Your attention is fucking currency, America.
And what are we doing about it?
I'll tell you what we're doing about it.
We're making ourselves stupid.
You're listening to a podcast that encourages you to embrace your vulnerabilities and authentic self.
This is your transformation station.
And this is your host, Greg Favaza.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to your transformation station.
I'm your host, Gregory Favaza.
today's episode
I'll talk about misinformation
how that has continued
to
affect the public
from news
from the news
from
Jesus Christ
there's so many fucking avenues
we could talk about
with misinformation
but I just don't want to
what I want to talk about
is generative AI
and how that's affecting society
but now
the proof
is out there that reinforces it
there's
a general
global fucking
what is it called
global risk
perception survey
that is happening right now
misinformation is ranked
above economic
downturn
at 7%
and this is of
2026
why the fuck is this happening
Why is it got to that point that large decision makers need to get out there and publicize this?
Is this another point of misinformation that we have to add to the list to understand?
I mean, when we're looking at misinformation, there's the political campaigns with the agenda.
I mean, there's this specific type of information.
Oh, certain presidential.
campaign, it's a dumbass, or there's another one that we don't know what's going on.
But hey, vote for me.
Not that kind of misinformation or marketing misinformation.
When they say they have the greatest cup of coffee in the world, they fucking don't.
Okay?
They do not have the greatest cup of coffee.
This is coming from a guy who has literally tried every spot that says it's the greatest.
It is all a bunch of bullshit nonsense.
That's why I can't do a resume when I can't put down in a resume saying that I am an expert in this because I have this learning mentality that I just want to learn more.
But now that's affecting me and affecting my confidence when I see somebody putting that they're the expert and then I have them get on the show and they really are not teaching us anything, but only confirming that I was right to begin with.
That's the real fucking problem we're facing in America right now.
And nobody's doing anything about it.
Nobody gives a shit because do you know why?
The most important facts are being overran with bullshit fucking videos of generative AI of fucking tanks driving on water that's turning it into frost.
Or how about a fucking submarine that turns into a spaceship?
It just starts flying off.
And now it's going outside the fucking stratosphere.
That's the shit we're looking at right now.
Why do we have the energy to create that nonsense?
It's because views.
Your attention is fucking currency, America.
And what are we doing about it?
I'll tell you what we're doing about it.
We're making ourselves stupid.
Why?
Why are we doing that?
Because we don't know.
And that is the serious problem.
Misinformation is now at an all-time high,
and it's right above economic downturn.
What are we doing?
The amount of trailers I've seen on videos and on videos, it's like, is this even real?
Why do I have to have that be a part of my conscious decision making?
It's not only we think we might have said something like, okay, I might have sounded like a dumbass or an asshole earlier with this interruption to the show.
But now I have to question whether a fucking submarine can take off into space.
Do we really have to go there?
Or even is there really a death ray because I saw that multiple countries had a death ray and it got me going for a split second.
I'm like, holy shit, Star Wars is finally becoming.
No.
There is no fucking death ray.
however I'm sure somebody is going to disagree
and if you do by all means
leave a comment
and also leave a comment
for all the fucking bullshit that you came across
because this is outrageous
but I'm curious to know
how stupid
we can get with finding what's coming out
with people dating AI
they're not emotionally available for that
no
we're not going back an episode
but I will
stress the last episode with having that understanding. Having that understanding with critical thinking,
it is now being challenged more than ever. And what are we doing about it? Are we just accepting it?
Are we just accepting the possibility that we might not be able distinguish fact from fiction?
that's what we're looking at.
Is anybody a little anxious
about misinformation
and being able to
articulate what is factual?
That's all I got for today's episode.
I'll see you next time.
