Starting point is 00:00:48 United States, the mask fell off of Joe Biden. And behind this incapacitated presidency, not only was revealed a sad old man, but behind the mask, it was revealed that the person running the country is Jill Biden. Three, Barack Obama versus Jill Biden and the future of not just Democrats, but the race for president in 2024. Jump into the comments section and become a part of the community right here on the Will Can Show. A community, a community that hasn't been able to speak since Thursday. And quite a bit's happened since Thursday. Of course, we saw perhaps the greatest failure on a debate stage in American history, worse than Nixon.
Starting point is 00:02:13 But we also saw a victory for the truth, for reality. What we saw was a break in the clouds. What we saw was a victory for sanity. We're seeing it again this morning with breaking news as we speak at the Supreme Court. of the United States has granted great immunity powers to the office of the presidency. You know, we're going to break it all down today, both Joe Biden's debate performance, Donald Trump's debate performance, the reaction on CNN, the reaction on MSNBC. Can they replace Joe Biden, the mechanics for Democrats?
Starting point is 00:02:48 We're also going to break down the Supreme Court's decision. But I want to start this morning with, I think, a theme that unites these two moments, to not insignificant, but somewhat earth-shattering moments in news and politics, earth-shattering moments for the United States of America. When I went to bed on Thursday night, I said to my wife, this is big, like this feels like an earthquake, this feels like a moment, this feels like one for the history books. This is big for America. And yes, it's in part because we don't know based upon what we saw on Thursday.
Starting point is 00:03:26 whether or not Joe Biden will run for president. We also don't know who's the leader of the free world. But what we do know more now is that insanity has a difficult swim upstream against sanity. Here's what I mean. For the better part of half a decade, you have been sold The Handmaid's Tale. You've been sold a message that we're on the verge of losing our democracy. You've been sold this idea that we're standing on the edge of a cliff and on the other side of this void is Nazi Germany. What you've been sold is the dystopia of Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:04:08 Let me give you what I think is one of the best examples. Just an illustration. This is from last Friday on Real Time with Bill Maher. And this is former MSNBC host Chris Matthews. And I just think this, either insanity or propaganda, illustrate. rates, what you've been sold for half a decade in America. Watch. Trump has said, I'm going to make sure I get even with half this country that's probably
Starting point is 00:04:34 going to vote against me. He's going to go after public officials. He's going after commentators. He's going to have to editorial writers. He's going to go after everybody. And they're basically at stake right now. So it's not going to be a free country. He said, I'm going to get those people.
Starting point is 00:04:48 He said about women, there needs to be some form of punishment. That's how he started his discussion of abortion. And he went out of head and he put the country. those three judges on the Supreme Court and he got rid of Roe v. Wade, he did that. Your rights are gone. He is out there to remove people's rights. That's the real danger. And we don't know where it's going to end. We do not know. Nobody can sit here tonight or this November and say they know where Trump's going to stop. I want you to fully consider the insanity of that fever dream. I want you to fully consider the implications of that propaganda. He's going to take away people's
Starting point is 00:05:22 rights. He's going to punish women. He's going to be dictator. He's going to go after, God forbid, pundits and journalists. He's going to lock up Chris Matthews. Now, I don't think it's important. I really don't. Whether or not this is a legitimate fear, meaning does Chris Matthews believe his own insanity, or is he selling you propaganda? Because the implications, sincere or strategic, are the same. aside everything, everything. Set aside your sanity, set aside reason and logic, set aside the checks and balances, separation of powers, set aside the Constitution, set aside the foundation of the United States of America, because we have to save democracy. Set aside
Starting point is 00:06:09 free speech. We'll censor people on the internet. Set aside the Supreme Court of the United States. We've got to pack it because it stands in the way of executive authority, but only executive authority what's in the hands of Democrats. Set aside the idea that the executive branch has protections as entitled to them in the Constitution of the United States. Set aside at all as you would. You would if you thought we were standing on the ends of Nazi Germany. So he asks you, they ask you, to set aside everything, including, most notably, as
Starting point is 00:06:49 George O'Royle wrote in 1984, the final act asked of you is to set aside your eyes and set aside your ears. Set aside what you know to be true. Set aside what you see, set aside what you hear, because we have to save democracy. But in the last week, what we saw and what we heard on a debate stage and what sober minds at the Supreme Court of the United States reinforced is that the foundation of not just our republic, of not just our constitutional republic in the United States of America, but also the foundation of our common sense remains. What we will talk about today from the immunity case in front of the Supreme Court to Joe Biden's performance in the first presidential debate of 2024 is that we have seen a victory, a big week for sanity. A big week for reality. So let's get into it.
