Starting point is 00:00:00 You have to have a definition of success. If I could go back, there's not many things that I would go back for, but... What do you do when you lose your purpose? It's okay to struggle. It's okay that you're not okay. I am your host, Greg Favaza. Together, we will go on a journey. This show is all about surpassing our internal dialogue.
Starting point is 00:00:29 Rediscovering your true... identity. Howning new foresight. We have a chance to make the world a better place for our children. Start living in the example today and become your future self tomorrow. If you can leave our viewers with some good advice to follow, what would you let them know? These things that you're afraid to do. Welcome back to your transformation station.
Starting point is 00:01:02 What do you think about that intro? That is quite motivating, isn't it? I really enjoy it. I have to listen to it at least five times before I hit that record button. It puts me right into that mental state. Yes. Welcome. This is your morning.
Starting point is 00:01:23 Monday call to action. Your uplift. Your challenger. This week we are focusing on reading. Whoa. Greg, you really shine the spotlight on. some serious stuff today, huh? Yes, it is a fundamental.
Starting point is 00:01:45 Now, before we go into this, let's backtrack, and we have to just overview and look at the principles that we have been applying. We have that motivation towards others. It doesn't have any motivation. It can be just simple empathy towards somebody. making the positive impact bringing somebody's day up versus bringing somebody's day down can go a long way
Starting point is 00:02:16 by this time now about four weeks now you should be able to see a difference in your character I sure do in myself as well as our morning creed our refinement in our reasoning process this creed that you are saying out loud three to five times a day how many times you need i definitely need it quite more than that i have one of those short tens and spans that i just tend to forget things you know however by me saying that out loud is just reinforcing that process to make it much more
Starting point is 00:02:54 harder to implement yes we have that we have the journaling this journaling you can apply it towards anxiety. This journaling, you can apply it towards anxiety. You can apply it towards your daily applications, your just thoughts, anything really. Get it out. It's best to get it on paper. You clear your thoughts. You can start to go towards a situation with a clear mind, making a big purchase, analyzing a relationship. You have all these running biased thoughts, flowing into these fallacy tracks. just write it out on paper. Once you get it out, you can kind of look at things.
Starting point is 00:03:40 Well, not kind of. You can look at the situation in a neutral perspective. And being consistent in these applications, I've noticed my self-awareness, being mindful, along with the meditation. It's not part of the process yet,
Starting point is 00:04:00 but I have incorporated because it just kind of goes hand in hand. Yes, that is it. There's no more. Now, let's get into this. Reading. Yes. Why are we talking about it?
Starting point is 00:04:17 Reading is a fundamental application. Being consistent in just a page a day I've noticed in my process, I can articulate what I'm trying to say. say so much clear, so much more, what's the word I'm looking for, proficiently articulate things in the faster way possible. Like right now, I miss my reading this morning. Now, I can show you what it's not doing, what it should be doing. And this is where I'm struggling. Now look, there's some shoes on the floor. So, yes, reading. Having. that as a daily application for seven days.
Starting point is 00:05:10 Let me know what you think. You will be astonished. Just doing it. And if you have a job, if you, of course, that should go without saying, but with this virus and all this nonsense happening, maintain this consistency. During these times of uncertainty, structure. is extremely important. And you may not think so at this very point, but once we get through this together as a community,
Starting point is 00:05:47 you can look back and see for yourself that you maintain this consistency has helped you come out much better than you did going into this situation. And for those that have, for those that do read, for work and you don't really want to go into self-development, some NRP, some linguistic stuff, just some material developing a second consciousness and some fantasy, some sci-fi,
Starting point is 00:06:28 some another world to take your own perception off your reality for just 10 minutes a day, can have extreme benefits for you. So start that up. Start that up today. That is your call to action. That is your challenge. I'm challenging you all to make this commitment and see your future self come to life
Starting point is 00:07:01 and start living that version of your desired self today so you can improve into a new person. tomorrow. And I appreciate you guys for listening today's episode. I will see you on the next Monday call to action. Yes.
