with like his circle. I mean, I don't want to use the word friends, but like his circle of people in Hollywood, he would throw these big birthday parties. and then once he got people at the house, then all of a sudden he'd be like, well, I'm going to perform,
Starting point is 00:38:05 and it would turn. And everyone's like, oh, Jesus, we thought we were just kind of hanging out at a party. So this video has 103,000 views from 12 days ago. Congratulations. It's awesome. Oh, thank you.
Starting point is 00:38:15 My favorite part about it, and there's a lot of great parts. My favorite part about it, after butchering Fleetwood back, he then has to be a passive-aggressive bitch and call his bad town. Oh, no. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:27 We all learn a lot. listen for this. Don't do Flewit back unless everybody's in the same rehearsal every night. What a prick. Wow. I pushed up because the drummer wasn't there last night. Okay. If you say so.
Starting point is 00:38:46 Well, and also the lesson, you're the band leader. It's literally called the Corey Feldman band. So if anyone is in charge of having people at the rehearsals, it's you. But it's so funny, he just thinks like, man, these guys are idiots. Can you believe they messed it up?
Starting point is 00:39:02 I know. And the way he directs this band, he has no respect for them as musicians. He's like, literally he'll like turn around and point at which drum the drummer should be hitting. It's like, just like, just want to play the fucking, get one someone competent who can play the drums. I want to play the drums. When you watch him live, he'll mess up.
Starting point is 00:39:18 And it's so funny because we know these stupid songs. Like, we know them so well because we're always playing them. And we'll know that he messed up like he came in at the wrong part or he forgot some of the lyrics. But you always see when he messes up. look at someone else in the band like they did it. And it's like, no, dude, that was you. What are you doing? Stop looking for someone
Starting point is 00:39:36 to place the blame on. It's so funny. I'm a guitarist. So for me, it's easy. I just like, sir at my amp. You're trying to pop up. What's going on over here? Is it not the wrong notes on this amp? Stupid thing. Yeah, just lay out a bunch of pedals that aren't even plugged in and be like, oh, my pedals.
Starting point is 00:39:52 Kick it over. Fuck it. I won't use this one anymore. Yeah. At rehearsal, I'll look at our drummer when he did something weird and give them a look. You don't do that live. It's a dick move to do that. Just smile and stares. Yeah, we did that on purpose. Exactly. And most people
Starting point is 00:40:09 probably aren't even, like, this is what I hear from so many musicians as well, because I mean, not in a band or anything like that, but there's probably mess-ups all the time, but most people don't even notice it. Everyone's just kind of rocking out or if they don't know who you are, they're like barely paying attention. So just roll with it and you could talk about it after
Starting point is 00:40:25 the show. Jesus. When I was young, I read a book about live performance and what to do what not to do and one of the things that's stressed was you never point out a mistake
Starting point is 00:40:37 right oh yeah it's the dumb thing you do is to amplify the band just fucked up in jazz you repeat the mistake right
Starting point is 00:40:44 that's not a mistake anymore and going back to that jacket too like another thing of since how we'll notice these things that jacket is supposed to be for the song characters
Starting point is 00:40:54 and he did the song without the jacket oh we fucked up I even noticed noticed it. And then after, instead of just like letting it go, he even says like, well, I was supposed to get this jacket. I'm going to go get it now. Like he just announces it, marches off stage and comes back with it. And it's like no one would have known that your dumb clown rainbow jacket wasn't on.
Starting point is 00:41:16 Okay. You got to talk about my buddy Jerry Banfield. I love to eat peanut butter. I love to eat honey. And I also love to eat beans. Beans. I look great. I feel great. Beans. I played hockey, made a cartoon, a quick cartoon, where Jerry's been talking about ICP, which is a cryptocurrency.
Starting point is 00:41:49 He's trying to get people to buy, and he still is buying for some reason, even though it has an increase in value in over four years. But it was great because hockey turned him into like an ICP fan and St. Clown Possey fan. Hockey outdid himself with this one. It's another short one. but definitely worth the price of admission. I am immortal.
Starting point is 00:42:08 I can't be killed. I'll just end up in another body. Another, I'll be a rock, or I'll be a son, or I'll be another one of these, or I'll be an aunt. It's over and over. I can't stop. All I do is live and create life again and again and again and again. It's like the ultimate prison. So good.
Starting point is 00:42:28 I love Jerry Banfield. I'm so happy that you show us. me clips of this guy because I love him so much. Dude, you're in for a treat. I watched this one this morning. It's called, neither of my dates knows I'm a YouTuber yet. And this one
Starting point is 00:42:45 gets pretty wild. I was listening to it first. I'm like, okay, it's kind of tame Jerry Banfield and then he can't help himself. This is great. It's August 8. It's not, that's not the date. It's August 13th, 2026. Here with me, real live authentic vlog. It's not live.
Starting point is 00:43:02 No. He could have just retake I was going to say, could have just redone that, right? He doesn't do these live because he has to edit them down first and make sure he doesn't say anything he shouldn't have said to get the women is like mad at them again. Off to a great start. Yep. August 13th, 2006, here with me, real live, authentic vlog from full-time YouTuber Jerry Banfield. First, I want to thank you all. You've been watching an incredible amount of these vlogs.
Starting point is 00:43:28 19,000 views up 3x and the average view duration, six minutes. Thank you. I really appreciate each moment you spend watching with me. And I hope my videos do add some value to your life. They do. And I do these, like, not even sure what I'm going to talk about each day.
Starting point is 00:43:45 So they're fun. And I'd love to get to know you at jerrybandfield.com. Yeah. So this is this new thing now, Jim. Yeah. He doesn't know what he's selling. He has a really hard time to explain what his product is. So he changed the price from $49 bucks a month and $9 a month.
Starting point is 00:44:01 It's just like, it's cheap. How about that? Now you guys do it? But basically what he said is he will not read YouTube comments. They've been too mean and truthful. So you won't read any YouTube comments. If you want to talk to him, communicate with him in any way, you have to pay him $9 a month. And then he could communicate with him directly through his school page.
Starting point is 00:44:20 SK.0.0.com. On one hand, I guess that's showing what an entrepreneur that he is because it's a way to at least monetize the hate watchers, which I assume are all of your watchers. On the other hand, it's such a low threshold that I'm sure a lot of people are like, it's worth it to me to pay $9 to be mean to you. So it's like a dunk tank,
Starting point is 00:44:43 but you just hit every single time. A buddy of mine, he texted me the other night. He goes, I got drugged the other night and signed up for school. Jerry Bafeld's school. And he goes,
Starting point is 00:44:52 there are these videos out there. You've got to see these videos. They're just behind the paywall. So I'm going to have to sign up. Yeah, you almost have to. Yeah. The 49. It's like, all right, that's a little too much for a joke.
Starting point is 00:45:05 But, hey, $9 for a couple of goof videos, which I'm sure you're going to get hours of content out of it. Yeah. But my concern is I don't want to fly too close to the sun. I don't want to change what's going to happen. I wanted to sit back and observe this. So if there's a way I can sign up and not draw attention to myself, that would be good. Yes.
Starting point is 00:45:24 Yeah. The big thing I'm excited about right now is I built an entire business out directly on my website with AI and the ICP blockchain. That is a huge deal. It's a dream come true. I've essentially built my own social network, my own, like, e-commerce platform on there, and all of it on AI, all of it on my own website.
Starting point is 00:45:43 Any of you that want to donate or drop some tips, I just built some functionality in yesterday. My mind's like, shop, shut up, get back to the dating content. Come on, this is boring. I'm like, well, well, maybe it's not. Maybe it's not. He's losing an argument with himself.
Starting point is 00:46:00 Shut up that. I suck in dating. I do you think it's amazing that AI allows us all to build our own social networks that no one else will be in. So really what is the point? Also, I like that he goes, I built an e-commerce site, which he's going to show you what that is. It's not what e-commerce. I built this new tip page at jerrymanfield.com slash tip where you can just drop a tip and it'll show up. And there's a whole leaderboard and everything.
Starting point is 00:46:28 like this technology is crazy if you don't Hey guys I built this new thing Give me money What do you guys think about giving me money? Yeah I'm gonna gamify you giving me money That's gonna be great for you guys Don't know about ICP And how to use AI to build on ICP
Starting point is 00:46:44 To build your own whole business Like this is a big deal So you can send tips with a card or ICP And it'll pop up on a tip wall You can send a message And dang I keep going back to the ICP one So I'm really excited about this because right now the number one thing I need to do in my life is get my money right.
Starting point is 00:47:04 So leave a tip. We know you need money. As you talk about it all the fucking time. I don't know you guys know this, but I can use some money. Yeah, yeah, we know. What I love about the value of a green screen and being able to broadcast with a green screen is I feel like I could be walking down the street and there'll be like a bum in a cardboard box. but it's just Jerry Banfield with a green screen up behind him doing his broadcast, talking about all the debt that he's in,
Starting point is 00:47:33 but it's actually made him much more successful in the long run. Yeah, and he's killing it and he's loving life, as we're going to find out, even though he's the only guy I know who cries every single day. The green screen thing is wild, though, too, Jim, because he took a photo of his workstation. So you don't even need a green screen. You just need to turn the camera around.
Starting point is 00:47:52 Oh, is that literally? Oh, I just assumed he, like, built something. thing in AI of like, give me a workstation. It's literally those shitty blinds you see right there. The very unimpressive background. I mean, I was thinking that he was in the back rooms for a moment. And if there was anyone that would love being in the back rooms, it would be Jerry Banfield. And if all, I would love to make like at least 10 grand a month.
Starting point is 00:48:17 So let me know what you think I should do to do that. And I'm, my goal is, if you give me money, you can tell me how I can make more money. When he said leave a tip, I thought he meant leave advice. But aren't we watching this video so he's going to teach us how to make money? Now we have to teach him. What is this? It's wild. He's going to get into all the things he teaches people.
Starting point is 00:48:41 He can't do any of them. To give millions of dollars of value every month to help give videos that inspire you, that change your life, that, you know, helps solve problems that give you inspiration, to give you hope to give you a different way to look at things. Like my crypto videos solve a huge problem. Crypto's confusing. I boil it down to there's one coin that's not crap. Like that is a gigantic value proposition.
Starting point is 00:49:06 It means he knows nothing about it. His whole thing is like, you know, there's all these like different cryptocurrencies and all these different ways you can buy and sell and trade and create. Just buy an ICP for me. Look at how you see that ones, guys. You don't need to know anything else. Maybe it'll work for you.
Starting point is 00:49:22 Right. Yeah, there are, you know, thousands of, of, I mean, maybe even millions of coins out there. Luckily enough, mine is the only one that isn't shit. Yes. Mine and Hawk to us, but those are the only two you need to worry about. Dating. Oh, dating so hard.
Starting point is 00:49:39 No, it's not. Guys, go out there and just say hi to a woman and give her a compliment, ask if she's single, if she's single, and say, I'd love to take you on a date. Like, taking these hard topics and utterly simplifying them is genius. He thinks that's genius right there. I'll never watch another dating advice video again. That's everything I need to know right there. Everyone was attractive.
Starting point is 00:50:01 I'm going to tell what she's attractive and see if she wants to go out later. And she doesn't. I'm eating dinner with my husband. He's right there. He's either minutes away or a couple videos away, though, of also being like, what do you got to do to date? Can you guys tell me? I'm not sure.
Starting point is 00:50:17 I'm alone. I'm lonely. We'll get into his dating troubles. He gets into that. I want to see what the rest of his shirt says. doesn't say, dad, get a job? YouTube. All you need to do, step up and make videos that you have, that are, make that are fun every day.
Starting point is 00:50:35 Like, boom, gaming, just have some fun. All right. So I'm really proud of what I'm doing in my work right now. I'm grateful for all the feedback I've got. And at the same time, I'm like, how do I handle my work with dating? I've got two dates scheduled a couple days from now, and neither of them know what I do. And this main thing that All right, so women
Starting point is 00:50:56 Generally, this generally Doesn't apply to everybody This is just my experience And it's, you know, more often than not maybe But not all the time It seems like a lot of women Prefer to have a bit of a mystery A curiosity about a man
Starting point is 00:51:10 And if I, it seems to one of them It seems like women want to think that I'm employed And if I tell them that I'm unemployed That's a turnoff for them He goes around and tells women that he's a YouTuber And then they just go Oh, you're a loser Okay.
Starting point is 00:51:22 Great. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I hope he would be smart enough to not, if he does say he's a YouTuber, he wouldn't share his channel. I don't know. I just try to say he works for Mr. Beast or something like that.
Starting point is 00:51:35 Because this guy is such a classic. He literally is a person from like, I think you should leave sketch or something like that. Because he's talking about finance stuff. He's really bad at it. And then it segues into dating. And there's no doubt he's bad at that as well. Yep.
Starting point is 00:51:50 you're foreshadowing quite a bit by the main place I've went wrong is telling women too much about myself too fast they get to know way too much about me without any context and it triggers red flags and there's no more mystery and then there's no more attraction mind you he just figured this out
Starting point is 00:52:09 he's been creating dating advice videos for months now telling guys how to date and he just goes by the way if you tell a woman you just dump all of your baggage on a woman on the first day they don't like that Meanwhile, ignoring all good advice from real people. Right. Every time we try to help them out, we would not accept it.
