Starting point is 00:00:00 play date play date episode 250 250 no oh is it uh 354 354 what two wait it's 228 is my guess a little up 229 a little high do you want to guess 233 yeah all right our good buddy hide healy is here and hide when so for the 233rd episode we either say someone who you think is 33 years old or wore number 33 at one point in there i got one my buddy tim okay right now that's a good option okay 33 he wore 33 uh no he is yeah yeah uh okay um dude i don't know i got one um show me michael turner for the chargers 33 wow okay a lot of people thought it might wasn't 33 yeah there were there it's one of the most look at that it's one of the most popular numbers of all time there are some legends that
Starting point is 00:01:19 wore it but we're going with michael turner here kareem wore it at one point i was a snipe though that was yeah michael that is a crazy ball yeah well hi thank you for coming yeah sorry i blew it on that i generally it's fine it's just bad it's bad you'll get eaten in the comments he blew the they take it yeah the playmates take it pretty seriously as always played it is brought to you by bear bells no thanks guys so much for having me dude of course so excited to be we're excited to have you here do you would you do you live here no i live in uh new york okay yeah that makes sense are you in the city yeah well i'm in brooklyn which is like they don't they don't like that being part of the city yeah i was calling it
Starting point is 00:02:05 the city and people going out manhattan's the city you're in brooklyn i was like do bro do do both parties not like it being called the city like people from brooklyn don't want to be in the city and the city people don't want to be associated with brooklyn or who gets more mad about i think manhattan people get more mad okay i want to say i've also only lived there for like six months total of probably six months okay so i don't know but like i'm from louisiana so i always was like new york is the city like new york city yeah it's the city you know yeah and then i got there and i was like i live in the city and they're like we'll fucking shoot you in the face if you say that what's like we'll say that too no no they didn't we're from the upper east side
Starting point is 00:02:38 we'll shoot you yeah we're we you're from the bayou yeah yeah right yeah he loves that are you are you a pimple patch guy now uh and i'm only saying this because when i try whenever i try out a new look it gets brought up so i want to i am these are these are the equivalent of when i bought those sunglasses from the grocery store yes i am a pimple patch guy today because it is really gross it feels like it's under your mustache though yes okay what do you what do you mean like the pimple patch is just sitting on the hair right now is it sitting on a pimple how does the pimp do you know how pimple patch works hide i think it uh you put it on i think in my opinion for i've never worn it but for two reasons one i imagine it like helps it heal okay
Starting point is 00:03:28 and two it just kind of looks like aesthetically like fun i'll tell you my reason is that uh i I don't know why I went Hyde. We have a guy who's currently... Tell me what he's doing. A guy who clearly knows the side bun. It's like, Hyde, fill me in here. Yeah, 33. No, I get pretty bad cold sores.
Starting point is 00:03:46 I have herpes. You have herpes? Well, I think like 80% of people have herpes. Yeah, Hyde and I are in the 20%, I think. Well, it doesn't... You don't know it unless they show up sometimes. Well, Google what percentage of people have herpes. Yeah, no, like...
Starting point is 00:04:00 I'm reducing the stigma here today. I was going to tell you I had a pimple. I feel like I would have noticed at this point, right? Do you get it? Yeah. If you've ever gotten a cold sore ever on your mouth, that's just herpes. So it says 64% of people under age 50 have oral herpes. What happens at 50?
Starting point is 00:04:17 You become immune to it? Wouldn't that number stay? No, I think it's like everyone's got it by then. Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. They don't want to scare you. So they're like under, yeah. Also, I don't have genital herpes.
Starting point is 00:04:29 That's good. i just uh i just have the oral herpes so i uh i get cold sores in the summer like the uv does something with it yeah so you get them too no i was he was giving you yeah okay yeah but my dad uh he hasn't been but there's pictures of him as like a kid like with cold sores though it's like you know you just get it from if i get like a canker sore is that the same also so andrew opened the garage door honestly and we were like is that gonna be loud because there's a guy with the power saw right there and he said these mics can't pick it up so if anyone at home is like why is there a power saw it's because andrew told us that it doesn't pick it up and if it picks it
Starting point is 00:05:08 up and if it picks it up i'm gonna pick him up and we're gonna pick andrew up and put him right back down continue where he belongs continue yeah long story short i get these sometimes usually in the summer and they're pretty disgusting and pretty they they fuck with my uh self-image and my mental well-being sometimes because like we're always on camera that is a nightmare and so when i have really fucking gross things on my face i get pretty rattled um so for good yeah actually fun fact margaritaville at sea i had a cold sore the entire time i never noticed and uh i think everyone just kept saying he's got a looks willie's soul patch is sick and it's just i got there was a little bit of hair growing out of it so it kind of like heightens it but oh god it grows its own
Starting point is 00:05:55 hair no no it's just like i i didn't shave there because i once you feel that once you can feel it coming in it starts like tingling so i just stopped shaving so like i have one like kind of going on under my mustache but that one's like less okay obvious but this one was very obvious so i put a big sticker on it this is like what i was telling my buddy from home i'm not going to name names but he got something he got a thing an infection on his lip so he just grew a full beard to i literally stopped shaving once i feel the tingle because i'm like i can't fucking how long do they last typically they last like a like a week ish a little over a week there's like phases of them and i have like a cream i put on um but they start yeah i mean it's disgusting you don't want
Starting point is 00:06:37 to hear i don't think it's disgusting i think there's a normal there's a normal they blister they get like pus then they like harden and then they don't give them you don't give them the power to rule i blister them i have pus sorry yeah that's what i mean you have pus it's like i'm trying to help but it's not it's willy juice they don't have but yeah it's your willy juice um well were you gonna say that oh just i know they're like super common to the point where people don't know that they're herpes like people that might have been listening they were like oh that's like considered herpes like i didn't know that yeah and also they're uh only contagious usually for a couple days of it and also using the cream reduces that so we could kiss right now
Starting point is 00:07:18 and i'm 99 sure you'd be fine i will say i uh i kiss you a lot for a guy i feel like it should have come up maybe once that you have herpes yeah amount that we kiss on but you uh i wouldn't kiss you if i had like an open sore okay okay like even on margaritaville it was like towards the end of it so it was like a crust it wasn't like an open yeah okay nice for all the people eating lunch very excited for you this is what we talk about on this show hide yeah yeah no it's uh it's exciting so what's up with you so you have a tv show now so you're kind of working on so what's going on work-wise for you after will's puss yeah no we uh yeah we did a tv show um that for the past like six months i was in uh
Starting point is 00:08:06 Syracuse we were filming like my sketch group America and I we did like a like Netflix picked up a show we did and we were doing you write it oh yeah we like wrote it we all wrote it and directed it and acted in it that's sick wait you like co-directed the whole thing like we all directed like different episodes and like that's awesome yeah yeah that's so fun was that the first thing you've directed yeah the first thing I've like I directed like a few like sketches like the first like bigger thing I feel like I've uh ever directed was it uh the high school one or the college one it was the high school one okay so like we did like a youtube uh show yes when we were at american eye called minimum wage and i remember that we just did it and we're like
Starting point is 00:08:45 well that's fun and we put it on youtube and then american i was like we're gonna shop the production company that basically i worked for for anyone i worked for a production company that was paying us to just make sketchy like similar to to you know friday beers almost friday um but it was in syracuse and then they shopped the series around after it was on youtube and then netflix bought it and then we right yeah it was so my uh no it comes out we don't have like an official release date but like october november i was my guess i don't but it's pretty quick turn yeah dude we wrote it for like six weeks we shot it for like 13 weeks and then now we're just like editing it my uh my dad is fully in an episode of the show that's awesome yeah yeah he does
Starting point is 00:09:24 a fellow cold source survivor yes yeah yeah yeah does he act or not at all not a lick he's a nepo daddy um did you give him lines or were you just like just act like my dad no he is well here's so ryan mitchell who's been on the he uh it wasn't even my episode like i was it wasn't like we all you know if you direct an episode to write an episode you get to like help cast it and stuff and ryan wrote an episode where my family was visiting the store and he's met my dad my dad's kind of like a character you know he's uh yeah just kind of like a big personality he's met my dad and ryan was looking at tapes for people to play my dad and he didn't like he wasn't like they were like great but he wasn't you know in love with any of them and he was like i think
Starting point is 00:10:07 it'd be interesting if your dad just played himself didn't act just said the lines how he would say them and didn't act at all and just and that's what happened did you pay your dad We did. We paid him, yeah. That's kind of awesome. Yeah. Do you ever like, were you like,
Starting point is 00:10:21 you got to give me a cut? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Is there a new power dynamic at like dinners where you're like his, you were his boss for like a week? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:27 I sit at the head of the table. Yeah, now he's like, your dad like at dinner is like, hey, listen, I've got a script I've been working on. I know you're a busy man,
Starting point is 00:10:36 but I got to email it to me. Me and the boys were going to think about going down to the lake later if that's okay. You're like, yeah, dude,
Starting point is 00:10:41 you got beer money. yeah yeah but uh your mother and i were worried sick he's like that's your mother yeah i mean why he's like why are you in my pajamas in my bed my mother and i were worried sick why are you talking like why are you structuring your sentence that's so funny but no he did a great job i said he was a nepot like he i totally wasn't my like i mean i'm so happy he was in it but like ryan it was literally which seems like a fake hollywood story that someone was like your dad it's like a safty like brothers type yeah yeah i think your dad and then yeah and then it feels like based on everything you said it feels like netflix gave you guys like
Starting point is 00:11:16 a lot of autonomy yeah they gave they were they were so cool they gave us like a bunch of freedom they like didn't give us a ton of notes and they were just kind of like you know we like what you're doing and you know we liked the show y'all did on youtube so just do more that's awesome you think it's a lot easier when there's like you already had a proof of concept on youtube versus like just if it was just a script or something would they do you think they would have been harsher yeah i think yeah they yeah i think for sure because like the fact that it was on youtube and it had already like a few million views and stuff they were able to see it and see people liking it whereas i guess if it's you know a pilot that's what like people are saying now is
