The following is a special presentation of WRFH sports.
Crowd is roaring. It's a sold-out game here.
It's outside to Tavon. Tavon takes the three. Got that one.
The charger basketball on Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM starts now.
Hello and welcome to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.2.7 FM. WRFM.
They're here in Tom.
in Don to the Potter Arena.
The Hillsdale Chargers are taking on the Ohio Dominican Panthers.
I'm Daniel Daringowski.
And I'm doing color.
I'm Caleb.
What do you expect to see here today in this exciting game?
Well, like I said, I'm very excited to be back in the booth for some GMAC action.
Well, this will be very interesting.
You know, you've got Ohio Dominican coming in.
They are averaging on defense.
Only 67 points allowed.
That's the second best in the G-MAC,
and the Chargers are coming off of a great performance on Thursday against Tiffin,
where they shot the ball very well.
They never trailed against Tiffin after the 1827 mark of the first half,
and they led by double digits for almost all of the second half,
until a couple of late three-pointers allowed Tiffin to close the lead to eight,
with the game out of reach in the closing seconds.
Hillsdale stifled the Dragons offensively,
holding Tiffin to just 41.8% shooting from the floor,
in five of seven from three-point range while giving up just 22 first-half points.
That defensive showing gave Hillsdale Space to methodically build his lead,
going up 23 to 12 with six and a half minutes to play in the first half and never looking back.
Look to see more of this balanced offensive attack from the Chargers.
Last week, Connor Stonebreaker, making his first ever start, led the way with 14 points,
and was one of five Chargers players in double figures.
Caleb Glazer added 11 points, five rebounds and two steals.
Cole McWinney chipped in 10 points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
And Tommy Morgan added 10 points and a team leading six assists for the Chargers as well.
So look for them to spread the ball around, find some of their playmakers.
Like freshman Braylon Morris, who added 10 points for them last week.
He shoots the three ball well.
And of course you've got the veteran Ashton Janowski senior returning this year.
So look to see those guys get involved and hopefully stifle some of this offensive attack.
from the Panthers.
The agreement was athletic

The final minutes before this game tips off,
we listen to Radio Free Hillsdale, 107, WRFM.

That was the final end up in a moment.

Again, a lot of these guys performed very well last week.
Not a lot of surprises in this lineup.
Braylon Morris, the true freshman, getting another start.
I'd be interested to see here what he does with it.
Obviously, against this Panthers defense that is second in the GMAC,
hopefully they can open up the scoring out wide.
Here's the tip for Caleb Glazer and Connor Conrad.
Chargers get the tip.
Cole McQuinnie brings it up.
Out to the wing of Stonebreaker.

Back to the center, the Glazer, over to Morris, left side wing.
Pass inside to Janikowski's shot.
Off the rim, no good.
Tuss around for the rebound.
Called out-of-bounce, Chargers basketball.
What did you see there?
I've seen a lot of ball movement.
Obviously, getting the ball.
outside to you look at the freshman Brayland Morris.
We know he can shoot the three ball.
And then inside there you have the veteran Janowski.
So getting these players involved early, just like we expected.
But so far, the Panthers defense holding strong.
We need to inbound.
Check out to Caleb Glazer.
Janikowski, Jekowski, a short shot off the rim.
And just bring it up.
Number 23, Derek Goodman with the ball.
Over the wing to Kimball.
Caleb out to the wing.
Terrence Broughton with a three-point shot.
No good.

It's up, drives the wing, passes back to Goodman.
Over to Seaman.
Seaman to Goodman back.
Seaman dribbling around.
Over the top of the key.
Shot by Goodman, no good.
Rebounded by Glazer.
Early on, I'm noticing both teams having trouble getting points in the paint.
McWinney with the ball.
Over to Glazer.
Glazer penetrating in the lane.
No good.
Had this bring the ball up. Fast break.
Terrence brought it with a shot. No good.
Rebounded by the Panthers and a foul called.
Fowl was on number 11, Cole McQuinnie.
That'll be number 31.
Caleb Conrad shooting two for the Panthers.
Good penetration into the paint.
I believe that was number three for the Panthers.
Couldn't get the first one to go.
Made a second.
Breaker to rebound.
It's currently 3 to 2.
Stonebreaker bringing the ball up over to Morris.
Morris at the right hand inside of the key.
It's to center.
Pass to Janikowski.
Janikovsky is a stonebreaker.
Mid-range.
No good.
And just get the rebound.
Bring up the ball is Bidman.
Gilman drills around and gets a little penetration off to the wing.
Check back to Goodman.
Gouldman to Broughton.
Broughton to Conrad.
Conrad back to Gilman.
A round shot.

Sorry, sucked in for Logan Ryan was subbed in.
And a foul is called on number 32.
32.
Calls on Connor Stonebreaker.
Oh, no.
I was a fall in the Panthers by number 32 Elijah Hilton.
Starts with the ball inbounded to Cole McWinney.
And we passed around.
Stonebreaker with the ball over the glazer, top of the arc, back to McWinney.
Quini checks it into Stonebreaker.
Drives.
On fake, good.
There's some of that physicality that we haven't quite seen yet.
Stonebreaker, good take in the paint.
Broughton brings the ball up.
Checked in number 31, Conrad.
Our pump fake, shot, no good.
Rebounded by the charges.
Nafal is called another 31, Caleb Conrad.
All right, and that brings us to our first media timeout.
It will be a one-minute timeout.
They're listening to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 WRFM is currently five to two charges.
Today we'll be talking about a city named after perhaps one of the coolest people in American history,
Houston, Texas. Founded on August 30th, 1836 by land investors, the city gets its name from the general
and politician Sam Houston. Houston led Texas to independence from Mexico at the Battle of San Jacinto,
just 25 miles from the future site of Houston, Texas, and taking place months before the city's founding.
The city served as the capital of the Republic of Texas, which existed from March 2, 1836 to February 19, 1846,
before it became the 28th state.
Houston, the man, served as the president of the Republic of Texas for most of its existence
and was one of the inaugural senators representing Texas after it became a state.
He is a long and impressive military career and was a respected politician.
It seems fitting that there should be a major city named after someone as influential and impressive as Sam Houston.
This is Megan Pitcock and you've been listening to What's in a Name on Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM.
Welcome back to Radio 3 Hillsdale 101.7, WRFM, here in Thomas Potter Arena.
The Hillsdale Chargers are leading the Ohio Dominican Panthers, 5 to 2 with 16 minutes left in the first half.
Caleb, so far more of a defensive battle.
I mean, we expected this.
Ohio Dominican is definitely solid on defense.
Chargers last weekend, sorry, this past Thursday against Tiffin, shooting around 40% from three and on field goals.
Right now, not getting a lot of the buckets to go.
so hopefully they'll be looking to improve the shooting as this game progresses.
Checking in for the Hillsdale Chargers, number 24,
Garrett Boltey.
Number 22, Tommy Morgan.
Morgan with the ball at the top of the paint.
That's over to Janowski.
Back to over to Garrett Boltey.
Bolty to also, which is CJ Yarian,
who's also in for the Chargers.
Tommy Morgan with the ball, top of the key.
11 shot by Cole McQuinney.
No good.
Panthers get the rebound.
Off the floor is also known a subbed in.
23. Derek Goodman.
32. Elijah Hilton with the ball.
Backing into the post, shot.
Off the rim, no good.
Nice coverage there by C.J.R.A.N.
Panthers, though, have some speed in that transition.
Something to look out for.
With the ball, it's hot to paint over to a wide open.
Derek Boltie. No good.
Three ball, just not as good for the chargers so far.
Frotting with the ball.
Top of the key, penetrating drive by Conrad.
No good, shot no good.
Foul called on number 11.
Cole McCliny.
That is the second team fall as well.
Shooting two for the Panthers.
No, not shooting two.
Roll the ground fall.
Inbounding for the Panthers is number 23.
Derek Goodman.
Goodman inbounds into Hinton.
Back to Goodman.
Three ball.
Good. Bringing up for the Chargers is
really subbed in Paxton Gertz. Gertz the freshman.
Over to fellow freshman Morris.
Or to McQuinnie.
C.J. Yari at the top. Over to Morris at the top.
Tommy Morgan takes a shot and that ball is lodged in the rim.
Don't see that very often.
Ball gets stuck there on the three-point attempt.
But again, Chargers.
open to shoot a little better as we are 14 minutes left in this first half
I just got Scott number two bringing the ball for the Panthers
so give and go action back Scott over to Goodman back to Scott
drives the lane shot no good goodman working on Gertz there but it's nice rebound by the
Chargers fast break Tyne Morgan slows it up over to Yarian
over to Gertz over to Gertz at the wing
Top to Garrett Boltie.
Paltie. Peltie.
Oh, loose ball, scramble.
Panthers recover it.
Morgan had his pockets picked there by the Panthers.
Do they come on office?
Ball's tipped up there, but recovered by the Panthers.
Pess around the wing.
Ball ends up in number two.
Kenny Scott's hands.
Long range off at 13.
Cairo Crowell missed it.
Morris with another fast break.
Holds it up.
I'm Morgan at the top of the key.
Aaron passed but recovered by the Chargers by Yarian.
To Morgan, Morgan penetrates, drives down the baseline, shot no good.
Rebound bounces around and it's Panthers ball.
Yeah, seeing a lot of movement, but again, that final execution is lacking.
We kind of expected a bit of a defensive struggle so far, 5'5, 13 minutes to go in this first half.
I guess we'll have to just wait and see if either of these teams can open up the scoring.
Panther substituted number 11.
Brady Moore in.
Ball is brought up by Kenny Scott.
Scott to Crowell.
Down in the post to Elijah Hilton.
Ball kicked out to another 13.
Crowl, who nails a three.
Chargers inbound, brought up by Gertz.

