Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello, dear friends and freedom lovers, and welcome to You're the Voice, the podcast that reminds you how important your voice is and the role you play in the world. My name is Efrat and I'm an independent journalist and podcaster with background in tech and marketing. I've transitioned into journalism when the gap left by the mainstream media and censorship was too big to bear. In this series, I interview intriguing humans, putting the spotlight on their stories and views. My guest today is Dr. Jessica Rose, a researcher with five degrees who has become an expert in the American vaccine adverse event reporting system since the data started flowing in with the COVID injections rollout. Jessica is a Canadian researcher with a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics and a master's
Starting point is 00:00:59 degree in immunology from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She also holds a PhD in computational biology from Bar-Ilan University and two postdoctoral degrees in molecular biology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and in biochemistry from the Technion Institute of Technology. Her more recent research efforts are aimed at descriptive analysis of the various data in effort to make it accessible to the public. I hope you enjoy the show. Please share it forward and remember, you're the voice.
Starting point is 00:01:32 So, Jessica, could you just in a couple of sentences say to the people who are viewing who you are and a little bit of your titles, I'm not a title person, but some people still care about that. No, it's important. Yeah, so it builds the credibility and people need to know who you are and what you've been doing in the past three years, which is amazing. Yeah, actually, I think that's a really good way to start. And it's a good point because it's in my talk that I'm going to give later, this concept of imposterism. A lot of people try and promote this idea that credentials don't matter.
Starting point is 00:02:10 and i completely disagree um because like my i have a phd i have two postdocs and this they're not just initials after my name i worked really hard for four years two years and three years on all these projects and they're very focused and you're selected to do these things and you you get judged afterwards and i don't know about everybody else but i pour my heart and so into every research project I do so there there are so many people in social media in the publication world in academia who actually are well they're not actually in academia the imposter is being in academia and they claim using their academic yeah whether or not they have them they claim to have this
Starting point is 00:03:03 expertise we always hear these words trust the science and trust the experts and it's like show me you're an expert that's how i feel right now so it's like when when i when i say my credentials it does feel a little bit like um pretentious i suppose but uh it does mean a lot and so yeah to answer your question yeah because in order to be an expert in something you do have to undergo rigorous work in that field and you not only have to have like that degree you have to have experience exactly decades of experience in immunology hiv immunology because i study pathogenic viruses using mathematical modeling and i throughout every degree i've done i have five i i've used data i mean data is the focal point of all that's your air your oxygen well you swim
Starting point is 00:03:56 in data it's fun for me I really I enjoy trying to find patterns and oftentimes raw data sets are maddening I mean you have to come up with creative ways to sift through certain data sets especially when it comes to date structures that you might get from different countries it can be a pain so you have to get creative and yeah it's it's a lot of work but I really enjoy doing it and so yeah that's that's how I got into this whole thing I suppose of being known because I've been looking at the VAERS database of vaccine adverse event reporting system data from the States and you don't have to be a
Starting point is 00:04:41 statistician you don't have to have a degree in anything quite frankly after everything i just said yes to see like the simplicity of uh of the the horrors going on in in bears i don't know how else to say it it's like it's been on the go for 30 years uh if you look at the total number of deaths or any adverse event that you you want to pick um you're going to find about 150 per year for the last 30 years for all the vaccines combined what that means is you take all the vaccines and you count all the people who've died in association as reported to VAERS in the context of 80 or however many there are there are a lot because the childhood vaccination schedule and then you compare that to the number of deaths I'm going to tell you
Starting point is 00:05:32 something now in January 2021 that was the first January after the rollout started in most countries there were almost 700 deaths from the clinical trials some of them were probably from that okay and some of them right at the beginning of the the project the program the vaccination program yes and probably even more likely retroactively added you know they were reported and they didn't get into the system until later and then they were retroactively added so that they finally appear you know 700 and 700 would be a good cause to stop oh 50 for other vaccinations historically the the word on the street is that you have if you have uh close to 50 deaths in temporal proximity to a pharmacological pharmaceutical sorry or a biological product you pull that thing from
Starting point is 00:06:24 the market like i don't even think you have to do a causality assessment but like 700 And just to finish off what I was saying, if you count the total number of deaths now in VAERS in the context of just four products, the Moderna, the Pfizer, the Janssen, and the Novavax, and also the bivalent products, we have like 40,000 now, something like that. And it's out there and they know it, the HHS, the CDC. It's their data. And they will not stop. They won't acknowledge. Furthermore, they won't acknowledge people like me or all the other people who are like, hello, something going on here. Do they dare put the label misinformation or fake news on it? They don't do that, right? They don't dare doing that.
