You're The Voice | by Efrat Fenigson - Ep. 45: Nick Hudson - Unpacking Covid Narratives & Future Insights
Episode Date: October 5, 2024My guest today is Nick Hudson, the Chairman of PANDA - an organization founded in 2020 to empower society with accurate information on the science and the drivers behind recent events, enabling indivi...duals to exercise freedom of choice and preserve human liberties. Nick is an actuary with broad international experience in finance, who has settled into a career as a private equity investor. He is a global speaker about many topics, more recently about the recent Covid pandemic. In this conversation, we discuss the complexities surrounding the Covid narratives, management and beliefs, challenging the conventional narratives and exploring the political and media influences that shaped public perception. We discuss the implications of data manipulation, lab leak theory, treatment protocols, and the importance of decentralization and community action in addressing future crises. Nick emphasizes the need for critical thinking and a return to local solutions as a means of empowerment. ► If you got value, please like, comment, share, subscribe and support my work. What do you say when people tell you, but hey, I was sick, I felt it.
It's something different about this illness that I had during that time.
I say that every year, a sizable percentage of the world's population has the worst flu they're ever going to have,
or the worst flu that they've ever had, at least.
But here comes this known, and I knew my cousin had a loss of smell for two weeks.
This is definitely a novel deadly virus.
No, of course not.
Give me a break.
It took me a while to get used to actually just calling bullshit, because when somebody comes to you and says, my aunt died, or my granny died, you sound heartless when you say, yeah, but she didn't die of COVID.
Her death was attributed to COVID.
Describing those people as cases was a fraud.
Yes.
Fraud is nothing else.
A case is somebody who's sick from a disease with defined clinical symptoms, and a PCR test tells you nothing about symptomology.
We had a mass casualty event, euthanasia policies, in effect, being implemented.
And not by doctors who knew what was going on.
They were just receiving orders from the higher-ups.
Hello, good morning, and welcome to another episode of You're the Voice.
Today, I have the greatest pleasure of sitting here with Nick Hudson.
Hey, Nick.
Hello, Efrat. Great to be here. Thank you.
Great to be with you. Although virtually and from the other side of the world, it feels like we are in the same room.
It does. It's amazing.
It is amazing. Thank God for technology.
All right. So today we're going to have a really cool episode of a topic that some people think that is heavy,
but I think we're going to do it in a very cool way to show people that what we are dealing with
is not the end of the world and there is light in the end of the tunnel. I think that's the
purpose of both of us when we are coming to handle this issue of COVID and other things around it.
So I'm very happy you joined me. If it's okay with you, I'll start with a quick introduction
for those that don't know you, for some reason, most of my listeners should know who Nick Hudson
is. So Nick is the chairman of Panda, which is an organization founded in 2020 to empower society
with accurate information on the science and the drivers behind recent events, enabling individuals
to exercise freedom of choice and preserve human liberties. And most of Panda's work was around
The data, PANDA stands for Pandemic Data, right?
Pandemic Data, and that was the original portmanteau, that's correct.
Exactly.
So they were dealing with the position we've arrived at now, as we'll no doubt get to during the course of this.
Yes, and we'll get to it in a second.
The fact that you have the word pandemic in your name is very funny.
It's a cool name, PANDA.
Nick is an actuary with broad international experience in finance who has settled into a career as a private equity investor.
He's a man of wide-ranging interest, an avid reader of canonical literature, a classical music fan, right?
Yep.
What kind of classical music do you like?
Well, you know, I have a very sort of eclectic taste.
There's sort of mainstream composers that I'm very fond of are Bach and Sibelius, Elgar, the British composer.
I grew up playing a fair range of classical instruments and really was a big part of my life until arthritis put an end to my instrumental abilities.
So it's still with you in your life.
More or less true, probably written a bit glowingly by a PR person, but that's more or less true.
So, Wade, your PR person also added the fact that you're an enthusiastic amateur.
I had to look up that word, ornithologist, an expert on birds.
Yeah, I love birds.
Wow, you love birds.
My favorite sort of thing to do is to get into a wild place, a wetland or a rainforest or whatever, and to study the birds in that area.
I just, it's the most relaxing thing that I can do in my life.
And I go to quite a bit of trouble to make my way into parts of the world that I haven't explored before.
And so you'll find me a couple of times a year crawling around on my hands and knees in some, you know, swampy mosquito infested corner of the planet.
Very, very cool.
Also, you're a global speaker about many topics, more recently about the recent COVID
pandemic, and I'm glad that you're here so we can explore that.
Is there anything you want to add about your background?
No, not really.
Other than that, if people battle to make the link between the day job and the night
job, as it were, really what it is is about the organization has been set up to be very
multidisciplinary.
You know, the private equity industry is a very generalist kind of a career.
You need to be able to survey a lot of facts coming at you from different of a different nature, different category, and make sense of the world by synthesizing it all.
And that's kind of the role I played in Panda was to bring in the people who had the data science ability, the clinical ability, the sort of political and psychological and social kind of perspectives, and to merge those to try and create a coherent picture, which was, as it turned out, dramatically at odds with the conventional narrative fact that we started pointing out very early on.
With great pleasure, I'd like to introduce my sponsors.
They helped me fulfill my mission of spreading truth, freedom, and sovereignty.

Right. And that really ties in with something I heard you say that people tend to think that COVID was a health issue, but it's a much broader issue than that.
And that's why, for example, Panda was stretching it so much broader than just health.
Yes.
Anybody who's now really looked at the data and facts around the COVID phenomenon realizes that there was no medical emergency.
That was just a media creation.
And so if there was no medical emergency, is it really correct at all to be conceiving of the COVID phenomenon as having been a medical event?
No, it was a political event.
But the extent of the propaganda and media manipulation is such that even amongst the skeptical community, conferences are organized with a lineup of speakers that include only doctors.
So this is how bad things are.
we're dealing with, a political phenomenon, and the media saturation has been so profound
that even the dissidents and skeptics are fooled by it. And people ask this question,
but you're not an epidemiologist, or you're not a virologist, or you're not a medical doctor.
