Jackson drives. Nothing there. Picks it back out to Albert. Albert trying to make something happen. Proving the defense here. Gets inside with the left, no good rebound, Router. Great individual defense there by four Charles Widdoms. Absolutely. Ruter here, testing the defense. Woodham's now has it in the corner. Back up to McCollum. Back to Ruter. with the ball. Back out to Mikey McCollum, drives the baseline. He's back in his defender down now.

Gets him on the pump fake, and the shot is no good but a great rebound. Unbelievable feat of athletics is in there by Caleb Glazer, but couldn't get it to go. Hillsdale still has the ball. McCollum for three, and it's good. First three-pointer of the game goes to the Chargers. Mikey McCollum number 21, the freshman. He's been on a hot streak as of late. He sure has.

Is Pruitt brings the ball up for the Timberwolves Getting it back to Dunn again That seems to be the mismatch they want to want to exploit there. It's Colin Albert with the ball. Woodham's on defense, takes a three. No good. Well contested shot.

Northwood saves it, but saves it to the Chargers. That's why you don't save at that end of the court. McCollum's open, passes it up. Loses the ball as he drives to the lane, but it'll stay with the Chargers. You say it was off of Northwood. As number 22, Sam Vassu is checking back into the game for Hillsdale. Woodhams will sit.

Cole McQuinnney to inbound for Hillsdale. Trying to get McCollum. They really want McCollum. Fees it to Router inside. Strong finish from Joe Router. Great feed inside. He's so good at absorbing contact down low and getting a shot that he wants. Absolutely.

Caleb Glazer just kind of took his eye off his guy real quick right there. Back door cut. Caught the Chargers napping on defense as Cole McQuinnie now is bringing the ball up. See Gabe, he's trying to fade away from the there rather than go into it because he's so used to trying to get his shot but he's just going away from the contact i would agree northwood swinging it around the perimeter done is out of the game he's their post presence jackson with a strong drive makes the basket and the foul chance for a three-point play it's impressive how these timber wolves are kind of beating their guys one-on-one and usually the chargers have someone down low to help but not that time this is and one for number five jordan jackson I think coach heard you because Eric Radissovich just checked in, the big man for the Hillsdale Chargers.

It's been a very competitive back-and-forth game so far. Not what we saw last time. Pretty exciting. Absolutely. Northwood, bringing the A-game.

Pruitt has the ball on the perimeter. Gives it to Albert. Now to number 20, Quentin Steele. Number 12, Jalen Hodges gets inside, short jumper, rims out. Rebound Woodhams. Hillsdale's pushing it. Woodhams gets it to Radicevich in the short corner. Back and inside, ball is stolen by Northwood. Is they're looking to push now?

Absolutely through it in the corner. Gets it to number 20 steel. Out to Albert. Albert gets rooted to jump. tries to get it inside and stolen by Janowski. Janowski looking up, he's got Radissovich, but he doesn't have control of the ball. Wudem's gets it.

Radisovich inside and won, Redisovich. Absolutely great finish rare. Hillsdale had guys open, just didn't have control the ball. Finally, they get control, and Radisovic finishes with a chance for a three-point play. Great transition offense there by Hillsdale. Everyone just took off running. We didn't have much control of the ball,

but everyone was getting in their lanes. Absolutely. Woodham's finds Radisovic down. low and one. Eric with one free throw here. And it's good. 16-11 Hillsdale. Such a big guy that looked like a pure stroke at the charity strike.

That was nice. Pruitt brings it up for the Timberwolves. Now in the hands of Albert, their leading score. Albert wants the screen. Now he waves it off. A suit, tight defense. It's hard to get around. Finds a crease and finishes at the rim.

That was a nice move. on some good defense really i was about to say that's too much hero ball there from him but he got it to work he made it work he's guy charles woodham's with the ball for hillsdale now he drives a lot of contact dishes it to radisovich oh can't get the bounce rebound northwood i thought we were going to get hit with an offensive foul there it looked like he extended his forearm a little bit i thought wood him's got away with a little bit of a push northwood uh oh passed up the three-pointer and he's called for a travel that's number four anthony Sanders.

