Will Cain Country - Why Are So Many Still Defending Lindsay Clancy? (ft. Aaron Berg)
Episode Date: September 1, 2026After days of deliberation, the jury on the Lindsay Clancy trial still hasn’t reached a unanimous verdict, and the public reaction to the case has unveiled a disturbing divide between the men and wo...men of our country. Comedian and “Con Job” star Aaron Berg joins the show to unpack some of the most ludicrous takes on the Clancy trial floating around on the internet, before reacting to yet another gaffe from Hasan Piker and Governor Kathy Hochul (D-NY) donning a hijab while speaking at an Islamic cultural center. Plus, Will, Aaron, and The Crew break down the return of the California "butt sniffer" and address a pressing question as football season approaches: do we really need male cheerleaders in the NFL? Keep deliberating.
The judge in the trial of Lindsay Clancy tells a jury,
go back, review the facts, review the evidence.
After they tell the judge, we cannot come to a unanimous decision.
The divide, not just in the jury box, but among men and women.
Showing up as well on the sidelines of NFL games.
Male cheerleaders with comedian Aaron Burr.
Thank you.

We're joined today again by the star of Conjob and the coast of the SDR show and modern-day man.
It's comedian Aaron Berg, dressed to the nines after coming in complimenting me.
Look sharp.
Here he is looking like a mafia enforcer.
Thank you, sir.
I'm going to tell you something, Will, when you walk in and you,
you photo mug, as they say, in the biz.
When I show up and I think I'm jacked and then I see you over there popping out of that black
t-shirt, upper pecks just screaming, look at me.
I can't come back in in a muscle shirt the following week.
So what I do is I go out and I buy myself a nice cheap suit and a purple color that looks
a little more expensive than it really is.
And now I'm covered up.
I look like an extra from the Sopranos, not the gay scene, but, you know, just a scene where, you know, Tony would be getting some soaperset or something like that.
You look great, man.
It looks like a scene, it looks like a scene where I should be saying, I don't have it this week.
Please.
Yeah.
You're saying, nice little store you've got there.
I hope you can keep it?
And I'm like, can you just give me till next week?
Yeah.
I'm looking a little nervous.
Yeah.
Because you know exactly what's seen that was.
That was the sporting goods store scene where the guy from Terminator.
played that role.
And then Tony came back and he had a gambling addiction.
You look like you could have a crippling gambling addiction, do you?
I don't.
I don't.
Yeah, the guy from the Terminator is the mark.
He's the victim in that scene.
He's gone downhill from his days as a Terminator.
Gone are his metal arms that can clasp onto the back of a car.
And now he's just begging and he's going to be living in a tent pretty soon.
I think those movies still hang?
Hold up.
I wonder if they do. I've never seen them.
Terminator?
You've never seen Terminator or Terminator 2?
No, never seen Terminator.
Terminator 1 is a little dated because like the CGI, like when he cuts his arm open and does the surgery.
Yep.
That's a little bit.
Terminator 2, though, holds up.
It really does.
What about 3, 4, 5, and 6?
Are they all good?
Those never held up.
No.
They were bad the first time around.
Sarah Connor strikes back.
Well, it's great to see you.
Thank you for having me back, man.
Great to see you, Aaron.
And one hour ago, the judge in the trial of Lindsay Clancy was confronted with a jury that said they cannot come to a unanimous decision.
And here is what he instructed that jury. Watch.
I've got your question.
And the question is, after many hours of deliberation, we are unable to come to a unanimous decision.
I brought you back out because I know that this was a long trial.
All right.
I know there were over 80 witnesses.
There were over 300 exhibits.
But because of that, I'm going to ask you to go back out, keeping in mind all the instructions
that I gave you to go out and to continue your deliberations at this time.
All right.
And so with that, I'm going to ask you to go back out.
Like I said, keep in mind the instructions I gave you, reviewing the evidence,
and I'd ask you to resume your deliberations at this time.
Okay, thank you.
Jury of nine women and three men cannot come to unanimous decision.
And I'm skeptical that however much time they are given are the judge demands of them,
they're going to continue to reflect the rest of society.
I don't know this to be a fact, but you can only imagine
with the gender divide in that jury box is not exactly representative.
I'm not suggesting it's nine to three, but in some ratio it is reflective of the gender divide out here in the country.
And every time we talk about this case, including yesterday, with comedian Danny Polshik, it seems to devolve into a gender divide.
Now, if it seemed like we were anti-woman yesterday, I want to apologize to the many great women listeners we have of Wilcane country.
But Michelle Etheridge said, so it's disrespect the women day again, meaning again here on Will King.
Wilking Country. And then we had over on YouTube left behind says, seriously, guys, quit with the
women this and women that as though we're this giant homogenous group. These women who are making
these ridiculous claims do not speak for all of us. And I know that to be true. But I also
know it's insane. The more that I see, the more that I hear, not just on social media,
but in anecdotal reports from personal lives, it's getting insane out there for men.
and women over the trial of Lindsay Clancy.
People are going nuts over this thing.
But I agree with her.
I mean, you can't classify all women.
You can't believe all women is what I'm saying.
Wait, no, that doesn't sound right.
What I'm saying is I think women are divided on this issue.
Most men are on the side that this is absolute insanity.
But I think some women are dividing.
And I think what needs to happen is people need to go, okay, postpartum's a thing.
We get it.
Let's address it.
But it doesn't make it okay to kill three kids.
I think that that needs, I think it needs to be addressed as a separate issue.
When you're looking at a murder thing and you're going to plead insanity, I remember there was this movie that was overlooked in the Oscars.
And it was Gerard Butler and Jamie Fox.
And it was called, do you remember the name of it?
Something citizen.
abiding citizen.
And sure, Butler
chopped up a couple people
and did horrible things.
And then insanity
was his defense.
We think a third of the way
through the movie.
I haven't watched the rest of it.
As it progresses, I will come back
and let you know what happens.
It is not okay to murder children.
I will die on that hill.
I think it's a decent hill to die on.
I don't think it's a high bar.
