This is Sarah Jake's Roberts and you are listening to the Woman Evolve podcast or watching What's up YouTube? You know, we're on YouTube now. We don't want any ball of TV. We doing stuff. Listen, this week is a rough week for me and I'm going to get into why. But first, let me mind your business and then I'm going to break down why today is so significant to me and why my heart is feeling a little broken.

But let's get into, we got a follow up from a mind your business question. and I want to get into your business before I let you into mind. Hello. So I was up listening to an episode at 4 a.m. less this morning in the mind your business topic. And the topic was trusting God in unfamiliar seasons. And this woman called and asked how to not make marriage an idol. And Pastor Sarah, your advice to her was spot on.

think you sold yourself short by saying you had a blind spot because you were married that you cringe at giving this kind of advice to single women because you nailed it. That is my testimony. I, as I began to see God and deepen my walk with him and be with him more intimately, I once held marriage as an idol in my life. I thought that was my purpose in life was to get married, and that was it. But once I sought God and I deepened my connection with him and my relationship with him, my desires change. It's just that.

I no longer desired marriage on that level. In fact, it got smaller and smaller. Not to say I don't desire marriage because I do, but it's no longer the focal point in my life. God is. walking in my purpose is, fulfilling my destiny is just, you know, doing everything that God wants me to do on this earth is my focal point. And so, yeah, your advice was spot on, and if I could offer some more encouragement, says, fuck God, speak God, and you'd be surprised how he will rearrange and reorganize and shift

your desire that you once held to be end all be all because he can do it he did that with me and I'm so grateful and I'm so thankful that his love is transformational like it is so keep going

to this well listen it sounds like that was encouragement for me and hopefully encouragement for you I certainly try to be mindful of the fact that I've got some blind spots but thank you for that and if you're listening sometimes you just need a testimony that somebody else was in the same boat that you were in, understands what it's like,

hasn't had that graduation testimony yet, because a lot of times they tell single women in the church, if you just trust God, trust God, the moment you don't want it anymore, God will bring someone into your life. And I think that even that is almost like trying to like almost manipulate God a little bit because we don't know God's plans for our lives. And I think trusting God is beautiful, but just because you trust God doesn't necessarily mean that that person's going to magically appear. But if we learn to trust God, if we learn to seek God for the full picture of what our life looks like and our identity outside of just being someone's partner, then it'll be revealed. I'm reminded of that scripture that's not unfamiliar. It's Psalm 37, verse 4, and it says,

delight yourself also in the Lord, and he shall give you the desires of your heart. And a lot of sometimes like, oh, yes, I'm going to delight myself in the Lord. And then he can give me that six-pack I've been asking for. He can give me that. I was going to say something else that was a body goal. You know what I mean? He can give me that money. He can give me that house. All I got to do is delight myself in the Lord. That's not what it means. The context of that is if I delight myself in the Lord, then the Lord who will then have my heart because I'm delighting myself in him will put desires in my heart. The same desires that he has for me will be placed in my heart. And so it sounds super spiritual and that's why I tried to make it practical. Girl, go get you a gun license, a cooking,

go. That was extreme. Sorry, but you know what I'm from, I'm a girl from Texas. So it's like, maybe I just want to be a sniper. Maybe I want to cook. Maybe I want to sauce them. Maybe I want to start solo traveling. Maybe I want to start running. Like, take care of yourself, of your body. Pursue life. Pursue new adventures and experiences. And to her point, it's not that you won't have those moments where like, hey, I want a partner. I want to have that. But you also have joy and connection and community and ways it says, my life is beautiful. And then that way you'll qualify things better to you.

You'll qualify the person that comes into your life. Because when you got a beautiful life, you don't want nobody coming in and making it ugly. I don't fall hard for my life to be beautiful. What I look like letting you come up here wrecking what I didn't build so hard with the Lord. And absolutely not. If you come in here, it needs to give renovation. It needs to give upgrade. It show can't give downgrade.

Do you understand what I'm saying? It needs to give. We're going to another level, not you drag it. I've done drug around. Okay, let me talk about, let me, okay. It is July 26 and I have a little bit of a broken heart today because I realized that had my life not taken a turn that I would be leaving today to head to Atlanta for the Women Evolve conference. and talk about rogue, you know, I'm starting to ask God about these things he's been giving me, because it's like, okay, you told me the word rogue, but maybe I didn't stay in the person long enough. Because I think when God gave me the word rogue, I was praying for women who were connected to the movement. And I was looking at this state and condition of the world and how are we as disciples, as people who are born to reflect the light of God, the goodness God, the righteousness and glory of God in the earth for our time on the earth, supposed to respond

to these times. And the word, the Lord gave me the word rogue. And when I got this word, I realized that we were going to have to resist the temptation to follow the rules of our fear, the rules of our shame, the rules of culture, the rules of success that previously existed, and be willing to take the limits off to really dream with God and being led by the Holy Spirit into uncharted territory. And here I am in uncharted territory, having to trust God in new ways, having to withstand uncertainty in new ways. And I couldn't help but think about all of the women who God is entrusting me to share my heart and experience. experiences with. And what I can tell you that I am learning in this season, especially as I'm

considering the fact that we would be at conference. And I really feel like a lot of this came to light for me and my prayer and devotion time. And honestly, I've been feeling like I was going backwards. Like, I took 10 steps forward this year. And, you know, we started getting things organized. I was, you know, collaborating with our team. I felt like I was growing as a leader and that I had the buy-in of team members who were trusting me with the vision and what God could do through WOMMEvolve and that the vision was clear and it felt anointed. Like, I felt like I was in the flow. And I felt like I was 10 steps ahead and then I have this accident and it's like, man, I feel like I'm 100 steps backwards. And I've been back. And I've been back.

with all of these thoughts where like, you know, maybe, maybe my season is over. Maybe this is the beginning of decline. And I know that these are all thoughts from the enemy because any season that we're alive is our season to respond to the call of God to go into all of the world. And it doesn't matter whether that's in a stadium or in a grocery store. And so I've had to separate my a desire to continue to maximize the potential that God has given me with the reality that maximizing that potential looks different from season to season, power moves. And what power looks like in one season is different than another season. But of course, some of you already know that because I wrote the book about it. But in this season, it feeling like I was going backwards,

I've been, like, you know, fighting. And the Lord brought to my remembrance, Peter. And Peter, who is like the disciple, he's so loyal, he's so bought into who Jesus is. And to understand what I meant to buy into who Jesus is during that time is so significant because you have to realize that Jesus existed at the time. We just got finished watching the movie Odyssey. And in the movie Odyssey, there are all of these different Greek gods that they're referencing. And we have to understand that the message of who Jesus is came at a time where all of these different gods are being worshipped.

