That's ShipStation.com. Code YOURFAVORITETHING. Do it. Check, check, check, check. We stole this from the hotel refrigerator. It's called
Dram Citrus and Blossom Herbal Sparkling Water. I'll tell you what, man. Sparkling water and
cauliflower are really having a moment right now. They're making cauliflower everything. And sparkling water? What are we? European? Con gas? No. Agua no gas?
I mean, I'm not mad about it. I've always been a sparkling water boy.
Was one of the first adapters of the soda stream. Not an ad. Should be. But, you know,
should have invested. I should have known back then, but I didn't. Because I'm stupid.
Sorry I missed last week. I was busy. We were getting
married. So legitimate excuse. Also didn't want to do it because I was tired. What they don't
tell you about weddings is they take a lot out of you. You know, you got to stay up a lot. You
got to stay up late. You got to drink alcohols. You got to give speeches. You got to do sex. You got to do the sex. You gotta give speeches You gotta do sex
You gotta do the sex
You know, you gotta do a lot of things
And I was tired
And I didn't want to do a podcast
And so Brandy stepped up with Tish the Dish
And I haven't listened to the episode
Probably won't
Because I'm terrified to listen to it
I am sure it's all over the place
Probably in wonderful ways
But also probably in terrible ways
As someone who is an old-fashioned radio host, I will probably be annoyed at how haphazard it is.
And I don't know if I need that kind of stress in my life.
But I do appreciate her doing the show for me.
Well, that's nice.
She didn't have to do that.
I mean, she did have to do it because I
said, hey, listen, either we don't do an episode or like you do with somebody else, which is great.
So the thought was, is that because Brandy had to pull double duty last week, I'm going to give
her the week off and we're going to bring in my new beautiful bride, Sarah Hyland, Sarah Hyland
Adams, Sarah Adams. And we are going to do a wedding recap episode, which is one of my favorite things.
My wedding.
It was great.
Sarah's downstairs watching the end of The Bachelorette, which I don't think we're going to talk about.
We might.
She probably won't be able to help herself, but I'm going to call her up and we'll do the dang thing.
This will be the time which normally I'd call Brandy.
Ding dong dong.
Meany, meany, meany.
Brr, brr, brr.
But Sarah just lives here,
so we live together
because we're married.
No longer living in sin.
Hey babe.
Churratty.
Here she comes.
All right, give me a check.
Check check.
All right, we'll see how it goes.
Why'd you say oh no?
Because you brought a bag.
Of chocolate vitamins.
Of your source vitamins.
Yes.
Not an ad should be.
And it's so noisy.
So noisy.
I thought you, I thought, I didn't know we were recording yet.
We're always recording.
You never know when you'll find gold.
We're always recording.
We're always, ew.
No, I don't like that.
I went straight.
I don't like that.
I went straight.
No, don't even say it.
Nope.
Don't like that name.
Rhymes with Posby.
Ew.
Jell-O pudding.
Gross.
Anyways, do the bag thing again.
Oh, God.
You know what's my biggest pet peeve in?
Movie theaters?
Movie theaters.
Can't stand it.
They need to make bags that are not noisy for movie theaters.
Yeah, but don't they have the boxes mainly for that reason?
Yeah, but they're still pretty noisy.
I don't know.
Can you hear me, too?
Yeah.
I'll only have one.
Yeah, let's just have one.
We're doing a podcast here.
Mommy, we're hungry.
I just bought you a sandwich.
And I ate it, and I'm still hungry.
Actually, you only ate half of it, and you said, I'm done.
No, I ate like three quarters of the foot long.
Okay.
And you're still hungry.
And I'm still hungry.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, this is YFT episode 220, the wedding edition.
I love that it's 220.
I know.
Because we got married on 820. Yeah. I think it's 220. I love that it's 2.20. I know. Because we got married on 8.20.
Yeah.
I think it's 2.20.
I could be wrong about that.
Do you know how to start the show?
I feel like you listened to the show enough to know.
Bros and hoes, you're listening to Your Favorite Thing Podcast with...
Wells and Sarah.
That's pretty good.
Thanks.
and Sarah.
That's pretty good.
Thanks.
You listen to the podcast more than the normal host
listens to the podcast.
Yeah, more than Brandy.
Yeah.
Brandy never listens.
I am a devout YFTR.
I should start putting things
into the show
that she doesn't know about.
Like a little Easter egg things.
Yeah.
Just like start saying things
that are like completely fake
about her life. Just go get like, like have like a big noise and be like brandy geez louise and then
find audio of her being like what oh my god you know and then be that's genius you should totally
do that she'll be none the wiser she'll never know yeah and the people will be like it'll be
like tweeting to her being like wow brandy really ripped one and she'd be like what you're like oh probably like like that's cool man like ripped a
fat wave doobie doob yeah yeah well we're married now we're married now is that exciting yeah
we're married you feel any different yeah you do i. In what way? I'm not living in sin anymore.
That's right.
Thank goodness.
We have been living in sin.
For years.
For years.
For years.
Man.
Honestly, I think the difference is, this is going to sound weird.
I feel more grown up.
Oh, you do?
I feel more grown up.
Why?
As a woman who's into her 30s i finally feel
like i'm in my 30s this is this is what you needed to feel like a mature woman not even like a mature
woman i felt that before i just feel like a like a full-on grown-up now oh yeah well i'm glad that
i could assist yeah i help you out with that.
It's also a thing of seeing a wedding ring on your finger.
Yeah.
That's very different.
Whereas I've been wearing an engagement ring on mine for over three years now.
A band doesn't feel any different.
It looks much nicer.
It feels different.
It just feels very grown up.
And like we've taken that next step.
Do you not feel different at all? I feel bad bad by being honest but i do not feel any different don't ever be feel bad about being honest when we bought a house together i was like we're married now
yeah i've been saying the same thing this entire time where it's like whatever we're just like
actually having the wedding and like being married in the eyes of the government. But we've been married this whole time.
And then afterwards it was like, oh, no, I feel like a married woman.
Yeah.
Man, I feel like a married woman.
Oh.
Getting used to the ring is weird.
Yeah.
I'm starting to get used to it.
It does feel weird at first.
Yeah.
I will say that because I made a pact with a friend, Andrea Bowen, actually, who when
we were like, I don't know, five, we said that we would never wear a ring on our left
ring finger until we got married.
And of course, I had to break that when I was married on camera, like for Bonnie and
Clyde, modern stuff like that.
Yeah.
But other than that, I had never put a ring on my left ring finger until you proposed.