Why isn't the only hill? That's the
question.
I don't.
I don't think this is a high bar.
And that's the wild thing about this.
We're talking about the strangulation of three toddlers, three children.
It's crazy.
You want to talk about crazy.
This is crazy that this is the conversation we're having.
You know, say what you will about the women indulging in the TikTok conspiracies about Patrick Clancy.
But they are marshaling an argument.
It's a weak argument.
it's an insane argument. It's a horrible argument. But they're easily dismissed because of the lack of
quality in their thought processes, in their brain. But there's others out there that are extending
empathy to Lindsay Clancy while acknowledging that she murdered her kids. And that's a harder one
to debate with because that's an argument based on vibes and feelings. That's an argument that has
seemingly nothing to do with the trial and more to do with personal experience. Why can't you extend
empathy. I can extend empathy, but it doesn't extend as far as murdering your three children.
Now, there is an army of citizen journalists and social media influencers out there hitting the
streets, streets of New York, streets of various cities across America and interviewing pro and con,
pro and con. And again, I don't think this is representative of all women, but I do think most of us,
I'll bet you every single person on the show and every single person listening knows at least
one person that is reflecting some of these views about Lindsay Clancy, meaning it's not isolated
to social media. You're hearing this in your real life. This is what you're hearing on the streets.
Dan, play for me the divide between men and women. The jury is deliberating on a verdict for Lindsay
Clancy, and so we are asking people today whether or not they think that she's innocent or guilty.
I think she's innocent. I think if she was guilty, I think it needs to be a state of psychosis.
She does not deserve prison time. Based on all the evidence I've seen, the time,
stamps just doesn't add up to, I don't think she had enough time to kill all three kids and harm herself.
Guilty. Sorry, I said it.
What is that?
The second guy was a man.
It was a man.
I think it was a man. I think it was a man.
I think it's non-binary, so I don't think we know.
We can't speak with certain.
He goes, what's up?
Yeah.
Looks like the circus is in count.
However that dude identifies, he clearly has.
has a testicles and a dingaline.
And he has X, Y, chromosome.
I got to say this, well.
It's interesting.
He could trans himself in whatever direction that he wants,
but he still comes out on the side of sanity when it comes to Lindsay Clancy.
It's amazing.
That's the guy that agrees with you.
You can change all you want.
There's a smoking hot woman over there.
That's the total opposite.
And then this guy shows up like he just finished off sleeping with,
Willie Wonka at a rest stop,
and it's amazing that that was
for the guys all dressed in smartness.
And he's the voice of sanity. He's the voice
of reason. And he's the voice of
reason. There it is. I got to go watch him
swim against girls at Rutgers tomorrow.
He looks
like he just walked out of
a pride parade or
a cabaret. He's just in the
parks of New York speaking to Servana Hernandez.
He wasn't the only one. What is he wearing?
Let's play. Let's
play him one more time.
Looks like Liberace threw up on him.
No, no, no, no.
He wasn't the only one in that video, that particular video.
There were a few of them.
The only one, what?
That looks kind of like that.
That is interesting, interestingly dressed.
He has butterfly wings on.
I think he has antennas.
He's got a, he's got a wand, and everything is rainbow.
But my man knows guilt when he sees guilt on Lindsay Clancy.
Play it, Dan.
A verdict for Lindsay Clancy, and so we are asking people today,
what stamps just doesn't add up to, I don't think she had enough time to kill all three kids and harm herself.
Guilty.
Sorry, I said it.
Sorry, I said it.
No need to apologize, Paulina.
Meanwhile, the lady, the lady who's totally put together.
She's totally put together, right?
She's walking down the street like a normal person headed to her nine to five.
she's about to go into handling HR claims at a Fortune 500 company.
And she says two things in 30 seconds.
I think she is, she says, I think she is not guilty because of psychosis.
And then pivots on a dime to saying that the timeline doesn't add up and she doesn't have time to murder those kids in the timeline.
So what are you saying?
Is it psychosis or Patrick did it?
She doesn't even realize she's making both arguments in a 30 second time frame.
Meanwhile, judged HR claims.
sexual harassment inside of Deloitte.
Yep.
I love that it's Deloitte.
But then this
Z-Z-Z-Z-Z shows up
and just direct
to the point, bang.
And here's the question.
We need to find out that person's info
because I would like them to entertain my children at a party.
I would love to figure out how I would get
her or they, them to come and read
maybe some Dr. Seuss or something at a birthday party.
I just think great children's entertainer overall.
We do have some more women.
Here's a tough question.
Here's a tough question.
I want to bring the ladies back into the show.
I love to make this an interactive and inclusive environment.
I want to hear from the ladies out there in the Wollisha on Facebook and YouTube.
But before we get to them, let's just be a bit more inflammatory.
Aaron, you have a choice.
You have two children who need babysitting.
Are you picking the put-together lady who says Lindsay Clancy is not guilty?
or are you picking the Z-Zoo-Zim dude who says guilty?
Oh, boy.
Oh, boy.
Oh, boy.
This is one of those Michael Malice conundrums where you actually give people a real challenge.
Real Sophie's choice.
Oh, is that not?
I mean, I got to go with the insane, well-put-together woman.
You know, I'm a man.
Yeah.
I mean, upon initial instinct, and even now, knowing what I know,
I would still hire the psychopath woman.
because I think we are just gleaming the cube of what old butterfly wings is possible of over there.
You know?
I mean, with her, I'm afraid they're going to come out unalive.
With him, I'm just afraid they're going to come out a different gender.
Maybe sitting at my house is like, once the kids asleep, you just sit there and watch Netflix.
That's all it is.
So I would trust the insane woman over, you know, Peter Parker within an antenna.
You're going to ruin your Netflix algorithm either way.
If he's watching, if he's home, your next big algorithm when you get home is going to be a bunch of HBO hockey shows about gay hockey players and Miss Rachel.
If she's got it, get ready for a true crime documentary spree when you come back to Netflix with one or the other.
