Today's topic is sitting.
Sitting for long periods can seriously harm your health.
A study following 8,000 adults recently published in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine
found that people who sit for over eight hours a day have a higher risk of heart disease and disease.
diabetes, similar to that caused by obesity and smoking. So, if you're glued to a desk all day,
make it a habit to walk around every 30 minutes. You could be saving your life. That was today's