A fast break for Morris, holds it up.
Top of the three-point line.
A picture from Yari in for Morris.
Morris takes a mid-range, no good.
Heather's bringing up Scott with the ball.
Just crossed mid-court.
Moore, as it gets the pass,
rotates it around to Croll.
Croll back to Scott.
Scott dribbling baseline, DeMore.
More bat. Scott.
Scott over to Ryan, takes a three, is filed, shot no good.
He'll be shooting three free throws.
Another TV timeout.
This one will also be one minute.
You've been listening to Radio Free Hillsdale 107 FM.
I'm Bill Hemmer, and these are the most impactful moments, an American history.
February 23rd, 1846, the people of Philadelphia gather together.
to celebrate the birthday of the nation's first president, George Washington.
As in previous years, the president's birth was celebrated by ringing the Liberty Bell,
which by most accounts was one of the bells rung on July 4, 1776,
to celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Over the years, the bell was rung to signify celebrations, protests, and revolution.
These monumental moments left indelible marks on the bell, both figuratively and literally.
But it was during this historic celebration that the crack deepened and the bell was silence for good.
Despite its fracture, the Liberty Bell became a symbol of American independence, proving you don't need a perfect bell to let freedom ring.
I'm Bill Hammer, Fox News.
Welcome back to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7, WRFH.
here in Tom Don Timmons Potter Arena
Hillsdale charges are down
5 to 8 to the Ohio
Dominican Panthers
12 minutes left and a half
Caleb
Either team shooting the ball
Excellent you would hope that Hillsdale
can get some better looks on the wing and
convert a couple of those threes
Hopefully open up the scoring in it
what is turning out to be a tight defensive matchup
Number 12 Logan Ryan is at the line
shooting three for the Panthers
It's his first one.
Nine five panthers.
Drain's second.
And Drain's third.
He hit all three punishing the charges for that.
Looks like number 30,
Connor Stonebreaker back in the game.
14 points last week.
We'll see if they can get him the ball.
McGrady to Glazer to Morse.
Back to Stonebreaker at the top of the key.
Gwinnie holding the ball into the post to Glazer.
Glazer.
Backing down the big.
Humphake, humpfake, shot, no good, rebounded by the Panthers.
Can't get that one to go either.
Down the court by number 12, Logan Ryan.
Ryan Oak, passed it to Kyler Krull, number 13, who was called for travel.
Panthers ball, or charges ball.
Inbounded to McQuinnie, putting down the post, handoff to Jet Janowski, over to Stonebreaker.
Stonebreaker to Glazer.
It's in a foul called on number 13.
Number 13, correction.
Kyleor Kroll, for a reaching foul.
Looks like McWenny on the inbound.
A pass to Glazer into the back court.
Leisure brings it back in over to Janowski.
15 on the shot clock.
Jowsky penetrates over to Morse, pump fake, drive.
Good.
He's good.
Good drive there, by.
the freshman brayland morris scott bringing it up for the panthers
handoff to ryan over to troll
pass into their big liege helton hilton to the wing
they're playing passed up to the top to scott scott scott pump fake drives shot
and it's good 13 to seven chargers are
following by six.
John Anowski at the top of the wing
over the Glazer. Glazer at the top.
Drivels, picks up his drivel,
over to Stonebreaker.
Stonebreaker, looking for someone to come open.
McQuinnie.
Quinty has the ball stripped,
picks it back up, over to Stonebreaker.
Stonebaker drives.
Spin move.
It's hit out of bounds, but it's off the Chargers,
Panthers ball.
Unfortunate for the Chargers
come up empty there.
Still struggling a little bit on offense.
I'd like to see if they can get a little
little bit more penetration in the paint.
Maybe get it to Stonebreaker, six foot seven.
Maybe see if you can use some of that size and what is turned out to be a very tight
matchup.
Inbounded to Scott brings out the port, guarded by McQuinnney.
He gets a screen, keeps the ball, then checked into the corner to crawl inbound pass to
through Caleb Conrad who gets an easy layoff.
It was wide open under the bucket there.
All right. Hillsdale Church have called a timeout. This would be a one minute timeout.
The Dean's List with Janice Dean.
An off-duty firefighter from Louisiana makes the Dean's list for pulling a woman from a burning car before it burst into flames.
Andrew Nixon was driving home from a wedding with his fiance when he saw the car crash between a vehicle and an 18-wheeler.
Not only that, but the car's tires were on fire. He saw that someone was trapped inside the vehicle, so he
pulled over and ran out to see if he could help. Andrew used his bare hands to smash the windshield
and injured himself in the process, but knew he only had a few minutes to get the woman out. He says
somehow by the grace of God he was able to get in and lift her out before the car was completely
engulfed in flames. Firefighters arrived on scene and the fire chief says without Andrew, the woman
would not have survived. She was airlifted to the hospital and although firefighter Nixon's hands
were cut and bruised, he says
it was all worthwhile.
Janisteen, Fox News.
Welcome back to Radio Free Hillsdale
101.1.7 WRFM.
And the charges inbounded the ball.
Not really called McWenney.
Takes a mid-range shot,
drains it for two.
Hillsdale charges are trailing 15 to 9.
Scott with the ball.
Checked around the 13.
Kroll back to Scott.
I passed around. Offensive foul called on number four, Carson Seaman. Chargers get the ball.
Good job there by the Chargers, not giving up any points. We'll see if they can build some momentum here, down six with nine and a half minutes to go in this first half.
Panthers have subbed their entire lineup. We'll get those names to in a moment.
Number 11 Cole McQueen, ball is inbounded to him. On top of the key, screen.
It's around the best.
Checks it down to Morgan.
Morgan over to Janowski.
Janski.
Another offensive foul called
this time on
number 30,
counter Stonebreaker.
Both teams have four team files
with 926 left in the half.
Hillsdale still trailing 15 to 9.
So both teams, they're fouling off the ball
and coming up empty.
It'll be ODIU's ball.
They would love to get an offensive stop here and come up with some points on their next attempt.
Three, Terrence Broughton, brings the ball up.
Checked over to Goodman.
Going back to Broughton.
Broughton, pump-fake shot laid in.
Good.
Wow.
I tell you, Broughton for the Panthers.
He's been making some moves, getting some baskets.
He's a guy to keep an eye out.
Brought ball by App.
Now over to Morgan.
Morgan to Glazer.
Glazer at the top of the key.
on the Stonebreaker, Stonebreaker, pump faking, moving around.
Checked out to Morgan.
Morgan takes in drives, penetrates, the ball is stripped.
Panthers at the ball.
Fast break, slowed up.
Giving over, drive by Goodman.
Shot, no good.
Rebounded by the charges.
Morgan grabbed the rebound.
Michael App brings the ball up for the Hillsdale Chargers.
Over to Janowski.
Janski, looking for a man.
by Glazer.
Now over the app.
App penetrates,
loses footing,
and that ball's thrown away,
stolen by number three.
Terrence Broughton.
Aron pass thrown out of bounce.
Chargers ball.
Chargers are lucky there.
Panthers weren't able to take advantage.
A couple errant passes.
You'd like to see them just settle down as they're down eight.
Eight minutes to go in this first half.
Find some open shots,
maybe get some easy layups,
and turn this thing around.
Yeah.
Dari and Morris subbed in at the middle.
titles. Ball brought up by Garrett Bolte for the Chargers.
Bolty, top of the three-point line. Over to Yarian. Yarian checks it down low to
Danowski. Nowski shot. Good. Two-pointer. Fade away from Janowski. Nice jump shot by
Janowski there. Broughton for the Panthers. Right side. Down the three-point line.
A couple off the ball action.
Pass the Goodman.
Goodman dribbles around, gets a screen,
has it back to Conrad, gets a foul, ground foul, no shot called.
Follows on 24 Garrett Boltey, the Chargers.
That ball would be inbounded underneath the paint,
and we'll take a step back for a 30-second media timeout.