Women love to unite.
over anything. It's amazing. They just love
to unite over anything. You know, there was a time, Will, when
Me Too was just for women. I was Me Tooed last week. And I don't mean
Me Too like someone came after me. I mean, I was groped
by an editor of a very far left
publication. Oh, boy. This is, this story cannot even
break just yet. I have the texts of what happened, but I was
at a party and he smacked my butt with.
with a ping pong paddle, Will.
Now I said, I'm not okay with that.
And he said, with what?
I said, I knew you were drunk.
I'm not okay with that.
I texted him the next day.
He goes, I'm sorry, I don't remember what happened.
I go, oh, you smack my butt with a ping pong paddle.
He goes, oh, I do remember that.
That was nothing.
I was just playing.
It wasn't sexual.
I'm sorry you felt offended.
Will, I know what it is like to be a woman.
I've gone through it.
And then I went over to his house and I said, I'm not okay with that.
And he goes, yeah, I already texted you.
Why is this still a thing?
Can you imagine if I did that to a woman?
Can you imagine how people would say, oh, look at Bill Cosby now.
That's what they would say.
Let's take a quick break.
But continue this with comedian Aaron Berg when we come back on Will Kane Country.
Don't you wish you could just hit skip on the worst parts of your life?
You know the same way you can skip an ad.
I get it.
I'm Siaia and I live in Ice Cove.
I've made some questionable decisions that didn't end up the way I planned.
And today, I'm still figuring it out.
Somehow things usually get worse before they get better.
Apparently, that's how I roll.
So bundle up and come along for the bumpy ride.
Stream a new episode of North of North Tuesdays on CBC Gem.
Welcome back to Will Kane Country.
We're still hanging out with comedian Aaron Berg.
How do you feel about this, Will?
I think I actually know what you're talking about a little bit, and I want to extend this.
This is a totally different topic than Lindsay Clancy, but I want to extend this grace to women.
I do feel I have also been put in some awkward situations professionally.
Yep.
And it's coming from men.
Yes, this was a man.
Yes.
And the texts and DMs that I have are extremely.
damning, extremely damning.
And I'm like,
dude, this is
definitely the textbook definition
of harassment. It is harassment.
This is not cool.
And that's just
a, and I'm
saying that in that
that, that's scratching the surface.
I know that women deal
with some real
nasty dudes out there
that cannot see.
You know, I say nasty because I think
they're mostly buffoons who have no idea
of the line, no idea, or
they're just fishermen. I miss a lot,
but every once in a while I catch a fish.
You know, I don't know,
but I do feel for the ladies.
Am I being
too much of a Karen by
making a thing out of this? Now, he's
a gay man,
very liberal, and
I think what bothers
me more than the actual touching is
the hypocrisy, that this person works
for a publication that
tries to cancel comedians.
I remember they tried to cancel Bargotsi
for going to the UFC event.
They'll go after people like that.
But it's so amazing to me
that he is fine with
this level of stuff, even though
he would go after somebody else for doing it
based on their political beliefs.
Am I being a Karen? Because it's all.
You're not, and you're exactly right.
I don't think I would get that person offended by
somebody tapping my ass with a ping-on-doll.
Well, I'm going to do it when I see it.
But hypocrisy.
Try it out.
The hypocrisy. The hypocrisy would tempt me. It would be tempting because it exposes the shallow virtue signaling.
Here's what the ladies today are saying. Gene Hendrick says she's guilty. The kids are the victims.
Some dudes also weighing in, James Wagner, any of you paying attention to the actual defense, lots of serious flaws in the prosecution.
Like what, James, even she says she strangled those kids.
It's not an issue of guilt or innocent.
It's an issue of mental state.
Big Jep jumps in on that.
She was prescribed a lot of drugs, but she'd not take all those pills.
Closing argument noted how many pills, if any, were missing from many of the bottles.
The voice thing is too easy and random.
Meanwhile, still over on YouTube, Freedom, Q9, L,
says, women, I am one, stop being sensitive. I understand why you all are talking about it like you
did yesterday. Elise Winters also says, I'm shocked how many, especially Gen Z woman, think she's
innocent. Even her lawyer isn't claiming that. And then Salon Woodall says, the women may be the
reason we had the Salem, Salem witch trials. I will say, this, this Lindsay Clancy thing,
for the record, is the most damaging thing to women in a long time.
in a long time. Like, you know, I've made the joke to the guys this morning.
The, you know, I don't know how we got on to the LGBT, but we started talking about how you, how do you acknowledge B and T at the same time?
Like, if you're acknowledging B, aren't you, to some extent, denying T? And then we got to talk about, well, the L's and the G's also don't really like the new construct forced upon them by the T's.
And then you got the women rallying for Lindsay Clancy.
And as soon or later, we're going to get to the point of scrap at all.
This has just gone out of control.
We're just going to have to roll back the clock to 1933.
We're going to have to take it all away and start over.
Do you think that the women fighting for her believe that they are doing more for women
and they're just blindly going at this cause?
They do.
I know women like this.
They think they're standing up for women's mental health rights and they're making progress.
and they're protesting it and this is going to be better for it moving forward it's the opposite it's crazy
it is really crazy here's a really if you're having these so like people want to have these discussions right
and it's like we should really be separating these two things so postpartum depression psychosis
mental health should not be a part of this trial and people are projecting what they're going through
or what they've gone through or what they might go through onto this yeah and they need to just separate
to two things. So stop doing that. That's exactly right. Yeah. That's exactly. The only caveat I would put
to what you said is psychosis actually is a part of this trial. Postpartum depression and mental health
are not part of this trial. And people aren't differentiating postpartum psychosis from postpartum
depression. And here you go. Here's one more entry from the streets from Sarvanna Hernandez.
Do you stand with her yes or no? I don't think she did it. Yes. We feel she's very sleep deprived.
Her job as a labor and delivery nurse working night shifts and three children is a lot a lot.
Do you have children? Yes. Would you ever hurt them? Yes and no. As a mom or as a dad, I think that you are not perfect.
So what are the consequences she should face for this? Obviously she's already in a wheelchair. He should go to jail for negligence.
He was he needs to take care of his kids and that was his responsibility.