Starting point is 00:11:52 that like it used to be like to get a show made you'd write a pilot and try to sell it now people are saying like you need to have a shot you never proof of concept shot or something which is way harder and like seems like yeah i feel like without the like like was it expensive to do the youtube no we did it for like we did it for like no money like yeah no it was not it was i mean we we were being like it was it would have been really hard if we didn't have an infrastructure behind like we were being paid you know a salary but like the actual budget of the show was like we would shoot like this pizza shop in syracuse would let us shoot there for like they'd be like you have you can shoot from 9 p.m to 9 a.m and then like you gotta get out of it and we were like oh okay
Starting point is 00:12:30 and so we shot for like give you the keys to like yeah yeah yeah they were they were really cool about it but and so we would shoot like three episodes in like a night which was like crazy so you shot it all in the middle of the night yeah the youtube series not not that not yeah but that's also hysterical so if you watch some of it the youtube we look like insane we're like dead we're like trying to do like improv would you sleep all day yeah we would i would try to like sleep before and then like try to sleep after being we'd get there and like by the end you know if your episode was in that third one you got kind of fucked a little because people are just like you know um and then do you use the same pizza place for netflix
Starting point is 00:13:08 no no we american high like the film production company they bought a barbecue restaurant in liverpool new york wow and they were like we're gonna shoot it here and uh and then after we're gonna make it into a real restaurant oh really yeah they're like businessmen they're my bosses they they make movies i was like you guys don't know how to run they're like it's gonna be a hot tub bar you guys we're gonna have three hot tubs i'm like this is your bosses are like nine it's gonna be gogurts galore also yeah there's gonna be skittles and uh yeah the walls are made of candy yeah and there's no bedtime they're really concerned with bedtime absolutely and
Starting point is 00:13:58 no parents allowed yeah wait so they did they do it is it a hot tub i mean i don't want to speak out of school here i i mean i don't care if this i mean jeremy and will uh my bosses i don't think they're gonna i don't know if they're gonna do it i mean i could see them doing it but like they're like we're gonna make it into a restaurant i'm like for college kids i get like i guess maybe it's like a promotional thing with the show or something i got a question about hot tub bar you drink the water like alcohol it's a hot tub of beer you're in yeah i feel like that's there are colleges like there's one in tallahassee i visited tallahassee when i was in college and there is a bar with a pool at it which i didn't go to a big like state school so there
Starting point is 00:14:41 wasn't ever like this amount of kids or whatever so i was like oh what a cool idea like and all the fsu kids were like don't fucking go in there it's like a cesspool because there's like infection yeah yeah you get a staff infection like all your employees we got the restaurant got a staff infection everyone yeah everyone's sick what kind of infection a staff it's staff me and hide his dad once went to those i was a pool boy and they the guy told me that he goes after this like my first day he goes after the first time you clean a hot tub you'll never go in one again i was like what like what could possibly be in there and we got we went to clean one and it was the filter was like completely normal and he was like this is a fluke he's like they're normally disgusting
Starting point is 00:15:32 thing i was like what is in there that could be like so he was i think he was kind of getting at come yeah sure but he for some reason he didn't want to say he was kind of like dancing around yeah i still go and dance around it yeah you've danced around come yeah you know um that sounds like he just like wanted to say something cool kind of yeah obviously be a scenario where he's getting fact checked he did i think he did want to maybe he wanted to make it seem like we were going to go to like war there were guys that took it really seriously like the first year you brush the pools and he was trying to like mr miyagi me he was like it's like brushing your hair don't want to hit the
Starting point is 00:16:12 scalp and i was like i feel like you definitely want to hit the scalp here i feel like we're brushing the algae off also when you brush your hair you don't want to hit your scalp yeah that was like another thing was i was like i hit my scalp every time it kind of feels nice that's how you know when to stop yeah that's my that's where my hair starts i just hit my scalp it's like the base of this guy's hair all like fucked up and then the rest he's like it's just like brushing your you don't he has perfect hair but the bottom inch is like matted to his head they're like beehives don't touch the scalp we're like that is who told you that yeah horrible advice he has all these uh pithy sayings this guy just like wiping your ass
Starting point is 00:16:55 don't hit the hole yeah no all of these things dude you gotta pull the sayings that don't exist from this guy i saw owen wilson on saturday don't touch the hole yeah it's like coming in it's like coming it's like jacking off don't touch the hole we're like okay that one makes sense try it and then come back yeah sounds sounds bad on paper yeah what were you saying you tell you i saw owen wilson on saturday oh my god dude he's he was it was like where at uh the new layla bagel in brettwood oh new layla bagel and new layla bagel and brettwood very clutch but don't go keep going the santa monica one because there's no line at this one yet somehow i was there pretty early but he dude it was so great because he was talking like you would think owen rilson would be talking
Starting point is 00:17:41 at a bagel shop i was sitting there eating my breakfast and i only he was walking past me so i only caught like three seconds of the conversation anyway ka-chow as he walks by lightning mcqueen yeah he's lightning mcqueen yeah it's fine uh i don't care that much he was with his like wife or girlfriend or he was with a woman and all i heard was this bagel place is amazing right as he walked past me i was like that is awesome that's the phrase he said it was just like in his like owen wolf owen wilson bagel place is amazing wow i was like what her that seemed i that was the first time i've seen a celebrity in that crowded of a place that must be a night every single person was like really staring at him did you uh think about saying
Starting point is 00:18:29 anything to him for a brief millisecond yeah for a brief building but it was so clear a hundred other people were gonna say something to him that i was like i cannot feed into this yeah yeah you go to him he was ka-chow ka-chow ka-chow i saw toby mcguire outside of our old office real again yeah and but i've heard he is not nice he i've heard he's a bad at all and he didn't look like he was nice at all he's waiting for a car i'm guessing he didn't look like he was nice yeah his fists were clenched dude like i'm not kidding i'm not good yeah what's he supposed look like he's supposed to have a lollipop yeah i was gonna say what's up but he wasn't wearing his propeller hat no i've i've heard uh similar you don't you don't know what a click hole is
Starting point is 00:19:21 yeah i love click hole they're they're so funny they had like a thing where like the a toby mcguire character they called him tugboat mcguire and he was just they would just do posts about him like tubboat mcguire like you know a fake quote like you know i buried oh it's like an onion type it's like it's the same people did the onion but it's like buzzfeed yeah they're making fun got it okay nice and like tugboat mcguire was yeah yeah i guess yeah or i don't know if that was the the pic yeah mcguire said what yeah it was like i had wait so did he like get mad about this no i don't know i just remember that was really funny i've heard uh apparently so you know how he was in like underground gambling rings like that was his thing apparently he's
Starting point is 00:20:11 like a really good poker player and he win like tens of millions of dollars like i think he's like made as much tens of millions of dude like he's apparently he's like very good at poker you seen molly's game yeah who oh it's based on yeah that that that underground celebrity poker ring is based on him i don't know there's like a movie it's called molly's game like aaron sorkin wrote it and directed it but it's about like this woman named molly who ran like this underground poker game in la and then new york with like she was real right yeah yeah it's a whole real thing with like a bunch of celebrity elites and like you know pro athletes and actors and like you know princes and and there's a character they're called player x who's like played by michael
Starting point is 00:20:52 sarah and he's like a really huge like asshole like you know uh very like machiavellian and and then like if you google it's like that's fully based on tobe mcguire i heard i don't know if this is in the movie or if this was just a thing that he allegedly did at this underground ring but it was something along the lines of like there are waitresses there still like a normal casino and he would make them like bark get on their hands and knees and like bark for like five thousand dollars or something like he was just into like humiliating people i saw i would bark for five grand i there was literally i was i went to there's not a lot a lot less like two hundred dollars what like if as long as i'm not getting like hurt yeah like two hundred dollars you could
Starting point is 00:21:33 get me to do if it's under 15 seconds and it's not like sexual or painful that reminds me speaking of opportunities to win money we can't say anything divulging oh uh anything but there was some office drama today surrounding oh my god i already told he'll hide this okay well yeah we I almost called you by your last name like we were in high school. I almost told Healy this. Wait, you told them this already? I did tell them this already,
Starting point is 00:21:58 but tell the listeners. So on Friday, we filmed our version of The Traitors called The Sobers, where it's 12 people, 2 are sober, 10 are drinking. You're trying to figure out who the Sobers are. It's a great concept. Great concept. Hopefully a great video.
Starting point is 00:22:16 At some point during the video, someone... so they they would lock the participants in their rooms when the sobers would go and decide who to kill and one of the participants had to pee very badly and couldn't get the attention of production and peed in a cup in our finance room but his room was our our head of finances office and so who is already dealing with enough day-to-day stress i think that on a monday morning it was not apparently what he wanted to learn this morning which i still don't know did he find the cup or did someone tell him i walked in on it after he had just learned so i
Starting point is 00:23:01 don't know if he had learned because someone told him or if he had learned because he saw it and ran out to figure out who it was and yeah he was fucking not for good reason yeah but not it was also the probably the one guy who it would have you would at least want to pee in a cup in their office it sounds like like yeah like probably like the most yeah the like just the most like the serious most senior like position that you could do that yeah i mean like if if there was a cup of pee in my office i would be like oh and that would be kind of it yeah i don't even know if it would come up he so i watched i saw him like an hour after he had had a minute to like cool down holding a surfside at like he was drinking he was holding a service out at 10 30
Starting point is 00:23:49 and i go mats did is that uh for cleanup or are you like numbing the pain and he was like and he goes i check oh that this actually answers the question so he had heard about it because he was still looking trying to find the cup of pee and he goes no i checked this to see if it was the cup of pee and i go did you check with your nose or your mouth and he was like thankfully my nose and it wasn't my ass i checked with my ass and then uh and then i also had a finance question for him but i asked like other executives like do you think do you think i should probably wait to ask him my finance question like in a couple days
Starting point is 00:24:33 and they were like, yeah. But he seemed like he was in a good enough mood so I asked him like a tax-related question. He was like, and just gave the answer and clearly went back to like worrying about the pee. He's very upset. Yeah, it's valid.