Starting point is 00:07:52 Starting with, story number one. The Supreme Court of the United States in a six to three decision ruled that the president of the United States has absolute immunity in the execution of his constitutional duties. He has presumed immunity, burden of proof on those that wish to prosecute him because he has a presumed immunity, an official acts of the law. president. He does not have immunity in unofficial acts of the presidency. Shannon Bream, Fox News' chief legal correspondent was on a little bit earlier, explaining this decision by the Supreme Court of the United States. Watch. It does find this. Under a constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of presidential power entitles a former president to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions
Starting point is 00:08:44 within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. He is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts. That's the first blush we've got on this. It is, it looks like a six to three split. We've got the dissent by Justice Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson join that. There is a kind of split decision on some of these. Somebody joins in one part, not in another part, but that's the overall holding of the court. So what it means now we'll have to into this and see if they tell us now, how do you decide an official act versus an unofficial act? Because that's going to be critical, having now said the president does as an absolute
Starting point is 00:09:24 immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. We'll dig in, see how they define those official acts and look for a little bit more from you from the opinion. But at first blush, this looks like it is going to be a win for the argument for presidential immunity when it comes to allegations of criminal activity. Jonathan Turley, law professor at George Washington University, posts on X, no protection for unofficial acts. So the issue is whether what constitutes an official act. It is a very big victory for Trump in the sense that the court rejected a lower court recognizing some immunity. This will delay lower court proceedings, most likely, beyond the presidential election in November for 2024.
Starting point is 00:10:11 Charlie goes on to say, note this language. Whenever the president and vice president discuss their official responsibilities, they engage in official conduct. This is quoting from the decision of the Supreme Court. Presiding over January 6th certification proceedings at which members of Congress count the electoral votes is a constitutional and statutory duty of the vice president. Article 2, Section 1, Clause 3. The indictment's allegations that Trump attempted to pressure the vice president to take particular acts in connection. with his role at the certification proceeding, thus involved official conduct. And Trump is at least presumptively immune from the prosecution for such conduct. Turley defines that act of Trump talking
Starting point is 00:10:55 to Pence about the certification of the vote as an official act of president. I think as he weighs it out, you could make an argument that's also part of his constitutional duty. If it's part of his constitutional duty, it's absolute immunity. If it's official conduct, it's the presumption of immunity. Either way, big loss for special prosecutor Jack Smith, big win for Donald Trump, both legally and politically, as this will delay Donald Trump for, and the trial of Donald Trump, most likely well beyond the November election for president. Now, this has been the reaction. This is why insanity has been part of the propaganda tool for the better part of half a century, so that you can manipulate the not minds of the public into thinking, again,
Starting point is 00:11:40 that we're on the verge of losing our democracy. I want to share with you a tweet from a quote-unquote sports journalist. And the reason I want to share with you something from a sports journalist because you say, what does it matter what's said by a sports journalist? Because actually I find it interesting that they in some ways reflect the manipulation of the average mind. Because in one moment, you'll listen to the insanity of someone like Craig Calcatera talk about the Republic. And in another moment, supposed to take him seriously when he's talking about OPS and show, Joe Houghtani. Craig Calcutterra is a baseball analyst. And he tweeted, personally, I think it's cool that we made it 247 years without a king. Pity, we fell just short of 248. So we are now a monarchy because the separation of powers laid out in the Constitution of the United States of America suggests that one branch of government cannot go after another branch of government, that the official acts of a presidency did not open.
Starting point is 00:12:40 open him up to criminal prosecution by a future president. Sam Stein, who is a liberal commentator, tweeted, genuinely shocking that a court justice is now on record that the court has sanctioned that a president can order seal team six to assassinate his political opponent. Huh? Well, where does Stein get that? Well, I'll tell you where he gets that kind of insanity. He gets that from a Supreme Court justice.
Starting point is 00:13:07 In her dissent, Justice Sotomayor wrote, When the president uses his official powers in any way under the majority's reasoning, he can now be insulated from criminal prosecution. If he orders Navy SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival, immune. Organizes a military coup to hold on to power? Immune. Takes a bribe in exchange for a pardon? Immune. Immune.
Starting point is 00:13:30 This is from the official dissent of Justice Sonia Sotomayor in this decision from the Supreme Court. Let the president violate the law. Let him exploit the trappings of his office for personal gain. Let him use official power for evil ends because if he knew that he may one day face liability for breaking the law, he might not be as bold and fearless as he would like to be. That's the majority's message today. Even if these nightmare scenarios never play out, and I pray they never do. The damage has been done, the relationship between the president and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably. In every use of official power, the president is now a king above the law.
Starting point is 00:14:07 She signed it in fear of our democracy. Justice Sonia Sotomayor. This kind of fever-pitched hyperbole, I believe, is not a sincere belief in insanity. This is propaganda. This is everyone from stupid baseball writers to a Supreme Court of the United States selling you on the idea that we are on the precipice of losing our democracy. Why do I know that? How do I know that? Because I saw nothing.
Starting point is 00:14:36 I heard nothing from Sotomayor or Calcutera when. Barack Obama droned an American with no criminal trial, declared him to be a terrorist in Yemen. That happened 10 years ago. Now, was he a terrorist? Yeah, I think all of our common sense leads us in that direction. But was he American? Absolutely. And Barack Obama may not have used Sealed Team 6 to kill an American, but he did use a drone to shoot a terrorist in the face, albeit a terrorist who is American, without trial.