Starting point is 00:07:14 On the actual data, on the findings that you bring, for example. They don't dare do that because they know they can't do that. It's their data. Not directly, but they get to in indirect ways. like that's why i got booted off twitter okay i permanently suspended i was temporarily twice and then i got kicked because of that literally what i did was i copy and pasted some symptom text from aver's id and put it up on twitter and they said that that was uh actually what they said they they're just it's it's all nonsense if you ask me they said i was doing a ban evasion which i had to look up because I have no idea what that means what is they said that someone had
Starting point is 00:08:00 tried to create another Twitter account in my name while I was suspended and according to them that's against the rules and I'm like I was asleep well I don't know what you're talking about and I couldn't care less anyway they tried to put something on you so that they can shut you down shut you off keywords keywords but but they would not dare to use that fake news label that they put on many many things on you because they know they can't well what they have done again they do it in other ways they hide it yeah so they have their so-called fact checkers come after you so there have been many of these hit pieces done on me and the most recent one that i had to refresh
Starting point is 00:08:43 everyone's memory of recently in brussels was i think it was a reuters piece where they said that It was completely about me and how I was misinterpreting the data. And I'm like, listen, you can't kid a kidder, okay? You can't. There's nothing to interpret here. This is one, two, three, four, five, six. You just count. And if there's something wrong with the database, that's on them.
Starting point is 00:09:12 I'm simply, that's why I do what I do the way that I do it. I'm like. Because you're using their data. Verbatim. i don't change it in any way because in you don't even do the under reporting factor no you don't need to just look at it the way it is and you don't need to and it's like uh i always have under exaggerations never incorporate the under recording factor when i report the numbers because you want to stay as true as possible to the numbers as low and as true and as as plausible
Starting point is 00:09:41 and non-confrontational and non-biased as i can be yes it's like explain that's all i want i think what you're doing is you're chipping in the in the stone and at one point it will crack because you're just you're very consistent with what you do persistent and consistent you continue taking it analyzing it showing more things i'm going to also add your talk from the the EU convention, so that people can see in 10 minutes all the different graphs and the recent data that you took off of there. And I think at one point, the house of cards will fall. I just don't think it's going to be a big bang like everyone's expecting.
Starting point is 00:10:23 It never is. It never is, right? That's also a really good point. How do you think it's going to roll out? This is interesting. Well, I mean, I know, and the next question will be about what's coming. So you'll connect it to that, but I want to hear from you, what do you think is going to happen in the near future with the COVID data and the COVID deaths and all the injuries and what a doubt is showing in his reports about the productivity loss of Americans in the US and the deaths and the damage to GDP and the economy, etc. so how do you think they're going to handle that because at one point you just can't you can't deny
Starting point is 00:11:09 it anymore like that's what i've been saying the whole time but i think that they're going to try until they're dead it's like it's really hard to completely understand their mindset and mentality because i'm not that warped and i don't think i could be i mean i'm a different kind of being than these people I couldn't do what they do yeah and so my guess is that certain people are they're just on her trajectory of lying that they can't divert from and or they actually believe what they're saying Walensky is fascinating example of this I don't understand her at all she's a woman she's probably a mom she's probably intelligent so i've written to her many times
Starting point is 00:12:06 never gotten an answer of course love to have a face-to-face with her just to ask her non-non you know confrontational just like talk to me man like yeah person to person woman to woman like what what the hell is up with you like how come how come like there's this video that I wrote about, where her and Fauci, it was some kind of Senate hearing, they were asked just point blank, how many deaths are there in bears right now? And at the time, there were 10,000, just over. Like, I know that. I'm not the director of the CDC.