and they're making sacrifices to this God and sacrifices to that God. And here comes Jesus, right? And of course, as a Jew, they've only believed in one true and living God, but they've been this one controlled segmented segment of the Greco-Roman culture in which all of these other gods exist. And here comes Jesus, a part of this already marginalized, tolerated group of people, saying that he is the Messiah, that he is the embodiment, the fullness of this Godhead walking on the earth. And here's Peter, buying, he's sold out,

cutting ears off a soldier sold out. He's like, yes, I believe, I believe that you are the son of God. I believe in who you are. I wish I had my Bible right beside me. I would take you right to the verse where Jesus asks Peter, who do you say that I am? And Peter answers, and Jesus tells him, flesh and blood did not reveal that to you, but you got to download from the spirit of God. You know who I I am. You know what's happening in the earth. You are not intimidated by the Romans. You're not intimidated by the Pharisees or the Sadducees. You believe in who I am. And this was revolutionary. Peter knew how to go rogue. And in Peter going rogue, Jesus says something crazy to him. Jesus says, as down as you are for me, as loyal as you are for me, that Satan has asked for you.

And I didn't keep him from having you. When Satan asked for me, I prayed for you. And you're going to deny me three times. And Peter's like, there is no way I would go backwards. After all that I know about you, after all that we've been exposed to, there is no way that I would turn my back on you. And Jesus is telling you, you're going to turn your back on me. And Peter does exactly what he didn't know that he would do. He turns his back on God. And he goes back to fishing. It looks like Peter's gone backwards.

And when it looks like Peter has gone backwards, Jesus says this thing to him prior to him even believing that he would be in this scenario at the same. discussion where he says it's Satan has asked for you. Jesus says, but I've prayed for you. I got to pull up my Bible because I want to get the exact quote. But I've prayed for you. I pray that your faith wouldn't fail you. And I'm going to paraphrase while my Bible app is loading. In Luke 22, in Luke chapter 22 verse 32, he says, but I've prayed for you that your faith should not fail. And then it says, and when you have returned to me, strengthen your brother. I feel my help coming. And so Peter failed. Peter, I won't say he fails. Peter lives up to exactly what God knew would happen in the moment of his crucifixion, that Peter would deny him, that it would look like Peter was going backwards. And in that moment where it felt like he was going backwards, Jesus says to him, I prayed for you. And when you return to me, but Peter doesn't return to Jesus in the way that I, I read this text and believe. It makes it seem like, oh, when this storm is over, then I'm going to

church again. When this storm is over, then I'm going to fall down on my knees and start praying again. That is not how Peter returns to Jesus. Jesus goes to where Peter is because Peter went back fishing. He went backwards. Life pulled him backwards. He didn't trust himself. I don't trust who I thought I was in God. I don't trust that I can be the type of disciple that I thought I could be. He's in a season like the one I'm in. where you're starting to question things. And in that moment of him going backwards, Jesus comes to him. And Jesus asks him the same question three different times. And this is not a Bible study podcast because I've got an incredible message that I want you to hear. I'm going to bring a full circle. But Jesus asked Peter this question, do you love me? And Peter's like, yes, I love you. And Jesus is like,

feed my sheep. And then he asks again, do you love me? And Peter's like, come on, man, you already know to answer this. He's like tend to my sheep over and over again. Peter ends up returning to Jesus, not because physically he went to where Jesus was, but because when Jesus came to where he was, the love that he had for Jesus had to resurface, regardless of the steps that he had taken that felt like failure, regardless of him feeling like he had gone backwards. I love that we have the kind of Jesus that says, when you return to me, but then comes to get us.

because come on, O'Lea, I don't care how you get there. Just get there. We serve a Jesus. Like, I don't have to wait for you to come to me. I'll get to where you are. And the only thing you have to do is return to me in your heart posture. Do you love me as a heart posture? If you can get back to me in your heart, then I can take care of your feet. I can take care of your destiny. I can take care of your purpose. All you have to do is get back to me in your heart. And so what I have been reminding myself over and over and over, and that it is not my job to try and figure out how I'm going to fix all of the things that have happened as a result of this accident. That it's not my job to try and figure out are the best days behind us and am I just going to be cruise control from here. It's not my job to figure out any of those things. It's my job to make sure that when Jesus comes for me in those moments where I can't get to him, that I can return to him in my heart. I'm going to be preaching on August 9th. And, you know, everyone's like,

oh, that first Sunday when she comes back, I do that. Like, I don't know who I'm going to be when I get up there. I don't know. This accident has changed me. And I'm still paying the price, not just in my body, but in so many ways for this accident. And I don't know who I'm going to be. But one thing I know for sure is in my heart, I have found a way to return to him. And so as we prep for, you know, what would have been conference and is now as figuring out what we do with the last few months of Women Evolve, I've been leaning in a lot to my mentors in the faith and women who have gone ahead of me and seen difficult days and come out on the other side of them. And many of you know what Chris Kane means to me. And last year at Woman Evolve, she was the opening session. We started Woman Evolve.

It used to begin on Thursday night now. It begins on Thursday morning. And I have liked to reserve that Thursday morning spot for women who have gone ahead of me, who have been voices in ministry for me, teachers and mentors from afar. And she is one of them. And I want to share with you her opening session from Woman Evolve last year. where the Lord gave me the word freedom. I feel my help coming, y'all.

Let me tell you, I don't feel my help coming. I don't know what God's going. I don't know. I'm becoming somebody in the Lord. I know this for sure because the spirit just be with me. But I thought, you know, what relevance does the word freedom have if the word that this year is rogue? But I hear God saying clearly that for those of us who have had the word, when knocked out of us because life went rogue and we didn't know what to do, that we are stepping

out of this and that we are going to be coming to a place of freedom. And that freedom is freedom that we can only find in walking out our truest, most authentic identity in God. It's not going to be freedom to be who we used to be. Those days are behind us. I'm talking about freedom for us to step into who we are now. And I don't know who you are, but perhaps this is just. a reminder that no matter how long you stay bound, no matter how long it feels like it's been one hit after another. And trust me, I have been there. I am there. I currently have a time share up in that neighborhood that who the son is at free is free indeed. And we got to come out of this and it's got to get up all for us. Understood. So I love you. If we were supposed to be together,

this weekend, if you don't miss me, just know I miss you. And if you miss me, just know the feeling is mutual. And I believe that God's going to make a way. We may not be meeting this weekend in Atlanta, but one, we are going to get together next year, summer 2027. And I'm coming if it's in a neck brace and all I can do is sit up there and receive and take pain medicine. I think I honored my body this time. I learned some valuable lessons. But also, I'm like, I need to be. I need to be be in this atmosphere with these women. Even if I'm not the one who's in the position to lead them, God will raise up somebody temporarily until I can get my life together. But let me tell you, I'm going to be in that room no matter what happens. And if I'm not in that room, it's because he came

and gave in game. The rapture came and took me up. And if the rapture came and took me up, you're going to be with me. It's going to be womanie ball behind the pearly gates. All right. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. and I pray this message blesses you the way that it blesses me. The woman evolved race to freedom is just underway. She has a chance to win golf, but she has much different this year. A new runner has just entered the arena. Let's go around the truck one more time.