Bro. Dude. My bro. God. What? That was not serventer.
Hernandez. So here in here now, Caitlin Bennett, we see the argument moving. Now what you hear
is not even argument for mental health. Now you hear how hard it is to be a mom. Now you hear
about the workload. Now you hear the argument that Patrick Clancy wasn't doing enough. That now you
hear that I could hurt my kids. Now you hear insanity. And in the last clip that you heard there
when the lady was saying she should go to jail for negligence,
Caitlin Bennett turns and says,
is this somebody's girlfriend?
And then the dude goes,
that's my girlfriend.
And she goes,
you might want to think twice.
And he's like,
I think I do.
Oh,
wow.
There's a lot of that going around.
I broke off my wedding in two weeks or,
you know,
broke it off of my girlfriend because I understood about that.
If I was dating,
I would consider it.
I mean,
if I was not married and dating a girl and she was like this,
I would probably seriously consider breaking out.
I think I would as well.
Yeah, I mean, I'm married and I'm thinking about going to Vegas and cheating.
That's what we're talking about, right?
Yeah, it's exactly what we're talking about.
But that woman said, like, she thought about killing her kids, like, it's okay.
Like, oh, you know, we have bad days.
Yeah.
That's literally what she said.
Yeah, we have bad days.
We're asleep deprived.
What are you talking about?
This is pushing such a narrative where it's like a couple of years ago, all we cared about was kids.
All we cared about was kids.
And when it's on the other side where they're like, there's this island with all these kids on it.
And they're like, these sick bastards.
And now they're like, here's a woman that killed her kids.
Well, wait, let's hear her full story.
I don't understand it.
Like, kids' safety is supposed to be paramount.
They are the closest thing to, like, pure innocence that we have in this messed up world.
And we're supposed to respect our, I mean, our kids are the most important things in this world to us.
And someone that's just like, I killed three of them, but, you know, it's tough to be a woman.
It's not an okay excuse.
Well, here's a thing.
Suzanne Nico in the chat asked, I don't think it's a woman thing.
I think it's a lefty liberal thing, which I don't think is true either.
Because there's women on the right that are the same way.
Lots of women on the right.
It's not just a liberal thing.
It's a both sides.
I'm sorry.
This isn't a left right thing.
I do this show every day.
I do two shows a day. And I will tell you firsthand, I, these are, now we have, as highlighted in
Puck News this morning, how valuable it is for Democrats to go on Fox News, we have a very diverse
audience. We have more Democrats that watch Fox News than watch CNN or MSNBC. It's a fascinating
article in Puck News about Abdul El-Sayed's appearances on Fox News with myself and Jesse Waters.
And it would, the article was fascinating in that it's the only place left for you to reach millions
of people. The other cable news.
news networks are whispers into the dark. And this is where you reach millions of people.
And everybody thinks it's just old, conservative people. No, it is that there are more Democrats
watching Fox than CNN and MSNBC. So El-Sayed can go into the Lionsden and have a conversation
with Will or Jesse and come out, you know, with at least more exposure than repetitive
appearances on Rachel Maddow. So the article is fascinating about how unique Fox has become
in the political landscape, in the political system.
And we'll continue to be.
More Democrats will want to come on and have that debate on Fox.
So unless I'm hearing from those Democrat women watching Fox,
I'm just telling you when I talk about this,
I get a lot of women presumably on the right,
because they do say things like I've listened to you for a long time, Will,
and you're wrong, who are sympathetic to Lindsay Clancy.
This is bipartisan.
It is a gender.
divide, but I don't see a political divide.
The wrong type of bipartisan we want, though.
Yeah. Bipartisan psychosis, one would call it.
Yeah, true.
Before we move on to actually talking a little bit about El Sayed, I want to check back in
with the will issue really quickly.
Deb Robinson says the younger women and generations do not take responsibility.
It's always someone else's fault.
Whether she had a mental meltdown or killed her kids, she is guilty.
I am open to the idea that this isn't left right, but
it actually might be somewhat generational.
Kimberly Cole says, Will, I'm 62.
I've worked in a health care field for 42 years.
I believe she had postpartum depression and her medical team failed her tremendously.
That being said, I believe she is guilty.
She's not making the claim for postpartum depression, or at least not as a claim to insanity.
She's making the claim of postpartum psychosis.
I do believe, by the way, on the medical front, and I am somebody who is extremely critical of
psychiatry, the medical field at large, big pharma's answer to everything.
It could do more worse than good.
But Lindsay Clancy sought out multiple medical professionals, multiple prescriptions.
You know, and the prosecution made this point.
You have to believe she was failed by like eight different points in the medical system.
Eight different psychiatrists failed her because none of them diagnosed her with postpartum
psychosis.
None of them.
Okay.
So either they all got it wrong or she's making it up or she's making it up as an excuse.
Finally, lady in agriculture says, talk to me. I'm 70. I live through a lot. Postpartum depression is real.
But she is guilty, period. There's so much more to what was going on that no one is talking about.
Yeah, I mean, I think that lady and agriculture says it perfectly. You can say postpartum depression is real. We all would suggest that. We all know that to be true.
and also no, it's not a get out of jail free card here for her murdering three kids.
All right, I brought up Abdul Al-Sayed.
Abdul-Said is getting some fresh round of heat for stuff he said around 9-11.
This is on the 20th anniversary of 9-11 that Abdul-El-Said posted, and CBS News is highlighting it.
The CBS News is taking heat for sharing these.
Editor of CBS News, Barry Weiss is, of course, the person getting the heat,
because I guess we shouldn't be highlighting that he posted things like the following.
On the 20th anniversary of 9-11, he said, today I mourn 3,000 lives, 6,000 injuries,
and infrastructure damaged in New York City perpetrated ignorantly in the name of my faith.
Tomorrow I'm more than 11 million, or 1 million lives, millions of injuries,
and infrastructure devastation in three countries perpetrated ignorantly in the name of my country.
Whoa.
Then compared it to COVID.
He also said, COVID has taken over 3,000 American lives more than 9-11.