So I had to get used to that.
It takes a little bit of time.
But then like once it's there, you feel completely naked without it.
Well, I've already got a tan line.
So that didn't take long.
I love that.
I know.
Even if you try to sneak it off and flirt with a girl, she'll see it.
I'll be like, you dirty, rotten scoundrel.
Tip for women out there find
you a man who can tan very quickly and he will always look like he's married to you ring or not
yeah i have to do my infidelity during the winter months
no summer loving for this guy over here.
Thank God Paradise takes place during the summer.
Man.
Yeah.
Speaking of, they've announced most of the cast for that,
so that's exciting.
That's coming out on September 27th.
Best in Doe is announced that it's coming out on September 19th.
You're just wrapping up right now with Love Island USA.
Yeah, that's done.
This comes out on Wednesday.
Wednesday, yeah.
So tomorrow night, Thursday, September 1st,
we have the first ever in Love Island history reunion episode.
It's a fun hosting that?
Oh, it was so much fun.
There's a lot of drama.
We had a surprise.
I don't want to say too much without giving things away.
We had to cut out some things because we were running behind purely based off of the tea
that was being spilled.
Did you have bloopers?
Oh, we didn't do the bloopers.
You got to do bloopers.
We didn't do...
Maybe they had bloopers on it.
But yeah, it was a very spicy.
You did a great job.
Thanks, babe.
It was fun watching you out there.
It was fun being out there.
Yeah.
I loved it a lot.
I got to go to set and see the whole thing,
which was crazy how they transformed this very cool Santa Barbara ranch estate
into Love Island.
It's wild.
Hollywood magic.
Yeah.
Pretty amazing.
One of my favorite things. Yeah. Hollywood magic. Yeah. Pretty amazing. One of my favorite things.
Yeah.
Hollywood magic.
Art department?
Well done.
Well done, Ricard.
Okay, so let's talk about our wedding.
Okay.
I guess maybe we should start with, off the bat, what was your favorite part of the wedding?
Oh, jeez louise.
My favorite part of the wedding was in general the ceremony
out of all the events that that we had um i would say my favorite thing was
having jesse tyler ferguson marry us yeah our vows and for those out there who don't know
because i don't think we've really posted about it at all.
We did a hand fasting ritual which is-
Our hands were not allowed to eat
for three days beforehand.
They were so thin.
It was just so we would look good in pictures
with the rings on.
You want to have your hands do a quick fast
before you put your rings on
so they look the best that they ever will.
Everyone knows this.
Everyone knows.
So silly.
Hand fasting ritual
is an ancient Celtic tradition
and
it was really beautiful and
when Jesse was reading
the ritual
verbiage out loud the wind started
picking up like crazy and it just felt so
magical and
it gave a lot of meaning to when he said may the winds of change bring you good fortune or joy or
i can't remember the exact words because the wind picked up and it was just i don't know i felt like
i was in a movie it was amazing if anyone's seen braveheart i think that when william wallace gets
married in secrecy they do a hand fasting thing.
Yeah.
When you pitched me the idea,
I was like, oh, like Braveheart?
Yeah.
Yes.
I want to do the Braveheart thing.
Yeah, I'll do that.
That sounds... Because I find that I am much like William Wallace.
Yeah.
Heroic.
Yes.
Dashingly handsome.
Obviously.
Good on a horse.
Okay, on a horse.
Swordsman of sorts?
The master.
Nigamantoya.
Very intelligent?
Because he knew like three different languages.
He did.
You know Spanish.
Si.
Señor.
Muscle manos.
I thought you said muscle mayonnaise.
Muscle mayonnaise.
What did you say?
Muscle manos.
What's that mean?
More or less.
Oh, okay. See, I don't speak Spanish. I thought? Muscle mayonnaise. What's that mean? More or less. Oh, okay.
See, I don't speak Spanish.
I thought you said muscle mayonnaise.
I think that one of my favorite things about the wedding, since you asked, is that-
Okay, we were still on my thing.
Are you done?
Now I'm done.
Yeah.
We moved on to muscle mayonnaise and then I thought we were doing a bit.
Then I was going to ask.
You did it. We moved on to muscle mayonnaise. And then I thought we were doing a bit. Then I was going to ask. Well, I mean, like I could see someone from Jersey Shore selling a product called muscle mayonnaise.
I can totally see that.
Which is like a vegan, keto friendly.
Protein filled mayonnaise.
Protein filled mayonnaise.
It's protein mayonnaise.
Or I'm going to call my jizz.
Don't do it.
Yeah.
Wait, I kind of like that.
You want this muscle mayonnaise give it up muscle mayonnaise
that's pretty funny
hey babe
I really want to feel your muscle mayonnaise
yeah
I've had too much whiskey
I'm not sure
if I'm too muscular
why did I want to go into like an Arnold Schwarzenegger like oh man I've had too much whiskey. I'm not sure if I'm too muscular.
Why did I want to go into like an Arnold Schwarzenegger?
Like, oh man.
Because that's obviously my heart.
Oh man.
Oh man.
Too much whiskey.
I don't have the muscle manners.
There's a documentary about Arnold Schwarzenegger.
When he was doing like his... Bodybuilding?
Yeah, it's like Strongest Man competitions.
And this guy is interviewing him and he's like,
so Arnold, what do you do to be strong?
Do you drink a lot of milk?
And he goes, milk is for babies.
I drink beer.
Oh my God.
And the muscle mayonnaise.
And the girls get my muscle mayonnaise all over their faces. Oh my God. And the muscle mayonnaise. And the girls get my muscle mayonnaise all over their faces.
Oh my God.
Too far?
Not if it's consensual.
Yeah, okay.

I think one of my favorite things about the wedding it was the vows are pretty
great our vows were amazing not a dry eye in the house truly and we killed it we did kill the vows
in that respect but one of my favorite things was a piece of advice that we were given before the
wedding which was make sure you find a place that's high above everyone and steal away for a little bit and go up and watch the party and
watch all your friends and family members and people that you love intermingle with one another
without them really seeing you. And I thought that was really wonderful because
going back to what we said before, it's like, I always felt like we were married.
I started feeling this we're just
putting on a party for everybody else yeah that's what it started to feel like for me and once I
went up there and I saw that I was like oh I was right but I was not seeing it the way that it
really is which is yes it's a party for everybody else it's for them to celebrate us and in that
respect I thought that was like really wonderful to see, like all the different amalgamations
of our lives coming together.
What a strange amalgamation it was too.
Twas.
Twas.
But it was a good vibe.