Starting point is 00:52:27 And it weirdly shows his self-awareness because he said, I tell them what I do, and it immediately brings up red flags. So he could see that through the lens of a woman, he's in shambles. But to himself, he's doing great. Right. Women think the 20% interest on your loan is a bad thing. well how do I not get into that being a YouTuber as soon as I tell almost any woman what do you do I'm a YouTuber boom they're on they're looking through my videos and then what happens when a woman goes through these videos it's like there's no more mystery this guy is just real and raw and
Starting point is 00:53:06 authentic and then they're like well I don't want to be on his next I don't want to be the subject of his next video now what's funny of this one woman I dated and I told her I was a YouTuber up front and she's a content creator too. Shout out to the queen. He cannot let this one go. No. Every video. There's another video that I'm going to play for you
Starting point is 00:53:26 that is again talking about how he sent seven text messages in a row and fucked up his whole relationship with this woman he went on three dates with. Oh my God. I can't stop talking about this woman who just kind of ghosted him after a few days. I'm just like, you're too much. I'm done. He says I'm real. I'm raw.
Starting point is 00:53:42 Authentic. That's what's scary women away. That's exactly what I was going to say. Like, yeah, women hate that. Right. They, well, they only hate it when you're real and raw and you're delusional and, uh, creep. So there you go. Yeah, maybe your personality sucks. So, I mean, she kind of knew it ahead of time. But I mean, my videos were doing very little on this channel. And, uh, when I started talking and doing vlogs every day. And then, you know, and this woman actually inspired,
Starting point is 00:54:17 like right around here is when I just met her. And then I started talking. He literally has a video called I cried walking home from our date. Yeah, you think she's going to look that up. And click out of it from it. Oh, that's so sweet. Well, and I think he's also missing the important part is,
Starting point is 00:54:37 no, you're not a YouTuber. You make YouTube videos. You're not a YouTuber. Yes. There is a distinction there. I think that's part of the problem. Talking about her in the videos every day and some of these videos really picked up and got people watching and got people interested in my vlogs and got, you know, like who are these podcasts? Like, these were the videos.
Starting point is 00:55:00 My real life vlogs were picking up. And when I started dating this woman, like she gave me weeks of material and made my whole channel interesting. Still going to this day, Gary? It's still happening right now. These flags are the best, though. I agree. This is the best cat that he's ever made. I mean, I love that he's like, you know,
Starting point is 00:55:20 me interacting with other people, all of a sudden I had content. I had things to talk about. Yeah. And actually, has he, so he is aware of you guys. I wasn't sure. Has he mentioned you before?
Starting point is 00:55:31 Yeah. He brings us up about what's a video now. Yeah. Okay, so here's the big thing. The reason why, well, one of the reasons why this woman stop talking to him is because he sent her a 16 minute long unlisted YouTube video giving her an ultimatum it's like hey baby you better start respond to my text messages or I'm going to
Starting point is 00:55:51 start dating other women like went through all this shit I've never seen that video he's described it I've offered him $500 for that video yes he has contemplated sending it to us I should you know I'll join school and reach out to him fuck it's a matter of time I need to just reach out directly get this video I just he's gonna send it he will all right Yeah, he'll buckle. So what happens when I'm with, you know, taking a date from this woman I cold approached?
Starting point is 00:56:17 And what happens when I'm on a date with her? And she's like, what do you do? I'm a YouTuber. What is she going to do? Go straight home and start looking at these videos. And when she finds these videos, what are we going to do about that? Because I'm like, do I need to just be secretive and be like, you know, oh, you know, like makes, just be fun or tease.
Starting point is 00:56:33 Like, oh, I just talk. You know, like not tell her what I do. I mean, if, and do I need to stop working? and just talk? Well, sometimes I cry. I'm really an amazement at what he actually does because he really thinks that he's a YouTuber.
Starting point is 00:56:49 Like, how does he live in life? Okay. So he's taken out a tremendous amount of debt off of credit cards, high interest debt, and he claims that because he's starting to make a thousand bucks a month or so on YouTube, that justifies taking out even more debt.
Starting point is 00:57:06 Because that doesn't, does not cover his bills at all, is rental owner's $3,000 a month. So it's not going well. Yeah, I can't, I can't imagine. I mean, it has to be complete stress and fear every day in this man's life. And I guess all he can do is just keep turning on his camera and making videos to ignore the outside world. That's the only thing I can assume.
Starting point is 00:57:26 He doesn't seem to be bothered by the debt. That's the crazy thing. I don't think it phases him. That's wild. It's wild. This would stress me out. I'd be so stressed out if I was living beyond my means for months at a time. It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:57:38 you know, and like not tell her what I do. I mean, if, and do I need to stop wearing shirts that say Jerry Banfield on them? But the queen, when I picked her up and had a shirt that said Jerry Banfield. And definitely it seemed to kill some of her attraction. Do I need to stop wearing shirts my name on it? Yes. Immediately. I'm not sooner, Jerry.
Starting point is 00:58:00 What an idiot. When she watched like the, you know, I cried out for my queen and then met her. When she watched some of these videos, it seemed to kill her attraction. because all the sudden, now she has certainty. Oh, this guy wants me. You know, there's no more mystery, no more fun, no more romance story. It's like, wow, this guy just really likes me, which ironically seems to be a turnoff. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:58:21 Maybe I'd be better at being gay than being straight. If me and a dude just met, we're both like, I love you, bro. I love you too. This is where things go off the rails. This is where I'm like, oh, we're definitely playing this video. I can't believe he's a real person. That's the thing. You think it's a character.
Starting point is 00:58:38 but this would be too good of a character. Exactly, exactly. We've all gone through this thought exercise or played around with this idea like, oh, dude, it'd be so much easier. Go watch the game, grab some beers, there's no nagging, all the different things, right? He explores it a little bit too far. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:58:54 Yes. Which ironically seems to be a turnoff. I don't know, maybe I'd be better at being gay than being straight. Because if me and a dude just met, we're both like, I love you, bro. I love you, too. Let's go bang. Look, great. Let's make a whole life together.
Starting point is 00:59:08 You know, like that maybe we just do that immediately. Maybe that's why gay relationships that gay guys have the lowest divorce rate. And then heterosexual and then lesbians have the highest divorce rate. So I, but I just, dudes don't turn me on very often. Occasionally a dude turns me on. I was at yoga the other day. Oh no. And normally I'm just getting turned on by the women.
Starting point is 00:59:31 But there's this dude next to me. I'm like, you know, I'm not that gay. I'm a little bit gay. You know, I'm like this much straight and a little bit gay. And I'm like, now, okay, we put some context around this. This is crazy.
Starting point is 00:59:43 This is fucking crazy. This is like if he, he's at an open mic or something. It's almost like a, like a stand-up bid, but I could tell that, no, this is just the real jury.
Starting point is 00:59:54 Well, so here's the context I want to put around this. Jerry has not gotten laid since November of 2025. And I think he's getting to that point where he's just like, I mean,
Starting point is 01:00:03 is a hand job from a guy gay? I don't know. He's getting real dust. sprint right now. He's checking out dude's yoga. That gay, a little bit gay. You know, I'm like this much straight and a little bit gay. And I'm like, now this dude is hot. This dude is good looking.
Starting point is 01:00:18 I was going to be gay. I'd be with this guy. You know, I like dudes that kind of look like me that are just lean. They have a nice pretty face. Don't have like a bunch of artificial muscles. And that was describing his type. Which of course is him. Exactly. He's a narcissist.
Starting point is 01:00:35 So great. But he's up to. But that's crazy. You know, they didn't take a whole bunch of Crouturetene to build themselves up. Just like a nice, lean dude with a pretty face. So basically myself. I was going to be gay.
Starting point is 01:00:48 I'd be gay with my clone. My clone will be very gay together. So I'm trying to make these funny. I'm just like this. Okay, Jerry. It's very funny. We like it. He really is a Tim Robinson character.
Starting point is 01:01:03 And I mean, Jerry, if you're listening, to make this funny next time you're going down this path since you're using a green screen have another one of you come out and then you'll be like look this is the perfect man and then you can act against yourself I'm telling you you'll get so many views you'll make $1,100 next month
Starting point is 01:01:23 dude there's an AI tool where you can like put two pictures next to each other and then they'll start making out with each other yes just have himself on either side he's jacking off to it Look at these dudes. They're really fucking hot. And I'm listening to these Bobby Rio videos about how to flirt with women and stuff. And I'm getting ready for these dates.
Starting point is 01:01:44 And I'm like, what do I do about YouTube? Do I just own it and be like, I'm a YouTuber and you're my next episode? This date is about to crank out some views and some money for me. So make it a good one. My matchmaking service got me a date locked in, too. I got two dates in one day. I'm excited about that. And at the same time, then there's so many possibilities in there.
Starting point is 01:02:05 I was watching Heck Speaks and he's a YouTuber and he's talking about his dating life. He's like, you know, I just like to be talking to like one woman at once. I'm like, no. If I'm going to just be talking and not being in a relationship, I want to be talking to as many women at once as possible. So I don't overwhelm the next queen. I love having, there's so many. That's what it really is all about.
Starting point is 01:02:23 He knows he has to dump everything on everyone. And he can't help himself. Well, I was just thinking that the way he's talking, with his intensity to the camera. That's absolutely there at a dinner or something and he's doing the same thing. He's louder than everyone else in the restaurant. He's going on and on about himself. What percentage gay he is?
Starting point is 01:02:43 Yeah. And the other one that he keeps talking about as the queen, like she's literally the queen because she's like the only one that's gone on multiple dates with him, I imagine, because he mentioned she went on three dates or whatever. Yeah. He fell in love with her immediately. Yes. Went on YouTube.
Starting point is 01:02:58 It goes, I found my next wife. And we're going to have kids together. And it's amazing. adopted her religion. Yeah, she's a Christian, so he started reading the Bible and telling us about what he learned from it. It's a guy named Jesus, apparently. It's so classic that he's that guy too where, I mean, I get, yeah, there's some truth
Starting point is 01:03:14 to the idea of, you know, hey, you know, girls don't like a nice guy or whatever. But like, it's the classic, you're getting turned down and rejected because, you know, you're a weirdo and you're off putting to everyone, not just the opposite sex. Right. But then you turn that into like, I guess. it's because I'm too nice of a guy or because of my YouTube channels too popular and I might talk about you all these other excuses that are not the actual source of the problem. Right.
Starting point is 01:03:42 Women just don't look at a guy with a dynamic personality who's really popular on the internet. There's a lot of followers. They hate that. Possibilities in the hearth women right now. I'm not even sure where to be excited about. Should I be excited about this woman I cold approach? Should I be excited about this matchmaking day? How about the woman that I met playing tennis?
Starting point is 01:03:59 Is she going to text me back for tennis? How about the woman that I talked about a while back in some of the videos that came over the house? I don't even know. I'm talking to a number of women, and I'm so excited to see where it goes. And it's so funny. Some of y'all, when you schedule calls at jerrybanfield.com, you're like, you should stop. You should stop dating. You don't need to have more kids.
Starting point is 01:04:19 Okay. I don't know if this will be GP followers that are doing this. Don't tell Jerry to stop. Don't ever tell Jerry to stop. You've got to gas this guy up. You've got to tell him he's crushing it. Keep going. stay the course jerry
Starting point is 01:04:32 the course you're doing everything right my friend keep going we need to make his dream come true i mean everything else in his life is crashing and burning between his career aspirations his personal life his dating life his romantic life so if anything what we can give him as a community is a fake youtube audience
Starting point is 01:04:50 and the illusion that he's a popular YouTuber you've said it perfectly my friend that's what we need to do if you want to do something for jerry that's the thing to do i love the fact that Jerry's like a life coach and set up at my school account and you'll have one-on-one calls with me once a month, then I'll respond to DMs. And meanwhile, people are coming and going, Jerry, listen, you got to stop dating. All right, first off. Secondly, get a fucking job.
Starting point is 01:05:13 Start paying off these credit cards. What kind of life coach is getting advice from his students. Yeah. It's weird. You should just, you know, focus on having fun. I'm like, what's more fun than dating women? Dating women is so much fun, guys. Like, what are you doing this more? Well, like, we should just focus on, you know, I'm like, what? Traveling, making money? Dating women is so much more fun than traveling or making money. Like, if you're not, you're not doing it right. If it's not fun, like it's so much fun.
Starting point is 01:05:44 You're not doing it right. You were complaining that you haven't gotten pussy in nine months. Yeah. How fun is that? It's not fun. Didn't you say one of his videos mentioned that he cried on the way home? That's always always what I do when I'm having a blast. meeting somebody new,
Starting point is 01:06:01 feeling out that chemistry, am I going to kiss her? Are we going to make a life together? Is this just going to be the only time? Whoa. Am I going to kiss her? Are we going to make a wife together? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:10 This guy jumps quickly. There's a step missing at least. Yeah, yeah, you got to use your tongue first. For you proposed to her. She kissed me on my cheek, mom. I think I would to get married again. Okay, Jerry. We're basically engaged.
Starting point is 01:06:24 Right. I see her it's so much more fun. Now, maybe this because when I was a child, you know, up till 18, like my mom was in a military. We lived all over the world. I've lived into Japan. I've lived in Germany. I've traveled all over Europe.
