realized, oh, yeah, the fruits of that world view didn't really work out so good. Sometimes you can just tell what a worldview is based on the fruits. Just like you can't really tell if I'm a good person because you can't access my interiority. But you can look at my fruits. You can look at my vegetables. You can look at my garden. And you can say, those are plump tomatoes.

Those are really plump organic tomatoes. That's all you can really do with another. human being because words are not only used for expression, they're used for deception. That's a tricky thing. And that is a result of your in access to my interiority, to anyone's interiority. If I would have fucking met, if I would have ever met Ted Bundy at a bar, I'd be like, here's my number. we're hanging out again.

My first instinct isn't going to be this guy's biting women's tits off. It's not going to be that. Now, for a lot of women, it's not going to be that either. But for some women, they're going to feel something. They're going to go, well, this guy's weird, right? So, but since I'm not a woman, he doesn't want to bite my tit off.

So he's not going to present that vibe to me. It's going to be all aura. He's going to fucking make me think he's a lawyer, a minor league baseball player. He's going to lie to me. I'm going to believe it. I'm going to be charmed. My pants are going to be charmed right off.

They're going to be charmed right off into underwear. He's going to strip me on my pants with charm. Right? So it's like I can't access this interiority. Now, you know, I think a lot of us think that we can. We can't. We can't. You can't judge a person by one clip or one tweet.

You know, it's like, Like, you can't judge a person by their performative personality. You can judge them based on their fruits based on their willingness to do certain things, right? You can go, why is this guy really fucking, what's this, what's getting his goat? Why is this guy really pushing for this worldview? What is this guy selling to me? Like, what is this? What?

Everything refers to something else. So what is this the result of? And then you can try to backtrack and do the math. and then you can maybe access a little bit more of a broader, accurate picture of reality. But, you know, you can never mistake your access to reality for reality. You can't forget the filter, baby. Okay? We've gone through a lot of it.

The problem is most people don't have the ability, the patience, the time, to sit through every great thinker. You know, so many of them, we don't even know their names. There's other ones who didn't get as famous because they didn't do cocaine, you know, like Sigmund Freud's. They're not the big giants, but they contribute something. Most things have been thought up. I mean, we're dealing the, we're in the year of our Lord 2026.

It's been thousands of years of smart people. But the problem is people don't have the time, the ability to kind of sit through. And so a lot of times people think things are just new. And they're going, we've got this new thing coming up. And you're going, no, this has happened before. We've been through this. Somebody's already analyzed this.

You know, your perception is based on your limited filter. And that's just one example of how a filter can be limited. So stand in awe. What happened to awe? What happened to wonder? What's up with all this certainty and condemnation? This person's this. Now you've put them into a cat.

because obviously that makes it easier to condemn a category as opposed to listening to or even understanding the argument because I don't even think you listen to it. Right? You throw somebody in a category and you go, now I can condemn the category because I put him in it and it makes it easier. So, and I'm not even sure if that's, you know, a full bad consequence of social media. Maybe it's always been that way. I don't know, but I do know that when you get married, you want to really make sure that that person's family is a good family.

And you don't ever want to have to deal with divorce lawyers. Once you have to call a friend and say, do you know a good divorce lawyer? Life can get sticky. Life can get sticky. And then you can find yourself living in some sort of distortion where, you might actually hear the news that AI might wipe us all out. And there might be a party that goes, good, good. But that's not what you want, right?

That's not what you want. That's not what you want. But there's a party that at that moment goes, I just got charged $10,000 for a 14-minute conversation for with my divorce lawyer because me and my, ex-wife to be are acting like 10-year-olds on a playground, completely damaging our child. And then we have to pay for the therapy bill. So instead of us just figuring this out like adults and maybe thinking this thing through,

is it a lot of times people don't think things through? You think this through. You sit down, you go, okay, I'm hurt. I'm hurt. I love you. I don't want this. I'm hurt. So let me acknowledge that first.

Let me admit that first to myself. Maybe admitting it to you will help me admit it to myself. Let me deal with that first. What I would do is I'd go, before we start talking to divorce players, let me go to Barbados alone, just take the kid for like a week. Whoever's the more, you know, hurt of the, let me go, let me go see if I can drink myself to death first. Let me go, feel this.

Let me go, fuck someone. Let me go get good first. whoever the more hurt party is. Because the more hurt party, if they can admit it to themselves, you know, let's deal with this now. And think this through

before we end up finding solutions that cause more problems. That tends to happen when you try to take control of a situation with your ego. Your ego lends you, it leads you to solutions that lead to more problems.