I hope that means we'll spend the next 10 years fighting a war for public health and against climate change in poverty, likely launched a global war on terror.
It's ill-servably at.
El-Said, answer me this.
why do you think there is so much more attention on Abdul-El-Said at this moment than on James Tala Rico in Texas?
Is it simply the relationship with Hassan Piker?
Is it there's more outlandish things?
Because I think Tala RICO has many outlandish things that he said, but it's not in this vein.
You know, it's not in the apologizing or maybe not apologizing is not the right word, diminishing or equating 9-11 to other things like COVID.
This is part of a bigger trend where people have a fear of this type of mindset taking over America,
and we're seeing it happen in real time, where people are saying, and you'll see it online all the time.
Like, we're warning you, stop.
Do not let these people get in office.
This is part of turning Western culture into something else.
And it is.
That's why it's so prevalent.
and good on CBS for calling it out.
Like anything that's on the internet
is going to stick around forever.
You can't just delete it
and not think that somebody
is going to screenshot it.
It's part of a bigger problem
where America is losing its Americanness.
And I don't think that they're doing that with Tala Rico.
I think that this is more prevalent.
This guy is a prime example of that.
Let's take a quick break,
but continue this with comedian Aaron Berg
when we come back on Will Kane Country.
Welcome back to Will Kane Country.
still hanging out with comedian Aaron Berg.
I think Talariko's is more subversive.
His is more sneaky.
I agree.
And it's coming in draped in the costume of Christianity.
And this is more familiar.
This is familiar.
This is draped in the ideology of Islam and far left progressivism.
I find Tala RICO, personally, I find Tala RICO as dangerous as Abdul al-Said.
Okay.
But I feel like the left doesn't champion Tala RICO as much because he is a Christian and a white
dude. So there's not much to get behind
with that. So like people I know that
would get behind more of like an Al-Sayyad
because, you know, it
goes to what they're kind of championing right
now at the time in the moment. And then
if you speak out against it, it's Islamophobia.
Right. So it's an easy
defense. It gives an extra level of defense.
Yeah, exactly.
You know, El-Said
I think is incredibly condescending.
But, and Jesse Waters
said this after interview, he does give off a bit
more, like, of a bro vibe.
Tala Rico gives off the youth pastor who touches kids inappropriately vibe.
El-Sayed played football, you know?
I mean, people are kind of coming after El-Said because he said,
I hope Michigan beats Ohio and try to expose him like he doesn't know.
Michigan fans call Ohio State Ohio.
I didn't come after him at all on that.
That was non-football fans thinking for a moment that they knew football better than El-Sayed.
But this is the type of, this chaps me, El-Sayed's like intellectual gymnastics combined with bro condescension.
Here he is on the breakfast club talking about his relationship with Hassan Piker.
I think we got to stop with the cancel culture.
It's not about like, where are you on this one individual?
It's more, do you agree or disagree with the thing that the person said?
And the thing about it is that like when we play as if the whole person can be reduced down to a single sound bite that you took out of context, you're not, you're not.
not dealing with real life. That's not how real life works. I love my wife dearly. Do I agree with her
on everything? No. Do I agree with everything I've always said? No. My opinion's positions change.
Hassan Piker is part of the greater trend of cancel culture. He's tried this argument several times
and it really pisses me off. I don't know why it does, but this is not cancel culture.
Yeah. We can show you cancel culture. By the way, he's got very soft arms.
And I don't think that you can be a bro with arms that look that soft.
He needs more arms.
There's size to it.
There's size to it, but they look fluffy.
Yeah, there's no cuts in his arms.
I don't respect him as a bro.
But I see why people like him over Tala Rico, because you look at him, that's like a dude.
Like, he's semi-handsome and he speaks well and you'd want to hang out with him have a beer.
Tala Rico, not so much.
Yeah.
Is that like Piker?
Because Piker works out and he...
Yeah, and Piker's a good-looking dude.
Like, objectively, he's a hand-a-old.
handsome guy, you know. Yeah.
It's... Compared to me and Will.
Yeah. Are you nuts?
Look at Will. Will's a dime piece.
He's a dimes. It's fine. Don't worry about it. I'm affiliate.
Affiliate. By the way, taking Hassan Piker out of context, that's what Piker's saying, too.
And yet, Tinfoil Pat has grabbed a little bit of exactly Hassan Piker's words.
It is completely ridiculous. It's laughable to say,
Guys like myself, guys like Abdul al-Sayed, we hate America.
I say I hate America all the time.
A lot of motherfuck want to kill me over the day.
But at least I say it with my fucking chest, people will be like Hassan.
You hate America.
I'm like, yeah, I do.
I do hate America.
Hassan Biker versus Hassan Piker.
Yeah.
People forget what they say, and they're not bright.
A lot of people love to throw word salads around, but they're really just idiots at
the base of all of it. And they love the attention and the attention feeds them. I get it.
They feel empowered by the attention, but they're idiots.
Does idiocy explain New York Governor Kathy Hockel? Of course, she's on the left and it's spent
many years like many on the left talking about my body, my choice, women's rights, feminism.
And here is Kathy Hockel showing up at a mosque in New York City. Watch.
and all the other
tomorrow she'll be talking about
the right wing taking us to the handmaid's tail
today she's going to wear a hijab
I'm saying this is why
we failed a little you know
like we're not doing it we didn't do a good job
on this war on terror allegedly
I mean like
I don't know
first of all maybe she was just showing up to a
mosque and a he job yeah I mean we completely
forgot what happened 25 years
years ago? Yeah. Maybe it's just a bad hair day and she's feeling empowered and she wanted to cover
up her hair. Maybe she's got Dandruff. Maybe it was a long drive down from Syracuse or Albany or
wherever she came from. And she's a little, maybe she was Schfittson in the car. I love the fact that
in any other country she would not even have the right to speak in public. But here she is
cosplaying, basically cause playing and pandering
to this base. And it's flat out frightening. It is flat out frightening. Virtually every Muslim country
is the handmaid's tail. Yeah. Virtually every Muslim country, what is the exception? Is it Lebanon?