Starting point is 01:06:37 I've traveled a bit in Asia. Like I went to South Korea. We traveled all over Japan. I've lived all over the U.S. Dating women is the most fun thing I can think to do. Like, it's awesome. I just love, like, I've been out on awesome dates all over this town. Like, picture me at dinner with a, you know, late 20s, beautiful doctor.
Starting point is 01:06:58 Picture me walking around with the queen all over, just like smiling, rolling into yoga class. Was there a second date with the 20-something beautiful doctor? He was busy. Yeah, I don't want to picture any of this. No one has been mocked in more locations according to him. What's crazy about what he's saying right here is he wants to be perceived as a guy who's got hot chicks and his dating. He even said this one woman, Angela, who he paid $2,500 to who was like his matchmaking. or relationship advice coach, something like that.
Starting point is 01:07:32 She's an attractive woman. And he goes, and we went to the beach the other day. We were walking around the boardwalk. And everyone there thought I was with her. And then we were together. And she hardly charged me anything. Yeah, I'm like, what did that do for, you idiot? If dating is so fun, why does he want to end it?
Starting point is 01:07:46 I know. He wants to get married immediately. Right. That story, honestly, like, gave me shivers of embarrassment. It's so sad. Like, hearing that, really. Really, yeah, it gave me like, gave me chills.
Starting point is 01:08:02 And, uh, I don't know. I can't sometimes like Jerry Banfield's almost too much, but I love him so much. He is the deuce chill king of this program. Been out with beautiful women all over this town and in Sarasota. And now I got a date up in like clear water. So I, I love going on on dates. Someone got me this thing for, uh,
Starting point is 01:08:24 Christmas or my birthday or something. And it's a map of the United States. It has little holes where all the baseball stadiums are in the MLB. You put a little baseball at each stadium that you've gone to. I've traveled and got to lots of baseball stadiums. That's cute. Is he doing the same thing with dates? I've got St. Pia and Clearwater?
Starting point is 01:08:43 I got dumped here. I got dumped here. Oh, I got a Coke thrown in my face here. And also backing up real quick to the matchmaker or whatever. You said he paid her $2,500. There might be two different people. Because he's a matchmaker as well. It's like a company.
Starting point is 01:09:04 Okay. But either way, like, you know, I'm sure some people would stumble upon this and us like making fun of this poor guy or whatever. Those matchmakers are way worse than we are. Because they're clearly taking advantage of a man that is in fold on debt. And they must know that these things are going to go nowhere. He's probably the best client because he's going to keep coming. back. There's no, oh, we actually
Starting point is 01:09:28 had a, found a great relationship, don't need your services anymore. He's the perfect, he's the perfect mark. You're so intuitive because he thought he was going to marry the queen, this woman that he was dating for less than a week. And he then realized two weeks later
Starting point is 01:09:44 that she wasn't going to come back to him. So he reached out to the matchmaker to get another date and he's like, and she was so excited to hear from me. Yeah. Yeah. Like when your drug dealer thinks you're going to sober up. You're not kicking heroin, are you?
Starting point is 01:10:02 I love being out and people seeing me with some woman. I'm like, this is awesome. I love the conversation. I love the energy, the playful banter. I love the possibility of getting laid. It's all awesome. Like, what else would I be doing? Working at a job.
Starting point is 01:10:20 Chris, how was your date last night? Did you enjoy the possibility of getting laid? It keeps me going. Cool. Jerry Banfield, the type of guy to like be walking
Starting point is 01:10:33 down the street and try to keep pace next to a beautiful woman just so people might think that they're together. Yeah, start doing some selfies from an angle
Starting point is 01:10:42 where it looks like she might be. Yeah. Tell me all like, well, you should, why do you need more kids? You have a,
Starting point is 01:10:48 you know, your daughter's 11, your son's eight, you don't need more kids. I'm like, what do you know about what I need? They're like,
Starting point is 01:10:54 you're giving away your freedom. I'm like, what good is, freedom. I've never heard anyone say that before. You know your freedom. Who wants freedom? What?
Starting point is 01:11:03 And what do you know about my life? You put it all out on the internet. We know you can't afford your current kids, but along more children. That's what we know. Or beans. Is he really, is he really talk about how he wants to have kids with these women? He wants to have more children. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:11:18 He wrote a book about his next wife. He's already, like, I swear, I started out there's an audio version of it. we'll probably get to at some point. So wait, is it just like he's a fantasy of what his next wife will be or what his plans are? It's worse than that. The next go-around. It's a book written to his next wife who he hasn't met yet. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:11:39 So it's like reverse how I met your mother. Yes, that's insane. It's crazy. Or we're talking about like, and it's going to be so great sharing a life with you. We're going to have two children. We're going to do this. We're going to do that. He's psychotic.
Starting point is 01:11:52 So it's not like a poem. It's a book. It's a book. A poll would make a little more sense, especially we didn't share it with anyone, right? So much freedom right now. And you know what? I love, I love having people who depend on me.
Starting point is 01:12:06 I do. I love having a woman at home and a couple of little kids and I'm making money to support the family. I love that. I love having a baby that just needs everything constantly. I love it. I love having a little kids that, you know, that you're their whole world.
Starting point is 01:12:22 Like getting punched in the balls. You know, having like a three-year-old, you are, you and the mom and, like, you know, the handful of people, you're their whole world. I love that. Like, what good is, like, this idea of freedom that you think that the best way to fulfill life is going around traveling or just being able to do whatever you want? Like, that's not what's fulfilling to me. I love. Imagine saying that. Oh, you think it'd be great just to be able to do whatever the.
Starting point is 01:12:55 fuck you want yeah it's kind of the definition of whatever I want take it from me I love it's great what do you travel in the world having fun Gavin's new experiences he's the type of dude I mean guess it's similar to when you hear about couples that are about to break up so they decide to have a kid to like force them to you know have a better relationship like he the way he's talking about it even though he already has kids he should be providing for that do need him he thinks maybe if he has a new wife and kid, that's going to give him that extra motivation to really go out there and attack the world and really make his fortune, you know? You're so right.
Starting point is 01:13:31 He can't afford himself. And he's like, I want people to be dependent on me. You're dependent on you. Sherry start there and failing. Right. I love love. I love connection. I love serving.
Starting point is 01:13:43 And the guy was talking to today is like, that sounds like some AA BS. Like, no. Happiness. They did a survey. Somebody did a survey. This is correct. I'm going to let this play. and that I want your guys take out of it because I was in the shower.
Starting point is 01:13:56 But I was supposed to say to this. I was like, Jerry's the dumbest guy ever. Of people all around the world, trying to find who the happiest person in the world was. And they found that they had to say the happiest person they found in their survey was a guy in India who pulled a rickshaw 12 hours a day, six or seven days a week. And this guy had a full family to go home to. He was with people all day out in the streets doing manual labor, pulling a rickshaw. And he'd worked for 12 hours.
Starting point is 01:14:23 Now go home, bring his money home and feed his family. And that guy was happier than everybody else. Futs. I don't know how to respond to that. I somehow knew, like, I thought it was going to be more extreme. I thought he was going to be like, yeah, it was some guy living in a hut somewhere. I knew it was going to be something to do with somebody that literally had nothing. But they somehow, yeah, because, well, number one, either he made it up or number two,
Starting point is 01:14:48 this is some schmaltzy bullshit headline that they always share. just to try to, you know, re-instill some idea of like, hey, it's not as good as you think it is over there with a lot of money and traveling and all the women you want. They are sad, actually. It's so classic. And of course, it would work on a Jerry Banfield. Of course, you would work on him. I love whenever they do surveys to measure happiness. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 01:15:14 How is that to do you measure happiness? Yeah, the guy just drops the Rickshaw. Yeah, I'll take your survey. How often do you smile during the day? That guy was happier, you know, than the CEOs making money, the celebrities, the influencers, happier than the people living much more comfortable conditions, working easier jobs. Like, what you need to discover is what is happiness for you? What makes you happy?
Starting point is 01:15:41 Not pulling a rich, Sean. I'm pretty happy laughing at Jerry. This makes me very happy, actually. I'm pretty sure I read an article on this survey, and the man who was the, the man who was the most happiest was actually a man that could shrink himself down and live in a vagina all the time. And I couldn't believe that that was the happiest man. I was like, how do you get that gig? Oh, we do this for Jack?
Starting point is 01:16:07 I love, I love sharing and teaching. And I love supporting other people. And that's why I'm building the best business I can because I want to support the kids I've got and be there for them. Good. The X-wise watching is going, you do? Great. Let's get started on that. And then I want more kids and a woman to support.
Starting point is 01:16:28 Like in my, I'd love to just have a woman that all she does is stay home with the kids and then have her lifestyle. She gets massages. She goes to yoga. She goes to play pickleball. She uploads videos with me. His fantasy suck. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:16:41 He's got to get a better imagination. We already know what he does at yoga. You don't want that for your wife. No. Yeah. She's going there too. Oh, my God. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:16:50 If he does somehow trick some unsuspecting woman or find some. some like pathetic, desperate woman, he's going to force her to be in his YouTube videos. I didn't even think of that. And of course that was what would happen. Yep, he's brought that up many times. He wants to find someone who would do videos with him.
Starting point is 01:17:04 Yeah. He was already offering up the queen. Back when he thought they were going to get married, he's like, yeah, maybe she'll come on the channel. You can ask her any questions you have. She's not saying it for this.
Starting point is 01:17:14 He'll make her do like kissing tutorials and shit. Like, this is how you kiss a lady. It's going to be so gross. I mean, I'm happy to work with a career woman also Where she's got her career, I got my career And then maybe we have a nanny I'm down with that too
Starting point is 01:17:31 All right, I'm hearing Nanny and massages and yoga What about an anal? Where are these fantasies? I heard the word career. I mean, it sounds like he's setting himself up to be unhappy. I mean, if he's going to have all this success, career, money coming in, he's going to be way more.
Starting point is 01:17:51 unhappy than the person that drags a rickshaw around for 12 hours a day Eric Nagel you guys have forced me to enjoy Jerry segments the diver of bad man I'm getting that from a lot of people they're coming around on Jerry segments who resisted it at first this guy is amazing
Starting point is 01:18:08 but I don't see anything more fun I could do than father some more children like to me the most valuable thing I can do with the skills I have is to parent children but you know what okay you brought something Chris and this makes a lot of sense the most fun thing to do is to date women. But he's like, I can't think of anything more fun than having children to father.
Starting point is 01:18:26 Well, you're not outdating women if you're father and children. So I guess having children is more fun than dating women? No. Well, no, I know that. Now, that's the problem with Jerry Banfield. He doesn't even see it's right in front of him is that he's all about the chase. Like he's, if it's impossible, but if he somehow does find another woman knocks her up, he's just going to be on to the next talking about how he needs to
Starting point is 01:18:51 have more children. He just wants to spread that bandfield seed. Because one of the most important roles on the planet is father. And I'd say the only role that's more important than father is mother. I mean, because, you know, you got the mother really needs to get the baby. You know, the nine months, that's all on the mother. But the
Starting point is 01:19:07 father can be there to support the mother to make sure she has everything she needs and she's safe and she's taken care of. But to me, those are the two most important roles on a planet. Mother and father. On some planets, those are the highest two things you have to get degree for on some planets.
Starting point is 01:19:24 What? But the planet I'm from. Guys, guys, strap in. Jerry believes he is an intergalactic traveler. He's talked about his experience on spaceships before. And this might be one of the things that turns women off. Oh, yeah. Explain how things work on other planets outside of Earth.
Starting point is 01:19:43 He starts bringing this up on the second date. And I'm like, uh-oh. Yep. You have to go through the most rigorous training imaginable. Like it makes training for a doctor look like it's no big deal. Like you don't get to have kids on some other planets until you go through an incredible level of parenting training. Like it should be like that on this planet, shouldn't it? It should be that way on this planet where you, so on some of these other planets, what you basically do is you go through a bunch of education to be a parent and learn how to be a loving, compassionate parent.
Starting point is 01:20:15 You learn all about kids and about yourself. And then you go study. You essentially are like a nanny. but you study with other parents, like an apprentice, and you help parent their kids under their leadership. And then after you go,
Starting point is 01:20:27 like kind of like being a residency as a doctor, you go through and do an absolutely like 20 plus years of education to be a parent. And then you can be a parent after that. And then you'll be there to... After 20 years, I'm like,
Starting point is 01:20:41 you know what, fuck this. I don't want to be a parent anymore. I'm trying about a parenting school, Bob. He needs to either make the whole channel about these plans. Or he needs a new channel where he just teaches us about these other planets because I am sat. I am shutting my white ass up and I'm ready to listen.
Starting point is 01:21:01 Yeah, you can't sprinkle these things in with like, yeah, but a date later today, matter at yoga. And by the way, there's a planet. It's not that far away from here. Prentice other want to be parents. Like to me, with the skills I have, like the gas talking, he's like, well, you're 42. You're going to be too old. Like, that's ridiculous. I take fantastic care of myself.
