Starting point is 00:00:00 You are listening to Soundtracks for the Skyline, a genre of music for each city. I'm your host, Lily Fay Kramer, on Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FM. Cheyenne, Wyoming, known for its railroad history as a part of the Wild West, is also famous for Cheyenne Frontier Days, which was founded in 1897. It is the largest outdoor rodeo festival in the world. Cheyenne Frontier Days lasts for 10 days and features over eight concerts in the arena each night after the rodeos. Past performers have included Megan Moroni, Garth Brooks, Lady A, Cody Johnson, and Brooks & Dunn to name a few. Cheyenne gets its fair share of outlaw Western country music, thanks to its vibrant rodeo culture. I'm Lily Fay Kramer, and this has been Soundtracks for the Skyline on Radio Free Hillsdale 101.7 FX.
