So what can we expect in the form of a classic Will Kane show?
Accountability Bowl. What will the House Oversight Committee look back on the last four years,
the Justice Department, the Bidens, and hold accountable with Congressman James Comer?
Two, Kevin O'Leary looks like, on the verge possibly, of buying TikTok, Shark Tank, Star, and Canadian
on the Trump Doctrine. Three, here we go, starting tonight, and culminating tomorrow night.
The college football playoff, Hocom Horns.
It is The Will Kane Show streaming live at Fox News.com on the Fox News YouTube channel and the Fox News Facebook page.
Two dozen radio stations across this great United States of America, but always on demand by subscribing at Apple or on Spotify.
But remember of a set a reminder on YouTube that you'll never miss an episode of the Will Can't.
show live. Maybe with Mark Zuckerberg's new re-engineering of Facebook, we'll also see explosive
growth in 2025 on Facebook. And then you can jump in in the comment section on any of these
platforms and become a member of our community, become a member of the Willisha.
Yesterday I deep teased that today we'd have an announcement for the show. I cannot fulfill
that announcement. It's going to have to be delayed, perhaps on Monday. But I do think there's
some exciting things on the horizon here.
for us, our relationship, our time together, and where we meet.
So make sure to continue to listen to The Will Kane Show,
and hopefully on Monday we'll have not just an announcement,
but an open conversation here together.
There is, as we speak, a memorial service being held
for former President Jimmy Carter,
or fascinating images coming from this service.
Former presidents, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama,
Sitting there with current President Joe Biden, President-elect Donald Trump, Kamala Harris, Al Gore, and others.
And the most notable thing coming out of this as we speak is a little moment that everyone's talking about between Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
They are seated side by side. If you're interested in seating charts, there is some fascinating things taking place.
Kamala Harris on the row in front of Donald Trump swapped seats with her husband, Doug.
Imhoff so she wouldn't have to be close to Donald Trump. But that put her in a situation where now
she had to sit directly side by side with Jill Biden. Frosty would be an understatement.
It is snowing, icing, and sleeting here in Dallas, Texas as we go live today. Covered all my
plants. I don't want you to worry, although I'm worried because every year stuff dies and I have to pay
for new plants. It's like hot as hell in the summer. And then we inevitably get one or two
frozen tundras.
I don't know how you buy
vegetation that survives
Texas. But anyway,
however frosty it is in Texas
doesn't amount to the frostiness between
Jill Biden and Kamala Harris.
But if you want some cordiality, there was two
moments I thought were fascinating. I don't know that we have the
video, but when George Bush
took his seat, I don't know if he snubbed
Donald Trump. I can't tell if that's what's going on.
Barack Obama stands up. Instead of giving him a
handshake or a dap,
two fists he gives him the belly slap you know the frat boy country club belly slap like what's up bud
it's pretty pretty fascinating and i mean bush always did have that sort of relatable ordinary
angle to his personality but certainly the most fascinating images Obama and Trump yucking it up
whispering to each other seemingly telling each other private jokes laughing along with each other at the
jokes. I would just tell you that you can't look at these images and believe that anyone truly
believed that Donald Trump was a threat to democracy. You don't yuck it up with Hitler.
Pretty interesting club. We're watching an Iraq there at the service for Jimmy Carter. Fires still
0% contained in California. We're going to monitor that story. We have other opportunities together,
as I mentioned, hang in there because we're going to be talking more about deep dives on stories like
this. Doing journalism. In my view, journalism is not simply repeating facts. It is searching for
facts. Just as aside, there's a fascinating story over the break. You know, Sean Ryan, popular
podcaster got an email from the cyber truck bomber in Las Vegas. In the beginning, this manifesto
slash email was sort of dismissed. Is it real? Is it fake? What happened to Sean Ryan? Well, the FBI has now
confirmed that email is real. I bring that up because that's the kind of story that together,
you can't dismiss, you can't repeat narrative. You can't just say, well, this is what's the
confirmed fact. You don't go with lies, but you have an open mind of curiosity to pursue the truth.
Journalism isn't stenography. It's not simply repeating what is said by a government official.
That's what we're also seeing in California. Is there examples of arson?
you know, Andrew Huberman, you know, health guru, he posted a video where he showed some guys
actually attempting to start a fire. Now, is this what is attributable to all the fire?
I mean, no, you can't say that, but you have an open mind and a curious mind about pursuing the
truth. That, in my view, is the essence of journalism. It's what we've tried to bring here
to the Will Kane show. And whether or not it's the story that Sean Ryan has been vindicated on
because now the FBI has said that was a real email. It's true. It's, it's, it's, it's, it's,
It's from the cyber truck, a bomber.
Or it's these California fires where we need to look for accountability.
DEI, water, incompetency, merit base, where water reservoirs are or not.
I don't think we reach for blame because it's the easiest thing to do.
But we go with an open mind of curiosity to finding the truth.
That's the relationship.
I look forward to expanding with you here on The Wilcane Show.
But let's do so as we look forward into the next four years.
years, okay? Can we expect an accountability bowl? Story number one. I have throughout my career
at ESPN and then Fox kind of liked the term accountability bowl, like a college football,
cotton bowl or peach bowl or orange bowl. It's a little bit of an accountability. And I also like
to be the subject to mostly be me. Let's subject me to an accountability bowl. How will I be held
accountable for my mistakes or my opinions that I got wrong? Well, over the last four years,
Congressman James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee,
has attempted to hold accountable the Biden administration, notably Joe Biden,
for at a minimum conflicts of interest, at worse, much more, on his relationships,
his financial relationships, his family's financial relationships with adversarial governments
to the United States of America, China, Russia, Ukraine.
Now, Republicans control the House, Senate, and the presidency.
So what can we expect in the form of accountability?
Let's bring in Congressman James Comer now.