Starting point is 01:21:23 My dad died when I was 29 and that was enough time. If I can give kids 29 years, that'll be enough parenting. I mean, where's this idea that you need 50, 60, 70 years with a parent? Like, that's ridiculous. My dad in 29 years did everything he needed to do as a parent. And he died at 63. So let's say I have at least a next decade where I could easily father kids and give them 29 years of my life. Like, I get father kids at 60 and still give them 29 years until I was 89.
Starting point is 01:21:54 And I could still be in great shape and just pass away because my work here is done. And I'm moving on to the next one. And that sounds like an awesome life to me. And I think now I'd make a much- Having kids at the age of 60 sounds like an awesome life to you. Well, he's immortal. So I know, but- Very true.
Starting point is 01:22:13 And I can only imagine when his dad passed when he was 29. He was like, Jerry, that was as many kids as you can. in. He's croaked immediately. Spread the bandfield seed. Please, Jerry. Never bailed your checkbook, Jerry. Whatever you do. Better parent
Starting point is 01:22:31 than I even did for my first two kids. I think I did pretty good with them, but I went out. My daughter was born. I was 31. I've had 11 more years since then. I've parented two children up to, you know, middle school now. Parenting is getting easier and easier.
Starting point is 01:22:47 And I know there's women out that would love to have a man that could be dependent on as a father, that would love to raise kids. And it doesn't take a lot. It just takes one. And I'm sure I will find one. And it's important. One of the big message I'm trying to give here is don't let anybody else tell you what you should think or what you want to do.
Starting point is 01:23:07 I am the director, the co-creator of my life. And I accept no leadership, no authority. I will cooperate. If it's in my best interest, I will resist if I don't like it. Just like I did six years ago. I resisted as much as possible. This is a sub-bod job interview. You don't get the job that year.
Starting point is 01:23:26 Yeah. And encourage others to resist also. And if you don't do what I want, I'm going to resist. And however, whatever I need to do, that to me is masculine. That I'm going to hold space for what I want and I'm going to fight you if you do not cooperate with me. And I love how I am. and anyone who tells me anything else, I don't care. If you think I should live my life differently, I don't care because I'm leading myself.
Starting point is 01:23:55 I am very happy with what I'm doing and what I'm creating. And even when it's a struggle, I'm enjoying the journey. And part of me likes it rough. Like this dating has been a little rough. You know what? I've enjoyed it. Remember when I emotionally broke him like a month ago? He's like, I don't know if I could do this dating thing.
Starting point is 01:24:12 It's too much for me. And also, I mean, I feel bad. It goes without saying I feel bad for these poor children that he has. But I also imagine like big segments of what we just watched. That was the conversation where it's like kids, you know, the conversation of like, you know, your mom and I were going to start living in a different place. You know, it's not your fault. Sometimes adults just grow apart. But to him it was like, I love my life. I love what I'm doing. This is what's going to happen. No one's going to tell me how I'm going to live my life.
Starting point is 01:24:44 Like it was just this same energy to his poor children when he's breaking the divorce news to them. The other thing with him, and I think about this a lot with Aaron Mholt, but I never really thought about this with Jerry. Like he's bringing up his kids and they're 8 and 11. If we had, when we were in middle school, if we had the internet and one of the kids in school's dad had a YouTube channel. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:25:08 This would be the greatest thing to ever happen. Oh, yeah. It's all we'd be doing. It's like, you want to come over to watch Jerry's new video? after school. Yeah, let's definitely watch Jerry's new video after school. They have to field day with us. And maybe his kids are cool, but you're like,
Starting point is 01:25:22 yeah, but it's pretty funny watching his dad, though. Right? Yeah. Absolutely. It's been a great story. I mean, if that last, the queen, if I just dated her and it had been awesome, that wouldn't have been as interesting, would it? No, this has been, but I am, ready to have a great partnership with a woman.
Starting point is 01:25:39 And I'm going to let her tell me when she's my queen, because apparently it works better that way. And I'm so grateful. Apparently trying to convince them that they love me. It's not working. Now, on some planet, you do walk up and tell them that you're now my queen and they can't do anything about it. Don't introduce yourself as the king right away, you know. It works better when they determine they want to be with him.
Starting point is 01:26:08 I'm learning on this planet. Women have a choice in the matter. that I get to show up here and do these videos each day. I had a beautiful conversation with my daughter this morning about how boring middle school is. And I'm like, look, if you want to do something else like a Montessori school or homeschool, that's up to you.
Starting point is 01:26:27 You don't know. No, Jerry, an 11-year-old doesn't make that decision. The parents do. You want to do YouTube videos with me? He's trying to be the cool dad. But you know, the mom has to be like, no, what did Dad say to you? No, you have to go to school tomorrow.
Starting point is 01:26:40 I told you, he's a loser. Have you seen his channel? He gets no views. I don't have to sit in a boring school every day if you don't want to. She's like, well, it's the beginning of the year. You know, maybe we're just not learning that much yet. Even the daughter's more reasonable. You had a bad day.
Starting point is 01:26:58 I'll pull you out of that school right now. Don't worry about it. It's like, well, hold on. Maybe it's where I'll be all right. Yeah, maybe the mom did tell the daughter like, hey, if an agreeing with something, maybe you need to rethink that. She's like, oh, shit. All right.
Starting point is 01:27:10 If you think it's a good idea to get that school, maybe it's just early. She's telling me they don't even have recess at middle school, and they make them sit there at tables with their classmates at lunch. I'm like, am I going to have to complain about this? Because that's boring. When I was in middle school, I got, you could sit with anybody in the cafeteria, and me and all my boys would be hanging out, and they're talking about the girls and, you know, video games.
Starting point is 01:27:34 And then we go out and play. Which guys were hot. I mean, uh, girls. And we'd be playing four square and like, whatever that one, you toss it up, like cherry bomb. we had so much fun. And I remember having fun in middle school. I still remember some of the girls for middle school that I liked so much.
Starting point is 01:27:50 And it's, I had a fun time in, I'm still stalking three of that. Yeah, right. I just reached out to them. And they let us go out and have fun. I looked at recess.
Starting point is 01:28:01 It was all about lunch, getting out to go play outside. And, you know, talking to girls, hanging out and having fun with the guys. It was fun. And I'm grateful,
Starting point is 01:28:08 like, I don't know how I'd pay for my daughter to go to a Montessori school. Right. But if she wanted to, my ex-wife and I, would make it happen and I'm sure of that. Actually, Dad, I love to go see Taylor Swift on their next guy to tour. Whatever it costs.
Starting point is 01:28:20 You got it. This is if a grown-up Ralph Wegham had a channel. I was giving advice. Fun things are fun. Don't let anybody ever talk you out of your dreams. That's one of the top five regrets of the dying is letting other people tell you how you should live your life. It should no matter how many.
Starting point is 01:28:40 God, I just realized he started this whole ramp by talking about what a great parent he is. Yes. I forgot about that. Insane. It's insane. People tell you something. And ironically, if somebody offends you or bothers you, it's often because you subconsciously agree with them.
Starting point is 01:28:53 Like when somebody comes to me and says, you don't, you have no more business having more kids. I'm not bothered by it because I don't care about your opinion. I know what's true for me. And if someone comes along and disagrees, well, you should get a job. Nope. Nope. Fuck you, mom. Dude, that needs to be a drop.
Starting point is 01:29:15 You need that on your soundboard. You should get a job. Nope. I get that again. That's great. I know what's true for me. And if someone comes along and disagrees, well, you should get a job. Nope.
Starting point is 01:29:30 Nope. I will not get a job. I will do my content and borrow money. That's what I would do. And give advice. He's a miracle. He didn't even go with the fake thing of like, no,
Starting point is 01:29:48 continue to make content and make a living. No, it's like, I'll be borrowing money for that. Many ideas for what I could do. I think the best way to do this dating is just to own it and be like, look, I'm Jerry Banfield and I do YouTube.
Starting point is 01:30:01 And if you like it, great. Be a part of the show. If not, get lost. I'll see, I'll be seeing another woman very soon. So I'm sure it's really important.
Starting point is 01:30:11 and I make sure I date a woman who's really okay with my channel. Not only okay with it, who would love to be a part of the story, who would love to be a great team. And I realized with the queen, you know, we didn't have the best chemistry. We were, I was, I'm glad I've realized, like, I'm never going to submit to any faith. I would support a woman if she was Christian. I'd go to church, but I'm not going to act like I believe.
Starting point is 01:30:34 Is that amazing? Two days into dating this woman, he's reading the Bible. Yeah. And talking about how he's like, oh, on Christianity. And you know he's completely full of shit because anyone could say anything and he's like, oh, I'm all in.
Starting point is 01:30:50 I am balls deep and whatever you are into. Yes. He would drop that in a second. He would go down whatever path. If it meant a fourth date, the unattainable fourth date, it would be game over. I mean, he lives near clear water. I'm guessing he'll be a Scientologist for Pussy.
Starting point is 01:31:08 Yeah. In exchange for Pussy, Scientology sounds like a good idea. He's got that energy for sure. That anyone is my Savior or my leader or my God. No one is my Savior. No one is my God. This is my universe. Blasphemy.
Starting point is 01:31:23 This is my reality. I'm creating it. I don't need anyone to save me. And I don't need anyone to worship. I don't need anyone to pray to. When I pray, I pray to myself. I pray to my highest version, the biggest, strongest part of me. It's not someone else I'm praying to.
Starting point is 01:31:39 It's me. Like, hey, bro, get it together. got this. Let's go. So it's been long enough on this video. It's called a pep talk. He's praying. He's praying to the guy he has the biggest crush on himself, as he said earlier. I'm praying to the buffest,
Starting point is 01:31:54 most handsome guy. Me. Thanks for watching. We'd love to see you at jerrybanfield.com soon in that chat in a one-on-one call. See you as a first person on that tip leader board. You know? All right. Wait, what do you say it was? Jerrybaefield.com slash tip or tips? Let's see if he's got to anyone.
Starting point is 01:32:11 slash tip. Oh, look at this. Oh, we got a couple on the tip. One troll for five bucks. I got the Jerry vibes. Support for Jerry. Thanks, Jerry. You're the man.
Starting point is 01:32:23 And thank you for being passionate about the truth. Very good. Well, he's got to be excited about this. Oh, he's going to be bragging by his new business model. Oh, yeah. And what was, not to go with like a side reference, but wasn't there like a scorch thing when you got it when he got like calls or something? Be like, look, lookie.
Starting point is 01:32:40 I got cookie. Jerry Vanfield for you. Dude, Jerry had a thing where he started the school account. One person signed up for it. And he did an entire victory lap episode where he's like, this is it. This is how it all starts. I'm already a billionaire. Exactly.
Starting point is 01:32:56 He was lording it over us. This is how you do it, people. Yeah, this tip board, that's going to be heavily featured in the upcoming videos. And our videos. And yeah, I'll be picturing it as well. So feel free to give Jerry some money. He could use it. The great Jerry Badfield.
Starting point is 01:33:13 I love him. He's great. He's fantastic. We've been talking on the show about cover songs that are better than the original song. There's a guy, Jackie Marlowe, who he collects all the Howard Stern archives. I've gone to him a number of times for different resources I've needed. He sent me a hard drive with every episode of the Howard Stern show for decades. It's crazy.
Starting point is 01:33:35 So he sent me a note. He says, no shade to King Crimson. But this is the definitive version of the song. for over a quarter century for me. So he goes, which I guess that is shade. But all these considered, the best Stern cover ever. This is Howard Stern's band The Losers.
Starting point is 01:33:51 And they are performing in the court of the Crimson King back in 2000. Finds, five, five, yeah. Producer Chris? Is that Adam Bush singing? I don't think that was Adam Bush. No.
Starting point is 01:34:51 I think you're just a sax player that bad. Yeah, I'm a big Crimson fan. you know that. That's why you're asking. That's why I'm asking you. So, no, I don't like it. Nothing is for any of the original. Yeah, I don't have much frame of reference. All right.
Starting point is 01:35:05 Let's talk about Chad Zumach real quick. It's time. To mock. Zoom mock. I have another drop here. What is this? Oh, well, whatever. Opie and Anthony both suck, in my opinion.
Starting point is 01:35:20 Oh, that's right. All right. So, Chad was going to go on and debate Rocco. He was going to have Rocco on the show to have a little conversation, much like Chad had with me. And then he backed out at the last minute, which is very disappointing. I was not a fan of his reasoning or his excuse for this. I think maybe even Dirty Jersey rat.
Starting point is 01:35:39 Dirty. Dirty. Dirty Jersey. Yay! I love that. P.L. was the first super chat of the day. Rocco does suck.
Starting point is 01:35:50 He's losing me. He's a clown. and his chat, his impression of me, that tired fucking hack impression, that's just, it's tired, Rocco, it's done. You beat it to the fucking ground.
Starting point is 01:36:05 You remember you said you don't want to do Little KB because you didn't want to wear it out? That's his words. Well, you wore out the chat impression. It's not even funny. It's just like cringe level. I don't care. It's just done.
Starting point is 01:36:19 You seem like you care. Yeah. Are you complaining about any of the other impressions that Rocco does? just the one that's you. Well, and also, maybe he was right. Maybe it was starting to be worn out. But the second you say this and you have this clip, completely refreshed and renewed,
Starting point is 01:36:35 it's a brand new bit now. It's amazing again. Also, there's a thing called a dollar vote. You find out what products people like by what they spend their money on. If you go to any of the super tip systems and you see how many people use the Rocco doing Chad's voice for their voice tip, people like it. People are a fan. It's not played out yet.