Why are you talking about this phenomenon? Well, because it's not a medical phenomenon,
and you are completely mistaken if you invite any doctors at all to your COVID conference.
that's a mistake just a category error and that message has been very unpopular um i've been
roundly deplatformed and kicked out of these conferences and so on that are being organized
i insisted i said no i'm not coming to another conference where i have to sit down for 45 minutes
of my time and listen to somebody talking about hyperbaric treatment for covid no i want to hear
from somebody who will explain to me how the intelligence community was weaponized against
the people how it came to pass that this medical non-event was purloined into a multi-trillion
dollar wealth transfer and if those are my questions the last person i'm going to ask is
my neighborhood gp even if that neighborhood gp was brave enough to push back against the
nonsense of lockdowns and mask wearing and all that kind of stuff yeah i don't get me wrong i
think that person's brave they stood up against a tyranny and so i will forever support them for
having done that but that doesn't mean i need to ask them these difficult questions they're the
wrong people you know that's right i'm simply not interested the view from from my perspective is to
say well this is a political phenomenon so we're not going to organize conferences where we're
hearing from doctors about their theory of how to treat this or that or what the next pandemic
is going to look like. All of that stuff is nonsense. What should be clear to people at
this stage is that we were fed a constant diet of nonsense and that in this whole story as it
comes to us, there is no substantive reality. I think it's very important that people get
to that point. The half measure point of saying, oh yeah, look, it was just the response that was
bad. There was something, there was a medical emergency. I mean, Nick, of course there was,
And there was a pandemic, of course there was, you know, and there are going to be more of them because there still are bats and there still are pigs and there still are zoonotic events and there still are crazy scientists in labs.
And so we're going to have more of these things, more pandemics coming.
No, that's complete nonsense.
And the right response is to say, no, I don't believe you when you talk about your bird flu or your monkeypox.
That's complete nonsense.
Go away.
There are no more pandemics coming.
We don't need a pandemic preparedness industry.
We don't need biosurveillance.
We don't need people running around dipping over-amped PCR tests into chicken farms and causing people to destroy millions of birds at a time.
That's all nonsense.
Let's talk about the term pandemic.
It's a false construct.
Can you explain that?
Yeah, sure.
The idea is that there are waiting, lurking in the wings is an array of pathogens that people are immunologically immune to and that just once they get going in the population, there's no stopping them and they spread like wildfire and lots of people get ill and so on.
that's kind of the construct of a pandemic. But it doesn't really make sense from an evolutionary
biology perspective. We've co-evolved with viruses, whatever they are and however they
behave and whatever the proportion of claims of virology that are true is. We've co-evolved with
these things. Healthy people are not susceptible to dying from respiratory diseases. It's a very
low risk sort of story. And so you have to really challenge this thing, especially in light of the
fact that over time, the definition of what technically constitutes a pandemic has been
watered down. So there's no requirement in the current sort of understanding of the term
for a pandemic to actually involve people getting sick or dying. That's not required. All you have
to have is this notion of some or other entity that's detected in the population broadly,
and then that's enough for you to declare a pandemic. I mean, on that basis, if oxygen was
conceived of as a transmissible story, we could declare a pandemic of oxygen because
it doesn't kill people, but there's lots of it around. So the whole idea of pandemics,
I think what's happened is COVID has actually provided us the data to show that these are
nonsense ideas. The modelers assumed immunological naivety because they were told that there was a
novel virus. They didn't interrogate that word properly and look into the extent to which this
thing was novel. And the whole discussion was gatekept in a very extraordinary way. We were
told there were two options to consider. The one is zoonosis and the other one is lab leak.
And that is, of course, ridiculous because the third option is that this signal that was being
detected by PCR tests was already latent in the human population, that we were dealing maybe with
a pretty irrelevant variant of an endemic pathogen would be one story. Another one would be that this
sequence has very little to do with disease altogether, and the pathogenicity of the
sequence has not yet properly been established. And that's another sort of line of argument that
other people had subscribed to. But for me, the most likely story here is that we were dealing
with a signal that was already detectable on a seasonal basis in the human population. They knew
that. They launched it at the end of the winter season, catching the tail end of when coronaviruses
are around. They started dipping these tests in at ridiculous calibration into general population
and finding it. And statistically, this is what we see. There are various tests you can perform to
So am I seeing the spread of a pathogen or am I seeing the spread of a test?
And 10 times out of 10, the statistical signal that is delivered is that you're seeing the spread of a PCR test, not the spread of a pathogen.
I'm with you 100%.
I contest the idea of a novel entity having arisen in Wuhan or anywhere else, any other lab or place.
The idea of point emergence of SARS-CoV-2 as an entity is nonsense.
Any theory that entails that is wrong.
It's simply incompatible with the data.
But people have been so successfully coached into believing that the only two options out there is they either came from a lab or it came from a bat or a pangolin.
But that's nonsense.
The most likely option is that it came from humans, and it's always been there in one form or another.
That is nothing new under the sun.
There's no novelty.
Yeah, people don't even know that COVID is the name of a virus that is known for years and years.
It's not new.
Yeah, yeah, coronaviruses are definitely well known, and they're known to cause colds,
which is what I think, you know, to the extent that there is actually a disease,
Because you've got the virus, SARS-CoV-2, the purported virus, and then you've got this disease suddenly called COVID.
It's not called SARS-2, you know, sudden acute respiratory syndrome 2, which is what would be the natural sort of way of looking.
Why? Because it doesn't actually give rise to sudden acute respiratory syndromes.
The virus is similar to another one, I think.
Okay, so we've got a novel entity.
But to what extent is it novel?
No, it's not. It's not a very run-of-the-mill kind of story. And of course, there are a lot of over-elaborated and in some cases fabricated stories around the novelty of the genetic sequence. You hear people talking of the HIV inserts and the snake venom inserts and so on.
When you actually go and try and reproduce the analysis, it all falls apart.
You know, the homologies that they're pointing to are minor and not just surprising.
You get a lot of homology in nature.
It doesn't mean that somebody went and deliberately put an HIV insert into a home-cooked virus.