Very competitive, maybe more competitive than we expected from Northwood, but they got a talented team. Altie now in the game for the Chargers. Down to Radicevich. Backing him down, a low post. Beautiful move from the big man. That's beautiful early man. Big man basketball right there.

That was old. Took him on the post. got straight to work, used his 240 frame. Got a nice little look for himself inside. Old school basketball right there. Beautiful defense. Great hustle there from Woodhams. Woodham, yeah, gets the steel,

and now Vasu is pushing it for the chargers. He's going all the way. Oh, blocked. Big time block from steel. It'll be charger ball. With some force there from steel. I thought the Sue had a layout. It was such a good move there from Vasu, too.

He had a nice, an out dribble, got down low, but the big man's steal. How big is six, seven? The Chargers will inbound back to Vassu. He's trying again. This time kicks it to bolting in the corner. No good long, but Radisovich is right there for the offensive

rebound in the putback. Two more points for number 35, Eric Radisovic. Radisovich only averages four on the season. Already has at least five. Absolutely. Not even halfway through the first half. Jackson with the ball. He drives.

and mid-range shot. No good. Bolting the rebound. Now Janowski has it. Brings it into the front court for the chargers. The Sioux now near the top of the key. Back to Janowski, drives the baseline, tries to get him to jump, and finishes.

Great finish from the point guard, Ashton Janowski. Typically, when smaller guys are down there, they're scared, try to fade away from a contact, but he went straight up, and we have another timeout here. Northwood wants a timeout. Hillsdale up 22 to 13 with 10 minutes left.

I'm Lauren Smith, and today we're going to talk about one of my favorite grammatical mistakes, dangling modifiers. Consider the sentence, exhausted after school, even coffee couldn't keep me awake. You probably know exactly what I mean, so at least it's clear. but it's also pretty grammatically wonky. That long modifier at the beginning of the sentence, exhausted after school, is clearly supposed to be modifying I,

but it actually modifies the subject, coffee, which if you think about it doesn't make any sense. Can coffee even get tired? Welcome back. it's going to be a turnover Northwood ball as Router and McQuinney check in for the Chargers I thought that was a great time out there last time from Northwood where Hillsdale was going on a quick little run who's 22 to 12 at one point I believe

now it's 2216 started to get away from them but here they are 2216 Alba with the ball double screen Anthony Sanders has it kicks it inside the Dunn the big man CJ Yaron and blocked by Yerian great defensive play from C.J. Aaron and

Hillsdale has the ball. McQuinnney brings it up. We've seen some great individual defense by these chargers. Absolutely. They want to go inside, but the big men have held their own so far. Yaring with the ball on offense, kicks it to Woodham's. Woodham's a little bit of a push. He drives baseline, loses the ball.

It'll stay with Hillsdale. I like Hillsdale's offense, though, just the way it looks so much better than Northwood. Northwoods is a lot of hero ball, a lot of dribble drive. A lot of isolation one-on-one. Hillsdale much more passing. The amount of off ball moving from Hillsdale, it's really impressive. Well-coached team. McQuinney has it at the top of the key, kicks it to Woodham's who takes a three, and it's good.

Charles, Woodham's for three. He's only 31% on the season from beyond the arc, but that looked really good. Pure shot there. Albert has the ball for the Timberwolves. Jackson drives, and they're going to call a foul on Cole McQuinnney. blocking foul on Cole McQuinnney that'll be his first and only the second foul of the game

for Hill... Check that. Third foul of the game for Hillsdale. Not a bad foul by him. He was going to be beat baseline, but... Look like he was beat. 2516 Hillsdale with eight minutes left in the first half. Northwood inbounding. And a man wide open under the basket. Inbounder didn't see him and he was late.

It was too late. Still got it to him but it's just a little late. Jalen with the step back no good McQuinnie the rebound he can't believe it did you see him he is covering his face he thought that one was down it was in and out Ruder has it at the top of the key another one Woodham's another three from the exact same spot that was deja vu you got a guard him from back there nice shot from Woodhams 28 16 Chargers boltie has it for the timber rolls Back to Hodges. Albert now with the ball, and he double pumps, then takes the three, and it's no good. Rebound McQuinney. Hillsdale pushing it a little bit here.