He is the chairman of the House Oversight.
committee. He's also the author of a book, by the way, all the president's money investigating
the secret foreign schemes that made the Biden family rich. Congressman, thanks so much for being
with us here on The Will Kane Show. Thanks for having me. What do we, what should we expect,
Congressman? You know, one of the things I know this, because I'm on the other side of the camera
from you and we do news, and one of the things you learn, and it's difficult because it doesn't
make it right, but it just sometimes is. People don't like to look backwards. They like to look
forwards you know so like even on COVID where we need a lot of accountability the truth is a lot of
people don't like talking about COVID they want to move on so what do we do when we look backwards to
what's happened over the last four years and I don't think it's just about the Biden's I think it's
about the DOJ the way it was weaponized politically and many other things how do we look backwards and
expect some accountability well I know a lot of people will say oh we don't need to worry about the
Biden's anymore. Joe Biden will never be in politics again and Hunter will end up in prison
for something else on down the road. But we need to hold the deep state accountable because
it's not going to change. We have government bureaucracies in our intelligence community and the
Department of Justice that started out when they would say that the steel dossier was legitimate
and that, you know, they were on all these witch hunts to try to destroy Donald Trump to discredit Donald
Trump it carried forward when the the laptop was discovered and made public and the intelligence
community lied and said this was Russian disinformation when they knew it wasn't to where all the
obstructions and and all the evidence that we found were they covered up for Joe Biden throughout
his career and centered conservatives and the list goes on and on and on if if Donald
Trump goes in office and says you know what we're not going to look back we're going to look
forward that that's admirable but at the end of the day we've got to get rid of people in in these
deep state agencies and just getting rid of Christopher ray and merit garland that doesn't cut it I would
argue that they weren't even the worst ones in their respective agencies there are career bureaucrats
that have been there that need to go and they're protected by the merit laws but but trump
need to send a message and cash patel i'm going to be meeting with him next week you know we we've got
to hold these agencies accountable i want to hold the biden's accountable we did the investigation we've got
the bank records we did the depositions uh people think that uh i should have gone in with handcuffs
and arrested merrick garland or or hunter biden or whomever that's not the way it works as you know
we do the investigations and we turn it over to the department of justice or we turn it over to the
FBI. But what we had to deal with was a corrupt Department of Justice and a corrupt FBI.
And, you know, the investigation that proved the Bidens were crooks and that proved that Joe Biden lied to
the American people countless times about his knowledge, involvement, participation, all of that's
for nothing if these deep state actors that knew about it and covered up and tried to ruin people,
whether it was Rudy Giuliani or anyone else, these witnesses that they put in jail for coming forward,
It's all for nothing if we don't hold the deep state accountable.
So I hope and pray that when Donald Trump takes office and Pam Bondi becomes the Attorney General,
that they hold some of these people accountable.
And Jim Jordan and I want to work with them.
Well, and the left will dismiss it.
Not dismiss it.
They'll scream from the top of their lungs.
This is like going after your political enemies, which is exactly what we saw over the last four years from the Department of Justice.
Let's go through a couple things really quickly.
From you, let's talk about who should be held accountable.
You bring up Cash Patel and the FBI.
That gives me a great amount of hope that there will at least be changed within the FBI,
that he can root out a lot of the problems within that agency.
You rattled off the FBI.
You mentioned the DOJ and said Merrick Garland wouldn't be enough.
So if you want to give me individual names, that's great.
If you want to focus on agencies, that'll be a start.
Where do you want to see accountability?
Yeah. Well, the name Leslie Wolf would always pop up in every investigation. Anytime someone with the IRS or someone with the Department of Justice or someone with the FBI or someone with the Securities and Exchange Commission was told to stand down on investigating the obvious financial crimes of the Biden, Leslie Wolfe was always a part of that. And she was the former career U.S. Attorney in the Department of Justice in Delaware. She resigned a few months.
Let's go, that's not enough.
She needs to be brought in.
A congressional committee is great.
We get what we can get.
But this is so serious and so severe.
And time is of the essence.
This needs to be done by Pam Bondi.
This needs to be done by Cash Patel.
They need to take the lead in this.
So you have four agencies.
I'll conclude with this.
The Securities Exchange Commission, the IRS, the Department of Justice, and the FBI,
all had multiple investigations of the Bidens.
for the obvious financial crimes that the banks turned in on them in those 170 suspicious activity reports,
and they were always told to stand down and nothing ever happened.
Four agencies, you just rattled them off right there to focus in on.
Now, I want to clarify this because you alluded to it.
There are people that say, Congressman Comer, you guys invests, you never do anything.
It never goes anywhere.
I know you've heard it because I even heard you allude to it.
So I want you to clarify for me, the House and the oversight committees, your job is,
is essentially to air dirty laundry.
You have a little more power than that.
You can investigate.
You can subpoena so you can elicit information.
But for the quote unquote, something to happen now,
so we all understand, you have to turn that over to an agency
that can actually make something happen, right?
And that is the FBI and the DOJ.
Right.
And used to, if you had a bad DOJ, you had a good FBI.
But now what's happened is the FBI is controlled by former Department of Justice lawyers.
The agents aren't running the FBI.
That's changed with Barack Obama.
He started, instead of promoting FBI agents of the rights, he just transferred political activists from the Department of Justice, liberal left-wing activists.
And that's what's running the FBI now.
So all we can do is investigate.
And we did.
We got the information, but I can't arrest anyone.
We had to turn it over to the Department of Justice, and we did, but we went transparent.
We did interviews.
We said, this is what they've done.
I think the American people got it, but obviously a lot of people were frustrated.
Well, why isn't something done?
Why doesn't someone arrest these people?
And that's where your deep state agencies, that's what their purpose is to enact justice,
to make sure people are held accountable and they weren't doing it because they're corrupted.
and they need to be just taken out root branching on.
Well, okay, so you said you're going to meet with Cash Patel.
I think you said next week or maybe later this week.
And then I don't know if you've yet met with Pam Bondi.
So what do you hope or expect to come out of those meetings?
Do you think it's reasonable for you to expect that Cash will say,
we're taking this up?
So everything you investigated, everything you will investigate,
you will have an agency and maybe a prosecutor over here with Pambondi who's willing to push forward.
I hope so. That's what I'm going to push for because I know that I speak for my entire oversight committee.
We got good guys like Byron Donald and Andy Biggs and Marjorie Taylor Green and, you know, we got Nancy Mace and some of the, I would argue, toughest fighters in the Republican Conference on that committee.