Starting point is 00:12:41 And she not only, I cannot believe she didn't know, but she didn't answer the question. And she diverted and did this walk around saying something about the fact that you can just as easily get killed by walking outside of the building getting hit by a bus and Fauci gave the exact same answer and it was comical. But it's VAERS. It's VAERS. It's not a database for people who get killed in car accidents. It was comical, dude. So I'm like, so how do these people operate and think is completely beyond us and very different from how we operate.
Starting point is 00:13:15 going to keep up the lie for whatever is motivating them. I don't understand it. I'm not going to waste my time trying, but I think that's the course. And they're counting on the fact that people are too confused to actually understand. But they also know that there are people who are really not confused. And you're right the fact that I think that more and more people are not sure they're taking action but at least they're at a stage a little bit more I suppose enlightened than they were a year ago on the subject matter of the harms yes because you can't you cannot hide that we won't be able to hide the bodies that's what I've
Starting point is 00:14:00 been saying but on the other hand i i'm just astounded at the their their persistence in denial like as persistent as i am with my exposing this is what's happening you cannot deny the truth they keep denying the truth and i'm sorry it's it's not subjective like you I always get those words mixed up but there's truth you can't make up a version like I was saying before you can't
Starting point is 00:14:35 imposterize the truth you can imposterize everything else but not the truth and you cannot try and deny someone's personal experience so that's why the testimonies the actual experiences in words from the people who are suffering are the most important
Starting point is 00:14:52 thing which pretty much is what version yes so yeah you just put a I think you put you visualize it you put a word and a language to that number database you take it and you personalize it which what makes it so me you that's your mission I'm glad that's your mission this is how I see it anyway numbers in the data and you personalize it you humanize it that's why you give it a shape and a form yeah and a voice and a language and you make it accessible for people to see and understand you say okay this is just data and numbers but here is here is a
Starting point is 00:15:31 story behind it and that's very powerful and please don't stop doing that yeah mission mission I won't but I've got to tell you man I'm so tired of the the wall I mean it just makes my resolve stronger but it doesn't mean that I'm not like oh my god like is this ever gonna matter to anyone like does it matter to anyone that there's 1.5 million reports in bears right now whereby the average for all vaccines combined for the past 30 years was 39 000 it's just like it matters so um i believe it matters even if it's going to be much more significant a few years down than now yeah i just worry about like it all getting i shouldn't say things like this but why not reality is more important than anything
Starting point is 00:16:23 too and and in any case all we have is the right now right so yeah if that's your mission and that's what's burning that's what i'm saying okay so let's then move on to what's coming so i know you've had a really interesting chat with mike eden about the digitalization the digital ID, and how this is an infrastructure for what's coming. So what's your take on where they're taking us? I've got a clear vision of where they're going. I want to hear you. Yeah, we probably have the same idea.