Joe Router has the ball. Risky pass still gets to his man. Yeah, McCollum has it back to Woodhams. McQuinnie fakes the three. McCollum open under the basket. Oh, he's not able to finish. Look like there may have been a foul, but the left it go. Northwood is running.

Tough screen by Dunn. Great defense. I was about to say if he made that game, nothing you can do as a defender there. Deep shot from Jackson was no good. Hillsdale back out to Router for three. He's wide open. Oh, no good.

He just can't seem to get it going yet so far. Thankfully, it doesn't really matter for the chargers as we're up 28-16 with six minutes left in the first half here. A little bit of a slow start for Router. I wouldn't be surprised if he got going soon. Jackson has it on the wing. Back to Hodges. Hodges mishandled the pass, but he's got it.

Done with the screen. Hodges trying to get open. McCollum is all over him. There's nothing there. Albert drives baseline. It was a tough finish in traffic. It's two points for the leading scorer Albert. McQuinnney brings it up for the charges. A lot of defensive pressure from Pruitt.

Yerian has it at the top of the key. McCollum, open. Doesn't take the three. Kicks it to Rooter. McQuinnney also open. Shot fake drive. Back to Garion. Back to Woodhams.

Can it be three in a row? It is. He's unbelievable. Charles, Woodham's with three straight three-pointers. Hillsdale is up 31 to 18 and Woodham's is on fire. Straight flame thrower right now. Keep feeding him the rock. I'd say feed number four.

He's got it going. Dunn has the ball for the Timberwolves. Pass to Pruitt. Trying to go baseline. McQuinnney cuts him off. Three point from the big man. No good. Yerian O'Ruder passes it up to McCollum.

McCollum takes it inside. Oh, blocked and a foul. That was only done second three-point attempt on the season from the big man. Interesting. Yeah, that's probably why they didn't run out to cover him. As Mikey McCollum is fouled and will be shooting for the Chargers. We have another break here. We got another break in the action.

Gabe, something to be interesting to monitor as we keep going. Hillsdale's bench points is 10 to 2 in favor of the Chargers. The last time these two teams played, if you would believe it, Northwood only had six bench points the entire game. Our starters carried them to 51 points, and it just wasn't enough in the last.

Really surprising considering how many players they use on their roster. Absolutely right. As McCollum. As we said earlier, 16 different players have started for this Northwood team this year. That is right. McCollum makes the first free throw and the second. Hillsdale now up 33 to 18. Hodges with the ball gives it back to the point guard, Pruitt.

Pruitt brings it in. Kick to Sanders back to Hodges. Sanders wasn't ready for, but he's got it. Big man done with the ball. Hand off to Sanders. Sanders takes the three, and it's good. The second three-pointer for the Timberwolves. As Ashton Janowski will bring it up for the Chargers.

McCollum with the ball now. Gets it to Vasu. A little bit of pressure here, zone defense. Janowski. They find a Rooter in the corner. And the three-pointer is good. He needed that for his confidence, man. He absolutely needed that shot.

And it looked good as soon as it left his hand. Colin Albert here, trying to drive on Vesu. Now he's posting him up. Oh, tough defense. And they're going to call a foul. on Sam Vasu on the floor. It would be his second foul, I believe, as Northwood will imbound it from underneath the basket.

Four fouls for the Chargers, three for the Timberwolves. Trying to get Albert open off of a multitude of screens, eventually just throw it out to him, and they'll set up the offense from there. Vassou on defense. Now to Hodges, now to Sanders. Throwing the ball around the perimeter, back to Hodges. now to Dunn hands it off to Hodges

drives baseline and then dishes to Sanders inside and another foul on Hillsdale this time Joe Ruter foul number four Sanders as he was shooting it'll be two shots for the Timberwolves That was a much better offensive possession from the Timberwolves though

Absolutely much more ball movement Less isolation much more movement Without the ball A lot of passing around the perimeter Getting the big man involved too letting him set everything up in the center of the court. Early in this game, they seemed they wanted to get the ball to done, but Hillsdale is handling well.

