The United States seized two more oil tankers with Venezuelan ties on the high seas this morning
for allegedly violating U.S. oil sanctions.

The Bella One tanker.
This was a Venezuelan shadow fleet vessel that has transported sanctioned oil.
There was another vessel this morning, the Sophia.
This is a stateless, sanctioned, dark fleet motor tanker operating an international.
waters and conducting illicit activities in the Caribbean Sea.
The seizures came days after U.S. forces captured Venezuelan dictator Nicholas Murdo
and brought him back to the United States to face drug trafficking charges.
The Trump administration says it has a new message aimed at making America healthy again,
eat more real food, cut back on sugar, and skip most snacks that come in a package.
That's part of new nutrition advice issued by the government this week.

This is something that is the result of bad advice from the government and a medical establishment
that for decades peddled research from a flawed 1960s model.
The updated guidelines encourage Americans to eat more vegetables, whole grains, dairy, and protein.
They also warn against foods that come in bags or boxes and are high in sugar or refined carbohydrates,
like chips, cookies, and candy.

The new guidelines recognize that whole nutrient dense food is the most effective path to better health and lower health care costs.
The guidance keeps limits on saturated fat but says it's better to get fats from whole foods such as meat, eggs, and dairy instead of processed oils.
It also says added sugar should be avoided whenever possible with much lower limits per meal.
conservative commentator Michael Reagan, the eldest son of the late president Ronald Reagan, has died at the age of 80.
World's Kristen Flavin has more.
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation announced his death, calling him a steadfast guardian of his father's legacy.
His cause of death was not immediately announced.
Born in 1945, Michael was adopted just hours after his birth by Ronald Reagan and his then-wife actor Jane Wyman.
Reagan was widely known as the longtime host of his syndicated radio program, The Michael Reagan Show.
He also penned several books, including Lessons My Father taught me, published in 2016,
where he detailed lessons learned growing up the son of Ronald Reagan.
He was also actively involved with numerous charitable causes,
including research aimed at treating Alzheimer's, the disease from which his father suffered in his final years.