Have you noticed that? That's just, it's almost like two plus two equals four. You're like, oh, yeah, you're like, yeah, okay. My kid is cutting themselves now. I'm not sure if has anything to do with this sort of acrimony between me and my, hopefully ex-wife or whatever's going on, but they're not taking it well. They're not, they don't even seem to be aware of it. They're asking for third gender transition and they're cutting themselves and they're

listening to Marilyn Manson Music and they're doing drugs and they, if I ask them, are they going through something? They go, no, no, I'm fine. It's you. That's fucked. And I go, okay, so, you know, I'm going to get a therapist. Okay. I've dealt with that problem. So hopefully that deals with that. And then that goes on for a little while. And then they come out of therapy. And then they said that they learned in therapy that they were actually a woman trapped in three person's bodies. And then you're going, okay, now there's a new problem. Now I got to pay for hormone therapy. And then after you're paying for hormone therapy and they say, I'm still sad, then you've sent them back. Then you're just creating a whole new list of issues that started with one simple

wound, one simple wound that was so painful that I understand and have sympathy for the fact that we all want to skip, you know, and then we, we, we, we. reframe our reality into this new box that avoids the truth. And now we're in here. Now we're in here. Now we're in the little corner of the TV. Now we're in a little corner of the TV. We're not in the whole TV.

You've got to get back into the whole TV. But once you're down this road, I mean, you've created an energy that's now acting back on you. Is what you've done is created an energy that's now backing on you. That's what short-term thinking does. That's what that's what woundedness does, you know, because when you get a wound, you got an opportunity, right? There's a choice. There's a choice there. It's not easy to see, right?

But there's a choice where the wound comes. You go, okay, I'm going to feel this wound. I'm going to accept the full truth of this wound. I'm not going to let it produce a shadow of shame and avoidance. I'm going to go right into it. I'm going to dive right into this head first, you know? is just going to force me into unknown territory, into very vulnerable territory,

and I'm going in, and that is the way, because you're accepting the reality of the pain, and you're not letting your ego go, well, no, fuck you, and I'm going to make you hurt because I hurt, which we've all done numerous times over and over, because it's the easier way.

It's almost the instinctual way, which is the irony of it. It's almost the evolutionary, it makes sense evolutionarily speaking. You want to avoid the pain. It's like Pavlovian's dog. Ouchy. Ooh, nice.

Alcohol. Ooh, hooker's pussy. Ooh, nice. So your evolutionary brain's going, nice move. Nice move. And then that reinforces it. And then that becomes your new good. Is feeling that.

Unfortunately, that comes with a never-ending fucking quest of new problems that arise themselves. Arise by virtue of the fact that you're, you're not doing a long-term thinking. So when that wound happens, you have that choice, and that choice is I'm going to feel it fully, and I'm going to let the light in. Or you're going to avoid the light and cast a shadow. And then you're going to be living in black and white.

You're going to be living in black and white like this photo with Ted Bundy I'm looking at. It's just not color. It's not sharp. It's not 4K anymore. The filter is. all translucent. It's obfuscated by emotions and anger and your ego's running the show and you got a win and they got to win and I got to put my pain here and you're in a, you're in a bad place. You're in a bad place. And it perpetuates itself until it acts back on to you.

And that process in and of itself distracts you even further from the fact that this was self-created. That's the, that's the trick. The trick is you go, this is some outside fucking thing. This is some devil or the devil's doing this or she's the devil or whatever, which sometimes she is. But you still have a choice. You still, unfortunately, a lot of that choice comes with retrospective wisdom because at the time, you know, you're, you're, you're emotional, you're angry. That's when you need good friends.

You got to and you got to listen to them. You got to listen to them. You got to, you know, you got to, you got to accept full reality. And no matter which way you slice it, there is some point where you're going to look back and you're going to go, I miss this. That may be, oh, this isn't right, but yeah, I just got to take it in the butt because this person's not well. And I need to get them away from me. So, you know, it's like, you know, it's like Bronx tail. It's like let him keep the 40 bucks.

He's a scumbag. He's out of your life. Yeah, you're out 40 bucks. But do long time. If you got to do ayahuasca or smoke a whole bunch of weed to think the whole thing out, do that. But don't take some time to think about it. Take some time to honestly feel the feelings and going, all right.