It was a great vibe.
And then we gave a hilarious kind of like welcome speech.
We did.
That was like, we rehearsed it.
We did.
But we didn't even really rehearse it until like right before.
I know.
I wrote it a couple days beforehand.
You like glanced over it.
And I was like, hey, listen, I'm no actor.
We got to go.
We got to practice.
Yeah.
I finished the end of the, I wrote the end of the speech the morning of the wedding.
Yeah.
And then we got married.
You went up for like wardrobe change number three.
And I was like like let's just run
through this real quick anyways we did that that was really fun because we were both so emotional
during the vows at least i was i was too yeah but i was more so i mean i cried more than you did
as it should be yeah if you love me you will cry yeah it was like the official like let's start the
party vibe and like get everyone laughing and having fun.
Felt like, all right, let's, let's, let's fucking rip.
Let's go to the beginning.
Great.
We can now say where we were.
We got married in Santa Ynez, which is outside this cute little Dutch town called Solvang, which one of my favorite little towns in the world.
Same.
If you ever come to California, you should go to Solvang.
It's so weird.
Yeah.
And so cute.
It's so cute.
There's like Dutch windmills.
Pastry shops everywhere.
Yeah.
Wine tastings everywhere.
Oh, yeah.
They got a great crystal store too.
There's also a store that just sells Halloween
or Christmas ornaments all year long.
Yes, the Christmas store.
It's great.
Restaurants are good.
Did we say that already?
I think I did.
The B&Bs there are very cute.
Super cute.
The hotels are great.
Yeah.
We had people say at the Vineland and-
Vineland and the Winston.
And the Winston.
But the Lansby Hotel is also really great.
Yes.
They just were,
they had too many rooms booked the weekend
that we were getting married,
so we couldn't use that one.
How dare they?
How dare.
And then we got married at a winery
called Sunstone Winery.
Which is like eight minute drive away from Solvang.
And anyone can go there and like on,
I think the weekends, like we've done it.
They have like wine tasting there
and like a huge lawn with like corn hole
and you know, like a taco truck or like a-
Yeah, they always have nice food trucks.
Food trucks come up and it's so cool.
It's amazing.
On top of the mountain, which I don't know if you really can go see
unless you, like, stay there, is this beautiful old estate that was a—
okay, I could be wrong about this,
but I think it was a French castle that they knocked down,
and they put into, like, cr crates and they shipped it over and then
they also took wood like beams from english castle and brought that over and then they
rebuilt this thing they have a door there that was napoleon's door the sink oh no no it's a door
it's a door the sink is like a thousand years old or something like that in the kitchen. You were kind of close. Is that right?
So the villa there, I think it was built, say, 15 years ago.
It's not that old.
Yeah.
The actual like estate that's up there, the villa.
And they imported the limestone and wood from Queen Victoria's Lavender Farm.
Yeah, duh.
Which I'm sure was a castle. I don't think it was a castle. It's a lot of limestone. Yeah from queen victoria's lavender farm yeah duh which i'm sure was a castle i don't think it was a castle there's a lot of limestone yeah that's true i don't know
if all of the limestone was from there but the the sink in the kitchen uh i think it's like a
thousand year old sink or something like that it's really really old and it's a super cool sink yeah i am definitely a grown-up now that i'm
married because i'm talking about a cool sink yeah i think sorry guys i they are a big deal
you spend a lot of time at the sink you do but grudgingly but so the rehearsal dinner was at
the wine tasting area that's downstairs that is open to the public.
Yes, it's very cool.
You should go check it out.
It's like this little wine cave where they obviously keep wine cooler, I guess.
But really, it's like kind of for entertaining.
Yeah, you can do...
I believe you can do private wine tastings in the cave.
But it's also where you go in to get your wine tastings as well,
that bar that we have.
Yeah.
So we did our rehearsal dinner there,
and that was just our wedding party.
Yes.
Wedding party and immediate family.
And immediate family.
And Jesse and Justin.
Yes.
Since Jesse was officiating.
Yes.
Which was wonderful.
Mm-hmm.
Everyone got up and said wonderful things about us.
They did.
Did you have a favorite speech from that night?
I think my favorites, also only my mom and brother said something for me.
Everybody from your family said something.
Did that bother you?
I was just kind of like, I also realized I was like, oh, I forgot to tell my wedding party that if they want to say something, they can.
I only told my mom because she asked
and i forgot about it and obviously sierra my maid of honor was making a speech at the reception of
the actual wedding um but my favorite speeches were your sister's speech marisa's and her husband
bill's speech and my brother's speech yeah i would agree with that those are my two favorite do we
need to go into what they said or do we just say that it was our favorite ones?
Well, I mean, we kind of already talked a little bit to...
Vogue.
Hairtoss Vogue.
So sorry, I dropped something down there.
Let me pick that up.
This ain't no People Magazine wedding, folks.
Oh my goodness.
No, no, no.
This isn't Us Weekly Magazine wedding, guys.
It's a Vogue.
It's a little publication called Vogue.
We talked to Vogue about my brother's speech.
Yeah, but I mean, let's be fair.
A lot of people might not have read that.
They're listening to this.
Yeah, that's true.
You talk about my brother's,
and I'll talk about Marissa and Bill's.
But your favorite part of my brother's,
and I'll say my favorite part about Marissa and Bill's.
Maybe people out there don't know this, but Sarah has a kidney transplant.
She's actually on her second kidney.
And her brother, Donovan, donated one of his kidneys to her three years ago, four years ago, five years ago.
It's a great time flies, man.
Yeah, we've been together almost five years now.
I know.
We actually got together right when you got... Two days before the surgery. Yeah. Two time flies, man. Yeah, we've been together almost five years now. I know. We actually got together right when you got.
Two days before the surgery.
Yeah.
Two, three, yeah.
He kind of gave this like wonderful speech about, you know, giving a piece of himself to you.
And there wasn't a dry eye in the house after the speech.
It was beautiful.
It was.
I was crying like a little bitch boy.
It was great.
It was.
I also teared up at Marisa's speech because since you used to live in Nashville, where they live, you were there for her first three children's births.
Yeah.
And you were actually filming Paradise when her youngest, Henry, was born.
Yeah.
And I just so happened to be in Nashville a few days before her due date.
So I extended my trip just in case she gave birth. And I was able to be there for Henry's birth. And
she talked about how she was sad that you didn't live in Nashville anymore and you couldn't be
there for when she was having her fourth child. But I was and it was an extension and it made me
feel very, very special and included in a part of the family.