Starting point is 00:15:08 And no one has talked about criminal prosecution for Barack Obama because they're political hacks who will do anything, anything, not to save democracy, but to stand in the way of Donald Trump. And again, this insanity is sold to the mainstream American public. Here is your Senate Majority Leader this morning after the Supreme Court. Senator Chuck Schumer of New York Post on X This is a sad day for America And a sad day for our democracy Ding ding ding ring the bell
Starting point is 00:15:44 Now you know you are officially In the land of insanity and propaganda The very basis of our judicial system Is that no one is above the law It's amazing how they develop Tourette syndrome and repeat things On Loop In unison like good drones
Starting point is 00:16:00 Save our democracy Donald Trump lies No one is above the law law. They have beautiful harmony. Treason or incitement of an insurrection should not be considered a core constitutional power afforded to a president. That's called begging the argument. Treason, an incitement of insurrection, is your contention. It's not a fact, and it's therefore not an official act of the president. Schumer went on to say, this disgraceful decision by
Starting point is 00:16:29 the Magasotis, which is compromised of, comprised of three, re-justice is appointed by Trump himself, enables the former president to weaken our democracy by breaking law. It undermines SCOTUS's credibility and suggests political influence Trumps all in our courts today. This is the Senate Majority Leader discrediting one of the three separation of powers, one of the three branches of the United States of American government, the Supreme Court of the United States. He calls them the MAGA Supreme Court. He calls them politically compromised. He calls them toadies to Trump.
Starting point is 00:17:06 Do you see what will be destroyed in order to save democracy? Do you see everything they're willing to do to stop Donald Trump? Yeah. They'll prosecute a future president. Yeah. They'll discredit
Starting point is 00:17:24 the Supreme Court of the United States. Yeah. They'll pack the Supreme Court of the United States and tear down that institution of our republic. Yeah, they'll weaponize the Justice Department. Yeah, they'll do a way with the Bill of Rights, including the Fifth Amendment, the Sixth Amendment, and the First Amendment. They will do anything to stop Donald Trump. But in reality, what happened today was a protection of our Constitutional Republic. Here is Jonathan Turley, more sober-minded, more understanding of what is actually happening in America.
Starting point is 00:18:04 But this is obviously a win for President Trump in the sense that the special counsel was arguing, as with the lower court, that there was very little immunity here to be concerned with. The counsel for the government was assuring the court that they really didn't have much to be concerned with here in terms of any changes in the status of the case. That's clearly not what won the day. The court here is saying that we do need lines here drawn to protect president, so they have some breathing room. And you have to sort of wonder how the context affected the justices. I mean, if they want to look at the implications of leaving presidents without protection, they just need to look around the country. Even though Manhattan was not a federal case, it was a political prosecution in the view of many of us that was rather raw and open.
Starting point is 00:18:53 And so this is a context that must have concentrated the minds of these justices as they did what Justice Gorset said and tried to write for the ages to have something not for this case, but for future cases and future presidents. It's not just a victory for Donald Trump. It's a victory for the presidency. This particular case will now be returned to the lower courts. All estimations are that Jack Smith, because he is such a politically devoted hunt dog, will continue to go after Donald Trump. But the lower courts will now decide which particular set of facts and actions are official acts of the presidency or unofficial acts. It will continue to be appealed. It will come back to the Supreme Court of the United States when it's more honed in and they can decide whether or not something is truly an official act, a constitutional order, or an unofficial act. But it all means time. It's time.
Starting point is 00:19:48 It's also Supreme Court that show they're not very receptive to Jack Smith. and it means time, which is a victory for Donald Trump. The last great act of the state is not to just set aside the separation of powers. It's not just to set aside the First Amendment, but to, in the end, ask you to set aside your eyes and your ears. That's what was told to us by George Orwell in 1984. And that's what became impossible last Thursday night when you saw the mask fall off. who exactly is running the country? Because after the debate, the CNN presidential debate, there it's clear.
Starting point is 00:20:28 It's not Joe Biden. We break it all down. Coming up on the Will Cain Show. It is time to take the quiz. It's five questions in less than five minutes. We ask people on the streets of New York City to play along. Let's see how you do. Take the quiz every day at the quiz.com.

The CNN presidential debate on Thursday night, we saw the mask fall. And behind the mask was not just a. and a gape mouth and a confused look,
Starting point is 00:21:22 a lost and senile president, but a view into who actually runs the United States of America, the first lady, Jill Biden. As many of you've been listening to our coverage this morning of the Supreme Court decision granting great deference to the presidency, great deference to immunity, and a great blow to Jack Smith and his prosecution of Donald Trump. Loanne Tranthan says, someone has to explain to me the big win here. I don't see it.
