Yes.

We have Twitter.
We have Instagram.
We got the works going through.
And you need to be a part of it.
You're missing out.
We are having a party and you are not there.
How does that make you feel?
Yeah, it don't make you feel good.
This episode, we are going into define our problems.
How to solve through refinement.
Yeah.
Now that sounds tasty, doesn't it?
Definitely sounds like you need to get your hands on it right now.
But you're going to wait for it, though.
About 30 seconds.
And time is completed.
This is where we begin.
When starting to solve a creative problem,
it's a good idea to define the problem that you are trying to solve.
I believe we can all say that goes without saying.
And I also believe the problem solving approach is a strategy for negotiation.
I think it's compromising
than competing
in
the starts
from a position of respect for the
other party. It's like
a person using that approach
does not see the other person
as a competitor or a threat
but rather
a person who has a legitimate
want or need
and that is the goal
of the negotiation
is less than to the
trade, but to work together
and
that will allow
a reasonable solution between two
parties.
But, uh, yes.
Anyways,
define the problem. We need to look at the positives
and the negatives of the problem.
Of course, that's another goes without saying.
Pros and cons list.
But how do we
actually use it and understand it. It can be defining the problem to be explored. I mean,
that's when you would use this. It can also be used when seeking to implement an idea to explore
the benefits it will give others. Use it when people are taking a critical view of things.
Start them to think differently. How to use it to explore it in negatives. Explore.
lowering the negatives that is focusing on the negative that's happening,
and you are working on resolving those negatives.
Think of what you're doing as problem solving.
So questions to ask, what problems are we trying to solve?
What's going on that we want to fix?
Who is affected by it?
Are you or am I?
What other problems do we have?
What other problems do they have?
What would we like to take away from this?
Or leave behind.
Now, let's look at the positives.
And what's interesting, before you just transition from negative to positives, take a moment
and clear your mind.
because those negative thoughts are still rushing through your head.
It can be kind of difficult to just transition that thought process automatically.
So big old deep breath in.
Now, what are the questions asked?
What new benefits can you introduce yourself?
what's going well that you want to improve on?
Who's involved?
What are we trying to achieve here?
What does value mean to them?
Review those statements
and decide whether you want to solve a negative problem
or create a positive value.
Start incorporating this into your daily practices.
turn it into a mental model.
It will become automatic.
It will simplify one thing more into your life
as you continue to do these weekly uplifts.
That is my goal to inform you, to transform you.
As I help you, I help myself.

My refund, though.