And it was really nice.
And they wore the onesies that I got them for Christmas 2017.
Yeah.
And Bill opened it up with like, Sarah, I bet you thought we threw these away.
Yeah.
And I definitely did.
And they kept them and they wore them for this speech and they put them over their clothes and it was so sweet and I loved it so much yeah we have our dinner it's beautiful we look great
yeah what I think was maybe the coolest part of our wedding even though like I balked at the price
of doing this in hindsight I will concede that I was wrong and it was the right play we leave our
rehearsal dinner and we walk outside
and we're having a welcome party.
Everyone who's invited to the wedding
is effectively at this welcome party.
And it's funny because Courtney,
he came over today and he brought us a gift
and he was talking about it and he was like,
I've never been to a wedding
where it was just three days of partying with people.
Where you go to the wedding and then maybe you go to the brunch or whatnot.
And you go to the wedding not really knowing anybody.
He was like, it was so amazing.
Everyone went to this welcome party and everyone met each other early, started vibing early.
So by the time we got to the wedding, everyone was best friends with everybody.
And that was one of the things that a lot of people came back with.
And they were like, everyone seemed to like everyone.
Like there was no cliques.
Modern family people wouldn't talk to like bachelor people and like whatever.
You know, it wasn't like that.
It was like everyone like really came together.
And I think that that.
The welcome party.
The welcome party was like why that happened.
I love a welcome party.
Yeah.
I love a welcome party. So if you've regarded a welcome party. Oh, she did. And that was the first welcome party yeah i love a welcome party sophie regar did a welcome
party and that was the first welcome party that i had ever been to and um i i loved it hers was
way more of like dance until five o'clock in the morning kind of stuff whereas ours was more like a
lawn drink wine and sit and play lawn games and talk to people kind of stuff yeah i just love
the idea of a weekend event wedding like a weekend wedding where it's like celebrating the whole time
you feel like you're on vacation with everybody i feel like welcome parties are more common with
destination weddings yeah and ours was kind of that yeah ours was we had a lot of people actually
it absolutely was it absolutely was yeah at least in my opinion i feel like it's common courtesy to host a welcome party when
you're having people come out of town and having a quote-unquote destination wedding because
it really gives them a weekend to feel like a reason to feel like why i'm here you know like
i'm not just going to one thing i'm not traveling across the continent for something or going to a
different country or state or
whatever it is. The one thing that people always talk to you about when you're getting married is
number one, like don't leave each other's side. And number two, there's never going to be enough
time to be able to talk to everybody. And you're going to feel at the end of it as if you talked
to some people that you didn't feel like you needed to talk to too much. You didn't talk to
people that you wish you had talked to more and that's the
unfortunate thing with a wedding you just run out of time but I will say
thank God for the welcome party because it gave me an opportunity to talk to
more people than I would have yeah exactly hadn't done that so you really
like the welcome party I'm happy that you like that yeah it's worth it people
met everyone at the welcome party in the next day, since they were all staying in Solvang,
going out and getting breakfast,
they would run into people
and some of them even made plans for the next day
to go do a wine tasting
since we had a late afternoon wedding.
So I thought it was really sweet.
Yeah.
So we do the welcome party.
We go home. We go home home i get cast into a different room
yes which yeah did not like the entire time you're like so stupid i can hear you screaming
from the other room this is so stupid so dumb one of course i had a lot to drink the night before
so i got put in this room and this room the only way to get to where all the bridesmaids
were getting their makeup done
was through the room
that I was trying to sleep in.
I was trying to sleep in
a couple hours
and every three minutes
someone walked through
and I'm like,
God, dude,
I just want to sleep.
And I swear to God,
someone tried to make the bed
with me in it
at least three times.
Oh yeah,
because you were hiding
under everything
and everyone thought it was just a crumpled
up sheet.
I was trying to get some sleep.
I was trying to get my beauty sleep.
I had to look good that day.
Yeah, you were a little drunky the night before.
I was.
And you know what?
That's okay.
That's fine.
You had fun.
I had a great time.
Yeah.
A lot of wine was being poured.
Day of wedding.
Day of.
Did you have a favorite thing before kind of before the ceremony started?
I didn't see you all that whole time.
I didn't see you at all.
I hid in the closet
when you needed to come in and get something.
Really?
Yeah.
I was cast away like last week's bagels.
Like Tom Hanks.
That's a good one.
Yeah, that's good.
Cast away.
Yeah, you can get it now.
Day of getting ready.
And what was amazing about that
was that like we had a big like Tom Hanks bit
in our welcome speech. And so was amazing about that was that like we had a big like Tom Hanks bit in our.
In our welcome speech.
In our welcome speech.
And so it was a great callback, but only for people who were there.
Yeah.
I think my favorite part was having alone time in the morning.
I didn't get ready with my bridal party.
I kind of just wanted to be on my own and not feel distracted in any way.
I really wanted to feel present throughout the
entire weekend. In the morning, I did some grounding work. I lit some Palo Santo.
As one does.
Something special that Wells and I did, and I'm so grateful for you partaking in this,
is that we took bay leaves and put bay leaves in your boutonniere and in my bouquet.
bay leaves and put bay leaves in your boutonniere and in my bouquet. And I wrote intentions. We wrote intentions on the bay leaves for our marriage. And we're going to have them dry up
and burn them and set it out into the universe. So I really loved doing that and writing your
wedding day, see you at the altar card. liked that and i did mine beforehand because i used my
typewriter so i'm like a little annoyed but that i didn't get that like day of like this is the day
thing yeah but i also love that it looked the way i wanted it to yeah so i can't really bring
your typewriter we brought so much stuff yeah the thing that i remember most of that day before seeing you
one i was constantly being like how's sarah how's sarah doing and i think the reason why i was saying
that is because the nerves i had were crazy it is so wild to me i never asked how you were doing
because i was like he's fine yeah it's wells he's always so calm i feel super calm and grounded and
present so if i'm good he has to be good.
No siree, Bob. And here's the thing. I pride myself on like nothing really gets me anxious.
Like I can get up on stage and do whatever, or I can, you know, give a speech or something and
doesn't give me any anxiety. But for whatever reason, I was losing my mind. I remember Lisa T,
my stylist slash friend was like tying my tie and she was talking
to me and the photographer and videographer were videoing and taking photos and i was sheet white
being like she was talking to me and i was like stop talking to me and she's like what i was like
i can't like i'm i got a lot of anxiety and she was like oh my god this is so cute that like this
is your response or whatever yeah i think that the reason why it is one of my favorite things is because
anytime i've felt nerves it was because whatever was about to happen was important to me yeah you
know i didn't want to fuck it up like i want it to go well like this wasn't even like getting on
stage jitters yeah this was like a physical oh my. And I think it's because it was, it meant something to me.