Starting point is 00:22:12 Loanne, what you have to understand is the attacks on the institutions of the United States have been far and wide. deep and narrow. They have gone after Donald Trump in every single fashion possible. And several institutions have collapsed under the pressure. Let's talk about pressure and collapse for one just moment. It's really remarkable. It really is remarkable that Donald Trump stands today as the Republican nominee for the President of the United States. Think about everything that has been weaponized and marshalled against Trump. I do think that 99 out of 100 candidates would have bowed out because of personal tax, because of negativity and depression, a pessimism on your ability to overcome. That has not been the case with Donald Trump. So to see the Supreme
Starting point is 00:22:59 Court of the United States stand against the weaponization of the Department of Justice and say the presidency still retains some of its core constitutional power is a remarkable day for the USA. It's me, Johnny Jay on YouTube says, yeah, the president should be covered anyway, and Democrat ones, I have to say, covered with immunity. This will impact, for example, any future prosecutions of someone who wanted to go after a past president, Joe Biden, for influence peddling and selling himself to foreign powers. Triple R, David I says, do not use the word democracy. We are a republic. Please know the difference. I don't know you, Triple R, David I, and apparently you don't know me. You've never
Starting point is 00:23:42 listened to The Will Kane Show. I very much well know the difference between a democracy and the Constitutional Republic, and I'm precise. in my language and when I use the two. The word democracy has become a propagandist tool. You have to understand them and hear them use it. We don't excise the word democracy from our language. We use it in proper context. We always do. We know that we are a constitutional republic. By the way, while we're at a triple R, David I, we're not a republic. We're a constitutional republic. Linda O'Pade says if it's a presumption, then it's reduced from the criminal court. she's talking about if it's a presumption of immunity for an official act as opposed to absolute
Starting point is 00:24:21 immunity for a constitutional act it means you go back you give you place a heavy burden on the prosecutor because there's a presumed set of immunity for the president and you jack smith has to overcome that presumed immunity again subscribe to the will cane show on spotify or on apple subscribe on youtube and hang out with us here on the will as remarkable as it was what we saw on stage in the CNN presidential debate i think it was more remarkable what we heard afterwards let me just give you again a little taste a sampling an illustration of what happened on MSNBC on CNN on CBS on ABC on NBC on the new york times on the washington post after we saw the bewildered performance of joe biden in the cnnon
Starting point is 00:25:15 presidential debate. Here's Van Jones on CNN. That was painful. I love Joe Biden. I work for Joe Biden. He didn't do well at all. He did not do well at all. And he looked, you know, I'll give you the analysis, you know, you kind of have the old man versus the con man. I can walk you through how I'm supposed to see it and say it, but I just want to speak from my heart. I love that guy. That's a good man. He loves his country. He's doing the best that he can, but he had a test to meet tonight to restore confidence of the country and of the base, and he failed to do that. And I think there's a lot of people who are going to want to see him consider taking a different course now. We're still far from our convention, and there is time for this party to figure out a different way forward if he will allow us to do that.
Starting point is 00:26:10 But that was not what we needed from Joe Biden, and it's personally painful for a lot of it. people it's not just panic it's pain of what we saw tonight that's positively funereal it's as though we're attending the wake of joe biden that is sad sad let's get back to the substance in a minute because i also don't think it's believable most of what's said in there but it's still remarkable because it was the same type of thing said in every mainstream outlet i told you i went to bed that night said my wife something broke tonight something seminal an earthquake happened it may affect obviously who's running for president in 2024 it should affect who wins the presidency and it also affects us today as who's running the office of the presidency what we saw last night was the
Starting point is 00:27:00 most perhaps important debate moment since kennedy nixon and it was like kennedy nixon you've heard that story you know those listening on radio thought nixon beat kennedy in the debate those watching on television saw a pale, sweaty, uncomfortable Richard Nixon taking on a good-looking young man of, you know, America's Camelot in John F. Kennedy, Jr. But the difference this time is that nobody on any medium would have come away from that debate saying it was a win for Joe Biden. Everybody understood the implications. My favorite is, I'm not going to tell you who, but somebody that you might know, but Democrat, friend, liberal. I said, hey, just give me your reaction. Like, what do you think and when did you think it?
Starting point is 00:27:47 He goes, ah, man, like 30 seconds in. I was like, ah, I was like, what? 30 seconds in? Yeah, he's like, when he's shuffling out and waving to no one. And there's just something like legitimately funny and comedic to me about that moment of realization for those on the left. Was it when he froze the first time? Was it when he said he beat the hell out of Medicare?
Starting point is 00:28:06 Was it when he closed his eyes, when he left his mouth open, when he stared off into nothingness? No, it's what he was. when he just came shuffling out, they go, oh, man, realization that this is going to be a bad night. And it was an incredibly bad night. We'll still wait to see the polling and the effect on the public. And let's just take for a moment to also talk about Donald Trump. We're going to go into depth on what people said about Donald Trump's performance, the accusation of lies.
Starting point is 00:28:33 But for a moment, instead of playing counterpunch, let's punch and tell the affirmative truth, not just push back, on the reactive lie. The affirmative truth is Donald Trump was really good in that debate. Really good. Yeah, he was vibrant. He was alive. He had answers to the questions. And something I've learned about Donald Trump's speaking style in speaking to him directly. Yeah, he rambles. He's got long answers. He indulges every parenthetical in his head. But he does come back to answer the question. He does directly answer the question. Most importantly, though, and most impressively for Donald Trump? He was disciplined. He wasn't mean outside of the golf debate. I've seen your swing. It's not a good swing. It's the biggest lie of all that you're a six. I was a six.