As Sanders makes the first free throw, make it 3622, Hillsdale over Northwood. Woodhams, the hot hand checks back into the game. He's hit three, three-pointers in a row. Sanders taking the second free throw shot, and it's no good. Rebound Glazer. Janowski brings the ball up for the Chargers.

More of this half-court press. They're trying to get a trap in the corner as soon as he passes and they get a steal. Albert steals and he's driving quick. Oh, he's fouled at the basket. Looked like a block shot, but they're going to call a foul on the Chargers. Chargers is getting a little foul trouble now. Great trap, though, there right after half court, right in the corner there. They got exactly what they wanted to.

They waited for the Chargers to get the ball across half court. then you trap him in that corner because, well, there's nowhere else for him to go. Can't go backwards being over and back. Albert will take his first free throw and it's good. Albert, second free throw, also good. 3624 is the score. Hillsdale and the lead. The Timberwolves keep this press up.

Hillsdale has not handled it well yet. They get the ball across the court. Sam Vasu drives baseline, dishes it inside to Glazer. and that's what happens with the press. Very unselfish basketball there too. Could have had an open shot in the corner, decided to drive. Passed up to his teammate. A good shot for a great shot.

Hillsdale gets the layup. It's Glazer's first basket of the night. Dunn has it, handoff to Boltie for the Timberwolves. He's trying to drive the lane. A little turnaround move. It's in and out. Rebound Glazer. He's looking up.

Woodham's is open. Janowski has it. Boltey drives. Kicks it back out to Woodham's, thought about it, passed up. So trying to get the ball to Vesu, and they do. Back to Janowski. Hillsdale taking their time here, patient on offense. Ball back to Sam Vesu.

Glazer catches it. Kicks to Janowski. Janowski taking a corner three. It's short, rebound, Northwood. Didn't love that possession there from Hillsdale. Looks like they never quite got in sync. Never quite got in sync. Never really attacked the rim, had to force something up low on the shot clock.

Sanders takes an out of rhythm free and it's good. It's his second three-pointer made. Absolutely. 3827 Hillsdale. The Timberwolves keeping up this pressure after made shots. Woodham's wide open in the corner for three. And he's good again. Charles Woodham's with his fourth three-pointer of the first half.

About a three second difference between the shot and the game clock. They can almost blude it out here. They should get the last shot.

Should just about get the last shot. Albert holding it. Woodham's on defense. These two both having big nights. Screen Radisovich picks him up. Kicks it to Sanders. Steel gets it to the basket, almost loses it. There's a rival.

Highly contested shot in there. calling the travel. Oh, shot clock violation. Oh, never mind. Shock clock violation. There's 2.6 seconds left. Hillsdale will get a shot here. Hillsdale will get a chance to do something here.

They're up by 13. Ruder will inbound. Janowski, McCollum, Woodham, Wudams, and Radicevich on the floor. Trying to set something up, gives it to Janowski. dribbles up one second, throws up a lot. Long three just bounces off the room. Not a bad look, though, for only two and a half seconds left. So at the half, you have Hillsdale 45, Northwood 32.

Hillsdale leads Northwood, 45 to 32 at the half for about a minute and a half away from the second half. Jack, what's the story of the game so far? The main story has been Charles Woodham's.

Six for six from the field, four for four from downtown, 16 points. And then we also have Radistovich with seven. We have Router with seven. And then for Northwood, the Timberwolves, their second leading score. Hodges still is scoreless. Oh, for three from the field. Albert, unfortunately for them, is picking up the slack with 14 points already in the first half.

He hasn't taken a break yet, Gabe. That's going to be tough to keep up, but Albert, the slippery point guard. He is slippery. Slippery guard. He plays, maybe not a true point guard, a little bit of a swing guard, but he's doing it all right now. He's been a slasher, man. He's been able to get past our guys on one-on-one opportunities, get to the rim. A guy like that is so scary when you've got to cover him out deep.