I knew it was going to mean something to me.
At the time I hated it.
Yeah.
But then I remember like we all took a shot as you do.
And it was really fun having like your dad in the room with me.
Oh, that's cute.
And my dad and like your brother and my brothers.
Like that was a cool thing of like, it was just purely family in there.
Yeah.
We took a shot.
I remember I like kind of shook it off and then I was like,
zenned out, like totally like, all right.
Like right before?
I'd say right before.
We took a million pictures.
A million freaking pictures.
So many pictures.
So many pictures.
I had this really cute.
Yeah.
Little thong.
Uh-huh.
And garter belt.
Yeah.
And it said bride on it.
It was made of like silk.
It was gorgeous.
And I was like, oh, that's so cute.
After I took pictures, I got back into my room.
And it was a different color from the amount of sweat.
It was disgusting.
Dude.
So thank God I bought two shirts.
Yeah.
The thought was is that I would wear one for the ceremony.
And then one for the reception.
And then one for the reception.
I burned through the first one.
Like you wouldn't believe.
You didn't even have to go outside because you were so anxious.
No.
And like that room where we took the pictures with like our bridal party.
Yeah, that is hot.
It was hot in there.
Then we went outside.
And then we had to do like a bunch of like what like reservoir dog like walk sequences and like i came back and it was just
pit stains from here to uganda man it was insane and so i had to change my shirt oh one of my
favorite things my uh the person that like did what's it fit my my seamstress no my um taylor
taylor i was like you know what sucks about these shirts is they never stay tucked in.
And she was like, well, I can do a Broadway strap or something like that.
And I was like, what's that?
And she was like, I can put these little straps.
So I had these straps that went through my butt cheeks.
I can't.
And it kept my shirt down?
Yeah.
Guys, you look like an idiot.
But you also look great because you don't have an untucked shirt
I'm just saying
that was a great little tip
great little tip out there
everyone should do that
even though
it felt like I was wearing a thong
did you like that?
kinda
I felt sexy
was your muscle mayonnaise going?
my muscle mayonnaise
was about to erupt man
alright so then
the ceremony happens
yeah
I walked down with my mom
and my dad
this is what I remember the most.
It's so funny because like the backdrop
of where we're getting married was so beautiful.
Didn't see any of that.
Same.
Until like we came back for pictures.
And I was just focused on everyone's face.
You know, you're supposed to smile,
look around and stuff.
That's a note for like groomsmen
who are hungover and don't really give a fuck.
I think it's on a note for the groom
who very excited about about what's happening.
Yeah.
Been waiting for this day for a while
and then seeing all these faces
and everyone is just so-
Beaming.
Beaming and just sending so many positive vibes towards you.
Oh my God, this is great.
Yeah.
So then I get up on the altar,
Jesse's there, he looks great.
And then my favorite thing that happens is this I
walk down the aisle my mom to this song
maybe thinking yourself how do I know this
that's because it's from the fantastic tri-part cinematic event,
Lord of the Rings.
Yes, I walked down the aisle to Lord of the Rings.
Like a dork.
But you know what?
I think it's great.
Well, you know what?
Here's the thing, Sarah.
Yes, Wells?
You are my precious.
My precious.
My precious. Yeah, four violinists and my precious. My precious. My precious.
Yeah, four violinists and a harpist played it.
Yeah.
Just like straight up instrumental.
And it was great.
It was amazing.
And I feel like people knew what was happening.
No, they knew.
Yeah.
And then our bridal party started walking down the aisle to a string section of this song.
So no one told you life was gonna of this song.
Just to be clear, no one was singing.
Yeah, no, it was just... It was just an instrumental cover.
Yeah, but everyone knew what was happening.
The quintet.
And they loved it.
It was amazing.
Yeah.
And then I walked down the aisle to our song.
Which I'm really surprised you did this.
Because you've said in the past, like, this isn't a love song.
But it's our song?
It is our song.
And I didn't want it to be our first dance.
Even though I did.
I wanted it to be incorporated into the wedding.
Yeah.
So this song,
played by four violinists and a harpist,
was what I walked down the aisle to.
No bridal processional.
What?
No need.
No need.
Because guess what?
I'm talking away.
I don't know what to say.
I'll say it anyway.
Today is another day to find you.
Shying away. Are we coming for your love? That was great. And then you come down the aisle with your dad, turn the corner, and I get the first glimpse of this glowing beautiful cherub of a woman
cherub of a what a what like an angelic maybe yeah yeah cherubs are babies they're babies yeah
a cherub a baby of a woman yes i'm gonna cut all that. Angel of a woman.
The waterworks start coming down.
And now here's the thing, guys.
This is what I was told before the wedding.
Wells, if you don't cry when you see me, I'm going to be upset.
Now, that's a lot of pressure to put on someone who doesn't cry a whole lot.
It's my favorite part of a wedding.
I know.
Seeing the groom's face when he sees his wife-to-be
walking down the aisle.
Yeah.
It's my favorite part.
Not when he's delivering
his mussel mayonnaise
at the end of the night.
Not someone else's.
Yeah.
Just your mussel mayonnaise.
And what did you feel
when you saw the cherub woman?
The cherub woman?
The angelic, beautiful baby?
I thought you'd look beautiful.
And that song also made me very happy.
That's what you're walking down to.
I remember thinking, like, is she wearing a...
Corset?
A corset right now?
I like that.
That's going to be fun to take off.
A big thing, though, I think that maybe women can't relate to,
but I think guys who have ever gotten married can,
is dealing with the father situation while it's happening.
Because it's a moment for him, too.
Yeah.
You know, and even he said, like, oh, my God,
and now I'm getting emotional or whatever as you guys turn the corner.
Yeah.
And everyone could hear it, I feel like.
I go down and greet you, and I'm like, oh, my God, you look beautiful.
And then I gave your dad a big hug. Yeah. It was just like we were both, I feel like. I go down and greet you and I'm like, oh my God, you look beautiful. And then I gave your dad a big hug.
Yeah.
And it was just like, we were both crying being like.
Was my dad crying?
I think so.
I was crying.
Yes.
And, you know, I was just like, I love you so much.
And like, I'll take care of her.
Whatever I said, I don't even know.
It was all a blur or whatnot.
But that was a big moment.
