Starting point is 00:00:01 With World Radio News, I'm Mary Muncie. The White House says the onslaught against Iran's military continues. Press Secretary Caroline Levitt. We've now actually struck more than 7,800 targets. More than 120 Iranian naval ships are at the bottom of the ocean, have been sunk. She also echoed President Trump's remarks and saying that the entire world benefits from the elimination of Iran's ballistic missile and nuclear threat. and therefore other countries should step up to help safeguard the Strait of Hormuz. The president on Tuesday called out NATO allies in particular for refusing to help guard oil tankers against Iranian attacks.
Starting point is 00:00:45 In Israel, crews picked through the rubble after two elderly Israelis were killed when an Iranian missile hit an apartment in the city of Ramat Gan. This neighbor says the victims likely didn't have time to make it to a shelter. So that's very unfortunate, but that is one of the evidences of this harsh reality that we have here. Actually dealing with it every day and every night. Sleeping is a privilege these days. But Israel is also on the offensive. Israeli defense minister, Israel Katz, says the Iranian intelligence minister, was killed in an Israeli airstrike last night.

The Save America Act would require voters to prove citizenship before registering to vote and to show photo ID before casting a ballot. President Trump wants to add a ban on most mail-in ballots, along with bans on men competing in women's sports and transgenreferral. gender surgeries for minors. Starting point is 00:02:10 Washington. In Afghanistan, bulldozers dug pits in a Kabul cemetery Wednesday for a mass funeral, as Pakistan announced a pause in its strikes against Afghanistan. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey requested the halt to recognize the Muslim holiday of Ed al-Fa-Fitur. The halt will last through Monday.