You know, and these things are all fairy tales.
There is no technology out there.
Nobody knows how to determine whether a genetic code or sequence that's been generated on a computer will do anything in the real world, that it will be ecologically stable, that it will be able to propagate in society, that it won't very rapidly be absorbed into the general soup of viruses and variants that are out there.
What do you say when people tell you, but hey, I was sick, I felt it, something different about this illness that I had during that time?
I say that every year, a sizable percentage of the world's population has the worst flu they're ever going to have, or the worst flu that they've ever had, at least.
And so if you've got enough people standing up, I had a bad flu this year, and then people take that, that anecdote, as evidence that there was something novel going around.
Anosmia, my favorite one. If you ever wanted to come up with a symptom that is most likely to be psychosomatic, it's anosmia. And also one that would be uncommented on in the past. I mean, it's a symptom that's recognized as being part of a complex of influenza-like illnesses.
but here comes this known and i knew my cousin had the loss of smell for two weeks
this is a definitely a novel deadly virus no of course not you know give me a break
it took me a while to get used to actually just calling bullshit you know when because when
somebody comes to you and says my aunt died yeah or my granny died yeah you sound heartless when
you say yeah but she didn't die of covid that's just your death was attributed to covid and this
this idea that they were that that a 92 year old granny dying is something unusual and we should
all be hiding under our beds and wearing masks that idea i challenge it i'm sorry about your
grandmother you actually just have to call it because because it's it's like death didn't
exist before 2020 now we suddenly must uh you know um got bananas every anytime somebody dies
anywhere on the planet okay let's add on to the novel deadly virus narrative also the masking the
lockdowns the treatments that were changed so we're we were dealing back then with like a whole
set of terms that were added and changed in order to manipulate the perception of the of society
of what's happening so can you touch on that just to complete the whole picture it's not just the
novel deadly virus yeah look the interesting thing for me is how difficult people find it to
understand that what happened was not that there was a new pathogen causing people to die but there
was a new way of treating people who got uh who found themselves in respiratory difficulty people
with, you know, upper respiratory tract infections and frail elderly people in hospitals, that kind
of thing. What changed was that they started treating those people differently. And we talk
of iatrogenic harms, harms that arise because of policy or changes to policy in medical settings,
harms that arise because of malpractice in medical settings, because of lack of attention
to the patient in front of them, that kind of thing. And this whole sort of mode of taking
frail, elderly people, moving them around, isolating them, reducing the amount of healthcare
worker attendance, not using antibiotics, not using steroids, putting them on ventilators,
giving them high flow oxygen. All of these treatments were not treatments that were
standard prior to the advent of the COVID phenomenon. And so it's accurate to say that,
look, we didn't see excess mortality all over the world. It's only in a few places.
And it can't be the case that it's a virus that causes deaths there, but in the next door state,
it doesn't cause deaths. That's not possible. Viruses don't have political borders.
So what we're most likely dealing with is something that is politically defined by the borders of the country, which is the local policy response.
What happened in that chain of hospitals in the tri-state area or in that specific hospital in Cape Town, South Africa, where that accounted for a huge proportion of the excess mortality for the country?
And to start seeing that what was going on was that we had a mass casualty event, euthanasia policies, in effect, being implemented.
And not by doctors who knew what was going on.
They didn't know that that's what they were doing.
They were just receiving orders from the higher-ups.
And the higher-ups were telling them, we're not prescribing antibiotics.
You've got to use midazolam to keep these patients sedated while they're on ventilators or whatever they can.
Or Mdesivir.
Use ventilators, you know, put that together with a bunch of incentives.
In the United States, the incentives are ridiculous.
If you had a COVID patient versus a non-COVID patient, or if you had a COVID death versus a non-COVID death, there was huge incentive to drive behavior in a certain direction.
Financial incentive for people that don't understand.
Yeah.
So there was no excess mortality arising from a novel deadly virus.
That's nonsense.
There was excess mortality arising from the way our completely profligate public health and medical sector decided to change their approach to the handling of elderly and severely ill individuals who present with influenza-like illness.
And then in order to manifest that scam or that lie, they would go to the extent of creating really fancy dashboards in every country, in every ministry of health to show the data about this novel disease, which is unheard of.
I wish I'd sort of worked this out earlier than I did, because it only sort of struck me when it struck me that it, you know, what we were being asked to believe was that all of a sudden, every country in the world was able to count the number of people who had a specific disease and the number of people dying of that disease.
when we know very well that that almost all of those countries are incapable of even knowing
how many people they've got in the country or what the inflation rate is it takes them years
to produce those results to to say how many people died in 2020 in nigeria is is a first of all it's
guesswork um you don't have the statistics and now we were being asked to believe that johns
hopkins university knew exactly to the minute you know you had sort of ridiculous situations where
the numbers for Cameroon were being updated four times a day, you know. Cameroon can't find its
own shoelaces. It's just nonsense. So what was clearly happening there was fictitious to a large
extent. What were they relying on, just models? Yes. I mean, we can sort of see them using
pseudo-distributions, randomized distributions to create the appearance of an epidemic curve.
They were practicing doing that in a GitHub site run by the guy who put the dashboard
together long prior to the COVID phenomenon.
So in the middle of 2019, you see this guy playing, working out how you would represent
data as if it looked like a pandemic.
At Johns Hopkins University, that whole story was a complete fraud.
All of the tickers and dashboards and so on were nonsense.
The researcher Jessica Hockett, who's focused her attention on the New York phenomenon,
done a great deal in highlighting the extent to which the data is very questionable.
You know, she asked the question, where are all these tens of thousands of deaths in New York?
So what Jessica has been focusing on is the New York event, the situation where it's quite extreme.
You know, if you look at the United States of America, was there excess mortality in the first quarter of 2020?
Yes, there was. But almost all of it arose not just from a single state, but actually from a sort of tiny little geographic area, the tri-state area. And within that mortality, almost all of it arose from three hospitals.
And so she's looking at that data and asking the question, where are these deaths? And it looks to me as if the deaths were an artifact of statistical manipulation. The freezer trucks in New York City spent a lot of time on television, but they didn't spend much time actually with bodies inside them. They weren't actually used.