Starting point is 00:24:46 Very valid. Was your office trashed, Andrew? I don't think so. Were there people in the police room? No, yours should have been fine. We have a window. Oh, wait. Yeah, y'all know who did it,
Starting point is 00:24:55 but you can't say. Imagine if someone pooped in the cup in Motz's office. i was i was gonna say at least he didn't find the poop cup oh yeah we just hear what the he also came in a cup yeah how long were you guys in it's finding that out of the poop come in pee cups him finding the pee cup might be best case scenario i think if if there was a cum cup the culprit would have to give someone the cum you'd have to be fired i think right i will say too my understanding is that this happened relatively early in the game it wasn't even like they were drunk i don't know why didn't they get rid of it
Starting point is 00:25:38 yeah that's another thing like you can pee in the cup i don't know i guess it must have got i think they got rid of it but i think that word got back i also heard maybe a little bit got and that's how it became like a story what like somehow did you hear that too yeah or you might have been the that told me that a little guy yeah all right well maybe don't say names or anything so okay bleep it but okay i can't i can't imagine it's that much of a spoiler but well you know that he was still in at the time that it happened okay all right oh is that a part of the video the peek up i mean it's talked about in the video okay i just don't think we should say anything that reveals boot order or okay anything that has to do with the outcome or anything all right i'll
Starting point is 00:26:17 change the topic do you guys want to hear my favorite thing i've heard trump say this week this blue this was actually this actually maybe is the on my mount rushmore of of things he said i wrote it down i didn't know he said he said so they're asking why a reporter asked him why we're bailing out japan's yen i think or whatever their currency is like we like somehow helped them to like reinforce their official currency and he goes on this rant about how good japan has been to us and he's like japan has been so good to us they're you know a really good ally and he does this for like 15 seconds then he goes japan has been very very good to us of course with the exception of pearl harbor you know you had to say you couldn't
Starting point is 00:27:09 leave that out with a completely straight face and he also he's so clearly my favorite is when he clearly hears the question the first time but he hasn't figured out what he's gonna say yet so he leans in and makes them say it again yeah he did that and he thought and then he stalled talking about how much he loves japan and then realized i gotta i gotta qualify gotta of course say you know i will say this when we went to japan i was shocked at how much they love americans yeah yeah i feel like if i was a german person i don't know if i would i wouldn't be super on board but it's kind of like us with the germans like we're not we didn't they didn't do it the new ones yeah yeah the new germans that's true yeah no that is yeah they have like uh i didn't
Starting point is 00:27:56 know this in like japan they'll have like super specific like bought like texas themed bars yeah yeah and like wait really yeah the whole time everyone's like you know square dancing and wearing cowboy hats they got hooters i mean yeah we went to a hooters in japan yeah we watched the national championship game at hooters in japan on an iphone because they didn't they only had japanese baseball we're trying to find yeah it was the college football national championship and uh that's it was it was how was it different from american hooters and a beat it was i mean there was like business meetings i don't think they totally understand dear it was how do i say this japanese hooters it was still busty for sure yeah yeah it was like you remember
Starting point is 00:28:41 there were like business meetings happening there yeah it was definitely not i mean it didn't mean anything culturally to where like yeah they could take a business lunch there do y'all remember like when we were kids like like 13 14 12 i don't know if you were like going if you were like doing like a travel sports thing i think hooters was like that was like you wanted to go to hooters so bad like we were i don't know if that was a thing with y'all but like we gotta go to hooters it's because there it was only dads chaperoning you it's like the one time there were no like moms no but like the first time you ever went to hooters was that do you remember there was an article like a year or two ago it was like hooters is going bankrupt it was like big news i don't
Starting point is 00:29:19 know i don't know i don't know it was big news okay it was big news yeah huge in all communities massive yeah cosmic willie and i were like losing sleep no we were in vegas that weekend and the article came out and there was a hooters across the street and he was like i just saw the article i've never been in my life can we please go and so we walked over to the hooters inside whatever it was was like the scariest casino i've ever been the ceilings were like seven feet tall yeah you're like it was like it was like it was not gonna exist in three years it was grim i'm positive it was the it was the saddest place i've been i mean casinos are already sad and this one was sadder and the hooters was even sadder and like the food was bad everything was bad
Starting point is 00:30:05 the service was bad why is this place going bankrupt yeah it was just i felt like i feel like there was a heyday probably that establishment that i had a shirt growing up that said hooters chicks dig me and uh that's and you've never been i wore it to school like your parents like no my mom didn't know i had it god my dad got it for me and it was in the bottom drawer of my bureau under other shit and i had never worn it and then i wore it under another t-shirt to school and when i got to school i took the so you knew what you were doing i knew exactly what it was like taboo like my dad was like this is a secret that you have this but i don't even really know like what like what was he expecting me to do with it in secret just like think about that it was around
Starting point is 00:30:49 ladies at one point um and i they like called home and were like he can't wear this and my mom was like i don't even know where he got it was like my size too so it was clear that it wasn't like a shirt i took from like my dad you put that on him it was like a it was like a children's i just love the idea of you get to school you look around and you like flip like the over out to reveal and then like i guess in your mind everyone like looks at you like holy fuck i like yeah i like the idea that yeah maybe you did it like in class like you stood up on your table it was like a it was like an oh captain my captain other kids stand up and they have them on yeah yeah teachers like what is happening right i am
Starting point is 00:31:33 the hooters shirt kid i had spartacus hooters tricks dig me hooters chicks dig me stop it sit down sit down hooters chicks dig me sorry and then it just keeps going yeah until our english teacher comes back we all start ripping pages out of our textbooks like it feels like there are multiple movies you guys are confused a little bit that was the same we are sparta what wait the name is rango but it it sounds like one guy's way off you're you're doing we're all kind of doing like 90s like education movies it feels like you're doing yeah rattlesnake jake and i'm the and i'm the poor kid on the football team like are you in school ties that's kind of a deep cut school ties was it came out like at the same time
Starting point is 00:32:30 as uh as what's the captain mike dead poet society and so like half of that all the young actors like half of them were in dead poet society and then like matt damon ben affleck and the boys were in school ties and it was about a jewish kid who's the quarterback at like i think it's supposed to be like philip's exeter and he's from public school and he gets sent there and he to hide the fact that he's jewish and uh and then they find out he's to what the fact that he's jewish hide yeah oh wait what he is and uh yeah it's like a thing he like hides his necklace he has like a star of david necklace that he hides he wants it's like a big i didn't realize his what guys get that clip that he wants his necklace i didn't realize it was that i didn't
Starting point is 00:33:21 realize the jews were still getting hit like that in the in the 60s what what like in new england like a new england prep school was against jews i didn't really i just that's a blind spot in my so what else do you guys want to talk you know schools don't have dress codes anymore isn't that unbelievable what i was uh that's definitely not true there's no way talking to um my girlfriend's cousin he's a teacher around this area he was showing us like his yearbooks and everything and i'm like going through these yearbooks and i'm like oh we couldn't have worn what are they wearing like crop tops and like crotch tops that's a huge car yeah yeah the style i've really gone for it uh kids are nuts you know like spandex they all have like pink hair like we
Starting point is 00:34:08 couldn't do like any of that stuff the pink hair i feel like has always been allowed right no you could never have pink you went to school in texas yeah we always had to have like natural colored hair um that was always the rule and what if like a brunette went blonde uh you could do that it because it's natural oh no it's like a natural hair color that exists yes exactly they weren't gonna like check your genetics or anything got it it's like at public school in public school yeah yeah i mean maybe it's like the south or something yeah they like my brother went to yeah they had same thing or my brother but my friends went to the public middle school and they all had a okay not not in high school but in middle school for sure okay yeah yeah ours was like throughout
Starting point is 00:34:48 the whole thing but are you saying that apparently uh a lot of school districts are scared of getting sued now so they just don't enforce like any rules ever it's like free-for-all you're born in the wrong generation you're wearing your hooter shirt i could wear my hooter shirt yeah oh so you don't respect women that's what you said yeah great oh so you think women can't have huge knockers okay no no for sure you'll be hearing you'll be hearing from my lawyer you think chicks don't dig me huh oh oh okay so you just you think because i'm a fucking cock chicks hooters chicks couldn't dig me also that's you can you imagine like uh so i had this idea i used to say will and i had this idea but he asked me to take his name off of it yeah uh puckers was
Starting point is 00:35:31 gonna be our our hooters for boys where it was like butthole themed so like your waiter would have like a little slit cut in his shorts and you could see his butthole and it was gonna be called puckers like a girl there couldn't be like what i just i spent so much of my life trying to get away from puckers and it just finds me you're gonna get uh it's like um have you ever seen how i met your mother there's an episode where they there's this guy that they avoid all of college like he really wants to be their friend but they don't want to be friends with him and he calls themselves the three hackmigos because they played hacky sack like one time and he starts this hacky sack empire and then gives them a cut because he thinks they're involved but they were
Starting point is 00:36:12 like actively trying to get away from it like when puckers takes off don't you're not gonna get a cut dude no i'm gonna be out on my on my my catamaran called the chocolate starfish and i'll be i'll be sitting at the bar staring at a guy's asshole and saying you know you're gonna never believe this but i could have been me i could have owned this place it's my face on the wall yeah you're doing the spongebob thing like with the the hole in the shorts it's my face on the back of the booty shorts and the hole is my mouth yeah yeah yeah that's great everywhere you go what's the slow is it like pucker up pucker yeah pucker up i'm trying to wait oh everything's sour everything's sour at puckers you can have it okay all right you're gonna cut my window all of my equity
Starting point is 00:36:57 yes my retirement plan is mostly puckers i have okay i'm gonna raise my hand real quick yeah i have to put money in my parking meter i'm really sorry okay my alarm just went off yeah but you guys can keep chatting no no i gotta go to the bathroom anyways okay guys this episode is brought to you by bear bells bear bells are protein bars with 20 grams of protein no added sugar and they taste as good as a candy bar. Starting point is 00:37:53 of protein no added sugar and they taste as good as a candy bar and heck i will even say it i think this particular flavor is better than a candy bar sue me um their bars strike the perfect balance between flavor texture and function they are available at retailers like target walmart vitamin chop and gnc they have flavors like cookies and cream chocolate dough cookies and caramel peanut butter and more if you haven't tried bear bells yet go to bearbells.com to shop the full lineup and use code playdate for 15 off your order let's get back into the episode guys you guys question yes okay will i um wait can we vote i vote yes yeah okay andrew andrew good yeah cool if i'd ask the question you're good sorry well i don't i don't know if i'd like want
Starting point is 00:38:42 to i feel like you kind of took the wind out of my sails a little i feel like it was fly that i'm really sorry usually we vote privately behind closed doors we all have the buttons that they have sorry uh no no i was just i was just in nashville but you weren't used to nashville like you were singing you you sort of do country music stuff yeah i'm very curious i made a country song like two years ago uh you might have seen it on the charts um the yeah you scrolled for a while the venice california country charts yeah that's my proprietary ranking system but yeah it was uh two years ago i made a song and then this spring we started working with mountain dew and our friends at mountain dew said they wanted to help me revive my uh country music career so i made
Starting point is 00:39:40 three songs they come out the first one comes out i think like this week but yeah over the next few weeks i'll be releasing uh three songs that i made with mountain dew uh that's awesome then we they helped they put together this performance in nashville like at a bar on broadway how was that uh it was sick it was very fun it was the cool they were like so there was a band that went before willie yeah and then and everyone was kind of like eating and drinking like facing each other at their tables and then i don't know if it was like the camera crew or like your stage presence but like everyone had like pivoted and like shut up when he like when it was like very everyone was i was kind of hoping it was just like everyone had eaten but yeah maybe
Starting point is 00:40:21 it was because you wanted them to not be they could sense that something was going no i think it was enough people had come because i had posted about it online and stuff enough people like that are like listeners of the pod had showed up yeah that i think it created some sort of like mystique around there was like a british guy who came up after i was like can i go with you and i was like uh sure he's like i got no no bloody idea who you are but i've seen people take a photo soon get one of them i'm fucking starved your people something i really appreciate you went i i appreciate the committed to the accent i feel i don't want to speak for hide but i felt immersed yeah should we take a vote on whether we andrew immerse immersion factor uh i'm kind of in the
Starting point is 00:41:00 middle so you guys decide i felt immersed i felt immersed okay oh okay i thought that vote was gonna go again uh no that's uh he totally didn't have to say that last part i have no idea who you are but correct i didn't have to say that i didn't have to say that you guys like we get a picture that was great man i don't know who you are but i saw yeah i don't like that now that i think about it but i don't like you don't like british people in general no i like british people i just don't like it's like what we talked about with the germans right yeah yeah yeah the new ones the japanese embracing us as americans has given me the my the i realize now it's important to forgive do you think they that guy didn't starve my people his ancestors probably did probably yeah
Starting point is 00:41:48 do you think that the japanese are cool with us because they started it we way overreacted but they started it for sure yeah you know what i mean like if we just unprovoked yeah hit them yeah i think part of it is that like i mean i could be speaking out of school here but like it's like after the war ended like japan was in such like ruin that they were like we have to move on from this like anything that was related to this we have to move on and so like they were just were like that's over now and so then i i imagine that might could be where it also could be uh from the fact that they were aligned with um actual hitler yeah yeah yeah they were probably like that's on that's on us yeah yeah i think i told will this but there was a guy that was
Starting point is 00:42:31 there was a japanese guy who got hit by both uh atom bombs he was in both cities when it happened he was in whatever one was first was nagasaki first uh can you pull this up i'm gonna butcher this story if just google japanese guy was at both atomic bombs that is fucking brutal can you imagine the odds of that that's so that guy should have like like totally should have been okay so tusu tusu tumu yamaguchi is the only person officially recognized by the government of japan as surviving both the hiroshima and nagasaki so he got hit in hiroshima took a train to nagasaki and then we hit nagasaki sir and you can look at it both because i was about to say like dude how lucky is he i was like wait how unlucky yeah but he also what so what year did
Starting point is 00:43:24 i think he died like way late yeah he died in 2009 or now oh wow no no no he died in 2010 so it's like he the fact that he didn't get any radiation is that's like he did he died from stomach cancer but uh how many years later 50 years later 60 70 years later but i wonder where the cancer came from but like 70 years he was vaping too yeah dude it's like those the guys that went and stopped uh chernobyl like you know they sent those guys down yeah to like disable the core reactor or whatever and they were just like i'm dead now you're either gonna if you don't go down and do it we're all gonna die so you might as well go down and do it and those guys all live to like 90 as well really are you serious pull those guys up i might just be making this up
Starting point is 00:44:10 that's good you'll see that that show is so good chernobyl watch it you know it's so good willy it's so good everyone everyone has british accents for like for somebody like i guess they made the choice they were like we don't want to like be distracting with like having people do acts like russian accents that aren't native to them yeah it's like all the actors are doing like an accent whatever it is it's mostly british people that's pretty like they're all speaking english and they're british accents but they're you know russian or whatever but it doesn't take you out of it or anything i've always wondered this like whenever there's an old like a movie from like a long long time ago even if it's not in england they all have british acts like we just
Starting point is 00:44:49 have defaulted to yeah if it's like a if it's a period piece they have british acts like in troy which is about like the ancient greeks and romans they all have british accents yeah that doesn't really make any is it because we think in our americans like our brains was like that's a foreign yeah it'd be funny if they had chinese accents like that's as random as yeah i'm having a british accent yeah i think it's yeah because we're like that's this is supposed to be like fancy and like historical so british it's probably easier to get brad pitt to do a british accent than a chinese accent every time there's a movie where it's a british guy playing an american yeah i'm like how do we let this happen yeah there's not a single american act like
Starting point is 00:45:35 we have tom holland had to be spider-man don't we have like six times as many people than that as they do yeah but i think more of them are thespians yeah you know what i mean yeah the arts more yeah it's a good point i also there's way more and then on the flip side there's way more you don't really see british people doing american accent they don't americans doing british accents if there's a british character it's never an american play yeah no yeah yeah but all the time you see yeah you watch it like i'm trying to think of yeah batman yeah yeah Batman is British? Like, that's the most...