He hits a few threes, and then you're closing out of the threes, and then you're closing out of the shot and he'll drive blow right by him. And he's had some beautiful finishes at the rim. Luckily for the charges, we've slowed him down enough that we still have a 13 point lead in this game. No one else has really showed up for them other than Sanders, three for three from the field.

But they're going to need more production out of their other players because right now no one out, the shot making has just been bad from everyone else. And Sanders, I mean, he doesn't even typically do this. He's two for two from downtown. He's a bad shooter for his career. So they've gotten lucky on that aspect as we're about to jump back into the game

He throws it underneath to Ruter, gets it to Dinooski, takes a shot from the short corner and it's good. Janowski, such a good shooter in the mid-range.

That's just a warm-up shot for him. Just a shot in warm-ups and shoot around. No one was by him. He looks so comfortable in that mid-range. A lot of guys don't take those shots anymore, but Janowski's where he's most comfortable, seemingly. Let me tell you, if I took that shot, it would not as been as pure as that, Gabriel. Today we talk about the first night game played in the MLB. In 1935, the Cincinnati Reds were a struggling team. They could hardly draw a crowd, averaging about 2,000 fans per game. The idea was presented to bring lights to Cincinnati's Crawley Field in attempt to bring more fans to the game.

They thought that bringing in these lights would help the games to be played in the evening or at night so that people could come when they were off work. On May 24, 1935, a crowd of 20,422 fans gathered to watch the game between the Reds and the Phillies. From Washington, D.C., Franklin D. Roosevelt flipped the ceremonial switch, and lights turned on in Cincinnati, and the game was played. The Reds beat the Phillies two to one that night, and later in 1935, seven more night games were held in Cincinnati. Night games were later expanded to other teams and other cities. He made it? That's what I'm saying. I wouldn't have done it. I wouldn't have done it better. I've seen you play basketball, though. I believe in your talents. Well, I appreciate you being nice to me on air. Sanders makes the first free throw for Northwood, shooting a second here.

He's now in double digits, 10 points, 11. He makes the second. Northwood now with 50 points. It's a 15-point game. McQuinnney takes it up for the Chargers. Northwood, staying in the zone defense. The Sioux has it. Cross court pass to Router and quickly moved back around to Vassu.

Tight pass to Router. McCollum is an open look, doesn't take it. McQuinn he drives baseline. Nice cross court pass to Vassu. Vesu gets into the lane. Pass to Radisovich and Radisovic finishes without even seeing the shot. He never looked up. That's exactly how you beat the zone though.

All the passing from Hillsdale. Absolutely. Great passing, got him out of position. Very little driveling from the charges. just kept swinging it around. The Timberwolves out of position. Great ball movement. Sanders has it in the corner, takes a pull-up jump shot in and out.

McCollum with the rebound. McQuinnie has it. Kicks it up to Vesu. Radicevich open for a second. Not anymore. The Sioux takes it inside. Jump off to Roodoo. Out to Radicevich in the short corner.

He's back and down. Loses the ball, gets it to McCollum. Can't finish the layup. Jackson with the rebound for the Timberwolves. He's off and running. Drives past Router and they're going to call a foul. Blocking foul on Joe Ruter. How many fouls is that now on Router?

You're a second and I'll tell you, partner. Didn't mean to put you on the spot there. That's at least three. Might not be updated enough, but either three or four. I think it's three or four fouls on Router. A little bit of a tough game from him. Ten points. Three of eight shooting.

Two of five from downtown. Seven boards, though. Leads the team. Chargers up 17. Northwood has the ball. ball. Hodges has it. He's been hot here in the second half. Albert, not so much in the second half, but still has 23 on the game. Mid-range jump shot for Albert, and that is true. What a shooter this guy is. He survived the contact, too. Look like it could have been a foul going up on

the long-range jump shot. Didn't call it, still hit it anyway. The Sioux has it for the charges, kicks it to Woodhams. Trying to get a player in the middle of this zone defense. They get it to Redisovich there. Defense doesn't collapse in Radisovic with a nice little turnaround. hook shot. He's just too big. He's too big for their guys down low. He's too big and the defense didn't collapse on him. Typically you see his own collapse. Hodges, another mid-range jump shot for him.