I don't even know if Lebanon is now. Like, what is the exception where women are not forced into
subjugation, you know, can drive, can vote, can expose their hair, like maybe a little bit in Iran?
but I don't even think, like, I don't, I think in Iran, that's a mixed bag if you go out without a hijab.
Yeah, still a problem.
Iran, you have to.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And here she is in America.
Yeah.
I know.
Willingly walking into an environment where she needs to wear a hijab.
I know a girl who did the handmaid's tail and went to a protest dress like that, but then also wore a hijab at a protest for Palestine.
Like, not that far away from each other.
What is going on?
She definitely thinks, Lindsay.
Clancy is innocent. That person
definitely does. Isn't it
amazing, like, the
empowerment that women feel about the Lindsay
Clancy trial, and then the flip
side of it is, I need to
silence myself and cover my head.
How can these two things be happening
at the exact same time in this
country?
It's a cognitive distance.
People have trouble.
Is this cognitive? I believe so.
Isn't that right?
No, I
I was going to say, is this cognitive dissonance?
This is Supreme Court Justice Katanji Brown Jackson,
where still, 26, wearing a mask.
She is coming down an escalator at an airport.
And you can see here, she's got what appears to be a cloth mask.
And she's walking.
Maybe that's not a cloth mask.
I read she's wearing in 95 still during oral arguments in front of the Supreme Court.
Oh, boy.
is the mentality of someone that is wearing a mask in 2026?
Mental illness.
Is there an easier way to put it?
It's you bought into an ideology.
It's a religion.
It's an ideology and you have to buy in or you're out.
You know what I mean?
So is this like a sacrament?
Is it a sacrament of the religion?
Yes, exactly.
This is a sacramental of the religion.
Like, hey, I'm still part of it and showing everyone that went away from it that was once part of this religion, that I'm still doing it.
and it's still important to me and should be important to everyone else.
You think it is, so you think it is, is, is virtue signaling in essence.
Literally. Yeah. Yes.
Yeah.
You don't think it's so, but Aaron, you said mental illness, which is, I think both are viable explanations in that you were so rattled, broken coming out of COVID, that you're still doing that thing.
Or in the alternative, you're not insane. You're just virtue signaling.
I see masks here and there, and I never, I never understand.
And honestly, not many are wearing the N95 like she is.
They're wearing, you know, cheap ones below their nose.
And I'm like, what's going on?
Why are you doing that?
There was someone at a show the other night that had one on in the audience.
And I just looked at them and I go, what do you, did you not get the memo?
And everybody laughed at that.
While you were on stage, you did it?
Well, I was on stage.
Yeah.
Did you clip that?
I think you clipped that.
I don't know if I did.
Because I feel like I saw that.
Okay.
Yeah.
They had a mask on it.
I go, what do you do?
Did you not get the memory?
And everybody laughed.
So there was this feeling in New York City, albeit where people are like, oh, this person's nuts.
Why are they doing this still?
And I think that there's enough of a mass overtaking of the ideology now where you can make fun of people like this.
And sometimes I see people and I'm like, are they really sick?
And last night I said to someone, I go, China's been doing some great things.
They brought me peptides.
I sell them on the gray market.
They, you know, I don't know if it was China, but you got squid games.
I like to order stuff off of Sheen.
Not China.
And then I said, and I go, and COVID was such a great pandemic.
I mean, paralleled only by HIV in the 80s.
You guys knocked it out of the park and you knew it was coming because you had masks on way before us.
And we're all looking at you and we're like, what's that for?
And you're like, nothing.
And then you just walked away.
Don't worry about it.
Don't worry about it.
You'll see.
You'll see.
I'm going to go play dance, dance revolution in my basement.
The only time I could see masks being, okay, if you're a celebrity walking around the city, I would still use that.
Yeah.
I would wear a mask to cover my identity as, like, a plausible thing.
Or if you're considering robbing a bank or mugging somebody.
Like, there was a time when mass signified danger.
And it should still.
Like, that was the biggest coup to, like, you know, looters.
and everything else.
We get to wear masks and blend in.
Sure.
Awesome.
Yeah.
What are we going to get away with?
Those ones that covered their whole head.
Yeah.
So like you're allowed to riot during the middle of COVID when you're doing masks.
I mean, we're asking for it.
We literally gave them the fire starter, you know, and flames.
Also, everybody must now hold a gun in their right hand so that your right hand is not up to no good.
I think that's great.
So we know that you're not.
So mask up and hold a gun in your right hand.
All right, I want to talk about, speaking of dressing up and playing,
I want to talk a minute about male cheerleaders.
But first, for over two decades, the Tunnela Towers Foundation has been there for our fallen
and catastrophically injured first responders, military, and Gold Star families.
Born from the tragedy of 9-11, Tunnel of Towers, provides mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen
first responder families with young children and built specially adapt to.
smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders.
The Foundation also offers scholarships for college and trade school programs for the children
of Gold Star families, fallen first responders, and catastrophically injured veterans.
Ann Tunnel Towers is committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America never forget
September 11th.
To learn more about the Foundation's mission, impact, and how you can support our nation's heroes,
visit t2t.org.
This has become viral.
I understand why, but I think we should start with the idea that male cheerleaders are not new.
We've had them around for a long time.
We had them when we were kids.
At the same time, even beyond the Aggies, though, even beyond the Aggies.
We can acknowledge that this is a little something different.
Let me first introduce to you the New England Patriots.
Here is one of their male cheerleaders.
And I don't believe we have sound on this because of the audio.
files. So it's a song, yeah. So this person is dancing,
jirating. We're in pants. It looks like the video we got of him is in his photo shoot,
but there's also video going around of him on the sidelines and him dancing. And it's a not,
and perhaps, depending on the video that we have from this Philadelphia Eagles mail cheer,
not unlike what you're about to see here from the Eagles. Exactly. Which I assume probably also
doesn't have audio. We have sound. Audio.
So it's so funny that this is actually for the Eagles.
Like of all the fan bases.
The city of brotherly love, though.