The hospital ships that were floated into the Hudson River also limped away without having treated any significant number of patients.
So where are all these people? Where are the death certificates? Where are the obituaries?
It looks very much as if New York City and also Bergamo, northern Italy, were staged events.
They were scripted and managed with significant involvement from departments of defense and intelligence community, government agencies.
These were not natural phenomena.
In the case of New York City, you see Department of Defense people coming into the hospitals and taking over the management of the emergency for a couple of weeks before the doctors like Pierre Corey and so on are rolled out and shown what's the terrible carnage that's gone on in there.
But meanwhile, I think what is happening is there were some people who were dying.
A lot of the time they were dying because of the abusive hospital practices that were taking place.
They tended to be overwhelmingly poor, the kind of people that their mind sort of bumping off.
And I think that's what happened.
There was like a murder protocol on the go.
That murder protocol was used to create the fabrication of a pandemic situation.
meanwhile over the rest of the United States hospitals were empty there was no excess mortality
going on but that didn't matter because by then you had the media narrative running 24 7 with all
the fake dashboards and so on that had been set up uh in advance and modeling you know you being
used to to sort of create the appearance of of data being harvested from around the planet in a
completely unprecedented fashion from countries that aren't you know as i say able to tie their
own shoelaces um it's really just stretches credulity how do we get to believing those
numbers at all and you were talking here about the early period of 2020 when the whole shenanigan was
just beginning and you're referring also to a very specific period in the beginning of 2020 or
at late 2019, where there was like a 30-day period where so many of these events unfolded
so quickly in order to kickstart this project. Can you share about that?
Yeah, sure. In a 30-day period, you know, you went from the supposed reporting of an unusual
case of pneumonia in China. And the funny thing is that the only unusual feature of this pneumonia
is that the person involved, the patient zero,
is completely uncharacteristic for a COVID patient.
He's not elderly, you know,
this is 40-something-year-old male
who then not just gets this unusual pneumonia,
but then goes on to die from it.
That's the story we fed.
And within about 30 days of that emergent story,
what you find is that suddenly
the sequencing work has been done very hastily
in a team that's really been convened by Eddie Holmes
It was an Australian, but it's represented as being Chinese work.
So we've got the sequence and the PCR tests are being cranked out.
Somebody's written a paper for the New England Journal of Medicine
purporting to describe the unique clinical characteristics of COVID.
Never mind that down the line, doctors all over the world
are going to completely refute that paper.
They're all going to describe the disease in completely different ways.
What they saw was novel because, and all the reasons they give
have got nothing to do with that original characterization.
paper so we've characterized the disease and then another completely flaky paper pops up also in the
NEJM based on a single case study that later emerges to be completely false that paper is
used to motivate the idea of asymptomatic spread being a driver of the epidemic so you've got every
element of bullshit materializing in 30 days just boom like magic you know you can't read that
timeline and the pcr other than than than bullshit and the pcr nick yeah the pcr testing is nonsense
you don't go and ramp these tests up you don't use them as diagnostic tools they're forensic tools
you don't go and test healthy people for the presence of nucleotides what does it mean you
find them it describing those people as cases was a fraud yes fraud it's nothing else yes a case is
somebody who's sick from a disease with defined clinical symptoms and a pcr test tells you nothing
about symptomology yes yes so the positive on a very highly amped up pcr test is describing that
as a case or as an infection they're both incorrect and then the the paper that that affirms that
goes into the journal also within less than what 20 to 30 hours 27 hours 27 hours and and the
author what the author of the paper happens to be editor of the journal um you know nothing to see
there and also in the background we find oh there are a whole ton of private firms out there who've
already generated their own pcr assays and they've spread the materials around the world so that
people can do all the testing using their particular assay that's all obvious nonsense right
right and if all those signals are not enough for people to pick up on a scam and say hey
something just doesn't add up here it's not possible that all the stars will align like this
in a period of less than 30 days so that we can kick off the biggest crisis in the history of the
world yeah then i don't know i don't know what happens yeah when you look at how many people
have been infected or how many you know purportedly infected and how many people had purportedly died
yeah the response and the commercial readiness actually defies logic who blew the whistle and
called you know said this is the beginning of the race everybody off you go where was that call made
well it was with the declaration of a pandemic people were busy a long time before working out
how they were going to censor dissidents a lot of work being done on information management when the
pandemic happens this is what we're going to do yeah specifically you had people lined up and
ready to launch a massive pathology laboratory bonanza with testing reagents and equipment
being spread around the world and calibrated centrally and everybody just going off to the
races and beginning this absolute boondoggle of PPE and medical equipment expenditure that was so
costly and devastating to countries all over the world. I hear it when people say,
oh, it was just an emergency hysteria. But actually, you know what? There's more to it than
that because otherwise you can't explain these facts an emergent hysteria doesn't produce like
a completely innocent paper reporting to oh look here we've got asymptomatic transmission
nah that was a key element of the whole narrative they needed it in order to motivate locking down
healthy people masking mandates you know the historically pandemic uh the idea you know
To the extent that countries had pandemic, respiratory virus pandemic guidelines, the guidelines said you're focused on treating the sick people and isolating sick people and that kind of thing.
Now, I think even those guidelines are nonsense.
As I've said, the pandemic construct is garbage.
Even though those guidelines are nonsense, at least they had the virtue of not implicating healthy people.
and that little paper motivating asymptomatic transmission as a driver of of this purported
epidemic was a really important one because it justified all these actions against healthy
people and locking down a society closure of schools all that kind of story all that garbage
so yeah uh you can't look at it and say it was just a hysteria it was a mass formation event
to mass psychosis or something like that.
No, you've got, you're dealing with an industry
and a world health organization
that had on numerous occasions in the past
been caught trying to hoax us with epidemics.
H1N1 in 2009 was the really glowing example,
but also Zika, also Nipah viruses.
They tried to gin up fear and get pandemics going
and repeat with their vaccination programs and everything.