Starting point is 00:29:23 By the way, Dave Portnoy of Barstall Sports made a good point. I don't know that saying you got your handicap down to a six while your vice president is the flex you think it is. You kind of got a job. It's not the four years, eight years to lower your handicap. But outside of that incredibly funny, and maybe undisciplined moment. Donald Trump was disciplined. Wasn't mean. Could have been. Intuitably knew not to be.
Starting point is 00:29:47 Just leave it. We could all see. The American public could see the truth. The mask had fallen on Joe Biden. But I want to stick with the media for just one moment. Because while we sit there today and go, wow, even they had to tell the truth, it's not the truth. And I have very little patience for this. Okay, yeah, they're all selling Joe Biden the night of.
Starting point is 00:30:10 and the morning after. They're asking openly, Jin Saki, David Axelrod, you know, former Obama and Biden officials, about replacing Joe Biden as a Democratic nominee. Because all of a sudden, what? Their eyes are opened, that he's a diminished president? B.S. We've known this for years. Now, the rate of decline I will grant seems to have been rapid. I saw videos from Joe in February, and he's much more sound than he is now. and that's the way it goes man i always tell the story i remember my first dog you know like my dog not my family's dog but my dog as young man i got him when i was 20 21 years old awesome leon doberman beautiful majestic right had him from like age whatever it was 21 to 33 or four and um man i didn't have to put anything into that dog i mean he's loyal smart i mean i trained him I didn't send him away to be trained. The point is I didn't have spent any money on him. Not even vet bills, nothing.
Starting point is 00:31:12 Dry dog food, awesome dog, lived on a ranch, lived in a incredible animal. Until the last six months of life. And in the last six months of life, I spent a ton of money. I thought we had this like, you know, alpha bro, tough relationship. Nah, man.
Starting point is 00:31:29 I melted into a soft serve ice cream cone in the last six months of his life. I paid for acupuncture, heart medicine, anything to keep him alive. All the costs came in the last. six months of his life. And I would have done anything for that dog. Dogs, people, health, it's the way it goes. Rapid decline at the end. I don't know what we've seen from February to June.
Starting point is 00:31:51 But we saw it before. It may be more rapid, but it was present. The entirety of the presidency of Joe Biden. So you don't get to pretend now. You've been gaslighting and lying and telling us that videos, as recently as a week ago, not even a week, four or five days ago. The videos of Joe Biden wandering around with G7 leaders or being led on the stage by Barack Obama were quote unquote cheap fakes. This is the gas. I don't even like the word gaslighting, it's like, but it is convincing you of a reality
Starting point is 00:32:25 that doesn't exist. It's a millennial Gen Z version of just a good old fashion lie. And you were lying as recently as last week. Here's Morning Joe in the months leading up to the debate. I've said it for years now. He's cogent. But I undersold him when I said he was cogent. He's far beyond cogent.
Starting point is 00:32:50 In fact, I think he's better than he's ever been intellectually, analytically, because he's been around for 50 years. Start your tape right now because I'm about to tell you the truth. And F you, if you can't handle the truth. This version of Biden, intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever. Not a close second. And I've known him for years. The Prasinski's have known him for 50 years.
Starting point is 00:33:22 If it weren't the truth, I wouldn't say it. The best version. The best Biden ever. what you're watching there? And by the way, he doesn't invoke I know people who say. I could play for you a montage of clips of dozens of individuals
Starting point is 00:33:45 testifying to the mental acuity of Joe Biden. The one little out that a lot of them have is they always say, according to people who are in the room. I've talked to people in the room. That man says, I know and talk to Joe Biden. What you're listening to there is some of the most evil you can possibly hear, evil rhetoric that you can possibly hear.
Starting point is 00:34:07 That is lying to your face at the compromise of the security of the United States of America. So little respect for Americans that, as George Orwell said, he's asking you to set aside your eyes and your ears. And when you fall back on that common sense telling you it's a cheap fake, telling you you've been duped, or telling you you're a conspiracy theorist. And then, on Thursday night, in the CNN presidential debate, outwalked Joe Biden. Now, reality couldn't be spun. Reports are that Joe Biden will not drop out as a Democratic nominee for president. And why?
Starting point is 00:34:54 because as the cover of Vogue magazine shows us the real power behind the throne is in fact Jill Biden no way will she let this go this secret service detail this clearing of traffic these white fashion magazine covers this life this presidency still there are those like Barack Obama, reports are suggesting, I think it's time to move on. So are you ready for the fight? Barack Obama versus Jill Biden. Will they be able to move on from Joe Biden? That's next on the Will Cain Show.
Starting point is 00:35:39 From the Fox News Podcasts Network. Hey there, it's me, Kennedy. Make sure to check out my podcast. Kennedy saves the world. It is five days a week, every week. Download and listen at Fox Newspodcast.com or wherever you listen to your favorite podcast. This debate showed the brainwashed CNN and the liberal media viewers that they have been hiding from them for the last three years, says Debbie Lynn on Facebook. Yep.
