Meanwhile, Vice President J.D. Vance is expected to meet with the Omani Foreign Minister today
in what officials say is a last-ditch effort to stave off war with the Islamic Republic.
House lawmakers questioned former President Bill Clinton today about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
The former president said he didn't know about or participate in Epstein sex crimes.
But House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer told reporters before Clinton's testimony that lawmakers had tough questions.
Jeffrey Epstein was in the White House 17 times while Bill Clinton was president.
We know that Bill Clinton flew on Jeffrey Epstein's plane at least 27 times.
Meanwhile, committee ranking member and Democrat Robert Garcia says he supports the decision
to have Clinton testify and says he wants President Trump to do the same.
On Wall Street today, cheers at the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange,
even as stocks plummeted after a new report shows growing inflation.
The producer price index showed high inflation in wholesale prices.
That's the price of goods and services at the manufacturer level before they hit the consumer.
Economists blame the uptick on wholesalers trying to increase profit margins and pass on tariff costs to consumers.
Pakistan has reportedly carried out air strikes in Kabul and two other Afghan provinces.

The strikes came hours after Afghanistan launched a cross-border attack on Pakistan in the latest escalation of violence between the neighboring countries.
The clashes are making a ceasefire deal.