And we worked hard and we fought not just.
a weaponized government, but a weaponized media to get what information we got. And we want to see
justice served. And justice will never be served unless the attorney general and their Department
of Justice and the FBI and their agency prosecute these people. And it's obvious the crimes
they've committed. So hopefully something will be done. And then it's to your point,
if there's never accountability like you brought up the steel dossier earlier in our conversation i mean i don't
know what is the percentage of americans that truly understand the truth behind the steel dossier and it's
probably very low and that's where my job comes in my job is to help share the truths the more people
understand these things because there's never accountability i mean i don't know how many people
still think jussie smollett was a real deal you know so i don't know but i mean that's probably higher
we're probably looking at 75 percent understand that was a fraud but um but by the way they know
but there's been no accountability, people that do what I do for a living that said it was a hate crime,
and there's MAGA dudes running around Chicago with a noose and bleach, are still on the air today.
So there's no accountability for that. So this is the importance of accountability.
Just two more things. You said fighter. You talked about Byron and Marjorie.
How do you feel it just went down while we were on break, but Speaker Mike Johnson has been reelected Speaker of the House.
Is he your fighter?
well that's who president trump wanted and you know it was mike was put in a bad spot i mean we
we had democratic elections for speaker and and kevin mccarthy won and then you had eight
republicans joined with 211 democrats to to remove him and we went through a terrible ordeal for
three and a half weeks to try to find someone and mike was a consensus guy mike and i came in
together to Congress, and he's a good man. He's a good Christian man. He's got a tough job. So,
you know, he's not, you know, he's not the, the, probably the greatest fighter in the Republican
conference, but, you know, you've got to have someone that brings everybody together. And our
objective should be to pass Donald Trump's agenda. And we don't have any votes to spare. When
when Stefanik and Waltz resign on January 20th and that gate stick,
won't be filled until April, we can't lose a single vote.
If the Democrats are going to vote against everything Donald Trump proposes, which I believe
they will, we can't, if we lose one vote, then it's 215 to 215 and the bill fails.
So we can't lose anybody.
And Mike's got to be part therapist.
You know, I guess he needs to be as much of a therapist as a fighter.
And hopefully he'll be able to do that.
That's a tough job.
to your point. A really tough job. Can't lose one vote. Okay, last question. Congressman,
I mentioned you've written a book about everything you know, everything you've investigated with the
Biden's. It's called all the president's money investigating the secret foreign schemes that made the
Biden family rich. You and I've been together. You've been here on the Will Kane show.
You've been on Fox News. You've talked a lot. And anybody that kept up with the investigation,
the detail. So I kind of want to ask you just a real basic question, okay? And the basic question
is this. What is Joe Biden and or his family, to the best of your knowledge, worth today
financially? That is something I'm curious on. I'm going to back up to a follow-up, but do you know
the financial, what they're worth? Well, Joe Biden, according to his financial documents, is worth
about $6 or $7 million. Hunter Biden, it's hard to tell. He went through a lot of the
money. They took, they took in $35 million from our average. What was the final number?
27 million in direct payments that they laundered through shell companies and then eight million
in loans that they've never paid back and will never pay back. And if you get a loan and you
don't pay it back, that's income. So, so the, and remember, everyone that sent them money were in
trouble. They were corrupt. Just about everybody they were in business with.
And when I say in business, the business was just laundering money.
There was no legitimate business.
The definition of a business is to produce a good or service.
They weren't lobbyists.
They weren't, you know, they weren't selling anything.
They weren't making anything.
They were just taking money from bad people around the world and then lying about it.
That's what their business was, influence peddling, selling the Biden brand.
And you mentioned the book.
Go ahead.
Yeah.
Well, I was just going to say, I'm going to let you.
you to get back to the book,
35 million split up between various family members, right?
And you talked about what Joe is worth.
Now, Joe has been a public servant, his entire adult life, right?
He's been a politician, his entire adult life,
meaning his salary probably, even up through his presidency,
well, up to his presidency didn't exceed $200, $225,000 type of salary.
And then I don't know, the president makes like $400, is that.
that is that fair i don't but the point is you don't get to six or seven million dollars based off
the salary of a politician no he he got a big book advance and that was a pretty uh questionable
deal there because he didn't sell any book i mean he he didn't even make the new york times
bestsellers list but he got this huge advance but you know at the end of the day he had already
had two houses before he did that book deal just on his on his uh
legislative salary, which I can tell you, doesn't go very far.
And with respect to the book, the book goes into detail.
It describes who all the people were.
It says all the shell companies, where the money came from,
and what the media reported when we would disclose.
And you said, I talked about it.
I did talk about it a lot.
I would go on Fox.
I would go on Hannity on a four and a half minute segment.
Hannity would talk about three minutes, and I would have about 90 seconds to try to explain a very
complex financial transaction that involved foreign names that I could never pronounce
through a series of shell companies that were hard to pronounce.
And the average person I later learned didn't even know what a shell company was,
an LLC was, or money laundering was.
So it was a very difficult thing.
And I think people that had any type of finance background understood it, but the
average person probably struggled to keep up because these were foreign names,
foreign countries, odd LLCs.
This was complex by nature to hide the financial crimes they were doing.
This was a very sophisticated scheme.
And, you know, so far they've gotten away with it.
Well, you lay it out in more than four and a half minutes in all the president's money,
investigating the secret foreign schemes that made the Biden family rich.
everyone can go pick that up and get the full case made.
And I'll make you a promise, Congressman, on this program and others,
I'll give you the time when it is necessary in this accountability.
Hopefully, we arrive at these moments of accountability to have it explained in depth here on the Will Cain Show.
Congressman James Comber, thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
Okay.
All right.
We'll take a break really quickly because when we come back, we've got from Shark Tank,
Canadian, perhaps purchaser of TikTok, Kevin O'Leary, next on the Will Cain Show.

Now the winter storm has hit Dallas.
My flight is canceled.
I figure out how I can get to New York for this weekend.
As an aside, interestingly, it's the Will Cain Show streaming live at foxnews.com
on the Fox News YouTube channel on the Fox News Facebook page.