Starting point is 00:36:13 Insanity. Reality broke through the clouds of insanity, of propaganda. It is the Will Kane show streaming live on Facebook, the Fox News Facebook page, on YouTube. the Fox News YouTube channel, also on Fox News.com, on terrestrial radio from coast to coast, and always on demand by subscribing on Apple or on Spotify. Go, subscribe to the Will Kane Show podcast, and you can listen to us whenever you like. Or now that you're here, watching us perhaps on YouTube, hit subscribe to the Will Kane Show channel on YouTube. You'll see a little link underneath our video. And that way, look, not only can you jump into the comment section and get a reminder by
Starting point is 00:36:49 subscribing and setting reminders that every 12 o'clock Eastern time, 9 Pacific, you can watch the Will Kane show. But as you can go back and watch past episodes. And by the way, what a six-month launch that we've had. I mean, numbers on Facebook and YouTube that I don't know that there's been a lot of successful digital shows, but launches like this and this short of time, and with these kinds of guests, recently, Dave Ramsey, Kevin Costner, Dwayne the Rock Johnson, Dave Portnoy, Stephen A. Smith, and on and on. You should subscribe. I hope you will. and leave a comment, leave a five-star review to the Will Kane show. It was fascinating in real time to not only see the group think mind-meld of its time to move on from Joe Biden, but the cope, the talking point, the let's pivot, let's make it even of, well, Trump didn't have a good night as well.
Starting point is 00:37:47 And it took form after the scene in presidential debate of saying Trump lied. Trump lied Trump lied 31 times Trump lied In fact You can see the talking point Take hold And like
Starting point is 00:38:00 You know Parrots in a forest All of a sudden All the chirping becomes one It sounds like one big Or crickets Or right now I'll tell you what in Texas
Starting point is 00:38:08 Where I live Cicadas are out Right And you know One cicada starts Making their sound And then another And before you know
Starting point is 00:38:15 What they're all doing it Together at the same time And it's one just constant You know from the trees Well that's what's happening right now with the talking point. And by the way, if you're on the left, and some of you are, I know watching right now, like Oreo X gaming, you should really ask yourself about this kind of verbal tick,
Starting point is 00:38:30 this Tourette syndrome of like talking points that take hold, right? And when you start saying the same thing that 100 other people are saying at the same time, you know, pandemic of the unvaccinated, lies, lies, lies, the 31 lies, you should kind of ask yourself, do you think you're doing any independent thinking? Are you a cicada in the tree chanting with the other thousands? Oreo X gaming on YouTube says, Hey, how about you explain the 30-plus lies Trump said in the debate? I can hear you in the trees, cicada.
Starting point is 00:38:58 L-OL, bro was saying we abort babies after birth, L-O-L. Oreo, hope you're still with us. Because I want to see if I can just for a moment get you to stop chanting in the trees. Just see if you can tune out your other cicadas. Just for one moment, Oreo. Just hang with me for a second, okay? Just give me two minutes, and you can go on to watching Destiny or David Packer. on YouTube. By the way, Destiny tweeted the other day, yesterday. Anyone who is supporting Trump at this point has less in common with core American values than any immigrant they warned you about over the past 10 years. When 1776 happened, it was to get away from exactly what Trump represents. I actually loved having Destiny here on the Will Kane show, liberal YouTube commentator, successful. But this is insanity. This is part of that propaganda. This is democracy is at stake.
Starting point is 00:39:49 This is standing on the edge of authoritarianism. And if you can do that, if you can get people to believe in that handmaid's tail, you can get them to set aside everything. Yeah, of course, separation of powers and the validity of the Supreme Court of the United States, but also their common sense, what they see, what they hear. Scott Adams, who's great, you know, the cartoonist Pine Dilbert said in response, can someone explain what scares them about Trump without sounding insane? I haven't heard anyone try it without devolving into word thinking.
Starting point is 00:40:15 Example, he'll steal your democracy. He wants to be a dictator. chaos. He thinks he's above the law. Looks to me like Democrats gasped themselves into believing in ghosts. That's exactly what we illustrated earlier here on the Wilkinson. We played that insanity from Chris Matthews. So this is the insanity that was peddled after the debate. Well, Trump lied, Trump lied, Trump lied.
Starting point is 00:40:40 Yeah, I mean, it was almost immediately issued on CNN, MSNBC. It's what they were going with. I noticed it. And they never backed it up. They just kept saying it. I watched for an hour on competing news channels. They kept saying it, but they didn't give me an example of the lies. They didn't.
Starting point is 00:40:52 Okay, for an hour. Hold on. And then it took off, right? And then next thing you know, Joe Biden is saying it, Jill Biden is saying. And next thing you know, potato head, Brian Stelter is tweeting it, right? And you're on and on. You're off and running. What lies?
Starting point is 00:41:05 Okay, well, then CNN's joke, I mean, absolute joke of a fact checker, Daniel Dale, puts out 31 lies. Okay. So, what are some of the lies that Trump supposedly uttered? I mean, they said 30 lies and 90 minutes. They were like, he's issuing a lie every, I don't remember how many seconds, right? So the types of lies that they, they quote, are, best economy ever. All the legal scholars agreed that Roe v. Wade was bad constitutional law. These are quotes from statements from Trump.