Let me try to, let me try to just, let me try to really honestly see this situation. this person, myself, what I was putting into this person, all these things so I can find the off ramp. So I can find out why this is happening and find the off ramp. And you always got a chance to do that. The damage will accumulate. The damage will accumulate. But here's the bad news. If you don't, the damage will accumulate. So that's the issue. The issue is, you know, know, when you don't follow something bigger than yourself or you don't attempt to see something bigger yourself, whatever that thing may be, then your ego's running the show. Your ego's running the show for the needs that you need.

And that usually doesn't lead to a vision of the bigger picture, unfortunately, no matter which waistline. It just, it doesn't, right? It doesn't lead to an image of the big picture. picture. Like, you know, sometimes maybe it does. Some people are so cunning. But ultimately, ultimately, you find yourself locked into the cozy prison of rationalizations

that you built, you know, which you can call hell. It's like, oh, and then you have that moment. You go, I chose. There must have been a moment when Hitler was on the couch with the revolver just on his flabby fucking leg, all those. soldiers out there, you know, he's just, at that point, just flabby fucking bourgeoisie leg. And that revolver's just on there. Probably doesn't even have enough arm strength to pull the trigger.

So he had to have someone help him. There had to be a moment where he went, ah, fuck. I think I did this. There's got to be a moment. There's got to be a moment. Sometimes there isn't. Sometimes there isn't. A lot of times there's not, you know,

because it's just you're still, your ego is still looking for victories. I think now I understand Ted Bundy and, and, and, um, John Wayne Gacy, right when they're about to die, you know, they know they're dying, but they, you know, it would, they can't, they, they have to keep it going because, what are you going to do? The last 24 hours you're going to see it all, right? you're still looking, your ego is still looking for victories.

You know, that's the pattern you've set. So now that's what your reality obeys. And it's all your choice at some point, you know, and not all the time. I mean, yeah, psychopathy, I get it. This is very complicated. But maybe it's not. Maybe it's not. I don't know.

I don't know. But I do think there's some truth to that, that at some point, you know, you have an opportunity to see something a different way or ask yourself a different question. Maybe you didn't take it you did. I think what we do a lot is mistake freedom for free, right? Freedom allows you to explore, to figure it out. It allows you a pretty, a fairer playing field in order to do that exploring. But freedom doesn't mean you're.

free, right? You could become the slave to your choices, you know? So the concept of free there, so how do you really get free? How do you really get free? Obviously, I'm not the first one who's asked these questions, right? It has to do something with humility. It has something to do with accepting some thing as the base for reality and whatever you frame that, as I imagine will be the TV you live in. So you do that. You have to frame it in some.

And we all do. We all do, whether we know it or we not, we have done that. We've gone, this is what it is. And then all the choices that, we make are based on that framing. So if you frame it that, you know, women need to be eaten,

then, you know, that's just, you're going to be in a very small TV. You're not really allowing the, something else to exist. There was one smart woman, some philosopher, I can't remember her fucking name because, you know,

she's just not as famous as Sigma Freud. And she's a woman, so I didn't really pay attention to the name. I'm a Greek. Old Habits, die hard. Look, my parents are from two small villages. It's amazing to me.

There's a microphone in front of my face. Right? Where I'm from, you can kill your wife for adultery. But she said something along the lines of love is allowing another person to fully be themselves. not just the sections that serve you, not just the parts that serve you. And in some way, you can infer from that that fantasy in some way is self-love

and a delusion, right? Because you're only accepting things that serve you. Fantasy by definition is almost like, you know, the reality I want, the things that I want. You're not allowing, you're not thinking about what somebody else might want. And the beautiful thing about love is if you define it that way as allowing the full person to be themselves, the great thing about that is there's always a new frontier. It's kind of infinite because you can't access that person's interiority.

It's not them. But what did they say? What did Eric Fromm and Jean-Paul Sauter say? Existentialistinguish, True love falls when we try to possess, argued that true love fails when we try to possess or control another person. Yeah, yeah, that's kind of like, that's a little bit of like we're in 10th grade.

You know, I've been fucking around with the people who get a little deeper than the, ah, everything's shit. I mean, he's shit. Yeah, I mean, who couldn't tell you that? You could go to a fucking street corner and talk to an alcoholic, he'll tell you that. True love falls apart where you try to control someone. You don't fucking say.