Starting point is 00:16:50 Like, it was early 2020 where I knew this was all going. I mean, it's not hard to see if you have any imagination at all. No offense to anyone, but it's very clear. It's all complicated, yeah. Yeah, this is absolutely the lay-down for the infrastructure, for the digitization of the human, and the automation of the being, the removal of the human from humanity. And it was also a compliance test. And I am shocked. I'm shocked at how many people in our species were just completely compliant
Starting point is 00:17:31 And still, to this day, I have no idea that anything happened or that the next thing is really on our doorstep. I don't think it's going to be much longer now before they do another stupid thing. And I also have to wonder how many people are going to fall for it again. Because it literally is a psychological operation. It's not talk. It's not like conjecture to say that. yes there's something's been done a hundred percent here yes and it's like for all the people who might be listening right now saying that's that's bs what she's saying it's like no
Starting point is 00:18:10 there are people and organizations in the world that are militarized and that this is what they do they study the human mind they study uh psychic phenomena even they study all the the things that we kind of have ability to do, but we don't explore because most people are too busy going through their lives and paying bills and all that nonsense that really has no meaning. So it's like, to me, it's an abscondion and a suppression of all of that, the enlightened stuff that the humans could be, the creative beings, you know what I mean? That's the one I'm going to talk about. It's like, the self is everything without the self been tagged you have nothing you don't have a life yes you are part of a soup of of computerized
Starting point is 00:19:02 system yeah you're you're technical yeah i don't know it's it i don't know how or if we're going to be able to stop it from happening because it seems like one of those eventualities um and maybe it's going to have to play out and and i think if it does a lot of damage is going to be done Yes. On the other hand, I am optimistic on many fronts because I just think that we're always underestimated. And by we, I mean the spirit of the human beings. It's like the species. yeah the the actual essence of being a human is like so much more than it's so much more than what people are actually experiencing now as living beings i don't even
Starting point is 00:19:58 know if i want to call what most people do living because it's not to me it's like they're just kind of zombieing through life um not to be judgmental but it's it's like i mean I don't think anyone can disagree when you go outside now you can't even catch someone's eye because they're like this and it's like I don't have one of these and I got rid of it three years ago and I'm like it's it's hard but it's better yes I'm not I'm not in this world anymore I'm in this world and I'm looking around and I'm like observing everyone I don't like what I see most of the time but at least I'm still in observer mode and I'm trying to connect
Starting point is 00:20:38 to the eyes of the other people. Yes, and I think that's something that we've really lost when technology just was risen in the last 20, 30 years. Yeah. And I think that human connection and finding that essence again and the soul that you're talking about, that spark, that human spark is what's going to make a difference. And even if it does go down the gloomy path that you're talking about,
Starting point is 00:21:05 But I also agree with you that humans being unpredictable is what's going to play out in a very interesting way. I think we are going to, like some of our species is going to surprise a lot of, like we're going to change the timeline, we're going to change the story at one point because there'll be a group of us that is as crazy as us, as some of the people here, that will just not go down that route and we'll just take it a different direction. I don't know how it's going to look like, but it's going to be very interesting, that's for sure. And I feel very lucky to be living in this time.
Starting point is 00:21:41 Yeah, I would never use the word crazy, but I love the word unpredictable. Yes, we are very unpredictable. The humans can change their minds very quickly. But it's more like it's deeper than that, though. It's like the... There's so many episodes of so many good shows that have broached, or is that the word? breached this subject matter like how to how to play against an artificial intelligence for example a game yes how are you going to beat it you don't try to beat it what you're going to do
Starting point is 00:22:16 is you're going to try and not beat it by being unpredictable and doing something that it couldn't anticipate because it makes no sense i love that so i think uh i think that's one of our secret strategy yeah yeah if it is if we do need a strategy i think being chaotic mass is a good one and i think the two characteristics that really you know characterize human is lazy and unpredictable like these are the two things that really stand out for me we're like a lazy species yeah it's lazy in thought lazy in action i mean it's not to bring anyone down but just to be realistic we are a lazy species we'd like to be spoon-fed yeah literally yeah many things the convenience the convenience seemingly to yeah doing too
Starting point is 00:23:05 many people but just think to yourself what exactly does convenience mean and how long is that definition of your convenience going to last yes so it's not convenient for you exactly so I don't know about you but I live inside the city and I feel as long as as much as it's convenient because I have public transport next to me and I'm close to everything and my son can take the bus and go around on him on his own and there are benefits in being inside the city so it's convenient but at the same time it's becoming more and more dense and more and more technological and more and more isolated like you said
Starting point is 00:23:47 they're hurting more people inside so they're in close physical proximity but But they're distancing themselves from each other mentally and spiritually. So they're not really together. They're like physically together, but not mentally together. And that's not convenient for me anymore. So that's my breaking point. So I'm like inside that city, in that convenience with the technology that makes it all very convenient. And I say, fuck this, I want to go away from here.
Starting point is 00:24:16 I want to live in the, you know, outskirts, in the woods. Yes, I want to go out to the Galil or... I need to find a cave. Yeah, because it's not convenient anymore. So I think it's a graph. It goes up, up, up, up, and then you get sick of it, and you just resign. God, you're so predatory. It always comes back to that for me.
