tomorrow.
Ladies and gentlemen,
welcome, welcome, welcome.
This is your weekly call to action countdown.
We are number.
Week 28.
This is your weekly countdown going towards a new year to a new self.
This is your transformation station.
I am your host, Greg Favaza.
Of course, you're one and only.
Over the weeks, we have been working on our creeds, our morning creeds to improve our reasoning process, utilizing an intellectual standard that we can start applying to our everyday lives and all our decision making, improving the quality of work that we put in, not only in ourselves, but in their people around us and our work and our ideas.
I'm sure you guys are noticing.
Noticing.
I was being a litter right there.
We're good.
You guys are noticing
yourselves making a drastic change in your improvement.
And it is quite satisfying, I will say.
I love it.
I love it that I am impacting you in your transformation.
Also, we are going out there every day
getting out there, motivating somebody.
It doesn't matter what it is.
As long as you are showing
an empathetic understanding
that they're trying
and you're giving them positive reinforcement.
Anybody can bring somebody down,
but somebody much greater value
can bring somebody up.
And doing these little habits,
these heuristics,
these are transforming your own identity into a new improved version of your future self
this is how you start living your future self today if you have not already noticed
with this week we are looking into self-defeating behaviors negative self-talk people that you
surround yourself with your usual friends that you hang out with at the bars Friday evenings
all you want to do is go out get drunk do whatever however however how is that beneficial
how is that going to make you a better father go further in your own occupation
fix the problems that are going on your life I understand we need to decompress
we need to alleviate the stress that's going on in a reality.
I get that.
But do you think there are more constructive ways of doing that?
And if you don't see that, then you really need to look yourself in the mirror and start
asking yourself, why are you doing this?
What's the point?
Why do you wake up every day?
We live in resentment.
and this resentment bleeds through.
Therefore, it makes it inconsistent with our creative goal striving.
Nobody owes you anything in life.
You have to get out there and earn it just like everybody else.
So you have this self-sabotizing, sabotaging thought process where
You are entitled to something.
You're not.
You're not entitled to anything.
And we're taking out our own rights out of this conversation.
We are looking at this negative thought process on how we wake up and see reality for what it is.
I'm sure the majority of you already know that what you perceive is what you live.
Here's a great analogy.
Picture yourself in a submarine.
You got your little radar thing going off.
You know there's something out there.
Why?
Because your little equipment is picking something up.
It's saying there's something out there.
You need to maneuver around this.
You know you're underwater.
Are you going to open up the hatch and just check to see,
hey, am I really 5,000 feet below?
low sea level? Do you want to open it up and check?
No, why? Because you're probably going to die. You might have, no, there's no chance.
You're not going to live. So, you listen to what this equipment is telling you that's out there.
That is the same type of thinking we all have. It's how we perceive our reality.
we look at what's happening outside based off our own thoughts our own thoughts are the equipment it's the
equipment that it's scanning and telling you what's safe what isn't safe what's good what's unfamiliar
lens these negative thoughts these self-defeating people and start focusing on what really matters
most to you. You have one life to live. This is it. How do you want to be remembered? How do you want your
legacy? So this is your call to action. This is your call to action and it's to remove this nasty
behavior, this following mentality, falling victim to the social norm. Start living
your own future today and be the leader to your own standard.
Start setting the bar on what you think matters most and start being that change that you want to see in this world.
Seven days.
Remove inconsistencies.
I'm talking self-defeating behavior.
I'm talking that negative talk.
I'm talking nasty habits, anything.
That if it's not bringing you up, toss it.
You don't need it.
For seven days, promise you, you're going to be a completely different person.
Can you do it?
I'm holding you accountable.
Yes, you.