Always on demand, just hit subscribe on Apple or Spotify.
Then you can listen to the Wilcane show in podcast form whenever you like.
College football playoff is tonight and tomorrow night,
the Orange Bowl in Miami between Penn State and Notre Dame tonight.
The Cotton Bowl between Ohio State and Texas tomorrow night in Dallas.
There is some sense of a little bit of a,
obviously a home field advantage for Texas in that it's in Dallas.
But now we have a winter storm hitting for the next 48 hours.
I've got a flight in New York.
I don't know how I'm going to.
If all flights are now being canceled, I don't know what that's going to mean, but it also means
incoming flights, presumably those even from Columbus, are going to have trouble getting here.
I assume the Buckeyes are already in Dallas, but any fans having trouble getting to the Cotton Bowl
on Friday.
So, got a mess here brewing, not just in Texas, but I think across a good chunk of America
where it's gotten really, really cold.
Now, we are expecting Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary
to be joining us here at some point in the show.
Let me go to the fellas in New York, if I could really quickly.
We've got Youngstaffir-Chames, Two a Days, Dan, and Tinfoil Pat.
Do we have Kevin O'Leary?
What's going on, guys?
Yeah, I don't know.
Yeah, we got confirmation about 20 minutes before you were supposed to hit,
so I'm not sure what the deal is yet, so I'm trying to figure that out.
I just got texted his assistance number, I think.
I could put my mic away.
This is live booking.
Live booking.
I could put my mic away and go make a phone call.
Yeah, sounds good.
Okay, why don't you do that?
Why don't you do that?
It's interesting how he's chosen to be a backward hat guy today.
It really is interesting.
It was front words until we got on air.
So, I don't know.
Really?
Yeah.
So there's the days where he wears a blazer and tie.
Yep.
that's like when you know a politician comes in studio and then there's days when I mean he's clearly gunning for a job in an administrative position with some politician when they come in he dresses up don't listen to us look at your phone and call Kevin O'Leary's assistant but on a day when there's Kevin O'Leary or Congressman James Comer is on remote it's backwards hat day yeah forwards hat and tells time to go on the camera then it's backwards backwards hat all right so James should be working on bringing in
Kevin O'Leary.
I just called.
I'm going to call against you
an answer.
But actually the two days
I've worn on the backwards hat
are days that I've woken up
10 minutes before I got to be in the office.
So it's actually more of just like
a running to work sort of deal.
So the call to Kevin O'Leary's
assistant went straight to voicemail?
Apparently.
When you get the call next,
the return call or you make the call,
hold it up to the microphone.
We're going to share this with the audience,
a live booking of Kevin O'Leary
here on the Wilking show.
His assistants, I don't know how his assistant's going to feel about that?
I think so, or?
I'm not worried.
All right.
It's supposed to be here 10 minutes ago.
Here we go.
I mean, I don't know how contestants on Shark Tank feel intimidated.
I do not.
So, Mr. Canada has been talking about Canada joining the United States.
I have questions about cultural assimilation.
I have questions about TikTok.
Can we book Kevin O'Leary?
Can we buy TikTok and keep it out of the hands of the season?
What's it worth if it doesn't have the algorithm?
There we go.
Kevin O'Leary's assistant just answered.
You don't have to have the call on air, James.
You can step away from the microphone now and see what's going on.
In the meantime, let's do this.
We had planned for the third segment.
Two things.
We had planned a special announcement here on the Wilcane show today.
That's not happening.
That's going to be pushed to next week.
Forces this is beyond my control, but I'm looking forward to it.
Really looking forward to it.
I'm excited.
Talk about this show.
our relationship, and it, uh, expanding going forward here on the Will Kane show.
But we're also planning to talk about the college football playoff.
So you guys texted me this morning.
I have made three or four television or podcast or digital show appearances today.
I was on Don't At Me with Dan Dockich.
I did the Will Kane show with Tommy smokes.
Um, and I suggested that Texas needs to play Archmanning.
Tinfoil Pat, you said one of my worst sports takes of all time.
You have 20 seconds, tinfoil pat.
You've had some terrible sports takes.
This is probably the worst one you've ever had.
Quarterback, dual quarterback packages have never worked outside of maybe Tim Tebow
because he was just a glorified fullback.
Like, you're just running him up the gut.
Like outside of that, you're just throwing off rhythm.
I mean, like, you look at, I guess it technically worked for Michigan back with Greasy and Brady.
No, it didn't.
It really didn't.
Even then, it didn't really work.
You know, they just lucked out.
Splitting time.
It's not theoretical.
Sark has played Arch.
He did it unsuccessly against Georgia,
but he's done it in a few other situations.
Arch can run.
Okay, so can I nerd out?
Let's all football nerd out.
If you're watching right now,
I can't promise you can.
Oh, he can.
I can.
Did you say that was surprised tinfoil?
I guess...
I'm shocked.
He was a manning.
He ran like for an 80-yard touchdown.
Well, seriously, though, like a 60-70-yard touchdown, he ran.
That was against like a weak SEC school, though, right?
I mean, come on.
Here we go.
So the point is, let me nerd out for one second.
Texas runs a lot of what's called an RPO.
For anybody watching expecting Kevin O'Leary, don't hold your breath, but that could be coming up here on the Wilkins show.
So a RPO is a run-pass option.
The quarterback, when you're watching, will get the snap in the shotgun formation.
He will hand it to a running back, usually running across his face.
At that point, the quarterback's eyes are on the defensive end, and he's watching the defensive end.
If the defensive end looks like he's chasing the running back across, he pull the ball back
and either throw or run it himself in the same direction that the defensive end came from, right?
we all know what an RPO is.
Yep.
Or he, that's a run, or he pulls it back and throws the ball.
That's the pass option.
They do it a lot, man.
What you'll notice is Quinn fakes a run.
No one honors it.
Game after game after game.
There's no one to that side of the field.
Quinn, yours, Texas starting quarterback, not a runner.
You cannot do that with Arch.
Okay?
Arch will bust that thing for a 50-yard run.
He will, Patrick, watch.
So, third and four.
third and five, third and six, I want to see Arch.
Red Zone, I want to see Arch.
Get us in the end zone.