Starting point is 00:46:09 The last two Spider-Mans have been British. We're getting shit on. I will say, I saw... What if Captain America was British? Then that would be gnarly. I'm watching a new show where the lead... I'm getting mad just thinking about it. It's probably going to happen.
Starting point is 00:46:25 We don't fight back now. Yeah, there will be a British Captain America. It takes a turn. Well, I think if Tom Holland grew up in the States, he'd probably be like a D1 lineman or something. That's true. If he had football... yeah he'd be like he'd be a cornerback yeah he'd probably be doing what cooper
Starting point is 00:46:41 dejean's doing right now if he grew up here he'd probably be starting for the eagles yeah i watched a movie with two british actors last night but they were british in the movie they lived in england okay oh well that so that's i can understand yeah yeah but it was uh you've seen we live in time we live in time uh andrew garfield and florence puig i love florence puig i've heard of that florence puig yeah uh i'm i'm watching house of the dragon right now and the lead is australian but she does a british accent if that helps you out at all she goes from australian to brit i mean i
Starting point is 00:47:16 wouldn't even notice we were no that's yeah it's hard to i was just talking to my buddies about house of the dragon i don't i watch game of thrones i don't watch i've never seen house the dragon i just finished game of thrones so we started house of the dragon while we're waiting for a night of the seven kingdoms to come out there's a lot happening there's also here's my thing with game of thrones and house the dragon lay it on me thick there is there's a little there's just there's one percent enough incest where i'm like i understand it was like part of that was like a thing that happened in like you know fictional medieval times or whatever but like it happens enough that i'm like is the guy who's writing this he just wanted to do incest but
Starting point is 00:48:01 realize this was the only way he could do it like there's enough of it happening no i think it happened so much back then but it's a fictional time period like there are dragons but it's like clearly we could be like oh yeah i don't know just there's it's it happens enough where i'm like yeah you think george rr martin who could have been had like a thing for incest and he's like this is a vehicle through which i can kind of i think there's a world it's also confusing for the viewer because they make they'll be like fucking aunt and niece or aunt and nephew but they're both hot so you're like i'm watching two hot people have sex right now naturally i'm gonna get a little excited and then you're like fuck they're related like now you're making me the
Starting point is 00:48:45 weirdo for being attracted to this sorry well no i want to hear what you have to say oh i was gonna they are uh in high school are salutatorian oh god his speech was quoted jamie lannister was like this is whatever the mad king jamie lannister said the things we do for love that's about that's about totally about incest that's when he pushes a kid out of a castle because he wants to keep fucking his sister oh he said it everyone have to not have like you get that some people kind of like what was that wait what were you talking about but he was relating it to like our parents and how they loved us and stuff but we were like wait why'd you sneak that in there was that like to be funny i don't know like because he had to get a speech approved but i don't
Starting point is 00:49:30 think the people caught it that had to approve i don't know i don't know i haven't asked him about it other than that the speech was completely normal but that was just like for the record that quote happens i believe 15 seconds after he's doing doggy with his sister it's but it's between him doing a child out of a castle so that he can continue to make love to his sister from behind that's in the pilot it's like one of the first things that it's a crazy sequence that he's dogging his sister i forgot about that so maybe it's maybe yeah i mean we're doing missionary yeah it's like when um that's good yeah yeah what was that speech The guy was like, like O.J. Simpson said, keep pushing past the first tackle.
Starting point is 00:50:13 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. When, yeah. He was like, some guy was like quoting O.J. It was one of these, people do it sometimes where they quote someone, but they're not quoting the bad, I don't know, like a bad thing. They're not like being like, whatever. They're quoting him when he was the juice. Yeah, I think it was Tim.
Starting point is 00:50:30 He was on the bills. Yeah, yeah. I think it was Oliver Avocado Oil. What is happening right now? wait is that is that fake that's all made up dude what do you remember that i don't know i was just fucking around and then i realized i made it sound too real so yeah i was like excited to hear about this i think it was oliver avocado oil oh i'm sorry do you do you remember the person is everything not real did i just no but i once you said yeah then i was like i don't know where to go yeah i
Starting point is 00:50:58 thought we were like riffing then i thought we were like fucking with him and then i realized you were being serious so then i got confused i think hide and i were both like on the edge of our seats were like when did this happen and then you but you said yeah you know i was and i was like that's why i was like i don't know what to do now i thought that sounded like i was fucking around and then he said yeah and then i was like i don't think he's joking so maybe i just actually said something true no and that was completely me being like i think i know what he's talking about so i'm just gonna like yeah yeah i'm on a podcast yeah i gotta be like i yeah but that's all i mean i'm sorry no no well were you gonna say something a second ago and then you were like
Starting point is 00:51:33 you can go i don't i do you remember the person that did your valedictorian speech at uga oh um sorry that sounded like i knew who did it and something funny happened like do you remember wait like commencement speaker yeah yeah oh yeah or no like didn't did you guys not have like the valedictorian get up and give a speech in college yeah i guess you guys probably had we did 30 valedictorian i don't know i was yeah i remember mine i don't yeah i don't remember too much about but it wasn't wait why i just went to a like a small school so we all knew each other and the girl who did it was very smart and like i never really saw her out because she was like studying so hard and uh in her speech was like kind of quoting not quoting but like remembering all
Starting point is 00:52:18 these late nights at our favorite bar and it was a small irish pub it was like the size of this room and there were like 50 of us that would go every night i was like i don't i think she's lying about being at the bar i never saw her there one time but it was like i've put in all this work and now i need to be like and also i partied with you guys and we all it's like the opposite of like one of us had to be yeah i wanted to stand up like you and you didn't put in the hours that that would be like yeah if i was like and all those late nights in the library she would be like no yeah you were never in there it goes both ways yeah to have like a well-rounded yeah i spoke at my high school graduation oh really were you valedictorian i was not but i
Starting point is 00:52:58 was uh you were valedictorian in middle school i wasn't yeah i was i also spoke at my middle school graduation yeah yeah what was your speech about it wait why were you speak because you were class president i was class president and i won like uh some other war i don't know why i think it was maybe because of class president or they're yeah what would you what did you talk about it was not uh there was no incest or anything i talked about this like alumnus who had just been killed jesus halfway through speech they start playing like time of your life to get you off the stage no there was another turning alumnus that they no one knew had gone to our high school and he had like dot and anyway it was like what did he do he was like a uh like a black activist in charleston
Starting point is 00:53:40 and there was like this badass moment you probably saw it it was like on twitter and everything where there was these confederate guys doing this big like confederate rally downtown and he like leaped over uh caution tape and snatched the flag that's awesome into the ground and uh but he did a bunch of other really cool work like in charleston that was just like his like his i mean google google um he went to academic magnet yeah and he had gone to my high school which was a very white high school and so i've it felt like if that guy had been anyone of note in like the white community for lack of a better word
Starting point is 00:54:16 like we would have like had a big service at our school or something but literally they said literally nothing about it and so I just it was the year you guys graduated and no one brought it up he died the year we graduated yeah and no one brought it up at all I like went to our we were trying to do something but
Starting point is 00:54:31 he got shot in New Orleans actually oh that was sick that was like athletic as hell was he on the basketball team or something he got up there uh no i don't want to that's cool though you were able to like mention them and yeah so i and and yeah i mean i remember like i was like really nervous because i was like my school is not a very open-minded i mean a lot of the families weren't i guess the school was the yeah but uh kind of like i realized i kind of like pussied out of like saying anything with too much conviction
Starting point is 00:55:00 but i just was like yeah this guy died and he was cool and we should remember him and yeah but yeah you should put that statue of him like but then you'd have a statue with a confederate flag in it that would get all kind of dicey just the pole yeah yeah yeah it's like the um it's the opposite of those guys raising what's that famous thing where those guys like yeah yeah didn't that like not happen they like found out we just like staged that whole thing or whatever you'd have to ask yamaguchi yeah also i don't even really know what that means that that wouldn't have had like it's not like it was like a crazy yeah there's no way that happened it was not staged i don't know why i thought where'd you guys grow where'd you i grew up in maine willie grew up in pennsylvania
Starting point is 00:55:46 and charleston okay yeah yeah charleston what was louisiana like yeah yeah what what was it like growing up in louisiana new orleans i was right outside of new orleans in a town called covington uh it was a lot of fun i really enjoyed it like it was pretty like wasn't like a crazy big town um like 12 000 or 13 but it was like we were kind of next to other towns but uh it was just kind of a suburb type thing i like new orleans i haven't spent a lot of time in louisiana in general but did you go into the city a lot or were you like far enough out that it was like yeah like a day trip yeah yeah we were like 50 minutes out so you'd go for this or that but like people that lived in new orleans like growing up you were you go for a gumballia or jump
Starting point is 00:56:29 gumballia wait that actually sounds awesome it's like half and half yeah i mean what's the difference uh i think gumbo is more i think gumbo is more soupy right i don't know you guys like uh jambalaya or jump jambalaya is like rice and like sausage and like chicken and spices all and it's more like solid like a more solid rice dish but gumbo soup gumbo is like sort of like a base of rice and then there's kind of like a broth and sauce kind of poured on it's more liquidy and you do it yeah well you can invent the gumball so you yeah i'll have my puckers money you can have your gumball i'll do i'll be taking cuts of both yeah i play both i'd made his money wait i actually think is that the place on lincoln is it called gumball i a girl or something
Starting point is 00:57:16 jambalaya gumballaya girl it's like a worst superhero i don't know i have no clue i don't like any of it it's a place in venice i fucking knew it i don't know 68 followers i don't know if i could know she posts up next to my taco stand so i always say i always think to myself like poor gumballaya girls right next to like this iconic taco truck yeah it's like no one here You're getting mugged And the superhero that saves you is Gumballaya girl I mean She hits him with like spicy sausage
Starting point is 00:57:52 Wait that's actually hysterical This is a nightmare Have you been there No you want to go I'll go yeah Wait you said she's homeless How do you know she's homeless That GoFundMe link