No good. Boltsy with the rebound. A little bit of pressure here from Albert to Janowski. Radisovich has it again in the short corner. He kicks it to Vasu in the paint. And a beautiful left-handed finish from Sam Basu. Turn around shot. You would think that Northwood will put their big men done back in.

But to stop this because Hillsdale's just feasting down low right now. I just, I think they would get out of the zone. Hillsdale's figured it out. As Albert goes strong to the hoop, draws the foul, doesn't make the shot, he'll be shooting two. What a player he is, though. He's 10 of 16 on field goal attempts, 25 points out of their 52. Unbelievable player. Albert is an incredible score.

He's played in every single minute still of this game. Incredible conditioning, too. He hasn't sat down, no. Shooting two here. Chargers up 71.52 with nine minutes and 25 seconds left in the game. Albert makes the first shot. Sorry about that. Albert here.

No more zone. They were getting cooked in that zone. Yep. Janowski has it outside. Kicks it to Vasu. Back to Radisovich. Sizing him up. Radisovich has it in the paint.

Shot fake. Draws the foul. Can't finish though. He's mad at himself for not making it. It was close. And they did put done in the game like I recommended. But he got, Radisovich got him jumping in the air,

leaned into him, missed the field goal attempt, but got the foul. He'll shoot two at the line. Good strong move. senior Eric Radissovich. No, he's not the fastest or the quickest out there, considering his weight and size, but he is just a calm demeanor about him.

He moves at his own pace, and it's just calm, slow, deliberate, and he's had a great game. Definitely a smoothness to his game. It's Nikola Yolkits-like. I want to compare anybody the best player in the world. Don't disrespect Nikola Yokicch like that. Similar style.

Radisovich hits both the free throws. Hillsdale, Up by 20 points. Albert has it for the Timberwolves. Oh, he loses the ball for a second. Jackson picks it up. I thought it may have been a double dribble. Jackson hits the triple for the Timberwolves.

I agree with you, partner. He could have been a double dribble there. He tried to pass it and then barely passed it, went and picked it up, and then passed it up. Usually that's a violation. Interesting. Radisovich has it for the charger, swings it to Boltey, has it near the corner,

and it's stolen by Sander. It's weird hands there by Sanders. Yep, heads up play. Sanders still has it. Tough screen from Dunn to get his man open. Oh, wow, and I think it. Radisovich was setting him up. I think he knew he was going to trail him and he just packed that one off the backboard.

Ball will stay with Northwood as Eric Radisovich takes a breather. He deserves it, man. He's played a heck of a game so far. Playing very solid. CJ Yarian checks in. Sanders has it for the Timberwolves. Threatens to shoot, doesn't. Gives it to Jackson in the short corner.

You would think there would be a lot of added attention to him, but no, he's just too crafty. He gets down low, gets an easy shot. Great finish by Woodhams. Albert has it for the Timberwolves. You're listening to Hillsdale Charger Basketball. Hillsdale up 83 to 65 against the Northwood Timberwolves as Joe Ruter is about to take two free throws.

It's been an offensive explosion for the Chargers tonight. 83 points and we still have four minutes to go. It all stems from their offensive rebounds. 12 offensive rebounds for Hillsdale as they're dominating the boards down low. 38 rebounds to 20 for the Timberwolves. These extra possessions are crucial for this Hillsdale squad. It's been a big part of why they've been able to build this lead as Ruter makes both of the free throws.

Chargers back up by 20. Pruitt brings it up for the Timberwolves. Trying to get inside to steal. Said he swings it to Sanders. Hodges cuts back door. It's not there. Almost lost it. Sanders.

He's able to finish at the hook. Two points for Sanders. He's had a very solid game on both ends of the floor today. Absolutely. That's a 16th point. He has four rebounds. Really solid player. The Sioux has it for the Chargers.