Hillsdale charges are trailing the Ohio Dominican Panthers, 17 to 11, with 744 left in the first half.
Caleb?
Well, we're definitely seeing why the Panthers are the second best defense in the GMAC,
holding Hillsdale to just 11 points with a little over seven minutes ago in this first half.
So far, Hillsdale, not shooting the ball particularly low like they were last Thursday against Tiffin.
Hopefully they can get some better looks and some penetration in the paint.
Sometimes you need a couple easy layups, string together a couple baskets,
get some momentum hopefully before half against this stifling,
Canthor's defense.
Panthers to inbound after the foul from Garrett Bolte.
Inbounded out.
Caleb Conrad.
And the Terrence Brun at the top of the three point line.
That's round.
Gets a screen.
He's the ball dribbles, penetrates.
Goes off a layup, no good.
Rebounded by the Chargers, Janowski.
He's going to the ball. Leads the ball.
Gertz now, the ball dribbling across mid-court.
That's over to Bolte.
Boltey to Morgan.
Morgan, one dribble, back to Gertz.
Gertz penetrates, drives, throws that ball out of bounce.
It's Panthers' ball.
Not quite sure who he's passing to there, Aaron pass.
But again, both teams' execution has been lacking.
You've seen a couple wayward passes.
We've seen offensive attempts come up empty,
so we'll see if either team can really get rolling here.
For the Panthers, Broughton,
through the cross the line.
He gets a screen, passes back to Conrad.
Conrad holds it, handoff.
Lukuf to Goodman side.
The foul is called on the shot.
Number 31, C.J. Yarian is called for the foul.
That'll be number four.
the Panthers, Carson Seaman, shooting two.
Interesting to note.
Hillsdale has six team fouls
with just under seven minutes to go in this first half.
It's the first one.
1811 currently with just under seven minutes to go in the half.
And then gets the second one.
Good job.
Gertz to inbound to Gertz.
Gertz brings the ball up, past mid-court.
And off to Morris.

And rebounded by the Panthers, but dragged away by Yarian.
Yarian brings the ball up the court.
Backward pass to Bolte.
Boltey gets a wide-open layup.
Nice run by Boltey under the basket.
And a good job of Yarian by finding the pass.
Hopefully they can string together a couple more shots like that.
Byrd by number three, Broughton, directing the offense,
waving for a screen.
Some motion.
gets a screen from Hinton passed over to Goodman.
Goodman drives who gets some contact, but gets a wide open three and drains it.
Made some separation there, and he took advantage.
Gertz brings ball past the hoods over to Morgan,
and Voltey rotated to Morris.
Lawrence to Yarihan.
Yaring to Bolte.
Bulte pumps, holds, back to Morgan.
Right top of the key.
Brayland from the logo over to Bolte.
Boltee with the three.
in and out from the rim.
Panthers bring the ball up, trying to press an advantage.
Goodman drives, and back to Broughton.
Broughton, inward pass to Hinton. Hinton, pump-fake, drives, bumps, hook shot in for two.
Big man in the paint there.
He had at least three defenders on him.
Still got it to go.
All the momentum with Ohio Dominican right now.
Gertz brings the ball up.
Aaron, pass.
Panthers get the steel open layup from Cairns Broughton.
The Panthers are leading 26 to 13 as the charges call a timeout.

This is the Making of America from the Jefferson Media Group.
The American Civil War came to an end on April 9, 1865,
in a little-known Virginia village called Appomattox.
It was there that General Ulysses Grant, commander of the Union armies,
accepted the surrender of his counterpart, Confederate General Robert E. Lee, ending the bloodiest war in American history.
Total casualties exceeded 600,000 deaths, over which 320,000 were Union soldiers who had given their lives to preserve the Union and abolish slavery in America.
Never before in world history had a nation gone to war with itself to free slaves within its borders.
This has been the Making of America.