Seven instead of three.
And by the way, then the real killer is,
Sark seems to think that he is Tim Tebow,
thinks Arch is Tim Tebow,
thinks he is, we used to have a quarterback at Texas called Tyrone Swoops,
and he couldn't throw.
And when he came in, they called it the 18-wheeler package.
He was just going to run.
They seem to think Arch is the 16-wheeler package.
He's number 16.
because Arch can throw.
So the real devastating thing is when he doesn't run
and fires that ball right between the seams
for about a 30-yard pass score touchdown.
Trust me, I'm a football genius.
I hope you're watching Sark.
I want to see 25% of the plays for Arch.
And don't talk to me about rhythm.
As for Penn State,
it's being reported by Young Establishment James
in between booking Kevin O'Leary
that the norovirus is running through the Nittany Lions.
Don't get my hopes up, man.
Don't get my hopes up.
I can confirm from an airtight source that multiple members of the Penn State football team managers and coaches have left meetings sick to find trash cans quickly due to this virus that is run around this team.
So we'll see what happens.
You put that on our text.
I did.
Okay.
In your pursuit of being a congressional aide or the next Adam Schaefter at the Will Kane show.
Do it all.
I googled your text, you put that on our text chain, and I did confirm there are news reports
of norovirus in state college, Pennsylvania, an outbreak. No reports of it affecting the football
team, but we'll find out.
Sure, I reveal my source. We'll find out tonight. We'll see. Are you the Adam Schaefter of
the Will Kane show? Are you the Ian Rappapour? Are you our insider? All right, let me just
get confirmation before you guys take yourselves off the screen.
was it a success
Young Establishment James
booked Kevin O'Leary
Did that happen?
It's happening right now
He is ready to go
It was a team effort
I'm not going to take anything
away from Patrick there
Well, but you went over the top
And turned your hat backwards
So let's take it
Oh, he's there
I was going to take a break
But there is Kevin O'Leary
popping up here
On the Wilcane show
What's up Kevin?
Great to be here.
Thank you very much
Glad to have you
Of course of Shark Tank
fame, Kevin O'Leary. So what's the deal? The reports are you're buying TikTok. Is that happening?
Are you getting close? What's the status here of you in TikTok? Well, if it's going to be sold,
I'm going to be buying it. And I'll tell you what we're waiting for. Four o'clock on Friday.
This Friday, Supreme Court hearing is going to occur. I've teamed up with Frank McCourt.
The two of us were bidding against each other for a long time. But it made sense to get together for a whole host of
reasons. And we put an announcement on on Monday for one specific reason.
The company has appealed to the Supreme Court.
They've lost every case right up to the Supreme Court.
So here we are.
What they're telling the Supreme Court is, hey, look, we know we're spyware,
but we operate in a society of free speech.
So even if we're spying on you, screw you.
And no one's going to buy us because we're not going to sell the algorithm.
So we decided to let the justices know by putting out a press release saying,
we have a letter of intent, we've got a syndicate, we have the $20 billion you think we need,
and we don't want the algorithm.
It's spyware. It's Chinese spyware.
You keep the algorithm, keep spying
and everybody else and your own people, that's fine.
But we don't want that, and that's why you're getting shut down in the first place.
So we're going to rewrite it, Americanize it, and make TikTok wonderful again.
Okay.
I have some questions.
What is TikTok worth without the algorithm?
I think I'm going to ask that of you just sort of like as a business proposition.
What is it worth without?
Everyone says that's the secret sauce, the algorithm to TikTok.
Yeah. So that's the best question. And here's what we do know. We don't have access to the books yet because what's going to happen on Friday, if the Supreme Court rejects the bid for a ruling on free speech and they say there's no free speech issue anymore because we've got this letter of intent, we're going to, so you have a buyer. Congress has made their decision that you have to sell it to an American syndicate.
because you have spyware here, bipartisan decision by Congress.
And it goes back to the executive. That's Biden.
And then Biden looks at it and says, oh, Supreme Court doesn't want to deal with this
because they're not, they think it's not anything to do with free speech.
But I do have a letter of intent from a viable syndicate, O'Leary McCourt.
So I'm going to give you a stay of 90 days to show the books to these guys so they can figure
out what to pay for it.
And you negotiate in good faith to what you think it's worth.
worth. And then a few hours later, that's what's so crazy about this deal. That is the evening
of the 19th, okay? That's when it has to be shut off at midnight. So Biden can issue a stay
of execution for 90 days, but then the next day at 1205, I'm working for Trump. So I need both
sides. I need Biden to be on board with this, and I need Trump to be on board of it because
we're going to work with both administrations because we're bipartisan. Now, the question on
evaluation is a good one. We believe there are six to seven million small businesses on TikTok
generating about $7.1, $7.2 billion a year in sales. Now, who are those small businesses?
And this is one of the reasons McCourt and I got together. They're all shark tankers.
Two generations of people to launch product and services. And I'm going to guess at 95%
I know who I am. So what I promised all of them was I said, look, we're in this deal together.
I'm going to buy TikTok. I'm partnering up with Frank, but I'm going to make sure if you want to invest beside me,
you get the same terms I get through equity crowdfunding allowed by the Jobs Act. You can put in $100,000, you put $1,500, you can put in $10,000, whatever you want, you get the same deal I'm getting, and you own a piece of TikTok.
And the reason I want to do that is, while we're rewriting this algorithm, there are whole base. I know there's a whole bunch of people dancing on it. I got that, but the revenues coming from real businesses.
Small entrepreneurs in America that represents 62% of job creation.
And that's why both presidents should care about this.
Well, I have follow-up questions.
First, what do you expect from Trump?
Because it appears to me that he's made statements
that he does not support the banning of TikTok.
Yes, that's true.
However, the Supreme Court will render their decision on Friday
while Biden is still president.
So it's complicated, to say the least.