They were caught out.
they were exposed in the press everybody somehow forgets that fact that there is actually an
industry out there trying to fake epidemics all the time and you know in the past we've they've
not been successful this time they were it's not a conspiracy theory because they've done it out
in the open right nobody was hiding the fact that they they tried to launch a pandemic around h1n1
in 2009 everybody knows that it's crazy yeah you just have to see the proofs are all out there
you really at that point have to be actively hiding from the information and choosing not to
know because it's all out there and you really have to just be a little bit brave to understand
that you've been lied to for so long it's a modicum of common sense and that's the problem
i think a very central problem that we have to deal with is that i think a lot of people out
there know that in their heart of hearts they know that they were scammed yes and it's very hard
There's a lot of dissonance that comes with kind of reconciling themselves to that fact whilst allowing their egos to remain intact, their sort of mental coherence to remain intact.
I look at how people behave. Don't look at what people say, look at what they do.
I can tell you right now nobody in South Africa is or or in Turkey or in the UK or in Spain where
I've traveled to recently nobody is talking about bird flu or monkeypox it only appears in the
newspapers there's a there in South Africa they're now apparently screening travelers as they come in
and out of the airport so well I didn't see any sign of that I came into the airport on Monday
nobody screened me but the newspaper will tell you know they're screening people for monkeypox
oh my god nobody's talking about it yeah nobody takes it seriously is the same photograph of one
you know one african person supposedly with smallpox stock photograph from 1960 that's used to
advertise monkeypox supposedly a different disease i mean i have my theory i think this
whole business of smallpox having been eradicated is nonsense that it's sort of still around and
the the the the signal for it is exactly what you're seeing with monkeypox
this idea that you eradicate the virus no that's nonsense as well all these stories these
mythologies we fed there when you sit down and think about them you realize it's just spin
it's all complete fabrication these people do not know what they're talking about there
they make emphatic claims on the in the absence of any supporting evidence they're just hypotheses
that they throw out there, and the media makes the hypothesis stick, even in the absence of evidence.
If you test people's assumptions, if you ask questions, they turn around and say,
you're not an expert. Who are you to be asking this question? The experts all say.
So I just reject this whole pandemic preparedness industry, and I caution people. Everybody's
jumping on the bandwagon of this lab leak. There's no sign of a lab leak. Let's just get that
straight. There's no sign of point emergence of a pathogen. We can't see spread in the data.
There's no excess mortality in places that apparently have high seropositivity at the
end of 2020.
Well, how is that possible?
You know, 15 or 20 or 30 percent of the population was infected by the novel deadly virus and
they didn't have excess mortality.
What is that telling us?
It's telling us there wasn't a pandemic.
It's telling us that you were hoaxed.
It's telling us that this was a complete and utter scam.
Thank you very much for saying that.
And people have to understand that they are being lied to over and over and over again. And I'm seeing I'm seeing the the media now kind of revealing some truths about the COVID era, which is so convenient now that, you know, the lab leak narrative is out there.
They're trying to reinforce either that one or other narratives that serve them, because now that some things have come out, they have to give us some truth so that we start believing them again and trusting them again.
And so an example of a story Reuters ran the other day I saw is the Pentagon ran secret anti-vax campaign to undermine China during pandemic in order, in my opinion, to perpetuate the narrative that there was a pandemic.
Because if you believe that story, even though they're revealing you some truths about China, the Pentagon has done something wrong, that reinforces the narrative that there was a pandemic, right?
Exactly. And that's what all of these things do. And, you know, I look at these very, we've got these very strange anonymous accounts on Twitter on X, who are up against me, you know, they really don't like that I'm giving a free pass to these evil scientists to, you know, Dazak and Barak and all these guys, you know, they're really, they describe me as, you know, I'm letting them all off the hook.
you know no i'm not there's a there's a much greater crime in the background
these guys are the patsies they're trying to frame them you know in a in a way that's
consistent with the basically false narrative that there was a global pandemic yeah um but
there's no evidence you know it's so it's amazing the technology does not exist to take a lab
construct and work out whether it will work in the wilds whether it will pandemic whether you know
nothing about its spread dynamics, about its evolution over time, about how the swarm of
sequences around any particular reference sequence behaves. We don't have models or
theories or explanations for how any of that happens. So this idea that two guys in their
garage working with a sequence on a computer can create a new virus and spread it out in the wild
and all that, that's all just science fiction. And so my colleague Martin Neal, he has a useful
little phrase he says it's not gain of function it's claim of function that's exactly what we're
dealing with and it's so it's been so interesting to watch how these lab leak proponents behave
when i come out saying no pandemic gain of function and lab leak is a irrelevant distraction
just ignore it keep your eyes focused on the fact that you were lied to that there was no pandemic
that this has all been a fabrication that your government has been doing deliberate harm to you
that there's been a massive wealth transfer you know that they're trying to set up structures that
allow the perpetuation of these systems and of the surveillance state apparatus and of the
the lockdown mechanism whether it's for pandemics or for climate change or whatever you know let's
stay focused on that stuff this lab leak story is a sideshow but as soon as i came out saying that
these guys suddenly come online and and they start fabricating stories about me so for example for
They found out that for the first couple of years of my career,
I worked in a reinsurance company.
And now all of a sudden they're pasting memes about I'm working
for the global reinsurance elite who control all the insurance companies
and who make all the money.
We make all the money, you know.
And so an industry that I left 25 years ago in a very junior capacity,
now suddenly this is, oh, he's definitely controlled opposition.
He's trying.
I mean, Nick has been a long play set up to let DASAC off the hook,
mad scientist off the hook.
The other thing they keep, one of the portfolio companies
that I own in my private equity firm processes waste from the grape,
the wine industry.
And one of the tiny little products, like it's a real side stream product,
is grape seeds.