Well, I know that...
I'm like, why are they not getting batteries thrown at them?
I'm surprised.
I know ownership for the Eagles is on the left,
but the Eagles fan base has to look at this
and want to be forced to do it again.
What is that?
Two, four, six, eight, I wish I could menstruate.
Why?
Why?
Okay, so this isn't for women, by the way.
This isn't for women.
This is to pander to a few people that are of a certain orientation that like their football, a little softer.
And you would have thought that the CTE would have done that for people.
But it's like, it's insane to me that this, if this was for women, me and Will would be out there with Eagles tank tops on.
You don't dance like that?
No.
would be doing like the white guy overbite and kind of doing some village people thing or something like that.
And it would be very sensual.
This is for four gay men that watch the Eagles.
By the way, two of them live right near me and one of them me-toed me.
So I'm going to say this.
I don't think it's got any place in football.
And I could be an old guy yelling at the clouds, but it just made me far too aroused to watch football.
Why do they want to, though?
That's the question.
You know what I mean?
Like, what makes me?
made them choose football and do this in the NFL.
I don't, you know?
I'm not trying to be mean or anything.
Let's take a quick break, but continue this with comedian Aaron Berg
when we come back on Will Kane Country.
Don't you wish you could just hit skip on the worst parts of your life?
You know the same way you can skip an ad?
I get it.
I'm Siaya and I live in Ice Cove.
We're still hanging out with comedian Aaron Bird.
You don't, you get thousands of people watching you dance.
It's like a big time.
True, true, true.
You're right.
Yeah, totally.
You're right.
These dudes are, in the words of the kids, zesty.
They are dancing like the lady.
Yeah.
It is extremely effeminate.
Now, this is, we had male cheerleaders and make no mistake.
They still got a lot of jokes.
They still were the brunt of the jokes.
But they're like, they did masculine, yeah, they did masculine things like, hold the girls up in the air.
Yeah, throw them.
They were kind of jacked sometimes.
They were big guys.
They threw them.
Yeah, held them up on their, whatever you call them, you know, put their hands on their butt, hold their feet in the other hand.
they did stuff like that.
The straightest thing you could do.
These dudes are not those male cheerleaders.
These dudes are being female cheerleaders.
They all look like shangulous.
Those male cheerleaders back in the day.
Yes, they did.
They were all kind of thick, you know?
Yep.
Yeah.
Manly men.
I mean, at least they're wearing pants.
I could say that and not, you know, the skirts.
Has Dallas done this?
Has that male cheerleader been eradicated?
is the butchie male cheerleader?
College.
Has he got no place anymore?
No, they do college a lot.
Because, okay.
Yeah, yeah, college basketball.
You'll see them.
I could see them on the, like, Georgia Bulldog's sideline.
Totally.
tossing a cheerleader around.
Will have the Cowboys instilled this yet?
Does the Cowboys have a male cheerleader?
I was waiting for it.
No.
It's not going to happen.
It's not going to happen.
You know what?
Never say never.
Say what you will about the Cowboys.
They will not.
I would say they will be the last franchise.
I'll clip this.
You think I'm wrong?
I think you're wrong.
I think you're wrong.
I'm not wrong.
I'm not wrong.
You mean Mexico's team?
Based on what?
You just said it three weeks ago.
You think that flies in Mexico?
No, I'm talking about based on what the Dan's position that I'm wrong.
The Cowboys, first of all, Jerry is conservative, A, B, Jerry is a businessman, and that ain't
good business.
and see, they take the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders seriously.
Yeah.
Seriously.
Like, you don't get to go out there and just be a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader.
Nope.
Like, they still are doing stuff that is well past its political correctness limitation.
Like, what do you look like?
Yeah.
What size are you?
You know, they want hot female cheerleaders for the Dallas Cowboys.
Yeah.
Are you allowed to do that still?
Because, like, didn't others have to stop checking, you know?
Like, having people, like going through requirements in order to make the...
Sure.
Dallas is old school.
They find loopholes.
They need primo women.
And they televise it.
There's reality shows about the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders' tryouts.
They're not ashamed.
They're like, yeah.
You don't get to just be here.
Yeah.
Hey, Tubby, go dance it off.
That's what they yell at them.
Yeah.
Meanwhile, the Eagles, this is...
I'm going to use this.
Every time I get into a Cowboys Eagles.
know this is going to be the number one thing
I'm going to talk about. Just have that video ready
to go at all times. I mean, that guy could
dance, you know, some real
good moves. He also could twerk, so
his hips don't lie.
Yeah, he moves his hips a little too well.
A little too well, yeah.
All right, for our final story here with Aaron Berg,
I'm going to turn the wheel and the
microphone over to tinfoil pat
because I'm going to readily admit it's a story
he's very into. He's pitched it, he's
enthusiastic about it, and I
honestly have not yet read in.
All I know is the headline.
And I'll share with you the headline.
Mostly, I'm filibustering trying to give him
time to begin his broadcast.
Yeah, because you know he's not ready.
He's going to quickly serve, swerve into the ditch.
Don't spring broadcasting
on Pat. So mostly
what I'm doing right now is letting his eyes
frantically scan an article
to decide what he's going to say.
Keep scanning for Pat. Look down.
Don't look into the camera. Look at what you're
going to share. Patrick, be ready. I don't want to hear you yet. Okay, I don't believe you.
Get more ready. Here is the headline from the New York Post. California's serial
butt sniffer accused of striking again as disgusting pictures emerge. Okay, now I turn the microphone
over to tinfoil pat. All right, so there was a 39-year-old man named Kalees Crowder
who allegedly goes around California. What he did.
does is he crouches down inside stores and he will like kind of mosey over to where women are
and he'll try to sniff their butts from behind and so we actually have video of this oh video
he was caught and not 4k maybe 480p let me see what he does here is this him being pretty sneaky
uh-huh look he's leaning down like looking at a wine bottle she's stocking the shelf or something she's reaching
up.
Was that it?
That was it?
Oh, you didn't get to the sniff.
He didn't go in for anything criminal.
This is him.