I have been hanging out in Marlago
here in Miami Beach.
right now, knowing that I'm going to need his support and that of Mike Walsh, Secretary of Defense
and everybody else, you know, we've got to work with the new administration. So he doesn't
have to ban it with Frank and I there because we're going to buy it and we're going to make it
better than it ever was and we're going to make it safe for Americans to use and we're going
to offer it to the Indians again and the French and the Canadians and the Italians and the
Swiss. Who wants Chinese spyware? Nobody. This version will not
have Chinese spyware in it, and we think we can create what is essentially a global television
station, and we can raise the $20 billion, because we think that's what it's going to take.
So let me see if I understand, Kevin. So you need Biden to hold the line, essentially, of banning
TikTok. You need Trump to essentially adopt the same line because it forces a sale. If they don't,
then it can keep going as it is today. So it needs to force.
a sale which you're ready to sell it and they have to turn it off at midnight on the 19th
that is the order of the people that is the law of Congress it's the law of the land there's no
flexibility right you have to turn Congress around it's Chinese spyware right we've got to
turn it off it's that right right or they can sell it so frank and I pick one so that's the
current course that you just laid the landscape to your point does Congress reverse it under
Trump, I guess would be the question, reverse the banning following Trump's desires,
which would undercut you in buying it, right?
That would be bad for you in buying TikTok.
The other option is the Supreme Leader who controls all Chinese businesses, Chi,
he's the only person that matters in this transaction, he may decide just to shut it down
and then he'll screw American investors out of $32 billion they've already put into it.
So that's an interesting dilemma because think about it.
thinking down the road and you want to invest in another Chinese business one day and she has a bad
hair day, you get erased. So his cost of capital is going to go up. He's in a tough place here.
So, you know, I'm not sure President Trump's going to make going to Congress and getting a new vote
to stop TikTok being shut down in support of Chinese spyware. His number one agenda item first day
of his presidency. No, I doubt it. I'm thinking border maybe, you know, reverse.
I hear you.
No, it could be part of the quote-unquote big beautiful bill, but I hear you.
It's probably not the top priority.
Another curiosity, because I'm going to follow up on this, Kevin.
So you brought up, what did you say, $32 billion of American investment tied up in TikTok?
Is that what you said?
Which includes, I believe, and I'm not going to be able to recall his name, but a billionaire from Pittsburgh, who is a big Trump supporter,
was heavily invested in TikTok. I think I have those details right. I'm just forgetting
his name. That puts you on opposite sides of the table with him, right? Are you suggesting
you can compensate him in a purchase agreement that would satisfy him so much? Because my point
is, you are buying it out from under, not just the Chinese Communist Party, but a lot of American
investors and a lot of American investors who are supporters and friendly with Trump.
I'm offering all of those American investors to come into the deal with us. Roll their shares into
TikTok 2.0, the American TikTok, the clean TikTok, the TikTok with no spyware that's under and
operating under the order of Congress, they don't have to lose a dime. Nothing. So they come into us.
Remember, right now, TikTok is part of bite dance. So there's a lot of other pieces of bite dance.
And everybody that's invested has got bite dance. We're asking them to sever off TikTok USA.
We'll pay whatever we're going to pay for it. And anybody that has stock in
bite dance and put money into it, well, they can decide. Do they want to take cash from us? Or do they
want to join us in a future that we think is much brighter, much bigger and is going to grow faster
than what we've got right now? I mean, how many times are you watching on the news every week
somebody saying, oh, look, they're spying on my 13-year-old daughter. Oh, look, they press down any
reference of negative stuff on China. I mean, come on all right. You know this is going to end one way
or another. It's just nonstop litigation. I mean, I credit you for trying to jump in here
because it is convoluted. I don't really know. By the way, the name is Jeff Yass, I believe
Pittsburgh billionaire. Jeff Yass is a large shareholder and he'll make an economic decision,
I believe. He's a very smart man. All right. So last on that economic decision, let's say
I'm Jeff Yass, okay? And today I own whatever percentage of TikTok and it's rocking and rolling.
And the price that I'm paying for my business rocking and rolling is that the American public has been subjected to spyware, to your point.
Now I have Kevin O'Leary and Frank McCourt come along saying, hey, I'm going to roll your equity over into my deal.
You know, it's a new, it's a patriotic version, you know, or at least not subversive version of TikTok.
But if I'm on the business front, I am still concerned with my original question to you.
So the traffic, I hear you on the small businesses, but the traffic is there.
for all that dancing and everything else that is being fed by this amazing algorithm that
everybody lods even if it's spying on you i'm not a big ticot guy but everyone it says it's the best
one you know instagram reels whatever it gives you the best stuff whatever the ticot algorithm is
and you buy it but the chinese don't give you that part of it and you don't want it because
it's chock full of spyware what do you really have you have a brand right TikTok which is a good
brand for for the consumer base set aside the audience that hates ticot there's a big audience
it loves it. So you have the
goodwill slash brand you're buying.
You have an existing user base
as well. But the question is
do your existing user base rebel?
Do they get mad at you?
You? Kevin O'Leary. Do they get
mad? Do they leave TikTok? Like this algorithm
isn't what I signed up for and you
see your user base collapse and after
that happens, all your small businesses are like
I can love Shark Take all I want.
But if I'm going down from this to this
on the people seeing my ads, what
is it worth?
here's how you avoid that. You make it better. Number one, you rewrite the algorithm so that users
control their own data. It's not shared. If they don't want to share it, they don't have to.
If they elect to share it, they get paid. So we make it even better. Let me an example. I love
watches. I'm a watch collector. I wear two watches, as a matter of fact. I'm not interested in ads
about cars. I want ads on watches. I want every piece of content that people are posting on TikTok
talk about watches because I'm a watch dude. And if you're going to advertise to me,
I want a piece of the action. I want you to pay me. First time that's ever been offered,
but it gets better. I'm going to go to other social media platforms like meta, like X,
like truth social, and say, hey, guys, we're going to open the doors here. We're going to make
it interoperable. So if you're posting a post on truth social that Trump does all the time,
Absolutely.
We'll give you another 170 million people like that that you didn't have before.
And if someone doesn't want to participate, they don't have to.
You control the data.
That's the pitch.
It's yours.
It's you and you are partners with us.
Either you own the equity or when we sell ads that are focused to you because you want them focused to you because you're a watch dude.