And then I just remember like when we got up on the altar, like how beautiful you look.
But also like, I remember just being excited,
like, oh my God, we're doing, like it's happening.
It's happening.
Yeah.
I was walking down the pre-aisle, I guess you would call it,
since we walked down the vineyard row,
is when my dad goes like, oh, I'm starting to get emotional.
Because I did a first look with my dad.
You know, because I saw it online and I was like oh my god that's so cute because we didn't do a first look and I was like oh I can do a first look with my dad and it'll be really cute and
emotional and he turned around and just smiled and he was like not too shabby and I was like Jesus
Christ yeah like that's what you see when you see me in a wedding dress.
That's your reaction.
And so right before we turned the corner to the actual aisle of the ceremony is when he started to be like, oh, wow, it's hitting me now.
Yeah.
Because him and I had both shared, you know, he's an actor as well.
And he was like, how are you feeling?
And I was like, I'm good.
And he was like, do you feel like it's like a job right now?
I can see that, you know, like hair and makeup comes over.
You feel like you're just like getting ready for a big day at work or like an award show or something like that.
And maybe that's what helped me stay so calm and present all day to be able to really live in the moment while getting ready throughout the day.
Because it was like oh
like I can like relax and enjoy this like I know what's about to come I've been in this situation
before where you know something really nerve-wracking is about to take place and I just
have to do these steps to get there yeah and right before he was like yeah I feel that way too and I
was like yeah obviously you said like something something along the lines of not too shabby when you saw your firstborn in a wedding dress and then so it hit him and I
remember turning the corner I couldn't see you yet because of the way that it was on a diagonal
and I saw my friend Vince standing there I believe in the suit that he got married in
holding a parasol with his phone up and he was like secretly recording me and
everything i saw vince and i just remember being like oh bitch like in my head because i was just
so excited to see everybody and have like the festivities take place and then i started walking
more to where i was able to see the altar then and then I saw you and I was like oh fuck but
you're right I didn't see the flowers no on the tree I didn't see the lanterns I shot a couple
looks to a few people but I don't even remember who the ceremony was very beautiful and I do
remember like getting up there after my father quote-unquote gave me away archaic but I remember
you saying like I wish I could kiss you and I was, I know like you're not supposed to, but that's all I wanted to do.
And I asked, I think that's nice. I think that we didn't do that. It felt good.
One thing that we didn't do that we said we were going to do was practice
how our kiss was going to be. Yeah. We did not practice that at all.
Did we do tongue? I don't know. I don't, I think on, I don't think we did. I think on the altar,
we did not. I don't think we did i think on the altar we did
not i don't think we did then we like halfway down the aisle after we were yeah i think we did i think
we tongued there i think we did some we did some french in do you think we just did some tonguing
on the aisle yeah we did some tonguing on the no tonguing on the altar it's an altar yeah you can't
tongue on the altar but you can tongue on the aisle you can tongue on the aisle yeah everyone
knows that obviously yeah so then we're up there.
Jesse starts being Jesse.
So grateful for him.
Yeah.
He's the best.
Texting beforehand, him being like, hey, what do you guys want me to do?
Like, what do you want me to wear?
Yeah. And I remember being very adamant.
I was like, I just need you to be you.
Like, I know you're not going to fuck this up.
I need you to like, I don't want you to be serious the entire time.
Like, I don't want you in like a tuxedo or something. Yeah. Because that wouldn't need you to like i don't want you to be serious the entire time like i
don't want you in like a tuxedo or something yeah because that wouldn't be you to me yeah
and then he was just undeniably unapologetically jesse tyler ferguson tony award winner marrying
us on stage like cracking jokes yeah and but also like really much jesse was also like he was crying
too we were both crying too yeah i remember he was speaking at the beginning and it was a heartfelt moment
and stuff and he was just like bearing into my soul through my eyes i started to get really
emotional as well you know i mean jesse's been a very very dear friend fake uncle to me for over 13 years now so I met him when I had just turned 18 years old and
we've been through a lot together so um it was just like such a really special
moment and I was like trying to soak in Jesse and everything and then I had to be like no
yeah look at Wells again I did the same thing especially when he was like making jokes and I
had to like yeah just want to look at him like yeah whatever and the same thing, especially when he was like making jokes and I had to like
just want to look at him
and be like,
ha ha ha,
you know,
whatever.
And I was like,
wait,
no,
we have to share this.
We have to,
yeah.
Keep looking at her,
but like,
yeah,
it's a funny bit.
I like that.
But one thing that I did
really appreciate,
and I don't even know
if this is really what happened,
but it's something
that I perceived was
Jesse had like
this binder,
you know,
with like all like
the things that he was
going to say and stuff.
And I could see that he was shaking a little bit.
For someone who's won a Tony,
someone who's been nominated for Emmys,
I don't think of him as someone who would ever be nervous.
I don't think he was nervous in like the traditional sense,
but I think like in the way that I was saying,
it mattered to him that he did a good job for us.
And I remember thinking, oh, that's really sweet. Like he's not phoning this in or whatever. Like this doesn't mean anything to him that he did a good job for us. And I remember thinking, oh, that's really sweet.
Like he's not phoning this in or whatever.
Like this doesn't mean anything to him.
Like it was something that was substantial to him.
And I really liked that.
Yeah, it was so sweet.
I mean, when he gave me my vow book to read from,
at least from how I felt,
I thought I was shaking so much
that it looked like I was fanning myself.
Yeah.
It was bad.
But you're a shaky person just in general.
I'm a shaky person in general.
You're a chihuahua personified.
Yeah.
I mean, both Jesse and myself are shaky people in general, really.
So you get us up talking about our feelings and we're like, oh my God.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I was shaking so much that i
could barely read the vow book and kept losing my place because my hands were so physically shaking
yeah but you got through it i got through it you did great job i cursed you did curse and i said
just the tip three times yeah during our ceremony because you know what that's the type of wedding
we put on yeah all right i mean no tongue no tonguing on the altar, but just the tip up there.
But just the tip?
Yeah.
Multiple times?
Multiple times.
Yeah.
Three times.
Then I did my vows.
And they were the best.
Well, yours were the best.
I had a hard time getting through it.
I'm nervous to see the video because I think I'm an ugly crier, but I'm not sure.
No, you're not an ugly crier.
You're cute.
Okay.
Well, thanks.
You can't.
I guess you can be honest
with me now we're married but yeah i can't go anywhere now yeah i know you have to hire someone
to leave me yeah that's right i gotta get like lawyers involved yeah you have to pay
money to leave me i know god that negative on this whole thing
this then we get married, whatever. Right?