He wasn't close.
This is him trying, but he's done this before over and over again.
He got caught last year at a Burbank store, I believe, a Nordstrom rack.
And he also has just a whole, a whole plethora of them.
He did it once in a, he was arrested in a Walmart.
And this is going back.
to 2021, the string of alleged butt sniffings. So it's a very...
Well, is the evidence more damning than what we just played?
I believe so.
On that one, he is crouching down, looking at a different shelf than she is.
And I'll say he positioned himself closer once or twice, but he was still two or three feet
away from her. And the glances over at her.
There is other videos out there of him doing it in different.
places. So he did get
much closer before. So we do
know that this is a pattern of his.
How close does he get on this?
What is he doing? How close?
One of them I saw him get
within a foot.
Okay. Let me ask you something.
This is California. So their legal
system is a little bit different than
America. So
maybe
his defense is I identify
as a dog, which would be a
good defense.
in California.
And also maybe he's,
maybe it's a job placement thing
where he's like a butt sommelier or something.
So he's going around trying to place the year,
trying to pick up what hints of tobacco or black current.
Are you a threat?
Yeah.
Maybe he's a bum sniffing dog.
Get it?
Like at the airport?
Bomb smithing.
Now that would be impressive.
All right.
Patrick.
Patrick, I'm going to guess.
Oh, 22.
Asian.
Maybe Chinese.
I'm picking up hints of Taiwan, and yesterday you had Indian food.
How'd you know?
Patrick, you walk into that store, and he doesn't even have to get within two or three feet.
He's going to be across the store and be like Taco Bell.
Taco Bell, without a doubt, Taco Bell.
Something smells like Chalupa.
Patrick, I'm going to challenge your broadcast.
casting here, and I'm genuinely curious.
What charge?
What's the charge?
Well, he's actually, I believe, a registered
sex offender.
So,
because of these things.
So he's been charged with
no one knows.
It's not been reported.
Come on.
Lude behavior.
Loot behavior.
Loot behavior is the charge?
By inappropriately sniffing her buttocks.
Yes, that's what the cops
Loud behavior is broad.
Could that be like being drunk in public?
I don't know, but I actually like that.
I think we should have broad law categories that catch somebody that serially butt sniffs.
I don't know what that's why I was curious.
Like, what is the charge?
It feels like this could be a loophole in the legal system, but we've got to catch all here.
You're right.
It's creepy, but it doesn't seem like it should actually be illegal.
He's claiming freedom of smell.
Yeah.
That's on the first member, right?
Yeah, as long as his nose doesn't touch, I think he's safe, right?
Yeah.
That's, that's, I'm right.
Like, if it's lewd behavior, is this like pornography in the legal system just know it when you see it?
Like, what if he's not into sniffing butts?
What if he's like Joe Biden?
He's a hair sniffer.
Yeah.
Like, is that lewd?
He just gets close and sniffs hair.
I think hair sniffer than butt sniffing.
Honestly, yeah.
Yeah.
Because at least there's a, yeah.
Hair's a weird thing.
Now's a good time to plug.
be at the butt sniffer's convention next Wednesday.
Come on out and watch my comedic styling.
Is that in Hell's Kitchen?
Yes, in Hell's Kitchen, which is what we call the most offensive butts.
That'd be a hell of an audience, by the way.
How would you adjust your set?
You have to adjust your set.
You can't just act like that's a normal audience.
You turn around, first of all.
You would face your back to them.
And then you'd talk like Jim Carrey in the mask.
May I ask you a question?
You would have to think it'd be a good audience.
It's not an audience that takes themselves too seriously.
Surely.
They can laugh at themselves.
Dude, sniffing a butt is such an old school thing.
You know?
It goes back to Charlie Chaplin.
That's why he had the mustache.
That's actually a fact.
Fun fact.
Fun fact.
Learn something new every day.
Where can we catch, Aaron?
Dude, I'm going to be a big, big date.
I'll be Comedy Key West, September 16th, the 20th.
Myself and my wife will be there.
We are doing a vow renewal on the beach, which is going to be very exciting.
Ten years of marriage, mostly monogamous.
And that's going to be pretty exciting.
Of course, you know my wife and I are swingers.
She's not.
I just cheat.
And then I will be in...
I'll be in Columbus, Ohio in October.
I'll be in Cleveland, Ohio, October.
And, of course, a lot of shows around New York City.
I'm going Saturday.
He's coming on Saturday.
See me at the stand.
Nice, Stan.
And we go check them out.
Are you really?
Are you in sincerity renewing your vows?
Yes, we are.
And my daughter's coming, and we're going to do it in a, what's it called when the sun comes up?
I never watch it.
Sunrise.
We're doing a sunrise ceremony at 6.45 in the morning.
Incredible.
What made you want to renew vows?
I mean, of course, I've heard of this.
I know people do this, but it's never, I've been married, hold on, hold on.
Oh, boy.
I've been married 23 years.
Congratulations.
It's never occurred to me to renew my vows.
I think my wife and I have gone through some very difficult times, you know, and stayed together,
and I feel like we're closer than we've ever been.
And I've almost divorced my wife three times, twice that she knows about.
And I was like, let's really, let's really make it stand out.
I knew we were going to do something for our 10-year anniversary,
and I said, let's do it.
Let's do a Val Renew.
So I got her a big new rock.
I just took it off somebody in Times Square.
And it's a really nice stone.
And I think she's overdue.
She puts up with a lot for me.
And, you know, she's not perfect in any way, shape of me,
but she's perfect for me.
So I'm excited to celebrate it.
And you should, it's the best thing, right?
Marriage is the best thing.
Other than being single, it's the best thing.
Well, that's really nice.
You got your 25 coming up, Will.
Will.
25.
I'm not good.
I'm not good.
You can tell me now I've got two years to prepare for it and I'll still mess it up.
No, it's so early to get on it.
Not good.
Cinderblock anniversary.
That's what they call 25.
Cinderblock anniversary.
Cement.
Cement shoes.
You can also check out, Aaron, at Modern Day Man and the SDR show.
