Welcome to your transformation station.
Socrates once wrote,
The secret of change is to focus all of your energy,
not on fighting the old, but on building the new.
It's time to rediscover your true identity and purpose on this planet.
Together, we can transform our community one topic at a time.
From groundbreaking performers, making their elixir your dose of reality,
your transformation arc.
This is your transformation station.
And this is your host, Greg Favaza.
When somebody introduces me to the stage, now that, it feels empowering.
Drink it in.
Drink it in.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to your transformation station.
What did you think of that intro?
My God.
I just want to say I got a good ass fucking radio voice.
Let's put that out there before we get started.
It has been six months since your transformation station has came on air as the official talk show radio.
I love it.
I love it.
We have transformed ourselves.
Today is your weekly uplift.
It's your count number 25.
In this episode, we are wrapping our.
minds around a seven-step process this application is something we all need to act on

commitment it's challenge it's cultivation the value in this exercise lies within
the process of itself but now before we jump into today's episode I would

It looks pretty cool.
I'm not going to lie, I'd like it a lot.
It looks like it's like a, just steel, like some blacksmith.
It's just hammering it out all night and day.
And now you just pull that out and drip in it, just drop it into the water and pull it right back out.
And it's just steaming.
You throw it on that concrete.
And it's like, oh, look at that.
YTS, your transformation station station, walk, whoa, whoa, whoa.
It's absolutely wonderful.
Now, do you feel like you have chosen?
a path in your career based off other people's expectations or even their agendas?
Is this you?
When do you think you need to reevaluate yourself?
And what I mean by that is do you feel like you've chosen your career path based on other
people's expectations or agendas?
If this is you, then you need to reevaluate.
what you should do next.
I'm fucking guilty.
Damn it, I can't cuss.
I am guilty.
We don't take the time to learn ourselves.
We end up feeling like an imposter.
Generally, don't even know why.
Why do we feel unmotivated to care about the competitive edge we once had at one point in time?
This show is all of us.
about rediscovering our true identity.
And this is what we are focusing today.
This is what we are focusing today.
It starts by learning our purpose.
In this episode, we will wrap our minds around the steps.
Literally, if you're not out there walking,
getting your steps in, get up, put your Fitbit on,
and start walking.
You can reach your transformation station at your transformation podcast at gmail.com.

Rediscovering ourselves starts by learning our purpose.
That is why I love your transformation station.
We will always be adapting.
This show will be adapting.
You will be adapting.
We are going to be adapting as a community.
Unity.
Oh, like a cult.
We don't know.
Can we say cult on the radio?
Probably not.
Yeah, we can say cult.
It sounds, thank you.

In this episode, we are going to wrap our minds around the good stuff.
We are learning, if you have not done so,
ready how to write up a personal mission statement.
I know you guys have heard of that.
Have you done it though?
No, you haven't.
A mission statement can go a long way in helping you meet your long term goals,
serving as your moral compass, your intersection, your line that will
drive you from okay to great self-creating an inherent self by understanding your personal development,
your emotional development, your mental, social and physical development.
That is like my motto.
My motto is to better myself every day physically and mentally and spiritually.
challenging uncertainty moving forward.
Your mission statement
explains how you can fulfill your purpose
and why it's important to you
and what you are all about as a person.
Now process that.
Take it in.
What does that mean to you?
Your mission statement should include the following things.
It should include your vision.
It should include your code of conduct.
linking key characteristics to your motivation and normative reasoning.
We have been working on those characteristics,
starting with, I believe that is at your weekly countdown 30 as far as traits.
Those traits are going to carry over into your mission statement.
You see now this weekly uplift is starting to,
make sense. Your life principles and your personality traits, your life principles, your long-term goals.
This is an investment in you, your future family, your future kids, your future wife.
This is what sets you apart from everybody else, both personally and professionally.
Once you have put together your mission statement, you want to define your philosophy, answering these following questions.
As I eat one of these icebreaker sour mints, what do you want?
God, they're really sour.
What do you truly believe in?
Which values do you refuse to compromise?
How comfortable are you with who you are?
God, it just stays with you.
It's like, go away.
All right.
It's gone.
Lastly, what causes you take?
have these core values.
Simplify your response into one sentence.
I'll give you an example.
My leadership philosophy, as always and will be,
to embrace my vulnerabilities, my authenticity,
through a transparent, authentic self.
What does that mean?
Accepting I'm not the best.
there is somebody better.
As we continue to go through this process,
you will begin to understand
and gather clarity about your goals.
How is that?
Next, it's knowing your clarity.
Whoa.
Next, know your personality.
Knowing your personality traits.
Have you taken the Myers-Briggs test?
I sure did.
if you have not taken the Myers-Briggs personality trait here you got the hookup in this
little show note package here you go ahead and click on that uh hit the personality trait number
three that'll take you to the 16 personality trait test it's like 100 questions for the actual
answer you just go down the list answer appropriately and answer on
honestly and do not second guess it.
I went through the process and I came out as an advocate personality.
INFJ dash a.
I don't,
if that helps.
This feels like I'm reiterating and beating a dead horse,
but I have came in contact with too many people that don't have any self-awareness.
I'm at a six.
I got to bring it down.
Next is knowing your values.
The next step is it's in finding your clarity in knowing your values.
Your morals.
This is boring now because I feel like I'm just saying it over and over.
Know your interests, your passions, know your strengths, your talents, your skills.
What do I believe my purpose or mission is in this life?
Make a paragraph.
Answering those questions.
Fine tune it.
Then you'll be unstoppable.