Starting point is 00:58:05 Oh no She's just raising money for the homeless Oh uh should we do a new segment where we just uh find a random gofundme and i'll we all chip in a dollar yeah yeah i'm done hyde said a dollar is too much for him you don't have any dollars he said he doesn't know yeah i'm working with like you know your sense i know sense yeah lucky penny in a way mo i've been keeping it i don't know what to do with it really you ever see one you go that's it's got to be lucky right a lucky penny because i picked it up and it flipped out
Starting point is 00:58:39 of my hand across the car so i was like gotta be some something supernatural how long ago was that this was on friday has any really good well i haven't been holding it i put it away because i don't know what to do with it but i have a feeling it felt like uh you ever seen like mike where he gets the shoes and they make him good at basketball yeah i think it's something it feels something along those lines so i don't know but they do you ever think that maybe just by believing in it like the self-belief that you gain from that will be enough to make you a real life superhero no i did if you want to look at it this way you remember when my car exploded the engine exploded i brought my car in i had a feeling something was off when i brought it into the dealership and i
Starting point is 00:59:24 said yeah i feel like my car is going to explode again and the guy was like what and he was like okay leave it here and i'll tell you tomorrow and he called me he goes it's the exact same coolant leak there was a coolant leak again he was like it could have happened again so imagine if my car is i mean exploded twice so maybe there's just a problem keep happening i think they're just not good cars anymore remember when you said that last time you your car broke and then you just got the same one you're like yeah these are just bad cars and then just got another one wait what uh what made you uh feel it like the second time when willie and i were on a parachute and the fan was like slightly louder than normal yeah and i was like it's hot out but
Starting point is 01:00:06 it shouldn't be yeah i think jeeps just suck now and i should stop getting it's a jeep what kind of car you got do you have a car i have a car like at home they're like in new or that's at my parents house what are you rolling around oh my dad wants me to get a toyota because he said they're they're good they're good i love a forerunner do you do you have the new one or the old one i was at 2018 i don't know there's that i don't know i like there's a certain one that i really like my parents like when i was a senior in high school they bought it for me um and they were like they were like we uh got this car we like we're like we're test driving it right now like it's out in the the driveway it's like a tip we're test if you want to test
Starting point is 01:00:47 it out like we have it for a day or two or something and i was like okay i drive around i was like i love that that's we could we could get like what it's amazing they were like we bought it that's awesome like come back and be like yeah i don't know what they put it i don't know what this is i don't know if there's a receipt or i don't think so oh my god yeah that would have been a night i always worry like worry about that happening like to my kids or whatever you ever see those videos where they get a few like accidentally raised a brat kid where like a kid will get the wrong car for their birthday and they throw like a temper tantrum in the driveway i'll beat them i'll beat them upside the head beat the brakes off of them yeah
Starting point is 01:01:27 greatest freak out yes yes oh my god that's the best one where he beats the car or wait we shouldn't we shouldn't can you pull up greatest freak out a new car dude me and my buddies were obsessed with this there were like 30 of them will just youtube video yeah this guy waffle pond i don't know if it's 23 is it no i think it's really this was like all right so i haven't made a video i think willie needs to see the first one just to get a feel for it it's not this one it's go to there go to videos sort by popular oh it's the third one yeah yeah greatest figure number three it's steven's 16th birthday wait wait pause it and turn the volume up i've never I this was like the biggest thing on you president. Wait, you're ready to be yeah
Starting point is 01:02:22 It's Steven's 16th birthday and just surprise president You ready Steven? Yeah What do you think it is I Really don't know Take a guess a car. Oh whoa What what a
Starting point is 01:02:44 A truck? Yes! Surprise! Surprise! Yeah! Serious? You like it? No. Why? This will be something that you can beat up and you don't have to worry about scratches or anything and you can get a job. Yeah, but it's a piece of crap. It is. It runs really, really good.
Starting point is 01:03:08 But it's safer than any sports car you could buy. though it's safer than a sports car his brother behind the camera is like always where are you going get away from me oh my god dude what are you doing with that jack put the camera away that away you better put that away i just paid two hundred dollars for that truck do not touch the truck oh my god better not i'm not really freaking Oh, my God. There is speculation that the first one was real and that it was so successful. Doing it.
Starting point is 01:03:44 The first one is the craziest thing I've ever seen. I think this one is a bad one. This one feels fake. Yeah, I feel like I can see this being fake. Will they pot salt? No, no, no, no. and the first one is the premise is his mom uh tells steven that he um can't play world of warcraft anymore oh it's all the same guy yeah his brother it's also like they i think the brother
Starting point is 01:04:11 just has like some intellectual thing going on here and his brother just like exploits that um but the first one his mom says you can't play world of warcraft anymore and he sets a camera up in his brother's room and his brother shoves a TV remote up his ass. Are you serious? Okay, my mom just cancelled my brother's
Starting point is 01:04:39 World of Warcraft account and he is flipping out. She did it like once! Oh my god. Maybe more! Get out of my room! I can't believe I'm seeing this. Why are you filming?
Starting point is 01:04:56 he does like a magic trick here like someone like hungry that he like goes under the covers I swear, you'll never see me again. This is the best part. In, immediately back out. Okay, watch closely here, Willie. There's going to be a TV remote that comes into play. He does look like a zombie from college. that's what i'm now wondering that yeah they all feel kind of fake i've heard i feel like that
Starting point is 01:06:14 wasn't like a thing people were like on the lookout for back then yeah it was like such an original i feel like yeah youtube video that it was like yeah it wouldn't have been a thing i had heard that kids at their high school were like he's a completely normal kid and it's all fake but like you wouldn't voluntarily put a video of you shoving a remote up your ass i think the first one was real and then they were like holy shit we untap we unlocked like a new type of video and so they just started doing the world of warcraft ones seem real it feels like the brothers like you can post the real ones but then we'll do other ones that are not world war yeah when's that one when youtube like monetizable back then no i don't think so i have no idea they
Starting point is 01:06:58 did one ad uh greatest freak out ever 13 is an ad we do not need to how do you know the number dude literally me and my buddy's little brother when my buddy was at work i would go to my buddy's house and with his little brother we'd watch every single one of these videos wow when i was like in college there was also a guy on youtube who did similar stuff have you seen the one where his dad lays out all of his xbox games in front of him and he runs it over the lawnmower and he like loses his mind and then same thing at like thanksgiving he like flips the whole thanksgiving table and the whole family because he's like i think they're doing like prayer and they're like they're like john do you want to do the prayer and he's like i just want to pray to master chief because he's
Starting point is 01:07:41 the only one that understands me and his dad starts making fun of him he flips the whole table and like storms out there's one well i want to see third i don't want to see i just want to see what it looks like go to it's that green korean one the happiest company on earth this one and he it's not real the 14 is my favorite one they uh his dad builds this pool for them and it looks super nice and they're like steven get in the pool and he's like i don't want to get in the freaking pool and his dad throws him into the pool and then he gets out and starts throwing all the uh adirondack chairs at his mom and it's like that one has to be real because it's like he could have like hurt his mom i'm not buying any of it well the one thing in the not
Starting point is 01:08:29 real like not real section is like they're all roughly two and a half minutes three minutes long which is funny they're real that he's like at three minutes he's like i'm done yeah he calms down after one 10 minutes yeah they're like i we it's monetizable now you can stop he gets into uh he gets into cooking around 16 i think and yeah look or no uh yeah 16 and he um you have like an encyclopedic he goes uh he goes steven what are you making he goes i told you i'm making cream chicken manicotti with artichoke dip and he's like being serious he's very serious about the cooking but he gets really angry at his brother jack for uh pokemon he gets a tattoo in 15 um that's pretty wild um i think he just i think it's fake unfortunately but uh you do now you're
Starting point is 01:09:27 coming i'm gonna be honest it feels like you hadn't really considered i hadn't that until now i'm sorry if i blew up your world no it's okay i probably need oh my god what happened in 32 it's like that's insane yeah these were slipping and they went yeah yeah they went with a nuclear option these all have millions and millions of you there's one where he won't get out of the tree and jack keeps calling him squirrel boy and that one feels i feel like there's a world where he was like this like he does freak out this often and they some they caught some of them and then he was like steven we need you to do a couple more of these i could see that like
Starting point is 01:10:11 because when you're like a lot of kids because they don't like i feel like manage their like anger like my brother i mean he's you know it was just when he was a kid watching sports games with him was the most my dad would be like go out you're go outside it's not a way to be around you the saints or yeah lsu and he'd be like i hope your old hope the team's plane crashes and like your whole family dies just because they're like i couldn't convert on a convert on a fourth down or something i would be like we were like in a like an abused household like we were all like my roommate is like that with the celtics and i like the celtics but he goes z goes like the nuclear option where it's like it's so his mom i lived with his twin brother from the
Starting point is 01:10:55 beginning and his the zach was gonna move in like after the first year and his mom pulled me aside at dinner and was like if he's ever too loud playing video games or with like the celtics you can just tell him to calm down and he'll calm down but like it's he's already he's my age he's my peer so i can't be like dude shut the fuck up right now she's giving you instructions i used to get pretty rowdy for ohio state football game i'll never forget when we the year ohio state won the national championship they lost to virginia tech like week three and i freaked out and i remember i was like crying like freaking out my parents like oh willie sorry and then i think i went like one step too far where i did some shit like yeah and then they're like no yeah
Starting point is 01:11:38 no that's it no longer can we pretend like we're sympathetic like my mom went to ohio state like She was like, that's it. Go to your room. You're fucking grounded. That is funny. You start destroying. It was like, no, the writing was on the wall. I was like, this is going to escalate.
Starting point is 01:11:53 They were like, we're going to. You reached the end of your leash. Also, they're still posting these? Yeah. Four months ago. The greatest figure out ever, 51, was posted. Is that the most recent one? Four months ago.
Starting point is 01:12:03 How old is this guy now? Now he's just doing crime at this point. Yeah, it's him freaking out at a bank. They still get it. They're like, wait, wait. No longer can find. It's at work. Can we just see, let's just watch the beginning of 51.
Starting point is 01:12:17 This was four months ago. Let's see what he's up to. Look, it fits in the space. It fits in the space. It fits in the space better than this does. It fits in the space better than that does. I don't understand why you're complicating it. That literally looks like your character.