back to Dawn Tibbetts-Potter Arena.
You're listening to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM.
Your Hillsdale Chargers are trailing by 10, 2616 with 3.46 left in the first half.
Caleb, what have you seen?
Well, I'm going to be honest, a lack of execution on the part of the charges.
A lot of wayward passes, a couple turnovers that have given Ohio Dominican this 10-point lead.
And quite frankly, not shooting the ball, great.
would like to get a couple looks, maybe get fresh one Braylon Morris open on the wing,
knocked down a couple threes. We saw him hit one earlier from relatively deep.
So just settle down, find some easy baskets, and try and chip away at this lead here.
And for Ohio Dominican, I mean, key of the game, keep up this strong defense and stay out of foul trouble.
The 32 Elijah Hinton of the Panthers at the foul line, shooting two.
First one, good.
Makes the second one.
Gales Bolton makes the Chargers pay on that one-to-one.
Winnie brings the ball up to the Chargers.
Over to Stonebreaker.
Stonebreaker rotates it to Glaser.
There's Janowski down low to Stonebreaker.
Stonebreaking working on his man.
Gets up a shot, blocked.
Laser rebound, shot, no good.
Good effort there.
Just couldn't get it to fall.
Fast break for the Panthers.
Open shot.
from Elijah Hinton,
Troutes Good.
Embound into Cole McQuinnie.
He brings up to Ginooski.
Janowski to Glazer,
Blazer at the top.
Over to Morris.
August penetrates foul-called
on number two,
Kenny Scott, Panthers.
Panthers only have five team fouls
compared to Hillsdale's seven.
Hillsdale's trailing 15,
three minutes to go.
Open to string together a couple buckets here.
into this lead before half.
McQuinnied to inbound from the Chargers.
Janowski.
Balls in about the Janowski.
Tribbles around, penetrates the lane.
The witness. Penetrates, drives.
Checked into Glazer. Glaser beats his man.
Gets a foul call on the shot, no good, but he'll be shooting two for the charges.
Paul was called on number 32 Elijah Hinton of the Panthers.
See if Hillsdale can capitalize on this. Come away with a couple points here.
Blazor makes us first.
Subbing in for Hinton is number 31, Caleb Conard, for the Panthers.
Blazor for a second.
Hillsdale trailing, 3118.
Paul was brought up by the Panthers by Kenny Scott, number two.
He's got rotates the ball around, gets a screen for the 13. Ryan. Ryan hand off to Goodman. Goodman penetrates. Check to the corner to Conard. Conard hits a three impressive shot. That's a big shot there for Ohio Dominican. Stonebreaker at the top of the key. Checked out to Janowski. Genowski penetrates. Aaron Ball passed the Glazer. Glaser shot, no good, rebounded by the Panthers. Panthers fast break.
shot by Scott no good rebounded by the charges
McQuinnie brings the ball up
the charges passed over
stolen by the Panthers
and then another fast break for Conard
who makes the layup
and just another not a great pass
stolen by Ohio Dominican they're really killing
Hillsdale in this turnover and transition game
Requini's stonebreaker to Janowski
rotated up top to Glazer
Glaser pump fakes dribbles down
Janowski handoff
As he picks up his dribble over the Stonebreaker, down to the post to Glazer.
There's your pump fakes, works his man, layup, foul, and one.
That's a nice move there by Glazer to complete the play and draw the foul.
They'll still cut the lead to 16 as Glazer will be shooting a free throw.
As McWinney, it looks like, is back in the game.
Glazer first one free throw?
Makes it.
That's the lead to 15 as Ohio Dominican inbound the ball.
Hillsdale with the press.
Press is broken down, penetrating.
And the 31, Johnrad makes a shot on the layup.
It is off with his shot.
Chargers rebound the ball.
McQuinnie brings the ball up.
It's a screen over to Morris.
Morris penetrates.
Reverse layup.
And no good seemed to bounce off the rim.
Ball is tipped out of balance by the Panthers.
Charger ball.
charges are down 15, 3621 with a minute 19 left in the half.
Janowski to inbound.
Gelski gets a handle from Glazer back to Janowski.
She passes back to Glazer.
Glazer working on his man, hook shot over, hits the rim and out.
Panthers dribble it down, trying to press a little bit of a fast break.
Three ball shot by Logan Ryan, no good.
Morris with the rebound, saves it from going out of bounds by pass it to McWinney.
McWinney comes across half court, back to Morris.
Morris bumpfakes penetrates the lane.
Almost went for a dunk there, but misses the underhand layoff.
Panthers trying to press another advantage.
To Scott goes for a shot, no good, but rebounded and put back in by Scott.
There's that speed on the transition we've been seen from the Panthers.
30 seconds left in the half.
Billsdale trying to get the last possession of the half.
McQuinn he picks up the ball with 30 seconds left to the game, 27 on the shot clock.
Janowski with the ball over to the most.
Morris to McWinney.
McWinney dribbling it out.
A little pressure there from Kenny Scott.
Gwini, Dean's Burncliffe, over to Janowski, over to Stonebreaker.
Stonebreaker at the top, back to Winnie.
Glazer with the screen, McQueen still has the ball.
Penetries down the line.
Three ball from Stonebreaker, no good.
Rebounded, but drops.
And Kilm Glazer picks up a steel, lays it in for two.
The Panthers chuck up a three.
No good to end the half.
Panthers are leading 3823.
As he seems going to half time.
Caleb, what are your thoughts?
Well, I mean, we're seeing why Ohio Dominican is the second best defensive team
in the GMAC pulling the chargers to just 23 points in this first half.
Chargers also not shooting the ball well.
They were around 40% from three last week.
Definitely not close to that in this first half.
They'll be looking to string together a couple more points because it seems like Ohio Dominican is going into the half with the momentum.
We'll see what Chargers head coach Kevin Bradley tells them in the locker room as we will send it out.
All right, you've been listening to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM.
We'll see you when the second half coverage resumes.
Welcome back to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM here in Dawn Tibbets Potter Arena.
Your Hillsdale Chargers are down 38 to 23 to the Ohio.
Dominican Panthers.
Caleb Lee, what have you seen so far?
Well, they're playing, staying alive
over the speakers here. Chargers,
they're just barely hanging in this one. They're barely
staying alive. What I've
really seen is
them getting punished on the fast break.
A lot of wayward passes, a lot of
turnovers on the charger side,
and the Panthers are really taking advantage
of that. They've got a lot of speed and that
transition. I definitely
noticed number two, Kenny Scott,
number three, Terence Broughton, for
The Panthers, bring the ball up, getting some nice shots in transition,
and that's where they've really been hurting the Chargers.
Chargers also not shooting very well from three.
As I mentioned earlier, they were around 40% from field goals and threes on Thursday
against Tiffin shot fairly well.
Today, not the same story.
However, they had this second half.
They had time to regroup at halftime.
Hopefully they can get some better looks.
I'd like to see them get the big men involved more.
I'm looking at number 30, Connor Stonebreaker, 6'7, C.J. Yarian, 6'10. Maybe get a couple easy buckets
break some of this momentum that the Panthers have. But at the end of the day, it really just comes
down to execution, getting the passes, getting some of these buckets to go. It had a lot in and out,
a couple off the rim, you know, and some of that is just unfortunate. But, you know, in order to
rally back, they got to play their best, they got to find their playmakers, and at the end of
day you just got to make buckets.
Win the game, got to win the game.
So we'll see if they can stay alive in this second half.
Down 15, Daniel.
Yeah, the standard is most definitely not the standard here.
Hillsdale looking for their eighth conference win.
Both these teams are hanging around the middle,
trying to be one of the 18s that make G-Mac playoff.
All right, we've got two minutes left.
your halftime break.
Caleb, going back on some of the key contributors in this game,
who do you want to see from Hillsdale to expand their role in this game
for the Chargers to claw back in this 15-point deficit?
That's a great point.
I mentioned the big men.
You've got C.J. Yari and number 31, 6'10.
I'd love to see them get him the ball in the paint,
maybe get a couple layups.
Connor Stonebreaker had a great game against Tiffin, 14 points.
Been a little more quiet tonight.
And then obviously number three, the freshman, Braylon Morris.
We've seen him make some electric plays.
We love him up here in the booth.
And he can shoot the three ball well.
So I would love to see them get a couple more wide open looks for him
and really chip away at this deficit.
Hillsdale coming into this contest with a record of 9 and 12 after beating Tiffin.
6 and 7 in the GMAC.
And obviously they're fighting for positioning for that GMA tournament
that will be happening later on.
Ohio Dominican as well.
Coming into this season, definitely one of the surprising contenders for the GMAX.
They had a recent slump.