Starting point is 01:36:56 At this point. It's a crutch. People are upset that I canceled the show with Rocco on Friday, the debate show. He goes, it's a crutch after he hit his stupid soundboard. It's all he doesn't hit his soundboard nonstop. He's talking about people having crutches. Yeah, I got a message. I was at the Tampa Funny Bone that Cardiff was going to snipe it.
Starting point is 01:37:19 And I was just like, nah, I just won't do it. I'm tired of these cheap snipes for money. Like, go make, go do a show. Just go do a show. Make a show and make it transformative when it's done. Do what you want. Clip it up. I don't have a problem with that.
Starting point is 01:37:36 But I don't, I'm not into the sniping. I, I've been, I, I woke up. So he's claiming he won't do this because Cardiff said he would snip it. And I just have to tell, you know, I think I have a note in from Haley, pretty antisocial. I haven't checked it yet. But one of the things I was critical of her for was she dragged her show out because Kevin Brennan was sniping her. So she wanted to make it boring for Kevin snipe. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:38:04 Stop. Don't worry about what anyone else is doing. Just do you. Just do your show. Put out a good show. If someone's sniping it, don't want to bother you. Don't even think about it. And this is an excuse.
Starting point is 01:38:14 He's full of shit here. Well, I was going to say a similar thing to what kind of what you're talking about. It's like, I get that'd be annoying. That sucks. It's like, oh, what the fuck? But then again. All you should really do, don't do what she did. Just make a great show.
Starting point is 01:38:30 Right. Because then you're going to make those people look foolish because they're like, oh, actually, I'm kind of laughing and this is funny. Maybe I'm going to go check this out. Just use it as, you know, basically reaching a different audience or a wider audience. Like, just embrace it. Yeah. So it doesn't make any sense.
Starting point is 01:38:47 He's just like, oh, well, then Cardiff will make some money on the show if he's sniping. It's like that's neither here nor there. There's a reason why you're not doing it's because I, made Chad look foolish and he realizes that Rocco will do the exact same thing if he had Rocco on the show. When Adam Hinnaker struck my channel three times and said it was stealing, I said, okay,
Starting point is 01:39:05 I get it. I'm all going to do it anymore. So, yeah, I just canceled it. Who cares? I know a flat cat just goes, look, you got to do it. I'm like, no, I don't have to. I don't have to do it. Would it have been a huge payday? Of course, but they just goes to show you, I don't need to do it. I don't need to do shows. Am I doing a show today?
Starting point is 01:39:24 Yeah, I'm doing it because a lot of people were asking. I said, sure, okay, I'll do a show. All right, you just contraditioned himself right there. Completely. Yeah. I don't need to do this to make it. Now, give me a quick background on this, Jim. Chad just raised like $10,000 and a go fund me to make a comedy special.
Starting point is 01:39:41 I heard a little bit about this. Okay. So he raised a kind of suspect, though, right? Like maybe he was involved or something? Some of the donations are not real like Nikki Glazer and Daniel Tosh. But a lot of the donations were real. And he didn't make thousands of dollars. And ever since then, he's been on his, well, he's bought a new bicycle.
Starting point is 01:39:59 He bought a new TV mount. He has a new monitor. Speakers. Yeah. But the other thing that's suspect here is ever since he raised this money and this go fund me, that's supposed to all go towards the special, he swears it's all going towards the special. He's like, I don't need to be podcasting. I don't need to stream.
Starting point is 01:40:15 I don't need this. I don't have to do this for a living. You losers. What a coincidence. Yeah. It's like a kid, like a kid, a little kid that finds 20 bucks that things. they're like set for life it's like dude even if you know
Starting point is 01:40:27 like how long do you think you're going to live off of that after fees and whatever uh he's still gonna make a special it's gonna cost some about the money to do that even though he's trying to get people to do it for free for him of course and to back up real quick so he did agree to this this debate or whatever this show he was going to have Rocco on the show
Starting point is 01:40:45 and then he canceled it yeah if you really didn't care about it so much then why did you even agree to it right yeah what was that about yeah he's it's a chicken shit move on his part. What Chad just said is, I don't even need to do this. I wouldn't have made a lot of money if I had to rock it on the show. I don't need the money. It's not a big deal.
Starting point is 01:41:01 I'm doing a show today because people told me they would give me money if I came on the show today. Because that's what that means. We found out, we got, we saw an email leaked where one of his big pay pigs said him a note or he sent him a note. Chad said him a note and said, hey, if I go on live today, will you be around? So I was like, if you're there to super chat me, then I'll, I'll be on. So make it work by while. So, yeah, so make it worth my one.
Starting point is 01:41:25 Yeah, I should let that play a little bit further. I listen to this. I know a flat cat just goes, look, you got to do it. I'm like, no, I don't have to. I don't have to do it. Would have been a huge payday? Of course, but they just goes to show you. I don't need to do it.
Starting point is 01:41:38 I don't need to do shows. Am I doing a show today? Yeah, I'm doing it because a lot of people were asking. I said, sure, okay, I'll do a show. So make it worth my while. But I don't need to do it. I just want to remind everyone. Pat Dixon needs to do shows.
Starting point is 01:41:53 he needs to do this I don't Carl needs to do this he thinks that's a get this is my job yeah you know a heart surgeon needs to perform surgery
Starting point is 01:42:06 or else he loses a few of his homes after a little while like yes I need to do this is what I do for a living what kind of gotcha is that well I mean you apparently don't have a $10,000 go fund me that you can dip into anytime you want and now you don't have to do shows anymore
Starting point is 01:42:21 that's true my go fund me went all to my attorney so I got to keep doing this. I don't. I'm very good with my money. I budget it well. I'm prepared for a rainy day. So I just like to do it. I like doing shows, you know, when I want to do them.
Starting point is 01:42:44 Today I wanted to do one. And other people wanted me to do one. I think you just caught himself there. He's like, well, you know. I don't need this. Anyways, thank you so much for this $2. What? It's really helped me.
Starting point is 01:42:58 It's hard to get people to donate when you're just like, I don't even need your fucking money. I want it. Usually when people say that, they give it back. Yeah. All right. I want to talk about Opie and Anthony responded to Opie's comments about Anthony's new show, the Anthony and Jim show. And Opie has put up the video. We reviewed it on WATP, but he has made a standalone video now on his stream.
Starting point is 01:43:40 channel. Opie finally reacts, the Jim and Anthony show. And so he's tried to get some views and it's doing pretty well, a thousand views from a day ago. That's good for him. Taring it up, brother, man. Now, I know you guys kind of already discussed his reaction. I guess I don't know if this was a surprise to you, but I was surprised that he seemed to go way more in on Jim. Yes. Then he did Anthony. Do you know what? Do you know why that is? Ben his thing? Is it because he, Does he still holding the possibility of maybe that O and A reunion somewhere down the line? Well, that's a good point because he'd even said to Ron the waiter, he goes, listen, if I put in a call to Anthony to do the reunion, he'll drop Jim immediately and do that.
Starting point is 01:44:24 So at Opie's idea, maybe that's part of it. I think the real reason is Jim never addresses Opie, doesn't talk about him, doesn't ever bring up anything with Opie. And that drives him insane. It's got to, yeah. I think that hurts him more than Anthony going on and saying that he sucks at broadcasting, which is what we're about to watch. This is Anthony's response to Opie's hot takes on him and Jim starting a new show. I do love the video next to that has 66 views.
Starting point is 01:44:52 Yeah, that's why I pulled that over. So Opie's videos get 66 views or if he's talking about Jim and Anthony a thousand. So I think that's the point that Anthony makes in this video, too. I'm not going to play the whole thing. but you can check this out it's on the compound media YouTube channel and it's a longer video
Starting point is 01:45:12 almost 40 minutes and Anthony makes the point that like yeah if Opie's not talking about him and Jim no one's tuning into that show it's so boring he'll shit on me like that and I won't I won't acknowledge it there's nothing you know it's him doing him
Starting point is 01:45:27 but then when he has his his little side kick there Ron Oh The waiter And he's trying to do an impression
Starting point is 01:45:45 Of me It's so bad It's so embarrassingly Dushy That I feel like I should probably just address it Because it's kind of interesting and funny On that end Like what are you doing?
Starting point is 01:46:01 Hmm So also I did the great Legion of Skanks show me and Jimmy went on Legion of Skanks
Starting point is 01:46:16 Monday night at the stand it was a sold out show it was fucking unbelievable so much fun all right so they're promoting their new podcast they're going on shows just did Legion of Skanks
Starting point is 01:46:28 and I have a clip from the Legion of Skanks because they had they had to take a lie detector and at the end of the episode they went through and gave him the results, whether he was lying or not. And this one stood out, to me anyway.
Starting point is 01:46:44 Dunk it, no. And the final question, you asked Anthony, do you think opi is talented? Can I bet on this one? He said no, and the lie detector test determined he was telling the truth. Wow. Opie sucks shit going
Starting point is 01:47:13 on the Legion of Skakes Well and also Opie's thing is like I mean I guess I almost want to kind of defend him But I'm not going to But I know he purposely puts Clearly no work into his show
Starting point is 01:47:29 Like his or his I shouldn't even call a show His stream or whatever it is But I do wonder if he did put in effort If it would least be something Listenable or like seem like a show because it really is amazing that the heights that they reached and what he does now, it's just so embarrassing.
Starting point is 01:47:49 I can't even believe he does it. It's so ridiculous. The last time Anthony reaped praise on Greg Hughes was when Greg started the drinking beer at the bar show. Remember it had like an intro to it? Had like a drum to me thick. Right, right, right. Produced like audio, like video of him like going into the bar.
Starting point is 01:48:08 And it's like he had his sidekick, Matt from Gebhard's there and the other characters would be milling around. I remember when that first started. He's trying to do a show. Cool. Yeah, Opie, go. We do a show. That's not to be a fucking disaster. It's why we have Ron the waiter.
Starting point is 01:48:23 Yes. That's the second mic now. But yeah, I don't think he has it in him anymore, Jim. Yeah, and I mean, I guess probably because for then, for years anyways, even when they were doing the Opie and Anthony show, he was probably just so comfortable
Starting point is 01:48:40 with having producers, interns, whatever, they're just serving up content. So he just thinks, hey, turn on the camera, we'll just make the magic happen. And it's, I mean, there's a common theme with all these people who are watching. They're all delusional. And they all just think they can just coast
Starting point is 01:49:00 and people are going to love it. They're going to eat it up or some shit. It's like, put some effort. One of the greatest clips that I know we've played on this show probably multiple times was when Op. definitely were having an argument live on the air. And Opie goes, I don't need this. I can do something else.
Starting point is 01:49:13 And if he goes, like what? Yeah. Like what? And Opie always had this delusion that he didn't need Jim or Anthony. You know, he went to afternoons. And then he had Carl Ruiz and Vick Henley and Sharad Small. These are my guys now. I was like, no one cared about that.
Starting point is 01:49:28 Everything's done with this podcast. No one's cared about any of it. He needs Anthony and Jim to do a show. Yeah. And he just needs other people to do all the work. And again, I don't know if it's a weird. defense mechanism where he knows people are going to shit on what he does. So he assumes, well, at least I could tell myself, it's not like I put effort into this thing.
Starting point is 01:49:49 I'm just, you know, streaming. We're just having fun. What does it matter if anyone watches? He's even said, he even said, if I put effort into this, I would be bigger than Joe Rogan. Yeah, no. He's like, if I wanted to, I can flip the switch and it'd be the biggest podcast. Why wouldn't you want to do that? Why wouldn't you want to do that?
Starting point is 01:50:07 Yeah. So you're just saying you're a lazy asshole? Okay. Yes. Actually, I have a lazy asshole. So anyway, Opie got wind of this Anthony saying that he has no talent. And so Opie responded on Twitter to that. But like, that's what you do.
Starting point is 01:50:29 And Opie writes, holy shit. Anthony said I wasn't talented. What a pathetic loser. Sure hope you pushed back on that nonsense. or did you just lap his... There's someone that doesn't get it. Oh, a pathetic loser. And I posted on X, I'm like, what was I...
Starting point is 01:50:57 In Opie's mind, what should I have done? Hey, Anthony, I'm a lie detector. The camera's on me. Do you think Opie has talent? Well, you know, Big Jay, back when I first got together with the Opie and Anthony show, Opie had the ability to, like a long-winded monologue about the great talent that is Greg Opie Hughes. Or understand you're on a comedy show and you know what the audience wants to hear,
Starting point is 01:51:34 you know, the simple, quick answer, no. and the audience loved it. They're laughing. The legious gang's guys will laugh and we're having a good time. And he told the truth. Yeah, it turns out. He's not talented. I only shouldn't bring any awareness to this.
Starting point is 01:51:51 No. No. And I mean, and kind of almost what Ant's saying there too is like, kind of does. It's similar what we're just talking about. Like, he does think that at least there was a time when he was putting an effort and trying something. But those days are long gone.