We'll pay you for that too.
everybody is a partner way better and by the way no supreme leader from china here folks
nobody's spying on your teenage daughter none of that happening no lawsuits coming at you for that
that's my whole point you got to clean it up it's a teeming mess of chinese spyware it's gonna be
better people are going to stay on it forget about 170 million we'll have 270 million on this
thing because everybody that doesn't want to go on it because it's teeming with spyware are going to
join the boat because it's clean. It's American and it pays you. That's a heck of a pitch. We'll have to
watch how it goes later this week and into the, it's into this month here with TikTok. So you might as
well tune in at four o'clock on Friday. Who knows what's going to happen? Right. I'm licking my
job. Okay. I want to ask you this, I want to ask you this as well, Kevin. So I saw you, so first of all,
I like what we're calling. I don't know that it's been, um,
coined this yet, but I like the Trump doctrine. I like an expansionist vision of America. I know you're
Canadian. I like Greenland. I like Panama Canal. I like the Gulf of America. There was a time in this
history of this country where that was what drove us forward. Manifest Destiny, big expansion,
big broad vision of America. Let's start with this. I want to just ask you about first Greenland
then Canada. But Greenland to me, Kevin, seems like, I know Trump talks about national security,
a business deal. There's 56,000 people here.
that's not a huge population but it's gigantic it's full of minerals rare earth what who even
knows i don't even know long term what the potential value is but it seems to me it's a value to
america you know it's very interesting you bring that up because let's start where my point
of view comes from yeah i was born in montreal but moved down to boston my home where my kids
were born and raised so i've you know i've got a foot in both countries and they're americans so i care
everything to do with both these countries, primarily because I invest in both of them.
I have businesses in both. Now, here's the deal. What I find so interesting about people
that have been listening to Trump for 12 years as I have, you would think everybody would
chillax a little bit. He's very bombastic. He says outrageous things. But you have to learn with
Trump to distinguish between the noise and the signal. Now, when he talks about buying Greenland,
it may sound outrageous. I've been to Greenland. I bet you have it. It's got a little strip of rock
around the edge where the ice isn't, and the rest is a mile high iceberg. That's what it is.
So in order to develop that land, it's a protector of Denmark right now, you need billions of
dollars. It's got shafts of diamonds. It's got rare minerals. It's got all kinds of resources,
but not enough money to develop it, nor the market to sell it to. If it wanted to, they'd have to
obviously ship it. It would cost a fortune to set the infrastructure to do this, but it makes a lot of
sense because you've got that part and you can protect that northern shipping area from Chinese
and Russian ships. Now, when you go and so let's take that same idea,
because we're talking Panama Canal, we're talking Greenland, we're talking Canada.
Canadians are a far different deal.
They're the biggest economies and working together since the beginning of time.
I mean, that's a $1.3 trillion relationship every year going both ways.
So I hear the noise.
I hear this back and forth stuff with the Canadians, but I also hear the signal.
You could create an economic union second to none on the world by just combining
all of the richest Canada has with that tiny 41 million population. It's less than the size of
California with the largest market on earth and defend the northern border, open up no tariffs
between any states or provinces, common currency, common passport like the EU, yipio, Kaye,
we're talking a force to be reckoned with. There's not going to be any Chinese guys
squaring with us or Russians because we have everything we need. We don't need to import anything
from anybody, and we have a massive market. I hear that signal, and I say, wait a second.
No, the Canadians don't want to sell their sovereignty, but more than half of them are interested
to learn more about the idea of an economic merger of some kind. And that's what we're talking
about here. And the person that has the most voice of reason on this deal right now is the
premier of Alberta. Her name is Danielle Smith. She has more oil and gas in Alberta than the
entire United States. So she's the Queen B on that pipeline deal that Trump wants to build. It all
starts up there. And then it goes all the way down to Cushing. She's not dumb. You know what she's
saying? She's saying, oh, you know, I understand Trump. He's boisterous. He's, you know,
prolific in what he says. He's bombastic. But we're not dating. We're married. And sometimes
married couples, they get into an argument. I understand that. But we're not going anywhere.
we're going to be married for a long time.
And she's the voice of reason right now
and everybody else is spitting out the political rhetoric.
I think there's going to be a great deal
to be had here eventually.
So I really like how you talk about
the noise versus the signal.
Instinctively, I know that about Trump.
Like, you know, one of the most famous
sayings that I believe is true
is the right takes him seriously but not literally.
The left takes them literally,
but not seriously.
But I think there's something to what you're saying as well
where there's noise in their signal.
and underneath the noise there is a real target when it comes to Trump.
I thought, you know, I saw you, I don't know what you were on, but I saw you,
I don't think it was Fox talking about Canada.
And I think at that time I was like, oh, Governor Trudeau, so forth.
And I thought I would debate you, or at least be devil's advocate with you on, like,
the idea of Canada and United States working culturally.
I'm, I appreciate that you're a businessman.
I think that's something you should always bring in.
I think there's also, and you're an American, you know, like you point out, we've lived in Boston.
There is, they're not the same cultures.
America and Canada, and I have friends from Canada, and my favorite ones are the ones that
moved here and have lived on both sides and understand the difference in the two cultures, right?
There's obvious stuff like fidelity to the concept of free speech.
There's deeper stuff.
Like, honestly, and it's not all Canadians, but Americans are bred with a sense of risk tolerance
that does not extend itself culturally as broadly in Canada.
hey yeah you should go for it you should be loud you should risk and i worry like don't bring that
culture in unless it can assimilate to our culture but instead you went a different direction you went
with this sort of economic free trade zone uh with me here today so i'm gonna play devil's advocate
on a different way and you'll have the answer but i remember nafta kevin i remember my hometown of
sherman texas losing factory jobs to mexico i saw it i saw it it's on the rebound now because
honestly all these chip manufacturers are headed to my hometown of sherman texas but
But I saw the job loss when it came to NAFTA.
In something like you're talking about, how do we know that, like, well, we're not just going to see companies flee to Canada?
I didn't say anything of Mexico.
I'm talking about Canada and the United States.
Now, let me tell you...
No, I'm using Mexico as a historical example of something that sounded like what you're proposing with Canada.
I'm not talking about merging with Mexico, all right?