However, the Panthers are still in great shape to make the GMAC tournament for the first time in six years.
So, again, we'll just have to see if they can hold on.
We've mentioned it before.
I will say it again, second best defense in the GMAC.
while averaging 67 points allowed.
So, yeah, I know, 6-7.
So we'll see here if Hillsdale can, you know, light a fire
and cut into this deficit against what is, quite frankly,
being this suffocating defense from the Panthers.
30 seconds left till half.
Daniel, I'll turn it over to you.
But, man, I guess we'll see.
We got one more half of exciting G-MAC basketball to go.
All right, starting this half for the Panthers.
3. Terrence Broughton.
4. Carson Seaman.
32. Elijah Hinton.
23. Derek Goodman.
And number 31, Caleb Conard.
Chargers still in their huddle.
And now the starters, once they step onto the court.
It will be Charger basketball.
Start the half.
Student section, starting to swell a little bit.
They've been a little quiet.
We like to call the most interesting student section in Division 2.
We'll see if they can have an impact.
Give the home court advantage as we get ready for the start of the second half.
Starters from the second half are Caleb Glazer to Ashton Janowski.
Number 11, Cole McGuney.
Number 3, Braylon Morris, number 30, counterstonebreaker.
Janowski penetrated into the lane, checks it back out to McWenney.
Gwini at the top, over to Morris on the left-hand side.
Morris brings it to the center, over to the right on Stonebreaker.
Stonebreaker and McGuney sets a screen, backed out to Glazer.
Glazer takes around, over to Stonebreaker.
Stonebreaker with a three ball, short, tipped down by the rim, and the Panthers will cover.
First and Seaman brings the ball up.
It's a fast break on. Morris.
Morris blocks the shot, catches it out of bounce, and it'll be Panthers ball.
Again, didn't get that one to go for the Panthers,
but you see a lot of that speed and transition.
Number four flying down that right side.
Hillsdale's got something for Hillsdale to watch out for in the second half.
Before Seaman to inbound,
rotated pass to a wide open Goodman.
Goodman penetrates down the baseline.
Two-pointer jumper just outside the key is good.
40 to 23, Panthers lead.
McQueen brings the ball up.
That's over Janowski.
Janowski to Morris on the left hand side of the key.
and then drivers it to the center.
Checked over to Janowski.
Genowski penetrates baseline.
Checks back up to Glazer.
Glazer to the center over to Morse.
Morse on the left side of the key.
He was back to the center over the glazer.
Janowski.
Janowski penetrates long two off the room no good.
Rebound scrambled around, but the panthers recover.
Terence Broughton with the rebound.
Terence brought a quick pass to Elijah Hinton,
who shoots a three ball and makes it.
Timeout Chargers.
This will be a one-minute media timeout.
You're listening to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM.
Welcome to the Grammar Minute, where we're saving the English language 60 seconds at a time.
I'm Lauren Smith, and I am literally so tired of hearing people abuse the word literally.
Let's break down what this word literally means.
It often means completely accurate.
Bonjour translates literally to good day.
Or it can just mean the opposite of figuratively.
words can be used both literally and figuratively.
What it does not mean is virtually.
Exaggerated statements like,
My Day was literally the worst,
are almost diametrically opposed to the literal meaning of literally.
This is slang, but it is not the kind of slang we want in our lexicons.
It's just lazy.
If you've got to play up how terrible your day was,
try substituting an interesting evocative adjectives,
such as My Day was ghastly, or I am woeful.
fully far behind. That's your grammar minute. Welcome back to Don Pobbitt. Don Timmitts Potter Arena.
Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM. Your Hillsdale Chargers still trailing the Ohio Dominican
Panthers, 43, 23 at 20 point margin. Caleb? So that last basket there, a nice three by Elijah Hinton
for O'DU. But again, charges getting punished on the fast break. I believe that was number three
Terence Broughton running up the right wing. A lot of skis.
speed and then finds Hinton wide open on the right wing.
So Chargers, again, getting punished on that fast break.
You'd like to see him get back on defense with some urgency.
Hillsdale inbounds it was fighting against the press from O'DU,
but they break the press in Janowski at the top of the key.
Dibbles around, penetrates to the lane,
passed over to Yarian, who gets an easy two-point bucket.
Nice job by Yarian in the paint.
You'd like to see them string together a couple more baskets like that,
cut into this lead here.
Here it's broadening with the ball
Passes it to the wing
Carson Seaman
Seaman, Seaman back
Over to the corner to Derek Goodman
Goodman
Passes it in down to Conrad
Back to Goodman
Right to the paint
Into Elijah Hilton
Who gets a two-point layup
Embouted into the charges to Gertz
Who passes off to Bolte
Boltie with the ball
Checked out to Yarian
Jarian holds it
A little bit of a mix-up
to Janowski ends up with the ball.
Penetrates down the lane.
Long two.
Gets it.
Nice jumper there by the veteran Janowski.
Balls inbounded to number three.
Terrence Broughton passes it to Hinton.
Hinton to the corner to Seaman.
Seam back to the center to Conrad.
Conrad over the Goodman.
He holds the ball up to Conrad.
Conrad handoff to Seaman.
In the pass.
Filed is.
Caleb Conrad who's going out for a layup,
was followed by number 31, C.J. Yarian of the Chargers.
I believe that is his second foul of the game,
as we have 17 minutes left to go in this second half.
At the line, number 31, Caleb Conrad, shooting two for the Panthers.
First one spins out. No good.
Caleb Glazer checks in for the Chargers.
second shot no good rebounded by Janowski
all right over the Gertz who brings ball up past
court handoff to Janowski over the Boltey
pump fake is the Glazer Glazer holds it
Janowski around the screen double screen from Glazer
Delisky goes baseline passes it to Glazer
Glazer working on his man gets fouled on the shot
Glazer will be shooting two
It was a shooting foul on number four, Carson Seaman.
Nice job there by the 6-8 Jr. Cale Glazer in the paint, drawing the foul.
Glazer, his first.
No good off the front run.
Right now remains an 18-point deficit from the Chargers.
They'd love to come away with some points here.
Two subs for the Panthers.
You know, we see number 25.
It's that Kimball.
Number 12.
Logan Ryan, in for the Panthers.
Blazers is second, no good.
Panthers get the rebound.
And Broughton brings up the ball.
Chargers come out empty there.
Broughton checked into that Kimball.
Rotated round to a wide open, Derek Goodman.
Free ball, no good.
Rebounded by the Chargers.
Fortunate there for the Chargers.
Zanowski presses up the court.
And it's screened from that.
Back to Glazer.
Glazer with a shot.
Almost an N-1.
We'll be shooting two.
Good penetration from Janowski.
What do you think, Caleb?
Well, Glazer misses past two free throws.
Hopefully he can nail these two.
Good penetration, though, in the paint.
Like I said, trying to get the ball to the big men in the paint,
score some of these easy baskets.
Unfortunately, it wasn't an N-1,
but Glazer gets two free throws here.
Hopefully, cut down this lead.
Glazer with his first, rim, backward, rim and out.
So close.
Glazer with the second.
Student section, trying to bless the free throw, but it's no good.
Rim, backboard, rim and out.
So that's two drives now that chargers come up empty.
Both with fouls.
Falls passed around, rotated around, ends up with Terrance Broughton, number three.
Rotated around to Goodman.
Then we get some penetration down to the corner for Hinton.
Hinton drives, hand off to Goodman.
It penetrates, no shot there.
Over to Brunton at the top.
Broughton, inbound pass to Hinton, working on his man,
Caleb Glazer, shot, and it's good.
Hinton shot that ball over Caleb Glazer two points.
And the Ohio Dominican Panthers are back up 20 with 15 minutes left.
He's been listening to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.1.7 FM,
and we'll be back in one minute.
Fox on Games, your insider's cheat code to gaming.
This is the one we've been waiting.
For Seahawks, Patriots.
EA Sports Madden NFL has their prediction for this year's Super Bowl
between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks,
a rematch from over a decade ago.
The last Sim accurately guessed that the Pats would pull it out 28 to 24.
This year, with Sam Darnold behind the center,
Madden says that it's the Seahawks that will squeak by 23 to 20.
And this is going to be a touchdown.
The Seattle Seahawks are Super Bowl champion.
What a finish!
We did our own prediction.
The Fox on Games won came out with New England on the top.
Another tight game, though, 14 to 7.
And in our game, we chose Pat's QB, Drake May, as the MVP.
Over the last 20 years, Madden has correctly guessed who would have won the big game 13 times,
giving them a 65% win rate.
Amon Dignam.
Fox News.
Welcome back to John, Titt's Potter Arena.
You're listening to Radio Free Hillsdale 101.1.7 FM.
Norah Hillsville Chargers are down 47, 27 to the Ohio Dominican Panthers
with 1555 left in the second half.