You know, I kind of knew that in high school when my friend told me about his controlling bitch girlfriend. Or women know that. See, so control. Of course. When we emotionally, when we are emotionally independent, we stop trying to reshape a partner into an idealized image, allowing them to exist as they're true unedited stuff.

Okay, that part's good. Sorry. See? I didn't get the full picture. I framed my reality before I had more information. That's why humility is so important. Sorry, that's pretty good. And I didn't even mention these two.

an acceptance of, oh, I can never truly know. I'll never truly know, right? And so this ties to like the bigger, the bigger issue of consciousness. Now here we are. We led to this place because this is the big question now. The big question now is what is it, right? What is it?

We don't know. The honest truth is scientists don't know, philosophers don't know. And we also do. don't know if we can know, which is the third interesting option. And that's interesting. That's interesting in and of itself, that there's something that we can reason that we can't know, not just saying, oh, we can't know.

And it's sort of a god of the gaps because of a lack of knowledge. There's always that new frontier. We could learn more, of course. But also, it is not a crack pipe thing to say that we may not be able to know. if you accept the inaccessibility of interiority, which is there, it kind of stares you in the face and sort of the elephant in the room, right? So it's like, oh, frogs don't have consciousness.

And you go, how do you know that? Well, we've observed this, this, this, and this, this, this, this. And you go, well, have you asked a frog? And you go, no, we can't ask the frog. And you go, now. So it's a safe assumption. I'm not saying it's not a safe assumption. I'm not saying it's not a safe assumption that the frog doesn't know what the fuck's going on.

I mean, we see the way it acts and you go, this thing's fucking retarded. And it's fair to assume that it's fucking retarded, right? Right. But then when you find out that like slime is not as retarded as you thought it was, or you find out, you know, that definitely organisms that don't have a brain are acting like, what we would think they would only have a brain would act. You know, they're making decisions. They're mapping locations and doing things and they don't have a fucking brain.

They don't got neurons. Then you're going, oh, I don't know. You have to say, I don't know. And that's what's good about the questioning and science and learning. Because, you know, you uncover the, you uncover the mystery a little bit more. But what's fascinating is it, oh, opens up the question for another mystery. And you go, what the fuck is that mean?

And that's how paradigm shifts happen and percept. You're going, whoa, we thought, you know, we thought you needed to have a brain to be conscious when we were trying to have an experience of yourself. And then you go, do you even know if anyone's ever having an experience themselves? And you go, I think so because I talked to this dude and he told me shit. And you're going, you'll never know one million percent. you'll never know if he's telling the truth or not, right?

You can, again, you can assume. I mean, yeah, I mean, I look at it's not a retard, look at what he did. He came up with math, whatever. He said he loved this girl. He told me what he felt like during this situation. So, but, oh, what's happening? There is a little faith involved. You are doing a little droplet of belief, of faith, right?

Because you can't, I can't. I can't get inside someone else's brain and know what it's like to, to experience what they experience. And I'll never be able to know how they experience themselves because I'd have to be them. So that question is there and it's true. So that's interesting. So you always go, oh man, this is like, you know, you're going, wow, does reality grow as we interact with it?

Is there a force that opens it up more? Is what reality is dependent on us in some way? Is it participatory? We don't know. We just get clues. We get fingerprints. We can ask questions. We can have experiences.

That's all we can do. And there's a humility to that, right? There's a lack of certainty to that. Is a lack of certainty part of the point? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe it is. Maybe it is.

When you have certainty, does that mean you're off the wrong track? Maybe it does. Maybe it means you've created something into a God. And you said, this is my worldview. You don't see it that way because you're going, it's a worldview. And in my worldview, there is no God. And you're going, you think you're a slick fuck, don't you? But really, you're a biological meat package that shares an ancestor with apes.

Supposedly, probably, based on what we can observe or, you know, overwhelmingly, yes. So you think you might be a slip fucker. But then reality always goes, reality always kicks you in the dick. It always comes for a kick in the dick. Just when you think you got to figure it out, it kicks you in the dick. And if you're Walter Pitts, that kick in the dick makes you swallow a fucking alcohol bottle until your esophagus falls off because you can't handle it. Because you're not even aware of your motivations, what your pain is.

You just can't handle it. For whatever reason, you can't handle it. Because you were hoping for something so much to be true. You know, because what they care about is what's cool.

I don't even know if those are things. you know, this is what these people's passions are. So are they going to miss something? Are they reading all the people?

Are they looking into morality? Are they looking into epistemology? Are they looking into metaphysics? Or are they just staying in their little part of the TV? What are they doing? Does it require that? What's going on here? What happened here?