Keep your eyes on this lap. They said her path should have stopped her. That freedom was out of reach. Entering this race now. She kept on showing up to the track, praying through pain and walking out face. She's made up to stop it to the outside. She chased traffickers out of the road. of the shadows, running her race even when the course got steep.

She's got a good start. And God said he is for us, and God said he will give us the victory. With God as her coach and the gospel as her guide, she's taken freedom to the front lines. In our sphere of influence should be influencing people towards King Jesus. It is our job to do that. She came through. Woman Evolved, welcome Christine Kane. Girls are women evolved. I am so fired up and so honored to be with you. turn to the lady next to you and say you're the hottest looking chick I've seen all day. There you are. Can you hear me? We're going. You know, I so am excited. There's so many things I want to talk about, but I just want to say right from the outset, I want to honour Pastor Sarah who's talking to the girls right now, who I love with all of my heart. And Pastor Turey, you guys, we love you with all of our hearts. And First Lady, Serita, really, what do I say? who are just a mother to all of us without a doubt. And I am here, girls, with a single most ravishing piece

of masculine flesh on planet Earth. My husband of almost 30 years, Nick Kane, right here. And he's cute. He's the one on the front row right there. And my husband is actually number 14 of 15 children. You can tell you're in a chicks conference. His mother had 15 full-term pregnancies in 17 years. You all just like crossed your legs right there, and you're like as if...

Like, I know, she had like no multiples, no nothing. And we've got two children. We've got our eldest is Catherine, and Catherine is 23. She just graduated from Pepperdine College, and if you know that, she's awesome. And I don't know if you know where Pepperdine is. it's over there in California, in Malibu on the water. So she was suffering for Jesus for four years. It was hard for her.

And Sophia Joyce is our 19-year-old, and she is studying in Paris, France. She's doing comparative literature and screenwriting, and so she might be able to come and work with Pastor Teray, I think, when she graduates. But I called her, this is my 19-year-old. She goes, Mommy, I can't talk to you right now because I'm watching the sunset over Notre Dame eating a croissant.

And this was my response. I went, well, sweetheart. If you want to watch that same sunset next semester with your fees paid, you'll talk to your mother right now. That is exactly what you're going to do. So my mother-in-law, she did not think you were a woman until you popped out 10 kids, obviously. and so I would take Catherine and Sophia to my mother-in-law's house, and I would say to my mother-in-law, this is Catherine Bobby,

and she is my alpha, and this is Sophia Joyce, and this is the Omega, and this is the beginning and the end of my childbearing years. I mean, I did not have my first kid until I was 35, my second until I was 40. Listen, when you pop out a kid at 40, you are not looking for anything. but a vacation in Santorini that was it. So I thought it was good. But I want to say because there's so many women and I'm Greek. Has anyone seen my big fat Greek wedding in the room? Okay, that is my big fat Greek life. I didn't speak English until I was five. If you give me a word, any word, I will tell you the origin of that word is Greek and

we still have Windex in every room of our house in California. We do. But because I'm Greek, it means that I am into arranged marriages. So when my daughter turned 23, I thought, you know what, you can use some help. So I've told her every conference I go to around the world, I'm just going to go shopping on her behalf. So this is what is, I want you to know. Since Catherine was in utero, I would pray over her. And I would say, Catherine, Bobby, you are the head and not the tail.

You are above only and not beneath. You are a leader and not a follower. You are a woman of God. You are a woman of prayer. You are a Holy Ghost terrorist. You love the house of God. You love the presence of God. And you're going to grow up.

And you're going to marry a very, very, very, very wealthy Christian man. I told her since she was in my womb. So the reason I'm telling you that is if you have a son, a nephew, a cousin, a brother, please give their name to Pastor Theray. And he is going to vet them for me and send them in my direction because I would just love that to be the case. Anyway, all jokes aside, I truly am honored to be kicking off. And I want you to know that I'm extremely mindful that what I am doing is kicking off.

The Holy Spirit, he's already here and will work through my message. And then, you know, with God, it just goes from faith to faith, from strength to strength, and from glory to glory. So I thank God that my assignment in this first session is to get us started. And you just watch what the Holy Spirit will continue to do. This is the beauty of being in a conference like this. God is the one that does the work, and he uses everyone individually to work through,

but nobody has to do everything because only God can do everything, and that's what we're going to see. So all of you from right up the top there, I love it so much. If the rapture happens while I'm speaking, you're going first because you're closer to heaven all up there. So you all have got the glory seats.

But I want you to know we've prayed over every one of those seats and all the seats on the floor. I know I'm speaking to the women in the overflow. I'm speaking to people online. It's just this movement is a move of God. Listen, when you're as old as I am, I'm like almost 59. It's my birthday next month. Please send presents.

I love gifts. And so I'm going to be 59. And let me just say, I have been here since dinosaurs have been roaming on the earth. And so one thing I can say is I've seen a lot around the world. And when you're in a presence, I went to Pastor Turay and I just went, there's something in the room. And I've just come back from, is it all right?

I'm really not here to impress anyone. I'm here to help you today. That's really what I'm here for to help. But I want you to know a little bit of what the Lord's doing around the world. We started. I was preaching in Mexico City from there. I went to Helsinki to Estonia, to Stockholm, to Paris, to Zurich, to Constance in Germany, up to London, across to Istanbul, down to Brasilia.

And this is the reason I'm telling you this, is it's been like that nonstop for the last couple of years because God is up to something on the globe that I haven't seen in my lifetime, and I have seen a lot. And the reason I'm saying that is because this is a huge part of it. What is happening in this room, what is happening at women involved, it's not just for this room,

and it's not just for the overflow. this is for the nations of the earth. There is something of a revival spirit here that just transcends culture, place, it transcends ethnicity. There is something that God's doing. He's definitely raised, as we all know, Sarah up in this hour for a time such as this.