Caleb, a lot of good ball movement, better ball movement in the paint by the Chargers.
Unfortunately, just lacking that little last bit of execution,
can't get these baskets to go, and they're still down 20.
Again, I think they're going to against this tough Panthers defense,
open up the shooting, try and get some looks on the wing,
maybe get to freshman Braylon Morris.
We know he can shoot the three,
but going to need to string together a couple,
There are a couple plays here.
Falls inbounded to Paxson Gertz, who brings the ball up, hands off Tommy.
Oterr Genowski dribbling around.
Oh, down to Glazer in the post.
Bozer works as man.
Gets a foul called.
This will be on the ground.
Follows on number 31, Caleb Conrad.
Third time there.
Oh, it was a shooting foul.
third time
Glazer is fouled in the paint on a shot.
And we'll get another two free throws.
Rimming out, that's his fifth straight mess.
Let's see if you can make this six-one
and cut the lead to 19.
And he makes it.
Glazer working his body in the pain.
He must be tired out there.
What do you think, Caleb?
Yeah, I mean, they've been getting it to the big man.
It's what they've been needing to do.
Unfortunately, can't get some of those and ones,
can't hit a couple of the free throws.
so the lead hasn't been cut by that much but you love to see it
with the ball panthers pressing their advantage working in big man killed
conrad ball balls drilled down by Tommy Morgan pass over to Gertch floater
and in the bucket from Paxton Gertz
nice job by the freshman there penetrating and getting it to go
I was brought up by number two Kenny Scott of the Panthers
Scott with the ball penetrates down low baseline it's a foul call
and one.
It's an impressive play from number two.
Kenny Scott will be shooting an extra bonus free throw.
Getting fouled in making the basket on his drive.
Right now it's one step forward, two steps back for the Chargers,
especially on defense here, but we'll see if they can get some momentum after this free throw.
Scott's shot good.
They just back up to 20.
15 minutes to go in this second half.
Chargers looking to inbound against the press of O'DU.
Morgan, press, covered by two men.
Gets the ball out to Morgan.
There's a shot from...
Pass over the Glazer, who takes a shot and makes it.
Short-range shot. Chargers now down 50-32.
Nice shot by Glazer in the paint there.
Scott holding the ball, passed over to Morgan.
Or sorry, Goodman.
Back to Scott.
Scott holds it.
Go to dribbles baseline.
Passes back around out to the Australian
to the color cool, and that ball is
three-pointer good.
Extend the lead to 21.
Ball and down into Gertz.
Over to Bulte.
Bulte pass.
An offensive foul called on the Chargers.
Number four, Paxson Gertz, a blocking foul.
That's a rough sequence there for the Chargers
after the three.
by Ohio Dominican.
They're going to come up empty.
They're going to need a spark here,
something to reverse this momentum.
Ohio Dominican getting a good job of finding the open guys on the wing.
We'd like to see Hillsdale hopefully do the same.
Got by Scott over to Goodman.
Underhand handoff passes.
Let's go baseline to Goodman,
who gets another and one.
He'll be shooting a bonus free throw.
Out of Dominican,
soon as he's starting to run away with this game.
Hillsdale has subbed in a couple of players,
including their Stonebreaker and Brayland Morris.
I tell you, Daniel, when it rains, it pours right now for this Chargers team.
Hoping to get anything on defense here
as Ohio Dominican gets a free throw after the N-1,
but they don't convert it.
Brought up.
Back in the game is Colmick-Willy for the Chargers.
When he picks up his dribble over to Morris,
on the right-end key.
Checking to Morgan.
Morgan gets the ball stripped and a foul is called.
You'll see if this is a ground or shooting foul.
Fowl is on number two.
And he's Scott and that was a shooting foul.
Hillsdale Charger Tommy Morgan, number 22, will be taking two for the Chargers.
First one is good for Morgan.
Also subbed in for the Chargers is CJ Yari in number 31.
They've got the Big Man here in on the free throw.
Morgan for a second.
Drills it.
Nice job there by Morgan hitting both the free throws as Hillsdale hits the press.
Balls inbounded to number two.
Scott, who's double team gets the ball out.
Works the ball down the four to a wide open number.
Elijah Hinton.
Number 12, Logan Ryan.
Misses rebounded by McWenney.
He throws down the court and hits a nice three.
Good three by McWinney.
5537
all right
panthers also pressing the ball
balls rotated around to
Kenny Scott at the top
by the logo
end off pass number 12
Logan Ryan with the ball
like to Scott
handoff pass
Goodman, Goodman penetrates down the lane
those blocks but a foul is called
on number
22 no
follows on
CJ Yerian
number 31 of the charge
That was a nice shot there on the previous play by Colmick Winnie joining the three.
But before that, again, Ohio Dominican, didn't get the three to go in transition,
but punishing Hillsdale with their speed.
Goodman makes his first free throw.
Shooting two, those little chargers tried to regroup in between shots.
As Goodman for his second, drills it.
Stends the lead to 57-37, 20-point deficit.
as Goodman is subbed out.
Right now, Hillsdale with 13 minutes left in the second half,
needs to find the spark.
McQueenie brings them up over to Gertz,
over the Stonebreaker, top of the key.
He moves right.
Back to McQuinnie.
McQuinn to Yarian gets a screen from Yarian.
McQueen to Yarian back again,
gets a foul on the shot.
Daryon will be shooting two.
Again, nice to see them getting the ball to the big men in the paint.
You'd love to see that go for Nand 1,
but nice job.
by Yarian drawing the foul. He'll be shooting two.
Both teams with five fouls with 12 minutes left.
Caleb, are they both in foul trouble you think right about now?
I mean, especially for Hillsdale, let's see,
this free throw is made by Yerian.
I mean, Hillsdale, especially being down,
they're going to be looking to conserve as much clock as possible.
So having five fouls already does make that difficult
because you start fouling them, they get into bonus territory
and they can really hurt you on the free throw.
So definitely something to keep an eye on.
with just over 12 minutes left to go in this second half.
Yaron with the second makes it.
That's the lead to 18.
Hillsdale charges down, 5739 with 1245 less than the half.
Hillsdale with a press.
Ball is inbounded.
Okay, Scott with the ball.
First by two players.
No, travel is called Hillsdale ball.
Hillsdale Pressing to work on that play.
Nice job by Hillsdale on the press, causing the turnover on the travel.
You like to see them get after the ball, especially as the clock will become a factor later into this second half, down 18.
Goodman checks back in for the Panthers.
The ball is inbounded to McWinney.
Goethe at the ball gets a screen from Yarian.
When he penetrates down lane, over the Stonebreaker in the corner, shoots a three, or off the rim knocked out.
Rebound is contested, but the Panthers end up with the ball.
Goodman, number 23, brings the ball up to court.
Passes it to corner to number 12, loaded Ryan.
Penetrates, takes a shot.
Foul called on number three,
Braylon Morris of Hillsdale.
This will be a shooting foul.
Where in number 12,
Logan Ryan of the Ohio Dominican Panthers,
will get two shots.
Hillsdale's got to be careful
with six team fouls
and still 12 minutes to go
in this second half.
Ryan with his first.
Thanks, round the rim, hits the backboard,
and bounces out.
I think the student's second.
is going to take credit for that one.
Yes, this very large student section we have here today.
The best in the GMAC. Fun fact.
Ryan was his second. Drain's it.
Gets that one to go. So now Chargers down 39.58.
Looking to put together some offense.
Again, not shooting the three spectacularly well,
but string together a couple three points, get some open looks.
We could have a ball game on our hands.
Queenie brings it up over to
Chechnitin Janowski
Janski double team to an open
wide open C.J. Yarian
fights against this man,
chucks up a shot, no foul called.
That ball is
tipped out of bounce by the Chargers.
Man,
Panthers ball.
CJ was wide open in the paint,
pass a little high in Ohio Dominican.
Give him credit, they close on him fast
as we cut to a one-minute timeout
on Radio Free Hillsdale
101.7 FM.
Today, we'll be talking about a city named after perhaps one of the coolest people in American history, Houston, Texas.
Founded on August 30th, 1836 by land investors, the city gets its name from the general and politician Sam Houston.
Houston led Texas to independence from Mexico at the Battle of San Jacinto, just 25 miles from the future site of Houston, Texas,
and taking place months before the city's founding.
The city served as the capital of the Republic of Texas, which existed from March 2nd,
1836 to February 19th, 1846, before it became the 28th state.
Houston, the man, served as the president of the Republic of Texas for most of its existence,
and was one of the inaugural senators representing Texas after it became a state.
He is a long and impressive military career and was a respected politician.
It seems fitting that there should be a major city named after someone as influential and impressive as Sam Houston.