Starting point is 00:24:40 I mean, there's a conflict in all of us about what's going on, and for me, one of the biggest ones is, like, I vacillate between getting so mad at the people with being i'm not mad at them at all i'm mad at these predators because it's like who who's right who's wrong it's like and that's why i think it's really important for us to talk about individuals because i ultimately i think it comes down to personal responsibility like but again it's like we live in a predatory world yes it's so predatory it starts when we're young like maybe before we're born and it's like you know you you're kind of forged in in this like place this space where like you said you're kind of protected and it's like more and more it seems like people feel
Starting point is 00:25:35 safer whatever the word is you know withdrawing from say their neighbors or it's some i don't know even what i'm trying to say right now but it's there's just something wrong there's something wrong with the way that everything operates now on a on a systemic societal level it's just i couldn't even imagine what moms go through now like thinking of how their children's going to grow up yeah like how do you how do you even raise a kid now like my my mom you know raised us in the 80s and we had bicycles and go outside and play until it's dark and don't come back and there's no phones and there's no like um i mean they're all there have always been predators but it's like you know you have your after-school special yes they tell you
Starting point is 00:26:29 van comes up beside you don't get in the van so it's like it's almost like there's an innocence that used to exist it's not there anymore it's like the predators are are everywhere yes but But that's the question. Do you succumb to it? Do you live in fear? Because my son goes out every day to play outside and comes back late. Wonderful. That's the thing, though. It's almost like you have to punch back. You've got to keep it up. You've got to still remember what's important in life
Starting point is 00:26:58 and how you want to bring up your kids despite all the hardship, despite the limitation, despite the predatorial environment that we live in. You've got to really, you know, create this resilience. And that's why I think my son grows up to be a very sovereign, young human being. He's 13 years old, but he's like, he can take it. He knows what kind of world he lives in. And I fully trust that he's going to do well in life. Yeah, kids are so whiz to me.
Starting point is 00:27:29 They're like wicked. They are so much stronger than us adults. They're so tuned in to reality, too. He gets it very quickly, and his approach is like, okay, okay, that's how they are. That's how I am. Okay, let's move on. They have a really good antennae for danger as well. Yes.
Starting point is 00:27:48 Yeah, it's a very good point. So I don't think we need to be worried about them. I think we need to trust them. They are being born to a different reality than what we were being born into. So they are designed a little bit differently. And I think the kids that do see it for what it is, because they have parents like us showing them a little bit, they understand that they live in a kind of a matrix. They understand that this is all rigged.
Starting point is 00:28:20 Like they were born into a game, a video game, a big video game, and they've got to navigate their way through this. They get it. And I don't think they make such a big deal out of it. We are worried about them because that's the parental tendency. either when we were younger yeah you're right we were carefree right like worries free we were just going to play ball outside and then your mom was worried about you and you were like mom come on i'm fine you know but i wonder like it's an interesting question to think about or thing to think about like i i have a lot of uh like i viscerally respond to things that i hate like
Starting point is 00:28:59 those small cell towers everywhere yes i hate those things and i i i'm not shy i'm no poker face i'm like um i literally want to buy a backhoe and just back up into them and like destroy them um so it's like i wonder if i was a kid would i have kind of seen those things being erected and said oh that's just the way it is and gone about playing with my barbies or if i would have seen them for what they are I think maybe if you didn't get the explanation you wouldn't know right it's an interesting thing
Starting point is 00:29:34 to think about yeah if someone didn't mediate this to you and explain to you what that was you probably I haven't changed much since I was young and I'm still kind of like this I'm angrier now because I'm
Starting point is 00:29:50 an adult and we're not like we don't have a lot of good outlets when we're adults when we're kids we have a lot more but uh yeah i don't know i don't like things that aren't natural yes if you know what i mean organic natural i like driving through forests i don't like driving through forests of yes you know disgusting looking yes how concrete and yeah jungle i'm with you i'm 100 with you and i'm like you i like analog not digital yeah okay so that leads me to my last question you are a very strong persistent and i feel that you are a very spiritual person as well like you have a very strong core and you have your beliefs
Starting point is 00:30:34 and you like you hold yourself together in in the face of evil and everything you're seeing and knowing and you know you walk through that fire so what are some of the things some of the drills or the habits that you've developed for yourself in your life to kind of offload that tension that we constantly have to relax, to bring yourself back to yourself, to find your humanity again. Because this is really difficult, and a lot of people are struggling with that.