Ruther gets the ball off his screen. He kicks it to Janowski. Radicevich has it. He's backing him down. Ball tipped away out of bounds. It will remain with the Chargers. Interesting tidbit here. Remember how you said Woodhams is a great offensive rebound.

He has been the whole year. Yes, I do more offensive rebounds than the entire Timberwolf squad right now. In this game? In this game. Very impressive. Not to mention how many points he scored. Janowski takes a mid-range shot, misses Ruder with the rebound and another foul on Northwood. It's now the seventh team foul against Northwood.

And Ruter will go to the line. Ruder looking for his 15th and 16 points here. a little slow, but he's picked it up and had a really solid game overall. Played very solid. Looking for his 16th point, has eight rebounds, five assists. Pacing the, actually, excuse me, Woodham's has

nine rebounds, but pacing the chargers and assists, impacting the game on a lot of different levels. Yeah, he's had a really good game. He's just a really good player. Joe makes the first rebound, or makes the first free throw and the second. Hillsdale, up by 20.

Three minutes to go. Steele has it. He swings it to Sanders. Albert has sat down for the first time this game. Pruitt has the ball. Tries to get inside. Can't find a good look. Throws it almost out of bounds.

Steele tries to save it. And accidentally throws it off his own leg. It'll be out of bounds. Turnover from Northwood. Hillsdale has the ball. Ruder will throw it into Janowski. Great hustle there by Steele. But their offense just kind of looks a little lost without Albert out there.

That's probably why he doesn't sit, huh? Right on cue, Albert is back in the game. Janowski has it for the Chargers, kicks it to Vasu. Woodhams has it on the wing, brings it up to the top of the key. Lot of movement. Radisovich has it outside to Janowski. Now, screen for Radisovic, little pick and roll. Woodham's trying to feed it inside to Radisovic, not there.

Janowski has it. Radisovic outside for three. Oh, off the backboard. good. Almost banked it in. It was close. Sanders has the ball for Northwood. Adisovich in coverage. Steel gets it inside, misses the layup. We'd like to have that one back. Woodham's has it for the chargers. Rooter. Oh, nice, quick pass to Janowski. He blocked by Steel. They're going to call a foul on the block. Steel plays really hard, man. He plays extremely hard. He does. Not afraid to put his body on the line. Do the dirty work. Yeah, exactly.

Unfortunately, the block was all ball, but he got him with the body. Body down low, yep, that'll get you. Janowski shooting two free throws for Hillsdale. He makes the first. Little stuff like this, 15 for 15 from the free throw line. That wins you games. As Ruter and Radicevich will sit down, Boltie and Glazer check into the game.

Chanausky, second free throw attempt. and it's good. Chargers now by 22 points, 89 to 67. Their largest lead of the game. Sanders has it for the Timberwolves, Bolteon defense. Hand off to Hodges.

Woodhams is on him. It's like they're trying to get it into steel. Ooh, Albert catches a little pocket pass, finishes at the rim. He's looking for his 33rd point at the free throw line. Does it surprise you that it's a 20-point game with two minutes left and Bolteon?

teams to love their starters out for the most part. Does that surprise you at all? Yeah, I'd say it's a little surprising, but I feel like the team that's down kind of dictates that. That's true. If they're not going to give up, then I could have cleared the benches either. I agree with you. And honestly, with the way that Albert and Hodges have shown that they could shoot,

I don't know if they could cut this game down. I mean, it would take a miracle. Tracy McGrady type of flusolean effort as Albert misses the free throw. but we may have a lane violation. Maybe not a lane violation, just a foul on the rebound, and now Steele will shoot for Northwood. I think they called a foul on Bolte. That's 10 fouls now on Hillsdale this half.

Now they're in the double bonus. I believe they are in the double bonus. Steele will shoot two. He makes the first. Now in 19-point game. With two minutes left. Steel, short on the second one, rebound, Bolte. Hand off to Janowski, he'll bring it up.