This is part of the new thing that is doing on the earth. You see, what happens is a lot of people miss a new move of God because they're so busy looking at the old move of God when the Lord said, he said, behold, I do a new thing. What happened was the children of Israel was so focused on the first Exodus, so focused on what God had done that they were missing what God was about to do. And if all you do is spend your life looking at what God has done,

you can miss that we're in the midst of a brand new Exodus today. The difference is now he's not splitting Red Seas or pushing back River Jordans now. He's bringing rivers into the midst of the wilderness. It's a new wine skin, it's a new day, it's a new method. He's not doing things, how he was doing them. He said to a generation, do not forget, do not forget, do not forget what God has done. And then he says in I-S-I-43, forget the former things. So I'm here at Women Evolve to kick off 2025 and say, forget the former things because God is doing a brand new thing.

It's a new day. It's a new season. It's a new hour. Same God. doing a brand new thing. And that's what's happening with Pastor Sarah. I thank God for her because my own children. Look to her.

I just was saying to Pastor Theray that as I've traveled, there's not a nation I went to where young people and young women are not leaning into that voice. You can't manufacture that. Only God does that. Only God does that. And so we ought to thank God that we are part of a moment.

You know, sometimes you can be in the midst of a miracle and not even see it. And so I thank God that we are in the midst of a miracle and we are realizing it and we have come expecting and believing God to do unbelievable things in this house today. One thing parenting has taught me is that you can't protect your teens from every decision they're going to make.

Let me just tell you this. Jesus Christ saved my soul, but the Word of God saved my mind. I would be a shipwreck without this word. Luke 17, Chapter 20, I'm old school, is that okay?

My daughters are embarrassed. I still handwrite my notes, so there you go. Sarah got up here really cool with her phone and it's all like trendy and I'm like, you know what, if it's not broken, don't fix it. This is 40 years of this. Luke 17, verse 20, this is the word of the Lord. It says, being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come. He answered then the kingdom of God is not coming with something observable. No one will say, see here or there for you see the kingdom of God is in your midst. Then he told the disciples the days are coming when you will long to see

one of the days of the Son of Man, but you won't see it. They will say to you see there or see here, don't follow or run after them. Let me just give you a modern version of that. Don't go down rabbit trails on Facebook. I'll interpret that in a moment. For as the lightning flashes from horizon to horizon and lights up the sky, so the Son of Man will be in his day.

But first, everyone say but first. You all, that sounds so American, but first. Listen, this is how King Charles wishes he could speak English. This is the Australian English. It's very refined, but first. Okay, everyone say, but first. Okay, you sound classy. Let me, let me teach you some Australian now.

So we say, I need you to do it with this accent. We say, awesome. Awesome. Wow, that is so dignified here. Okay. One more time, awesome. Awesome. Okay, now say it like an American.

Sailor. Okay. I remember when we moved to America and we like live in California, so my girls would come home from school. And they're like, Mom. Like Mom. Who says Mom? We say Mum.

Okay, anyway. Mom, that's like totally awesome. I'm like, whose womb did you come out of? Like, who are you? Anyway, but stop distracting me, see? I love you all. This is it. But first, he says, I'll get there.

They will say to you see here or see there. Don't follow or run after them, for as the lightning flashes from Horribes. horizon to rise and lights up the sky, so the son of man will be in his day. But first, it is necessary that he suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. Just as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be in the days of the son of man. People went on eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage until the day Noah boarded the ark and the flood came and destroyed them all.

It will be the same as it was in the days of lot. people went on eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, building. But on the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulphur rained from heaven and destroyed them all. How many are glad you came to women evolved? 2025. You know, when is Sarah getting back up here? Okay. It will be like that on the day the son of man is revealed. On that day, a man on the house top whose belongings are in the house must not come down to get them. Likewise, the man who is in the field must not turn back.

Remember Lott's wife. Whoever tries to make his life secure will lose it. And whoever loses his life will preserve it. I tell you on that night, two will be in one bed, one will be taken. And the other will be left. And I say to my husband all the time, I am not the one that's going to be left behind. You do you, boo. Okay.

Two women will be grinding grain together. One will be taken. the other left, where Lord, they ask him. He said, where the corpse is there also, the vultures will be gathered. What a text. What a text. This is what is referred to as an eschatological text.

A text about the end time. It's about the twofold nature of the kingdom of God. The already and not yet is what theologians would call it. The already, a segment of the kingdom of God, which is that all the Old Testament prophecies and promises have been fulfilled in Jesus already. Not yet. Just look at the world in 2025. There is still crime, there is still violence, there is still injustice, there is still pain,

there is still suffering, there are wars and rumors of wars, there are natural disasters, there is economic instability, there is political instability, there is social instability, there is moral instability, the world is in a mess. We are living in times where truly people are calling evil good and good evil, where they're calling truth lies and lies truth. Have you noticed that the world has lost its ever-loving mind? It is like out of control. You would think that this text was written for today. The world is crazy. So how do we know that it's the not yet? That Jesus has not yet returned again to make all things new.

And we will know that it's that time because there will be no more sickness, no more disease, no more injustice, no more pain, no more suffering in the world. All things will be made new. He's already come, but we've not yet seen the whole kingdom realized. And as he goes on and says,

listen, when Jesus comes back, because normally when you have a world like the world we're in now, I have been saved for a really long time coming up to four decades. Can I tell you in Australia, even in the 1980s, when I came to faith in Christ, back then everybody was, there was this real sort of charge that it was the end times. Now, I don't know if you had this in America, but we would have people, they would come with big charts

and they would draw huge charts and they would tell you, about what was happening and it was all the end times and they would be naming the Antichrist and you know option A, B or C, Antichrist and it would have everything every and you know, it was fascinating. Watch these things and think this is fascinating. But as I stand here before you in 2025, the fact is none of it was true because we're still here. And the world is like it is today, the best-selling books are all the books that don't talk about how to make this place better, but I'll talk about how we're going to escape out of here. And everyone's got their theory on who's the anti-crace, what's going to happen,

it's the end, oh my gosh, look at it, look at what's happening economically and politically and socially and morally and everything is so bad. And then everyone is kind of, because surely this is the end, listen. Fact is, are we closer today than yesterday? Absolutely. But it's been since Jesus ascended and said, I'm coming back. So it's been the beginning of the end for 2,000 years. and every Christian, you know, I just finished a master's degree

and after looking at all of the different theories about the end time, this is it. This is, you're going to, I'm going to save you a lot of money on seminary fees. This is my entire theology on the end times. This is it. Nobody knows. We live, we live like it's going to happen tomorrow and we plan for the fact that it's not going to happen in our generation. Every Christian ought to be living like that every day anyway.