Starting point is 00:31:07 Okay, I know all this information. I'm hearing all these atrocities. What do I do with that? How do I channel it? Like, what do I do with all that? i just feel stressed i feel anxious so like what are some of your some of your drills and and tips for you know surviving this or thriving this well first of all um yeah it's it's a daily thing and life is hard enough as it is and this has just compounded everything um but yeah it hasn't
Starting point is 00:31:38 changed much for me like um i surf uh if i can get a surf in it's like a week of crap can dissolve it's it's very very like high level um therapeutic yeah letting yourself dissolve into something way bigger than you and surrendering to whatever whatever this is this merging of water and fiberglass and person and yeah it takes hours like you know being out there to kind of for me because i have a lot of layers and to to let them come off i go into the water every time like screaming and like great and when i i try not to do that though because it i know this sounds weird but it does transmit if you if you paddle out and there's a bunch of people and one person is not not feeling so zen uh that will go to every
Starting point is 00:32:41 single person in the water it's a phenomenon really observed oh yeah every single person and oftentimes i don't know if this is everywhere but where where i am it uh results in physical injuries yeah to women as well um and so it's conscious about what you are projecting you have well not to the point where you're like restraining yourself okay but if this is the exercise for me yeah very very important for me personally because i uh i don't have filters i don't give a shit what people think about me so oftentimes that that can be a bad recipe right because you can say things you don't mean yeah so it's a really good exercise to to face yourself even before you you enter the water to say okay i know i'm a little bit like all right now so
Starting point is 00:33:34 you know stay by yourself for a while let it come out get it out from the paddling get it out from letting her take you down the the sea once or twice let her like just roll you over like a few times and scream a bit if you need to and um that's really important people don't scream enough they think there's something wrong with you if you do but i think it's absolutely a release of tension it's like singing yes do it underwater if you feel stupid but uh so yeah it's like that's number one uh if i can get a few hours in the water and actually take some good waves i mean it's i'm another jess when i come out completely and it lasts do you do it every day well no because there are waves every day it's been brutal so about once a week no not even um i had like
Starting point is 00:34:25 five sessions in the last half a year it's not not good but you know there are other things that i do every day like i i need to i need to be outside um as far away from buzzing things as i can be there are cameras everywhere as you know as everybody knows and i i try and get to i find places where there aren't those things i don't want to be watched um especially if i'm in a place where i'm trying to uh to get you know back to being relaxed um no shoes uh i do that grounding thing um which makes sense because yeah i don't wear shoes anyway um I tried to do some yoga lately, but I'm just not that person. I really want to be, but I'm not.
Starting point is 00:35:20 I'm too high strung. So I kind of need to be physically moving my body. I eat really clean. As best as you can. Yes. You can't know anymore. Yes. You sleep well?