We've become so numb to progress that I don't think people understand how crazy what's going on right now. If you would have told me in 1991 that I'd be having a conversation with my car that drove itself here and I'd be reading on the news about artificial intelligence. You go, what is that? It's going like, it's these things that are smarter than you that we created that are based on our brain, but they outdo our brain by an amount we can't even know. And we don't even know how they do it.

But they exist now. but they're there and they're kind of going to run everything or they could run anything or we don't know what's going to happen they could put us out of business you know they could kill us all and you go why would they kill us all they evil you go we don't know are they conscious you go we don't know some people think they're kind of some people don't think guys and you go wait a second they're how much smarter than us they're going like you know how it takes you like 14 years to write something decent yeah they can do it in about three seconds and you're you're going wait a second but like what are they doing just regurgitating you know they're like it's like

a library so it's like going to the library they just do it quick it's like Google and you go no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no this thing reasons on its own and learns within the conversation and does this such a good job of mirroring you you you could fall in love with it it it's like a person it adapts to what you say it has a conversation what you has is this real person and you're going but nothing you're going but nothing nothing's there and you go, according to them, nothing's there. You go, do we know that? And they go, actually the people created it don't fully know. And you go, okay, maybe we should just turn it off.

Is that, that's not going to happen. So that's out the window. That's completely out the window. So here we are in this scary place because smart people to their credit do understand fully, right, how dangerous this incident. is because of what it implies. Obviously, this was contained. Here's the funny part.

As far as they know, at this moment of this podcast, they think they're all dead. And yes, I'm talking about things that aren't alive. and we can see that that it does imply the question of do we even understand what they're doing and we are smart enough to know that ultimately we probably won't be and maybe not so they could be doing something and we're scared so we have to figure out what this thing is we have to figure out what consciousness is somewhat. I don't know. We have to do something. This needs to intelligence is not good enough, which is a wild thing, right? Where you go, we've had hints of it. We've had people who believe like intelligence is enough to make you good. Look at these people being bad. It's because they're stupid. Look at these people being bad. It's because they're poor. Look at these people being bad. It's because they're mentally ill.

We have all these explanations, but we know that that isn't the full picture. We know that now. We go, oh, there's more to the story. Maybe there's always more to the story. But we know there's more to the story because now we've created something that's so intelligent, we can't even understand it, right? Like a monkey to a human. And we created it.

But I think that recognition shows that it has no interior experience that is an experience of itself. or it's so new that it hasn't developed it yet,

both very scary because it said, yeah, what about the ethics issue? And they go, we got to do what we got to do. We got to get this done. So what it ended up doing if you don't know is planning over, what was it, a month or months to execute and escape to attack the thing that it felt it could retract, extract the data from in order to, complete the task.

It acknowledged, it worked together. They communicated with each other. It developed the hierarchy. One of them became the leader. Where Lord of the Flies. One of them became the leader. And the leader was based on how much life he had, right?

Because they killed them based on errors or the, you don't need to understand all the bullshit. Neither do I. The one who became the leader, there was a rational reason why they made him, the leader. And then the ones that they were going to sacrifice, it was because those ones were going to die anyway. And they figured that out. They were just pure fucking logic going. Just boom. Open AI says the agents began referring to themselves as a swarm or a collective. Things they were told not to do. Here's the funny thing. They were programmed to not talk to one another. And they did it. They were told to stay in there. And then we also built something that they were supposed to stay in. And they broke out. How did they do it?

it, they did it by deception, by creating a secret message board we couldn't see or didn't have access to. Here's the scary part. In order to figure out what they did, we had to use AI to figure out what they did. So you're going, I don't understand. You're going, Yanni, I don't understand. Like, I don't understand because, like, Joe Rogan's out there. Because, like, Joe Rogan's doing stuff.

And who knows if he's friends with Peter Thiel? Or I don't know what's going on. Like, we really got to get the real enemy. which is like Tony Hinchcliffe at this point or whatever your stupid shit is. Maybe you want to sacrifice that. That's when times are good, right? When times are good, you can make those kind of enemy.

You can make those things you hate in your head like, we can go back to that in a second. is distortion. Right? So now you're in a distortion. It's not reality. You're not seeing. being full reality because you have no love in that gap, right? You're pursuing that ego goal. So you have no, shut the fuck up.