And one of the side stream products from grape seeds is a thing
called grape oil extract.
guess what there's some other nutraceutical drug out there that is that people claim prevents you
from getting infections or prevents you from suffering from the effects of inflammatory
process or something like that now when i say that it's sort of one millionth of the total
production of my company that goes into that product you know i really mean it it's sort of
that the total sales into that channel are maybe worth a dollar a month to me or something like
that i didn't even know about them but they use that and try and say oh well you see what he's
got is a conflict of interest he's actually the reason he was going anti-vaxxers he wanted people
to put to take his uh whatever the thing's called is is his nutraceutical drug and so i see these
anonymous accounts putting this all together i look at them and i say okay well these guys aren't
the friends we thought they were we thought they were normal skeptics uh they're not they're quite
clearly following the same pattern as all the um intelligence agencies in their smear campaigns
You can see these community assets methodically going through the voices of the dissident campaign and trying to produce dirt on them, trying to smear them, trying to connect them to crazy people, all of this kind of guilt by association technique.
And now to see these people who were pushing the lab leak hypothesis behaving in this way is very revealing. Their behavior is actual evidence of what I'm saying. Their behavior is evidence that the lab leak hypothesis is bananas, and that only completely insane people will believe that there are mad scientists who worked in a laboratory in Wuhan who were capable of assembling a virus and causing it to pandemic around the world.
that is the stuff of science fiction you have to be in a loony bin if you believe that
i'm with you i'm with you and i also suffered some of that uh ridiculing and shaming online
so i get you it's out there and it's crazy and people have to remember that it's not about people
it's about the truth in the end of the day not nick hudson and not a flat fending zone and not
so many other people out there there that are doing what we're doing have any interest in gaining
i don't know uh world's popularity we don't give a fuck about that i think you'll agree with me
right we this is like the last thing we would want to do with our time to reveal truth all day
we do it because we have to because someone has to do it someone has to say these things
right it's not about the the prestige or the the reputation or whatever the brand i don't
give a fuck about that i could be doing so much money if i just shut my mouth and do other things
yeah i'd have i'd have much more cash in my bank if i hadn't gone down this road you know we have
yes we have a donate button on our website because it costs money to run a dissident
organization and we don't get tens of millions of dollars a year from bill and melinda gates
foundation because we refuse to try and make people scared of pandemics okay but you know
it's very funny the doctors who are are willing to go into preparing for the next pandemic even
the dissident doctors they get plenty of cash oh yeah the wellness company you know these these
organizations who purport to be preparing the world according to a different set of policies
and a different set of mandates and a different set of treatment protocols and so on you know
who are equally crazy. They're as crazy as the World Health Organization, right? We don't need
centralized planning. Central planning is a mistake. History's demonstrated this time and
time again. So what are you guys doing with your protocol that you want to get everybody to take?
Guess what? There's funding for anybody who has that kind of narrative going on.
So Peter McCullough can get up and sell you another pandemic preparedness kit out of the
Wellness Corporation, and he's going to have lots of money backing him, and there are going to be
people employed by that organization on the payroll and they're going to jet around the
world going to all the dissonant conferences and talking absolute crap about pandemic preparedness
and how to treat COVID instead of focusing on the fact that the whole thing was a scam
and that they were scammed by two, which is why they had nothing to complain about
in the first quarter of 2020 when lockdowns came around. They didn't complain because they fell
for the bullshit and it's just much easier for them to ignore that fact and to do a little bit
of pandemic preparedness marketing and sell the citizens of the world down yeah i'm with you about
preparing for the next one i think it's a complete scam i um i do have empathy for people who did not
speak out against the lockdowns because they may have believed some of the lies at the beginning
and it took them some time to get to their senses and understand that they were being
lied to um because a lot of these people came around later and said you know i i fell for it
so and i apologize and i appreciate i admire those people exactly yeah but i mean it and it's not as
if anybody was spared this phenomenon i mean if you have sat watching in the slow motion car wreck
If you were one of the people like me who in the beginning of 2020 said, ah, there's something wrong here, what the facts on the ground do not match the media narrative, this is a huge problem.
If you were one of those people who saw that at the beginning and then watched over four years as the world went completely bananas, what happened was you also began to scrutinize other narratives.
Yes.
You start doubting whether any of the world's major events are reasonably presented in your media. The whole story of the war against terrorism, the story of the war against drugs, the story of artificial intelligence and the great singularity that's threatening humankind, the story of transhumanism, the story of transgender, the story of fiat currencies.
all of these things when you put them under the microscope you realize well actually
what i've learned in this process is that the correct assumption is that i'm being lied to
relentlessly about all of those things yeah and that's a difficult place to be it's a difficult
realization to come to uh you you you talk sometimes about uh people becoming blackballed
where they're you know so using the matrix story where you're offered a blue pill you can just stay
inside the media totally disconnected from reality that's your blue pill choice or your
red pill choice which is that you swallow the red pill and then you you you go back in contact with
reality but it's very difficult because you you're you're the whole narrative that you've
had to live with is false and now happens over there and you're an enemy of anybody who adheres
to that narrative now when people swallow too many red pills we talk about them becoming black
built they become so despondent and so uh cynical about the world around them whereas um what i
think we try to what we aspire to doing is to creating white built people uh people who realize
that what these narratives have in common is uh that they're all they all hinge on the false
doctrine of centralization yes globalization yes and those ideas are inherently weak they're they
They will come unstuck.
Centralization is everywhere and always a bad idea.
And it sows the seeds of its own destruction, as we saw with the Soviet Union, as we saw
with Mao's China.
It's everywhere and always a bad idea.
So what is the solution?
Well, the solution isn't to come up with a global response, a World Health Organization,
Wannabe, or some other organization that's going to, the World Alliance of Doctors, or
the frontline doctors or something like that. No, you don't need that. What you need is people
realizing, ah, centralized solutions are nonsense. Global crises are nonsense. They're all figments
of propaganda imaginations. What am I going to do? I'm going to act in my own community.
That's the thing that globalists fear, is that all over the world, people who have been red-pilled
just start ignoring all the stuff and working in their own communities to assert
a connection with reality, a coherence, a sensible way of navigating the world. If they do that,
their centralized tools become powerless because they're fighting this amorphous, diverse enemy.