If in your life you're thinking, if I knew Jesus was coming back in two hours, I would change my whole life. Here's my advice, change your life. That's all I'm saying. If you would live any differently, if you knew he was going to come back tomorrow, I'd try that today. That's what I would do. But all of us ought to be walking in the kind of authority and confidence that we know we're living between the two Advents of Christ. our job as the church is to reflect the glory of heaven here on earth and to live in victory.

That's why I love this new song about all authority. We better all learn it off by heart and be singing that song nonstop. Because the more we know who we are in Christ and the authority we have in Christ, the greater reflection of heaven here on earth we can display for this generation and it will bring lost people to Jesus. But in the midst of this, I mean, Jesus, is going on, it is full on. He is talking about Noah and the flood, he's talking about Sodom and Gomorrah. I mean, it is intense. He's saying in those last days, families are going

to be divided, people are going to be left behind. I mean, it is intense. But I'm not really here at the outset of women evolve to really do a theological discourse on the end times. The reason I'm reading this text is because right there, in the midst of a discourse, on the end times, Jesus seems to drop in just three what appear to be random words. He's talking about Sodom, Gomorrah, Noah, the flood, the sky's splitting. And then he just says, and it seems random,

second shortest verse in the whole Bible, he just sort of says like, remember Lot's wife? I'm like, that's a bit random. Okay? We're talking about Noah floods. We're talking about the end times. do you know there's over 130 women either directly name or alluded to in scripture.

But there is only one woman that Jesus ever told us to remember. The woman that poured out the perfume, he said her deed will be remembered. But there's only one woman in all of the Gospels that Jesus told us to remember. And he told us to remember this woman in the context of speaking about the end times. I would wonder whether 2025 would be a really good time to remember the one woman that Jesus told us to remember. In the midst of every life as we know it. Now listen, if I was Eve, I would be ticked off. Because I would be like, what do you mean remember Lot's wife?

I was first problems of humanity since then. If I was Sarah, in Lot's wife, I popped out a kid. at 90 without an epiturial. If I was Miriam, I'd be like I was the first worship leader and I had to put up with my brother Moses. If I was Deborah, I'd be like I was the judge. Woman chick power, popped out Samuel. What'd you do? I'd say like I stopped a Jewish genocide. If I was his mother, I'd say, what are you talking about? But out of all of the women, either mentioned or alluded to in scripture, there's only one that Jesus ever told us to remember and he did it in the context of talking about when life as we know it burning to the ground.

Would that just seem like the world you and I are living in today? So of course, I then wanted to go and study because what do we know about this nameless woman? She only appears on the pages of scripture quickly enough to disappear. We don't even know her name. I mean, like, what's your name? Lott's wife. I'm like, honey, that ain't going to cut it in. 2025. We need you to get with the program. So of course, then I start going into Genesis to go,

what is it exactly about this woman that we would need to know? I want you to see in Genesis 1313, it's when Abram and Lot, God had so blessed them, their herds had so multiplied, that they separated and it says Abram settled in the land of Canaan, while Lot settled among the cities of the valley and moved his tent as far as Sodom. Now the men of Sodom were wicked, great sinners against the Lord. So I don't know. Obviously, Abraham and Lott separated and when Sodom set up 10, when Lott set up 10, I don't, is that where he met Mrs. Lott? I don't know. Did he meet Mrs. Lott? When he was in Sodom. Did he check her out?

Did he see? I don't know the circumstance. None of us do. Scripture doesn't tell us. She's a nameless woman because she could be all of us. She's just in there. And the interesting thing is that they separate. And then, of course, the text tells us that there's great in Sodom.

And in Genesis 18, the Lord's like, you know, I'm done. I'm done with it. I'm done with their idolatry. I'm done with their disobedience. And you know, it's so interesting to me because especially whether you're a believer or not in this room, the fact is that when we kind of hear Sodom and Gomorrah, all of us instantly,

only and exclusively more often than not, associate sexual immorality with Sodom and Gomorrah. And of course, that is part of it. And normally the sexual immorality that we love to associate with Sodom and Gomorrah is whatever sexual sin we are not committing today. That's normally the one that we love to do. But let me tell you what the prophet Ezekiel tells us was the sin of Sodom

In Aziquee, chapter 16, verse 49 to 50, it says this, now this was the iniquity of your sister Sodom. She and her daughters had pride, plenty of food and comfortable security, but didn't support the poor and needy. I want you to see what the sin of Sodom was. Now, of course, it goes on to say they were haughty and did detestable acts before me. So I removed them when I saw this. Pride, arrogance, comfort. and neglecting the poor and the needy.

These things matter to God. You wonder, and like you, I have lived on this planet the last 10 years when everyone's lost their mind. I'd like to tell you, Elon shoved me in one of his rockets, took me up to Mars, but that didn't happen. I've been here in the same economic system, the same political system, the same moral system, the same environmental crazy.

I've been on this planet with you. And the fact of the matter is, as everything has been crazy. And I think we've seen both within the church and in the world, the great shaking that has come at every level. And the writer to the Hebrew's forewonders of this, he said, only those things that can be shaken

will be shaken so that those things that cannot be shaken will remain. Some people have been saying, well, Christine, are you really worried about the church? I'm like, why would I be worried about the church? It's only those things that can be shaken that will be shaken. And Jesus said, I am building my church

and the gates of hell cannot, shall not, will not prevail against the church of the living God. So no, not freaking out. It's not like the Lord's fallen off his throne going, oh, what am I going to do? He's sovereign and he's in control. But things have been shaken. So that those things that cannot be shaken,

which are eternal, shall remain. And God's saying, you know what, I'm not in for a church that is pride or prideful or arrogant or just cares about her own comfort and ease and security and neglects the poor and the needy or the lost or the marginalized or the disenfranchised. No, no, that's not church. And so the Lord said, you know, I'm done. And you need to understand. There are certain religious systems and structures that God says, I'm done. That thing's burning to the ground. That's done. So, if, In Genesis 1917, the Lord is going to rescue Lot, his wife, and their two daughters as Sodom and Gomorrah is going to burn to the ground.