Starting point is 01:12:30 Just use that one. It's a new cast. They had to like recast. Okay, yeah. I think this is kind of like, this is like when LeBron or Michael Jordan played an extra year for the wizards yeah you're like yeah it's kind of what are the comments there's some way this channel's still active
Starting point is 01:12:54 uh stop freaking betraying me i mean he's still got some loyal fans yeah that okay that is the most iconic line from all of them he's playing world of warcraft and his brother has joined the same lobby as him and he keeps betraying him oh really and he's filming from above him and he doesn't realize it's his brother and he goes i'm on your team quit freaking betraying me his brother is such a little like shit in the video he's just he's just pushing the guy's button if it is real we need to yeah we need to keep an eye on this jack character uh should we roadmap it up yeah i'm down let's do it so hide uh the roadmap is where we tell the listeners what's going to happen this episode oh okay okay it used to be at the beginning and now it usually
Starting point is 01:13:42 falls at like an hour that was all warm up this was all warm okay all right we're gonna we're not using any of them we're not gonna just take you warmed up we have a beautiful episode for you guys today we're gonna hear your pitch followed by our pitches then we're gonna do uh i don't think we i think we just told hide the drafts oh true true yeah can i do my this guy rocks then sure all right then we're gonna do this guy rocks and then we'll do country songs that don't exist and family guy cutaways that don't exist cool uh you ready for for those yeah yeah i got yeah sweet all right i wrote a we were talking about earlier with the family guy cutaways i i wrote one earlier and i had one i was like this one's big this is good and i was in the shower this
Starting point is 01:14:21 morning and i was like what this seems so like familiar like why do i have this in my head and i was like is this one and then i got out of the shower i googled it and i just found it on youtube and i was like i like don't even google them because i feel like i'm like i told him that happened that's happened to me like three times all right i sent you my this guy rocks willie do remember when you told us about the reverse push-up yes that i want you to know one time i was doing what i call the reverse push-up before i knew what sex was and i've locked eyes with a girl in my class this is in like fourth grade i probably should have known what sex was uh and she like a junior in high school and was like he's dude he's like humping and staring at me i
Starting point is 01:15:02 was i was on the ground going at a girl like staring at a girl um so i want you to know the reverse push-up is is live and is uh live and well but this guy has kind of his own twist on it this is a this is christopher's talent show posted by i believe his mother okay and andrew if you could zoom in a little bit and keep an eye on the child in the middle He and me, friends, friends to the end. Some of you should disagree with us, friends, he and me. What you say otherwise will go slide near time. We have sleepovers all the time.
Starting point is 01:15:48 In our baby beds I better die. Now Shadow, he's cool, he did it better, but he needs it better. okay i didn't make it that far i kind of i saw the reverse push-up and i just so that is more of a bounce mine was a critique yeah yeah that was yeah tell this guy to shreds willie that guy couldn't do a reverse push-up if it hooked if it hit him in the face yes and i'm I'm the go-to reverse push-up. It's not even reverse. He got no complaints.
Starting point is 01:16:27 I took all the air out of the room. I feel like we were having such a good time. That was hard to watch. What was the guy singing? The drummer is one of the worst drummers. Everyone was terrible. It seems as if it was just posted by a mom. Just posting it like,
Starting point is 01:16:46 this isn't like, oh, look at this dumb video. It's like, oh, Christopher's talent show. yeah 300 ever do like a talent show um no i did i like did the salsa in a school play like i learned how to do the salsa because i was like in fourth grade they were like who wants to volunteer you get you will teach her to do the salsa and i was like in fourth grade for some reason i had the thought to be like well that's a good that's an interesting skill good skill to have and then they're like great you have to come here to the music room for lunch every day for a month and i was like no do you still know how to do it i know do like the the very first like
Starting point is 01:17:25 i think step and okay all right so it's enough though yeah it's um because you could do that first step he must know it all it's so boring for me at this point yeah yeah sorry i'm not like i just like yeah i'm in a weird i don't want to take away you know my dad has herpes wait so that segment was uh you were saying that kid that kid that kid rocks yeah okay we're gonna this is called do i need a lawyer brought to you by morgan and morgan and andrew's gonna tell us something that a listener did and we're gonna tell them whether or not they need a lawyer okay terrific do i need a lawyer one of my college roommates used to have his high school friends over all the time some of them were still high school seniors they would stay the night and
Starting point is 01:18:15 leave crazy messes uh sauces spilled on the couch trash everywhere table sticky from spills he would leave these messes and then go out of town to visit his friends at other schools while i was left dealing with the crime scene and couldn't have people over until i cleaned it up it was disgusting i would tell him all the time to clean it but he would always say he would do it later one of these times i got so fed up that i put everything in the trash bag and put it on his bed he came home and was furious i did feel a little guilty during this particular cleanup i found a half full bottle of pinnacle whip vodka and took it for myself as some sort of spite trophy he came back and asked where his vodka was so i told him i threw it out i kept it in my room and
Starting point is 01:18:58 finished it months later am i justified for being this petty p.s he makes soundcloud rap that sounds like cats giving birth and none of us ever told him it's horrible just went along with it well He makes sounds what? SoundCloud raps that sound like cats giving Bert. Bert. Is that a dick move to lie to his face about his art being garbanzo beans? Giving Bert? I'm saying it weird, right?
Starting point is 01:19:21 It's giving Ernie, I think. Okay. You're invited to the cookout. My wordplay cookout. What's the white guy equivalent of he's invited to the cookout? He's invited to my wordplay cookout. He's invited to Scrabble. Yeah, he's invited to Scrabble.
Starting point is 01:19:37 He's invited to play card games. somebody banana grams um okay here's my here's my knee-jerk reaction when we first got my dog she would sleep in the crate and she kept pooping in her crate in the middle of the night and my dad had heard that if you shortened the space that they can be in in the crate then they'll have to poop where they're gonna sleep later that night so they'll stop doing it i think when you put you put the trash bag like where he has to deal with it then he'll start treating the mess seriously yeah yeah it's kind of like it's like he can't shit where he eats yeah i mean i think the only thing that would maybe need you need to get a lawyer is the stealing of the vodka because that
Starting point is 01:20:15 was retaliatory that wasn't uh you know the the shit on his bag on his bed is like good that was the right thing to do send a message but when you then you're just getting into petty theft yeah it was not proportional yeah so i would say yeah you do need a lawyer for that guys today we are talking power moves like when your buddy has a fireworks guy and he and he can hook it up with fireworks now that is a power move this episode is brought to you by morgan morgan just like how hiring morgan and morgan is a power move morgan and morgan is america's largest injury law firm there are they have over 100 offices nationwide and more than 1,000 lawyers. I think, Andrew, call me crazy, I don't think you could fit 1,000 lawyers
Starting point is 01:21:04 in this room. I know 1,000 lawyers, and they all work for Morgan & Morgan. Guys, with over $30 billion recovered for over 500,000 clients, Morgan & Morgan has a proven track record of fighting to get you full and fair compensation. In Florida, Morgan & Morgan secured a $644 million verdict for a client after the defense argued that the victim and his wife should receive nothing. Call me crazy. I think the defense sucks. I hate the defense. Now that is a power move. I don't even know what I would do with $644 million. Maybe buy a horse. If you're ever injured, you can check out Morgan and Morgan. Starting point is 01:24:00 sometimes if you take a solid enough poop it'll sit up like a tower on the thing and then fall and hit your balls on the way down what oh dude you gotta get these we gotta get these at puckers oh that would be huge at puckers that's crazy why why did why would it be this is real pull up like weird dutch toilet i mean bags look up anything like the robins wait so like if you if you have like healthy shits you get like punished yeah see how the holes at the front and the porcelains on the back your poop will stand up like why i don't know it's just how they were made and they they'll give you a bag slapper that's that's what it's called as a bag why do they call it a bag because it slaps your bag on the way down i'm matt what do you do if you get poop on your balls like if
Starting point is 01:24:48 you're at the bar and you poop and you're just shit all over your balls now i mean i'm 25 years old i've never had poop in my balls one time sorry my own poop on my balls yeah i mean you know what you have to do wipe it off the crane method so you have to get someone to effectively serve as your crane and he kind of hoists you up by your knees and your shoulders and then slowly lowers you down and dips them in the toilet water just enough to wash them off okay yeah i like that but you can't do it yourself it's impossible to get your balls in there by yourself yeah because you can't get folded up and right so you said crane method like you said it like it was a thing like but you just made that up yeah that's great you said it was such a yeah yeah instinctual
Starting point is 01:25:34 like conference you have enough conviction you can get a lot of places in hype in hype am i saying that weird walking in on your buddy putting your other buddy in the crane method and dunking his balls yeah he's got shit happening again yeah shit on his balls yeah shit on his balls if i walked like the bouncer comes in it's like what's going on oh sorry you guys doing coke in there i thought you're doing coke you got poop on his balls i think if i walked in on one of my friends dunking my other friend's balls in the toilet water i would get so drunk that i would hope i could black out that but when i was sober too you can do that the hour before i feel like sometimes if you get too drunk you forget stuff that happens like before you were that drunk yeah okay i like
Starting point is 01:26:16 that i like that men in black yeah yeah yeah yeah all right should we do it's like the interested development when he job is taking the uh fucking forget me nows or whatever but he just keeps forgetting that he roofied himself so he goes back and buys more so he's just alright Hyde you're the guest would you like to start with country songs that don't exist or
Starting point is 01:26:39 family guy cutaways he lost his phone calling it it was on the floor at one point oh there it is I got it yeah let's do you want to do family guy cutaways let's do it
Starting point is 01:26:54 okay alright you want to tee it up Willie yeah these are more family guy cutaways that don't exist okay uh peter says this is worse than when i was wiley coyote's doctor and it cuts to wiley coyote sitting on the doctor's table and he's like covered in burns and chunks of hair missing and peter goes do you blow yourself up with dynamite again he goes i put myself i like that that's great do you know who that is willie yeah yeah yeah he blows all the time okay you run into a you run into a wall that was painted to look like a train tunnel again
Starting point is 01:27:30 um okay you go you got it this is peter says uh he's annoying uh like a porcupine at a crowded bar it's just like a porcupine like at the bar with his friends like i gotta go to the bathroom just starts walking through everyone excuse me oh oh yeah i like that that's so good that's great uh it's like peter says you got to get it right the first time like uh sorry you got to get it right the first time christopher columbus learned that lesson the hard way and it's uh him showing up with his boats and they go all right you're in the middle of ohio and he goes uh no no no tropical somewhere tropical somewhere tropical like he went to columbus ohio first got it got that make sense yeah yes all right oh no no i think i'd i don't yeah okay you looked at me
Starting point is 01:28:24 like i had four eyes no i didn't mean to i didn't mean to um he says this is going worse than when i worked for expo markers and it's peter in a conference room pitching a bunch of businessmen and he said we've all heard of the whiteboard and the blackboard now get ready for the chinese board and they all go that's awesome I like that that's great okay
Starting point is 01:28:52 Peter says I'm a hard worker like that time I worked for Door Dine and Dash and it's him like at a restaurant here's your burger sir and he just grabs it and he goes
Starting point is 01:29:04 Sydney at Nacho's Trace I'm coming and then he just runs out of the shop with the Door Dash he's like that's why i learned to always be a defensive driver and it's him pulling but a lady pulls up like um sir i think your blinker's on he's like no it's not no it's fucking not leave me alone
Starting point is 01:29:23 that's good that's good uh this is taking longer than getting my receipt from cvs and it's peter checking out and then the cashier tells him the total and he pays and then the receipt comes out slowly for two minutes and fills up the entire room with receipts yeah yeah that'd be great that's like this is not my best work no i like that i like all these i i just feel like hyde's fucking us i know hyde went too good so money i worked harder than i should i want i really want someone to comment on one of these clips and say that's podium yeah i got it um all right what do you got this is uh okay uh peter says uh misunderstandings happen uh like that time i didn't know what uber pool meant peter gets into an uber with like flip
Starting point is 01:30:15 flip ears and sunscreen on his nose the towel he's all excited and he looks around you ah that's awesome the guy's like you still want to go to the airport and he's like yeah that's fantastic yep or like yeah the one didn't he one time he called uber xxx is that one that exists and no no i was saying like i was just riffing on it And the bed driver's like, fucking him. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, sorry. You hit yourself in the mustard.