Starting point is 01:52:07 And the fact that he's like, who did he think would be pushing back? What, like Lewis J. Gomez or something like that or Big J. Like who's he saying, I hope you push back on that, that bullshit. Yeah, Louis J.go is going to be like, actually, Opie's a very talented guy. They asked Opie to go on the show. Everyone asks Opie to go on their show. So he won't go on anyone's show because he knows he's untalented and will look like a fool. And like all these guys that we talk about, they all claim that they don't watch any of this.
Starting point is 01:52:35 And Opie always seems to be impressed of the situation. Yeah, isn't that amazing? Also, he's on Twitter firing back and promoting his podcast. That's the part Anthony didn't read. After they, he's just like, check out another awesome episode. Opie Unfiltered. Yeah. You changed the name of the show from Opie Rage to Opie Unfiltered, Jim.
Starting point is 01:52:52 I meant to ask about that because he made a new channel. Was this a long time ago? Is this fairly recent? This is brand new. Now, there is another channel called Opie Unleashed NYC. Oh, that's what I was thinking of. Right. All right.
Starting point is 01:53:03 Sometimes he's unleashed. Sometimes he's unfiltered. Yes, because I saw the tweet of the video and then I tried to pull it up later and I was on like opi radio whatever and I'm like, where is it? And then yeah, I was like, oh, he's opi unfiltered. Opie unfiltered now because it was brought to his attention that radio's not cool anymore. Oh, wow. By some children. Yeah, he's like, dad.
Starting point is 01:53:28 No, it wasn't we had the radio. He's like, oh, that's what I call my shell. Oh, man, that's going back to like what you're saying with. Jerry Banfield will be one of the Opie's kids and knowing that his dad is doing these embarrassing live streams every day ranting about the haters and his
Starting point is 01:53:45 tooth fund or whatever Well I'm going to change the name of it And I won't be embarrassing anymore That's They won't be able to find it That's a good point Jim I think about this These kids are in a private school in Manhattan
Starting point is 01:53:57 So all their friends are rich They're all like rich families And hey your dad is trying to raise $2,000 for dental work? That's got to be embarrassing. Your dad's hanging out with waiters and potheads online. All right. So, as you heard the previous clip, Anthony was like,
Starting point is 01:54:21 Ron's trying to do an impression of me. And if you remember when we played this, Ron was pretending that Anthony is just chiming in and laughing along with, oh, that's right, Jim. Like he's a McMan or something. Yeah. It's a really shitty impression. You know, and Anthony's like,
Starting point is 01:54:35 You obviously don't know what the fuck you're talking about. You know, you're an idiot. But what I love here is that Anthony pulls up some of Ron the waiter stand-up. Oh, that's great. Yeah, this is fantastic. When I was watching that, I honestly had no idea what Ron the waiter was doing. Like when he was doing his stand-up? No, in Opie's video when Ron kept doing the, like I literally thought he was just doing an Ed McMahon bit.
Starting point is 01:54:58 I didn't realize he was doing his Anthony impression. Right. That was a reveal for all of us, Jim. None of us do what he was doing. Then when he finally explained it, I was like, oh, that's what you're doing? Because that's dumb. It was much worse than I thought.
Starting point is 01:55:14 Yes. All right, so this is Anthony. He wants to see how, obviously, Ron's making fun of Anthony and his ability to be comedic on a show. So Ron must be an amazing comedian to feel that way. So we have,
Starting point is 01:55:31 Ron, do you got the clip of Ron on stage, Sean? Oh, here we go. This is Ron the waiter. This is Opie's sidekick. He's a comedian. Obviously, if he's talking about me and Jimmy doing a show and he brings up a break and he explains the joke and he doesn't find it funny, he must have some crazy good comic chops to make that distinction. Well, let's look. Let's look to... You know what I love about this? This is all so far below, Anthony Cooby. He doesn't have to dress any of this.
Starting point is 01:56:10 There's no reason for him. It's so petty. And I love that. Go ahead and fight the mud a little bit, Anthony. Why not? That's so fun with that. He really enjoys his life. Together and see how fucking scary, talented.
Starting point is 01:56:25 Ron the waiter. What's his last name? Ron. There's one radio, Ron, who has and then there's this radio, Ron, who is. Ron Berman, right? Ron Berman. Ron the waiter, Berman.
Starting point is 01:56:45 Let's watch and try to hold your sides because they're going to hurt from the laughter. Let's watch. Football is bad, thank God, right? Because there was no basketball, there was no hockey, there was no football. So besides baseball, being shown on television, the alternative is like log tossing.
Starting point is 01:57:12 Well, I do that in the morning. They're showing, what's it called? The bean bag. Football is back. No more eating peanuts and cracker jacks. I don't want to go back, because now it's all about eating meat. Checking queen.
Starting point is 01:57:43 Fuck you, me. Little pics of the blanket. Constipation. They're not shitting for three days. Thank God. Football. I love Anthony's face during this. He's a disbelief.
Starting point is 01:57:59 When did he get to the punchline? Yes. Where's this going? Where's he going with this, right? I got the poop joke. That was great. Antonio Brown is now a New England Patriots. How did that happen?
Starting point is 01:58:12 Is Bill Belichick? like what are those evil characters and sad was? Like, is he the dark force? Is Tom Brady Darth Vader? Well, that would never happen because he's so fucking good-looking.
Starting point is 01:58:26 There's no way that they're putting a mask on him. Listen, I'll be honest with you. I'm a straight guy, but I would absolutely be tawny's tight end. You know what I mean? Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! I mean, that's what the Patriots do. It's called it the Patriots way.
Starting point is 01:58:42 Robert Crap. the owner of the Patriots was caught giving hand, was caught getting hit at an Asian spa in a strip wall and they were featuring table showers.
Starting point is 01:58:57 I don't know what the fuck table showers. It sounds like a like a zoo animal being sprayed off. You know what I mean? Get the thing on every time. So Warwick Craft was, Robby Craft.
Starting point is 01:59:10 People are laughing at him. Yeah. Anyone in this club who's laughing is laughing at him for thinking that's a joke it just keeps going it just keeps going and now was he doing stand-up before he partnered with the opster oh yeah all right he faces himself a comedian which is why he wanted to get on an opi show and he found out that opi was famous he was serving him at 4 p.m at the restaurant found out ope was famous he's like oh i got to get with this guy because i'm a comedian it's so sad to me it's hard it's hard to get up and perform stand-of-common
Starting point is 01:59:43 It's a very difficult thing to do And people who try to do it I know it takes a long time to work through it And to get good and find your voice And all that kind of stuff You get into your late 50s, early 60s If you're not funny It's fine, do something else
Starting point is 01:59:56 Yeah, you're not funny It's okay, learn an instrument I don't know You don't have to do this Ron You don't have to do this This is embarrassing, man It's not happening At the spa
Starting point is 02:00:08 Robin Craft ended the spar In 1102 a.m. Emson in the spa at 11.10 a.m. Now, that's fucking efficiency. Have you seen the mugshots of these women? They're like pretty little gaitians. They're like women in their 50s. They look like butchy M&A fighter, the swollen cauliflower is.
Starting point is 02:00:32 I'm sure the last thing they want to see is an old white man coming to get service. I'm sure there's no small car. They want to get it over with as quickly as possible, like take it. one nuts off a tire has there been one last car pitch on you poo pants down one laugh aside from that one guy christ i was asked i was i was going to ask where the fuck is the light give him the fucking light please let's go already in his horrendous accent like is it a massachusetts accent is it a long island accent i can't i don't i don't
Starting point is 02:01:17 I mean, I grew up in Massachusetts, but I don't really remember it. I've been away for so long. No one else talks like this. It's so obnoxious. Fucking billion dollars coming up. I'd be bathing in it. I'm glad football's back. Thank you.
Starting point is 02:01:34 I wanted to play the whole thing, his entire set that was. So people wouldn't say, oh, you pick and choose a joke that bombed. That is the worst stand-up I've ever seen. I really am hard-pressed to come up with a worst little three-minute set of stand-up comedy. That was night. He had one of his buddies or something in the crowd. I'm going to say it. I think Tom Myers is better than that.
Starting point is 02:02:17 We've always said Tom Myers is the worst stand-up in the history of stand-up comedy. I think Tom Myers is funnier than what Ron just did. Yeah. I was thinking the guy with the light wasn't flashing it because that was a guy laughing. He's like, I'm going to let him hang himself. Yeah. Well, come on, guys. He was referencing, you know, Tom Brady and Belichick and Antonio Brown.
Starting point is 02:02:40 I'm sure that's years ago at this point. That has to be like at least eight years ago. I bet you he's way better now. I bet he's a seasoned comedian at this point. up and cover back then. Yes, yeah. Or a drunk out, whatever it was. There wasn't a peep out of anyone else in that room.
Starting point is 02:02:59 Maybe there wasn't anyone else in the room. I thought I saw some people, though, on the side. They weren't even jokes. How about football? No hockey, no basketball. Talk Brady's death Vader from Star Wars. What? What?
Starting point is 02:03:20 What? This is the guy who is going to critique Jim Norton on his comedy and delivery and material. Holy mother of fuck.
Starting point is 02:03:39 All right. Well said. Yeah. I mean... I love that Ron got some shrapnel back. Well deserved. Yeah, I'm starting to second guess Opie's eye for talent. I mean, you know, he did. Like, as he would say, he, like, plucked Anthony out of obscurity. And, you know, then they found Jim Norton and they made, you know, the classic Opie and Anthony show from the early 2000s.
Starting point is 02:04:03 Let's talk about that. So, Anthony was writing these funny parody signs with his brother, submitting him to the radio station, the morning show and Opie show. And he was like, these are funny. And he would play them. And then people liked them. And would call in and say, hey, that's really funny. So they had to Anthony in. And then Anthony joined up with him.
Starting point is 02:04:19 and they became the Open Anthony show. And then Anthony does an amazing Dice impression. So Dice started calling into the show and was friends with them. Jim Norton's opener was Dice. And Dice one day goes, you guys got to talk to my opener, Jim Norton. He just had a prostitute last night. You got to hear the story from this guy.
Starting point is 02:04:35 And they put Jim on the phone. So my point is this. Yeah. O'Bee did like make this happen. No. He didn't seek this out. Anthony sought out an opportunity to get out of tin knocking and get on the radio. And then because of Anthony, they got a connection with Dice, who got a connection with Jim Norton.
Starting point is 02:04:53 So, you know, it's once you don't have a radio show anymore, your options are limited. You get Ron the waiter and Tony P. Speaking of Ron the waiter, Tony P. Yesterday was FU Friday. And we love FU Friday on this show. It starts off with a bang. Opie has no idea what he's talking about. I saw Tony's Magnum P.I.
Starting point is 02:05:16 Yeah. He looks like he's ready to solve a mystery on the island. I want to get it to Magna P.I. Wasn't that the show with Mr. T. and all that, right? No. No. The 18. Oh, that was the 18.
Starting point is 02:05:32 Never mind. Magna P.I. was Tom Selleck. All right. Tom Selleck with a stupid mustache that he can't let go of. He's now an old guy with the same old. That's my first nephew. Way to Pivot, Rope. Whoever looking foolish?
Starting point is 02:05:45 So, like, actually, you know, that is what I want to talk. about moustaches. He looks like you, Tony P. Yeah, it's really up-to-date references, you know, really, really telling it like it is, taking pop culture to task on the, the Opie unfiltered. This is some fucking deep shit. Now, I did want to ask real quick because I'm, unless I'm misremembering, in the video where he was shit-talking the Anthony and Jim show, I did see the Venmo for Tony,
Starting point is 02:06:13 Tony P. Is that it? But I don't think I saw a Ron. one, although this one might have had one. So is he letting Ron accept Venmo's now? Yes, Ron does have a Venmo. It's been extremely controversial. Okay.
Starting point is 02:06:25 Because we know people have donated hundreds of dollars to Ron. I've gotten the receipts. And Ron has never been thankful or appreciative. He always says, yeah, no one's giving me money. Oh, what the fuck, Ron. Yeah, it's really shitty. We liked you. We were rooting for you.
Starting point is 02:06:41 And there's two theories. One is that Ron's a piece of shit and go fuck himself. The other one is that, Opie set up the Venmo for him and controls it as stealing the money. Ooh. Or, I mean, this could be a conspiracy out there giving Ron too much credit. Maybe he knows if he mentions that he's getting donations and Opie hears that. He's going to get bitched out by Opie or Opie's going to ask for some of it.
Starting point is 02:07:06 So he's trying to keep that close to the vest. That's interesting. Yeah. Because Opie also wants money. He's got the PayPal thing set up now that you just donate to him whenever you want. And so, yeah, if Ron was just like, holy shit, Opie, I'll be. popular on this show. I got $300
Starting point is 02:07:18 yesterday. I can see Opie being like all right, we're not promoting your Venmo anymore. Interesting. Yeah, maybe he's smart enough to not really broadcast that out
Starting point is 02:07:29 where Opie could find out. But then again, he probably was just a piece of shit. Yeah, or Opie's just stealing it. He's got his end in the pocket. I have a clip right here. It's a short one.