Starting point is 00:41:41 Top world standing, you know, everybody in the world respected the United States. Now, here's the thing. Some of these are subjective statements like that. they're irrebuttable others are exaggeration hyperbole i'm not here to tell you don't trump is like you know perfectly nailed language right rare to communicate the absolute truth no he's from queens he's a real estate developer it's the best everything's the best it's fantastic it's exaggeration it's hyperbole but not all of it some of it is dead on so let's go back to to Oreo X gaming.
Starting point is 00:42:14 So OreoX gaming, because this is another one they say, right? They say that claiming that LOL, bro was saying we, saying we abort babies after birth. Well, here's the thing. I hope you hung in, Oreo, because Trump says things, and you have to hang in and listen, okay? And while some of it's exaggeration, some of his spot-on truth. He told you how to find the truth that night. Former governor of Virginia, Ralph Northam, talking about the proposed abortion laws in Virginia. Here he is on the radio, Ralph Northam.
Starting point is 00:42:54 If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that's what the mother and the family desired. and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mothers. There you go. I know you're still listening, Oreo. I've seen you in the comments section again.
Starting point is 00:43:20 Trump said that some governors, he didn't say everybody, and he said, Rovi-Wa-Waid's been returned to the states, and states will decide. He said, some, by the way, will make good decisions. Some will make extreme decisions. We happen to think that those that are extreme are those, like Ralph Northam, talking about abortion, made comfortable after the baby has been delivered. Okay? it wasn't a lie.
Starting point is 00:43:39 Was it a representative truth of every position of every Democrat? No, I don't know what you believe, Oreo, or anybody else. Or for that matter, Gavin Newsom, I don't know what he believes, because most Democrats don't say what they believe. Like, what do you believe should be the line? When should abortion be made illegal? Ever? Under what circumstances?
Starting point is 00:43:54 At what point? But Trump is saying there, and giving an example of an extremity, that wasn't a lie, and there's the truth, played for you. Methol 01 says, why does this feel? like on YouTube, a tinfoil podcast. Maybe because my producer's name is tinfoil Patrick. Or maybe it's what the truth sounds like when you've been inundated with insanity and lies and propaganda, that you're on the edge of the Handmaid's Tale, the edge of
Starting point is 00:44:21 the extinction of democracy, and in order to save it, you've got to censor the public and do away with the Supreme Court. It's just people are living in mass psychosis, a delusional world that's started, I think, even before COVID, with the idea that Donald Trump is something that he's not. I'll tell you what he's not. He's not perfect. I'll tell you what he's also not, Hitler. And that's some of the lies that were given to you by Joe Biden on Thursday night, that nobody talks about it to CNN presidential debate. Joe Biden's lies. Well, I think Donald Trump's are best characterized by hyperbole in exaggeration. Joe Biden's are fundamental. They're lies. I hope some of you're still sticking around on this.
Starting point is 00:45:02 You do know, right, that it's a lie. You do know it's a hoax, the very very. fine people hoax. Trump did not call Nazis and white nationalist very fine people. I'm not going to replay the video for you today. You can go to, I think it was on last week's episode, we replayed it, but it's been seven years. And Snopes, by the way, for whatever there were, seven years late, debunked it, said it's not true. But Joe Biden ran it out again last week. Oh, he said there's very fine people on both sides, and he went on to talk about the people that are posing, taking down the statues of Confederates, and he went on to say, hey, would you, where's this going to go is it going to go to thomas jefferson is going to go to george washington very prescient
Starting point is 00:45:38 in that moment by the way because it did go on to those and he's saying there's legitimate points and find people that on both sides of debate and then he explicitly says not once but twice i am not talking about the nazis and the white nationalist he says they should be condemned but joe biden doesn't care man doesn't care about the truth the truth doesn't matter he ran that back out and by the way let me just give you another example this is the vice president of the united States after the debate. She says, Donald Trump put it on X will ban abortion nationwide. President Joe Biden will do everything in our power to stop him and restore women's reproductive freedom. I mean, that's community whatever noted on X. And then Elon Musk even tweeted,
Starting point is 00:46:21 when will politicians, or at least the intern who runs their account, learn that lying on this platform doesn't work anymore. Donald Trump has said on numerous platforms, he will not pursue a nationwide abortion ban. He has said it everywhere. But that's just a blatant lie from Kamala Harris. Joe Biden ran out that he said, uh, Hitler had some good ideas. And they appointed General Kelly, who also said that Trump said at Normandy, I believe, that soldiers who died were suckers and losers. And then Joe Biden lied and acted like his son. He said, my son's not a sucker and a loser. Like his son died in battle. His son didn't die in Iraq. Hitler did good things lie, suckers and losers lie, very fine people lie, my son died in Iraq lie,
Starting point is 00:47:08 I capped insulin at $15 lie, I capped Medicaid drug expenses at $200 lie. These are substantive, real lies, not just exaggeration hyperbole. Trump said he would be a dictator, lie, said in Jesse. By the way, take Trump seriously, don't take him literally. No soldiers died on my watch, said Joe Biden. Tell that to the families of the 13 that died at Abigate in Afghanistan. How do you even parse that into a truth? What lines do you split?