And they can't, they have to now direct different pieces of propaganda to different responses and
it becomes chaotic and unmanageable and they lose control of the narrative. That's what it needs to
do. Yeah, by all means, swallow your red pill, but become white-pilled. Realize that what swallowing
the red pill enables you to do is to free yourself of the narrative and to behave like a sane person
would in a normal functioning society. And it doesn't matter if 80% of the people around you
haven't gotten there yet. There's money to be made. There's joy to be experienced. There's
community. There's fulfillment. There's meaning. There's purpose in simply taking action at the
community level and that that type of action is the greatest act of dissonance you can undertake
propaganda and do something at a local level get onto your school board start start a local
whatsapp group that shares information about entrepreneurial endeavors about how to deal
with google censorship or something like that that's that's where it lies the the white pilling
not the black pinning and the extreme cynicism and that leads people to sort of into this position
where they don't trust anything and even the dissidents are all controlled opposition and
you know yeah that's what that must be avoided at all costs you've got to you know if you if you're
responsible enough to be to have been able and independent enough to be able to to find yourself
in a position of being able to swallow a red pill then you know for goodness sake take that
strengthen independence and turn it into something positive. It's not a huge step to go from there
to actually realizing, you know what, I don't have to spend my whole life on Twitter trying to get
everybody to believe in another narrative, my narrative. I'm just going to go and live and act
in the world, in the real world. That's right. I love everything you said. And that white pilling
process when you really become one with reality in touch with yourself you have to reconnect to
yourself you have to reconnect to life you have to reconnect to nature again once you're there
and you're understanding that your red pill path is taking you towards a white pill path which is
as you said basically taking action in community I call it this decentralizing power right so if
if centralized power are the problem then the solution is not another centralized form of power
decentralizing power so decentralize your power with food with community with society with money
with every everything you can decentralize try to decentralize it because the moment we start
breaking down power structures into small pieces they have no power over us anymore it's very hard
to control just like the internet is decentralized and it's very hard to switch off the internet
today virtually impossible to switch off the internet unless you switch off the electricity
in the whole world at the same time for for a very long time then then you can have no internet
but the internet is a decentralized platform and protocol and it works for many many years
and thanks to those kind of decentralized platform we also have the ability to build
other decentralized platforms on top of that. So Bitcoin, for example, is that kind of protocol
that cannot be shut down because it's another layer of money on top of the internet. They call
it internet money, right? And that's why I go to that direction because I found another solution
for my money. I started learning about fiat. I learned about the money system and how it works
and the centralization of power. And from there, it led me very naturally to how I can decentralize
my money and be outside of the of the system outside of the governmental system of the
governmental reach and it's an amazing solution but like that you have decentralized solutions
for many many things in your life and you just have to start taking action rather than yelling
the last thing you want to do is to come up with another centralized answer you know
and i see this in business all the time if you if you want to if you want to know how to do business
If you want to know how to make money in the real economy, what you need to do is go and analyze the list of things that these global corporations do that they describe as best practice and set about doing the opposite.
That's the guide.
If you want to make money in private equity, take all of the things that those companies do, recognize them for what they are, nonsensical, centralizing motifs,
trying to standardize where standardization is inappropriate trying to cater one size fits all
solution in to a non-problem when you see them for what they are and you say i'm going to do
away with this i'm going to do away with that i'm going to do away with that you end up with
an efficient business that nobody can compete against because you're not you haven't got an
hr department full of hundreds of people running around telling everybody what to believe about
transgender you know and you haven't got um somebody with a degree in critical race theory
on your staff none you can have zero of those people right you want none of them they're
disconnected from reality you don't want people who are disconnected from reality in your company
obviously okay so diversity does not include those people they've gone okay diversity is for people
with different approaches to solving problems that's what that's the only way in which diversity
counts in the world i don't care whether you're black white female male yeah transgender binary
whatever um i don't care i really don't care just come and tell me what your solution is to a
business problem if you've got it if you've got a great idea then you're in otherwise you're out
yeah and and so all of these things that are described as best practice are actually
uh tools that that mandate mediocrity
completely and we want excellence again i want an excellent society again
i'm a meritocratic society where we're actually productivity generativity creativity are
celebrated yeah and bureaucracy and and spreadsheets and utilitarian calculus is scorned
yes and and hard work is is then valued hard work not just like in my industry signaling but
actually work yes work and ingenuity i don't need people to be chained to the desk working
100 hours a week that's not the measure the measure result is what did you generate what
problem did you solve in in my industry there's a tendency to sort of see companies as things that
can be modeled in the same way that neil ferguson saw epidemics as something that can be modeled
because it's the same error being committed there.
I never build a model of a company
because I know that the company
and its interaction with its commercial environment
and the broader economy and society and all that,
it doesn't admit the possibility.
It's too complex to admit the possibility of modeling.
So you'll never find me modeling a company,
building a spreadsheet that calculates the return
I'm expecting to get out of a particular investment.
No, you pay the market price for an asset
that you think you can do something with,
that has some promising people,
some promising ideas some promising products and and then you go and invest and you pare away all
the nonsense you strip the business completely of all the wasteful box checking uh so-called
risk management activities that that are exactly the opposite actually all they do is increase risk
yeah you can strip the companies of all that nonsense and then sit back and make tons of
money while they thrive that's my business model is not to model you know yes love it and it's so
strange because i go to i go along to the industry conferences occasionally why these days i don't
even go myself i you know somebody will go for me and report back on what was going on and what's
happening in those conference rooms where all the private equity people look and the great names of
private equity get together is they sit there talking about abstract concepts esg yeah yeah
anything yeah but what does it take to succeed in business what does it take to deliver products
that people actually want that make their lives better that reduce poverty that that you know
they do all these things that's what is beautiful about decentralized free markets yes where there
aren't oligopolists running around uh you know creating uneven playing fields and lobbying
governments for prejudicial for treatment that's prejudicial to their competition and so on you
But the world has gone mad in many, many ways.
And people who you once thought were sane, you realize now are actually insane.
They're so disconnected from reality in a way that they can't even begin to perceive.
And that disconnect means that they will just never do anything of any benefit to mankind
other than by a complete fluke and accident.
And once you're there, it's a very liberating place to be.