Starting point is 00:35:35 Oh, yeah. Sleep. I'm actually kind of annoyed by this. people call me boring uh i really don't because you go to sleep it's like you think i'm boring i'm a pro surfer and i'm like you know anyway so yeah and visit me in my dreams and see how boring i am yeah yeah yeah talk to me about some of the things i i have going through my head once in a while no i i love sleep me too it's like one of the most luxurious things and i don't think there's appreciation yeah it's like like i slept 10 hours the other night and i i'm telling everyone about
Starting point is 00:36:16 it and they're like okay but i'm like no you don't understand it's like that it's a gift it's like a hot water shower after being in the cold water it's like luxury i agree because sometimes you know when you can't fall asleep it's hell it's hell it's like i need to sleep i can't fall asleep my mind won't shut down because it's a signal right yes something is elevated that shouldn't be and it won't let you slumber into that other dna reparation phase yeah it's like so important so sleep yeah big one big one too much screen time though dude like i need to cut that back so that's not one of the things i do to yeah well it is actually it's on your list it is actually i shouldn't say that like i i spend a lot of time talking to people online
Starting point is 00:37:04 yeah and it does uh it is sharing it's not real energetic sharing but it is sharing and and that does make me feel better i mean it's like the old adage misery loves company i guess but like uh it's deeper than that it's like you know we're not i don't think any of us are miserable i think that we feel better than we ever have in our whole freaking lives because it's like listen yeah this sucks and it's really hard and we're we're probably all gonna die but we're gonna die anyway right but men we're doing something really powerful with our lives i just messed up it's coming from our hearts and it's um i i can't help it it's it's it would be like not going for a surf when there's really good swell it's like i'm i'm called to do it and i
Starting point is 00:37:54 answer it's like I can't go backwards you're amazing dude you're really amazing no really you're inspirational oh thanks do you want to say something whatever you want to say just to for people to know if something is important for you for people to be aware of themselves I just I can't like that's all I'm going to be talking about like going in today knowing yourself But, like, taking the stress off yourself or even, like, thinking you have to do anything at all, it's like there's so much imposition on us. Like, you have to look, especially women, you have to look like this, you have to do this, you know, you have to have that going on, you're not allowed to, like, stay home and raise kids and all this crap. And it's like, listen, it doesn't apply to you. and i mean the you generally yeah your life course is your life course and the most important thing
Starting point is 00:38:58 anyone can do i mean everyone's always talking about the meaning of life right yes who freaking knows but the one thing i do know is you have to find that thing that you're good at and i really believe everyone has a thing it might be i'm with you not the idea of what the thing should be like a beautiful singer or a fantastic dancer or you might be really good at um listening to people exactly like that simple exactly or or whatever everyone has a thing or drawing yeah or reading to your kids exactly and it all it completes the big picture of the humans so it's like whatever the hell it is that you and you know you know yes you know what you're good at go inside that and exude it yes and don't let don't let anything stop you don't let these dumb ass fake
Starting point is 00:39:51 concerns about money don't let that i'm telling everybody here as soon as you let that go it comes to you i promise yes it's like it's not it's not explicable it's not explainable but it's like as soon as you let go of those worries the money the the rent and i know how dumb that sounds and my mom and dad are in my ears right now going nonsense you have to pay your bills and it's like you will but stop worrying about it and go toward that thing yes that you love to do because all the other stuff it's like a it's like an energy vortex yeah it's like all the things that being pulled inside with yes succeeding in your being who you are we'll just they're they're gonna start getting pulled and it only starts when no see that's still stressful it it doesn't start for
Starting point is 00:40:50 any reason it's like i i don't know how to explain it it's just how to put it into words so i'll let him go yeah help i'll try i'll try because i think that as long as you're worried or busy at trying to fix stuff in your life and make them better or you resist them or you run away from them then there's this shield this layer of separation between you the real you and the universe and the world and the powers that are out there the cosmic powers the really strong ones when you start dissolving them then this layer starts to disappear and you can allow that vortex to be active again it's that disappearing of the layer that i don't want people to get stressed out about because if you're anything like me but i need to find out how to do that
Starting point is 00:41:40 okay so then the ology and there's not the only thing i would say that and that's how it works for me that i do to dissolve that layer is i just surrender to my feelings if i feel shit right now i let myself exactly because it's an energy and it goes away so i just surrender i don't try to resisted. I let it be. Okay. I feel I'm having a bad day. Okay. I'm having a bad day. And if you want to punch a wall, punch a wall. Okay. You want to be upset today, be upset today and don't be apologetic and don't try to hide it and don't go around saying great things. Like allow yourself to feel the good as well as the bad in your life. Just feel. No one told us how to feel. No one taught us how to feel. And feeling are the key and especially men. Yes. And feeling are the key
