We're outside together finally after months of being apart. We're sitting in a lovely park in Belmont, Massachusetts and we've got a new person with us, our HBR colleague Emily Caulfield who's our new co-host. Yay! Yay! Thank you so much. I'm so excited to be here. I work as a designer in the art department here at HBR. And I'm thrilled to be sitting beside the two of you for this show.

Yeah, we've got a lot we want to talk about this season. We want to continue our conversation from last season about how the pandemic is affecting women and their work lives. We also want to dig into some issues that women face all the time, such as asking for help, how to deal with shyness at work. Emily, what are you excited
Starting point is 00:01:26 to talk about this season? I'm really looking forward to hearing from other women who, like me, are also in the beginning stages of their career. But I'm also really excited to hear from women with a bit more experience and kind of take a little mentorship from that myself. And that's what we do. And that's what we're going to continue doing.