And I don't think we have to get into that for obvious reasons.
There's a huge issue that Trump got his majority mandate around sealing that border with Mexico.
That problem, although he's bringing that rhetoric forward, does not actually exist in the Canadian border.
There's not a whole lot of people going in both directions illegally.
That just isn't true.
But for any reason that we need to, we can seal it up.
That's not a problem.
However, let's get to your first part, this cultural thing.
You know, I grew up in Boston.
I have a 617 area code.
You can't get that on your cell phone.
You've got to be an old Boston dude to have.
that. That's a very special area code number. When I see a 617, I know I'm dealing with somebody I'm
going to know. It's a small town. You can't tell me that the people in Boston have the same
cultural identity as Austin, Texas. I know they don't. They're the daughters of the
revolution. That's the whole deal in Boston. There are a completely different cultural vibe
than what I have right here in Miami Beach where I wear flip-flops and shorts. I live on the
beach. It's a different vibe. The people in Montreal, there are nothing like the people in Calgary
at all. All of these people are different, but that's the beautiful thing. It's a big melting
pot that everybody believes in the same thing, democracy and freedom of speech. But combined,
it's the most largest, most productive, most successful, fastest growing economy in the world.
It's number one. And it will remain number one forever if we get this worked out properly.
You're never going to tell a guy from Texas that he was born in Saskatchewan because he wasn't.
But you get to, under the plan of putting an EU passport, you keep your American passport,
you keep your birthplace, you keep your high school football team, you keep all that stuff.
But you've got the power of a combined economy unrivaled by any other,
including the Chinese guys, in case anybody had noticed, we're an economic war with right now.
I worry about China more than anything else.
I don't care about the French or the Swiss or all that crap.
I'm worried about the Chinese.
They steal, they cheat.
They screw me in business and have for 20 years.
I'm an advocate for 400% tariffs.
I want to shut those guys down until people don't have jobs
and they're screaming in the streets rioting.
That's how you're going to get the Supreme Leader to cut a deal.
I got nothing wrong with the Chinese people.
I have no problem with them.
But that leader, he doesn't give a damn about us.
He doesn't care about us and he doesn't play by the fair rules.
He only understands the stick.
let's give him the stick.
He wants the stick, let's give him the stick.
And the way to get him the stick is to say, you know what,
Supreme Leader?
You're not so supreme when you can't feed your people.
So you've got a million people making yoga mats.
Well, we're putting a 400% tariff on the yoga mats,
so none of those guys will have jobs.
There's no one to sell the yoga mats to.
We're the largest yoga mat market.
Now, until you get a straight deal with us and you give us IP litigation rights
and you make a level playing field that's reciprocal on the laws,
yeah we're not finding any yoga mats from you and those guys are going to go to the palace
just like Frankenstein with lit torches and burn your place down now you think about that supreme
leader or hop in a plane and let's talk that's what i'm talking about yeah no i'm with you on china
i like that i like that muscular position i really i really do i still need to be sold on can the only thing
you understand the can i're saying hey listen we're dancing already let's fine tune this
relationship. Let's see what we can get out of it. It's all about the Trump signal. He's got an
idea here. He's got a lot of noise around it, but that's Trump. I mean, I mean, 12 years of this,
this shouldn't surprise anybody. I mean, this is ridiculous. Look, I'm going to work with on the TikTok
deal for sure and get that Chinese spyware out of that. Whatever he wants, I'm going to do it,
because that's the only way that things are going to get done. And I'm going to work with any member
of his administration. Frank and I understand exactly what has to happen. We know. So let's see what
happens on Friday, and then, if necessary, I'll be in Marlago on Saturday.
All right, we'll be watching.
Four o'clock on Friday, and we'll be talking about it on Saturday on Fox and Friends.
Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank, Kevin O'Leary, thanks so much for being here on the Will Kane show, Kevin.
Okay, there he goes.
We got him.
We got him on.
Good job, fellas.
You did that.
Way to go.
I think he misunderstood, by the way, my point.
about Mexico and free trade.
He's proposing some kind of EU free trade economic zone
between United States of America and Canada.
What I was referencing was not the cultural absorption of Mexico.
No one's proposing that,
but we saw something like that in the beginning with NAFTA,
a free trade zone.
And I saw jobs flee to Mexico, why cheaper labor?
I saw factories shut down in America, move to Mexico.
Now, I don't think Mexico and Canada are comparable in this way.
It's not going to be much cheaper labor in Canada than it is in the United States.
It's not going to be a better regulatory environment in Canada than it is in the United States.
But I am concerned about anything that seems to propose that Canada, the United States,
are on some type of equal playing field where there's something can be mutually beneficial.
It's like, explain it to me like I'm for, what's in it for me.
Because I think the United States economy is pretty damn strong without needing an economic free trade zone
with Canada. I could be wrong, but let me see, because it sounds like a sweet hell of a deal
for Canada. And what do I get in exchange? Forty-one million people that hate the way of life in
America? If not hate are antagonistic to one of our central tenants like free speech. And not all of them
are. I know that. There's many of you Canadians watching. And it's about, it's about depth of
opinion held, a breadth of opinion held. And next thing you know, like the EU, the UK is sitting there
taking economic orders from frickin lichtenstein oh we need to come up with this regulatory environment
i don't want the canadian point of view i'm sorry ultimately affecting american policy i like the
relationship set like this hey prime minister trudeau welcome down to marlago you might be able to be
governor because that's an accurate reflection of reality if there's a better one i need to be sold
I still need to be sold.
And Kevin O'Leary is always welcome here to sell it to me,
so maybe can convince me here on the Will Cain show.
Mike Hulsey on YouTube says,
you are the absolute best.
Thank you, Mike.

about ohio state hey have you ever wondered what happened to legendary chuck norris i recently
saw a video he made it was shocking i was shocked he's in his 80s he's still kicking butt and
working out and staying active what's even more shocking is he stronger can work out longer
even has plenty of energy left over for his grandkids.
He did this by just making one change.
He says he still feels like he's in his 50s.
His wife even started doing this one thing, too,
and she's never felt better.
She says she feels 10 years younger,
her body looks leaner,
and she has energy all day.