Pluid in on defense, hand off to Bolte, kicks it to Glazer. A lot of movement for Hillsdale's offense. McCollum has it now at the top of the key, swing to Janowski. He wants a screen, doesn't use it, gets inside, and he's blocked it again. By steel. And another foul on, did they call that on steel? I don't know. They called it on number 20.

Steele. Janowski will shoot it again. I loved Kevin Bradley on this last possession. They're up by 19 with a minute and a half left, and he's still coaching like it's a game 7 in the NBA finals. I love the intensity from our new head coach. Absolutely. Always intense, always tuned in.

There are never taken possessions off. Everything is important. Because although this game may be over, essentially, there are going to be a lot of close game. down the line that Hillsdale's going to need to win in these situations. Absolutely. You want to stay poised late in games regardless of what the score is. Janowski makes the first but misses the second rebound.

I believe that's Hillsdale's first miss free throw of the game. Albert has it for the Timberwolves, tries to cross Woodhams. Unsuccessfully, he's now backing Woodham's down inside. He gets the foul. Woodham feels like he was elbowed in the mouth. But Albert will shoot two free throws. Hillsdale up by 20. with a minute and 23 seconds left.

I would have to believe this is almost a career high for Albert. He could get his 34th point here. I don't know. With the way he's scoring, I wouldn't be surprised if he's hit 40 before. This guy is quite the offensive weapon. It's his first free throw. As McQueen and number 12, Jacob Meyer. Meyer checking in for the first time tonight.

It's a nice standing ovation. As Woodham's and Janowski. Check out of the game. Get a standing ovation from. the crowd. Maybe not a standing ovation. I would say standing ovation. Some of the fans have already filed out here.

Rapids, Michigan. Getting a little action here is Mikey McCollum will sit down. As Steel will take his second free throw. It's no good, rebound Yerian. McQuinnney has it. Bring it up the court. to the charges you just don't want to turn the ball over here

he's smart dribble this thing out two timber wolves ran into each other a little Myers swings it to bolty app has the ball almost loses it nice pass to year into the short corner he passes up the shot as jalen hodge is on defense walked over the the whole possession back towards his bench because he got ran into by one of his teammates as he's now completely walking out of our view the official is all right Officials had to stop the game for an injured player. It was Hodges who walked off the court. Look like he'd taken a shot to the midsection from his own player.

Hillsdale inbound it to Boltee, and then he quickly swings it to McQuinn. Michael App has the ball, drives the lane, kicks to Meyer, one-handed shot, no good, rebound Boltee. Nice. Underneath the basket, Bolte gets two points. Chargers now have 92, with just under 30 seconds left in this game. Don't think it's enough time to get the century marked in this one. Gabe. I don't think so. They're going to come up

just short, but 92 points in a college game is pretty darn impressive. As the shot clock has turned off, and Northwood is just dribbling the remainder of this game out. Yep. Heck of a performance from the Chargers tonight, especially on the offensive end. Charles Woodhams,

the brilliant game. As Sanders will throw up the last shot, and it will go in. Unfortunately, last shot. Insane buzzer-beater! Last shot. Last shot does not win the game. We're not playing street ball here.

The Chargers will win 92 to 75 against conference opponent Northwood. Jack, give me a quick rundown of this one. Quick rundown is Charles Woodham's was unbelievable. Offensive rebounds were a key determiner in this game. We dominated the glass the entire game, points in the paint. We passed the ball a lot more, had a lot of offball movement. While Northwich just kind of played hero ball, and it worked for a little bit, but ultimately was a sustainable game.

What did you see out there? The biggest problem for Northwood was not their offense. Watching this game, you felt like Northwood could do things on offense. It was their defense. They just, they had no answer for the Chargers tonight. They briefly shifted from Man, the Zone. That went horrible for them. They went back into Man, and it really didn't get much better.

Yep, the Chargers played solid in this one. Coming up on the schedule. Who do we have coming up here? We're at Cedarville on the 27th this Saturday. Our next home game isn't for a while, actually. It'll be February 15th versus Cedarville at home at 7.30. Yep, tough two-week road stretch here for the Chargers, but they get two back-to-back wins in conference.