Starting point is 00:42:25 in my opinion to experiencing who you are fully yeah and that's the thing it's like this endless like trap of not following through with how you feel so you're like yeah yeah so it's full self-expression it's just fully feeling everything yeah the good and the bad just feel it feel it feel all the time feel it and then it becomes and it it doesn't mean that that's who you are it means that that's the feeling that you have right now it doesn't define you so let it be just surrender just let it be there it's fine and then you dissolve that shitty layer of defense of separation and then things just come in yeah and that's how i who are kind of like um vortexing toward you when you kind of are more who you are even if you're combative like
Starting point is 00:43:15 i am um they're gonna get you they're not gonna be like um well you know it's it's also important to have people in your life who are going to tell you how it is because sometimes you know releasing your feelings is good but it's it's also like it's good to have really good friends who you trust and who trust you who can like you know be be a good reflective thing and say okay maybe you're going into that feeling a little too long yes maybe yes i don't know it's it's a a balance um but yeah you're you're you're so right it's about letting yourself um that's why i don't like it when people use the words positive and negative because i i think that's bullshit yes like it is what it is yeah and it it is energy it's exactly and everything is um we live in a
Starting point is 00:44:09 world of duality and polarity that's why we do good and bad positive and negative because that's the world we live in male and female like everything is duality polarity yes with me you're allowed to say everything so it makes sense that we think that way but we just need to not be attached to that yeah it's okay that it's out there and we view the world in that way from time to time but let's not be attached to the idea it's just an idea it's just a way to view the world it's a way to see things and then we have a choice do we want to look at it this way do we want to look at it a different way from here or from here i don't know and you always know like when when you're kind of like winding down the right path don't you of course you do because
Starting point is 00:44:57 the way i feel it is you know that you can trust yourself and the next step you're going to take is just going to unfold in front of you yeah just know that when you put your foot down there's going to be something there you're going to be safe it's important to like get that foot down yeah sometimes it's do it you know exactly nike we're right just do it i'm not promoting just do it it's like yes that's a great mantra i was gonna say one is like just do it yes like stop stop whining about how cold it is outside i'm talking to myself yes stop whining about the fact that you have hunger pangs. Stop whining about the fact that you need to do this later. Just do it. Go run. Go walk. Go surf. Worst case, you know, you made a mistake.
Starting point is 00:45:45 It's never, no, it's never a mistake. Not once has it been a mistake to just do it. Seriously. I'm with you. No, I'm with you. People just need to get into action. Moving body is never a bad idea. That's right. Never move it faster than you can, though. be careful you say well you don't push yourself you know a lot of people uh yeah they they they push themselves a little too hard physically and and that's actually why a lot of people um they pull back from daily stuff like for example when i started running again like way back in the day i started because i had asthma um don't have anymore i cured myself and i really did wow for another day wow i started with a three minute run
Starting point is 00:46:33 yes and it wasn't running it was like just faster than walking and within a month i was up to 45 minutes like really steady pace and then i competed in a half marathon wow so it's like these little tiny guys don't push yourself do you like just just enough so that you kind of feel like you're hungry for more the next day yes like leave leave it's like leaving the your favorite song not fully so that you want to go back and listen to it exactly well on that note thank you so much for this conversation i have a taste for more i want to hear about your asthma story in the next one so thanks for leaving me with appetite and thank you for everything you're doing Well, yeah, it's my pleasure for anyone who is just here right now, here, witnessing what's happening.
Starting point is 00:47:36 I think it's a little bit of a spiral. We're on the end of another spiral right now. But it's different, isn't it? Like, we have all these new parameters coming to the equation. Yes. And some of them might not even be human. So it's like, you know, with AIs, if that's not also a psyop, which I'm not discounting the reality of, the potential reality of.
Starting point is 00:48:05 Yeah. It's becoming more complicated. I think we're up a level in the game, right? A little bit, yeah. Yes. But that's why we became stronger in the past year, so that we can face the next challenge. Tap into the ancestors and ask for help.
Starting point is 00:48:20 That's really important, too. Ask for help whenever you need it. Because, man, there's nothing wrong with that. I agree. I agree. Thank you so much. Yes. Thank you.