We get married, whatever.
We kiss.
We kiss.
We tongue on the aisle.
They told us to stop halfway, and so we did that.
We kind of walked off, and it was just a lot of like,
oh my God, we did it.
Like, I can't believe it.
Yeah.
So then everyone left and went to the cocktail party, which was so cool.
It was in front of the estate.
And then we circled back, and I had to take a bunch of pictures. and that was the moment that i got to i was like holy shit look at this
place it was so gorgeous yeah exclusive for the y of tears i came up with a color palette for our
wedding i had mixed all of these colors together and i sent them over to our wedding planner mindy
and she was like are you sure and i was like. And so she sent them over to our florist and she told me that they had a conversation
and they were like, I don't know if I want these colors.
I don't know how this is going to turn out.
Which is surprising to me because it was beautiful.
Flawless.
So she said that they put together some bouquets
and some centerpieces and they were like, oh wow.
No, this is good.
She has a vision.
I had a vision.
It came to life.
They helped bring it to life.
Yeah, I'm just really proud of myself for the color palette that put together.
You did a great job.
I just wanted everything to look like it was a grand, colorful party from the 1500s.
Yeah.
And it had been sitting there slowly decaying for the past few hundred years.
What was the term?
Was it dusty rose?
Yeah, I wanted a dusty cabernet.
Dusty cabernet, yeah.
Dusty cab, dusty rose.
Essentially just dusty wines.
A dusty cabernet, a dusty rose.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We had some terracotta in there.
Mmm.
Sages and everything.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It was beautiful.
You did a great job putting that together.
And then we got married in front of this big oak tree and they had two two big oak trees and they put all the flowers
up into the oak tree like you can go on instagram and see it like it's absolutely insane once i got
up there and i was like holy fuck someone like spider monkey'd up there and was like stapling
these roses up there this morning like what a a crazy day. And all the lanterns. The lanterns and everything.
It was beautiful.
It was absolutely gorgeous.
And I loved the flowers down the aisle as well.
It just really felt like we were walking into our own little secret garden.
I loved it.
It was amazing.
There you go.
Go to the cocktail hour
and we had rented that old Porsche
so everyone else could like take pictures
in front of it and everything.
I thought that was like a nice little touch.
It was.
If I'm being honest with you, like we got a little bit of time in the cocktail, but not much.
We got way more time than I thought we would.
Yeah.
To be honest.
After talking to a few people, I immediately sat down and they brought us food.
And I just ate with Nolan and Ariel.
Oh, yeah.
That's right.
Ariel's boyfriend, Luke.
Mm-hmm.
Sophia and Manolo.
So that was really great to kind of just see my modern peeps for like a hot second.
Cocktail hour is when we had the really, really good food.
We had the bone marrow, crostinis.
I know.
Beef carpaccio, truffle mushroom flatbread.
A really, really fancy chicken and waffles.
That was delicious.
It was so good.
Caprese skewers.
Yeah.
I feel like I didn't get any of that.
Well, they put two on each place for us to sit down.
And I said to you, I was like, I'm going to sit down and eat.
You should join me.
And you said, I'll be there in a second.
Yeah.
And I was like, well, I'm not standing anymore.
Smart.
So we finished the cocktail party.
We go through the estate.
Yeah.
To the dance floor where we dance to a live version.
A live version by the original singer, Paris Carney.
Yeah.
Singing this song, Lucky.
My lovely friend.
I hit the jackpot with you.
Hit the jackpot with you.
Oh my love, your dream coming true.
I was burned so many times before.
Which was very wonderful.
It was amazing.
Yeah.
I used to write songs with paris yeah you and i had just started dating for like a few months paris had uh invited me after a recording session
she was like hey i'm playing hotel cafe tonight if you want to come so i go bring ashley a new
bro who was a bridesmaid of mine and i see see Paris sing and she starts singing this song and I just, I start crying and I'm like, oh my gosh.
Every single word of this song,
I feel like I could have written about Wells.
I want this to be our wedding song
because it's a beautiful waltz piece.
We didn't waltz, but still, it just meant so much to me
because it's exactly how I feel about you.
How could I get so lucky?
Are you mad we didn't waltz? Mention that times now well here's the thing i had a vision yeah that is something
that i was willing to let go because we just really didn't have time to take lessons i mean
i guess we had three years yeah how much more time do you want? Just like this year. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
This year we didn't have any time.
I was always out of town working.
You were always out of town working when I was back in town.
So we just didn't have time to do the waltz lessons.
And that's fine.
Maybe for a vow and rule.
Yeah, maybe.
That'd be nice.
After that, I'd change.
I go up there with you to go change.
And that's when you change into my favorite dress of the night.
Yeah.
Ooh, baby. Vera number two. Vera number two was sexy it was good it was very good still classic romantic juliette sleeves but tight toy and i had my makeup artist denica take a video of you when you saw
yeah mean it for the first time and it's very cute i'm just like like, whoa. Yeah, you're like in the middle of talking to her
like you have no idea that I'm about to come out.
You're like, oh, you're filming me? Whoa.
It was so cute.
Man, the muscle mayonnaise.
She was...
She was bubbling up. She was being churned.
Oh boy.
So we go downstairs.
We do our bit, our welcome speech.
Yep. And... My father does go downstairs. We do our bit, our welcome speech. Yep.
And my father does his speech.
We dance.
Yep.
I do a dance with my mom.
You do a dance with your dad. This is all the stuff that happens in normal weddings or whatnot.
Our cake was delicious.
Our cake was amazing.
We can finally say what it was.
Yeah, say it.
I dreamed up this cake.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It was delicious.
It was.
Yeah, same. I dreamed up this cake.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It was delicious.
It was a lemon honey lavender cake with buttercream.
There was only one slice was eaten, and it was the one that we ate?
Well, because we had sheet cake for everybody.
Oh, we did?
Yes.
Did not know that.
Yeah.
It was absolutely delicious, and it was naked cake, so it had the kind of see-through icing on it,
decorated with real honeycomb, lemon, and lavender.
And it was just absolutely gorgeous and delicious.
That's fantastic.
And then a party broke out.
Then the party.
Everyone was just feeling zero pain.
I don't know if it was because people went on wine tasting tours before the wedding.
Yeah.
If they were just drunk on love.
If they were drunk on love.
I don't know what. idea no idea but like all of a sudden it was a rager party central yeah it was
litty kitty in the city here's the thing not one of my favorite things california has like a rule
that says you can't have music past like 10 30 or certain places so so the band was so flippin' good.