So he literally sends in two angels to get them by the hand and lead them out of what was burning down. Why was God going to lead them out? Because he wasn't done with them yet. You see, their purpose was still in the future. God still had a plan for them in the future. God still had provision for them in the future. His presence was there, and what was going to burn down here wouldn't ultimately affect their overall destiny

because God was plucking him out of what was to take them to what was going to be in their future. That's what God was going to do. So he sends two angels in, literally plucks and pulls them out, and then they're given this one instruction in Genesis 1917. This is all we know about this woman. And as they brought them out, one said, escape for your life.

Do not look back or stop anywhere in the valley, escape to the hills, lest you be swept away. Luke 1732. Jesus says, remember Lot's wife? The only woman he tells us to remember. Genesis, 1926, this is the only. thing we know about Lot's wife. But Lot's wife, behind him, looked back and she became a pillar of salt. That act was so significant that it comes up in the New Testament, Jesus gives

real estate to this woman to tell us that you better be mindful to remember lot's wife and the only thing we know is that she looked back. The whole thing was burning down. God was rescuing her to take her to a future, but she was more attached to what she was leaving than where she was going. She was way more connected to what was burning down than the purpose that God had for her in a future. Now I don't know why and you know what I'm not throwing shade on her. Because I'd say most of us would have looked back. Because her whole life was back there. The people that she loved, except for her husband and two daughters. I mean, her extended family, her friends, her memories. I don't know. Maybe she just renovated her kitchen. Who knows? But she's

like looking back. But what happened is when you're connected more to what you're leaving than where God's taking you, you are going to get stuck. And that's what happened to this woman. She lost sight of the fact that God himself was delivering her. She lost sight of the actual miracle in motion. While she's holding an angel, she's got her daughters, she's got her husband. She looks back and in the Hebrew, that phrase looked back. It means she looked back with longing, wanting to go back.

I wonder what you've come to Women Evolve 2025 wanting to go back to. I wonder where you may be longing for something that God is delivering you out of. I wonder whether your attachment to what God's finished with is greater than your commitment to the future that God has for you. Because if that's the case, you will be stuck. She became calcified. It's not lost on me that she became a pillar of salt. You and I, Matthew 5, are called to be the salt of the world.

When you and I become calcified and stuck, we never step into the future that God has for us. So instead of salting the world with the life and the hope and the mercy and the goodness of God, we become calcified in a place and we get stuck in a place that we were only meant to be passing through. And my thing is there is a number of women both here in the overflow room online and you have been stuck in a place that you were never meant to be stuck in. God said you were just going to be passing through that place into the promise that I have for you, into the purpose that I have for you, into the provision that I have for you. But we've gotten stuck and women evolved 2025. Oh, there's going to be thousands of us that are going to get unstuck at this conference.

are going to step into the purpose that has for you. Lott's wife got stuck. I wonder where you might be stuck. The Holy Spirit is very good at unsticking us. Oh, he's going to mess with you here. He's going to mess with you throughout every talk. But I wonder, some of you, it's not just stuck in pain or bitterness or trauma, some of you, you are stuck in your success.

Much more, but you're never going to taste them more because you're content with where you are now. You've put limits on what God can do in your life. In fact, your success has become your idol. And if you would tear that idle down, you would step into the exceeding, abundant, above. That God has for you. Success is seductive. And it is such a limiter of what God can do through you. See, here's how you know that you're operating in the God realm.

You can't do what you're doing without God. You are connected enough, are smart enough. If you can do it in your own strength, you don't even need managing your own gifts and talents and life. But God to show up. And that's when he takes you into realms that you don't know. He's the ability to fulfill our calling in our own strength. God has made sure we need him.

So when people that is explainable, to a dead realm, Remember the sin of Sodom? Comfort. Ease. It is so interesting. Let me just tell you why I think at 59, I'm still crazy for Jesus. Because this was never a lifestyle for me.

It wasn't a career change. I didn't become a Christian, you know, just because it was a step up in it. My family did not talk to me for three years. It was not the cool thing to do in Secular Australia to get saved. certainly not a cool thing to do with the Greek girl that came from my kind of background.

And what was a gift to me is when I got saved, I was mentored by martyrs and missionaries, not celebrities. So what I mean by that is this thing was real. I thought the highest honour was to die for Jesus. I thought that I would just lay down my life and become a martyr.

You see, the fact is Jesus died for me. I didn't die for him. And so the fact is that I gave my life for him. So what that has done is kept the hunger on the inside of me. And as God has increased maybe realms of influence and impact, that was never the goal for me. So it never is like I'm going to stop here. Other people go, isn't that enough? I'm going, what do you mean enough?

While there are still billions of the people on the earth that are going to a Christless eternity, no, it's not enough. The mandate isn't just to reach a few. to reach a few, it's go into all the world and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the neighbor, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. You need you to live small, comfortable. A measure of success that's not God's success.

Now that will really rock the apple cart for people around you. Because sometimes you don't even need the devil when you've got Christians. It's awesome. You really don't. You're just gonna have to be prepared. to make the sister next to you uncomfortable.

And say, I'm not living small so that you feel comfortable. And if we could get a generation of Christians to believe that, oh, women, we might just checkmate the devil and do what God has put us on this earth to do. We just might do that. And so the fact was that if you are looking for a predictable, comfortable, safe, successful life, and he's coming back so that you and I could just have a nice, comfortable, safe, complaisant life.

Gag me with a spoon. He didn't come to make us safe. He came to make us dangerous to the kingdom of amazing to be Pastor Tore. I hear people, oh, Christine, I just wish things will go back to normal. I just wish things will go back to normal. The world is just, you know, and I'll ask them, well, you know, how's life? I can ask of anything about how's church going or, you know, how's your family? And they're like, this is honestly the first response

of so many people. Well, before COVID. I'm like, okay, it's 20, 25. It's like I remember I'm old enough, girls, that I remember a time when BC stood for before Christ. Not before COVID. Checked, Jesus came and split time. Has the world changed?

Yes. My Bible says that Jesus is the same. Yesterday, today. Today, and it's not changed. Nothing's changed. The promise is the same. Is in Jesus, Hebrew 6 says, as an anchor for my, both firm and secure. Let me tell you what the last 10 and especially five years have revealed

with so many people losing their minds. And I'm talking about believers. It is amazing to me. If Jesus is this hope we have as an anchor for our soul, it doesn't matter. If a tsunami comes, we're anchored in Christ. Economic changes, we're anchored in Christ. Political changes, we're anchored in Christ. Environmental changes, we're anchored in Christ.

Moral changes, we're anchored in Christ. If Jesus is this hope we have as an anchor for our soul. And if Jesus is the same yesterday, today, today and forever, and the whole world around us has shifted, Christians ought to be the most stable people on earth. Because my provision didn't come from the world. It comes from Jehovah Jira. My purpose wasn't given to me by the world.

