Here.
Here's your M&Ms.
Where'd these come from?
They were just there.
Oh gosh.
Someone's lunch.
Love it.
So should we talk about what we're doing this season?
Yes.
We are covering a lot of really great topics this season. Sponsorship, conflict, which is my favorite topic, of course, money and salaries.
That conversation, the literal like I'm going to share my pay is not a bad conversation or a good
conversation. In context, it can be both. I'm excited to talk about why money is so
hard to talk about, especially with co-workers. Oh, it's so fraught. It's so fraught. Yeah.
Well, I've got a few I'm really excited about. I'm excited about female friendship,
always an interesting topic. Totally excited about self-care. I'm really excited about the self-care episode.
We're going to talk about how we can take better care of ourselves and also, like, who can take better care of themselves.
We also talked to a lot of listeners and women who've reached out to us to hear their stories about some of the issues that we'll be talking about on the show. We're talking to a couple of women for our sponsorship episode about their relationship,
their sponsor-protege relationship.
So I knew that if I didn't help her out, it would be much harder for her.
But she came forward to ask the right questions.
Yeah, and I just talked to a woman last week who's working part-time as a consultant.
One thing that's tricky is, like, finding role models where you see yourself in 10 years or in 20 years, in 30 years.
And I've had a hard time finding those people.
All of this gets started on October 14th, which is a Monday.
That's when we drop our first episode.
We have 10 episodes in all.
Yay, we're coming back.
Yay!
Yay!
