Crocs and socks are a blessing in disguise.

Hello, I'm Ariel McDowell here with a word to the wise. Crocs and socks. Some say yes, some say no. Those with practiced aesthetic preferences will agree this fashion choice poses a threat to one's dignity. But fear not, assuming you are not featured in viral internet content while wearing crocs with socks, social recovery shouldn't take more than two to three years. While my eyeballs find it difficult to look at orange rubber sandals riddled with holes reminiscent of cheddar cheese, accented by red knee socks, it behooves me to remember that I have reasons to be grateful for them. Crocs and socks reassure me that my footwear choices will always appear comparatively superior,

not on their own merit, but by contrast. How would I feel confident in my dirty old sneakers if those crocs and socks folks didn't provide a helpfully distracting atrocity? So while others might not appreciate you crock and sock wearers, can I just say you are seen? The sacrifices you make allow me to retain my own footwear dignity.