Your Hillsdale charges are down, 58, the Ohio Dominican Panthers.
Caleb, what do you see coming out of this time out?
A lot of what we saw in the first half, Ohio State being very fast in transition,
winning the turnover battle here,
Hillsdale's got to clean it up a little bit and find those shots,
get those baskets to go.
they've had some nice passes to
you know C.J. Yari and
Caleb Glazer in the paint. Unfortunately
haven't scored as much on those so
I'd like to see them clean up the execution.
Chip away at this lead with 12 minutes
to go in the second half.
Panthers to inbound.
Checked out to Karen Broughton.
Hillsdale with the press.
Brings ball up to court. Passed to Carson Seaman.
They're wide open Derek Goodman
from three ball. No good. Rebounded by
the Panthers. Ball is blocked.
Man. It winds up in the net.
But again, you see that speed opening up wide-open men on the lings,
allowing the Panthers to get those shots uncontested.
McGuini, top of the key, checked over to Janowski.
Nowski with a mid-range three, fouled and one.
Good play there by the veteran senior Janowski.
He'll be shooting a free throw.
Hillsdale down 60 to 41.
Both teams now with 16 fouls with 11-29 left to.
in the game. Janowski for his bonus free throw. Airballed and that ball will be taken by Goodman to be
inbounded. Unfortunate there can't get the three-point play. Still a nice shot by Janowski.
Hillsdale with the press. Acting Carson Seaman double teamed over to Goodman,
rotated to Broughton who breaks the press. Goodman dribbling the ball at the top, directing traffic,
organizing the play. The ball is checked out to
Brooks. Let's hit over to Goodman. Goodman, download. Number 31, Caleb Conrad misses a point-blank layup.
Looks like that was blocked maybe by C.J. Yarian there.
Logan, McWenney to Stonebreaker.
Brug on side, Yarian takes a three, hits the rim down, rebounded by the Panthers.
Goodman, fast break. Or the Conrad. Conrad throws up a layup high.
That's rebound out the mid. Shot by Broughton three ball off the rim. Again, rebounded by the
the Panthers again. Timeout called by the Panthers as number 31. Caleb Conrad was about to fall out of
bounce. Panthers retained possession. Now something I saw there, a lot of offensive rebounds by the
Panthers and that last one allowed them to call the timeout, maintain possession. He'll still,
you'd like to see them get on those boards, crash the boards, get the ball and they're going to need as
many possessions as possible as this clock coins down in the second half.
Don't have a lot of fouls to give before you send the Panthers into bonus.
So you'd like to get turnovers as much as possible and have a couple of possessions
where you stop the Panthers from scoring and you score, you know, your own.
So I'll have to see coming out of this time out, if they make some adjustments.
But it's going to be close with 10 minutes, 40 seconds to go in this second half, down 19.
Panthers to inbound the ball.
It has made a couple substitutions.
It is bolty, Morgan, blazer, the Chargers.
Four are the seam end up to inbound.
It ends in to Friedman, who misses the layup, partially blocked.
Balls rebounded by the Chargers,
but, I mean, Morgan falls out of bounce.
It'll be Panther basketball again.
Once again, Chargers unable to get that defensive rebound.
It will stay with.
with the Panthers.
Broughton to inbound.
He was rotated, looking for his man.
I'll chucked out to Conrad.
Conrad dribbles around, handoff to Broughton.
Broughton works around down back.
Conrad.
Conrad is fouled on the ground.
It'll be one-in-one.
Conrad at the line.
Filed there by Cole McWinney.
Chargers once again
struggling to get a turnover here
That was McQueenie's third foul
She starts getting into foul trouble
With 1024 left in the game
31 Conrad for his first shot off the rim
Chargers rebound
Nice rebound there
Winnie bringing the ball up
Passed McCourt
picks up his dribble
With the Fusion Janowski gets the ball now
Screen
Checked over the Bolte
Bolte to Glazer, pass nearly intercepted.
Glazer makes a tough shot, and it's in.
Good job by Caleb Glazer and the paint, getting that one to go.
But here comes Ohio Dominican on the fast break.
Oh, Tim Morgan with an insane block.
Mouski brings up on a fast break.
Over to Bolte.
Boltey working on his man.
Payne takes a fadeaway jumper.
No good, rebounded by Glazer.
Glazer, dribble, up, working his man.
Lay up and in.
He's worth it.
Hillsdale with another press.
Tips stolen.
And a out of bounce, not a foulful, out of bounce, Charger basketball.
Good sequence of play there.
Chargers almost got burned on the fast break,
but Tommy Morgan with an excellent block one-on-one,
brings it back.
Caleb Glazer dominating in the paint,
getting some easy buckets.
And now that press, getting a turnover.
This is what they've been looking for.
Turnovers, stopping ODIU on defense.
Only down 15.
We'll see if they can string together a couple points here.
Aska, Inbound, up to McWeyey at the top.
Three taken, fouled.
Buckle was no good, but he'll shoot three at the line.
Fowles committed by number three.
Parents brought in his first of the game.
The seventh team foul.
Both teams at 17 fouls with nine and a half minutes to go.
McWenny will get three.
His first.
Good.
Nice job.
Sinking the free throw there.
Cole McWinney.
Now for his second.
Makes that one. Glazer and Boltie and the painted contest.
Hillsdale looking to press immediately after the shot.
Gwiney for his third and final.
He makes it.
Hillsdale elects him to press again.
Four and four in the paint.
Balls inbounded to Broughton who breaks the press.
Pass down low, shot no good.
Rebounded by the target's McWinney, pressing up the court.
Working around.
Glazer with the screen.
Pass around the board.
Bolte, Bolte for a wide open three.
Trains it.
Nice shot there.
Ball's inbounded call followed on McWinney.
Hillsdale is back in the stage, only down nine with nine, ten left in the game.
Interesting there.
Fowling McWinney after a great shot.
Thereby, Boltee.
Hillsdale has a little bit of momentum here.
It will be ODIU shooting free throws.
Again, number three, brought in punishing them on the fast break with the speed,
but ODIU has missed a couple of attempts.
we'll see here if he could hit the free throws
and re-extend the lead for the Panthers.
Shooting one-and-one, Broughton, makes his first.
Silencing this crowd a little bit
that had come alive after that string of baskets
from the chargers.
Broughton first, second.
Free throw.
Brim and out, rebounded by Glazer.
Nice job there by Glazer getting the rebound.
McGueney crossed his half court.
nine minutes left in the game
10 point lead
for the Panthers
balls rotated around back to McWinney
which his man dribbles around
takes a three
drain he's got it
Cole McWinney that's another three
and a timeout call
of the Panthers
this would be a one minute timeout

