In Ukraine.
President Volonimir Zelensky says he expects the U.S. to respond
after he says Russian leader Vladimir Putin
disregarded a promise he recently made to President Trump.
On Monday, Trump told reporters that he had asked Putin
to pause Russia's attacks on the Ukrainian energy grid amid the current cold snap.
And I asked him if you wouldn't shoot for a period of one week,
no missiles going into Kiev or any other towns,
and he's agreed to do it. So it's something.
But Zelensky says not even four days into that week,
Russian forces are still pounding Ukraine.
All of this comes ahead of another round of trilateral peace talks
between U.S., Russian, and Ukrainian officials
in the United Arab Emirates over the next couple of days.
Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
have agreed to testify before the House Oversight Committee later this month
in its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.
World's Benjamin Iker has more.
Hillary Clinton is set to appear on February 26, and Bill Clinton will testify the next day.
The agreement comes after House Republicans threatened a contempt of Congress vote.
Committee Chairman James Comer says the testimony is aimed at understanding how Epstein gained access to powerful figures.
The closed-door sessions will be recorded and transcribed.
Neither Clinton has been accused of wrongdoing, and both say they had no knowledge of Epstein's crimes at the time.

Elon Musk is merging his space and artificial intelligence ventures
as he pushes toward a possible public stock offering later this year.
His rocket company, SpaceX, is buying XAI, folding together projects like the GROC chatbot,
Starlink, and the social media platform X, formerly Twitter.
Musk says the combined company could speed up work on space-based data centers
using constant sunlight to power massive AI systems.
Other tech firms, including Google, are also exploring similar concepts,
while rivals like OpenAI, makers of ChatGPT,
continue to expand large data centers on the ground.
The move underscores the growing race to control the next generation of AI computing.
Gospel music artist and worship leader Ron Canoli has died at the age of 81.
His longtime music director confirmed Canoli's passing Tuesday.
He was best known for popular worship songs,
like Ancient of Days.
Blessing and honor, glory and power.
And Jesus is alive.
Tributes of Port In from fellow worship leaders and listeners
who say his faithfulness inspired generations,
no cause of death has been released.