Starting point is 01:30:42 It's an Uber. It's called an Uber. Right in the mustard. It's an Uber XL and a spreadsheet. Yes. Yes. Yes. An Uber XL.
Starting point is 01:30:51 That's fantastic. Yeah. I know. I got nothing more. Should we do country songs? Sure. Yes. All right.
Starting point is 01:31:00 These are more country songs that don't exist. All right. Cowboy taught me how, boy. It's about a girl who didn't know how to find love. She didn't know what loving was. Till a cowboy taught me how, boy. Yes. I thought that could be fun.
Starting point is 01:31:22 She didn't know what making love was. She didn't know what making love was. This is awesome. Why didn't you tell me about this? This feels so good. That's great. All right. Booze in the Wound.
Starting point is 01:31:34 It's about a cowboy whose heart is broken and he's, it's about the cowboy getting heartbroken and he's feeling the wound of his broken heart with whiskey. Yep. There we go. That's great. That's great. Okay. This is Holene.
Starting point is 01:31:58 Jolene is way meaner. It's more of a diss track. Yep. Yeah. so it's like uh it's like uh like jolene jolene jolene jolene what the fuck what the actual fuck are you doing what is the matter with you you try to fuck my husband or it's like a it's a lot of women who she slept with their boyfriends they're all getting together yeah she fucking all of our boyfriends yeah uh city snakes it's about a cowboy what you know you city snakes me do you have city
Starting point is 01:32:34 snakes as well no no but you just went and then hide one and then you went again i went again oh my bad sorry he city snakes me yeah he said thank you share a shed it's about a guy who wants to grow with a lady and he's like we'll share a shed till the day that we're dead i like that that's great that's great that's beautiful these are like very like what i noticed when i watched a lot of those clips a lot of them are just like at the end of the year like that's just like that could be really like beautiful like we'll share we'll share till the day that we're dead and you'll be my bed you'll be my bed sharing partner partner there's the red um city snakes is about a country boy sorry my siri just went off city snakes it's about a country boy who grew up catching snakes
Starting point is 01:33:22 on the farm and he moves to the big city and he's meeting a lot of slimy city folk and he's saying i didn't realize there were snakes in the city too because there are snakes of people yeah amen yeah yeah hell yeah how do you can probably relate to that because you're you live in the city yeah i'm from the bayou yeah i'm like eating gumball i love eating gumball girl uh this is okay this is i hate beer and trucks it's just a guy being like i don't really like that stuff i like the music i'm here for the music i like high noons high noons and priuses i got table for two uh this is about it's about a guy and a girl who they're very different but they you know they make each other better so he's like she's a sunday morning table for two
Starting point is 01:34:15 i'm a late nights nothing to lose yeah yeah that's very good that's a real song that's real that's great thank you i'm excited to hear that yeah it's gonna be money is that that's a real song i made with mountain dew and it's out so you can go watch it is that based on anything like are you a nothing to lose guy and you were um no i'd say i'm actually pretty similar to my girlfriend in a lot of ways you guys have a lot of overlapping interests yeah yeah but uh it's i wrote it from a place of uh you wrote it for a you was a previous girl i wrote it for i wrote that um currently about a previous girl got it yeah no i wrote that about one of my side chicks uh all right uh my heart is ripe or wait is it now is it high it's turning my whole eye away
Starting point is 01:35:04 no you're good okay my heart is ripe uh it's about a farmer who got his heart broken and his heart was rotten for a long time but he did the work and his heart was growing and now it's ripe and it's ready for love that's awesome yeah that's great i love that and then someone tears out and eats it yes someone eats it yeah indiana jones his girlfriend punches through his heart and pulls it out and eats it indiana and it's right indiana joe indiana uh but then you uh fuck so you took that again uh you remember nick saving another hat and they called him alabama jones yes yes okay this is uh the gambler but 2026 version okay so it's the gambler by kenny rogers but it's way less cool because the guy's just like addicted to like kaoshi and like draft kings right yes and
Starting point is 01:35:50 stuff prediction marketer yeah so it's not cool at all the story is like or the course big you've got to know when to open the app know when to delete the app off your phone that's so funny yeah when to throw your phone in the river oh my god when the odds boost tokens kick in it's about knowing when like different promos are no you've got to know when to open the app he's betting on like elections and stuff it's not like cool poker i will say you're a georgia guy yes you went to georgia at least yes yeah i just i just had an inkling like six months ago that john ossoff i don't know if he'll win the nomination for president you know the senator
Starting point is 01:36:42 from georgia yeah i was just like he's gonna he's gonna be in the conversation is he a democrat or republican he's a democrat uh and i sprinkled i put 200 on him to be the nominee for president on calci at like four percent odds and it's already at 15 oh wow so that's great do they give you like a cash out yeah i could i could make i could make like 300 right now but oh wow i feel like yeah right he's been he's been getting some good press lately there's been all these clips about like you know he's got a big dick have you seen these no like bd yeah google yeah literally google john ossoff bde wait so what would you get if it hits like uh like three thousand dollars yeah that's great oh my god yeah
Starting point is 01:37:28 yeah um look at this clip click on the first one this one it's funny that you said this clip is literally a reporter asking hey john a lot of people been saying that you've got bde you know bde my brother a lot of people been saying like you walk with confidence you carry Only an Aussie would ask me that. Right. You doing okay? I'm doing very good. Thank you very much, Dan.
Starting point is 01:37:53 Good to see you too, man. I know. That's what I'm saying. He looks like a guy from Scandal. Yeah, he looks like a, like, 60s president. I'm telling you. And he walks with his swagger lately. It's like a new thing he just unlocked.
Starting point is 01:38:05 Yeah, come on. Come on, my brother. Come on, my brother. He has, like, that, like, energy. Like, that cool guy energy that, like, Beto or Rourke had. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He has, like, kind of, like, young, like, just cool guy. like likable sort of we'll see what happens but i think he's gonna think it would help or hurt if
Starting point is 01:38:20 like a hog pic came out of him and it was like he had like a 16 inch penis probably hurt like i just feel like knowing i think that would help no dude hurt the hurt the girl yeah that hurt me it hurt it would hurt it would hurt like it would hurt it would hurt me it hurt me i think i think i want my penis my president's penis to be six and a half inches hard i think any more than that i feel like you maybe wouldn't have our best interest in mind what do you way too cocky oh yeah he'd be way too he'd be like too much of a risk taker like big but not bigger than mine kind of vibe no i wanted to definitely want the president's penis to be bigger than mine oh really are you bigger than six and a
Starting point is 01:39:06 half inches hard we don't have to get in he might have a huge yeah it's like you might have a hog really you guys think so my opinion you're you're big you're a big guy you have big shoes i do have big shoes yeah you have some of the biggest 14 or something yeah you have some of the biggest shoes i've ever seen they're always tied all the way do you have skinny but long i think that well i have like a really wide like end of my foot yeah but then like a really skinny like middle you know what i mean you know what they say about long feet with big and he's probably got a huge tip and a tiny shed super it's like a triangle at the end andrew is it like the widest penis you've ever seen but at the beginning it's hanging on like a thread yeah andrew do you want to work
Starting point is 01:39:48 at puckers you like to be like our mascot like the nba i was gonna say jerry west the other day yeah the logo is based on his tip the other day my best friend like leaned over to me at a restaurant and was like, I think this Puckers thing has legs. He listens to the podcast and he was like, dude, I actually think we should start that. I think it has legs. And I was like, okay, you'll have to ask Rusty. Also, he can't, your friend
Starting point is 01:40:12 can't steal. He's going to Zuckerberg a Puckers. I think this Puckers thing has spokes. Oh my god. Yeah, I don't know if I want the president, if the president had like a hog, that would be an issue. Did you hear about that, like,
Starting point is 01:40:28 I think it was Lyndon Johnson when he was president he was i think i think he i don't know if he was i think he was packing but he would just like take his dick out to like prank like his like aids like he'd be in the bathroom and there'd be people he did the baby bird the viral aids prank yeah yeah what's the baby bird you've never done the baby bird no it's not we'd be in the locker room and uh you'd keep put your penis and balls in your you pull them through your boxers and you'd hold them in your hand and then you'd be like liam come look at this baby bird i caught outside but like be careful he's injured and then they put their faces we did like i stepped in gum did you ever sat in gum
Starting point is 01:41:05 i still do the satin gum thing but it's mainly mainly in private yeah i get myself i'll do it and then like hang out for long enough that i'll forget they're out in hindsight liam hayes i want to say i'm sorry for doing the baby bird thing to you that wasn't funny and it wasn't funny when other guys did it and at some point i think that you're too trusting of people how many how often do you think we were finding baby birds on the ground he's like the nicest kid also it's like i would just be like okay hold it not near your crotch yeah um is that is that a crime that i did that yeah what if he was my close personal buddy i think there's some things there it's like um i don't know like a fucking armed robbery it's like
Starting point is 01:41:59 there's some crimes that are just gonna happen right yeah yeah at some point yeah i'm not perfect it's like i'm not a saint at some point in my life i'm gonna baby bird my friend it also actually now that i'm thinking about it i don't think it was penis too i think it was only balls backtracking if that helps your honor it was only balls it was it was purely sad it was somehow my taint i've said this before too i there's a there's a a free there's a frame of a video on the friday beers account from like six years ago that my balls are in really because we were you you would never be able to find it and like it would look like a little smudge like you wouldn't be able to conclusively say it was my balls if you didn't know you were looking for
Starting point is 01:42:42 my balls a couple pixels but we were like fucking around filming the sketch one time and i just like to be funny pull my balls out for one take i mean this was like early days this company is not like company the wild west but it was the wild west back there and i it was just among close friends and i show my nuts yeah and the funniest possible thing happened which was it was whip panning past me and i had my nuts out and no one noticed and then i kind of got like nervous and so i just put them away i thought i would have been caught by yeah and then it was in like the take that they used in it so oh my god did you ask them to like delete it no i never told anyone oh because i didn't want them to once it was up i was like oh now they'll be mad at me if i'm like my nuts
Starting point is 01:43:20 sure yeah we edited that and yeah did you guys ever sneaky nuts in photos we'd be like all like lined up with your boys and then like one guy would have his balls out of his fly no i i get i've like never i've never even sent a dick pic i get paranoid yeah like i don't i get scared like i don't trust anyone that's like it would go it would go viral yeah no i'm not saying it would go viral i just like but i'm just like uh yeah i just get uh anxious that like the worst case i think that's a good anxiety i think that's the one one of the times anxiety is probably productive i actually got you you always freak out about like you said like when you're on the toilet you're always scared you'll accidentally like film your penis and post it on the internet
Starting point is 01:44:02 or something like i'll be like posting i'll be editing something or like posting something or on just scrolling instagram i'm worried my thumb's gonna slip and uh i'm gonna actually only post a story of my um fupa dick and balls yeah no no i've had that thought too but it's so irrational because like your thumb's gonna slip three times oh no it keeps slipping in the wrong place i was in the bathroom butt ass naked and i got water on my phone and you know sometimes you get water on your phone so you're like bugs out and i had tiktok open and so it's what it was the camera pointing at me thankfully yeah oh my god pointing at me and i was naked yeah oh it's like it's still the steps between that and filming and posting it we're still but there's a universe
