That small amount of running that I did at the start of this year has destroyed one of my knees. It's so bad for you. I can't walk a decent amount anymore. And I had no problem with my knees before that. And then I was like, can I run now? And now I'm... Running's horrible for you.

I've been saying this. I'm wrecked. And I invested soed And I've got I invested so heavily I've got like five pairs Of running shoes But you can still use them Why do you buy so many?