this is the making of America
from the Jefferson Media
group. At 512 a.m. on April 18, 1906, San Francisco suffered a massive earthquake killing
3,000 people, destroying 25,000 buildings and leaving a quarter million residents homeless.
Resulting fires ranged unchallenged for four days and nights due the broken water mains
and exploding gas pipes. The earthquake shook the ground as far away as Oregon, Nevada, and
Los Angeles. The San Francisco police mobilized throughout the city to protect
people and properties with a standing order to shoot looters on site.
Out of the ashes, city planners used the disaster to rebuild San Francisco from the ground up,
and that is exactly what they did.

They've crawled back 61-54 to the Ohio Dominican Panthers.
Caleb, your thoughts?
Well, Chargers down seven.
You love to see it.
Definitely a big comeback here.
You've got to be careful, though.
Still, Ohio Dominican has a lot of speed in transition.
We've seen them run down the court.
I haven't gotten a lot of baskets to go,
but Hillsdale's going to need to be careful here as they have their press.
Seam into inbound.

Hillsdale Chargers down 6557 the Ohio Dominican Camp.
Scale of your thoughts.
Well, with seven and a half minutes to go here,
Chargers have turned on the heat.
Cole McWinney with successive three-pointers.
You'd love to see them shooting the three ball a lot better.
Hopefully they can continue to do that.
Lead, again, is at eight points.
However, Ohio Dominican in transition, still getting buckets,
and they're working to control this clock here.
Hillsdale with eight team fouls.
Ohio Dominican with seven, both teams in the bonus.
Something to look out for as we, you know,
approach this final stretch of the game.
As the Hillsdale pet band tries to pep up this crowd,
pep up this team,
We'll see if they can get some momentum, turn this thing around, and pull out a win here against a tough Panthers team.
All right, Hillsdale with possession.
I think it's going to be imbounded from number 24, Gerev Bulte, into number two, Ashton Janowski.
Panthers with a little bit of a press.
One-man press on Janowski.
He's not pressured at all.
Brings it up past mid-court.
switch on to the big
now McWinney with the ball
and he checks it over
to Morgan
Morgan dribble around the screen with a layup

Chargers will remain possession with 11 seconds left on the shot clock.
5.56 left in the half.
Chargers down four. We've got a ball game, folks.
At one point down by 20, chargers have brought it back.

Check down low, back to Hinton.
Hinton.

Defensive foul.
He's looking out on Caleb Blazer.
Crowd not happy about that one.
wanted a charge on ODIU.
Instead, it will be ODIU shooting
free throws. One-on-one
bonus. Number
32, I should hint it.
Looking
to extend this four-point lead
for the Panthers.
In and out. Good rebound.
Caleb Glazer, once again, here comes
Janowski taking it off the court.
Nasty, Glazer coming up for another screen.
Janowski goes the other way, penetrates down the lane,
ball over the Morgan. Morgan picks it up.
From there and pass, but handled nonetheless.
Now with the ball.
Hillsdale playing with some urgency.

with a sense of urgency, which I love, and they are shooting the three ball well. Cole McWinney
had a crucial pair a couple minutes ago, cutting the lead down to one at a game that looked all but over.
We've got a ball game, folks. We'll see how these last three minutes go, but I, for one, am very excited
as we get back to some G-MAC action.
Another thing of note,
how Dominican is in double bonus.
Next file, regardless,
should not be two free throws.
Very good point.
Stalesdale with seven.
It's not there with nine team falls.
How did Dominican was seven team foul.
As soon as Dominican will inbound the ball.
Caleb Glazer has been on the court for a while.
A lot of these players have.
We'll see how they manage stamina in these last three minutes.

Chargers down three.
Fifty three seconds.
Nowson gets a screen from Glazer.
Guys down the paint.
Blocked out of bounce, Hillsdale ball.
Nowsey's shot was blocked by number 32.

Good play by Hinton.
However, it will remain Chargers ball.
45 seconds left, down three.
We'll see what they go for.
Both teams out, timeouts.
Hillsdale nine team fouls.
Ohio Dominican 7 team fouls.
We'll see what they go for here on the inbound with Cole McWinney.
Ticks the round.
Thrown out to Janowski.
Janowski was 17 on the shot clock.
He goes around.
Works on his man.
That McWenny for the three off the rim, no good.
Ball out of bounds off Panther, player number 31.
Comrade, it'll be charges basketball, 20 seconds on the shot clock.
Can't get that three to go.
He'll still getting some looks, though.

It was rotating around.
Thrown off into the back court for Garrett Bolte.
Balls picked up.

He'll do with the ball.
And a defensive foul called on number 31.

It'll be one in one for the Hillsdale Chargers.
Bolty going to the line.
Caleb?
Big opportunity for Bolteer here.
Hillsdale, again, playing with some urgency,
but struggling to put together a playoff the inbound.
We'll see if Boltee can hit a free throw here, cut this lead down.
And you know, you never know.
Maybe get a rebound.
We'll see what happens.
Man, this game is excited.
Remember one in one.
Boltee with his first.
Makes it.
Student section, blessing the free throw.
Bolte gets another one as the lead is down to just two.
Shot clock is off.
29.4 seconds left in the game.
Boltee for a second.
Free throw.
Braylon Morris checks in for the Chargers.
Lutees.
One point game, 72.71.

and they've brought it back to this.
Let's see what happens.
Chargers pressing.
Foul called on number 30.
Stonebreaker will be number two.
He's Scott in free throws.
Not a bad foul there.
Hopefully Chargers can get back possession
after these free throws.
I believe he will be shooting two.
The Panthers are now in double bonus.
Stadium comes alive.
His first made it.
Lead now.
Score 73, 71, 23, 6 left in the game.
And shooting his second free throw and final free throw.
He'll still has shot the three ball well,
but they would really love for a miss and a rebound on this free throw.

Second shot up, it's good.
Panthers with a three-point lead, 74-71.
20 seconds left.
Chargers down three.

Chargers down three.
Just over four seconds left.
And Ohio Dominican will be shooting two.
Ayesha Hinton.
Player filed.
Number one, Caleb Glazer.
Hillsdale.
Not a whole lot of options there.
Didn't want the clock to run out.
So, hoping for the best on these two free throws here.
Crowd tries to make their presence felt.
Makes the first one.
Two possession game now for the Chargers.
Second makes it as well.
Leads up to five, five seconds left to go.
Balls inbounded.
These shots up for three.
Does it make it?
And that'll end us.
76, 71.