Starting point is 01:44:46 where that happens yeah people go a lot yeah like they go live like remember when kodak black dropped his phone yeah that was the craziest thing of all time shannon sharp was that almost seemed like that was fake awesome how did that even was he live and he was fucking that girl it was like audio live or something i don't think you could see yeah it was like on his bedside face down i think yeah oh my god he just heard him like just clapping like his podcast with chad osher think it was exclusively them talking about sex yep it'll be like football and they get sidetracks yeah have y'all seen his uh his club shea shea is that a podcast maybe yeah i just watched it recently i've seen like some clips and he's uh he's great like i mean you can see why he's so
Starting point is 01:45:27 successful in media he's like a great interviewer like yeah he's like research and he's like we'll pull stuff up about people they're like oh wow that's like crazy yeah yeah and then he also supposed to post himself having sex as well it sounded like he was doing a great job the dichotomy man he's got a show called unfiltered what'd you expect imagine like uh you accidentally go like when he was doing it sounded like cool like he was she sounded like very intuitive you actually went live and it was like you're on my hair you're clearly doing it horribly you're not even close that's my leg why are you sneezing so much are you okay is it hurting you it feels like turning you somehow yeah it's hurting you uh
Starting point is 01:46:09 wait willie so you just gave us a little like preview of the song would is that like could you see yourself like touring the songs like what what is your like uh passion with that or yeah i mean i i think this one's like a little bit of a interesting because this is like for mountain doing like a lot of the songs are like about mountain dew sure which is would be a a funny thing to go on tour doing yeah yeah but it performing certainly made me think that it would be fun i you were a great performer it was very fun i i think that uh there's a part of me that's like the as much as like the country music has been fun like i think if i was ever to do like to pursue it as something more serious it would have to be something more like authentic to myself
Starting point is 01:46:51 sure um that makes sense because it's almost like a like a shtick or like a yeah a character yeah because i don't have a country accent you know what i mean and i know there's plenty of people who fake them for music and stuff but like i i just call them out call them start some start some like country yeah i'm gonna start to be no but i think i've recently posted for the first time on my tiktok a song that i i wrote back in college and i actually got like a really good reception so i that made me think like oh my god a girl texted me that video and was like is this your friend i was like yeah and she was like this is really good really i forgot to tell you that that would make me happy hey yeah so i would like to do more yeah that's awesome i mean the fact
Starting point is 01:47:30 that you sort of already kind of have like you know an audience and like a fan base and a following that i think that would make it a lot easier too well that's kind of what i my big takeaway from the thing in nashville was like i couldn't believe like how many people like i i just put it on my instagram and on the plate of instagram like the day before and they're probably like i don't know 50 50 playmates there like that's great which is like if i could do that with no notice like i could i could put at least four together put like a few shows together at least based on just following from not music so then if the music was good and y'all seem to have super awesome like supportive fans from what i've seen they're really very loyal very like normal which is so
Starting point is 01:48:08 nice like every time we meet them they're like people that are like us or like our friends which is nice we're like it's like an it's an enjoyable experience to run into yeah i think there are some people that like the people that consume their stuff are not like them and kind of dread it and you're kind of like what is this audience i've cultivated they also go a lot of people go to the same like bars that we go to like every weekend i get dms that are like i'm at vbb where you at no dude vbb i fucked i'm gonna be honest i fucked up i blew up my own spot i mean we did a video where you like reviewed all the best bars in venice and we like crowned my look the bar on my street which is my favorite bar in the world as like the best bar like by far we like gas it up
Starting point is 01:48:50 no i and it's i'm happy because i've had i've heard from i know all like the staff and they're like the amount of people that are here because of that yeah it blows my mind honestly like i'm not like i did not expect we did it to him twice too yeah because you did a video too yeah anyway but i went the other day on saturday with my friends and we walking in and it was like immediately like three groups of guys like yo we're here because the video and i was like oh man this is like maybe they can maybe as a result of that you can get like a your own booth well i got a few more perks so i got uh my photo there's a photo of me and dylan and brett now a selfie in the slideshow that they play on all the tvs that's cool it's usually yeah so that's gonna be big and
Starting point is 01:49:33 then um i said they know about my song now they my the one song i do have on spotify they played at closing that's oh that's awesome so were you like walking around last time you should have been walking around me like this is me yeah this is me up there uh do and i get i'm gonna get i get my own glass there oh they pour my drink into when i go do you have your own you're gonna get your own drink the willy or the way the vodka actually the server came up to me he was like you want a vodka listen to this we invented this thing wait what is the dominic fight that i have a story about this because my my cousin texted me like oh my god dominic fike what yeah so it definitely was not a vodka corn drink was it not why would it have been did he tag us i thought no
Starting point is 01:50:17 but i thought it was he just posted a it looks like one all sorts of drinks looking good he's also sober so works on his team i can't remember which context we invented a drink called the vodka for orange that's a vodka crayon with a dash of orange juice i like to do a vodka orange juice with a screwdriver with a dash of crayon i thought the vodka corn is a vodka cranberry with a dash of orange i've been ordering my own drink wrong but so he's either way he's sober that to me this morning it was like yo is this real and i was like i don't think so and he was like holy shit like thank god i thought he like posted his relapse he relapsed with a vodka wait i'm confused about you thought that was a vodka crowing yeah that's so because it was like
Starting point is 01:51:03 it had the little orange peel in there all sorts of things have that yeah but it was the same color too like the liquid and everything and i was like well do uh rusty do people like fans and stuff or people that do they if they meet you out or do they or they do they try to get you like drunk or like yeah like of course oh my god i imagine they would there were uh i i had a friend point this out to me where they were like you probably have like lost money on this deal because we'll go out and people will be like dude like let me get you a shot and we'll be like no we'll get you we'll get your shot and so you end up buying like four extra rounds of shots that you would never buy without that so i think now i'm gonna start just saying yes yeah i think yeah
Starting point is 01:51:47 yeah yes i would like you yeah there are a couple bars that when i come in now will give me like free drink or like free bucket of drinks oh so that i has like bounced out like the guy at thunderbird which i never even have even done for thunderbird i think he's just hoping when we do come and review it we'll remember there was a guy at thunderbird that came up to me uh and was like would you guys like a shot like to me and my buddies were like yeah totally and so he came back and he brought us a tray of shots and he sat down and he we took the shot and he looked at me and he said i would drink a gallon of your pee to see where it came from and we just closed out and left and then i saw him i went with the see it taste it boys i met the see it taste it boys
Starting point is 01:52:31 for a beer and it's like a wednesday at like 5 p.m so there's no one there except for this guy and so i walked in it was like dude like great to see you like how you doing and the see it taste it boys were like is that one of your buddies and i go no i met him one time he said the weirdest thing i've ever heard but i were the only two people in this bar so i didn't want it to happen again that's great yeah and then we just closed out it's like unrelated i'm leaving now the p offer is still on the table with you did he say it as like a bit like it was almost like he was doing a bit or was he just like what do you think either way it's bad but yeah i hoped it was a bit it was obviously a joke he does not want to drink my pee yeah um but i'll be i guess i'm wondering
Starting point is 01:53:14 if he was like yeah trying to like hit him he wants to drink your poop i drink a gallon of your poop just for you then you'd be like yeah yeah but then you'd be like you wouldn't drink you'd eat it yeah you'd eat dumb ass not the way i've been pooping lately bro my god you don't know so you would love to do the dutch but you'd be safe on the dutch toilet whatever oh my god it'd be a bag flood wait why are you in la i'm in la my uh my sister works for uh a director eli roth and that sounds i know the name yeah he did like hostile and like cabin fever okay he's a horror director and he has a new movie premiering on thursday he's also in oh he's the bear jew and that's what yes that's kind of yeah he's the bear jew and inglorious bastards but uh
Starting point is 01:54:00 yeah he has a new movie premiering on thursday called ice cream man and he like invited our whole family to come see it oh hell yeah that's awesome i haven't been to la in a while and i was like oh he's from newton mass in the movie too doesn't he say that he's like teddy ballpark newton mass oh yeah when he goes teddy fucking goes y'all i don't know if he says ball game yeah teddy fucking ball game oh my god uh wow but yeah and then other now i'm just doing like uh some pods and what other pods are you and the mitchell brothers end up going out for a beer let's yeah i was i was telling rusty i want to we show all caleb and uh mitchell brothers are you here this weekend too yeah i leave sunday okay great let's do it but uh yeah dude that's
Starting point is 01:54:40 I'd love to. Yeah. What other podcasts are you doing? I'm doing the Nicho Bros, which is called Volley for Serve. That one's fun. And I'm doing one. I think our invite, it expired. I think it got expired.
Starting point is 01:54:55 Did they ever invite us? No, I said some weird shit about Aiden that one time. I love them. Those guys are awesome. Just freaky shit, not bad. Yeah, like I want to drink your piss. No, they were supposed to have you guys on tomorrow, but I said that's the time I got They vetoed us.
Starting point is 01:55:09 They kind of pumped you guys. I'm trying to get better at doing podcasts. I don't know if it... You're good at it. I get anxious. I think we did a good job. I also think that we are maybe like a bad... I don't know.
Starting point is 01:55:19 Ours is like we just kind of are shooting the shit and then... Well, I guess we did kind of talk to you about your show and stuff. But I feel like sometimes with guests, it's like an interview the whole time. And our goal is to create a vibe where it's like we're just hanging out. We're just playing. Yeah, play it. i mean that's why i mean i'm like a fan of y'all spot and the clips are that's i mean that's part of why i think y'all spot is like so it's very easily like not that it could there's a lot of
Starting point is 01:55:45 clippable moments they're just yeah yeah it's like you're just like we we had to do like a write-up on what we wanted it we i think if we just could have done it ourselves we would have just talked for a while yeah they made us come up with like segments and stuff which was helpful for like clipping stuff yeah because we don't have to clip like the sometimes i don't think we say anything that is worth clipping so like having the built-in clippable it's almost like y'all's like kind of aura like you're both very like affable like nice funny guys so like that's kind of the point of a podcast sometimes it's like you don't really need to have an interview or like it's just like i just want to turn this on and act like i'm just hanging out with my
Starting point is 01:56:21 buddies i feel like i would like to think that's what this is i appreciate it what if the mitchell brothers like have like a super prepared interview format for you like it's your buddies so talk to me about growing up in louisiana or i guess i asked you that exact question they're like so we talked to they do like nard war level yeah interrogations mr homer i'm like mr homer how do you know about that we have to know what you say homer yeah mr homer can i give you my marge oh my god there was a comment on the last one that was like enough enough marge homie homie that's good thank you so much for joining us guys thank you so much
Starting point is 01:57:02 people can find you on the internet yeah I'm at Hyde Healy on everything and please watch Minimum Wage will be on Netflix in October November you can go on Netflix right now and hit remind me please watch that yeah that's our big thing right now
Starting point is 01:57:18 sorry I have to plug that on my phone Andrew's going to cut it anyway we'll see you guys next week peace Peace. Thanks, guys.