Amazing.
No one wanted it to end.
We also did a cool thing, by the way,
of we did our first dance like immediately and then two songs.
And everybody joined.
Two songs of dancing.
And then we sat down.
Things happened.
And then it was like music again.
So then people got back up and started dancing.
And then like everyone sat down for like another course.
And then music started happening.
Everyone got it.
So it was like constantly.
The energy was always up.
Always high. It was very, very well the no lulls no lulls the
band was great then all of a sudden it's time to go yeah but luckily we have stranger things
school buses we didn't even say stranger things we just wanted like cool school buses with lights
and stuff they were the multi-colored you. Will, are you there? Lights.
It was so cool. And what was funny is that then, so then those buses took us to the upside down,
which is where our after party was. We entered the upside down. Yeah. People were truly upside
down. Yes. Losing faces. Shirts were off. People were on shoulders. People were on shoulders.
I drank out of a shoe you drank out
of someone who had been wearing this shoe in 97 degree weather all day yeah it's called a shoe
it's called a shoey and i'm listen she's a rugby player yes it was a rugby thing and you know what
i don't regret it at all but i do remember got all this amazing like lawn furniture for this
after party and there was a moment when you were
just sitting on the ground with your friends and i walk up and i'm like what are we doing on the
ground right now hey i like sitting on the ground yeah i'm a big fan of sitting on the ground i like
to feel close to the earth honestly it's not like too far down for me to get there anyway so it's
like much easier than most but no what happened was is that your buddy tanner
i was sitting on the the picnic bench and then tanner comes up we start talking and then cord
over street whom who you are very good friends with now and i've known cord since you're 18 i was 18
yeah three famous person that sarah's ever met is i've known since i was 18 because that's when you
came to la that's when you came to LA.
That's when I moved to LA and I met everybody.
So we were talking and then Nina and Sean come up
and I was like, this is just so,
I don't like being the one sitting down
and you guys are kind of just like squatting.
So let's just sit on the fucking ground.
So we just had a cute little cuddle puddle on the ground.
Sean went and got tacos from our taco truck,
which is the one thing that you really, really wanted.
I know.
Got that for you.
We were just sitting on the ground for a long time and talking and relaxing.
And it was so, so nice because the upside down was a little bit scary behind us on the dance floor.
Yeah.
I mean, things were happening.
It was wild.
It was wild.
Where were the wild things?
Our after party.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's where the wild things are.
Yeah.
For sure.
Yeah, the demogorgon
got some people there's a bloodbath out there i gotta be honest with you i remember leaving
the actual wedding being like i'm not i'm not very i'm not drunk and being like okay we got
to catch up or whatever oh you caught up oh i caught up oh because i was doing shots and
shoos and everything everyone was like oh sarah's really drunk she's on the floor and i was like no
i just really want to be sitting on the ground. But I do remember looking around being like, what the fuck just happened here?
Like, yeah, this is insane.
Surprise hookups left and right at the wedding.
Yeah.
We're just matchmakers over here.
We'll never tell.
But it was great.
Oh, yeah.
It was awesome.
It was awesome.
Seeing people make out that you never thought you would see make out is honestly, it was
terrifying and beautiful
all at the same time chef's kiss chef's kiss it was really wonderful we brought a lot of love
to people's lives that weekend in more ways than just putting on it on a wedding yeah and showing
our love and listen i don't i mean i don't want to i don't want to pump up our tires too much but
everyone's saying it was the best way they've ever been to. Caitlin Brista said that she just now wants to elope because she can never have a wedding like ours.
She's like, I can't top this.
That made me feel sad because if they want to have a wedding, they should have a wedding.
Yeah, exactly.
But also happy because that meant that our wedding was good and everybody enjoyed it.
It truly was.
And I put a lot of hard work into it.
You did.
You did an amazing job, babe.
Thanks, babe. You're one of my favorite did. You did an amazing job, babe. Thanks, babe.
You're one of my favorite things.
You're one of my favorite things.
And then we went on a mini moon.
I don't know if we need to go into that.
We don't need to go into that.
It was a great mini moon, though.
We went to Big Sur.
We went to Big Sur.
Which is a place that's near and dear to my heart.
It's where I grew up.
But Sarah's kind of fallen in love with it.
Love it.
I will say one of my favorite things that we did,
we went and saw a shaman.
I love me a shaman.
I spoke to him with my mind.
You did speak with him with your mind.
That was kind of creepy.
And then like he spit on me with some like oil and did some.
Not in your face.
No.
And then like did some Native American chants around me and like did a feather on my face.
And it was very cool.
I loved it. Clearing your energy. clearing your energy yeah he was yeah clear that
shit it was amazing he was uh he was wonderful that that was great but yeah our after party was
litty kitty in the city it was a club we had like marquee lights that said the adams
trevor einhorn just kind of ended up taking the microphone from the dj yeah and emceeing the
event it was amazing i love that i love the whole thing it was it was really great i never want to
put on another wedding again i kind of do do you know this is what we were talking about we were
talking about this on the honeymoon i'm what i'm upset about is i want to i wanted to go to my
wedding yeah i wish i was invited to as a guest
yes yeah because everyone was having the like we would see it on Instagram you know people were
tagging us and stuff after parties and so people were going back to Solvang going to the bar
partying yeah getting turned up like having amazing times on these like shuttle buses and stuff and I
was like fuck oh this looks like fun well everybody kept partying after the after
party but you were asleep on the shuttle bus back to where we were baby needs his beauty so we
couldn't go after party with them would you have wanted to oh yeah i would have oh really oh baby
i stayed up until 5 30 in the morning singing alanis morissette with sierra yeah my maid of
honor it was just the two of us hanging out, sitting on that thousand-year-old sink,
singing JLP.
As one does.
And into the woods.
That's what we do.
I said, you know, we'll just go back every year
and we'll just invite everybody
and just have a big old party.
Yeah, I think it's great.
I love it.
I love getting married to you.
Do you?
Yeah.
I love getting married to you too.
It was a lot of fun.
I also think that like if this whole acting thing doesn't work out maybe
I'll become a wedding planner.
Yeah? Oh yeah.
I think you can do that. I totally could.
I threw together our
sister-in-law's baby shower in like two weeks
and that was an amazing shower. You are quite the
planner. I love to plan things.
If you need a wedding to be planned,
hit your girl up.
Yeah.
All right, well, I think we did it.
I think that's the wedding.
That's the wedding.
We did it.
Was that it?
Was that it?