Starting point is 02:07:38 But I'm saving this for Wednesday for when Adam Bush is back on the show with us. No one wears moustaches anymore. Get, rid of it. Well said. Well said,
Starting point is 02:07:50 Opie. He's so in touch, isn't he? He really thinks he could just lean on that like angry guy voice. And for someone who
Starting point is 02:08:01 like gives Jim Norton shit or whatever, like in that video, he's talking about, okay, Jimmy, you just want to rant and yell about people's kids. But he literally,
Starting point is 02:08:10 that's just what he does. He does his fucking his opi rant that he's half. It's either an old, ass outdated reference or he's wrong with whatever he's bringing up. Dude, this episode specifically is just all of the things that are grinding opi's gears.
Starting point is 02:08:26 And that can be funny. There are guys who have definitely turned it into comedy gold when they're just pissed off and bishing about stuff. Opie has no ability to do this. Mustaches are stupid. I mean, do you got anything else for that? Yeah, yeah. That would be a funny, that would be a funny Jim Norton ran. Like Jim Norton could do a rant on something like that.
Starting point is 02:08:46 be hilarious. But yeah, I was not going to cut you up. But no, because Opie doesn't have any, like, comedic ability. And so he goes off on these rants on things that you couldn't possibly be actually concerned about or care about, because it's not very timely. It was the 18 that drove me nuts because weren't they
Starting point is 02:09:02 escaped convicts? No, they were sort of... Military. They escaped from the military prison. All right, all right. But they were in prison and they escaped, and now they're... Now they're rolling around. Was it Hawaii in a discreet van that no one would recognize trying to solve crimes.
Starting point is 02:09:20 It was stupid. They weren't solving crimes. If you found yourself in a bind and nobody else could help, that's when you're high in the 18. You just described Scooby-Doo. And you don't solve crimes. This is like great granddad talk. Like this is like a goof. Finally, someone explained it.
Starting point is 02:09:46 The whole plot and premise of the A team doesn't make any sense. Yeah. Hi, you still like that show, but after Opie told me, this is nonsensical. I guess I'm out. I'd be pissed off, too, if I couldn't figure out what the A team was about. Yeah, just turn on the stream. Let me go. I got something to get off my chest.
Starting point is 02:10:04 That's a good point. When the A team was odd, I was single digits years old. And I understood what was going on. Yeah. Something difficult. Also, this Tony guy's doing. himself a favor next to these fucks. Yeah. He looks like a dashing, charming
Starting point is 02:10:20 gentleman. Oh, he loves it too. He's in love with himself. He's like the Jerry Badfield of the show. He's fucking himself with the mirror every morning. Now, there's a new show out called the Hawk, and it's about a golfer who isn't a great golfer anymore. He becomes a caddy, but he's trying to work
Starting point is 02:10:38 his way back into the PGA. Most people all of a sudden, it's not very good. I haven't watched it, but Opie really doesn't like it. So I, you know, I haven't had real jobs ever. And one of the, I never had a real job. I mean, I'm, I went through life without a real job. It's crazy.
Starting point is 02:10:58 And one of my fake jobs was being a caddy. So I love the golf culture. I love golf movies. And I love Will Farrell. I think Molly Shannon's hilarious. I think fortune is very, very talented. I watched the hawk on net. Netflix. What a pile of garbage.
Starting point is 02:11:20 What a pile of garbage. Great rant. Well, it's hilarious to see that he's still bringing up his old caddy days. And I mean, he was showing kind of self-awareness of like never had a job. And I know he means something different, but it's more so it's what we're just talking about of how like, once he got into a position where he had other people doing all the work, he literally didn't do shit. He literally would just come in and yell at people and try to fucking shit on the interns who were doing everything for him.
Starting point is 02:11:57 But it's so funny that, yeah, he just thinks he's still like longing looks at those days where he was a caddy for what, like six months or whatever it was. And uses that as a, you know, a great end to rant about a fucking shitty Netflix movie. But the problem I have with this is that. he watched the movie like that Kevin Hart movie he watched and he was bitching about it nonstop but he just goes it sucks it's not funny it's not like it you know you're like okay if you're going to
Starting point is 02:12:23 watch something and not like it get something out of it that tells us why you don't like it he's just like oh it's a pile of garbage oh it sucks so can you elaborate on why you don't like the hawk I don't know yeah I don't know what it is because you're excited Will Farrell and he has some chemistry with fortune
Starting point is 02:12:41 who I think is very very talented and uh And Molly Shannon is pretty good in everything she does. This thing just sat there like a fucking wet fart. It was terrible. He just repeated everything he already said. I didn't like that thing. It sucks.
Starting point is 02:12:59 Also, who goes, well, I bet this new Will Ferrell project will be funny. Yeah, no. He hasn't been a funny thing. Exactly. He sucks. He's still, like, everything's dated. And I'm sure that movie's terrible. But probably he was.
Starting point is 02:13:14 was on his phone ranting against the haters through the whole movie. That's why he has nothing to add to it. Yeah. He was, he was, he was, flying with the haters. And then he was like, that sucks. Piece of shit movie. And Molly Shannon. Oh, good. I do Molly Shannon movie is out.
Starting point is 02:13:31 Oh, sweet. Awesome. I'll get tickets for all my friends. I don't know to ask if they want to go. I know. All right, so, Opie is having that week in the summer that he always brags about. It's the time when he drops the kids off with the in-laws down in Philly.
Starting point is 02:13:49 And so Opie's got the whole house to just him and his wife and doggy. Also, I got to say, this time of year, we shipped the kids off. They're down on the Jersey shore with my in-laws and their cousins. And it's just me and the wife. Nice. Ah, what did we do last night? We just laid around. Did.
Starting point is 02:14:16 Oh, we watched Ted Lassau, and we had clams in red sauce. Oh, nice. You don't because the kids are away? What about the dog? The dogs away or no? Now, the dog's here, and I know what you're getting at, Ron, because you need to go there. And honestly, where am I going to say?
Starting point is 02:14:36 No, we were heading in that direction, and then we fell asleep. I mean, oh, if you're going to brag about having the house and just you and your wife. And he immediately gets defensive. He can't just have fun with it. He can't be like, I'm a man of a certain age. Like, you know, like make fun of yourself a little bit. Do something here. That's the classic OPEE where, you know, back on the O&A show and everyone would be busts on each other.
Starting point is 02:15:05 And then like, Voss would say something about Opie. And he'd be like, oh, you're going to come at me now? You want to do this, Rich? Right. You really want to do this? Yeah, it's he's brought up, the whole reason to bring that up, the kids are away, is like, cool, you and your wife can fuck, right? Is that what's going on? She would have. I swear to God, I think she probably won't have. Ted Lassau tired us out. I was so tuckering.
Starting point is 02:15:30 Yeah, and what do you say they're eating oysters? Isn't that like an aphrodisiac? And you're supposed to get you all ready to go? Yeah, a dinner, a movie, great. What's next? A bad time. And at the very, if you just lean into it at that point, I mean, comedians do that. Like, here in my old age, it's not about the sex. It's about the Ted Lassow. Whatever fucking hack bullshit you want to do. Go for it.
Starting point is 02:15:54 Instead, Opie does the opposite. So he's bragging that the kids are away. And it's just him and his wife. And then he has to reveal that they didn't fuck. And so then he's like, but hold on guys, I fuck all the time. I think Tony's another guy that doesn't schedule shit. You know, the fact. is I work from home.
Starting point is 02:16:12 My kids are gone Monday through Friday all day long. We don't have to schedule shit. When it happens, it happens. Then why are you bringing up? You're the one that brought it up, Opie. Right. Shit goes down when the
Starting point is 02:16:30 kids are at school. The Ops are getting his pud wet. I think this episode's called Opie Fox. He fucked so hard, bro. Yeah. You go, Opie. You guys don't see...
Starting point is 02:16:42 Do you buy a blue shoe? You guys don't see that he's freezing up all the time? Yes. So this was a major issue we had. And the cable company had to come out, and they ran the Ethernet through the neighbor's garden. Then he had to have it buried. And they had to wait for someone else to come out and connected to the house. It's been an ongoing saga.
Starting point is 02:16:57 It's like last year's air conditioning saga. Of course. It's been ongoing. And it's freezing up again. And Opie addresses that. We're not going to pay attention to the fact that after dealing with the cable company, but pretty much all summer, I'm still freezing. And I tried to tell them what they were doing was not going to solve the issue.
Starting point is 02:17:19 Man. So now I got to go back to the cable company or back on the phone. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We went through the whole thing the other day, so I'm not going to go through it again. But literally dealt with this all summer. And four different guys. One, I think it was, I think we're up to four, maybe five different guys where the cable company came here. And they didn't pick shit in the end.
Starting point is 02:17:39 Right. All right. How is it? Opie can't get his air conditioning fixed. He can't get a central air working. He can't get his internet working for him. He lives in the Hamptons. I have a theory on this. Because this is what happened last summer for him. He's always looking for a guy who can give him a deal. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 02:17:58 You know, he's never dealing with the company directly and like, let's just get a fixed and send me the invoice. It was always like, oh, really? Oh, you know a guy who used to work for the cable company who knows the way to configure it so I could do this. It's like, because how the fuck did that just fix the cable? All of his neighbors have very fast internet. I guarantee it. Yeah, I'm sure. You think the doctor next door is just going, well, my upspeed's not great, but what are you going to do?
Starting point is 02:18:22 Yeah. No, you know, Chief Cheapo for sure. And probably for a good reason, he's like, well, I can't just be dishing out money to have someone come and install my Wi-Fi. I need a guy. You got a guy. I was ready for him to go into like some other fucking hack ran of like, and then they tell you, they'll be out between 10 and 8 p.m. And you're sitting all day.
Starting point is 02:18:44 And then they found, they shall be at 8.30. Seems that would be actually called the cable company, though. Yes. He doesn't have that story. Yeah. So the other thing he said there that was crazy. He goes, I knew the fix that they had wasn't going to fix the issue. Are you an expert on high speed internet?
Starting point is 02:19:02 No. That's crazy. Yeah, why even have them come out at that point? Just get the opster on the, opsters on the case. That was dumb. And then Tony says something that's even stupider. No question, bro. Back in the 70s and the 80s,
Starting point is 02:19:15 in the time when we grew up, we would just watch television. There was no cable. There was no nothing. It was just a fucking signal that came out of the air and went to the screen. Why can't we go back to that?
Starting point is 02:19:24 With the antenna? Well, whatever. Why can't we, yeah, because it'd be easier. All you'd have to do is wiggle your antenna right now if you were fucking freezing up. You wouldn't have to wait for 75 people to come to fix your cable.
Starting point is 02:19:37 Tony. I don't know. often you were live streaming from your television in the 70s. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 02:19:45 The fuck this guy's talking me. He does he use the airwaves to live stream? Yeah, why don't we
Starting point is 02:19:50 go back to the three channels and it was much easier? Yeah. We'd have to keep track all these things.
Starting point is 02:19:54 Yeah, when you went to work the next day, everyone saw the same show. That's great. Yeah. And Opie
Starting point is 02:20:00 flexes his comedic chops by wiggling. I was going to ask about that. Look at me having to tell us. I was going to ask, what was that?
Starting point is 02:20:10 He's just like doing a little dance around about it. Oh, he's amazing. I mean, they do have satellite internet. I know that Anthony got danced out of the storm and swears by it, whatever Elon Musk's thing is. So I guess theoretically what Tony's saying, it could be done for hoping. I don't think Tony's understanding this at all.
Starting point is 02:20:31 It's like, it wasn't zero. So fly through the airwaves, you idiots. Yeah, I think you're giving. Tony quite a big way and credit. What a stupid thought that was. Yeah, it's like the person that complains about their phone, and I get it, phones are annoying, but
Starting point is 02:20:48 it's just kind of like, if you don't like it, just put it away then. What are you talking about? Right. We're always a slave to our phones these days. Yeah, okay, shut up. Yeah, that's your fault. All right, so Opie is going to get into his FU, and it's a little callback. I thought we're past this, but apparently not. Here we are. Yes, it's FU.
Starting point is 02:21:06 Friday, my first nephew goes out to Tom Selleck in a stupid mustache. I was always obsessed with the celebrity. Maybe people could give us a few examples in the chat of celebrities that had a special look that they had to wear for the rest of their lives so people could recognize them.
Starting point is 02:21:22 Like, Raleigh Fingers and baseball had to have this spitty mustache. Hold on. Hold on. These references keep getting older. How is that possible? What did Wally Fingers pitch? The 60s? It was like Satchel Paige Was always coming out with that mustache
Starting point is 02:21:40 And what about Shulets Joe? What the fuck's he talking about? And this is a horrible bit But like he clearly kind of went in with this already in his mind Yeah But he couldn't just do He couldn't have spent 20 minutes Just like looking up mustache guys to have a list or something
Starting point is 02:21:58 I have a different thought on this Okay Because I watched the episode So it starts off with either Ron or Tony making the Magnum PI reference. Oh, okay. So Tom Selleck was brought up on the show.
Starting point is 02:22:11 Obey pretends he does all the show prep and his first FU is Tom Selleck because they were talking about Tom Selleck at the beginning of the program. You're absolutely right. Yeah, a mustache. This is my up view this week. It's like, so you didn't do any prep at all.