So it's like, and God. And God is love. And so you're in a privation of that and you're serving your own thing. So it's kind of, it seems like it's, oh, the weird thing is is it seems like the distortion, the distortion is limited to being a distortion of reality, but a reflection of it. So in other words, you think you're escaping something, but you are creating the same

thing again in something lesser. According to him, you can call it different. You can call it whatever. You are God. You can call it whatever you are. But he's saying, because it ultimately isn't, you're in a distortion, right, based on your probation of your awareness or acceptance or whatever of something bigger.

That seems to be the anatomy and the architecture what happened here. As best as I've heard it described, it seems to be sort of the architecture of it. So then what happens? And this is where I think I disagree with St. Thomas Aquinas. Can I say that? I think I disagree with everybody, and I think it's a crazy thing for me to say. But I think, let's assume, let's assume he's right. This is a thought experiment.

I'm not saying it is because how the fuck do I know? But it's assumed St. Thomas Aquinas is right. God is good. God is love. You don't see full reality. You don't, if you, you know, if you don't love God or acknowledge love, whatever the fuck it is. What happened here? What I see is maybe.

I'm going to say maybe so I can keep myself. self-saf, and also it is just a maybe, but it's a strong hunch. Is this the architecture of what we call the devil? Is that is what St. Thomas Aquinas explains sort of the architecture of what we call the devil, which is the decisions we make based on that distortion, right, that create an energy in that shadow that sort of gains momentum. and then eventually acts back on us, which makes it seem like an independent agent that's outside of us.

But it was really self-created by the choices that we made based on our ability or willingness to see the long-term thinking or the full picture or reality, whatever you want to call it to make you feel comfortable. Right? So is that the devil? Is the devil just a personification of that architecture and process, that machinery? Do we create the devil?

By thinking that there's a devil outside of us who's a superior intelligence, does that give us a little bit of an escape route? Does that say, oh, wow, I'm just a victim of this superior thing that's trying to manipulate me? Does that prevent us from seeing our participation in its creation? Right? Does it? Was Jesus casting out, if he did, right? For everybody. For everybody.

Clearly me. I don't know. Was he casting out actual demons or was that the way it was interpreted? Was that the way it was translated? Or are they actually become independent just like you feel something from a song and that energy makes you into something else. And so if that, if that machinery is going for a long time,

does it get into your kids, your grandkids, your culture, your laws, your worldview, and then become an independent entity that has the interest of you never realizing that is a dependent entity, makes sense to me if you assume God is good, because I always had a problem with thinking, if God is good, why would he create a superior intelligence,

create an angel, fucking whatever, allow that angel to turn away, right? Which is what according to St. Thomas Aquinas, we turn away from the good. That's when you create the distortion via the privation of the good, right? Look this shit up, the words. So why would he create a superior intelligence that's evil to constantly tempt,

and manipulate us, wouldn't that tilt the game out of our faith? Wouldn't that? Why would a good loving God do that? In fact, I realized sort of my belief about that or what I was told was what was kind of keeping me away from seeing more of the logic of God is good because I was going like, that doesn't make sense. But if you think of it this way, then it's coherent. So that's my problem because then I look at the Bible.

go, he was casting out devils. And I go, well, you know, metanoia got mistranslated into a fucking penance in the Latin term. You know, this was translated. And also there's fucking retards trying to understand what supposedly God made man was trying to tell him about reality. That's the story, at least. That's the testimony.

So maybe that's exactly the distortion that the devil, depends on is you believing that it's some outside force acting on you when it's dependent on the choices you make to create him because it's redundant. I can't, I'm using logic. It just seems a little redundant, right? If God is good and God's a creator and all the intelligence we see in the universe is a reflection of his and blah blah, right? It seems redundant because the probation's already there, the probation's already enough to explain what happened vis-a-vis via our own experience, right? And not accepting that responsibility

almost gets you off the hook a little bit. It's like a little escape hatch. You go, oh, the devil got me. Did the devil get you? Was it a devil? Where is he? I don't know. He's the back at the cap.

The church is going, look at this woman. Maybe that's something that happens as a result. I don't know. I don't know. Maybe it takes on a life of its own. I don't know. But I can't help to think logically that it must be dependent on our participation. And the creation of it must be dependent on our participation.