Starting point is 00:47:36 How do you possibly say no soldiers died on my watch with that pull out from Afghanistan? Border Patrol endorsed me, said Joe Biden, to immediate effect of a tweet from the Border Patrol Union. No, no, we didn't endorse you. We endorsed Donald Trump. I don't think any politician is a bastion of truth. But I also think you've been taken by a mass psychosis and repeating a cicaded talking point to say, lie, lie, lie, while not looking at your own candidates, real substantive, rebuttable lies. And that's the latest talking point.
Starting point is 00:48:12 A stumbling man who can't get his words across but has the best intentions at heart. That's what Van Jones said, who loves this country who has integrity versus a con man. Joe Biden had to drop out of a presidential run. maybe some are too young to know this he had to drop out of a presidential run because he was exposed for plagiarism stealing others life stories stealing other's speeches
Starting point is 00:48:38 he's a serial biographical liar he says he drove an 18 wheeler he says he graduated top of his class on and on and on all rebuttable and this is the man that we're to believe has integrity
Starting point is 00:48:53 that's what you're going to sell us now from a pandemic of the unvaccinated to Joe Biden has integrity. They got to do something because it looks like Joe Biden will be the nominee. I don't see how they replace them. All that talk, I don't see how they replace them. Article in Axios says there is an oligarchy that runs. You want to know who runs the presidency? It's Jill Biden as part of a kitchen table oligarchy.
Starting point is 00:49:21 This is according to Axios. It is Jill Biden. sister, I think it's Valerie Biden, it's Hunter Biden, his family. It's a friend who's 85 years old, all in consultation about what Joe should do. I told you the cover of Vogue magazine. That's today's July issue of Vogue magazine. Jill Biden, you think this lady's ready to give up power? Jill Biden immediately ran out, you did so good, Joe. You answered all the questions. She is proving to be much more formidable than anyone ever knew. She is, perhaps, the power behind the throne. Remove the mask from Joe Biden, and you find Jill Biden. There are reports, despite his
Starting point is 00:50:00 public pledge that Barack Obama, though, not so happy and wants to begin the process, perhaps the discussions of replacing Joe Biden. The problem is, Joe Biden may be in an act of incredible genius, picked as his vice president, Kamala Harris. Where do you go? All the names that you and I can talk about, all the names that will be talked about. Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom, Gresham, Gretchen Whitmer, Governor of Michigan, poll way worse against Donald Trump than Joe Biden. I mean, I think Joe Biden is down like, you know, what, before the debate, seen in presidential debate, three points. Kamala Harris, down 10 points to Donald Trump, polling, which goes back to February, so it needs to be updated. But that's the last poll that we could find, according to real clear polling.
Starting point is 00:50:48 Gavin Newsom, 17 points. Also, how good a politician, i.e. liar. Gavin Newsom is. not at running a state. He's down 17 to Donald Trump. Whitmer's something like 10. It's been done before. The reports are Barack Obama would be interested in an open convention. Happened in 1952.
Starting point is 00:51:08 Harry S. Truman said he wouldn't run for presidency. Nobody had a definitive win in the primaries. Went to an open convention in 1952, the Democratic Convention. It was won by Adelai Stevenson. He lost the race for presidency, to Dwight D. Eisenhower. But here's the thing. Okay? A, it would need Joe Biden's approval. He'd have to go, well, I release my delegates. Let me amend that. It would have to get Jill Biden's approval. Jill Biden would have to say, I release my delegates. But more importantly than getting Joe Biden's participation, wouldn't we have to once again address where we began our conversation today? You have sold to us that you are the missionaries, the warriors, the fighters, saving democracy. That is what you're willing to sacrifice the Supreme Court of the United States, the checks and balances, the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, the Fifth Amendment, the Sixth Amendment, the Presidential Immunity, the Executive Branch. You're willing persecuting and jailing your political opponents. You're willing to do all of that because Donald Trump, in your description, represents a threat to democracy. It's well-founded. We are a constitutional republic. But let's just explore democracy for one moment. Isn't democracy supposed to be the will of the people, the majority of the people? Didn't Jill Biden?
Starting point is 00:52:24 win the majority of the people in a Democratic primary? Didn't he win the vote of the people? Didn't he win your democracy? At least for the Democratic nominee. Didn't Joe Biden? Isn't he the representation of your democracy? And now that you think he can't win, now that he's obviously senile
Starting point is 00:52:48 and we should have serious conversations about who's running the United States of America and you can't believe that the president of the United States can't keep his mouth closed, has his finger on the nuclear buttons, you think, huh, maybe we should switch them out. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. You're saving democracy. And in order to save democracy, you're going to set aside democracy. So an oligarchy of people, be it Barack Obama or Jill Biden or the Democratic Party,
Starting point is 00:53:18 can just set aside the popularly voted in nominee for president and pick someone else. else? Because you're not going to win? It's beginning to sound like, to me, saving democracy means anything for a victory for Democrats. It has been four long days since I got to hang out with you, since that seminal earthquake, that moment on Thursday night in the CNN presidential debate. I was excited to talk to you today here on the Will Kane show. between the presidential immunity decision at the Supreme Court of the United States, the future of the nominee for president for Democrats, and the breakthrough of sanity and reality for the American public,