It came from God. He's got a plan for my life. I'm not the world's workmanship. I'm God's workmanship. And I've been recreated in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared where? In eternity, for me to fulfill where? But what this last season has revealed, perhaps, for many of us, is where we had our misplaced hopes.

Because a lot of us have become disappointed with God because that person left our life. We've become disappointed because we thought that we were going to get that promotion and it didn't happen, so we've pulled back. We didn't expect that person to betray us, so we stopped pressing in. We thought that kid would be on track

with their God-given purpose by now, and they're still out there running around. We thought that real would go viral. and we keep posting it every half hour trying. Do you remember when Jesus had been crucified and buried and resurrected and the two disciples, Cleopis and we don't know the name of the other disciples, some theologians and commentators think it might have been his wife. We're going back to Emmaus.

Do you know that if you read your Bible in Luke? It says the road back to Emmaus. Because it's interesting when we get disappointed with God, we tend to go back to what we left. often in life. And so what happened was they were going back to where they came from because they thought

that Jesus was the Messiah, he was going to overthrow the Roman Empire, they thought this was going to be their political breakthrough, their economic breakthrough, they thought Jesus was going to show up a certain way and there is nothing more discombobulating than when Jesus shows up in a way we never expected.

Even worse, wanted. And so what happened was they were going back talking and here's Jesus resurrected God incarnate walking with them but they were so busy looking down and talking about what was burning that they didn't even recognize the very presence of God and in Luke 24 I think it's verse 21 they said we had hoped we had hoped we had hoped he was the one but we had hoped he was the one to redeem Israel I wonder what you've come to women evolve

and you had hoped I'd hoped I'd be married by now I'd hope that kid would be back by now I had hoped that opportunity would have opened by now I had hope and somewhere you pulled back and you haven't been pressing in and some of you have even been going back because you had hoped and you somewhere lost that trust because what happened to Lot's wife,

she's in the middle of a miracle. She's holding the hand of an angel. She's being, she's coming out of what's burning. But she lost sight of the miracle because of fear. And she didn't trust God with her future. She wanted to hold on to the comfort of what she had in a past. because faith is actually predicated on trust and not understanding. Some of you are hanging on to what God's told you to let go of because you kind of understand that.

Even if it's your dysfunctional world, you get and you think better the dysfunction that I know. But you're hanging on because you're kind of like, I get that. I'm hanging on to this measure of success because I understand it. I'm hanging on to this is the way I do life because I understand it. I'm just going to stay in the safety of this level of job because I understand it. I'm going to stay here because I understand it. And I'm trusting God, but I'm controlling everything. Most Christians.

But faith is predicated on trust, not understanding. Trusting in the character and nature of God. Trusting according to Psalm 119 verse 68 that God is. good and that he does good even when other people have done us bad. Trusting that his plans for us are for good and not for evil, their plans to prosper us and not to harm us even when what is happening right now is a little bit crazy. See, we think we have to understand everything before we let go of what was to lay a

hold of what is. But God isn't going to give you the blueprint. He's saying, is my presence enough for you? do you trust my character, do you trust my nature? That's why the proverb says, trust in the Lord with all of your heart and what? Lean not on your own understanding. Most people never live a life of faith because we're trying to understand everything. And so many of you, by the end of Saturday,

are going to truly step out in faith even if you don't understand. But you're going to trust him more. Trust is not something that comes naturally easy to me or many of you in this room. Many of you know my story. I was left in a hospital unnamed and unwanted when I was born. I didn't even find out I was adopted until I was 33. Imagine your parents lying to you for 33 years. 33 years.

I was sexually abused for just around a decade by four different men. My family was great, but my parents let people come into my home. home who they should have been able to trust, but they were very untrustworthy. So some people think, well, you know, Christine, it's okay for you. You just, you must be an aneagram eight for sure. And I'm not, incidentally, but anyway, for sure, because you're just that kind of personality type that trusts. You're just like a faith person with my kind of background.

I'm not just a faith person. I mean, it took me a solid year. year to internalize the scripture 1 John 1 John 1 9. God is light and in him there is no darkness. See so many men that I had met had a really dark side. It took me a long time to really believe that God has no dark side. No dark side. So when is I inviting me to let go of what was to lay a hold of what is, I could trust him.

that even when people betrayed me, God never would. Even when people hurt me, God never would. Even when people would forsake me, God never would. Even when people would abandon me, God never would. Why can I go to the bank on that? Because God is light and in him there is no darkness. He has no dark side. And if you can leave this conference and trust,

are your faith walk, that'll be okay. Trust that he will look after you. He will never leave you. He will never forsake you. And the message of this last decade is that we haven't remembered Lot's wife because somewhere in the middle of her miracle because if you stop and look long enough,

you're alive, you're here. I'm alive, I'm here. Those abusers didn't win. My past didn't take me out. God is the one that had the victory. And wouldn't it be just like God? 20 years ago, I'm standing at an airport in Thessaloniki, Greece. I was comfortable. We already had a global ministry. We were doing, and we still do to this

day, 300 hotel nights a year. Do you know how much travel that is? And we were already planting churches and doing mission and evangelism. I had just popped out my second kid. I was 40 years old. Listen, I was not asking the Lord for a new ministry. I was like wanting a purple heart. And I'm like, Lord, here I am. Send them. And so that was it. And I'm standing. And I'm standing. the carousel in Thessaloniki Airport. And I see these, because I'm Greek, I could read the signs. I see these posters missing, missing, missing. Women and children.

And I lent in to see one of the pictures of the little girl. Her name was Sophia. And I had just birthed my Sophia. And at that moment, I would say that's when the seed of what is now 821 was birthed. my heart. I went from looking at someone else's missing child to seeing my own daughter. When you look, you can look away, but when you see, you can never unsee. It changes everything. And at that moment, out of that came by God's grace, what is now 821 with operations in 22 countries around the world, thousands of men, women and children have been rescued.

Hundreds of traffickers in jail and hundreds of millions of people have been made aware through our prevention and awareness strategies. I mean, it's a miracle. It's the largest anti-trafficking organization in the world. It's a miracle. But it came because I stood at a carousel and I decided that I wasn't going to keep looking back at what had hindered me in my past. but I was going to allow my past to give somebody else a future,

that I was going to lean into the invitation of God to see what was ahead, because let me tell you, here is the problem with Lot's wife, and this is what I've come to women evolved to tell you. This story is deeply problematic on so many levels. Genesis 19 is one of the most gruesome chapters in the Bible on so many levels. But what happened with Lott's wife

is she got paralyzed, calcified and stuck. But her daughters and a husband kept going. So Lott's wife never stepped into the future that she should have been in which would have protected her daughters from themselves. Because when women get stuck, generations get impact.