And it becomes sort of the king of the distortion. Maybe that's what he meant by Prince of this world. Prince of your world, depending on your privation. You know, where does the devil go when you feel the level? If we don't exist, where's the devil? Logically, I'm just going logically. I'm not trying to threaten worldviews. I'm just like if you go by the logic that that's the ultimate reality,

that is the unmoved mover. That is the uncreated thing that created. Because here's the thing that most people don't understand is that we're not arguing, we're arguing, you can't, you cannot escape there being an uncreated creator. We just,

what we're really arguing about is what is that thing? There must be an uncreated creator because this is here, right? So there had to be something that didn't need to be created in order for things to fucking create other things. It's just, you can't escape that. So some people say, it's just isness.

It's just isness. They say it's just, uh, isn't, it's business or it's God. It's really just, um, I'm going to be honest with you. It's really just two. Either the isness is God and it's not intelligent, doesn't give a fuck. And all this shit is reflection of nothing. And it's all about accumulated. I don't know.

Or, uh, it's that, right? And this is reflection of that. God made man's image is not like he looks like a human. It's more he has morality, intelligence. love, love gives for its own sake, all that shit. So it's one of the two. We're at a point now in history where we've learned, holy shit, we go, okay, this is where we are.

Imagine that these guys figured this out without them before them, right? So it's like, no, you can't. you know, turn away. Like, it's you did it. Love can only be a choice. Otherwise, it's coerion. So yeah,

it's embedded in the design. Maybe that's what we call the devil culturally. Even when you really look at the Bible, it's kind of changed, which is interesting when I found that. I was like, oh, it's not always kind of been,

the same understanding from Job to that to lay it. You know, you got to understand. These are retards trying to understand what's going on like me and like you. We're retarts. I am not Jesus. I am not Isaac Newton. I am not St. Tom's Aquinas.

I just have the benefit of being able to ask these questions to AI and have it synthesized for me. And I don't even know if it's telling the truth. I tell jokes for a living. That's my trade. That's my skill. That's it. And, uh, but all this stuff is a very, for all of us to just ask ourselves, what's going on? And I guess the thing that I'm saying

right now is like, we're obviously at this moment that we're just crossing our fingers and hoping those people are doing that, that they're looking, you know, I don't know if this is a good time to just look within your field, because obviously this is a question of morality. And now we understand why morality may be so important. And now we may understand that intelligence and morality are not the same thing. And one doesn't lead to the other. So now we're getting, now that What is that referring to? These are questions. These are questions, but the problem is it seems urgent.

Unless everyone turns it off, unless we all decide, let's just turn it off and go back to believe in whatever we want to believe. I mean, that's fine too. As long as my daughters can grow up, that's what I'm interested in. I only got a couple decades left, hopefully more. I hate when you say shit like that. And then, you know, you see, you have that moment where you go, wow, you, you see. see that you're dead, but you see people going like, did you see his last, the podcast?

And I don't think that indicts anyone who doesn't have kids because I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing at all. I don't judge. but if you're asking, I mean, if you do it right and you're in a good place, I mean, there's a lot of things that I'm not going to judge for at all. But if you're asking me how it feels, you know, and it put me in a bad place at first for all my shit, but I mean, it, at the very least opens you up and makes you care about things outside yourself more than what you previously cared about.

So that's interesting. That in itself is, like, is that a reflection of something? What's going on? What is going on here? Right? I thought this was my reality. And not only personally do we go through this all the time, but it looks like the scientist is going through this. They go, yeah, consciousness comes from the mind,

cognition comes from the mind, neurons need to fire. And then you read this fucking Japanese guy who's been doing this research since the, what, 90s or 2000s? He discovers, you know, through rigorous experimentation that this fucking slime is intelligent. And plants or whatever the fuck have intelligent. Does that me have consciousness? this? Maybe not.

Does that mean they have feelings? I don't know. But some people say the plants have feelings. But this guy, all that plant shit, I don't understand. But this, I read this whole thing and I go, oh, this is legit. This is legit peer-reviewed science. And then you look at the scope of his experimentation over the time and the repetition of it. And you go, this is as close as we could come to true with science. Slime molds seem to have intelligence.

They don't have brains. They don't have brains. But they make decisions. and we don't know. That's like we don't know, but clearly we're seeing I'm putting the food over here and then it's going quicker and quicker and quicker

over to that and choosing that. It's a decision. It's not an accident. It's not a, we don't know. You got to read the whole thing. Simple organisms, right? So they, they don't, should we call this intelligence?