Starting point is 02:22:22 Yeah, no, okay, you're right. Yeah. That's why it's so unfunny and ridiculous. And it goes nowhere. People aren't in the chat going, oh yeah, you know another guy who has a look. Yeah. He's got, he must have less people
Starting point is 02:22:33 than Jerry Banfield as in his chat, I would imagine. Oh, well, or Jerry doesn't have live streams for that reason. Or I guess a Joe Cronin probably for sure. I mean, Joe Croner probably had more people just chatting amongst themselves than the Yopster. Yeah. Anyway, it's a dumb bit. Thankfully, Ron saves us. He's got an FU, but it's not a real FU.
Starting point is 02:22:54 These are sanctioned or something to some governing body. So we want us to let us know this isn't his official FU for this Friday. All right, listen, let's get into some FUs. I got one. Oh, go, Roddy, babe. But first of all, this is not my real nephew. This is a brand new effew because I saw it on the television today. Okay.
Starting point is 02:23:17 New York City local television for forcing us to have to watch Jets preseason football. What? Fingernails on a blackboard. We are forced not just to watch the Jets, but preseason. Right. Are we forced to do that? I'm glad that I was real off you because that is a hack bet. Well, couldn't you just have a few jets, the Jets team then at that point?
Starting point is 02:23:50 Like, can't you just cut out the middleman and be like, F you Jets, your preseason sucks, your season's going to be worse? Yeah, I mean, which preseason is the game did he want them to air? What was he missing that he was hoping to catch there? What happened over the round that was saying, thank God for football. I know he's not saying about the Jets. Yeah. Can't stand it.
Starting point is 02:24:09 So apparently Tony P's a big Jets fan. Tony P goes, look, this is all scripted anyway. Tony P's got some wild conspiracy theories. The NFL's all scripted and the Jets are going to win the Super Bowl this year. Now, the Jets are not going to win the Super Bowl this year. Spoiler. There's any Jets fans out there.
Starting point is 02:24:25 Don't send me angry emails. Your team stinks. But Opie hears that and he goes, oh, let's make a wager on that. Tony, put your money where your mouth is. Let's go, what? You guarantee the Jets. the Super Bowl because everything's scripted.
Starting point is 02:24:39 Let's go a thou. Let's go with thou. I'm not going to go without. I can put a dollar on that. I can put a dollar on that. Hold on, hold on. Do you make the playoffs? If I win, you pay me a thou.
Starting point is 02:24:52 If the Jets win the Super Bowl, like you're saying, as a guarantee, I'll give me two. I don't bet on sports. Then shut your mouth. What you said it was a guarantee? Why wouldn't you put money on a guarantee? This is bullying. Opie's an ass.
Starting point is 02:25:07 This is not how betting works. So the Jets are 200 to 1 odds to win the Super Bowl this year. So if you put $1,000 to win the Super Bowl, you don't win $2,000. You'd win $20,000. No, but that's what Opie would share with you. Right.
Starting point is 02:25:23 Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Or just say, yeah, well, fine, bet a dollar. If they do win the Super Bowl, I'll give you $1,000. You know what I mean? Like, you're a rich guy in the Hamptons.
Starting point is 02:25:35 I did the math for us, too. We've been $200,000. actually. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Opie's already $2,000. Like, fuck you, asshole. Like, what's your problem? Trying to bully him. And this guy is a custodian. He doesn't have a thousand bucks in the bank. He's going to put a thousand bucks on the Jets.
Starting point is 02:25:51 Opie really thought that was going to be a quick thousand dollars. He was going to trick him into making that bet. And he would hold him to it. Oh, yeah. As soon as they were eliminated from the playoffs in week seven or week eight, whenever they get eliminated from the playoffs, Opie's just like, I pay you up, asshole. Thou, by the way. What grown man says a thau?
Starting point is 02:26:11 Yeah, what is it with like John Melendez has to do that too? Like a Hyundai? I'll bet you a hundred. Five large. Five large. I have one more clip on here because an FU pops into OPE's head out of nowhere. And thankfully, finally a reference that the young kids who are watching the show can get behind. First of all, thanks to Tony again.
Starting point is 02:26:34 What I love about doing FU Fridays is the FU's pop. in my head, man. I have a whole list, but now I got to say F you to the remake of the bad news bears. Amazing. Kids drinking beer. Amazing. Kids in a car without seatbelts. Amazing.
Starting point is 02:26:53 So what's the FU? You say the remake didn't need to be made. When did that come out? 2005. I was going to say that's... The remake is 21 years old. There's probably been more time. Like when that remake was made, there's been more time than it was between the original bad news bears and that remake maybe.
Starting point is 02:27:14 Oh, maybe I'm off. But either way. Jesus. What a reference. I know what. What a reference indeed. And you know what? I think he's probably just bringing that up. I bet you if we dug into the O&A archives, that's been on a nephew Friday from the Opster. Oh. On the, even when the movie was coming out when they were broadcasting on Sirius in 2005, probably even still in 2010, he was still probably bringing it up. After you to the remake of the Bad News Bears. You're on to something. You brought up something earlier about having producers and him being lazy and not having to work anymore when he was working on Opin Anthony and they got big.
Starting point is 02:27:48 He has producers of his show now, but they're AI. He's one of these assholes who does show prep using AI. And I wouldn't be surprised if AI is going through old Opin Anthony episodes on YouTube and shit and finding what's getting views and going like, well, remember when you were making fun of the Bad News Bears. that got a lot of comments. Yeah, that's a good one. And I love that he still leans on FU Friday. I bet you he truly believes he created FU Friday
Starting point is 02:28:14 when it's just the most basic-ass nonsense radio bit ever. And he's still clinging to it like, what, 40 years later, whatever this is? It's why Jocktober existed to make fun of bits like this. Mm-hmm. Just the most hack, like, the phone lines are ringing because we're talking about what's pissing us out this week. Yeah. My boss was coming out of Saturday.
Starting point is 02:28:36 Oh, I want a jerk, huh? All right. What the hell. F you, my boss. Jesus Christ, Opie. What you do it, man? All right. Jim, you've been so gracious with your time.
Starting point is 02:28:47 I really appreciate you being on here. Always fun to talk to you, my friend. Oh, thank you. I appreciate you having me. It's always a blast, especially when there's some Jerry Banfield. I'm a big fan of Joe Cronin now, and I always love seeing the Opster. So thank you so much. Joe Cronin, I mean, if you need to get help quitting or something, you know, reach out to
Starting point is 02:29:06 someone. People should check out Jim and them. You guys have been putting out banger after banger and the Corey Feldman saga just continues to get more and more interesting. Oh, thank you so much. I appreciate that. Jim and them on YouTube, subscribe to the channel. They're trying to get 50,000 subscribers. They're almost there. Road to 50K, baby. Let's go. By the end of the year. Let's go. Let's help them out. And thanks again, Jim, for coming on. Yeah, of course. No, thank you guys. Anytime. I love coming on hanging with you guys. All right, buddy.
Starting point is 02:29:36 Later, man. All right. We do have some voicemails. And is there anything else that we're promoting here, producer Chris? We had quite the isotopes run. We did. We had a big weekend. I did see that our performance on 13 Wham made it onto a subreddit.
Starting point is 02:29:54 Yeah. So people are checking that out. And on our Facebook page. It's on our Facebook page? Yeah. Good. That's good. Our social media coordinator is doing the right thing.
Starting point is 02:30:04 Yep. That's good. If you want to see us on 13 Wham, someone made fun of me in the comments I saw that I was learning from stuttering John when I took over the interview. I was like, oh shit, that is the thing I make fun of Jeff. He got me there, but still, what are you going to do?
Starting point is 02:30:19 And yes, I was rushing the beat. Shut up. Shut up, everyone. I wanted to rush the beat. Yeah, yeah. Cool thing to do. We played a festival yesterday, the Hootianani Festival.
Starting point is 02:30:31 Yeah. That was very fun. And I might head back. down there in a little bit. Joy Wave is playing and I want to catch them. Anything about that? Who's the headliner? Modus Mouse tonight. Yeah. So hopefully the weather holds off. Fun, exciting stuff, huh guys? Let's get the voice mess. It's a bunch of crap. Swing in a mid. Rock and roll. Kenny from Canada. Hey Carl. Kenny from Canada here. I've got a scenario for you. Say you're a semi-attractive female middle-aged in Florida and you're
Starting point is 02:31:04 flipping through the dating apps, and you come across Jerry Banfield and stuttering John Melendez. Who do you pick and why? Call me back. I would pick a ladder and a rope. How about you, producer Chris? I couldn't agree more. All right. Hey, Carl.
Starting point is 02:31:25 On the subject of cover songs, I've forgotten all about this one until I'll just pop up of my YouTube algorithm. I will survive by cake. A little out there. You know, cake is not the greatest band in world. They got a couple good songs, but this is phenomenal. Check it out. Thank you, fuck you, bye.
Starting point is 02:31:40 I do like, I will survive by cake. I like cake. I think the original is probably better, you know, subjectively. But it's good. Carl Deluxe, this has got to be killing John. Even if he comes back, Stut Joe. I don't know if anyone would care. We got Scarlet out there selling Coke.
Starting point is 02:31:58 Haley selling heroin. Kim Nicholson using meth and being a pro. steel toe guzzles jizz and carl eats shit john would have to do something good that's true it's too many distractions the dablvers right now for john melendos messages for wATP just kind of a observation uh man when john left the dabble verse definitely you know there's a lot of thoughts from people what's going to happen and god damn have these low cows ever ripen down the vine for us you got jerry bainfield back in action, opie steel toe melting down, and then the fucking retard, heaven Brennan, Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 02:32:42 Anyways, when John comes back, mayhem will be let loose, kick an ass, brothers. See ya. Yes, the devil verse is alive and well. Oh, Jesus. What now? I'm not thrilled at this phone call happening on my voicemail line. Carl, this is the poop dispensary calling. to let you know that we are out of bail and debris poop until the third Tuesday of the month.
Starting point is 02:33:09 I see here you've got Kumiya poop listed as your backup. We just got a fresh batch. Just need to know if you'd like that shipped. This is definitely a call us back situation. Okay. Thank you, poop dispensary. Appreciate it. Ronnie and Syracuse.
Starting point is 02:33:26 Hey, Ronnie and Syracuse. Love you, love the show. Listening to the Midweek show with Ron, the waiter's apparent. impression of Ed McMahon. We didn't know that until he told us what it was. Oh, my God, what a disaster. This guy's supposed to be a stand-up comedian. He's supposed to be in comedy and make people laugh and do impressions.
Starting point is 02:33:44 I mean, Phil Hartman's impression was always easily identifiable. Like, yes, you are correct, sir. But I don't know what the hell Ron was doing. It was a disaster. Opie continues to fail up. Don't call me back. Yeah, it's pretty impressive how bad it was. Oh, I should have played this when Jim was still here.
Starting point is 02:34:03 Hey, WATP, this is Corey Sullivan. Good evening, Jim. Now, let me just address this right off the top. I knew that Jim and them were at my birthday bash. I knew that you three boners were in the front row. I saw you. But I didn't really acknowledge it that much because, A, I figured you guys were acting completely civilized,
Starting point is 02:34:26 and you weren't there to hijack them. And two, I just assumed that you guys came up there. to check out my soda kit and cock. And also, Carl, who are these podcasts? Answer me this. This is an anti-opi pod. Every episode?
Starting point is 02:34:50 I'll be up and listen. All right. Thank you very much. Almost every episode. We do cover what the opster is up to. I should have played that. Drop the ball. I'll send it over to Jim.
Starting point is 02:35:03 Big Friday competition here. Live shows on Dabble Dashboard. Miss Piggy, 1246, KB 441, and Gino Viscontes, two live viewers. Oh, that Dabble Dashboard. It'll get you. It'll get you. Oh, here's a famous guy. I'm on Jackers. Oh, we are officially in the trail.
Starting point is 02:35:33 We got crayons or flowers Ork here. Anyway, see you guys in Detroit. All right. Detroit bandbred is guy. So he left a second voicemail that was identical to that one. Oh.
Starting point is 02:35:54 And then he called it a third time. I think I forgot to get old band practice on the first one. I'm not sure. I'm fucking rushing, man. All right. No, you got it, man. It's all good.
Starting point is 02:36:03 Oh, that's weird. That's like when Opie isn't doing a stupid voice. Yeah. Oh, shit. Would I not? Oh, Ron. You were really funny.
Starting point is 02:36:09 Yeah. Whoops. Oh, this is interesting. I went to someone like this recently too. Hey, Carl, Chris, whoever's there, I'm on my right home, and I've seen three orange cars. Wow. I've got two miles left. I see one more orange car. I'm going to find a brick, and I'm going to throw it and spend a week in jail.
Starting point is 02:36:37 Worth it. Smoochis, Chris, go park yourself. All right. I have to admit I've noticed every single orange car God damn I've been noticing orange cars lately I never bothered me before and I was filling me with rage
Starting point is 02:36:51 I gotta go bye I gotta go I gotta go I gotta go I gotta go I gotta go Okay bye Man that was a good episode I was a good episode I enjoyed that
Starting point is 02:37:07 All right ready to roll the credits Yep all right guys Bye. Until next time. Bye. That was really great. I don't know. Who gives a shit?
Starting point is 02:37:18 Why am I even still doing this? I'm out of here. Okay, bye. Seriously, listening to all these horrible shows is really affecting me. It's not good for us. It's not. It's not good for your help. Not good for anyone.
Starting point is 02:37:33 Although I'm really enjoying myself quite a bit right now.