When women get stuck, it's not just about us, it's about legacy, it's about seed, it's about what's to come after us. She was so busy looking at the past that she lost sight of her daughters and the future and you know the story. Lott's wife's daughters, their daughters, actually got stuck in the same place as their mother because their mother stopped trusting God with her future when they got into the to the cave with their dad. They thought they were the last living people and thought, how are we going to keep our lineage going? And instead of trusting God, they took it into their

own hands. And out of that, what happened? Moab was born, Ben Ami was born, which came the Moabites and the Ammonites. And let me just read you two scriptures about the Moabites and the Ammonites. In Deuteronomy 23, verse 3,4, it says, no Ammonite or Moabite may enter the Lord. Lord's Assembly. They became enemies of God throughout history. No Ammonite or Malbite may enter the Lord's Assembly. None of their descendants, even to the 10th generation, may ever enter the Lord's assembly. This is because they did not meet you with food and water on the journey after they came out of Egypt and because Balim, so abhor from Pithor in Aram Naring was hired to curse you. I want you to see Zephaniah chapter 2 verses 8 to 10. I have already heard, I have heard the taunting of

Moab and the insults of the Ammonites. I told you they became enemies because their mother wasn't where she should have been in the future that she should have been in protecting the next generation. This is what happened. And the insults of the Ammonites who have taunted my people and threatened their territory. Therefore as I live, this is the declaration of the Lord of armies, the God of Israel. Moab will be like Sodom and the Ammonites like Gomorah. A place overgrown with weeds, a salt pit and a perpetual wasteland. The remnant of my people will plunder them. The remainder of my nation will dispossess them.

This is what they get for their pride because they have taunted and acted arrogantly against the people of the Lord of armies. So here is my deal. The fact is, why do we have to get unstuck at Women Evolved 2025? Because generations are at stake. The enemy has come after this generation,

especially in their phones, in their hands, has come after this generation, unlike anything I have ever seen in my lifetime. And it's going to take the women of God to rise up to say, I'm not going to get calcified. I'm not getting stuck in my past trauma. I'm not getting stuck in bitterness. I'm not getting stuck in unforgiveness.

I'm not getting stuck in offences. I'm not getting stuck in shame. I'm not getting stuck in guilt. I'm not getting stuck in failure. I'm not getting stuck in condemnation because there are generations. Nations are at state, there are nations are at state. We have got to get unstuck for the sake of our daughters.

We have got to be in the future that we are because if we don't, we are just gonna pass on our calcification to our children. And that's what Lot's wife did. Jesus said, remember her. Her daughters repeated the pattern, same pattern, different way. You know, I'll finish with this. My husband, I told you, he's number 14 of 15. Good British stock. I'm Greek. He's English, Irish, so you could imagine. But the time I got married, I was nearly 30 for a Greek mother.

That's a nightmare. And so when I brought him home, my mum was desperate to get me married. So she was doing everything. And we would leave at dinner. And Nick would go, oh my gosh, were you guys having a full-on fight? I'm like, that was like our best behavior. What do you mean? That was like, we are so different. But when I was in England preaching, I was near a place called Stratford upon Aven. And for those of you that are English majors in the room, my degree is in English and economic history,

so basically I can read golden books and count to 10. And so I, but I'm a William Shakespeare major. I love literature. So because I was near Stratford upon Aven, I thought, that's where William Shakespeare is from. where he wrote all of his plays and poetry and his house was still there. So I thought, I'm gonna go and visit Willie.

So I went to Willie's house, but he wasn't there because he was dead. And so I went, but across the road from William Shakespeare's house, there was like an ancestry, you know, think British ancestry sort of shop where you went in and they had all these computers and you could put in your name

and it would tell you your life, your lineage, you know, and I thought, I thought, you know, maybe Nick's been keeping a secret from me. Like maybe he's from British royalty, you know, maybe Downton Abbey, he's got his own kind of like house. You know, maybe he's a knight or a baron or, you know, maybe, I mean, I thought at this time I might get an invitation to the royal wedding or christening. I think this is awesome. So I'm expecting a lineage of royalty. And on, when I put in the name, so I put in the name and his father's name, the lineage of the canes, okay, I'm expecting like knight, baron, no, no, this is what comes out.

Literally, this is what comes out. Pirates, murderers, criminals, convicts, rapists. I'm not joking. I was holding it, and I started laughing because I thought, man, that's good bloodline there. I've married good stock. And as I was literally walking down the streets of Stratford upon Aden, and I'm holding this piece of paper that, you know, now I know how we got to Australia. It was on the convict ship.

So we got there. This is my thing. I'm looking at it. And then I was thinking about mine. And I thought, my gosh, there's Knicks, you know, criminals and murderers and thieves. And on my side, there's incest and adultery and divorce and addiction. And as I'm walking down the street, I was thinking to myself, there's nothing I can do to change that. Nothing that is what it is.

I can't change any of that past it. Then I started smiling because I thought, imagine when my daughters, Catherine and Sophia, when they go, if they walk to a computer and they start putting in and looking for the lineage, it's going to be interesting. Because this part of the history is never ever going to change. There's going to be on this side, pirates and convicts and criminals and thieves and this side, incest and adultery and abuse and add a addiction. And then all of a sudden, they're going to go, hang on a minute.

96, Nicholas Joseph Kane marries, Holy Ghost terrorist Christine Kane. All of a sudden, change any of the past. Will decision we drew? Addiction stop with us. To heaven wherever you are all across. you. I believe the Holy Spirit of God right where you're standing is going to show you where you're stuck. Some of you are stuck in unforgiveness, some in offense, some in betrayal, some in bitterness, some in your own shame and guilt. Some are stuck in comfort and ease and success.

But the Lord's got so much more for you and I believe over the course of the next two and a half days, you're going to see that. But I want you to tell him that you're going to stop looking back. I can't stop looking back for you. You have to. But I'm believing that we're all going to remember Lot's wife. Father, my prayer for every woman in this room, in the overflow room online, every woman, me included, Lord, would have the courage and the strength to say yes, that Lord, we will trust you even when we can't trace you, that we will trust you even when we can't understand you, and that we will leave women evolve 2025, unstuck from where we are, and running and embracing the future that you have for us in Jesus' name.
