My name is Emma Weirman, and I like to keep fit, though I am not a certified medical professional. Please be sure to confer with your doctor before implementing dietary or fitness regimen changes. Today, we are going to talk about the benefits of running for older adults, who sometimes avoided due to common misconceptions, like running causes arthritis or other joint diseases. But this is not true. In proper moderation, running stimulates joint growth and repair, bone growth prevents against osteoporosis and helps maintain muscles that decline as you age.