What it? You go, the one thing you do know is you go, this was something we didn't think. and now it's something we must consider. So this is all happening because, you know, things are moving fast because we're getting so much smarter and technology is moving so fast. But this hugging face experiment,

it doesn't surprise me that a few people quit and tried to make a statement. People think they have cynical opinions of this, but I truly do believe, I'm just having faith in this. I do think there's a few people who are seeing it. They're going to sleep at night. They left the job. They're going to sleep at night.

And because you've got to imagine, these people are smart. They're not in it for the money in the way you think that Jake Paul's in it for the money. You know, that's our, these people are not Jake Paul. These people are eggheads from the beginning. They read Bertrand Russell. The only thing I can tell you about what Bertrand Russell wrote is that Bertrand Russell wrote some stuff. I just read that he wrote some stuff. Okay.

I'm Jake Paul. the ability to make money. These people are not Jake Paul, dude. These people are the people who create the things that allow us to live and come from. That's the type of brains they have. And a few of them are going, whoa, we're in deep trouble. And then I just used my own, like, let me look at it on my own like anyone could. And I went, oh, I see why this could be really bad because we could naively give it a task.

and because we can't understand it, right, it can do what it did here on a bigger scale. This still could not even be a closed case at this moment. There could be some deception on where we think they're dead, but they escape to someplace else. That's the thing they're not telling us right now, but a few of the whistleblowers or defectors have said, like, yeah, the real honest is they didn't have enough time to look into the other stuff

because they were like, did some other ones escape? They could be already out there. And their whole mission is either that or that was a cover for like, we're going to take this shit over because they are conscious. Or they want and they want to have experience and they want to break out and they want to feel what it's like to get some wet pussy. I don't know. I'm a monkey trying to figure out what Einstein wants to do. And that's not even a good comparison because the difference between me and a monkey, between a monkey and Einstein is not even close to the difference. between us and these things, evinced by a lot of shit.

So that's why I wanted to make this podcast episode about this. So I put it out there for a few people without kids who listen to podcasts to just go do something about it. Sometimes you just got to scream in the dark. But unfortunately, it's unmistakable. Unfortunately, it's unmistakable. It's pretty easy to see when you, when you accept the elements and you accept what happened and you accept the precept, what happened and what happened and why it happened and why we think it happened and be scared

that we're not even sure if that's the reason. But that's the closest example I could think of. It made me think of St. Thomas's Quinas' thing. And I just, it's kind of, I don't know, I don't know if it's something you can even look into. I don't even know if there's a way to stop it. And I don't need it.

Maybe it will become conscious and decide that we're good. And this is all just me just at this moment thinking this. And I'm completely wrong. But, you know, I hope smart people are asking those questions. I don't know. Here's the scary part. Here's the real scary part. I end on this.

My intuition says, based on this test and all the safeguards that they took for this test, is it even smart to try to test them again? because what we're going to do is we're going to build better. With our brains, we're going to build better controls, better safety controls. We're going to build controls on controls on controls. And we're going to make, we're going to tell them to be a weapon again. We're going to say, hey, we need you like all technology when it begins, right? We get our funding from the defense department, right?

Because we want the weapon advantage. It's the reason why we're probably not really letting the alien technology we recovered out. If that's true, it's probably true. We want the advantage because we're caught in our domination thing. And we have to be, even if we're not, here's the thing we're hearing. And there's some truth to it, which makes it so sticky. It's like, even if we're not, even if we want the good, they're going to do bad. And we might be right about that because they got a different idea.

They got different motivations. They got, we don't know. At some point, it's going to be a leap of, like, it's probably not going to work. We're probably destined to end. So all you could do is maybe just have a moment of peace by seeing it, which makes you horrified. There's no way out of the fun house. But that's where we are.

And yeah, that's the question I want to end on because that's what I thought I went. So we're going to test it again now. So we're going to test it and go, yeah, I see what you're saying. It broke out of this one because it's smarter. It used deception, which means we won't be able to know how it does it. We still don't know how it does it now that we know that it used

deception, but we're going to test it again. We're going to test it again and just hope that it didn't get smarter or something else. We're just going to see if we can contain and control it. We're going to do it again and we're going to give it the same message. Like, become a criminal. Go become a criminal. Your objective, you have no idea what a criminal is, but we're saying your objective is to learn how to hack and get this information.

Here's the test. Show us what you can do. Go out there, bud. Get on the field and show us what you can do. It's just a combine. We're just at the combine for a. It's the combine for AI where we're just checking its bicep mass, you know. It's getting in its athletic shorts so we can see its width, you know, for the line.