Because suddenly the world just becomes this object of interest.
and you're sort of engaging with complexity all the time
and, oh, we can try this and we can try that.
Oh, look, that worked.
We didn't expect that.
It's suddenly working very well.
Let's do some more of it.
Does it work over here?
Does it work over there?
You become more intelligent about life.
And the rewards there are,
it's not just about the money you can make.
That's actually, that's the incidental thing.
It's just the sheer level of engagement
and involvement and excitement.
it creates a virtuous spiral, you know, that you start infecting other people with that
level of interest and they see the benefits and the fun, the sheer fun. I mean, the big problem
with the safety culture is we forgot about fun culture. We should have fun culture. That's right.
Kids should be deciding what to study based on what's fun. And businessmen should be making
strategic decisions based on what's fun that's right not not based on what a spreadsheet says
i love it not based on a syllabus not based on a business school curriculum nick that was awesome
i normally ask people in the end of the conversation to give a message of hope but that
was it yeah we already got that one done we we got that done but i do want to ask you
to summarize to add anything else you want to add as we wrap up um that is important for you
for people to be aware of to pay attention to um how do you think people should be looking at
the next events that are coming down at us and how do you think they they should be handling
all the different inputs that are coming to them from different directions
yeah i mean i i think the default position needs of any sane sensible rational critical thinking
individual needs to be that if there's a big story in the media uh it's being presented to
you falsely and it doesn't matter you know you might be seeing two sides to the discussion
the the important point is both sides are misrepresentations right whether you're on the
putin bad side of the ukraine campaign or um or on the zelensky is a deep state puppet side of it
um both both stories are being told to you you know in a way that does not mediate well with
reality yeah so if there if there is a big story understand that the story is seriously
misrepresented anything that's presented to you as a global crisis admitting global solutions
and where the dissenting voices are all suppressed and censored is a bullshit story so you can
disregard them and that means the whole climate scam is just that it's a scam and the fiat money
scam and modern monetary theory and all of that those are scams and you can disregard them
and then you have to think about what it is that you're actually deciding in your life
our our democracies are clearly run from outside our countries we don't have homegrown policy
policies inserted forced in through funding arrangements with the cooperation of the bank
of international settlements and the britain woods organizations you know forcing uh countries
to toe the line with various globalist agendas and so on so you've got to see through all of that
and then be mindful of our capacity to be distracted by non-issues yeah i think
transgender is one of them by you know doing some crazy things for allowing men into women's
bathrooms and this kind of story they create this huge ferrari over there to distract attention from
the the large-scale theft and obliteration of democracy that's underway they think i will
You have the semblance of a society where issues are debated and discussed when some completely incoherent construct like transgender is inserted into the narrative in a very propagandized way, right?
There are foundations, well-funded foundations that have gone about seeding these nonsense narratives, the idea that a man can become a woman just by deciding to, you know, just a completely absurd idea.
That kind of absurd idea gets propagandized by a massive foundation money, and there's a reason for that. It's set up that way to take your eye off the ball, to stop you from seeing the bigger picture of what's going on.
So be aware that anything in media is to be taken with a massive pinch of salt, and there's no such thing as large-scale mass independent media. They're all controlled by the same small coterie of people. They're all subject to these creepy constructs like the, what's it called, TNI, Trusted News Initiative, the European censorship rules and so on.
So you can happily ignore those. If you just never open a mainstream media news program or newspaper ever again, you'll be just fine. You won't be missing anything.
yeah and then just just be mindful that all over the place are these little bombs
uh that detonate in in so that everybody rushes to see this accident where the body is where's
the blood um in order so that you're not thinking about the the bigger issues which
basically involve the theft of everything you have and the removal of all your civil liberties
and then focus on what's yours focus on like you said your your immediate life and immediate
society immediate community what you can actually control those are the only things that you can
actually control and have any say in and it's your private property and your innate rights
and what you do with your family and what you do with your belongings and with your wealth
and and prepare to to guard that right yeah great wonderful so where can people follow you
nick and find more of you and and maybe reach out to you if they need to to invite you to speak at
conferences or do things like that so i would point people towards two panda resources one is
our website panda.org and the other one is our substack panda uncut dot substack dot dot is it
dot or dot com i forget now but anyway substack panda uncut um for what it's worth i'm still on
the platform called x i think it's become a joke the censorship now doesn't happen by way of
suspending people but by way of echo boxing their opinions so there's no uh it's an illusion of
that musk has achieved anything there in terms of allowing freedom of speech to be sustained as a
is an illusion and so i'm sort of in contemplating at the moment moving my efforts away from x to
to substack it's become obvious that incident opinions are not permitted traction on on x
my my twitter handle is nick hudson ct for people who want to follow me there but do keep an eye out
for a migration across to substack in the new future in the near future wonderful i'm doing
both i think it's very important to have more than one platform in case you're being censored on one
Yeah. And another tip I can give you where I am also starting to build a follower base is it's actually not a platform. Again, it's a decentralized protocol called Noster, which is based on top of Bitcoin and it's uncensored. So it's a social network.
You have like 100 different clients built on top of that decentralized protocol.
So it's like the beginning of the, if we're looking at Bitcoin, like the internet beginning,
like in the 90s, this is like the first email clients that have been created.
Yeah, Noster, it's amazing.
And I use different clients on iOS because I'm on iPhone, but you cannot be censored
there.
It's, it's, it's technically impossible to delete anything or, or take it down.
If you, if you could WhatsApp me to, to where, you know, the beginner's guide, the idiot's
guide to NOSTAV.
I will, I will.
And I'm, I'm there as well.
So that's completely decentralized and I love it.
So I'm starting to build my base there.
Great.
Nick, that was a wonderful conversation.
Thank you so much for your time.
It's a pleasure.
And thank you for the time as well.
And thank you for who you are and for what you do.
I really appreciate you.
Thank you.
And to you too.
I should have said that before saying goodbye.
You've been very brave and prepared to stand your ground,
and I admire that.
Thank you.
Thanks, sir.
We'll be in touch.
Ciao.
Bye-bye.
Bye-bye.
Thanks for watching!
